Minty, Pinkie Pie's ex-girlfriend from college, comes by Ponyville to reconnect with her old friend. Pinkie is oddly less than pleased - in fact, she seems outright hostile. Rainbow Dash and Scootaloo have the misfortune get caught in the middle of the bad blood between the two ponies and have to ask, what's got Pinkie so angry at her ex?

Rainbow Dash is acting strange. No, unusually strange, that is. She's acting like at once she has something to hide and wants nothing more than to scream about it. And she wants to scream at Applejack.

Fluttershy has questions; how and why did this happen? And the official story just doesn't add up. She goes to find the REAL history behind the changeling invasion. And she goes to something sort of close to the source maybe: Twilight Sparkle.

Apple Bloom has a crush on a certain colt, but doesn't know how to express her feelings. When Big Macintosh and Applejack prove to be no help, she turns to Granny Smith.

Granny's advice, however, proves to be a bit different than what Apple Bloom expected...

"Princess Celestia cordially invites you to the divorce of Princess Mi Amore Cadenza and Shining Armor!"

Twilight rushes to Canterlot to figure out the meaning behind this letter, only to find a den of lies and greed.

In the post-megaspell wasteland, factions of ponies vie for control of the blasted hellscape. Wars are waged, heroes and villains are born, rise to power, and fall. Legends are written and forgotten.

This is not one of those legends.
