There is nothing important here.

Redemption is a long and complicated process, as a former supervillain Princess of the Night would tell you. For some, it doesn't come without a major shift in priorites in their life. For others, they simply wish not to change.

Diamond Tiara is in the latter camp, being a spoiled brat of a bully, she had everything she wanted and didn't desire such a thing. She knew it was wrong, but didn't care.

It would take three fillies and a devious scheme to make her see the error of her ways. The Cutie Mark Crusaders would rise and strike fear into her twisted and corrupt heart.

Inspired by My Dreaming Ends and My Jaws That Bite, My Claws That Catch. That and Toki being the best card in the entire Witchwood expansion.

Time. It marches on, regardless of your feelings, hopes and dreams, for it is the cruelest force of nature. The most unstable thing that can be tinkered with by mages. One wrong slip and the world you know is destroyed from the butterfly effect. It is a dangerous tool and one that few even see the effects of, let alone use for their own plans.

Starlight Glimmer is one of those exceptions, having used time magic in order to nearly end Equestria. It was averted by the heroic efforts of Twilight Sparkle.

There's a catch, though. You see, sweeping changes in the timeline don't go unnoticed, as several chronomancers watch over the timeline, carefully ensuring that nobody changes it without them noticing.

One of these, a gnome named Toki, travels to Equestria to tear the time tinkerer a new one.

After a shipment of bootleg puppies arrives in Ponyville, only one mare can stop them before they overwhelm the blooming puppy market. By punting them skywards.

It makes sense in context.

Wonderful cover art helpfully MSpainted into existence by WanderingPony!

Alternate realities are a funny thing. The "human world", as top pony scientist Twilight Sparkle coined it, is certainly one of the funniest. A culture obsessed with technology and appearances more than the values of friendship. It's probably why she rarely visits the place now.

However, this is not the story of a purple alicorn princess trying to fit in with a different species, this is about two occupants of this universe, while in Equestria haven't even met, in Canterlot City, they are roommates and good friends. This is the story of a Canterlot High dropout and a stoner living together.

Changelings are an odd bunch, Feeding off of love, undergoing sudden metamorphosis by "sharing love", having the ability to shapeshift into most anything, there's a lot that this interesting species can do.

Or you could just have them as guards. Guards who do nothing except stand outside and keep an eye out for interlopers. In the middle of nowhere, with no life around for miles.

Strategic genius right there, if you ask me.

The life of a reformed villain is a tough one. It's difficult to find friends who share the mindset of "I wanted to destroy/enslave the world!" due to the peaceful nature of Equestrians.

For such former megalomaniacs, there lies a little-known place called "The Salt Lick", where once a week, if you were evil enough to be a credible threat to Equestria, the barkeep will give you a discount in a night coined as "Villian's Night."

For one such unicorn, her time to discover this haven of enemies turned friends is today.

Rated T for references to alcohol and swearing.

This story is a sequel to Necromancy and You: An Idiot's Guide

After accidentally summoning a demon from Tartarus by using the wrong kind of olive oil, all Twilight wants to do now is relax with her close friend Starlight whilst attempting to bowl. Nothing wrong with that, right?

I mean, they have plenty to talk about, like how Starlight destroyed Equestria... Several... Times...

This is going to be a long day.

Twilight Sparkle, archmage, local Princess and part time friendship tutor, finds a book about a long lost school of magic on her doorstep.
It just so happens that the actual act of necromancy is more difficult than your average spell. Follow Twilight as she attempts to find virgins to sacrifice, carve pentagrams into her floor and generally do evil necromancy things.
All in the pursuit of knowledge, of course.

Starlight Speedster is your average everyday pegasus. He helps out on the Weather Patrol, buys the occasional cake at Sugarcube Corner and generally blends in to the background. His life is simple and he's happy with it.

Unfortunately he's not had the greatest day, as he had to take a double shift because Rainbow Dash didn't turn up to work. Surely having a drink at the local bar will ease his nerves...

Right?

Rated Teen for mild language and alcohol references. Also contains some RariJack, but not enough to warrant the Romance tag.

Also, I suck at making titles.
