So I had the pleasant experience of checking my feed, and reading a colorfully worded ultimatum that a user posted up in Twilight's Library. Putting some acknowledgement that your story has been featured on the front page in the story description will get your story voted down immediately! Take that la vache! That will teach you to use story descriptions for other then their stated purpose! I imagine this guy takes umbrage with people who advertise yard sales on telephone poles as well.

So it hasn't been a week yet since I posted up my story, and it's already hit 100 likes. I definitely owe thanks to a lot of people starting of course with Aetherpony, who gave his blessing to this project to a newbie writer.
