i just noticed how much MLP FiM resembles fay culture.

fay culture= summer and winter court.
MLP FiM= Day and Night Court.
changelings= Fay= Baby fay who replace babies to be raised by mortals. MLP= Creatures that replace family members to feed on mortals.
Fay= Highly magical beings.
Ponies= Highly magical Beings.

leaves me to believe that MLP is just a goody goody version of Fay culture.
