The main issue was why would someone make an amulet that gives you supreme power, but makes you crazy? What if it wasn't just a side effect?

Yes, exams went smoothly, apparently. I confess I was a bit worried for Calculus and Differential Equations, but apparently that went horribly for everyone, so they were inclined to be lenient.

This means that I can drink excessive quantities of drink, but this time, in a good way. Mostly. Maybe.

First off, those grins are freakin' creepy. And this is coming from me: I have some pretty creepy grins myself (I freak out my housemates constantly when I feel like it).

Tomorrow, I get my exam results. On Friday, I have a lab report to give in. I'm submitting stuff for the Valentines thing on the EqD. I have to do an online test soon. Electromechanical Devices.

I've already said this on the Olympus group, but I'm going to be very occupied until Saturday. Too occupied to review things, at least. I'll just have to play catch-up during the week-end.

I've only actually recommended three, though... and I'm on the fence about a fourth. I'm never completely convinced that I'm judging these stories to a correct standard, but I've been doing my best to review them to an acceptable level.

Well, 'The Gift Shop' is published, and it seems to be garnering some pretty positive reception. I'm especially glad for this because it's the first story that I've written where an OC takes such a prominent role. Not even some of my more regular and prominent OC's, like Private Eye have had such an important job, so I'm really glad he came out okay.
