I look at MLP a bit differently than the average brony. For example, I watch it through my neighbor's window with a telescope and a parabolic microphone. I keep in mind that the show was made for whoever the fuck wants to watch it, not just for a specific audience.

What is that duty, you ask? Why, to tell the story of what happened when my grandfather and I created a book that led to an alternate universe version of Equestria. Sounds stupid? That's what I told my granddad, but now that they're after me, there's no turning back.

By now, you've probably all heard the news. Mystquestria, by Mister Citadel, has finally been put out of its misery. Due to a PC failure I wasn't able to continue my little spoof of it, but as we all stand and look at the smoldering wreckage, I can't help but feel as though this is a bittersweet victory. While this story's blatant homophobia and bigotry won't be missed, I think we can all agree that in railing against it, the story brought us all together.

And that was a good feeling.
