Generosity is a reward on its own. A small gift that you personally don't care about. It isn't the act of giving, it isn't that the other pony owes you. It's just to see a smile on a friend's face, the lifting of a dark shadow on a stranger's brow. It is the one moment where all your earthly deeds take a step back and for but one small moment you can truly be yourself.

Because the fireplace is warm and when you find yourself the only pony around, sometimes you find your thoughts drifting. Sometimes you think about your friends, your family, sometimes you just think about where you live and why you consider it home.

All magic vanished from the world when Discord fell. Along with it, the might of the unicorns and alicorn princesses dwindled. Even the Elements Of Harmony lost their potence and were lost in the sea of time.

Left without the guidance of the alicorns and the magic of harmony, the ponies soon raised Equestria to a country ruled by science and industry. But still, some remain who dream of magic.

As the mysterious beast Magia threatens the world, a sickly filly named Twilight Sparkle and five friends take it upon themselves to delve into the caverns beneath Canterlot to find the burial ground of magic, the Lunarium.

This is an ongoing Rewrite. The story in and of itself was finished in April 2013 but needed some massive editing. This new version features all new scenes, better descriptions, less mistakes, 3D-Effects, and a gratis code for the DLC-Character "Emo Pie", which on any other occasion would've been a pre-order bonus only.

This story is a sequel to Where the Night Rules

It has been a long time since Discord has been defeated and the Realm of Equestria knows true peace. With everything going well in order and Celestia finally having adjusted to being the face of the royalty, Luna finds herselfs spiralling further and further into madness. Only the stars and the moon above appreciate what she does and what she sacrifices for her subjects and the whispering in her head drives her away from the ponies she once loved.

Princess Luna, a mare without friend and a princess shunned by her subjects often finds herself often on nigthly strolls around her home, trying to figure out how to help her both her sister and Equestria.

The story takes place roughly a pony lifetime before the ascent of Nightmare Moon and was inspired by 'Children of the Night'.
