No, no, I'm totally fine with all that. The over-all reaction to Incidental was positive but also... well, a bit ambivalent. Made me think about stuff, which is a good thing. Keeps it interesting. Anyway, I'm just glad people did like it. Second tier on a four tier scale is good enough for me.

2402289 eh, while The Incidental Pony has an absolutely amazing new take on the whole background pony Lyra idea, i cant see myself rereading it as it was mostly just a really cool reveal with a new take on an old idea. I'm still trying to sort out my favorites list, but I'm trying to save my top favs list for stories that either have a profound emotional effect on me, or I plan to reread.
