Hello and welcome newcomers to the Elemental School for the Defenders of Equestria, a new combat school that trains the next generation of defenders against the dreaded creatures of darkness. But when the new batch of trainees arrive strange things began to happen, what does that mean for the school and why is the weirdness focused on the new team from Ponyville.

The Northern wastes, a place once believed to be completely void of life aside from ghouls in what used to be the Crystal Empire and the frost Mirelurks who live in the frigid waters of the frozen sea. So it might come to a surprise to learn there is a Stable located here, very few knew of it’s existence until the Outcast and the Forgotten Knights made themselves known to the Equestrian wasteland.

Before that, the Stable laid there buried under the snow with only two living inhabitants both in cryogenic sleep. These two are about to play a major role in the future of the ponies in the Equestrian wastesland.

This story is a sequel to E.S.D.E: The Exam

After overcoming Nightmare (With the help of Pinkie Pie) who attacked them during the Exam. Apple Bloom, Sweetie Belle, and Scootaloo were accepted into the Elemental School for the Defenders of Equestria.

Now that they begin their schooling what challenges await our heroes.
