This is exactly the kind of details I need to know, I liike to make a good story, but then I have to avoid all these hidden traps, or I push otherwise enjoying readers.

Since it is the filly who found these items, it is she who is enticing the colt, and thus subject him tothe fantacy the items painted in her mind. Calling the filly Twilight may be an interesting idea, and then call the colt Shining.
