I've pretty much quit writing.

Probably for the best, all things considered- I wasn't that great. Or maybe I was. Either way, I have no intention of continuing any of my stories. Yeah, I'm a worthless quitter.

On an up-note, though, my friend Sam's expressed interest in rewriting and continuing 'The Changeling's Tale'. So, I gave the ol' girl(boy?) permission to do it.

I promise there was no bribery involved. I simply wanted to see the story continued.

It's out and submitted. If anything's going to get me hate, it'll be this chapter. But, enjoy anyway.

Chapter Three (or two, if you wanna get technical) is finished and undergoing editing and some minor revisions. Should be up in a day- two days at the very most. Also, the side-story that covers the relationship between Lyra and Octavia may have it's first chapter up sometime in the near future, too- I find alternating work between the two stories has made it far easier to overcome writer's block.

It's getting close to being finished, I should say. It's coming along a little slower than the previous two chapters, and it's more of a character exposition/storybuilding chapter, so you guys are in for some serious torture.

Chapter two of The Changeling's Tale is up, far faster than I thought it'd be- I had a streak of inspiration that lasted far longer than I could've hoped. Please, don't come to expect such speedy updates, but I'll do my best to keep them up. At any rate, enjoy.

In order to keep away any arguments over who should be allowed to write the two stories we worked together on, we've decided that they shall be simply discontinued. Alright, well, Rest for the Wicked is a cooperative project that I'm working on with a long-time friend of mine. As she will be out of town for some time, the project will be on Hiatus and, instead, I will be working on another story that will undergo a lot of rewriting and corrections as I endeavor, perhaps in vain, to make it good.

Alright, with my first story up and already a tiny, tiny handful of people somewhat-but-probably-not-really interested in it, I guess I'll commit to making sure new chapters are released as often as possible- so long as it doesn't hurt the quality of the chapters, which is in danger of being too low as it is.
