Twilight Sparkle was a regular kitten, chilling out in Canterlot Adoption Center. One fateful day, she gets adopted. Much to her displeasure, she has to leave her comfy bed, and move to a new place. This place was far out south, away from her regular lifestyle of isolation. It was a residential neighborhood. When she was transported to her new home via car, she looks out the window. Cats of all shapes and sizes were out on the street, roaming. This place in particular was very famous back in Canterlot. It was said that there was a place called Kitiville. This entire town was centered around cats. Everything, everything was about cats. Twilight knew she was in for a ride of her life as soon as that car door was opened.

I'm going to be taking a break from all the serious stuff for a bit. I need to refresh on some more light-hearted stuff.

The first two chapters are going to be pretty unoriginal.

It had been around two months since King Sombra took over the Crystal Empire. Even with the best of efforts, the Elements of Harmony, Princess Cadence, Shining Armor and Spike were unable to stop the King of Dark Magic. Spike and Cadence's whereabouts are unknown and everypony else seems to be just a regular slave.

Save for one, who showed off bravery during the very first meeting between her and her future king. She was granted a position as a soldier in his army, where she was brainwashed to believe all that he believed. However, during the first mission to Hollow Shades, she made multiple mistakes and was pulled from the army and has become a Castle Slave.

A maid if you will.

Rated Teen for Implied Torture and Slavery.

Twilight Sparkle is Princess Celestia's number one student. She is thought to be the smartest unicorn alive. A close second to Star Swirl the Bearded. Twilight is given a test. No ordinary one. Her test is to go to the Crystal Empire and protect it. This place is to be protected from an unholy threat. A demon made of pure malice that feeds off the fear of those it approaches, is attempting to reclaim the Crystal Empire.
It is Twilight's job to stop it.

She fails in doing so.
