Spilled Ink, the first part of Ink Blot's story, has concluded. I'm not entirely satisfied with the state of the story itself, but comprehensive edits and changes can come later. Right now I've got ideas for the continuing story that just need to be written out and connected.

Hello! Yes! It is I!

Month #5 has been very productive by my standards. We've added 3 more chapters, bringing our total up to 13 chapters, with 63,958 words, 2378 views (407 unique ones), 17 comments (5 of which are mine), 26 likes, and 2 dislikes. The fic is currently in 101 bookshelves, which means that aside from the people who happen upon it through various means, there are at least 101 people who will get notified when a new chapter comes out. Very impressive by my standards.

On this day, 102 years ago, the Great War ended. Soldiers from across the world were sent to fight, and die in the trenches of France and Belgium. Many of their bodies still lie in the fields where they died. At the 11th hour, of the 11th day, of the 11th month, in the year 1918, the war ended in accordance with an armistice that was signed earlier that morning.

At the time, they called it "the war to end all wars". How wrong they were.

Hello! Three months I've been at it now, a little slow at times but I'd like to try and keep my pace of writing as high as I can. It's been about 1 month since I began writing Spilled Ink. So far, there are 4 published chapters with 17,879 words in total. In the time I've been writing, there have been 112 unique views, 7 comments, 5 likes, and 0 dislikes

Honestly, I've surprised myself so far. I'm not a fast writer by any means, so even if I only add a few hundred words per day that's still a win for me.
