Most of my time at the keyboard is spent on a project that has very little to do with horses, a long-running original fiction that is equal parts theological discourse and medieval French fantasy novel. Well, it's finally happening. I've found myself buried in a rut, unable to move forward with horsewords. I hope it's because I'm fixating too much on mistakes of the past, though I can't rule out that it's due in large part to the same disinterest that has kept me from finishing even season five of MLP:FiM. It's time to get back into the habit.

I've been writing for a while. Most of my effort, admittedly, goes to a project that won't be seen on Fimfiction. Horsewords are great, but I've other passions as well. There are still plenty of stories I'd like to write about plenty of pones—some dark, some light; some sequels, some rewrites—but I'm having a hard enough time getting into the swing of things even with only my current pet project on my plate.
