After a long while, I decided that I needed to write something again. So I did. When it comes to releasing this kind of stuff, I'm dreadfully inconsistent, so just roll with it, and I'm sure something will happen. I have a better idea of where I want to take this one, so let's hope it's a keeper.

Shades of White is dead. I don't suspect any of you will care too much, so it shouldn't really matter. I've decided that I can't keep telling the story the way I want to, and I'm starting something new. You can find anything I plan on doing in the future on my other account, "Amalgam".

Hello folks, sorry I've slowed down so much in recent weeks, but Chapter 10 is well underway. This is the farthest I've ever gotten into a story I've written (my friends and I used to joke that I couldn't count to eight because of it) and I'd like to commemorate this by asking the person who gets the 200th view on Shades of White what they would like to see in the coming chapters. If the read count is at 199 and you open the story, shoot me a message and have your hopes and dreams fulfilled!

Man, you guys must really not like Chapter 1. I know it's not my best work, but whenever I revise it, nothing any better seems to come out. It also seems to be turning... nearly 50% of the people who read it off to the rest of the story. Chapter 1 has 96 views, while Chapter 2 has only 50. If you are one of those 46 people who stopped reading, I encourage you to either read on or contact me with ways I could make this better. Thanks in advance,

By tomorrow, the first 6 chapters of Shades of White will be updated to be a little friendlier to the eye (format wise). So, this is a general announcement about that. Props to the folks on Skype for lending a hoof on these. You know who you are.

Honestly, I can't stand google docs. I uploaded my FoE fic on DA first because google docs wouldn't preserve the fonts and page breaks I originally used. Before you say to "Just change it you lazy shit", the fonts, italicized parts, and general formatting for the title and perks/quests at the end is an integral part of the story, and fooling around with the formatting is just a real pain in the ass. If you want to read the story, it's better on DA. The link to it is in the story description.
