Happiness is everything; thus why the Authority Bureau ensures that nopony disturbs that happiness. Still though... Is this world as wonderful as Twilight and Celestia make it sound?

Sometimes those challenges are a bit too much, and they can truly test your will to carry on and your determination to make it to the other side of this long journey. Fluttershy knows these challenges quite well, and she is trying to find something, anything to escape the torment that seems to be constantly placed in her path. Survival is always important, at least that's what she's always been told.

In her mind, she sees it all as just being moved from one owner to the next owner. All life is, is a constant swap of ownership.

She's clever, musically gifted, and the most talented DJ in all of Equestria. She's Vinyl Scratch and she had it all, anything and everything she's ever wanted. That may be just the problem though: life is boring. With a constant desire for excitement Vinyl finds herself no longer amused with her day-to-day life. That all changes however when she meets a mysterious creature.

Magic works in strange ways, and seems to manifest in every pony differently. It's always about how one uses their gifts that magic has given them that matters. Sweetie Belle has learned one thing for certain in the past few years, and that is some gifts can quickly turn into a curse.

Winter is approaching in Ponyville, and all Rarity wants to do is work on her new winter garments, enjoy the holiday festivities and maybe even catch a chance alone with the pegasus she cares for most. That was before that day in early December when everything in Ponyville changed. Now it's a question of who a pony can trust, and who they can't.
