The holidays are most enjoyable when you've got friends and loved ones around to share in the joys of the season. Smarty Pants and her family have been together for many, many years before hoof. Though, this is their second year in Ponyville, and their first year hosting the Hearth's Warming party at the library. Everything was going without a hitch, though there's an extra guest in the midst. And while he hasn't all that much to say, he makes for a very rock steady listener.

On Hearth's Warming Eve, Rarity almost finishes her annual cleanup after a busy holiday season running her boutique. Though, a desperate knock on the door in the early hours quickly put her plans on hold. Standing in the aftermath of a hefty snowfall is none other than Twilight Sparkle, the newest citizen to Ponyville but one that Rarity had quickly become friends with. (As well as being an Element of Harmony with!)

Though the mare looked perturbed, almost edgy and very uneasy, which was not a normal look for Twilight. She was quiet, almost hesitant to even be there asking for help with something. No matter, there was nothing a warm beverage and a bit of one on one chatting couldn't solve! Especially on Hearth's Warming Eve!

Rainbow Dash isn't one to leave her friends out of anything, ESPECIALLY when they already feel like the world is stacking up against them. When one of her close friends is seemingly forgotten about, she makes it her duty to show him just how much everypony cares!

Originally written for an anthology under the request of B_25 for an artist by the name of NC Mares for their birthday! Reposted at B's request due to rule stuff.

A dragon and a pony. A mare and a dragoness. Together and in love? Pretty weird, right?

Most ponies would say that. Scoffing at just how ridiculous that sounded, while some might even question if you were alright in the head for asking such a ludicrous thing. A dragon and a pony could NEVER be together, it just wouldn't work. Yet, this was the reality for two of the residents in little hamlet known as Ponyville. They lived the impossible. A yellow dragon who towered greatly over the equine residents of the town who was the perfect definition of a gentle giant; and a small blue pegasus who was pretty much known all across Equestria for her flying prowess even from a young age.

Those two were Fluttershy and Rainbow Dash.

They were life long friends who eventually grew up to discover feelings of love for the other. What exactly lead them to falling for each other was still a mystery to any who saw them; and a bit of one to the both of them as well. They seemed like complete opposites, but that worked perfectly for the pair. It didn't really matter why, or how anyways... All that they knew is that neither one of them could imagine going any further in life without the other beside them, supporting their goals in every way imaginable.

But, such a relationship has it's rocky moments. It has ups and down, sacrifices and compromises that either of them is fully prepared for. Hard work and determination will help them though, love will always prosper.

Though, is the world ready for a dragon and a pony to get married?

I guess they're gonna find out...

The first chapter was pretty much based wholly by this picture, it just kinda captured my heart and I knew there was a story there. Less than two weeks later, I had a chapter written. I'm not sure where this will go fully, but I want to keep it E or at the most T if I need to. So expect some lighthearted lovey stuff to come from this story!

Swept Clean has worked hard all of his life, cleaning buildings top to bottom, including; windows, floors, walls, beds, and anything one could think of that would need cleaning, he does it.

But how can he hope to clean the sickness out of a young colt? Armed only with countless stories to tell, and decades worth of wisdom to impart upon his young mind, maybe there is something he can do to help. Though, you know what he isn't? A doctor.

And yet, that's what seemed to draw this sick little Pegasus towards him. Swept was the greatest thing in the world, and somehow the colt found a friend in him, after hearing the old janitor mention his idol, Spitfire. Surely a few more tales, and some needed snuggles and cuddles should be enough to cure whatever ails the little guy! Besides, he will be better before he knows it, right?

The life of a teenager is always hard, for each and every one of us, although some had it a bit easier than others. A loving family, a group of trusting and wonderful friends, a few after school activities to help keep their minds occupied, and maybe even a special someone to help shoulder the pain if need be. Though, some didn't have is as easy...

My name is Scootaloo, and this is the story of how I learned to grow up in this superficially unfair world, and what growing up meant to me. Through childish banter, teenage angst, and up into coping with the loss of a loved one, I'll walk you through every dirty detail of my life where I changed the most. All thanks to a kind hearted man, with a deep voice and the softest of smiles.

In life, a mentor can help guide you, help you learn many different things that will assist you in the world. Making gaps appear smaller, mountains feel shorter, and help ease the burden of growing up one lesson at a time. But in the end, it's up to you, the individual to use and apply the knowledge in your own life. And that, isn't always as clear cut as some make it out to be...

Firstly I want to give the biggest and most heartfelt thanks to my good friend and fellow writer, Duskhoof for backing this silly story of mine. I'm hoping I can provide him and you all with a touching, heartfelt and somewhat relatable story. If you enjoyed it, make sure to let me know!

Duskhoof. A single father to a cute little filly named Mole, finds something to change up life quite a bit. He meets the lone human in the world, befriending him quickly once he realizes he's in the same position as him. Though, the two fillies are vastly different. One being flesh and blood, the other made out of metal and wires. Though, he will soon come to realize that this human who calls himself "Silver," isn't that different from himself. Besides, stallion's gotta look out for each other, right?

Here is a story I never thought would see the light of day to be honest. I had this idea for a few months or so now, and, as it was my friend Duskhoof's birthday a few days prior to writing this description, I wrote this little chapter for him! It might not make much sense to you as the reader, but a lot of it is very symbolic to how our friendship is/will be. I was never going to post it, but Duskhoof said that I should, so here it is! There WILL be more to this, when that comes, I'm not so sure. But if you wanna see more, let me know with a comment below! Leaving the rating at T, just in case.

This story is a sequel to A Butterfly's Kiss

On a night like many other night's after it happened. You awake in a cold sweat, heart pounding in your chest, almost threatening to stop dead. But at this point, you'd almost welcome it...

This was written a long time ago, back in the summer. I was starting a new job the next day, but I woke with terrible anxiety the day before. This is the results of it. I do NOT condone suicide. It is never the answer. If you or anyone you know has these feelings, talk to someone.

This is largely un-edited, I wrote it in a hour or so and never touched it since. While not written originally as a sequel to A Butterflies Kiss, it could be considered as one. As this story was never meant to be seen by anyone, take it how you will.

As Ponyville's self appointed animal helper, Fluttershy takes responsibility for all the critters around town. And with Fall already deep underway, she overworks herself to make sure all the animals are prepared for the long winter months. At least this time she won't be alone, as you offer to lend her a hand.

Maybe she actually won't work herself ragged this year. Maybe she planned ahead and started early? Or maybe did the same as she always does. Regardless, you'll be there to help the beautiful pegasus... And hopefully not make a fool of yourself in front of your crush.

AN: Just something small I started a while back. This started as a RP with a friend of mine (you know who you are.) So It's not perfect, it's just a little cute romance story involving YOU and Fluttershy. The dialog from you is implied, just trying a different writing style as I like to do.

I hope you enjoy, partially inspired by the cover photo. Feel free to point out errors, it's only proofread by me, once through mostly. So there is bound to be errors.

Many months after Alex appeared in Equestria, he is living with the mare who took him in, and gave him a home. That mare was Lyra Heartstrings. Although the two fell in love, it was soon evident that she was not all she seemed to be.

The mare kept him away from other ponies, alienating him to all of Ponyville. He couldn’t get a job, nopony would make more then idle chit chat with the man in fear of what she might do to them. She was clearly, obsessed.

But enough was enough, he sees how wrong it is, and takes a stand against her. But that may prove to do more harm, then good to every-pony involved.

This will be a short story, around 10 chapters or so. Romance, family, a couple of dark/sad moments. Rated T for the moment. I doubt there will be any clop, major gore. But there may be violence and other abusive elements.
