That new MLP episode….

- The new song DEFINITELY had a Danny Elfman/Nightmare Before Christmas feel to it.
- Loved how Spike was actually considered a member of the group (AJ’s line of “I’ll need all hooves, and claws, for this” really cinched it). The group has definitely upgraded from the “Mane Six” to the “Mane Seven”, something I’m definitely happy about.
- That mid-episode twist…fantastic! Makes me REALLY hope we’ll see a “Fluttershy becomes a dragon” episode after all.

So...just finished watching the Season 4 premier of Friendship is Magic....I think I'm going to lay down for a while, let the hype wash through me before buying it on ITunes and enjoying it in HD goodness.
