I had a lot of crazy ideas back in high school, so my friends would sometime poke fun at them. There was no harm in it, and It was all in good fun though.

Last week I submitted Broken Dreams to The Royal Guard for evaluation. I thought I had a fighting chance and as it turned out it did ok. I made it to tier one... so not as far as I thought.

They recommended a few different groups to get help and one of them that I looked into was the Overly Extensive Editors group. I’ve been going over the chapters with SubShock over the last few days and there have been some noticeable improvements in how the story flows.

I find these two subjects extremely fascinating, so I’m conducting my own little research project that employs computer learning to process documents. At the very least I would like it to enforce static grammar rules, but the real goal is to get it to the point where it can pick up nuances in an author's work and offer more useful suggestions.

Disney actually made the worst and best movie for me, all at the same time. The high level premise of the movie is amazing, but I ended up hating a lot of implementation details. I also had problems with some of the casting and quite a few missed opportunities to make things better.

I don’t like musicals either so I basically had to tune out every song in the movie… except for “Let It Go”.
