Pipp: is slightly shorter

First, the good news: my progress with Twisted Metal: Black.

I’ve unlocked all 15 vehicles, obtained all but 2 trophies and unlocked all but 1 level. I have more things to say about the game as a whole.

Favorite vehicle(s): Roadkill and Spectre, which are easy to use and have strong Specials. Also Minion, for the above reasons and also being borderline absurdly powerful (once the final boss is rendered vulnerable, Minion’s Special will make mincemeat of it).

IMO, the villain is the most interesting one yet.

Why?

The trailers don’t really show it, but he’s pretty much Fast and Furious’ version of The Joker (though unlike Joker, he has a clearly defined backstory and motive for targeting the hero): funny and frightening, able to switch between them in the blink of an eye when he’s not being both at the same time.

This guy is even more unnerving than the eighth movie’s villain, and that’s saying something!

And because I can’t resist saying it:

”I’ve got something funnier than 24.”

“What?”

“25.”

I first heard this song in an episode of Top Gear, but never knew the name of it until earlier this year.

I completed my second day yesterday!

A few minutes ago, I beat the story mode of Twisted Metal: Black for the first time! I loved every moment of it!

As I type this, I’m now on the Season 9 finale episode. It’s a funny show, not as dirty as its reputation may imply (at least most of the time), and actually does have some good points, particularly when it started including more social commentary starting from Season 4 (and it still derives humor from its social commentary).
