Isolation wages a war on your sanity. It's worse when you don't know why you're alone, wandering around a barren planet with no sense of who you are or why you're there. And if you're the only pony left, who can you blame but yourself?

This story was written in eighteen hours as an exercise in speed writing. It is allegorical, and hopefully it can be understood as such. It is far from being anywhere near a perfect story, but it's something I had lying around that I thought someone out there might find interesting.

Scootaloo tricks out her scooter and can't wait to test it out with the other Cutie Mark Crusaders. But when something doesn't go according to plan and the CMC are responsible for a major disaster, how will they deal with the consequences of their actions, or the guilt associated with what they've done?

Hoops is plagued by a recurring nightmare of losing the mare that he loves, Rainbow Dash. Now that he's determined to act on his feelings, will his admission strike a chord with the tomboyish Pegasus, or will he just end up alienating her further?
