“That’s what I don’t get. What is it about a pretty face that makes it so irresistible?” The young drake paused, staring longingly at the gorgeous unicorn. As he focused more on the image of Fleur Dis Lee, his imagination got the better of him, causing his heart to palpitate rapidly. “How does one approach somepony who gives off this vibe of being so…” he paused again, unconsciously licking his lips, “...untouchable?”

Spike and Rainbow Dash are bored. It seems they've done everything there is to do in Canterlot. But when Spike suddenly spots the exotically beautiful Fleur Dis Lee with her friends, an idea sprouts. What will the pair have in store for Fleur?

The rejection was a bit harsh, honestly. Right after she’d said ‘no’ to the hopeful romantic, she immediately opted to assuage the pressing matter by mouthing the two words no prideful male would ever want to hear. ‘I’m sorry’…Those double-edge words, meant to be received as a polite, apologetic gesture but only taken as a staggering jab to the heart. Rainbow Dash had meant well; though her effort at easing the pain of her friend’s aching heart was misguided.
