While Twilight and her friends are checking on the the Tree of Harmony they find something very unexpected. A new friend. A crippled Bat-pony living in the Everfree Forest.

Discord was created at the dawn of time, but he couldn't be allowed to run a-muck. He had to be contained, that job was given to his 'sister' Aurora Magi. The history and rivalry between the two is extensive. And now its time to tell Twilight this long forgotten story.

A pony lost to history. A pony that those old enough to remember worked hard to put from their minds. She is back. and she's out for blood. Nopony likes being betrayed. But some let the wound fester and it overcomes them. It drives them insane. She has felt all of this. Dusk Star is back.

Twilight goes on another quest for Celestia. she finds something that would change her life forever, ruin her friendships and devastate equestria all from opening a box.
