After seeing more of the promotional material for MLP: A New Generation, my expectations for the series have gone up quite a bit. I'm still holding my breath, but I see the writers are putting in the effort.

Since we're roughly a week away from the movie's release, as of this writing, I'm going to make a few predictions about how the character dynamics of each of the Mane 5 will play out in comparison to the six previous protagonists.
