Apple Bloom has been a wreck for a while now. Her fellow crusaders got their cutie marks, and at first, she was happy for them, really happy. Its been a few weeks since then and she finds herself alone and a broken filly. Diamond Tiara's teasing has gotten worse, now that she is the only one. She finds herself staring into a mirror and wondering what the point of trying anymore is. Sweetie was off to train in Canterlot for a professional music career. Scootaloo was leaving town with her dance troupe. They had to. It wasn't like they had a choice. They needed to get better. They needed to get somewhere. Yet, still here, was Apple Bloom, alone and with a blank flank. They didn't need her, nopony did, she was worthless. She knew, from her training on the apple farm, that rotten apples don't bloom, they don't grow, they aren't needed. She was a rotten apple. She would never get her cutie mark because she was worthless, and she knew it.

After years of hiding in the Everfree forest, Fluttershy emerges to a very different Ponyville. It seems as though everypony is gone. She knows only one thing, Discord has been living in her cottage, and he and Angel Bunny are all shes got now that everypony seems to have vanished from Ponyville.

This is a universe where after Twilight and friends gave up the elements, Discord took advantage of it, and everypony was forced to leave Ponyville. Fluttershy blamed herself for the incident and blocked it from her memory. She now returns to Ponyville and must pick up the pieces.

Each chapter is a diary entry, letter, or note of a minor background pony and their experiences, some will take place during the events of certain episodes, others will be stand alone.

Lyn was a girl living Manhattan, her passion was playing the lyre. But, when Lyn got fired from her job working in the orchestra she felt that she had lost everything. She was forced to take a job in a local antique shop. Her work there was dull and empty, but one day she discovered a mirror in the back of the storage room. And as the girl moved the mirror across the store, she dropped it, falling into the mirror itself. She awoke in a small room with a locked door, discovering that she wasn't Lyn anymore, something was different, something odd, where were her hands?

I am aware the chapters run short, I just write short chapters, you're still getting the same content, just in small doses.

Twilight gets her first student, a little unicorn filly with strange magical abilities. There is a problem though, her powers are stronger with hate and anger. Twilight grows to love her student, who is named Fira Adara, and trains her as well as she can to control her powers and use them for good. But will little Fira be able to control them? And what caused her strange magical abilities?

What would Ponyville be like if Rainbow Dash was never born?

Pinkie knows something about her world that nopony else understands. She is always on display, and Pinkie has made the best of it. It seems that nopony understands why Pinkie behaves the way she does, is it fear? Is it insanity? Or is it that the fate of all equestria is in her hooves?
