Well, it's been a hot minute, hasn't it?

After about 6 years of stagnation, I'm finally getting my shit together and moving forward. Which means no more letting life happen to me, and no more empty promises about my fanfic writing. I'm throwing ideas at the wall right now for Life of a Dragon, and I'm finally getting started on my new story. Probably gonna delete Hellriders, because of the unholy amounts of cringe that radiates from that pile of apeshit.

Today, I had to put my dog, Smokey, to sleep. My brother and I first got him when we were eight, and we've had him for 13 years. He was always there for me. I have story updates coming soon, and a new story to boot. I won't say much, but all I can say is this:

I just found out that a kid I knew from high school died in his sleep. They think it was either sleep apnea or an aneurysm. He was only two years older than me, and I'm fucking 19. His family and his girlfriend of 5 years are a mess and his friends are in shock. I didn't know him so well, but when someone so close to my age dies so suddenly, it messes with your head. I'm not sure if I'll be getting any sleep.

In light of the new Equestria Girls movie, I'm going to be re-writing Anonymous to take place in the EG universe.

Well, I got to go to BronyCon over the weekend, and it was the most fun I've had in a long time. I got to meet so many cool people, and got to see people like Tara Strong and Michelle Creber and Youtubers like SaberSpark and ACRacebest.Getting to be there and see all these other broniesy with their cosplay and fan art really got the creative juices flowing again.
