So I completely revised New Rules and fixed the issues with chapter 3, so please give it another read and any issues have been fixed. In my opinion its much better than before

I put both my "Sparks" and "Rainbow Lightning" fanfics on hiatus until I finish "New Rules" since I'm about half done with it. Due to many predictions on what will happen, I decided although it won't differ much from Chronicle, there will be some major plot twists later on.
