Twilight wasn't one to sit alone in bars and stare at an empty glass. On the one rare occasion she found herself in that position, however, she thought to herself that though breaking up with somepony hurt, it was far worse when it didn't hurt at all.

Small writing exercise to vent out my frustrations at life.

In an effort to encourage reading and writing in Ponyville, Mayor Mare launched a project inviting ponies to write their autobiographies for storage in the Castle's Library. However, despite her thrilling life, Rarity simply didn't have the time to sit down and write her autobiography, no matter how badly Twilight wanted her to do it.

...Then again, she wasn't all that good at not catering to the alicorn's every adorable whim.

Everypony enjoys myths and ponytales, even if they know such things aren't real. Alicorns fighting against a spirit of chaos? An ancient princess trapped in a library under a tree, waiting to be found? Quite enchanting and fantastic tales yes, but nonetheless as fictional as Daring Do and other such stories. At least, that's what Rarity used to think.

She doesn't anymore.

When five foals asked Princess Twilight Sparkle to please try and paint the moon purple during Nightmare Night, she initially refused. It wasn't until they insisted (and Princess Luna quite basically dared her) that she relented. She only relented, however, because she really thought she wouldn't be able to do it.

Too bad she thought wrong.

A very silly story that started as a prompt that got way, way, way out of hand.

Decorating Golden Oak Library for the holiday season was never Twilight's favourite thing to do, but her friends have kindly offered to lend a hoof. Things would be going much faster, however, if Rarity hadn't found Sunset Shimmer's fake crown buried inside a box of decorations.

A short RariTwi fluff written while taking a breather from working on other stories. Based on a headcanon a friend told me on Skype which I had to make into a fic, because cute headcanons are my one weakness.

Throughout their relationship, Twilight had come to accept that sometimes Rarity got emotional and no power in Equestria could stop her. She just wished the unicorn wouldn't decide to do so when she was busy working on a research paper for Princess Celestia.

Non-canon prequel to The Enchanted Library

As a filly, Rarity's favorite bedtime story was about three princesses trapped throughout Equestria by a wicked spirit of chaos. How she dreamed of finding them all when she was older, especially the princess trapped in a library under a tree. She knew, however, that fairy tales weren't real.

Only when she grew up would she find out how very wrong she was.

Based on an AU a friend came up with in which Rarity stumbles across an enchanted library where Twilight is its spiritual guardian, and both form an unlikely friendship as she helps Twilight be restored to normal.

What initially started as a challenge to complete fifty Rarilight one-line stories has become a general project of writing as much rarilight stories of varying lengths as possible, from two line stories to stories that just don't reach that minimum 1000 word limit to be posted as a stand-alone.

Stories range from all the available categories, from funny to sad to romance to etc…

If Twilight had learned something from her relationship with Rarity, it was that even if she was hopelessly in love with the other unicorn, she wanted Rarity to fulfill her dreams -- even if it meant sacrificing their own relationship and breaking both their hearts.
