It has occurred to me from a brief discussion I had about the term "brony" and "fan" and how it reflects on me. Do I call myself a brony? Am I a fan of the show?

I'd like to think there is definitely a difference between liking a show, and being a fan of it. When I first was introduced to the show and the fandom, I thought it was fantastic. I couldn't get enough of it, spending a whole day watching every single episode from the season's pass that I had not seen since I begun following it.
