At long last, I've uploaded the very last chapter of Flying Without Wings and change the status from 'incomplete' to 'complete'. Just in time, as well- the contest ends tomorrow and judges tend to smile on finished works. The AppleDash group currently have an awesome collab going on celebrating the 200th prompt tag. Each author writes a 500-1500 chapter of the story, and then the next author takes over. Simple. I've decided to take part in this wonderful adventure, and now my time has come. I've written up my part, so at some point it shall be added to the story. As the title implies, I have finally reached a total of 50 followers. This is a great achievement for me, as 50 is basically the first milestone of every small, growing author. Of course, it wouldn't have been possible without all you awesome people deciding my stories were good enough for a watch. So I want to reward you. So, yesterday I was watching this Disney film called Frozen. It's like, about this girl with magical snow powers or whatever. Yeah, so it's one of those musical films, where the characters burst into song at any random moment. They were all pretty good songs, but this one called Let It go was just amazing. I love it. You've probably noticed by now that I've got out the first chapter of Flying Without Wings, the first story I said I'd write in my previous post. Well, here it is, and I got it done quickly as well! This chapter is more of an introduction than anything else, showing us their relationship and how it works out for them, then throwing in the first feelings of uncertainty. That's all so far, and I'm going to try and slow down my writing for this one, as I know I have a problem with pacing.
