After years of avoiding it, Chrysalis finally (somewhat forcefully) convinces Amor that he needs to plan a New Year's Resolution. the only problem is, where to start, and who to ask?

It has been nearly 1000 years since the banishment of Nightmare moon. Equestria has been in peace for some time now. But as the longest day of the thousandth year approaches, Luna prepares for her escape, hoping to be freed from her curse, while a darker side of her only wishes for destruction.

Years pass, the hive grows. But peace is farther than it seems. Amor must lead his hive through war with an enemy long thought to be gone, an enemy that can be anypony, anywhere, and can easily outnumber them. it is up to the former king and his experience to save his people.

I don't understand how, but I ended up in Equestria. Celestia brought me here in hopes of teaching me something and hoping she could reform my thoughts on friendship, but we'll just have to see how far gone I already am.

Amor was the former king of the changeling hive, but disappeared shortly before the attack on Canterlot not many knew exactly what happened or even if there was a reason. In this story, we follow Amor in his journey from the hive and on his adventure. Will he find what he is looking for?
