The Ponyville Medical Society is trying to get Grumpy Goat in legal trouble to avoid paying a large slander and libel judgment. They have sent him patients with obvious medical conditions that it is not legal for him to treat.
Grumpy seeks to collect his gold, help the sick ponies AND get even with the Medical Society all at once.

Clodimer is demanding a hundred and ten percent refund because, though he got the results of the spell that he bought, "Your s**t had nothing to do with it!"
Grumpy actually gives him the money back. What could possibly go wrong for Clodimer as a result?

Caramel Treat and Fangrin have figured out the perfect guests/cast for their restaurant's Nightmare Night celebration. They invite both Grumpy Goat and his friend, the Litch King, Lord of the Dead (known as Clarence to his few friends).
It becomes a Nightmare Night to remember!

Sweet Berry, of Sweet Berry Farms is told that she has a terminal cancer. Expensive treatments can extend her life but she will have to sell the farm to afford them and may die in debit anyway.
She comes to Grumpy for a quick and painless end.
Grumpy spots a fly in the ointment and shows her an alternative solution.

Coalsmoke, a lovely blank flanked mare, witnesses an attempted assault on Grumpy and that leads to revealing her troubles to him.
Since Grumpy's Non Equine magical practice thrives on the discord between ponies, he agrees to help her.
The troubles and the contract change when she becomes the victim of violent abuse.
As a result of the consequences of the last contract, Coalsmoke earns an unusual cutie mark and embarks on a new carreer.

Grumpy seeks revenge on the anti-goat mob that destroyed his home and his studies toward a degree in Equine Psychology just short of his certificate. Turning to Necromancy, he raises the Litch King. Unfortunately, his copy of the NECRONOMIPONY (subtitled Necromancy made Easy: a manual for beginners in the Art) contained a printer's error ~~ ~~ ~

Unhinged pony, escaping from the Asylum is met by an elderly blue unicorn. He is none other than De Writer, the 3000 year old Chronicler of Equestria. De Writer treats Unhinged to a lunch of his favorite foods while seeming to watch for a particular pony. That pony, on his way to meet with the terrorists of the Anit Pegasus Cult, steals Unhinged's lunch.

Emerald is a sick pony. He has contracted a nasty cold that he nicknames the Pony Plague. He confornts the twin issues of choice between advice that he has casually overheard Zecora give and the Doctor Red Mane's .

He also has to fix something to eat. While battling the Pony Plague.

Knick Knack's small antique shop is visited by an old blue unicorn. He makes a very expensive purchase to be sent to the Castle in Canterlot. He also has anoher thing to ask. A favor of sorts. He wants her to take something from him that he has had for a VERY long time . . .
