Follow the tale of Desert Dust, daughter to Equestria's greatest explorer and adventurer, Daring Do, as she uncovers a sinister plot to harness unnatural forces and meddle with the balance of life and death. Following the trail left to her by her missing mother, Dust will have to traverse the world and travel to far-flung locations, searching for her lost mother and continuing her quest for the legendary Cask of Undeath.

This fic features some moderate violence, but nothing too gruesome.

Set after the events of the first Mare-Do-Well story, this fic follows the more intricate and methodical uprising of the caped hero against an unjust despotism; Everfree City. Formerly the Royal City of Canterlot, this society has now become a grim totalitarian world, ruled over by the most powerful criminals in Equestria, who have taken the city through their underhand methods and made themselves the dictators. Mare-Do-Well's only option to defeat a city-wide criminal empire is to use new tactics and to raise the civilian majority against the dictating minority.

A direct continuation from Mare-Do-Well: Genesis. It is recommended that you read that fic first before moving onto this one.

Set a number of years after the events of show canon, in a slightly darker reimagining of the show's Equestria, this fanfiction follows the story of one young mare tasked with taking on the role of Equestria's greatest hero: The Mysterious Mare-Do-Well. This fanfic is a dark but (hopefully) entertaining, comicbook-like delve into the life of a superhero in Equestria.
