After much soul searching, Rainbow Dash has realized that she loved Applejack all along. All those years of games and playful banter have added up to a perfect revelation of love! In a flash, she shot across the sky toward AJ's farm and her bright future with the mare of her dreams.

But Applejack is less than enthused about this turn of events. In fact, she's downright furious.

Starlight Glimmer was once the head of a cult. She used her magic to control minds, enslave ponies, and nearly destroyed all of Equestria. Such acts are unforgivable, but somehow she was forgiven by Princess Twilight, and has become her student. It is certainly more than she deserves.

While Starlight admires the grace with which Twilight forgave her, and frankly, the grace that the Princess displays in all areas of life, she has to wonder: What's her secret?

Rainbow Dash is thinking about asking out Soarin', and asks Applejack for advice on the matter. Not satisfied with AJ's advice, she is pointed toward Sunset Shimmer, since she actually did manage to get a relationship going with Flash Sentry. But after learning how, Rainbow then gets caught on a more interesting question:

Rainbow Dash from Equestria has decided that she would like to have a smartphone. The Rainbow Dash from the human world has one. When Equestrian Rainbow Dash steals the human Rainbow Dash's phone, the two hold a competition to decide who keeps it. But, more importantly, the contest will determine which of them is better!

Sunset does not approve.

On her latest visit to the human world, Twilight decides that she likes having a smartphone too much. So she steals one and takes it back to Ponyville with her.

While other ponies in Twilight's life have something special about them, Twilight is just a regular old unicorn. She certainly isn't special like Princess Cadence. Sure, her foalsitter always tells her she's special, but there is no objective logic behind this reasoning. And the upcoming Summer Sun Celebration might be fun, but it certainly can't help. How could somepony, proving she's the most special pony in all of Equestria, help Twilight find her place in life?

This story is a purely fluffy head-canon to connect the uncertain Twilight seen in the Canterlot Wedding flashback with the one seen in Cutie Mark Chronicles. It is not that serious, but I think it's nice.

If someone doesn't get it, think of Pinkie's hair being used as a cannon. That was the purpose of this story.

Pinkie is asked to wait a few minutes for the doctor to see her. This is routine, right? After all, she's waited for things before, right?

Well, Pinkie's not very good at waiting.
