Lorcan the damned
Lorcan got up from his sleep that was longer than usual. He had been getting strange dreams as of late. Ever since the Mane 6 defeated the Changeling Queen he has been getting ominous visions. Visions that showed the death of ponies he knew and cherished. Lorcan, the pegasus, splashed water on his face and got ready for the day.
Lorcan opened the door, shook his legs around and stomped his hooves on the ground. He walked out the door and trotted towards sugarcube corner. He tried to shake the dark thoughts from his head. Sugarcube Corner was Pinkies usual hang out spot, and Lorcan thought she'd be the best pony to cheer him up.
"Good morning every pony, just thought i would stop by to see whats up." Lorcan looked around but didn't see Pinkie.
Before Lorcan could ask where Pinkie was he was jumped on by a pony in all black.
"BAH! W...what was that!?" Lorcan was buried underneath the flank of the pony.
"Did i get you? Huh huh huh?" The pony said while jumping up and down on Lorcan.
Lorcan could tell from the scent that the pony was giving off it was Pinkie. He was relieved it was a friendly pony.
"Pinkie, I know it's you. can you please get off me please?"
"Oh sorry haha. How do you like my ninja suit? Rarity designed it just for me!"
Lorcan noticed the suit was a little tight on her in some areas. He fought off his perverted thoughts long enough to have a conversation with Pinkie. After some treats and some time with Pinkie, Lorcan was feeling chipper and was ready to take on the day. As he was leaving Sugarcube Corner,Pinkie stopped him and told him to meet with Fluttershy.
Lorcan made his way to Fluttershy's hut. He took some time to pet the animals and feed them. Lorcan came upon Fluttershy's hut and knocked the at the door. Angel, Fluttershy's pet, answered the door. He let Zorcan in and pointed to Fluttershy who was sleeping.
"Ah, maybe I should come back later when she isn't sleeping."
Lorcan was about to leave when Angel used he foot to thump on Fluttershy's head. She started to stir and eventually woke up. She stretched her hooves out and looked at Lorcan with a look of disbelief.
"Eep! I'm sorry, i fell asleep while cleaning!" Fluttershy was going off in a nervous tangent like she usually does when she is caught doing something embarrassing.
"It's okay Fluttershy, I didn't mean to startle you. I was told by Pinkie to meet you." Lorcan chuckled a little as he closed the door to the hut.
Fluttershy's hut smelled better then it usually did. Lorcan walked over to Fluttershy who cowered a little when he approached. He than sat next to her bed and looked her over. She was wearing an apron with a floral pattern and her mane was messy.
"Oh, um...yes well you see I need your help lifting a rock out of the way so the beavers can have a clear path to their homes." Fluttershy said as she got in a more confident pose.
Fluttershy took of her apron and fixed her mane. She walked to the door and motioned Lorcan to follow her. After they left her hut, Fluttershy and Lorcan walked a path that took them to the entrance to Everfree forest. Lorcan saw the big rock that had a log against it.
"You see that? With the rock in the way the poor little beavers can't move the log. Can you take care of it?" Fluttershy was close to Lorcan's side.
" Sure Fluttershy, I would be happy to get ride of this rock." Lorcan said as he got ready to push the rock out of the way.
As Lorcan lowered his head to push the rock, he experienced terrible pain. The pain coursed throughout his head. He cringed and closed his eyes as images poured through his head. Lorcan saw Changelings and his friends; the images in his head were tinted red. He started hearing voices that forced their way into his mind.
"You see what we can do? There is nothing you can do to stop this devastation. It is an inevitability." The voices said, echoing throughout his mind.
"No, what is this? Get Out of my head! ARRGH!" Lorcan got angry and headbutted the rock.
The rock shattered into pieces which flew everywhere. Lorcan's head was bleeding from the jagged parts of the rock. Fluttershy ran off scared while he was going through this. He looked around to see if Fluttershy was hiding nearby but she wasn't. Lorcan took a big sigh and bucked a tree. He made his way back to the center of town, certain that Fluttershy was to afraid to see him again.
"What the hell just happened? I can't believe I lost control like that in front of Fluttershy." Lorcan thought to himself as the blood from his wound ran down his face.
Lorcan was losing a lot of blood when he arrived at the center of town. He looked around and saw Twilight's home and made his way over there. His vision was getting blurry and it was getting harder for him to keep his balance. He shook his head and hit himself a couple times to muster up some strength. Lorcan was on the doorstep of Twilight's house when he knocked.
"Hello, welcome to Twilight's home. I am Spike how can i help you? By Celestias beard what happened to you Lorcan?"
"Just had a little accident is all. Is Twi-" Before Lorcan could finish his sentence he collapsed at the door.
Twilight was called over by Spike,and she came running. Twilight used her magic to levitate the unconscious Lorcan onto the floor. Twilight saw the gash on his head and used her magic to heal it.
The sun was setttting when Lorcan got up. He looked around to see Spike cleaning the book shelves and Twilight nose deep in a book. Spike saw that he was up and called Twilight over.
"My wound; it's healed up. Did you do this Twilight?" Lorcan said as Twilight approached him.
"Well i couldn't have you bleeding all over the floor of my home now could I?" Twilight said as she pointed to the blood stained rag.
"Oh sorry. Listen Twilight i have to tell you about something that happened to me at the forest. I was with Fluttershy at the time."
Lorcan proceeded to tell Twilight about his visions. He told Twilight how his anger got the best of him and scared Fluttershy. Twilight could only look at him in disbelief and horror. He also mentioned the voices that forced their way into his mind.
"I think you should fly home and rest, Lorcan. It sounds like you had quite the day." Twilight said with a fake smile on her face.
"I am a little woozy from the wound. I guess i will turn in early." Lorcan said as he walked out the door.
Twilight turned to Spike with a worried look on her face. She gathered herself and looked through a book in her library. She took a couple minutes to thumb through the pages. Dropping the book, Twilight gasped and rushed over to Spike.
"Spike take a letter. I fear we are in grave danger and need the Princesses help." Twilight said as she began to speak about the conversation she had with Lorcan.
