> The Rainbow, The Magician and The Clopfic > by Pony Montana > -------------------------------------------------------------------------- > Chapter 1 > -------------------------------------------------------------------------- Chapter 1: Discovery "Ah, please Trixie!" begged Rainbow Dash. Trixie gently caressed Rainbow's slit, smirking as the mare beside her squirmed. Just when Rainbow was about to hit her climax, Trixie stopped all stimulation. "Hey, keep going, I'm almost there!" "You come when Trixie allows you to, not when you want to, is Trixie clear?" Rainbow just lay there, whimpering frustratedly. "Who the buck writes this stuff!?" Rainbow Dash had just found a piece of writing on the floor that involved her being dominated by Trixie, and she was not impressed. If anything, that obnoxious mare would be the one begging for me! Wait, I didn't mean it like that... thought the rainbow-maned mare. But how did that piece of paper get inside of her home? "I'll just get Twilight to figure out who wrote this, then I can give them what they deserve and move on." declared a satisfied Rainbow Dash as she flew out of her cloud home, carrying the sheet of paper with her. It was evening when she arrived at the Golden Oaks Library, and started to bang feverishly against the door. "Just a moment!" a voice called from somewhere inside. Seconds later, a lavender unicorn opened the door and glanced around. "Oh, hi Rainbow! The library isn't opened at the moment, what are you doing here at this time? Did you want some more Daring D-" she started, but was interrupted by a piece of paper waving in front of her face. "I need your help with something, Twilight." said Rainbow Dash. Twilight Sparkle noticed the agitated look on her friend's face, so she invited her into the library to talk. Twilight led her into a small and quiet room, and they each took a chair, facing towards each other. "So, what was it you wanted my help with?" Rainbow Dash sighed deeply, and then started, "Well, I was reading some Daring Do in my room, and I noticed a piece of paper lying on the ground, so I picked it up and read it, right?" Twilight nodded as Rainbow continued, "So I was skimming through the middle since nopony reads the beginning of books anyway, and a piece of paper isn't much different." The lavender mare frowned a little at this statement, but kept calm for the sake of her friend. "I'm not sure that I follow." said a mildly confused Twilight Sparkle. Rainbow Dash gave her an annoyed look and thrusted the paper into her hoofs. "Read this, then you'll definitely understand..." "Trixie, I'll do anything!" The blue unicorn smirked as she kept Rainbow on the edge of her climax. "Rainbow, hasn't anypony told you not to make promises you can't keep?" Trixie cooed in her ear. Rainbow thrust her flank in the air, desperate for any type of stimulation that would send her over. "How cute, getting a little desperate, aren't you?" her partner asked teasingly. Rainbow Dash didn't even hear Trixie anymore, the only thing she could concentrate on was the heat between her legs. At this point, Twilight stopped reading. "Wow, that wasn't bad for a pairing like that..." Twilight whispered to herself, out of Rainbow's hearing range. "So," announced Twilight, blushing a little, "I understand what you mean now." Wait a second, why does this writing seem so familiar? I thought I was the only pony who paired the two together... "The more you know, Twilight..." whispered Rainbow as she gently pulled her friend into an embrace, interrupting Twilight's thoughts. "The next thing is, I need you to find out who wrote it so I can... have a talk with them." She winked at Twilight. A few seconds passed. "Have you figured it out yet?" Rainbow asked impatiently. "Of course not, it takes time! The only thing I can tell you is that it was actually written quite well, and it reminds me of a style similar to my own. Anyway, what kind of talk exactly are you going for?" asked Twilight suspiciously. She didn't want anypony getting hurt because of a piece of writing. "Oh, just an explanation, and maybe some other stuff..." Rainbow said as she trailed off. Twilight wondered why Rainbow was so determined to find out who wrote it. She sighed, knowing that Rainbow Dash meant to do a lot more than she was letting on. Twilight finally gave in. "Fine, I'll help you, Rainbow, but you've got to give me time to figure this out. Could you come back tomorrow at noon?" "Of course, I'll be right on time, thanks Twilight! I'll even do some investigating myself so you won't have to do all of the work." said Rainbow Dash excitedly before flying out of an open window in the library. As Rainbow Dash left, Twilight began inspecting the piece of writing, its form, the writing style, the hoofwriting... And immediately saw a connection. My writing looks like this as well! The word choice, the style, even the hoofwriting is the same! she thought. "But nopony except for me was in Rainbow's home for the past few days..." she said aloud. Then comprehension dawned upon her. No, it can't be mine... she thought desperately. She turned the page over... If you find this piece of paper, please mail it to Golden Oaks Library in Ponyville. Thank you! - T.S She knew that Dash would put the pieces together, and that her secret was out. Back at Rainbow Dash's home... Rainbow Dash slammed her hoof in her face. I can't believe I didn't check for a signature or a name! she thought miserably. "So, who could it have been?" she asked herself. She was certain that it couldn't have been one of her friends. It has to be somepony who knows both Trixie and I... But that still doesn't explain how it got into my home. Nopony else except Twilight has been here in forever, and even then, they wouldn't be able to walk on the clouds. Her eyes widened in shock. "Nopony except Twilight with her magic..." she murmured. She blushed despite herself, knowing that one of her friends paired her up with the mare that humiliated her and her friends. She let out a growl. "Twilight Sparkle, you liar!" > Chapter 2 > -------------------------------------------------------------------------- Chapter 2: "Confrontations" The next day... It had been a long and restless night for Twilight Sparkle, for she had been cowering in fear of Rainbow Dash showing up at the library once she had pieced together the evidence, having no clue what the rainbow-maned mare would do to her. Maybe she doesn't even know, not everypony has your intelligence, right? the lavender mare reassured herself. Twilight was huddled in her room, and it was clear that the lack of sleep had taken its toll on the poor unicorn. Despite only being half-conscious, Twilight jumped at the slightest noises, stumbled into walls, had managed to knock over a whole shelf of books, and even tripped over her own books laying on the ground. Knowing that it was not her day, Twilight put up a little note on the library door, telling visitors to return another day. Unfortunately, the library is closed today for the librarian is unwell, please check back later, and sorry for the inconvenience. - T.S Rainbow Dash had slept fitfully, for she had only fallen asleep while creating plans to humiliate a certain lavender mare when they later met the next day. She had awakened only to find herself lying on the cloud floor. What happened yesterday? she asked herself as she tried to recall the events of the previous day. "Oh right, I was supposed to meet that flank-stabbing, fillyfooler-obsessed mare at noon..." muttered the pegasus as she groggily stood up. She quickly glanced at a clock. 11:47 A.M "Great, I overslept and have to go straight to her home now..." grumbled an angry Rainbow Dash as she flew towards the library. And Celestia help that mare when I get there... she thought to herself. It was five to noon, and Twilight Sparkle was a quivering wreck. Rainbow wouldn't hurt me, we're friends, right? she told herself as she anxiously anticipated the other mare's arrival. A few minutes later, she heard the sound of a hoof against the library door. Keep calm Twilight, play innocent and things will be fine... Just open the door. thought the mare's brain, but apparently, her hooves had other intentions. Before she knew it, she was hidden behind a couch in the reading room. Rainbow Dash glanced at the note on the door. Unfortunately, the library is closed today for the librarian is unwell, please check back later, and sorry for the inconvenience. - T.S "I don't believe it, it can't be a coincidence..." muttered Rainbow Dash. "Open the door Twilight, we need to talk." As the minutes passed and nopony answered, Rainbow Dash grew suspicious. "Twilight, I know you're in there." Silence. "Buck it, I'm coming in whether she likes it or not!" said the determined mare, spreading her wings and flying to the chimney of the house. Twilight let out a sigh of relief as the knocking on the door stopped abruptly. Maybe she thought that nopony wa- her thoughts were interrupted by the sound of rapidly approaching hoofsteps heading towards the room she was in. Panicking, she dove back behind the couch with surprising speed just as a certain pegasus trotted in. As Rainbow scanned her surroundings, she saw a tinge of purple hair sticking out from behind the couch on her right. Ha, I've got you now Twilight! she thought devilishly, as she quickly rushed towards it, hoping to catch the mare hiding behind it. Knowing that she had been spotted, Twilight Sparkle made a last desperate attempt for the building's exit. "Celestia, help me!" she cried as she teleported behind a closed door to the outside of the building. Rainbow Dash let out a squeal as she hit the door, blindly followed Twilight's trail. "You sneaky little mare..." she muttered as she held her aching snout, then took to the skies to carry out the pursuit. As soon as she had taken flight, she saw the figure of a lavender unicorn head toward Sugarcube Corner, and headed after it. "Please tell me that the spell worked!" puffed Twilight as she ducked and turned into the nearest street corner. A voice from a passing mare on the other side of the street called out mockingly, "Oh, how the mighty have fallen!" "What, who's there?" the unicorn called between deep breaths. I know that voice... "Trixie is offended that you would forget a beautiful voice such as hers!" Trixie was the last mare other than Rainbow Dash that Twilight Sparkle wanted to see at the moment. Twilight glanced in the direction of the voice, and of course, she saw no other than the blue unicorn, clad in her signature cape and hat, dishing a smug look. "Look Trixie, I'm not in the mood to play your games right now..." Said mare completely ignored Twilight. "So, what is the mighty Twilight Sparkle doing in such a rush? Perhaps not fleeing her annoying pegasus friend for one reason or another?" Twilight flushed angrily and replied, "This is none of your business, Trixie! What are you doing back in Ponyville anyway?" Trixie, amused by how easily she could antagonize her long time rival, pushed further. "Well, Twilight Sparkle, aren't we in a foul mood today? She never suspected that a daily run from Rainbow Crash was part of your day... Although, Trixie isn't surprised, she suspected that you could never keep friends for long anyway!" Unable to contain her rage, Twilight said the first offensive thing that came to her mind."You seem interested in Rainbow Dash, maybe you should get bucked by her!" An uncomfortable silence developed between the two mares, and the reality of what Twilight had just said hit them both like a hoof to the face. "Did you just call Trixie a..." the blue mare began to speak, but fainted from shock only moments later. Did I actually just say that? This day can not get any worse... But it serves her right! Twilight started charging a powerful teleportation spell to her home when a realization hit her; she couldn't just leave the other unicorn to lay unconscious on the ground. Sighing, Twilight Sparkle levitated the mare securely into her grasp, then casted the spell. "Pinkie, where's Twilight!?" The pink earth pony was thoroughly confused, but nonetheless greeted her winged friend warmly. "Hey Dashie! Twilight hasn't even been here today, silly. Did you want to prank her today? I'd love to help!" "Give it up Pinkie, I saw her come here just a few minutes ago!" Rainbow Dash stamped her hoof like an upset foal, then looked around the building. "But Dashie, I'm telling you the truth! Twilight never came in here..." "I don't know what she did to you, but I saw her come in, and I'm not coming out until I find her!" "Why would I lie to you, Dash? Don't you trust me anymore?" asked Pinkie, a hurt look in her blue eyes. The pegasus took a quick glance at her friend, and immediately regretted her quick conclusion. The pink pony's ears drooped, her head held low. And those eyes... "Oh Pinkie, I'm so sorry. I totally trust you, but she was running from... somepony and I know that I saw her come in here!" Pinkie just sighed and pulled her friend into a big hug. "I didn't see Twilight come in here, okay? Cross my heart and hope to fly, stick a cupcake in my eye!" she said with a hint of her old playfulness, then continued on more seriously. "But you don't need to hide things from me, of course I can see that you like Twilight more than just as our friend." Rainbow Dash recoiled in shock, nearly knocking over the massive display of baked goods in the store. "You think I like Twilight!?" Back to her normal cheerfulness, Pinkie Pie giggled. "Dashie, you act like it's not completely obvious to everypony!" "But how can it be obvious? It's not true, I don't like Twilight that way!" "Then why were you chasing after her?" Pinkie teased. Rainbow Dash felt herself quickly losing control of the situation, and knew that she would not be able to match Pinkie's "logic", so she took the easiest route out. "Sorry Pinkie, look at the time! I've got to go... clear the clouds from the sky now, catch you later!" And with that, the rainbow-maned pegasus fled Sugarcube Corner with a speed that could have rivaled teleportation...
