A crossover for anyone who loves both Transformers and My Little Pony!
When Megatron and Queen Chrysalis team up to strike upon Cybertron, Equestria, and Earth, the Mane Six must join the ranks of the Autobots to take down this menace in an adventure that'll make any brony or Transformers fan laugh, cry, and even cheer!
Let's begin our story with a dark twist, shall we? Deep in the Equestrian realm, Queen Chrysalis was using her universal observer to look over the various planets and cities in the multiverse. "Let's see..Canterlot, Ponyville, Equestria...huh? What's all this? Third-Earth? Earth? Middle-Earth?" As she continued to look over these places in confusion, she came across Cybertron, a planet populated entirely by sentient robots. She proceeded to learn about this planet, but inadvertently found herself video-chatting with the sentient and evil Decepticon leader, Megatron.
"Eh? What's this?" bellowed Megatron. "Soundwave! Get this creature off-" he ordered before being interrupted. The Queen proposed a deal to, after Megatron explained it was the Decepticons' dream to kill off the Autobots, not only kill off his adversaries, but her enemies, the Mane Six, as well. The Decepticon leader agreed, knowing this was going to be fun.
Little did they know, however, that they were being watched by a sentry of Princess Celestia's guard. When he had gathered enough information from the chat between the 2 villains, he scurried off back across the land to relay the information to the Princess. Soon, thanks to the Foal-Free Press, all of the Mane Six knew of the dire situation. "So, if we are going to even try to take down Chrysalis and this other guy Megatron, we need to find these Autobots, quick. " Twilight Sparkle said to her friends. Just then, a greenish portal, or space bridge, opened behind Twilight and 4 robots stepped out.
"Uh, Twilight?" Rainbow Dash said. Twilight continued to speak as she had not heard Rainbow Dash, until the yellow robot tapped her on the back. She turned around to see those 4 robots, and the yellow one said, "Are you Twilight Sparkle?" Twilight reluctantly gave an affirmative answer, propelling Bumblebee to proudly and happily introduce himself and the rest of his squad, who were named Jazz, Warpath, and Sideswipe. "Then on behalf of the Autobots, we would ask for your assistance in taking down the dual threat of one "Queen Chrysalis" and Megatron. Do you accept?" Bumblebee inquired, knowing that if they agreed, their cooperation would be crucial in managing the Decepticons this time. Twilight turned to her other 5 teammates, who nodded in agreement. "Then please step right this way. Optimus is waiting to see you."
Then, they stepped through the portal across the universe to Fortress Maximus, on Cybertron, where a big red robot, Optimus Prime, was waiting in a meeting room. "So, Bumblebee, these are the lifeforms that shall help us?" Optimus rhetorically asked. He shook each of their hooves before saying, "Greetings. My name is Optimus Prime and I am the leader of the Autobots. As leader, it's my belief that freedom is the right of all sentient beings. Unfortunately, Megatron and his Decepticons try to take that right away on a weekly basis, according to Perceptor. Therefore, I lead my fellow Autobots into battle in the most exotic places in the universe to fight Megatron. I look forward to working with you in the coming quartexes."
"So you're essentially asking for our help to combat a threat that supposedly involves us?" the big robot asked. His name was Optimus Prime, the leader of the good Autobots. Their job is and was to combat the Decepticons, led by Megatron, so as to protect Earth and Cybertron...the universe, in fact. Twilight gave a positive answer to Prime's question. "Maybe I could help. Mane 6, meet Main 6...Minibots." At that moment, 6 other Autobots walked in front of Optimus.
Their names: Cliffjumper, Brawn, Huffer, Gears, Windcharger, and Bumblebee, whom they had met before. Their respective designations: Warrior, Demolitions, Construction, Transport, Warrior, and Espionage. Prime explained that while they were small, they each had their own significant levels of strength, intelligence, speed, endurance, firepower, rank, and skill, just like any other Autobot or Decepticon. "I'm prepared to pair one of you with one Minibot to make 6 dual teams." Optimus said. For their strength, he put Twilight and Rainbow Dash with Cliffjumper and Windcharger. For their burlyness and the ability to use raw energy to get things done, Applejack and Brawn were grouped. Because she could maybe help him appreciate Earth more, Fluttershy was paired with Gears. For whatever reason, Rarity and Huffer were made a team. Lastly, Pinkie Pie was with Bumblebee for their fun-loving attitudes. After that, he sent the 5 teams to the commissary and Pinkie and Bumblebee to the launch bay, as they were off for their first mission as a team in a while.
"Now, I think you'll like my car mode." Bumblebee said. Then, the candy-colored Equestrian marveled as she watched him transform from a 17-foot tall robot into a yellow Volkswagen Beetle. Gears moved, levers turned, and lots of bells and whistles appeared and disappeared as he transformed. "Hop in!" he said in a bubbly voice. Pinkie did as she was told as the bay door opened and together they sped off to Axiom Nexus. There, robots from every universe strolled through the streets. Ones from the Malgus cluster, the Primax cluster, the Tyran cluster, the Aurex cluster, just about every universal cluster they could think of. But something was out of place: a soldier of Queen Chrysalis, poorly disguised as an average Seeker, was walking through! "Hold on, Pinkie!" he said, and he had reason to say so, because just then, the seat she was in rose up to the roof of the car and turned into a machine gun, with Pinkie in the control seat! Regardless of that, the gun automatically targeted, fired on, and killed the spy, all while Ms. Pie giggled and shouted like a madman, or madpony, rather. "We gotta find out more about this!" Bumblebee said, more serious now than ever. Then, he transformed into his flight mode and opened a portal that sent the duo to Queen Chrysalis' castle. Just then, a holo-message came, saying, coincidentally, that Cliffjumper, the other Minibots, and the other ponies, were headed to the same place. As Bumblebee read the message, he put on a smirk, knowing this was going to be fun. What happens next? Find out in Part 2: Where in the Multiverse are Chrysalis and Megatron!

Behind the scenes, Bumblebee and the Minibots, along with the Mane Six, traveled to the Equestrian dimension to storm the fort of Queen Chrysalis, who concocted a plan with the Decepticon leader Megatron to destroy Earth, Cybertron, Equestria, and the surrounding areas. Therefore, the ponies and Autobots would be dead and homeless no matter where they go. Through lots of space travel, the wild goose chase led them to Area 51, where a group of operatives, along with Chief Daniel Welles, were observing the dangerous duo.
"We finally got 'em, chief?" Bumblebee asked, scaring Welles in the process.
"That we did, Bumblebee." the chief replied. "They tried to run for the hills, but our forces caught up to them eventually."
But while the Queen stayed quiet, Megatron shouted, "You fool! While your men were catching up with us, I quickly managed to devise the tool that shall not only kill off Earth, Cybertron, Equestria, and the surrounding areas, but it will also incinerate the Autobots no matter where they go within traveling distance."
This fired up Bumblebee, propelling him to yell with clenched teeth, "Where is it? Where is the tool? TELL ME NOW OR I'LL RIP YOUR SLAGGIN' HEAD OFF!"
Then Rarity approached the angry Autobot. "Darling, don't get so angry. We'll find it in a matter of hours." she said in a calm, comforting voice.
"I'm sorry. I should NOT have acted like that." Bumblebee apologized. "But Megatron, where is it?"
"Well, seeing as how I can do nary a thing about it, it's in Vegas, and it's set to go off in 4 hours." the Decepticon baddie revealed.
At this point, the chief looked at our heroes with disbelief that they didn't jump to action. "What are you bums doing standing? Get to Vegas!" Then he turned back to our former villains and said, "As for you two...Richards! Have these two get cryogenically frozen and launched into space."
Then, they transformed and were off. And as the ponies sat in their sentient vehicles that moved by themselves, they turned on the radio for some entertainment.
"From NPR...and WBEZ Chicago, this is Wait, Wait, Don't Tell Me...the NPR news quiz!" Carl Kasell said, his voice coming from Cliffjumper's radio.
Gears's radio simply let out relaxing music that helped him and Fluttershy appreciate nature more.
Huffer's CB brought forth chat from other truckers that disgusted Rarity.
Windcharger's mixtape had disco, dubstep, and small, fast pieces inbetween.
Brawn had a mixture of orchestral and heavy metal that motivated Applejack.
And Bumblebee? Much to his annoyance, Pinkie turned on a wide variety of polka music that she claimed upped her fourth wall powers ten fold. Bumblebee knew in his cerebral processor Pinkie was just imagining she had those abilites.
When they finally arrived, the ponies were amazed. Never in their lives had they seen a city so bright and colorful. But the sightseeing was cut short When Bumblebee had them split up. "Cliff and Twilight, take Planet Hollywood. Brawn and Applejack, take MGM Grand. Windcharger and Rainbow, get to Caesar's Palace, and fast. Huffer and Rarity, try and get into the Luxor. Gears and Fluttershy, to the Hard Rock with both of you." Self-Appointed Commander Bumblebee ordered. As for he and Pinkie Pie, they had a date with the Excalibur.
It didn't take long to find the detonation device, and Pinkie's alleged powers came in handy for once.
Smack dab in the main hall was a sword about as big as Omega Supreme and Metroplex stacked on top of each other. At the bottom, a plaque read, "Here lies the great Arthur. Seriously, he's here."
But Pinkie knew something was up. "Ooh! Ooh! I see something with my powers!" Then she donned a detective's outfit she got from subspace, formerly used by Nightbeat, and scaled the sword. It took a while before Bumblebee saw something. A red glow.
"Pinkie! Watch out!" Then he fired a hot red electro-blast that tore a hole in the gigantic dagger and there it was... the disintegrator.
"I GOT IT!" Pinkie Pie shouted before grabbing it and jumping down. As for the impact... not a scratch.
"Cut the blues! Cut the blues!" Bumblebee shouted, and that's just what they did. Until a load of reds and a purple remained. "And the purple." Then they cut it and hoped for the best...after a few seconds, they were still alive. The countdown clock was off, and the disintegrator was deactivated. "All units. Sign in." Bumblebee ordered over the comlink.
"Cliffjumper here."
"Windcharger signing in."
"Brawn reporting for duty, sir!"
"Why do we always have to sign in? Ugh...Huffer here."
"Gears here in tip-top condition."
"Great." Bumblebee sighed in relief. "Alright. You have permission to exit for dinner. After that, it's back on the ship."
After dinner, Omega Supreme picked the Autobots and ponies up again and soared back across the stars. The Mane Six were in stasis lock, so they had nothing much to say, except for snoring. Then, after a knighting ceremony, in what seemed like a while to them, they arrived back on the intact planet of Equestria.
They said their goodbyes to each other, and went their separate ways. But will they see each other again? It beats me. But as long as their is still Starscream, Shockwave, and Soundwave, and as long as there is still Nightmare Moon, Discord, and every last bit of evil and tyranny in Equestria, I'll say they just might.
