Starkilled nodded in understanding. He walked along the halls and opened a door. Inside was a strapped down Darth Vader. “I let you live,” he said, “You tried to kill me, but I let you live.” That was all he said. He turned around and started walking away. “As long as she lives,” Vader said, “I will always control you.” Starkiller paused for a moment, before continuing on to Juno. Juno looked at him and he looked back. “Prepare for lightspeed,” she said. He nodded and pulled a lever. The ship shot off and vanished. Little did they know, they were being followed. The ship suddenly lurched to one side. “What was that,” Starkiller asked. “I think someone just shot us,” Juno said. The ship lurched again and then they saw something board the ship. It went to the brig and then was gone. “What was that,” Juno asked. “I don’t know,” he said, “But I think he took our prisoner.” “Well, we can’t worry about that now,” Juno said, “We have our own problems!” When the ship was shot, it was blown off course. It was now headed to a planet that they had never seen before. “Do you think it’s safe to land on this planet,” Starkiller asked. “I don’t know,” Juno said, “But it’s all we got. Hang on; this won’t be a nice landing!” As soon as the ship entered the atmosphere, it began to speed up. Soon they were a ball of flaming metal heading towards the planet. It only took five minutes for them to crash into the ground. They were thrown around until they finally came to a stop. Starkiller opened his eyes and looked around. “Okay,” he said, “Why is everything so peaceful?” He heard a groan and realized that Juno was still there. He ran over and helped her out of the crash. “Oh God,” he said, “Are you alright, Juno?” “Uhh… Yeah, I’m fine.” He helped her up and they looked around. It was nothing like what they were used to. The planet looked peaceful, like there was never any war. “Where are we,” Juno asked. “I don’t know,” Starkiller said, “But we better find out.” They walked off towards the first populated area they could find. Ponyville. (1st Person POV change to Celestia) I was sitting on my throne when I felt a sensation run through my body. I haven’t felt this sensation before, so I shrugged it off. But then Luna came in. “Sister,” she said, “We felt a strange sensation a few minutes ago. We were wondering if you did to.” My eyes widen a little. “You felt it to,” I asked. “Yes sister.” I was now fully curious. Me and my sister had put a barrier around Equis long ago to tell us if something had entered our world. This was the only explanation I could think of. “Luna,” I said, “I believe I know what we felt.” “What is it sister,” she asked. “I believe that something may have entered our world from somewhere else.” I saw Luna eyes widen “We must find it!” I nodded my head and called for the guard captin. (1st Person POV change to Starkiller) Juno and I were walking towards the closest civilization we could see, but when we got there, we found something we weren’t expecting. “Are-are those horses!?” Juno asked. “I-I think they are,” I said. We decided to avoid the town and look around. We saw that not only were these horses, but they were very colorful. In fact, I think I even saw a pink one hopping around. We decided to stay in the forest until we know if we can communicate with these animals. When you’ve traveled the galaxy, you learn to expect weird things. We made our way back into the forest. We decided to find some sort of shelter. We walked around until we stumbled upon a cave. “This will do for a shelter,” Juno said. “Well,” I said, “I’ll go get some fire wood and you set up camp.” I walked out of the cave and gathered some firewood. As I was walking back, I noticed something strange making its way to the cave we were staying in. it looked like some sort of dragon. I ran towards the cave as fast as I could and ran up to Juno. “Juno,” I said, “We need to leave, NOW!!!” “What, why?” I was about to answer when a loud roar stopped me. I quickly turned around and stared at what now blocked our exit. It was a 50 foot tall dragon. I grabbed Juno and used the force to push the dragon out of the way and ran out. I put Juno down and said “HIDE!!!” She happily agreed and hid. I faced the now pissed dragon and drew my lightsabers. I was now in the 3rd hardest fight in my life. What I didn’t know was that I had three audience members watching me. (1st person POV change to Luna) Me and my sister were flying through the everfree forest to where this being was. When we arrived, we were shocked to see a strange figure standing on two hindlegs and holding what looked like beams of light. One was green, the other was blue. It seemed to be wearing some sort of white armor. Its face was covered, so we couldn’t tell if it was scared or not. But what surprised me the most was that it was about to fight a fully grown dragon. I was about to intervene when a white hoof stopped me. “No,” Celestia said, “Let’s see how this turns out.” I stayed back and watched. Then, the creature held up his hands. Suddenly, lightning shot out of his hands and hit the dragon. The dragon roared in pain. Then the creature ran up to the dragon and ran up its leg. It jumped from the leg to the neck and ran up to the head. Then it did something so unexpected, I winced in sympathy for the dragon. The creature brought up one of the beams, and drove it into the dragons eye. The dragon roared in pain. But then the dragon fell to the ground, dead. The creature jumped off the corpse and walked into the forest. “Did-did you see what just happened,” I asked Celestia. “I-I did.” (PO change to Starkiller) I jumped off the dead body and walked up to where Juno was hiding. “Wow, I didn’t think you could kill that thing,” she said. “Neither did we,” a voice said from behind them. I drew my sabers and swung at where the voice was coming from, only to stop when I came face to face with a white horse with a horn on its head. I stood in front of Juno to protect her. “What the fuck do you want,” I asked. “HOW DARE YOU USE SUCH LANGUAGE WHEN ADDRESSING ROYALTY,” a loud voice said from behind the white horse. “Shit, just what I needed. Shitheaded royalty.” I glared at the two horses in front of me. “I apologize for the misunderstanding,” the white horse said, “I am Princess Celestia, and this is my sister, Princess Luna.” I put my sabers down but kept them on. “Well,” I said, “Just a sec.” I turned to talk to Juno. “Should we trust them,” I whispered. “We don’t have much choice,” she said. I hate it when she uses logic. I turned back to look at the two princesses. “Alright Celestia,” I said, purposely forgetting to address her as royalty, “I am Starkiller, and this is my partner, Juno. We are part of the Republic Rebellion.” “Well,” she said, “I have no idea what that is. But I guess you have nowhere to stay?” “No we don’t,” I said. “Well, you are welcome to stay in the castle until we get this sorted out.” “SISTER,” Luna shouted, “You can’t be serious!” “I am sister,” she said, “Besides, maybe they can help us.” “…Fine.” Suddenly, we were surrounded by a white light. Then, we were in a room. “This is where you will stay,” Celestia said. I nodded and they left the room. We got into bed a fell asleep. We had a long day ahead of us tomorrow. > Chapter 2 > -------------------------------------------------------------------------- (POV Starkiller) I awoke with a gasp. I had a nighmare. I looked over and saw Juno still sleeping. I got up and walked to the bathroom. I turned the water on and splashed some on my face. I looked in the mirror and saw something. It wasn’t me. I saw Vader’s apprentice. “No,” I thought to myself, “I’m not his apprentice anymore.” But I couldn’t help but think of what he said. “As long as she lives, I will always control you.” I shook the memory from my head. I walked back to the bed and lay down. (The next morning) I woke up and looked around for a moment before recalling what had happened. “Right, the damn princesses brought us here.” I got up and put my jedi armor on. I left the helmet off so I could see easier. That helet makes it really hard to see. Apparently, Juno was already up and in the dining hall. I made my way there and found an extremely tired Luna and a fully awake Celestia. I made my way to the table and sat next to Juno. “Well,” Celestia said, “Now that we’re all up; let’s begin our discussion.” I spend the next half hour explaining where we are from, what was happening with the Republic and how we got here. “I see,” Celestia said, “And that is how you got here?” “That is the whole story,” I said. “Well,” Luna said, “We are going to bed, as we have been up all our night.” She started to walk out when she stop next to me. “I still don’t trust,” she whispered in my ear, “If you try anything, I will not hesitate to kill you.” “I’d like to see you try,” I whispered back. She scowled and walked off. I looked back at celestia who was watching the whole thing. “I apologize for my sister; she just got back from a 1000 year banishment on the moon, so she is a little cautious.” “Don’t worry,” I said, “I would never hurt your sister unless she gave me a reason.” She nodded her head and we finished our food without another word. As the royal servants took the plates; Celestia asked me a question. “Starkiller,” she said. “Yes.” “Two questions. One: is Starkiller your real name?” “No. My real name is Galen Marek, but my code name is Starkiller. That’s easier to say I guess, so that’s what everyone calls me.” “I see. Well Galen, my second question, would you be willing to help us with a problem?” I was a little irritated that she used my real name, but I didn’t mention it. “That depends, what is it?” “Well,” she said, “It has to do with an enemy of yours that is about to be released. If it is, this world will be destroyed.” “What do you mean, ‘Enemy of mine?” She looked down. “I believe you called him Darth Vader.” My eyes widen. “How in the hell did he find me?” I heard what sounded like crying. I looked over and saw it was Juno. “Juno,” I said, “What’s wrong?” “It’s me.” “What do you mean,” I asked. “I’m the reason he was able to find you. He put a tracking device on me when I was captured. I’m so sorry.” Celestia looked furious. “So you’re the reason that our world is about to be destroyed!?” I saw her horn light up and a yellow light shot towards Juno. When it connected, she fell to the ground, unconscious. I felt the same rage that I felt when Vader had thrown Juno. I yelled and shot lightning at her. Her eyes widen and she threw up what looked like a shield. I continued to shot lightning at her and I saw her getting tired. I kept getting closer and closer until I was almost right in front of her. Suddenly, her shield shattered and the lightning hit her. She screamed in pain and fell to the ground. I drew my sabers and put them to her neck. “I WILL KILL YOU,” I shouted. But then I saw a blue blur and I was tackled to the ground. I looked up to see Luna charging a spell at my head. I pushed her off and got to my feet. I then raised my hand and she started to choke. “STOP!!!” I suddenly dropped Luna and left her gasping for breath. I looked over to see Juno standing. “JUNO,” I yelled, “I thought you were dead.” “No, I’m fine. But you need to stop this. This planet needs our help, and you are the only one who can stop Vader.” I looked over at the two princesses still on the floor, then back at Juno. I sighed; walked over to Celestia, and helped her up. “Look,” I said, “I’m sorry for attacking you, and almost killing you. But Juno is all I have left to live for. I just didn’t want to lose her again.” She nodded her head. “I understand. I should not have attacked her for thinking that she would harm this planet. I should have known that she didn’t intentionally lead him here.” I walked over to Luna and helped her up. “And I apologize for attacking you when you were just defending your sister.” “And we apologize for attacking thee and almost killing thee.” I nodded my head and looked at Celestia. “Do you know when he will get here,” I asked. “No, but I would guess in about a year.” I looked her in the eye. “I hope you know that I am only helping you because of all the shit Vader put me through. Realize that if you betray me, or attack me again, Juno won’t be able to stop me.” She nodded her head. “Now then,” she said, “I would like you to go to Ponyville and meet my prized student; Twilight Sparkle.” “Why?” “Because she would like to ask you some questions. And maybe she can teach you a thing or two.” “Oh goody. Another pony thing that asks a lot of questions. Yippy!” I wasn’t looking forward to meeting this pony, but maybe I could learn a few things. “Alright,” I said, “I’ll go. But we will need someplace to stay.” “I already got that covered,” she said with a smile. AN hour later, we were in Ponyville. At least, that’s what the sign said. I looked around and saw a lot of ponies, but nothing else. “Well,” I said to Juno as I saw a lavender colored pony walking towards us, “This should be good.” She just nodded her head. > Chapter 3 > -------------------------------------------------------------------------- Juno and I were told to avoid everypony except for Twilight. We hid outside of the town and saw a lavender colored pony walking this way. As soon as she had left the town, we stepped out to meet her. “So,” I said, looking down at the pony, “You must be Twilight Sparkle.” She gasped and looked up at me. “And you must be the one the princess told me about?” “I would think so.” “Well,” she said, “If you would follow me please, I would like to ask you some questions.” “I don’t think we should walk through town,” I said. “Why no- oh right,” she said as she looked at the two non-pony figures in front of her. “Well,” she said, “I’ll just teleport us to my library.” There was a purple flash and we were standing in a room filled with books. “Wow,” I said, “That’s a lot of books.” “Thank you. Now then.” She levitated a piece of paper and quill over in front of her. “I have a lot of questions for you.” I spent almost three hours explaining what we were, how we got here; all the good stuff. That’s when I made the mistake of using the force to grab a book to read after she was done. She saw this and gasped. “H-How did you do that. Only unicorns can use magic.” “Well,” I said, “I didn’t use magic, I used something we call the force.” “Will you explain?” Just then I realized my mistake. I sighed and started to explain what the force was. Two hours later, she only had one more question. “Would you demonstrate using the force?” I looked at Juno who just shrugged her shoulders. “Alright,” I said, “But we need to go to an open area where no one will get hurt.” She nodded her head and teleported us to an open field. “Alright,” I said, “Stand back, I will need some space.” Her and Juno stepped back a ways. I focused my force and brought my hand up slowly. There was a tree out in the open and away from everything. I pointed my hand at it and lightning shot out and hit the tree. It seems as though my force has gotten a lot stronger after I defeated Vader, because the tree disintegrated. “W-What did you do,” she asked. “I simply focused my power and forced it out.” She was dumbfounded. I didn’t really care, but I can understand her curiosity. “W-Well,” she said, “Why don’t I introduce you to my friend?” I just nodded my head and followed her. First, we made our way to what looked like a giant gingerbread house. “The hell is that,” I asked, looking at the house. “That is Sugarcube corner,” she replied. We walked inside and up to the counter. But before we made our presence know, Twilight pulled on my leg to get my attention. “I have to warn you, she’s a bit crazy.” I nodded my head and rung the bell. There was a pink blur and I was on the floor with a pink pony on top of me. “HI!I’mPinkiePie.Whatsyourname?Whatareyo-,” she was stopped short when I gripped her mouth without touching it and saying, “Shut it.” Suddenly, she gasped and ran off. “I’m not even going to ask,” I said as I followed Twilight through town. All the other ponies would either run off, or sit and stare. The ones who sat there I gave one look and they were gone. Suddenly, I heard a voice shout, “WHAT HAVE YOU DONE TO TWILIGHT!!!” I looked up and saw a cyan pony flying at my top speed. Just before she crashed, I lifted my hand and she stopped immediately. “W-WHAT THE HAY JUST HAPPENED,” she yelled as she tried to get free, which only caused me to tighten my grip on her. “You know,” I said, “You really should attack something that can kill you with the flick of his wrist.” “WHAT THE HAY ARE YOU TALKING ABOUT,” she asked. “Allow me to demonstrate.” I lifted my other hand and pointed it in the air. Then a huge bolt of lightning shot up and into the sky. The pony’s eyes widen. “W-What just h-happened,” she asked. “Rainbow,” Twilight said, “This is Starkiller. Starkiller, this is Rainbow Dash.” “A pleasure meeting you,” I said in a mock tone. “Hahaha, very funny. Twilight, what is this…thing?” “Actually,” Twilight said, “I’m not sure. What are you?” “I am a human jedi knight, and ex-sith.” “Ok, but what is a jedi, and what is a sith.” I groaned as I realized that I will spend the next 3 hours explaining the origin of the sith and jedi. “Well, this is going to take a while, so first let’s meet your other friends, then I’ll tell you.” She seemed disappointed but didn’t press for answers. Next we met Fluttershy. Her name defiantly explained her personality. She wouldn’t even come out of her house when she saw us. “Well,” I said to Juno, “I think we should be careful around her. I may be one who will kill everything to save loved ones and defend the innocent, but I wasn’t one for killing or hurting innocent. “I agree,” Juno said. Next we met Applejack. She did the same thing and Rainbow, and tried to attack me. Before I could stop her, she was surrounded by a purple glow and stopped. “APPLEJACK,” Twilight shouted, “HE’S WITH ME!” “What?” she looked at Twilight and back at me, “What are you doing with this thing.” Twilight explained what we were and why we were here. When she was done, Applejack walked up to me. “’Am sorry fer attackin ya. Can ya fergive me?” I looked down at the little pony and saw a face that would’ve made the Emperor’s heart melt. Her eyes were teary and large. Her bottom lip was quivering. I knelt down until I was face to face with her. “I forgive you,” I said. Her face brightened up and she nodded her head I stood up and walked over to Juno. Then, I rubbed my head and looked at Juno. “What just happened?” “You forgave her,” she said. “Woah,” I said, “That’s a first.” She nodded her head and we made our way to Twilight’s library to explain what I was and the origin of the Jedi and Sith. > Chapter 4 > -------------------------------------------------------------------------- A/N:Sorry this chapter is a little late. I've been really busy and haven't been able to get around to it, so I've decided to make it up to you by making this chapter a little longer than the others. In this chapter, I've decided to and my OC, so he will come in at the end of the chapter. Let me know if there is anything I can do to make this better. Give me some suggestions. I hope you keep liking this story. Galen, Juno, and Twilight were sitting in the library. The other had left because they had things to do. Apparently, Twilight’s dragon assistant could send letters to the princess by breathing fire on it. Galen couldn’t figure out how it worked, but since Twilight explained magic, he used that as an answer. “So,” Galen said, “What do we do now?” “Well,” Twilight said, “We could see if the princess could introduce you to Ponyville so they don’t freak out when they see you.” “Well,” he said, “If it means that I won’t be attacked by ponies; then I think that’s the best thing to do.” She nodded and wrote what he guessed was a letter to the princess. Once she was finished, she called for her dragon assistant; whose name was apparently Spike. She handed him the letter and he blew on it. Five minutes later, Spike belched and a letter appeared. “Woah,” Galen said, “That’s weird.” Twilight chuckled and read the letter. “Dear Twilight, I agree with introducing Galen to Ponyville, but it will have to wait until tomorrow. Me and my sister are busy with our duties and can’t leave at this moment. But for now, please tell Galen to stay out of sight.” “Well,” he said, “She thinks rather highly of herself. Thinking she can tell me what I can and can’t do.” “She’s the ruler of this land,” Twilight said. “Exactly,” Galen said, “This land. I’m not from this land, so she has no control over me.” “Well, you do make a point.” “But because I am a good person, and don’t want to be attacked by ponies, we will go back into the forest until she arrives.” “YOU CAN’T GO IN THERE,” Twilight shouted. “And why not?” “Because there are monsters out there!” “Uh, Hello,” Galen said, drawing his sabers and activating them, “I can defend myself, thank you very much.” “Oh, Right.” She gave an embarrassed. We walked out to find my ship in the forest. “Where do you think it is?” Juno asked. “I’m not sure, but it should be too hard to find the only ship in this world.” We walked for hours, but couldn’t find it. Then, we found the crater. “Well,” Galen said, “It seems someone found my ship.” “So,” a voice said behind them, “You’re the one who came here.” Galen drew his Sabers and stepped in front of Juno who had drawn her gun. “Who are you,” Galen asked. “I, am Chrysalis,” the creature said. It had step out and now they could what it looked like. It was almost like an equine bug. It had holes in its legs and fangs. “What do you want?” “I want to know about her.” She pointed and Juno. “Back off,” Galen said, anger in his voice. “Oh, you love her right?” “I said, Back OFF!” “Oh, I think not.” She stepped forward. She didn’t get the chance. Galen shouted and ran forward. He swung at her but she wasn’t there. He heard a scream and turned to see the creature holding Juno. “NOOOOO!” He ran at the creature, but she vanished in a flash. He was seething in anger. He decided to have a little chat with the princess. He didn’t have time to make it to the library, so he just ran through town and saw the train. He jumped and landed on top of it. An hour later, he was in Cantorlot. He jumped up and landed on a roof. He still didn’t want to be seen, so he made his way to the castle on rooftops. He made it to the castle gate and jumped. He landed in front of the guards. “I need to see the princess,” he said. “I can’t let you do that,” they said. “Then I’ll force my way in.” He punched the guards and they fell to the ground unconscious. He ran in the castle and made his way to the throne room. On his way, he pushed a white unicorn with a tan mane. “HOW DARE YOU PUSH A PRINCE,” he yelled in a royal voice. Galen stopped. He hated when someone talked like they were all that. He turned around and punched the prince in the face. He fell to the ground, out cold. He continued to make his way to the throne room. He finally found it and charged a blast of force which blasted the door off its hinges. The princess looked at the now door less doorway to see Galen there, running at her. He jumped at her and she found a beam at her throat. “You will tell me all you know of the one called Chrysalis.” Her eyes widen at that name. “Why?” She was surprised that he knew of her. “She took Juno, so if you don’t tell me where she is, then your wings will be put on the ceiling.” She gulped and ran through her memories on where Chrysalis’s cave was. “I-I w-will take y-you to h-her,” she stuttered. She stood up and charged her horn. Before she could teleport, she screamed in pain as her horn was grabbed. “I don’t think so. You are going to lead me there, WITHOUT magic.” She nodded and walked out of the castle. She made her way into the forest and lead Galen to Chrysalis’s cave. Two hours later they found a large cave. “So this is it?” “Yes.” He walked in and saw a green glow. He followed it and saw the creature sitting on what looked like a throne. She was surrounded by creatures that looked a lot like her. He was filled with anger as soon as he saw her. He ran in and started killing all creatures. They were all shocked when he started killing them, but regained their senses and started attacking. He was now surrounded. But they didn’t expect what happened next. He curled into a ball and started floating in the air. As they watched, they saw what looked like he was surrounded by a bluish ball. Then; he screamed and pushed out and the ball expanded to push all of creatures out into the wall, knocking them out. He landed on the ground and slowly made his way to Chrysalis. She charged a spell and fired at him. He raised he saber and it shot back at her. She flew back and hit the wall. “WHERE IS SHE!?” He jumped on top of her; picked her up, and pinned her against the wall. She stayed quiet. “WHERE IS SHE!?” “She’s in the dungeon.” He pulled her off the wall and chucked her across the room. She hit the wall and fell to the ground. He found a guard and picked it up. “Where is the dungeon?” His voice was dripping with venom. He pointed a shaky hoof down a hall. Galen dropped the creature and ran down the hall. He found the dungeon and ran in. He ran checking every cell. Finally, he found her. He smashed the door and walked in. She looked up and saw him. He ran over to her and helped her up. “Are you okay,” he asked. “Yeah.” “Let’s get you out of here.” He put her arm around his neck and helped her up. As they were walking out though, they heard a groan. They looked back and saw something in a cell. It looked like a unicorn, but then they saw wings. It was an alicorn. It had a white coat and a fiery mane. Galen looked at Juno and she nodded. He put her down and walked up to the cell. He managed to cut the door down and walked up to the alicorn. She saw him and her eyes filled with fear. “It’s alright,” he said, “I’m not going to hurt you. What’s your name?” “Soul Lightning.” “I’m Galen. I’m here to help you.” She still seemed a little cautious, but she nodded her head. Galen walked up to her and picked her up carefully. She wrapped her arms around his neck as he walked out of the cell. He managed to grab Juno’s arm and put it around his neck. They walked out of the cave and made their way back to the castle. The sun was starting to go down, so they decided to make camp and wait until morning before they continued. Galen set up a fire. Juno and Soul had fallen asleep and Galen kept watch. He had just gotten back from getting wood for the fire when he heard a growl. He looked around and saw the source. A pair of yellow eyes were sitting in the darkness. He was about to attack when he saw seven more pairs of eyes appear and get closer. He activated his sabers and got into a defensive stance. The eyes stopped for a moment before getting closer. Then he saw what the eyes were attached to. They looked like wolves, but they were made of wood. The wooden wolves jumped at him. He brought his saber up and sliced one in half. Another jumped and that one lost his head. Then they realized that they wouldn’t be able to kill him alone. So they all attacked at once. He killed three of them but eventually were able to knock him down. He was now being bitten by two different wooden wolves. But then he pushed his hand up and they flew off. Then he pointed his hands at them and they were hit with a powerful blast of lightning that killed them. He was hurt and bleeding but he made it back to the camp and found that Soul was up. He walked into the light and she saw him. “OH CELESTIA!” She ran over to him and helped him to sit down. She looked him over and found multiple bite marks. She charged a spell and touched her horn to him. The marks slowly began to heal. When all the bites were healed; she fell to the ground, exhausted. Galen ran over to her and kept her from hitting her head. “Are you alright,” he asked. “Yeah, I’m fine.” He helped her over to the fire and laid her down. He sat down next to her and stroked her fiery mane. She seemed to like it a lot. He continued to stroke her mane until something strange happened. She lifted her head and laid it across his lap and fell asleep. He looked down at her and his heart nearly exploded by how adorable she looked. He leaned against the tree and fell asleep. They woke up just after the sun rose. They made their way to the castle. Once they made it to the castle gate, they were stopped by the guards. “Let us pass,” Galen said. “We can’t allow you to pass. Under order of princess Celestia, you are placed under arrest.” “I don’t think so.” He used force grip and threw them across the courtyard. He motioned for Juno and Soul to follow him as he made his way into the castle. They encountered little guards, those of which were thrown out of the way by Galen, and made it to the throne room. He told Juno and Soul to wait outside until he came back. He walked into the throne room and they heard Celestia scream. They heard some shouting and smashing. After a minute, Galen stepped out and told them to come in. Juno walked in first then Soul. As soon as Celestia saw Soul, her eyes widen and began to water. “S-Soul,” she said, her voice quivering, “Is that you?” “M-Mother?” “SOUL!!!” “MOTHER!!!” Celestia ran over to Soul who did the same thing. When they met, they hugged tightly and cried. “I’ve missed you so much, my daughter!” “Mother, I’m so sorry mother. I’ll never leave you and daddy again.” Celestia’s horn glowed and then stopped. Five seconds later, there was a flash and there stood a red alicorn with a fiery mane stood there. He saw Soul and his eyes started to water as he walked up to her. She saw him and shouted, “DADDY!” she ran up to him and hugged him. He smiled and nuzzled her close. “Soul,” he said. His voice was deep but caring, “I’ve missed you so much. Don’t ever leave again.” “I’m sorry daddy. I promise to never leave without telling you again.” “Soul,” he dad said, “How did you get here?” “He saved me,” Soul said as she pointed at Galen. Her dad looked at him and walked over to him. “Sir,” he said, “I thank you for saving my daughter. I am Aethor.” “I’m just glad I could help. Though it would have been easier if Celestia hadn’t put guards to arrest us.” Aethor looked at Celestia who gave a nervous smile. “I apologize for that. She was just watching out for her kingdom.” Galen nodded and looked at Soul. She smiled at him and walked over to him. He kneeled down and she gave him a hug. He was a little surprised at first, but he hugged her back. She let go and walked back by her father’s side. “I thank you again for saving my daughter. If there is anything you need; all you need to do is ask.” “Thank you.” Then he remembered something. “There is something we need.” “And what is that,” Aethor asked. “We need a place to stay. We do not have the means to buy one, nor to build one.” Aethor nodded and thought for a moment. “If you like, we have plenty of spare rooms. You can stay here until further notice.” “Thank you,” Galen said. Aethor nodded and led him and Juno down the hall. Five minutes later, he opened a door and led them inside. “Wow,” was all Galen said. “This is where you will stay. As you can see, there is plenty of room. If you need anything else, find one of us, and we shall help you.” He nodded and walked out. Galen and Juno got into bed and fell asleep. > Chapter 5 > -------------------------------------------------------------------------- Galen ran through the castle. He heard screaming. He opened the throne room door and saw Vader holding Celestia by the neck. Luna, Aethor, Soul, and Juno lay dead on the floor. He looked at Vader with hate in his eyes. "WHY," he asked, "WHY MUST YOU HAUNT ME!?" "Because," Vader said, "You are a clone. You were created to do my biding." "I'LL KILL YOU!" Galen ran at Vader, but before he could strike, he was lifted up and thrown across the room. He looked up and saw Vader walking towards him. Vader brought his saber up to kill him. before he made contact, Galen woke up with a shout. The guards that Celestia had posted outside rushed in. "SIR," they said, "Is everything alright?" "Yes," Galen said, "Everything is fine." They nodded and walked out. Galen stood up and walked into the bathroom. He looked in the mirror. "Am I a clone?" He asked himself. "No," he thought, "I'm not a clone. He said that to throw me off." He walked out and fell back to sleep. The next morning, Galen awoke to shouting. He ran out the door and saw guards running around. Then, he saw something he never thought he would see on this planet. Imperials. They were everywhere. He ran out a started fighting his way to Celestia's bedchambers, Juno right next to him. They finally found it and saw her and Aethor protecting their daughter. Galen ran up and finished the rest off. "Galen," Aethor said, "Do you know what these creatures are?" "Yes Aethor," Galen said, "I do. And they are here for me." "What do you mean," Celesia asked. "These are Stormtroopers," he said, pointing at a dead Imperial. "Why are they here?" "They are here to capture me and take me to Vader." They looked at eachother like they were having a mental conversation. "I know what you thinking," Galen said, "And I can promise you, I'll do all I can to defeat Vader and stop this planets destruction." "I hope so," Aethor said, "I do not wish to kill unless I have to." Galen nodded and walked out of the castle. He told Juno to stay and watch out for more stormtroopers. He walked out and made his way to the Everfree. He had a feeling that this is were the stormtroopers came from. And if so, then whoever sent them is in there as well. (Meanwhile, in the Everfree forest) Boba Fett walked around in his ship. He had sent 50 Stormtroopers to the castle, and they didn't come back. As he walked around he saw Starkiller walking around in the forest. Boba flew away, knowing that it is to early to fight him. He must wait for Vader to arive. > Chapter 6 > -------------------------------------------------------------------------- A/N: I am planning to start on a bunch of new stories, so this is just a chapter to hold you off so I don't get comments about when the next chapter will be. So...here you go. Galen had given up on trying to find the one who sent the Stormtroopers, so he made his way back to the castle. He didn't like the fact that he couldn't find him, but he would try again later. Right now, Aethor wanted to show him something apparently, so he walked through the castle, making his way to the throne room. After a few minutes of searching, he finally found it. When he walked in, he saw Celestia and Aethor sitting side by side. He walked up to them and dipped his head. While he still didn't want to show any kind of resect, he still wanted to make a good impression. "Guards," Aethor said, "Leave us." "Yes your majesty." They walked out of the room and Aethor looked Galen. "Do you know why I've called you here?" "No I don't," Galen said. "I've called you here because I needed to show you something." Celestia looked at him. "Aethor," she said in a worried tone, "Are you sure about this?" "Yes I am." "Sure about what," Galen asked, utterly confused. "To show you my true form." "What do yo-" he was cut off as Aethor's body began to glow. When the glow subcided, in Aethor's place stood a human. "OK." Galen wasn't sure what just happened. "Yes," Aethor said, "I am a human. In this form, I am refered to as Varis." "Wait a minute," Galen said as he looked down Varis's side, "Are those Scythes?" "Yes, a very special pair of Scythes." "What do you mean?" "If you make me mad, I will assume a demon form. When I am defending those I love, I go into an angle form." "Uh huh, whatever you say," Galen said. "You'll find out soon enough." "I'm looking forward to it." "Well, that is all. You may leave." Galen nodded and left the room. He now knew that he wasn't the only human on the planet. But there were more the three. > Chapter 7 > -------------------------------------------------------------------------- Galen walked through the castle trying to find Aethor. He needed to talk to him about him being human. He walked through the halls and found him in the gardens in his alicorn form. Galen was about to call to him, but stopped as he saw he was talking to someone. He watched for a minute before seeing a griffin. Galen walked up to Aethor and tapped him in the shoulder. "Is he a friend of yours," Galen asked. "Who? The griffin? Yeah. He's my ride." "Ok. Well, I needed to talk to you." "About what," Aethor asked. "About you being human." He sighed and changed into his human form. "What do you want to know?" "Well, first off, how did you get here?" He looked off in the distance. "That's a bad memory," he said. "What do you mean," Galen asked. "Look. If you want to know what happened, seek out Chrysalis in the Everfree forest." "Ok. What does she look like?" "She looks kinda like a insect pony." Galen's eyes widen. "WHY THE FUCK WOULD I SEEK HER OUT!?!?" "What do you mean?" "First off, she nearly killed Juno. Secondly, she's the one who took you daughter!!" "WHAT!?" His eyes flashed with anger. He turned back into an alicorn and looked at Galen. "Get on." After a moments hesitation, he got on Aethor's back. "Hold on!" "Too what!?" He flapped his wings and shot into the sky. Galen was holding on for dear life. He was used to going fast, but he was always in a ship. They flew for only a few minutes before finding the cave where Chrysalis was. They landed and Galen fell off to the ground. "Holy fuck," he said. "Heheh. Sorry about that," Aethor said. Galen glared at him. Aethor walked into the cave and lit his horn for light. They proceeded into the cave cautiously. Soon they saw the throne room. Aethor walked in and saw Chrysalis. "You." Galen could feel the anger in his voice. "A-Aethor. Is th-that you?" "Why did you do it?" "D-do w-what," she asked, scared. "Why did you take my daughter?" "I-I..." "WHY!? AFTER ALL I'VE DONE FOR YOU, YOU STILL TAKE MY DAUGHTER!?!?" "I-I'm sorry. I d-didn't know it was your d-daughter at first. She was walking through the forest and I took her. I didn't realize she was yours. I'm sorry." Aethor's mane, which was a roaring fire, died down as he walked over to Chrysalis. "Chrysalis. It's fine. You didn't know. But you need to watch who you taking." "I understand." Then they did something that made Galen's head spin off his shoulders. They embraced. "WHAT THE FUCK JUST HAPPENED," he yelled. "What?" He glared at Aethor. "She took Juno. I found her and beat the living shit out of her. She takes your daughter and you forgive her!?" "Well, here in Equestria, we try to avoid fighting." Galen then grabbed his head in pain. "AHHHHH," he shouted. Then, they all heard a voice that made Aethor's and Chrysalis's skin crawl. "You can't hide forever." "Vader," Galen said. "You cannot escape me. You are nothing but a clone." "YOU LIE!!!" "You think these ponies will help you? They are pitiful, pathetic." "I'LL KILL YOU!!!" "Starkiller couldn't defeat me. What makes you think you can?" "SHUT UP!!!" Then, they felt the presence leave. Galen fell to the ground clutching his head. "Who was that," Chrysalis asked. "Darth Vader," Galen mumbled. "What does he want?" "Me." "What," Aethor said. "He wants me. I'm the reason your planet is in danger." "Why is he after you," Aethor asked. "Because, I'm supposed to serve him." Galen got up and looked at the two alicorns staring at him. "This is my fault. There are only two ways to save your planet. One, find us a way off of this planet, which is impossible. Or two, stop Vader." "How would we stop him," Chrysalis asked. "You can't. There are only two people on this planet who can face Vader," Galen said. "Who," she asked. "Me and Aethor." Aethor's eyes widen. "What do you mean me?" "I felt the force in you when you were yelling at Chrysalis." "Yeah. But that's magic." "No. I felt Celestia's magic. It was different from the force. But you. You have a powerful connection with the force." "Well then, how do I use it?" "I'll teach you. But you must do everything I say if you are going to control the force." "Very well." "Good. When we are done, you will be as strong as I am in the force." "Well," Chrysalis said, "I think we should go to the castle. I need to talk to Celestia." Aethor nodded and his horn lit up. In a flash, they were back in the castle. "Shit," Galen said, "I'll never get used to that." Chrysalis walked to the throne room while Galen and Aethor walked to the training grounds. "This is perfect. Now, your first lesson in using the force. Breathing." "What about it," he asked. "You must learn to control your breathing. If you control you breathing, you can control your heart." "Ok." "Now," Galen said, "You need to be human for this." Aethor changed human. "Good. Now, follow my lead." Galen sat down Indian style and took deep, long breaths. Aethor followed his example. "Control is everything. You must learn to control your mind. This is meditating." They continued breathing for almost three hours. By then it was nighttime. "Perfect. Night is the best time to practice. It's peaceful and beautiful." "I see," Aethor said. "Now that you have your breathing controlled, lets control your mind. You mustn't let your mind wander. If it does, then using the force will be much harder." "Very well." "Focus your thoughts. Do not let them distract you. Feel the force running through you." As Aethor was meditating, Galen had an idea. "Get up. I have an idea." "And what would that be," Aethor asked. "Luna is the princess of the night, correct?" "Yes." "Then she could help you become in peace with yourself." He nodded and followed Galen into the castle. They found Luna's room and Aethor walked in. "Luna," he called, "I need to speak with you." "I'm out here," she called. Aethor nodded at Galen and they walked onto the balcony. "What did you ne..." She stopped when she saw Galen. "What do you want," she growled. "I need your help," Galen said. Her eyes widen and she looked at him. "What do you mean," she asked. "Well, since you're the princess of the night, you must be in peace with yourself, right?" "I would say so." "Then you can help Aethor with that. See, I'm teaching him how to use the force." "He has the force?" "Yes. I wasn't sure at first, but now I am. That is why I need you to help him with finding peace within himself." "I guess I could help him. After all, I do love him." Galen's nearly had to pick his head off the floor. "What," he said. "What?" "You know, I'm not even going to asked. Now then, can you help him?" "Yes." "Thank you." They sat down on Luna's balcony and Galen and Luna worked together to teach Aethor. About three hours later they stopped. "Well, I think that's good for one night, don't you," Galen said. "Yes," Aethor said, "We should get some sleep for tomorrow." "Well, good night." Aethor left the room. Galen was about to leave but was stopped when a blue aurora surrounded him. He looked back at Luna in anger, "What," he asked. "Why did you come to me?" "Because, believe it or not, I trust you mare than anyone else. And I don't trust easily." "Why do you trust me," she asked. "Because, you attacked me when I attacked you sister. And, you didn't trust me at all when I arrived like your sister did. I like that. You took caution." "That's all." She released Galen and he went to his room to sleep. > Chapter 8 > -------------------------------------------------------------------------- Galen woke up in his room and looked around. Today he and Luna were going to help Aethor with coming to peace with himself. He walked into the garden and was surprised when he saw Aethor and Luna were already there. He walked up to them and sat down next to them. "You're here early," he said. Aethor looked at him. "Is that okay?" "That's great!" Aethor nodded and went back to concentrating while Galen went to talk to Luna. "Hey." "Hey," she said. They sat there for a moment. "I've been thinking about what you said last night," she said. "Oh?" "You really trust me?" "Yes I do. You take cation. I like that." She chuckled. "Thank you. I never thought me not trusting someone would make them trust me." "After what I've been through I don't trust anyone. Unless they prove they don't trust anyone." "Thank you." "No problem." Aethor looked up. "I believe that I have succeeded." "Lets see." Aethor raised his hand and focused on a a single rock. Then, it rose up into the air. "Congratulations. You are now able to use the force. Now we need to teach you different types. Such as lightning." "Really?" "Yes. Now, to use force lightning, imagine the force is lightning flowing through your body." Aethor focused for a minute before nodding. "Now, raise your hand and think of that lightning shooting from your hand." Aethor raised his hand and focused. Then, FLASH! Lightning shot out and hit a nearby tree, making it explode. "Wow. Very nice," Galen said. "Woah. That was awesome." Galen chuckled. "Well, I think your ready." "What do you mean?" "Right now that is all I can teach you. You need to learn everything else your self." Aethor nodded. "Good. Now, we ne-" He stopped when he saw an explosion from inside the castle. "LETS GO!!!" They ran into the castle and came face to face with... "YOU," Galen shouted when he saw Boba. "I'm here for the girl." Then, Boba grabbed Juno and started to fly off. "NO!!!!!!" Galen used the force to grab Boba and pull him back. Boba fired a missile at him, but Aethor pushed it away. Then, Galen pulled and Boba's jet pack flew off and he fell to the floor. "YOU WILL DIE!!!!" Galen charged Boba and started attacking. Boba dodged left and right while shooting at him. Then, Galen blocked a bolt and it hit Boba in the shoulder. "AARRRGGG!" "NOW YOU DIE," Galen said. He ran up and stabbed Boba in the stomach. "Now die." Boba fell to the ground, dead. "Good riddance," Galen said, "Now, lets find Celestia." They ran through the castle and found her in the throne room surrounded by guards. "CELESTIA!!!" Aethor ran up to Celestia and hugged her. "I'm fine Aethor." "What about Soul?" "She's right he....where did she go?" Galen froze when he realized what Boba was talking about. "No..." "Galen? What's wrong?" "I'm sorry." Galen ran out the door and into the forest. "Where is he going," Celestia asked Juno. "I'm sorry. Your daughter was taken by the one who attacked." "No." "I'm sorry." Aethor's eyes were starting to glow and flicker like a fire. "Aethor," Celestia said, "Please calm down." Aethor mane was now a roaring fire. "The one who took our daughter." His voice was deep and booming. "Aethor, please." "AAAAARRRRRRRGGGGGG!!!!!" Aethor shot forward and out into the forest. Behind him, Galen heard and explosion and looked back to see a very angry Aethor flying at him. "Shit." Aethor tackled him and looked down at him. "WHERE IS MY DAUGHTER!?!?!?!?" "WHAT DO YOU THINK I WAS TRYING TO DO!?!?!?!?!?" Aethor stopped. Then he got up and sat down on the ground. "I'm sorry." "It's fine. Now, lets go get your daughter." He nodded and they walked into the forest. They walked for hours. Finally, they spotted Boba's ship. "That's were she'll be," Galen said. They entered the ship and looked around. Soon, Aethor heard soft crying from behind a door. "SOUL!!! IS THAT YOU!?!?!?" "DADDY!?!?!?" "Hang on sweetie. Daddy's going to get you out." He put his hands together and then pushed them at the door. The door flew off the hinges and he rushed in. He saw Soul in a cage. "SOUL!!!" "DADDY!!!" Aethor grabbed his scythes and swung at the cage. It shattered. Soul ran out and hugged her father. "DADDY!" "Soul. Don't leave ever again. You scared my and your mother half to death." "I'm sorry daddy. I didn't mean to." "It's alright. Lets go home." They made their way back to the castle and went inside. "Wow," Galen said as he got into bed, "What a long day." "I know," Juno said, "Lets get some sleep." "Yeah." Galen laid back and closed his eyes to sleep. Little did he know, he was being watch.
