She couldn't believe it. Her friend, her idol, her only family. Rainbow Dash smiled weakly and wiped the tear away from Scootaloo's eye. "Don't cry." She said, comfortingly "I just hope you remember me." A small tear formed in her eye as she lay there. Scootaloo smiled sadly. "I don't want you to die." She sobbed. Rainbow Dash placed a hoof an Scootaloo's shoulder. "You know it happens to everypony. Some earlier than others. I was one of the unlucky ones." Rainbow Dash looked at her with those rose coloured eyes. Scootaloo wiped the tears away and smiled sadly. "I'll never forget you." She said. Rainbow Dash smiled. "You were like a sister to me." "I remember when I first met you." Rainbow Dash said "You were huddled in an alleyway, shivering. I couldn't stand to see a filly all alone on the streets of Manehattan. I flew you back to my home in Cloudsdale and took care of you." Rainbow Dash put her head on the pillow and at that moment Scootaloo knew that when she left she would never see Rainbow Dash again. Scootaloo hugged her and started crying into her shoulder. She let go. "Goodbye, Rainbow Dash." She turned round and walked out. As she left the room she heard a high pitched beeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeep. She turned round. It was over. Scootaloo slowly walked through the leaves that has fallen to the ground. Rainbow Dash had reminded her of her childhood. And that she had lied to her friends. They had asked why Scootaloo never had any family. Scootaloo always said she had ran away. But she hadn't. She had been thrown out by his father. After her mother died his father had changed. He drank more, he smoked. One night he had too much. He got angry. He beat Scootaloo and threw her out. She had lived on the streets for a month before Rainbow Dash had found her. Now it was back to that. At least this time she wasn't in Manehattan. She sat underneath a tree and cried. No one could here her or see her so she didn't care. She only cared that her only family was dead. She remembered all the times she and Rainbow Dash had together. Flying, Pinkie's parties, the time Rainbow Dash told her how she got her cutie mark. She smiled. "I'm surprised to see you smiling, Scootaloo." Said a voice. Scootaloo turned to see 'The Doctor' sitting there. "I'm not crying because I realised something. You shouldn't cry at death. You should smile at life. You should smile at the memories. Nopony is ever completely dead. Everypony is alive in our memories and we should remember them." The Doctor smiled. "You know. Even though shes dead it doesn't mean she's forgotten you. She's just waiting for you. To greet you at the gates of heaven. Don't you ever forget that." The Doctor stood up. Scootaloo smiled. "Thanks. Doctor." The Doctor nodded and walked off. Scootaloo looked up at the sky and knew that Rainbow Dash was looking down smiling. She walked out of the forest not looking back.
