> Breaking Boundaries > by CDFA > -------------------------------------------------------------------------- > Chapter 1 > -------------------------------------------------------------------------- "Dear Rainbow Dash, we are sorry to inform you that you have been denied from becoming a part of the Wonder Bolts. Your performance was just fine but we. . . do not support. . . your sexual orientation. . . and therefore cannot accept you into the organization. We hope that you find success in another endeavor. Thank you. Sincerely. . . the Wonderbolts. . ." Rainbow Dash sighed as she read the note that came in her mail. It was the end of October, the sun barely rose over the horizon and the mailpony had already done his rounds. Rainbow sat upon a small cloud, covered only with a soft and warm blanket made for her by one of her friends. ". . .They. . . how could they. . . but. . . rainboom. . ." Rainbow rose up and sighed at the note. ". . . Does this mean. . .?" Rainbow stared at the newspaper that the mailpony had also brought her. "TOP STORY: Spitfire removed from the Wonder Bolts due to lesbian scandal with potential Wonder Bolt Rainbow Dash.” "Did I really. . . really?" Rainbow sighed to herself as she shyly placed the two items on her could and flew down into Ponyville. Ponyville had looked just the same as it had every other day. The streets shined with happy customers, small street vendors, plenty of commotion, a large bustling utopia of happiness and friendship. A horrid aura surrounded the area, however, upon Rainbow's arrival. The faces of many ponies flew straight to the ground, a look of hatred and despair flew on each of them. Grumbling ensued, as Rainbow landed into town. "Oh look. . . the fucking lesbian. . ." one pony grumbled. "Why don't you just go off and have your orgies, you fucking pervert ass." Another mumbled. "Have you no shame?" a third pony bumbled. "Leave our damn establishment, you whory Celestia forsaken rapscallion!" a fourth pony crumbled. "Gosh. . . does everyone. . . really hate me? . . . What have I done. . ." Rainbow sighed as she hung her head low and walked around Ponyville. She carried a bag of stuffed animals for each one of her friends. She had bought them the previous day and they finally came in the mail, along with her letters of despair. "First off. . . Twilight. . . " Rainbow grumbled as she knocked on Twilight’s hard wooden door . "Oh he- Oh hell no!" Twilight sighed as she opened the door. "If this is an invitation to sexual intercourse, I'll have you know that I'm NOT interested, Rainbow! Celestia specifically entrusted me to engage on a mission to learn about FRIENDSHIP, not to get myself caught up in romantic relationships, especially ones with ponies that I am not interested in sexually, and most DEFINATELY not of the homosexual kind. Now, if you have some business, state it now, or leave my presence." Twilight exclaimed, obviously annoyed. "Heh. . . hey there. . . I gotcha. . . a. . . plushie. . . "Rainbow stammered out nervously. Rainbow handed the plushie to Twilight. "Hmm. . . my books don't see this as an act of sexual advancement. . . I. . . will take your gift. . . but please, stay away. The LAST thing I need is another annoyance hurting my studies. When you're ready to help me learn about friendship instead of trying to fill your own sexual desires, come back to me." Twilight explained, a heightened tone of annoyance. Before Rainbow could reply, Twilight slammed the door on her. "I. . ." Rainbow sighed. “Maybe the other ponies won’t be as mean, right? Pinkie’s really nice. . . right” Rainbow mumbled to herself as she trotted onto Pinkie's workplace. ---------------------------- "OOOOH! A CUSTOMER, A CUSTOMER!" Pinkie exclaimed happily as she heard a bell ring by the door. "WE- Sorry, Rainbow, we don't serve fags here!" Pinkie happily stated, no change in her tone. She bucked Rainbow out of the door and knocked her onto the street. "I'm. . . a. . . fag?" Rainbow sighed and asked herself. "But. . . it was only one thing. . . my friends. . . that name for just one thing. . ." Rainbow teared up. But she worked up the energy not to cry. After all, if she was going to be a whory lesbian, she might as well be the strong manly type. She knew, also, that nobody would be able to hold her if she began to cry. She was alone in this world. So the best thing to do was to hold in all of these tears until she could find a place. . . all by herself. . . to just cry, and possibly. . . die. ---------------------- "Um. . . hi. . . Rainbow. . . sorry, I'm busy." Fluttershy meekly whispered out as she also slammed the door onto Rainbow's face. "Fluttershy! I thought we were best friends! Pegasus buddies! I didn't mean to hurt you that much! I just want to give you something!" Rainbow bawled out, still holding in tears. "Pleasedontrapemepleasedontrapeme!" Fluttershy cried out from the door. This obviously wasn't going anywhere, Fluttershy was often too stubborn to change her opinions when she was scared. ". . . Take your damn plushie. . ." Rainbow grumbled as she threw a stuffed animal through Rainbow's door. "GYYYAAAAAH! I DON'T WANT TO RAINBOW, I DON'T WANT TO!" Fluttershy screamed as Rainbow trotted away towards Applejack's farm. ----------------- "Ya know, Rainbow. . . I've gotta big brother, he can show ya all the great things 'bout colts. . ." Applejack stated, obviously nervous. Big Mac smiled in an attempt to be supportive towards Rainbow Dash. ". . . What's wrong with it, though? What's wrong with liking girls?" Rainbow asked. Applejack tackled Rainbow and covered her mouth. "THERE'S KIDDOS HERE, SUGARCUBE!" Applejack screamed. "Anyways. . . um. . . thats just not how Celestia created us. She created a colt to like a mare, she created them to have 'lil foals and raise them happily. You're breakin' the rules o' society, Rainbow!" Applejack growled. ". . . You. . . you can't change who I love. . . " Rainbow grumbled. "I can't, but I'm just saying not ta express it 'round these parts!" Applejack sighed out, trying to get over Rainbow's own stubbornness. ". . . I. . . can't. . . I need serious help. . .I want to be loved. . . but I don't want to be. . . different. . ." Rainbow cried out, a tear rolling from her eye. "Don't worry, sugarcube. I'll be there for you the entire way!" Applejack stated happily, still on top of Rainbow. "T. . . T. . ." Rainbow leaned in for a kiss from Applejack. She wasn't entirely sure why. She knew Applejack wasn't into that. In fact, she was trying to keep Rainbow AWAY from that. But she did. . . who knows, maybe something would. . . "ON SECOND THOUGHT I THINK I HAVE SOME TREES TO BUCK, SEE YA LATER RAINBOW!" Applejack screamed nervously as she sprinted towards the barn. Big Mac gave a dirty look towards Rainbow. "Listen here. . . ya lil punk. . . I don't wantcha messin' up mah sister. All she was tryina do was help ya, and you just push your horrible way on 'er! Whatcha tryina do, ruin her like you're ruined?! GET OUT OF HERE! I NEVER WANT TO SEE YOU OR YOUR CORRUPT FACE AGAIN IN THIS PART OF TOWN, YA HEAR?!" Big Mac screamed, furiously stomping on the ground. Rainbow didn't need any time to think, she immediately flew away, to the only friend she knew. . . -------------------- "Oh this is just AWFUL! OPAL! I'm ALL out of Topaz! How am I supposed to create this dress without any topaz?!" Rarity cried out. She suddenly heard her doorbell ring. "NO MATTER! Opal, take note, I shall go shopping tomorrow and find more precious Topaz!" Rarity announced, trotting down the stairs, immediately noticing Rainbow Dash. "Oh DARLING, Rainbow! Come, take a seat! You look positively FAMISHED!" Rarity welcomed Rainbow, seeing her friend's obvious hurt. "Now, what seems to be the problem, darling?" "Well. . . my. . . did you read the paper?" Rainbow asked shyly, not wanting to be left like her other friends left her. ". . . I did. . . I know what this is about. . . I haven't left the house since the incident, though. . . how have your friend been taking it?" Rarity asked caringly. "They. . . they. . . friends. . . my. . ." Rainbow couldn't help but cry upon the deep stress put onto her. "WHAT FRIENDS?! I HAVE NO FRIENDS ANYMORE. ALL I HAVE IS AN ENTIRE CITY WHO HATES ME. I GOT DENIED FROM THE WONDERBOLTS, I GOT. . . I got. . . I. . ." Rainbow walked out of the door and flew as high as she possibly could. Rarity watched in awe, knowing for a fact that that Rainbow wouldn't hear her words. Rainbow sat in the sky for a few minutes before suddenly falling. "Oh. . . is she going to do a Sonic Rainboom? That sounds delightful! I guess that's how pegasi deal with stress. . ." Rarity wondered. She discovered something shocking. . . Rainbow wasn't moving her wings. There was no determination in her eyes. There was only deadness. Realization rushed into Rarity's mind. “Oh. . . Oh. . . Oh Celestia. . . I can't let this happen! Not to Rainbow Dash, my best friend in the whole wide world!" Rarity cried as she sprinted to the second story of her building. She tossed everything soft she had out of the window, landing onto another building. The area was oddly desolate at this time of day, so no odd looks were given at Rarity's actions. Rarity jumped to the outside of the window, watching Rainbow. "Rainbow. . . don't. . do. . . THIS!" Rarity jumped out of the window, grabbing Rainbow as she flew by the window. The two of them flew together and landed on the pile of assorted soft items. Both survived the fall with only bruises. "PLEASE LET ME DIE PLEASE LET ME DIE PLEASE. . . please. . . " Rainbow Dash screamed. . . she could hold her tears in no longer. She curled up and began to desperately cry, the tears seeming endless. "Oh, your poor thing. . . I could never understand your situation. . . but always know that I'm here for you. . ." Rarity stated supportivley as she laid Rainbow's head on her body. Rainbow cried endlessly for what seemed like forever, but was closer to about 30 minutes. Ponies trotted by, some laughing, some cringing away in fear, some just ignoring her, but Rarity sat patiently, waiting for Rainbow's emotions to come out. ". . . Do you hate me?" Rainbow muttered quietly as she finished her tears. "No, darling, I would NEVER do that! You've done so much for me! I won't just let one silly thing ruin the greatest friendship I've ever had!" Rarity explained calmly to Rainbow. The emotions rose up in Rainbow again. kiss her. kiss her. her mind screamed. Rarity looked straight into Rainbow's eyes, knowing the one thing racing through her mind. "I. . . cannot share your feelings. . . I've always been interested in colts and stallions. . . but just know that through out differences, we can always be together as friends. I don't care if anybody leaves you. I don't care if people hate us because we're together, just know that I still love you as one of my greatest friends, and if that means that I'll have to get rid of some so called "friends" to do that, then I'll do exactly that." Rarity explained, petting Rainbow's mane. "Now, come on, big girl, let's go inside and take a big nap. I ALWAYS feel better after getting some beauty sleep! I'll even let you sleep in my big comfy bed!" Rarity helped Rainbow Dash up and they both trotted towards Rarity's house. Rarity made sure to stay closer to Rainbow, so she knew that there was always somebody with her. "Rarity. . . please. . . don't leave me. . . ever. . ." Rainbow sighed out, still teary and sniffly. "Darling, I'd NEVER do that!" Rarity giggled. Rarity opened the door and let Rainbow Dash in. She escorted Rainbow to her bed, and although it was a bit. . . girly for her tastes, Rainbow still accepted it, appreciating the offer of her greatest, and at this point, only friend in the entire world. . . Rarity. "Rarity. . . I love you. . . I don't want to be with you for sex. . . I don't want to dirty you like I did with Spitfire. . . that was an act of lust. . . I see your beauty. . . I see your amazing qualities. . . I don't care if you're the opposite of me. . . I don't care if you make pretty dresses and can never get dirty and can't even fly, while I love looking cool and flying in the air, getting the stains of crashed bugs and dirty wind in my hair. . . I can't help but love you. . . I never want to leave you. . . please. . . if only you could love me to. . ." Rainbow murmured as she fell asleep. Rainbow assumed that Rarity was gone, but Rarity had been sitting there right next to her. Rarity stared at the sleeping Rainbow. She was so. . . oddly elegant, so powerful yet so beautiful. . . too bad she was a girl. "Rainbow. . . I love you too. . . even if I don't love you in the way that you love me. . . I still never want to leave you. . . ever. . . even once I find the stallion of my dreams, I will still always care for you, and if he will not do the same, then he can leave my presence. . . never feel bad Rainbow. . . never. . . never feel alone, for I am always with you. . ." Rarity kissed Rainbow lightly on the forehead while she was asleep, and sat patiently by Rainbow's side until she arose hours later. > Chapter 2 > -------------------------------------------------------------------------- "We've decreed that we must ensure the highest punishment for this criminal offense" Celestia sighed out, staring directly at Rainbow Dash, tied up to a chair by magic. "If you're not going to learn to live life the way I intend you to live by. . . maybe we'll need some extra help." Celestia decreed as she motioned for a dark and shrouded guard to come out. The guard, unlike the others, was wearing absolutely nothing at all. "Now, just sit there and enjoy this as best as you can. You'll soon be cured of your disease." Celestia sternly stated. Rainbow stared at this odd creature. He. . . surely was excited to see her. She tried to run, she tried to hide, but the magic was too much. He walked behind her and proceeded to. . . "GGGGYYYYAAAAAAAAH!" Rainbow screamed, flying into the air and crashing into the ceiling. She once again began uncontrollably crying. "Please don't please don't please don't please. . . please. . ." She stammered out uncontrollably as she fell back onto the bed, burying her head on the (oddly soft) pillows while covering her eyes with her hands. "R-Rainbow? Rainbow!" Rarity attentively stated as she opened the door and turned on the lights. "Oh, Rainbow, darling! What's wrong? Did you have a bad dream? Would you like a stuffed pony? I have plenty, and I can use some of Sweetie Belle's too!" Rarity cooed at Rainbow, still crying, not paying any attention to Rarity's presence. "Shh shh shh. . . it's ok. . . don't cry. . . I'm here now, everything's all better. . ." "They. . . they were gonna. . ." Rainbow murmured out, still crying. "Shh shh. . . just let it all out. . . what were those bad people gonna do to you?" Rarity cooed over, now petting Rainbow's backside. ". . . teach me. . . to love guys. . ." Rainbow replied, sniffling heavy as tears rode out of her red eyes "Oh. . . that's an AWFUL dream to have for you! How did they do it?" Rarity asked innoncently "They. . . they. . ." Rainbow couldn't help but smash her hooves onto the bed. "WHY. . . WHY GOD FUCKING DAMMIT. . . I JUST WANT TO LOVE WHO I LOVE. . . I DON'T WANT TO HAVE TO HAVE TO FUCK GUYS. . . THEY'RE LIARS, CHEATS, DECEIPTFUL, AND I HATE THEM. . . I. . ." Rainbow smashed her head onto the pillow. "Rainbow! RAINBOW! Please, stop this instant! Calm down, darling, calm down!~" Rarity wailed as she jumped onto her bed, next to Rainbow, now petting her mane while attempting to calm her. "You're perfect just the way you are. . . if those bad people want to do anything bad to you, they'll have to go through ME! You don't worry a little pretty hair on your mane, I'll make sure that NOBODY hurts you like that!" Rarity cried out, worried of Rainbow's state. Why did people do this? Sure, she had been judgemental about ponies sometimes. She had been annoyed at Twilight for putting books above good looks, she had been annoyed at Applejack for being so dirty and rowdy and loud. She had been annoyed at Fluttershy for being so shy to the point where it seemed like an act. . . but she still loved them. That's what friends are supposed to do, right? What kind of friends were these people?! Nopony is supposed to hurt their fellow friend so deeply to the point of tears and nightmares! Maybe she needed to reconsider these so called "friends." Rainbow continued crying for roughly an hour, biting pillows in pain and screaming from agony of her fearful dream and her awakening into a horrible reality. ". . . Rarity. . . can I just. . . stay with you for a while?" Rainbow asked meekly, head still half-dunked inside of her pillow. "Oh, of COURSE, darling! You can LIVE here if you want to, with those mean old ponies out there giving you so much trouble!" Rarity attempted to smile and give Rainbow some confidence. This entire event had been incredibly eye opening to her. The crew had been spending so long learning about friendship, and they break it all just because Rainbow happened to not like stallions? "Now come, it's morning time! Granted. . . a bit EARLY in the morning, but still the morning. Just get yourself all readied up, the little mare's room is on the ruby-bordered door on the right, and I'll leave the door out of the room open! Breakfast will be ready in just a bit!" Rarity gave one more rub to Rainbow's mane and trotted downstairs to do as much as she could for Rainbow. ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ "THE FUCK YOU MEAN I CAN'T HELP MY OL' PAL 'BOW!?" Applejack screamed. "AH'LL SHOW YA. AH'LL SHOW ER'RY WONNA YA" Applejack furiously sprinted out of her barn. "NO YOU AIN'T, YOU LITTLE TWO TIMING BITCH." Big Mac screamed as he sprinted over towards Applejack. "DO YA REALIZE WHAT SHE TRIED TA DO TO YA?! I DON'T WANNA LOSE MA LIL SIS OVER SOME STUPID FRIEND LIKE THIS!" "STUPID?! STUPID?! YOU'RE THE STUPID ONE, BIC MAC. I'M GONNA HELP HER NO MATTER T'WHAT YA SAY" Applejack screamed, furious at her brother, breaking open the gates of the farm and sprinting towards Rarity's home. ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ Rainbow trotted downstairs, in too bad of a mood to fly around. The house was nice and all. . . just too . . . girly. . . there were soft pillows everywhere and everything were colors of feminism, but all blending and nice. No ruckus anywhere. Any sort of mess was cleaned up immediately. Rainbow walked to the kitchen, smelling the food, and noticed a large array of high-class foods set up for her. These foods were unlike anything she had ever seen before! They were all nicely spiced and organized, smelling particularly high class. "A little lady like myself has to be able to cook for herself!~" Rarity giggled. Rainbow sniffed the food nervously, excited but unsure of weather the food would be good for her. For Rarity, though, she would do anything. She ate the food brashly, with high speed, and finished it without so much as a few bites. ". . . I. . . like it. . .I wish I could make food as good as you!" Rainbow proclaimed as bits of food came out of her mouth. Rarity giggled softly, not caring about Rainbow's dirtiness. "Oooh, in that case, let me show you!" Rarity grabbed Rainbow's hoof and took her to a stove. "Here, I was gonna make some soup for later! I just need to add some spices! You can help me!" Rarity handed a bottle of salt to Rainbow. "Here, pour a little bit of salt into here!~" Rainbow stared at the bottle. It was a bottle that had holes in it, so it shouldn't be too hard to do a "little", right? Rainbow turned the bottle veritcally upsidedown and watched as the salt poured heavily into the soup. Rainbow immediately became frightened and threw the bottle onto the wall, smashing it, scaring Opal out of her nap and sending her to hide on Rarity's bed. "I'm so sorry, Rarity! I'll pay you back, don't be mad at me, please please pleaaassseee!~" Rainbow cried out, tearing up from fear. She knew how much Rarity hated messes AND beautiful things breaking. "Oh, Rainbow, don't worry, you're doing just fine! I never liked that salt shaker any way, my parents gave it to me as a gift. You wouldn't even BELIEVE how unfashionable they can be sometimes!" Rarity giggled, petting Rainbow's head. "That's the only spice I needed for this one. Now all you gotta do is stir it all in!" Rarity explained, handing a large spoon to Rainbow. "S-S-Stir?" Rainbow asked. "Yeah, like this~" Rarity used her magic to move the large spoon around in a perfectly circular motion. She let go, leaving the spoon inside of the pot. "Now you try~" Rainbow pounced up onto her hind legs to grab the spoon nervously. If she didn't learn anything about cooking, she would at least learn why only unicorns became chefs. She tried her best to make circular motions, but often hit the edges of the pot and disturbed the previously still concoction. "I. . . I can't do this, Rarity. . ." Rainbow sighed. "No, darling, that's just preposterous! Here, let me help you!~" Rarity got up on her hind legs as well, putting her hooves on Rainbow's. "Here, follow me!" Rarity moved her hooves around the soup in a circle, allowing Rainbow's to follow. Rarity was no large girl at all, as her hooves were by no means larger then Rainbow's. But it was still. . . nice. . . the circles became much more controlled, Rainbow tried her best to follow along with Rarity's lead. Rarity suddenly jumped off and left Rainbow by herself with the spoon. But the pot was not disturbed. The circles were not suddenly broken. All that was left was Rainbow, stirring perfect circles (or at least perfect enough for a pegasus with no chef experience.) "L-Look, Rarity, I'm doing it! I'm doing it!~" Rainbow giggled, bouncing up and down. She had the happiest smile on her face. Rarity hadn't seen that smile in so long. . . a smile of pure happiness. She had most certainly never imagined to see it with something as "boring" and "feminine" as cooking, though. Maybe there was a side of Rainbow that she had never really down before. "Oh, you're just fabulous!~" Rarity giggled. "I think we're all good now! Let's ju- OPAL!" Rarity suddenly screamed as Opal had appeared on the stove, chasing around her favorite toy on the stove. "Get off of there RIGHT NOW!" Rarity was not one to jump around and hurt herself, even for something like this, so she sat silently, yelling at Opal to stop. Opal had found her way to the top shelf of silverware, the heavy pot section. Her toy had landed just next to one of the pots, and Opal proceeded to pounce at it. Ding The pot fell straight towards Rarity, the toy teetering off of the edge of the shelf, Opal discontent with her situation. "O. . .O. . ." Rarity could say nothing out of fear. She could not move, she did not think to use her magic. What was she going to do? The pot was so big! What would happen if something bad happened and she's leave Ra- Smack Rarity closed her eyes awaiting pain. She felt pain, but on her sides, and there was something. . . warm on top of her. She opened her eyes to see Rainbow Dash on top of her, the same determined look in her eyes that she had after performing a great show for Ponyville or. . . just like her. . . Wonderbolt audition. . . something that neither pony wanted to think about at the moment. "Oh. . . Rainbow. . . T-T-Thank you. . ." Rarity stammmered out, still in shock. Rainbow looked straight into Rarity's eyes. They glimmered with a happy sort of innocence. Not a childish innocence, but a happy innocence. She still knew much about adult topics, how hurtful people could be, but her eyes glistened with a childish acceptance of everyone, a lack of knowledge of how people could hate each other. She was so caring. . . so . . . loving. . . so. . . "Shh shh shh. . . Rainbow. . . don't be scared. . . I'm not mad. I'm happy that you saved me! Now come and give your best buddy a great big hug!" Rarity exclaimed. Rainbow came back to reality noticing how close her head, especially her lips, were to Rarity's face. Rainbow let down her body to lay directly on top of Rarity, nuzzling herself to Rarity's warm and snow-white body. Rarity laid on the floor, allowing Rainbow to snuggle her, while she began petting Rainbow's mane. "You're a great person, Rainbow. . . I don't think anybody else would have done that for me. . . that was a really brave thing you did. . . you're so. . . brave. . . you're a beautiful pony, Rainbow. Never forget that. Never forget that even if people are mean to you, if people want to hurt you and tell you otherwise, never forget that. You're strong, brave, graceful, and loyal. You're the greatest person I could ever meet. You're. . . I love you Rainbow. I never want to leave you. . . As I said before, I can't love you the way you love me, but I will always love you as a friend. I will always be here for you when you cry, I'll always be here for you when you need someone to just snuggle with." Rarity whispered softly into Rainbow's ear as she began to tear in regret. Rainbow thought about her actions, tearing up in regret. How could she just go ahead and try to kiss Rarity, AGAIN?! She KNEW Rarity did not want her like that. . . but she did it. . . why. . . why can't she just forget about Rarity and just go off on her own. . . why could she not just give up on Rarity. . . > Chapter 3 > -------------------------------------------------------------------------- "Oh, it's YOU." Rarity sighed as she opened the door. It was about an hour after cooking food. They were all filled up now and were lying on the couch, talking about the events of yesterday, as well as their future and what they would do to escape the persecution of Ponyville. Rarity's house had become a "marked" house now, and nopony would dare go anywhere near it, for it accommidated the homosexual that was ruining all of Ponyville society. The doorbell had just rung, and standing in front of it. . . "Aw shucks, Rarity, you can't be all mad at me. I really wanna help mah pal Rainbow. . . I just got scared. . . I'm not good at hiding it when I'm scared. . . that's whatcha get when you hold the element of honesty, can't hide your true feelin's much. . . heh. . ." Applejack exclaimed, trying her best not to get the door slammed into her face. "Oh, I see! You're playing a little trick on me, aren't you! You're just gonna come in here and get your damn little dirty hands all over this beautiful creature because you want her to conform to some sort of comfooormity! Well let me tell you THIS, AppleBITCH, you aren't going to have ANY of it!" Rarity growled. "Rarity. . . let her in. . ." Rainbow grumbled uncertainly. "If she was really scared of me. . . she wouldn't have come. . ." Rainbow looked out the window toward's Twilight's house, still having a forcefield around it and having Spike keep guard. She noticed Pinkie Pie, Fluttershy, and Big Mac walking inside of her house, oddly enough, all speaking to each other in hushed voices (or as hushed as Pinkie could be). "Fine. . ." Rarity sighed. "But if you want her to leave, just give me the word and I'll DESTROY her." "Heh. . . thanks. . ." Applejack trotted nervously inside the house, making sure to wipe her feet as best as she could. "But Rare was right. . . Ah did come here to. . . convince ya ta come back on our team. . ." Applejack tossed a pile of magazines to Rainbow Dash. "Playpony. . . Stalli-ON. . . Applejack. . . these are all porn magazines. . . with stallions." Rainbow asked inquisitively. "Hyup! Bein' a farmgirl without much guys gets me VERY bored sometimes, so ah buy these ta cope. But I wanna help you, so you can look through them! I've put little bookmarks that Twilight keeps on givin' me on my favorite ones!~" Applejack stated happily. "If ya want, I can even donate summa mah toys for ya!~" "APPLEBITCH, I KNEW IT ALL ALONG, YOU FUCKING LITTLE TYRANT PIECE OF ANUS SHIT, TRYING TO PE-" Rarity screamed. "Hey. . . Rarity. . . I'm ok with this. . . it means a lot. . . friends don't always have to agree on stuff. . . but friends are always there for each other. . . Twilight and Fluttershy shut the door on me. . . Pinkie called me horrible names. . . Big Mac yelled at me. . . But Applejack came back and tried to help. . . she's a keeper." Rainbow said calmly. "Rainbow. . . Rainbow. . . I. . . I didn't expect that to come from you. . . but that's so true. . . I'm sorry Applejack, I said some very mean things." Rarity sighed out, depressed about how mean she was. "Don't worry 'bout it, sugarcube!~" Applejack retorted. "But Rainbow, at least take a look! Like look at THIS one! That's my cousin Braeburn!" Rainbow shivered in fear and curled up into a ball upon seeing the stallion. "pleasedon'thurtmepleasedon'thurtme" "Applejack. . . Rainbow had a VERY bad dream last night about stallions doing all sorts of mean things to her! She NEEDS time to recover!" Rarity growled. "Ah'm. . . sorry. . ." Applejack took the book away, but still left the page open to the picture. "Ah didn't know, Rainbow. . . if i'd known, I wouldn't be doing this." "Nah, it's fine!" Rainbow poked her head out and attempted to sound happy and confident. "Just. . . yeah. . . never again. . . for a LONG time." Applejack stared at the picture of Braeburn for a bit longer, smiling as she studied the countless aspects of his picture. The page itself was stained with passionate desposits, and seemed heavily. . . used. Applejack put down the book and gave a very serious look to the other two mares in the room "Girls. . . can I admit something to you. . ." Applejack muttered out nervously. "Anything, darling!~" Rarity stated happily. She was trying her absolute hardest to be a good host, and forget about the pain that Applejack had caused towards Rainbow. "Ya'll are both really brave about sharing that big thing about you. . . sharing something that goes against the Concordance of Celestia. . . I know how big Ponyville ponies are about it. . . I wish I could be as brave as ya'll. . . you've got guts to do that. . . Ah admire you both." Applejack began, her eyes shifting from side to side. ". . . Are you saying. . .?" Rainbow asked insquisitively, perking her head to the side. "Nah, I'm still a sucker for stallions, but. . . ya'll know in that one chapter, where it's ahll like "Thou whomest share the same blood and attempt creation shall be deposited as waste in the deepest parts of hell"" Applejack sighed out. "You and Big Mac?" Rarity chimed in, her natural desire for gossip kicking in. "Nah. . . he'd probably kill me or somethin' if ah liked him like that. . . but Braeburn. . . Braeburn. . ." Applejack giggled in happiness. "Let me see that!" Rarity grabbed the magazine, still open to the page with Braeburn. ". . . very well, I don't have to yell at you for having a bad taste in stallions. Your eye is strong." "Yeah, but ya know. . . I kind need your help. . . Ah. . . Ah got so brave after hearing 'bout you. . . I told Big Mac. . . he doesn't wanna see mah face ever again. . ." Applejack muttered. "And. . . and. . . B-B-Brae. . ." Applejack fell to the floor in tears. "WHY. WHY THIS BOOK. . ." "Oooh, Applejack, darling, don't be sad! Here, take this blanket!~" Rarity pet Applejack's mane as she placed a blanket over her body. "It's all going to be ok. . . you have friends here. . . You have me and Rainbow here. . . that's all you need. . ." "T-T-Thanks. . . ya'll are the best ponies a pony could know. . . but what ah'm scared about is. . . what they're doing right now." Applejack managed to breathe out, still crying. "You mean with Fluttershy, Pinkie, and Twilight?" Rainbow asked, getting off of the couch she was on and nuzzling Applejack, attempting to comfort her without seeming too. . . lesbian, for lack of a better word. "Yeah. . . they're all gonna start a "Great Awakening" here in Ponyville. . . they all feel that ponies here 'ave been breakin' the "natural law" of Celestia and they're all tryin' ta bring us back, even if it means that. . . violence has to happen." Applejack stuttered out. "Big Mac told me all ah this before he. . . he. . ." The tears flew back again into full force. Rainbow look at Applejack's body under the blanket. Her body was filled with bruises. "Oh god. . . I'm sorry. . . I'm so sorry. . ." Rainbow stated in horror. "Don't worry 'bout it, there was nothing ya'll could do. . . but yeah, that's what happenin'. . . we need ta get out of here. . . Rarity, you ain't done nothing wrong, but they're gonna get you too, since ya helped ol' Rainbow. . . which ain't a bad thing. . . it's a brave thing ta do for a friend. I'm just so MAD. We spent ALL this time learnin' 'bout the magic o' friendship and it's all thrown away just by this one little thing!" Applejack exclaimed. "Oh, it's SO ironic how you're saying that, Applebi-" Rarity furiously piped in. "AH WASN'T BREAKIN' OUR FRIENDSHIP. AH GOT SCARED. IS THAT FINE FOR YA?! SOMETIMES A LITTLE LASS LIKE ME GETS A LITTLE SCARED WHEN THINGS HAPPEN THAT SHE DON'T EXPECT!" Applejack screamed, stomping her hooves into the ground. "Well maybe if you were TRUE friends with her, you would have just been like "Oh, OK, so she wants to kiss me. Well maybe I should TELL her that I don't want to do stuff and STAY with her so she doesn't come to her other friend's house and cry fucking tears about it!" Rarity stated, not yelling but speaking firmly, stomping her hooves into the ground hard enough for the ground to shake slightly, disrupting Opal from her nap. "Applejack. . . Rarity. . . shut up." Rainbow stated monotonously. "Yup." The two mares stated in conjunction. "Now, I think this is. . . the start of something big. I know Applejack's story isn't a fake, I can see in Twilight's window right now. There's charts. . . all three of us are in there. . . there's a bunch of mad ponies around us, with. . . weapons. . . we gotta get out of here. . . I can't go to cloudsdale, both of you wouldn't be able to survive, and they more then anyone hate me right now. Spitfire wasn't just another Wonderbolt, she was THE Wonderbolt" Rainbow explained calmly, slightly annoyed by the fighting. "and I can't take you all to Canterlot. Sure, I have connection there now, but word travels fast, and I've lost everything I probably would have had in there. Plus, Celestia's there." Rarity explained, impressed and inspired by Rainbow's sudden seriousness. "THAT'S PERFECT! Ya'll can go ta Canterlot and talk ta Celestia 'bout all this! Maybe she'll royally pardon us or something!" Applejack hopped in excitement. "Not just a pardon. . . we need these laws taken OUT." Rainbow stated passionately, slamming her hoof on the ground. "We need to have a big talk with her! Now, we're in a bad spot, Twilight's got deep connections with her, and Shining's, also her older brother, which gives her yet ANOTHER connection. Besides, we can't leave here without a plan. . . what if someone sees us and turns us in to the. . . Holy Alliance, or whatever they're called." "Well. . . all we can do is try, right? If it ain't work, then at least we tried" Applejack stated. "and as for the escape route, Twilight taught me a bit more about magic. . . I can do a teleportation spell, but it'll only take us like. . . from when I tried it last, a bit outside of Ponyville." Rarity stated, a notable happiness in her tone from her desire to be helpful. "In that case. . . girls. . . I think we've got a world to save. . ." Rainbow stated, helping Applejack and Rarity up. "Heh, I'm not sure about a WORLD, but we're definately saving ourselves! Now, come, put a hoof all together!" Rarity stated as she placed her hoof out in front of her. The other ponies did the same, conjoining hooves. A light shined from Rarity's horn, and the three mares dissapeared with a flash of light. > Chapter 4 > -------------------------------------------------------------------------- "Princess Celestia, Ah've got a few words ta say ta ya!" Applejack sternly stated towards the princess. It was a few hours after the original teleportation out of town. The crew had walked as secretively as possible, avoiding all contact. Sure, it may have made their trip quicker, but there was also the risk of being caught and immediately jailed. Applejack, not being publicly convicted of her incestuous thoughts and desires, was the only pony out of the crew that could even be seen in Equestria without being ridiculed or arrested. For this reason, Applejack decided to travel off by herself to the princess, while Rarity and Rainbow Dash chose to sneak into the city through other ways and find their way into the castle, to meet up with Applejack and speak their opinions. "Oh, Applejack, how are you?" Celestia spoke calmly and unstressed. "Ah'm not fine at all princess! Ah've been VERY stressed 'bout how yer new "laws" suddenly have been hurtin' mah friends and been sep'ratin' all us out! We learned so much 'bout friendship and your laws just messed it all up!" Applejack stated, keeping her composure but still speaking loudly and sternly. "New laws? What are you TALKING about? If you're talking about your friend Rainbow Dash, then let me tell you the inside scoop on this. My laws have been set into place since the beginning of time. Society has been working JUST fine with them. However, your friend Rainbow Dash made a VERY bad mistake! She BROKE the laws. Twilight Sparkle, knowing of these laws, and being my most trusted student, realized that if ponies like Rainbow Dash were breaking my laws, then OTHER ponies would do so! So she's starting a revival. She's making sure that EVERYPONY follows these laws again!" Celestia calmly explained, not saying anything about Applejack's passion. "But. . . Celestia. . . they want to. . . kill Rainbow. . . That's not right at all!" Applejack stated, in a notably fearful tone. "That's what the laws said. They say that anybody who breaks my law shall be put to death." Celestia stated, still no emotion in her face. "Celestia. . . please. . . all of us mess up at one point! Ah thought YOU were supposed ta be the one that taught us 'bout friendship, but AH gotta teach YOU somethin'. We all mess up sometimes, but that's why we got friends with us to help us, and sometimes, we just gotta learn that people are different, and accept them as they are!" Applejack stated, trying her best to sound strong. ". . . She broke the law. Nobody is friends with a criminal." Celestia stated coldly "Sure, we mess up. But this is a capital crime. This breaks the laws of nature. This ruins everything. Surely all of your friends think the same. Even you think the same. She's disgusting, isn't she? Trying to break apart from the laws that I'VE set in place for you ponies to follow. They're all very easy. Look how long we've all been here without breaking them. Rainbow Dash has no reason to act the way she does. . . But I must tell you, I'm feeling oddly generous today. . . GUARDS." Celestia stated coldly, a lessening of emotion (as if any more could be lost) filling the air. Four guards came out, holding both Rarity and Rainbow Dash. Their faces were bruised and their bodies were covered in blood. ". . . Y. . . YOU MONSTER" Applejack screamed, sprinting towards the two mares. "Not so fast!" Celestia stated, stopping Applejack with her magic. "Now, I said I was being generous. Don't worsen my mood. Anyways, I'll give you three girls a SPECIAL therapy session. GUARDS" The three mares were immediately covered in bags and taken away. When the bags were released, the mares saw that they were in a bedroom, tied to a wall facing the bed, seeing two very familiar ponies on the bed. "Oh, Shining, Cadence, thank GOODNESS you're here! Celestia was going to subject us to some scary therapy session!" Rarity sighed out. "Hi, girls. . . actually. . . heh . . . you explain, Shining, baby~" Cadence stated, with a shy smile on her face. "Me?! Why me?! *sigh*. . . Anyways. . . This IS your therapy session. Celestia requested that I show you girls, especially Rainbow Dash, about the. . . joys of men." Shining giggled out softly. "So. . . yer gonna be doin' the deed in fronta us ta teach us 'bout why Rainbow should like stallions?" Applejack asked bluntly. "Yes." Shining stated, unemotionally. "Now. . . Cadence. . ." Shining trotted up behind Cadence and licked her ear softly. "Go get ready, baby" he whispered softly and smoothly into her. Cadence giggled slightly and happily pranced to the bathroom. "What does she need to get READY, for? She's already na-" Rarity stated. "You'll see in a bit. . . anyways, let me explain just what exactly guys are. . ." Shining stated. [NOTE: Screw the Mature Content warning. This scene is completely pointless so if you're really not in the mood to hear about horse dicks then you can continue when you see the note again. It won't affect your understanding of the plot] "So this is called a penis." Shining stated, laying on the bed so his underside was face-up. "This is where the babies are made. See how nice and big and fun it is?" Shining poked his protruding weight slightly, letting it bounce slightly. He angled his body towards Rainbow. "If you'd like, you can feel what it feels like, that might he-" "No." Rainbow stated coldly. "Allrighty then. Anyways, when the penis is in this state, it is meant for procreation. This is placed inside the vagina, which you will see on your rear end. The mating process occurs, which I will explain further with the live demonstration, and semen is emmitted from here. That is half of the baby, the other half is located inside of the mare. Now, if I can just get Cadence out here for a moment. . . " [NOTE: k] Shining lifted himself off of the bed and walked towards the bathroom door. "Cadence? You ready?" Shining walked into the room and closed the door. "Ca- CADENCE?! WHAT ARE YO-" Dead silence. The room was silent for what seemed like an hour, but was actually about two minutes. Cadence walked out, with a needle in her hand. "I didn't kill him, but I knocked him out." Cadence stated. She used her nose to press on a tile on the wall and a mirror fell into the ground, creating a doorway. Cadence used her magic to get the key sitting inside of a drawer, and unlocked all three mares. "Follow me. Now." She stated, and the mares followed immediately. She turned around and locked the door, making sure that nobody would see their actions. "I'm just gonna be the first to ask. . . WHY WOULDCHA DO THAT?!" Applejack screamed, not thinking about where they were. "Oh, you just wanted to see us fuck, didn't you?!" Cadence stated happily. "Heh! Just kidding!~ Anyways, the reason I did that is because. . . I. . . well. . . I kind of understand the situation you're going through. I too am. . . not lesbian, because obviously I'm married to Shining, who I love very much, but I'm. . . bisexual." Cadence stated. "Wow, really?!" Rainbow stated, suddenly seeming much happier then before. "Yes. I am. This information does not escape here. I could lose my position as a Princess, lose Shining, and lose everything else in my life." Cadence stated seriously. The three other mares nodded in agreement. "Now, I too am against Celestia's laws. They're cruel, not understanding in the slightest, and just much too brash for Equestria. I believe that ponies SHOULD live however they choose to live, and no one person, even Celestia, has the power to say otherwise. Rainbow. . . don't feel scared or feel any sort of regret for what you've done. You did the right thing. We live in dark times now, us whom do not follow Celestia's perfect plan. . . but this is the time for revolution. We can overthrow her. We can convince all of Equestria that we are true in our beliefs and that equality for all is how Equestria should be run." "Damn, Twilight's got a smart sis in law" Applejack stated, obviously very impressed with Cadence's knowledge. "Why thank you, Applejack! Please, don't refer to me as Twilight's sister in law. It pains me that I have any sort of relation to that suck-up. I only hope that Shining isn't influenced. He loves me so much, but he also loves his sister too. . . He doesn't know about me yet. . . but what if he. . ." Cadence trailed off, a tear falling from her eye. "But that's not the subject of this matter! Here we are!" The four ponies reached a door at the end of the long hallway. Cadence shoved her horn into a hole next to the door, and the door immediately swung open. "What's this?" Rarity immediately asked. The room wasn't very much exciting. The room itself was very. . . bland. It seemed like a regular office meeting room (thank goodness, otherwise Rarity would have been simply terrified by getting dirt on her hooves), with a table, a chalkboard on the farthest wall, and plenty of filing cabinets, some looking about ready to burst, and others looking practically empty. "This is the Coalition against Overbearing Celestia's Killing." Cadence stated. "Abbreviated as CO-" Rarity began to state. "I swear to fucking. . . fucking. . . just don't" Cadence stated. If she was against Celestia. . . then who did she swear to? Hmm. . . a question for another time. "Anyways, this is a group of minorities like us. We all could be killed at any instant by Celestia due to our. . . traits and preferences. . . let me introduce all of the members for you." A chair turned around, and a black and white stiped. . . pony? She didn't look much like a pony. Anyways, a black and white striped figure wearing a brown hood was sitting on the chair. "This is Zecora. She practices black magic. She was the pony that helped me start this group. I remember hearing about your group's efforts to assimilate her into society, but especially after the recent events, she's been forced to go into hiding. After you guys left, there was. . . a raid on her house. . . thank goodness she left in time." Cadence explained, knowing that the mares knew who she was, but still going through with formalities. "Zekara. . . I'm so sorry ta hear that that happened ta ya." Applejack stated. "Do not fear, young Applejack. For I know with you adding to our power, my house I shall claim back." Zecora stated. "Well stated, Zecora. Anyways, nexy pony." a chair turned around, and was none other then. . . "GILDA?!" Rainbow screamed as loud as possible. "P'shaw! You? Heh, I expected as much, I knew a dweeb like you would end up here eventually. Don't think you're all cool for being in a "special club", though. Be happy you didn't bring the pink bitch here." Gilda sighed. "Gilda! Manners!" Cadence growled. "Anyways, this is Gilda. I can see that you all are familiar with her. Anyways, she's here because. . . well. . ." "I think I remember sumthin' in that book statin' that being mean ta others can getcha killed as well" Applejack stated sternly, being painfully blunt to Gilda. "Why don't I shove that book in your damn face, AppleBITCH." Gilda growled, getting up from her seat. ". . . Gilda. . . *sigh*, anyways, she's also lesbian. But the main reason she is here is that she's the creation of two animals that. . . weren't meant to breed. But they did. So she's chosen to stay here. It's not explicitly stated to go out and hunt the children of "impure relations", but knowing how radical these movements get, she decided to stay with us for safety, as well as to help with the revolution." Cadence explained, glaring at Gilda and Applejack. "A-" Gilda began to state. "And for our third and last pony, for now, at least, we have. . ." Cadence turned the chair slowly. "WHEEEEEEEEEE!~" a voice screamed. "Fuck. . ." Rainbow sighed. "This is my good friend Derpy Hooves. She's. . . she has. . . um. . ." Cadence stated, trying to explain Derpy's reasoning for being with the group. "I can make muffins!~" Derpy stated. "AH YES, She's our special muffin maker. We always try to be as nice as we can to her, so she'll make more muffins for us!" Cadence stated, glaring at Gilda once again. "Point being she's re-" Gilda stated coldly. "Fucking DAMMIT Gilda, I KNEW you were gonna say something." Cadence sighed. "And don't call her by that name." Cadenced walked in front of Derpy to get closer to the other mares, hoping that Derpy wouldn't keenly listen into her explanation. "She had a traumatic accident when she was a child. It caused. . . well, she's really slow at stuff. But she's happy. She likes to make muffins and she's a really sweet girl, you just gotta be patient with her sometimes. I want to make things good for people like her too. It's not her fault she's like that, it's just the way she is. . . I'd be so sad if anything happened to her." Cadence stated, glancing back at Derpy. "Her muffins are really good, though." Rarity and Applejack nodded in agreement. Rainbow simply glared. "Rainbow. Do you understand" Cadence grumbled. "Fine, fine, I understand" Rainbow sighed. "Just don't put me in charge of her or anything." "SEE, I'M NOT THE O-" Gilda screamed. "I WILL FUCKING SHOVE A ROCK SOLID KNIFE UP BOTH OF YOUR BUTTHOLES AND MAKE YOU SHIT BLOOD." Cadence screamed. "Miss Cadence. . . don't be mad! Please!" Derpy blurted out, sounding obviously stressed from the change in mood. "Oh! I'm sorry! I'm sorry!" Cadence stated, trying her best to have a happy tone. "I just got a little stressed out! I'm all better now~" "Yay, Cadence is happy, Cadence is happy!" Derpy stated, hugging Cadence as best as she could. Rarity and Applejack smiled in absolute contentment. "Oh, she's such a darling! I'm sure our friends Rainbow and Gilda will be SURE to figure that out" Rarity stated in awe of the sweetness of Derpy. "and I'm sure they will! But now is not the time for discussing that. Let's get you all situated in this meeting place. This will be your home for the next while." Cadence stated. "Whad you say?" Applejack asked curiously. "Yeah. . . Celestia gave Shining and I about 3 hours to explain everything to you about guys. . . Shining should be out for about 4. I'll show you guys to your rooms. Here's the plan. . . in a bit, I'm gonna send you guys back to the castle. I'll make myself look like as if I've. . ." Cadence's voice trailed and a small blush appeared. "ANYWAYS, I'll do that, and you guys will be all tied up. When I call her back in, Rainbow, pretend that you're cured, and Celestia will release the three of you. When you guys leave, be sure to come to the local spa. I'll meet you guys there. I'll take you back here. We have a lot of entrances, so don't worry about having to go back to the castle." Cadence explained slowly. "But. . . Braeburn. . ." Applejack sighed. If she was stuck here, how would Braeburn know that she. . . "Don't worry, Applejack. That'll be on our agenda. Gilda's got a special girl she's gotta tell too~" Cadence re-assured Applejack. "I do NOT!" Gilda growled. "Yes you do! I remember wh-" Cadence began to explain. She then noticed Derpy, laid on the table pawing the air. "Heh, don't deny it! Don't worry, I wont tell them who it is!" "Fine. . ." Gilda sighed. "Anyways, let me show you to your rooms. I had them all planned out for you!" Cadence stated as she gave a warm smile. The entire group walked towards a silver plated door (as the room wasn't the best place to fly), where Cadence opened it and revealed a hallway of about 50 doors, all with name plates on them (although most were blank). They all walked inside of the hallway, Zecora and Gilda entering random doors with their names on them. Cadence stopped in the middle of the hallway, at three doors, side by side, with the mare's cutie mark on each one. "I'll get name tags later. Anyways, these are your rooms. Derpy and I sleep a bit farther down. There's a list of who's in each room if you need any of us. It's automatically updated when a new member joins. Gilda, Zecora, Derpy and I already have it on our papers! Anyways, go play around for a bit, and I'll call you all out when we have to go!" Cadence stated. The three mares entered their rooms silently, and decided to finally take a rest from their long and struggle-filled day, even if only for a moment. > Chapter 5 > -------------------------------------------------------------------------- "So we're never going to see Shining again?" Rarity asked curiously. "Oh, we're going to see him again soon. I just. . . I just hope it's in a good light" Cadenced sighed as the four mares walked back into their headquarters. It had now been a few minutes after brief meeting with Shining and Celestia regarding the status of Rainbow Dash. The test had gone along simply swimmingly, and to the knowledge of everyone in Canterlot, Rainbow Dash was no longer a lesbian. However, she still had a ruined reputation, and the location of Spitfire had still been left unknown, making both her and Rainbow look worse. "That's QUITE peculiar, though, having to leave your husband for something like this. I do LOVE your cleverness, though, saying that there was a problem in the Crystal Empire!" Rarity commented as they approched the door. "Well. . . yeah, I do guess that was pretty clever, heh. I'm just hoping he doesn't go over there to check on me or anything. Shining is a sweet guy, and I love how protective he is of me, checking in on me and everything, but hopefully he's too busy to make time for that. Otherwise. . . he'll get suspicious. . . " Cadence sighed stressfully as they entered the room, where the other three members were lounging around idly. The room hadn't been altered more then it was when they left, except that a tray of muffins that had previously been sitting on the table were now on the floor, and Derpy was sitting next to Zecora, head buried in her mane. "Zecora? Gilda? What happened here?" Cadence asked assertively, giving glaring eyes to Gilda. "A little griffon decided to be mean. Leaving this situation here, with the floor unclean." Zecora replied as she petted Derpy's mane. "Fucking dammit, Gilda" Cadence sighed. "I understand you're not very fond of Derpy. I don't know what she did to you, or what you did to her that caused you to do this, and I don't want to hear about it. Now, apologize to Derpy and sit back down. We're about to have a meeting" Cadence growled at Gilda, giving a piercing look to her. "Why? Maybe if she wasn't being such a stupid bi-" Gilda retorted, sighing in annoyance. Cadence sprinted towards Gilda and pushed her to the ground, placing a hoof roughly on her neck. "You will fucking apologize. . . or you know what? As Princess, I can say 'Oh, guess what I've found, Celestia! This mean old griffin here likes to have her clitoris rubbed by other girls!' and she will subject you to a tower of fucking hell, and I will NOT help you. Now, if that doesn't sound fun, then APOLOGIZE'" Cadence screamed as she picked up one of the chairs with her horn. ". . . pshhh. . . fine, I'm soooorry, Derpy" Gilda sighed, rolling her eyes. "Now. . . clean this up." Cadence sighed, giving another annoyed sighed. This obviously wasn't the first time a situation like this had happened. "Now, as for you, Derpy" Cadence walked over to Zecora, forcing a soft smile (and doing a very good job at it), "Thank you, Zecora, for being so nice to Derpy. Derpy, Gilda's going to clean up the big mess she made. You can go to your room and take a little nap, you've had a VERY hard day. I'll knock on your door if I need you! There's some more muffin mix in the room if you want to make some more muffins!" Cadence happily explained to Derpy, petting her mane. "O. . . Ok, Miss Cadence. . . " Derpy shyly replied as she meekly left Zecora's side and went to her room to nap. Gilda, around this time, had finished cleaning her mess and was now sitting in a chair, glaring at Cadence. "Good! Even with your piece of shit attitude, you can still make some sort of nice waitress or janitor or something!" Cadence stated to Gilda, the two obviously mutually annoyed with each other. Gilda sighed and laid he head on the table silently. "And Zecora, thank you for your cooperation. Now we can begin this meeting." The three mares found seats around the central wooden table, and stared at Cadence, waiting for information. Cadence proceeded to pull out a small whiteboard on wheels from the corner of the room, and pulled out a dry-erase marker using her horn. "Meeting has begun! We must first with roll call! When I say your name, say here!" "Zecora!" "My darling Cadence, I am here and I am excited for the meeting that is so very near!" "Applejack!" "Present, your highness" "Rarity!" "Present!" "Rainbow Dash!" "At your service!" "Gilda!" "Fuck you" "and Derpy is excused. Allright! First on our agenda!" Cadence began writing on the board with intense vigor, writing at a speed almost. . . unrealistically fast. As if instantly, the agenda was on the board. ------ AGENDA: 1. Name!~ 2. New Members!~ 3. Mission!~ ------- "Darling, your handwriting is simply WONDERFUL!~ So grand and rooyal~" Rarity giggled, staring at the board in awe. "Thank you, Rarity. Now let's put this into use! First of all, our name! Now that we're a sort of organization of sorts, we need to think of a name. If you have any suggestions, please raise your hoof." Gilda immediately raised her claw. "The Holy Alliance of Lesbian Fuckers isn't a proper name. Half of us aren't even lesbian" Cadence sighed. Gilda and Rainbow Dash mutually giggled under their breath as Gilda put her claw down. "Now, is anybody going to offer a suggestion?" Cadence asked once again. Nobody raised their hoof. "I see. . . . in that case, since nobody has any suggestions, we will be known as 'The Resistance'. If you think of any names that aren't stupid, please raise your hand during the meeting or approach my room afterwards" Cadence professionally stated. "Oh, I just LOVE how FORMAL you are with this meeting!~ It's so marvelous and it's going by so fast!~" Rarity stated, smiling in awe at Cadence. She was a mare to DIE for. Perfect mane, high class, married to a lovely stallion (who just so happened to be the older brother of one of her biggest enemies), and had so much perfection in her. "You find that hot, don't you?" Gilda asked Rarity jokingly. Rainbow Dash glared at Gilda subconsciously, not wanting anybody to make fun of her special pony who helped her through so much. Gilda and Rainbow Dash might have been friends in the past, but she had just become so mean and heartless, and insulting the pony she loved didn't help her case at all. "Gilda. . . " Cadence growled as she stomped her hoof into the ground. She immediately faked a smile and stared at the rest of the mares. "ANYWAYS, second on our agenda. We need new members! Obviously, other ponies aren't going to be knowing about this publicly. If any of you are able to see your friends, mention nothing to them. I understand that most of you, and. . . even myself. . ." Cadence sighed, thinking of her Shining Armor. If only he were more understanding. . . if only. . . "you all know some very important ponies in the group that we're resisting against. Do not speak of the group outside of here, even if it between us. As far as the world knows, we are simply a few Celestia-fearing mares exploring Equestria. I've placed a list of entrance areas in each of your rooms. All of you also have a special pendant in those rooms. That pendant will allow you to see and enter the portals that lead back into here. The portal room is located next to the bedroom door. If a spell is cast that blocks out my magic, then the only physical entrance is in my room, only accessable by me." Cadence paced around the room, obviously excited to lead a real meeting like this. She had wanted to resist for so long, but she had always been told "Oh, there's no real issue. Ponies with issues have been living her for a LONG time with no problems." Now, there was a problem, and she could finally shine. "Now, before I answer questions or ask for your guys's opinion. . . third on our agenda, we need a plan on what to do." Cadence stated. "Any suggestions?" "WELL" Rainbow Dash blurted out without raising her hand. "DASH! Wherer yer manners?" Applejack scolded to Rainbow Dash. "It's fine, Applejack. Rainbow, as you were saying?" Cadence replied. "Well, we obviously gotta get other people in here, and I KNOW Spitfire's out there somewhere, and I could guess that a lot of other ponies are out there too that need our help." Rainbow Dash stated happily. "Or maybe you know, we could like, actually do something? I'm tired of sitting here just hiding, I wanna go out and fight people!" Gilda retorted. "You really think we're gonna go out and fight Celestia with our little group of seven ponies?" "I can take them!" "oh PLEASE, You can't even beat me in a race!" "You wanna bet!?" "Oh, I'll bet." "Bitch, you're on!" "I'll make sure to go easy on you. I know how hard it is to fly with that huge body of your and those heavy claws!" "Whore." Gilda and Rainbow Dash both jumped off of the table, and darted to the room door. Before they could reach the door, a magic overcame them that caused them to freeze. "I swear, if I have to stop EITHER one of you EVER again, you WILL be punished SEVERELY. Must I remind you that we have an expert on dark magic here with us?" Cadence growled, pointing towards Zecora, who sat silently at her seat, her hood over her head, revealing a pair of glowing yellow eyes. "Good. Now, I'll keep you guys there. Here's my suggestion. New members is good. But. . . Gilda is right, we need to do something. We need to gather intelligence. Intelligence mostly on Celestia and, as our new friends brought up to us, Twilight Sparkle and the other ponies in Ponyville. Here is my proposition. To the extent of my knowledge, Rainbow Dash, you've been "cleared" of you name, am I right?" Cadence asked, staring at Rainbow Dash. "mmm. . . mmm. . . " Rainbow Dash furiously attempted to speak. ". . . I'm not taking the fucking spell off. . . I'll just assume yes. However, Rarity is still in a negative position for willingly conspiring with a "former" lesbian. In addition, I am supposed to be gone in the Crystal Empire, and Zecora is already blacklisted by the ponies in Ponyville. We have two places to investigate. We have Ponyville and Canterlot. For the easiest usage of our resources, Applejack, I want you to go by yourself to Ponyville. You'd fit in the best, and as far as I'm concerned, nobody knows about your thoughts and feelings that got you in here. Pretend to be supportive of Twilight's ideas, and get ideas of what they'll do, as well as any other leaders springing up from there." "Right on it, Princess!" Applejack happily stated, always hardworking and trustworthy enough to be left on her own. "Gilda and Rainbow Dash. . . First of all, you're only going off together because you're the only people I have left. Rainbow Dash, you're fine, just. . . keep away from Gilda, her attitude if starting to rub off on you. Anyways, I want you guys to sneak into Canterlot and explore around. I'll write a royal letter to Celestia stating that you guys will be visiting for a while and will be sleeping in the castle. You will not be sleeping in my room, as Shining will be there. Use this time to get as much information as possible regarding Celestia as well as any other developments occuring in Canterlot. My main concerns are with, sadly, Shining Armor. I fear that he and I. . . differ on our opinion of this matter. . . strongly. I'll assume you understand" "Now, try finding ponies to recruit as well. Don't go off asking everypony if they've done shit. Look for those in danger and try looking deep for anyone who may be hiding. I want you guys back here within three days, with all of the intelligence you have." Cadence broke the spell on Gilda and Rainbow Dash. "Meeting adjourned. Gilda and Rainbow, you can leave through the entrance to my bedroom. Applejack, go to your room and read how to use the portal to Ponyville. As for you guys, Zecora and Rarity, let's get this place cleaned up. A resistance still had to be cleanly." "Oh, Cadence, I think I might love you now!" Rarity exclaimed as she rose from her seat and hugged Cadence. "Um. . . yeah. . . clean is good." Cadence shyly giggled. "Now, everyone else, spread out. I want you all back here at this time in three days. Meeting adjourned. Get out." Rainbow and Gilda walked towards the open door, too flustered from the spell put on them to race, especially when Cadence was around. Rainbow thought to herself, and realized that this would be the first time in a LONG time that she'd be without Rarity. Rarity had been such a help to her. Who knows where or how she would have ended up if it weren't for Rarity. Rarity was such a beautiful creature. . . how could she leave her? But for the safety of the world, she had to. . . she had to endure a total opposite of Rarity. Gilda was fun to race with, but that was about it. She was mean, lazy, and just not fun to be around. Rainbow looked back at Rarity and saw her hopping up and down as Cadence brought out cleaning supplies. She always loved being clean and making things pretty. "Your friend Rarity would make a nice cleaning lady or something. I'd totally fuck her in the ass as she cleaned my floors like the uptight bitch she is." Gilda coldly stated, attempting to get conversation started. This was not going to be an easy three days. > Chapter 6 > -------------------------------------------------------------------------- "I just got her letter! I'll show you guys to your room!" Shining stated happily. It had been about an hour since Cadence sent off the ponies to their respective areas. Rarity, Zecora, Cadence, and Derpy were all trying their best to contribute to intelligence finding as Applejack, Gilda, and Rainbow Dash scurried around Equestria. Gilda and Rainbow Dash had set up their base in the castle, upon Cadence's request. "Allright, you two can sleep in here. It's right next to Celestia's room, just in case you guys try anything funny!" Shining giggled. "But come on now, it's tine for lunch!" Shining lead Rainbow and Gilda to the dining hall, with amazing delicacies that the two could not even name. As Shining and Celestia ate happily, Gilda and Rainbow stared at the food. They had been used to living a life of hay fries and fast food, this food was just. . . different. It was so small, and it was just so. . . different. Rainbow stared intensely at Gilda, knowing that if anybody was going to complain, she'd be the first to do it. "So!" Rainbow stated, trying to milk some info out of the two. "How Cadence doing?" Rainbow asked Shining. "Oh, she's doing. . . decent" Shining softly smiled, slightly forced. "It's kind of weird, though. She just leaves all of a sudden to go to the Crystal Empire. It's weird, isn't it?!" He turns his head to Celestia. "Yes, I've seen nothing wrong with it. Or at least to my knowledge" Celestia stated politely as she takes her controlled bites into her meal, savoring the flavor of her food. "Hm. . . maybe I should go check that out. . . See how she's doing" Shining thoughtfully mumbles. "NO!" Rainbow screamed, a sudden look of shock in her eyes. Celestia and Shining stated at Rainbow oddly. "It's. . ." Rainbow blushed nervously. She messed everything up, didn't she? "Cadence is doing fine. If you don't see anything wrong, then obviously she's doing fine. Besides, even if you leave, then who's gonna lead over Canterlot, especially in this time of turmoil?" a voice stated from the distance. Rainbow stared at Gilda. She was the only one who hadn't said anything. Maybe she had changed and for once was being se- "The fuck was that?" Gilda asked loudly, turning around in her seat. "GILDA" Rainbow screamed, almost tackling Gilda. "YOUR MANNERS." "It's quite fine, Rainbow. Gilda, in the castle, please watch your language." Celestia stated, calmly and formally, almost scary in a sense. "Now, Luna, don't scare my guests like that" "I apologize, but I felt that my input would help the situation, sister" Luna stated as she revealed herself from the shadows. "Good. Now, I believe you came at just the right time. Lunch just finished. However, I must speak to you about a private matter. Rainbow Dash, and Gilda, if you don't mind. . ." Celestia began. "On it, RIGHT GILDA?" Rainbow Dash replied, darting a look to Gilda who was still intensely staring at Luna. "Oh. . . yeah, sure." Gilda mumbled, sighing. The two of them left the royals be as they headed off into their room. "Well, that was absolute shit. We didn't get ANYTHING, and you almost BLEW it for us." Gilda growled. "We have three days, Gilda, lighten up a little bit." Rainbow Dash happily retorted. "Besides, did you really think I'd really let myself slip like that? You've forgotten who I am!" "Arrogant whore. . ." Gilda sighed as she opened the door to their room. "Dude, Gilda, calm down. What's up with you?" Rainbow asked, shooting a weird look to Gilda. ". . . Cadence said we gotta get info, right?! Well I'm not one for BULLSHIT, we gotta get as MUCH info as possible!" Gilda retorted, sighing heavily as she laid on the single bed. "Heh, you're just being a total shitwad today, aren't you?" Rainbow asked, laying next to her on the bed. "Heh, I'm just kidding. But aren't you always the one fucking around with Cadence? What's with the sudden change of mood?" ". . . We just need to get things done. . ." Gilda growled. "Fine, I guess. But I don't see why you're suddenly being such a hardass" Rainbow sighed. "It's not like this is really that important, is it. We'll get the info tomorrow, right? Because we're the greatest, right? Rainbow Dash and Gi-" Rainbow felt the sudden blow of a claw to her face and flew off of the bed. "G. . . Gilda?" "NOT IMPORTANT?! THE FUCK YOU MEAN THIS ISN'T IMPORTANT. I'M NOT ONE FOR CADENCE'S BULLSHIT, BUT I'M STILL. . . don't say that again, allright, whore?" Gilda growled, standing up on the bed, wings outstretched. "The fuck's up with you? Hell, I've got a bunch of shit to worry about, but it isn't gonna make things better being a little bitch!" Rainbow growled, getting herself back up on her hooves. "YOU'VE got shit?! YOU think I'M being the bitch?!" Gilda screamed, her claws digging into the bedding. "Oh noooo, what's going to happen if we don't get info here!? Oh noooo, my little pompous and fabulous girlfriend! I can't fuck her anymore! Oooh nooo!" Gilda stated mockingly at Rainbow. "DO YOU REALIZE THE KIND OF SHIT RIDING ON THIS?! DO YOU EVEN REALIZE?!" "You're being loud. . ." Rainbow muttered. "OH BOO HOO, I'M BEING LOUD. WELL MAYBE PEOPLE GET LOUD WHEN THEY'RE FRUSTRATED." Gilda screamed, jumping on top of Rainbow Dash. "maybe. . . when I'm a LITTLE frustrated that I just lost an opportunity to get some IMPORTANT info that could possibly SAVE me life, I get a LITTLE loud." She placed one of her claws on Rainbow's neck. "But you know what. . . that's what I'm used to. I could be SO much, but I have little bitch whores like YOU being all like 'Ooooh no, let's NOT care when things are important! My life is soooo hard, I can't fuck my girlfriend, ooh no!'. Well let me put SOMETHING into perspective for you. I didn't join this stupid little clan to fuck someone. . . " Gilda's intensity suddenly dropped, as her eyes filled with nostalgic sadness. ". . . that person. . . that one person that I would have even THOUGH of with. . . she's LONG gone. . . replaced with shit. . ." she shook her head as she regained her intensity. "B-BUT ANYWAYS. I'm here to save my damn life. Maybe you've had your little pony friends to make shit good for you when you've fucked up, but ME. I'VE HAD TO DO SHIT ALL BY MYSELF. IF I FUCKED UP, I HAD TO SUFFER THE FUCKING CONSEQUENCES. SURE, I BASKED IN IT FOR A LITTLE BIT WHEN I HAD. . . had. . . YEAH, I HAVEN'T FELT THAT FOR A LONG TIME. SO SOMETIMES I LIKE TO GIVE EFFORT WHEN IT MEANS SOMETHING LIKE THIS. ALLRIGHT!?" Gilda slashed as Rainbow, leaving a red mark on her cheek. "Don't. . . you. . . dare. . ." Rainbow growled. "OH BOO HOO, A LITTLE CUT! What? Your little girlfriend doesn't have her cute little band-aids to make it better?" Gilda growled, slashing her on the face again. "YOU FUCKING SHITBAG" Rainbow screamed as she flew up into the air, a small trail of blood following her path. "Oh, look at you! What, you're gonna fly away? I guess being the fastest pegasus in all of Cloudsdale is good for you, you can run away like a little bitch when things get a LITTLE heated." Gilda growled, digging her claws into the ground. Rainbow became filled with intense rage. . . a rage she had never felt before. She had fought countless times with Applejack and Rarity, and had felt rage at the world after her story with Spitfire. . . this was more then anything. She flapped her wings heavily as she glared deeper into Gilda's eyes. "Come on. Run away. Bitch. Run away like you did last time. Run away to your happy little friends and live your cute little life. Lameass. . ." Gilda taunted. Rainbow couldn't process what happened next. All she could feel was the speed. . . the speed of flying. . . she remembered Gilda's screams of pleasure as she jumped on Rainbow. For being a big creature, she was definately agile and had fast reflexes. The pain. . . the pain of cuts everywhere. . . more pleasureful screams. "FUCK YOU RAINBOW DASH. FUCK YOU, YOU WHORE. WHERE'S YOUR FILLY FRIEND NOW" she could hear. That's all she could hear. Those words raced through her mind. . . where were you Celestia. . . where was. . . Rainbow faded in and out of consciousness. "R. . . Rar. . . t. . ." Rainbow breathed out. "Yeah. . . Rarity. . . Rarity. . . that's her name. . . naaaaaame. . . Raaaarity. . . that's it. . ." Gilda breathed out, her voice becoming much more raspy as her beak moved closer to Rainbow's ear. "I'll remember that. . . I'll remember it. . . you screaming her name as I. . ." *smack* Gilda?! GILDA. G. . . Gil. . .Rari. . . When Rainbow woke up again, she was still lying on the floor, deep with pain as her body recognized every cut she received, the sheer amount of blood she was losing. . . GILDA. "G. . . Gilda?" Rainbow asked. She didn't know why she was so concerned. . . she didn't know what Gilda was going to do. . . but she was still her partner. . . partners. . . Cadence wouldn't mind much if she were gone, but it just wouldn't feel right. . . "Rainbow. . ." a voice stated. Not Gilda's. "L. . ." "Don't speak. Let me explain this. As you know, I am Princess Luna. I listened to your arguments as Shining and Celestia spoke. I listened to your deep emotions and horrid actions. I am here to say that it's fine. I understand the stress you are going through. I understand that my sister's laws are not the greatest. Which is why I am here to help you." Luna's horn flashed, and immediately, Rainbow could feel her energy rising and her cuts being healed. "Now. . . Shining and Celestia can't hear us in here. I've cast a spell that blocks sound. She can detect it, but I can tell when she detects it, so we're safe. Anyways, I have a. . . secret clan. . . for people. . . like us." Luna stated secretively. "Oh, I'm in one too!" Rainbow stated happily. "Oh? Are you? Who is your leader?" Luna asked curiously. "Oh, Cadence is our leader!" Rainbow stated happily. ". . . I thought as much. But still, since you're here. . ." The room suddenly became dark as the furniture faded into darkness. The line of reality in the room flew further and further away until suddenly. . . it was no more. . . and as quickly as it went away, reality came back, but in another room. . . similar to Cadence's meeting room, but with different ponies. Even though Gilda and Rainbow didn't find any info about Celestia and Shining, they still found something important. Allies! . . . but something was missing. . . "GILDA" > Chapter 7 > -------------------------------------------------------------------------- "So there was an entire other group I didn't know about?!" Rainbow exclaimed ecstatically. It had been just a little bit after Rainbow's argument with Gilda. Rainbow was now finding herself with Princess Luna, the princess of the night, in a nice looking room with a few ponies that she recognized, some much more then others. These ponies were her friends, seemingly normal, but actually containing deep and dark secrets that kicked them out of society. "Yes, there was!" Luna exclaimed. "Our goal is not to be found out. Considering that I am in such a high position, that is a very daunting and difficult task for us to achieve. Obviously, if you have never heard of us, then I am being successful!" Luna let out a slight chuckle and pulled a chair over to Rainbow using her magic. "But how did I get in here? More importantly, why did you bring me here?" Rainbow asked, still dazed over her entire situation. "Oh, I thought it was obvious. I'm assuming that Cadence sent you over to the castle to work on business regarding her clan. Even though I've never known of her owning a clan, I can assume that one of her big goals is to recruit new members. Am I right?" "Right!" Rainbow replied, still confused. "Exactly! So that's why I brought you over here. I'd be happy to combine with your forces!" Luna exclaimed. "Sure. One question, though!" Rainbow asked shyly. "Yes?" Luna replied, looking at Rainbow, knowing exactly what she was going to ask. "Gilda. Where is she?" Rainbow inquired. "You'll see her in due time, dear." Luna replied calmly. "Don't ask again. I'll show you when we're done here." Rainbow sighed and sat in the chair pulled up to her. Rainbow looked around the nearby table and noticed four other ponies sitting there with Luna. They all were incredibly familiar, oddly enough. Did so many of her friends really have bad things to go with them? Well. . . not really BAD, but just. . . bad in Celestia's eyes. "Let's start the introductions. . . first of all. . ." Luna pointed to the pony on the very left end of the table from where she stood. "This i-" "OOOOH! OOOH! ARE WE DOING INTRODUCTIONS?! I wanna go fiiirrsstt!" The most familiar voice screamed. "Pinkie?!" Rainbow exclaimed in utter shock. She remembered to when this entire deal began. Fag This person who. . . hated her. . .was now here, supporting their cause?! "Ah yes, Pinkie. I'll let you introduce yourself." Luna sighed, looking ready to cover her ears. "Ooooh, I don't have to introduce myself, Rainbow and I are already best buddies!" Pinkie giggled. "BUT I'LL DO IT ANYWAY! Hi, I'm Pinkie Pie, and I LOVE to PARTY!" Pinkie bounced around on her chair, spinning slightly. "and I'm here because I do illegal drugs!" "You're a druggie?!" Rainbow screamed in shock once again. Rainbow had tried weed once with Gi- Where's Gilda Gilda. . . . Don't worry about it. Anyways, Rainbow tried weed once. . . not the kind of experience she'd want to repeat again. But Pinkie? The most childish of all ponies, snorting down 5 pounds of cocaine on a daily basis? "Yup! I love all SORTS of them! Weed, Cocaine, Pot, LSD, everything!" Pinkie giggled as she took out bags of every substance possible. ". . . I guess that explains why you're always so happy. . ." Rainbow sighed. Pinkie let out a huge chortle and immediately rolled on the floor, snorting and laughing. ". . . she's high right now. Anyways, back to who I was introducing. . ." Luna sighed, walking over to Pinkie in case she needed to be taken back to her room. "HOWDY THERE. 'BOW!" A loud and happy voice exclaimed. "B-Braeburn?! What are YOU doing here? You aren't GAY, aren't you? You were going out with that buffalo chick?" Rainbow interrogatively asked a she flew up to Braeburn's face. "'Bow, please! Calm down!" Braeburn exclaimed. "Tsfine, really! Ah still got mah girl, but she kinda. . . don't like this while revolution thing. She don't like much city stuff, being from them buffalo folk, but these is the worst!" "So you ARE gay!" Rainbow screamed out. "I knew it, all of AJ's cousins we-!" Applejack Braeburn The magazines. "Don't worry 'bout it, sugarcube!~" Applejack retorted. "But Rainbow, at least take a look! Like look at THIS one! That's my cousin Braeburn!" How convenient. "Nah, there, pardner! Ah. . . actually got a little problem with. . . gamblin'. My girl got mad at me and told me ta go to rehab or lose her. I went ta rehab, but ah just wanted ta run away! Then Luna just kinda found me and now ah'm here!" Braeburn exclaimed happily." "I see. . ." Rainbow stated unemotionally. She knew Braeburn was very excitable. Anything she says could spark an Appleloogasm all over him. "Just. . . don't tell the family 'bout this. . . specially AJ. She'd be so mad if she saw me here!" Braeburn explained. "Na she wouldn't! She's wi-" Rainbow began to explain back to him. But . . . how awkward would that be? Just to say 'Hey, so your sister would be fine with you being a gambler. In fact, she wants to engage in a long-term sexual relationship with you!'. She sighed and though for a second. "I'm sure of it. I've known AJ for a long time. She doesn't get mad at stuff like this!" "Ah, thanks pardner!" Braeburn let out a sigh of relief. "Rainbow! I'm glad to see you're getting aquainted with old friends! However, there's plenty of other ponies here to meet!" Luna butted in. "Now, this sweet little pony here. . ." "Hello there, Rainbow Dash!" A sweet and caring voice replied. This sweet mare in a rouge rebel group?! "Cheerilee!?" Rainbow exclaimed. Oh god, how could this sweet and innocent schoolteacher coid go so wrong? What could she have done? Was she touching little colts and foals like all of the ponies in Los Pegasus? "What are you doing here?!" "Oh! Hello. . . well. . . heh" Cheerilee blushed nervously and stared at Braeburn slightly. "I'm here because. . . remember a long time ago with Scootaloo and her friends wanted me to find a speclal stallion for Hearts and Hoovesday?" "Oh yeah! They found you Big Mac too, and made that love potion!" Rainbow happily recalled. "Yeah. . . well. . . that didn't totally wear off. . . we still were in love. He's the sweetest pony in all of Ponyville, and he just put all of his heart into me! Things were perfect. . . until. . . well. . . I. . ." She nervously fluffed her mane. "Let's just say that I wanted to see why they called him BIG Mac." She hid her face from the rest of the room, obviously very nervous. "So you. . . heh, nice going Cheerilee!" Rainbow exclaimed, giving a small clap for the mare's success. "Yeah, I guess. . . but the issue was. . . we weren't married yet, which in Celestia's laws, is bad! Plus. . .well. . . we didn't have protection. . . we didn't even expect things to happen, I was helping him in the barn and I fell and was on the floor. . . and suddenly. . . I was pregnant. So I did what any pony who didn't want to have a baby did! I. . . went to the hospital and I . . ." Cheerilee teared up slightly. "Now Big Mac won't even talk to me! He moved back home and called the entire wedding off! Now he's saying that he's all high and mightly in this whole revolution with Twilight to bring Celestia's laws back into order! HE was the one who gave me the baby! HE should be here with me! But noooo, he's just OUT THERE with Twilight BITCHkle, fu-" Cheerilee ranted on. "Cheerilee!" Luna exclaimed, petting her on the head. "It's fine. . . it's all over. . . we'll get Big Mac back to his senses." She petted Cheerilee on the head, and was returned with a warm smile. "Finally. . . this little guy. . . his name is Changa." Luna introduced a shy little pony in the back. . . with a baby blue body and a rainbow mane. Rainbow mane. . . RA- "He's a changeling!" Luna giggled. "He's very shy, though, so I thought I'd introduce him for you! If you want to tell him apart from other ponies, just ask him to say something!" Rainbow giggled along. She didn't have to ask what kind of "sin" he did to get here. She assumed it was kind of like how Gi- Gilda. Where are you, Gilda? We're a team, Gilda. Gilda. "Heh, Rainbow's body is fun! I gotta change into this more often!" Changa giggled, floating in the air and flying in circles, a slight rainbow appearing behind him. "Now it's your turn, Luna!" "DO IT! DO IT! DO IT!" Pinkie screamed, requiring Changa to fly down and hold her so she wouldn't throw off her party cannon at Luna in celebration of revealing her reason for being there. "Ah. . . well. . . heh. . . Rainbow Dash, you know me as the sister of Celestia, the keeper of light and order. Many ponies thought that her biggest secret about her sister was my existance as Nightmare Moon. However. . . I have a bigger secret. . . look under me." Luna explained. Rainbow looked under Luna, and immediately saw it. It was probably bigger and thicker then anything that anything she had seen on any stallion. Braeburn probably got jealous of it on a daily basis, that frilly little girl would have bigger stuff then him. "Y-Y-You. . . " Rainbow stammered, unable to contain herself. The changeling was pretty normal, gambling wasn't too odd, drugs were only a little odd, abortion was pretty odd, but this. . . this. . . "Yup. Celestia states in her word that those like me should be punished. . . but she hides it to keep her image. After all, who would follow a queen who loves a person like me! But I find that to be absolutely wrong! If she's going to enforce her laws like this, then why can she be an exception! So I created this group for ponies to fight against her and tell her that love and tolerance should be shown everywhere! Not just for the perfect high class ponies, but for the ones that have a little bit of issues too, the ones that aren't just normal ponies!" Luna explained. "That's. . . " Rainbow turned to face the rest of the crowd, trying to leave the awkward situation. "Hey there, guys! I'm Rainbow Dash, and I absolutely LOVE vaginas!" She exclaimed as loudly and confidently as possible. "hi!" They all said in unision. Meetings here were a lot smoother then back at home. Derpy was Derpy, Zecora was generally silent, Cadence was nice, and Gilda. . . "WHERE IS SHE" Rainbow growled at Luna. "GILDA. I'M DONE HERE. GILDA." "Rainbow!. . . I'll show you. . . thank you ponies and Changa for coming. We'll be taking a visit to Rainbow's headquarters. Pack your things and meet here as soon as possible." Luna calmly stated. "Yes ma'am" The ponies all said in unison. "Now. . . Rainbow. . ." Luna walked towards a separate hallway and walked to a door located at the very end, covered with a large padlock. Luna placed her horn in the hold and the lock immediately opened. She opened the door and opened the room to the world. "Gilda. . . Gilda?! GILDA. GILDA. . .no. . . Gilda. . . please. . . this cannot be happening. . . someone. . ." Rainbow cried out as she sprinted inside of the room. In the back of the room, immediately in the view of the door, was Gilda. . . lying on the floor. . .bloodstains covering her entire coat of feathers and fur, her claws broken and a gashing cut on her neck. No being could have survived the damage she looked like she had taken. Rainbow placed her hoof on Gilda's head and stared into her eyes. Cold and glazed. Gilda. > Chapter 8 > -------------------------------------------------------------------------- Gilda. Gilda laid in the end of the room, a pile of dried blood surrounding her. Rainbow could see as she looked down that she was carried in, as a line of crimson red dried blood lead to the door from the horrid puddle. The end. . . leading to where Luna was standing. "You. . . you MONSTER!" Rainbow screamed at Luna. "Yes, Rainbow. I killed her. But hear me out. I was instructed by Princess Celestia to check on the ruckus that the two of you were making. Upon my entrance, I noticed Gilda about to cut open your throat. I proceeded to tackle her, but I. . . miscalculated. Even though I am a princess, I still make mistakes. We landed on a lamp, and the bulb broke and cut her in the throat. She fell unconscious and died from blood loss. I took you here, and then had one of my guardsmen come and bring Gilda to here. We will be happy to dispose the body back to you, if you wish," Luna explained calmly. Almost too calmly, in a sense. This scared Rainbow beyond belief. "Why. . . Why did you kill her?! Plus, why do you seem so CALM about it?!" Rainbow screamed. "I see murders happen every day. Nopony would dare take another's life in Celestia's perfect day. . ." Luna stated, shifting to an annoyed tone. "But EVERYONE wants to go off killing ponies when it's my beautiful night!" She sighed softly. "I have seen things that no pony should ever have to see. A simple incident like this has no effect on me." "But you KILLED her!" Rainbow screamed, falling to the floor, tears wanting to explode from her eyes. "Yes. . . but you must realize, child," Luna explained as she bent down to pet Rainbow's back. "Don't touch me!" Rainbow screamed. Luna gave no reaction to the exclamation, but placed her hoof next to Rainbow, still kneeling over. "When ponies like us stand for something as powerful as this, sometimes blood must be shed. Sometimes, it is the blood of our friends that we hold so dearly to us. But those are the hardships of war, and they make us stronger as ponies deep down inside. Who knows, maybe another one of your friends may die. I might even die, child. But what you must learn is that we must fight through death for our cause." Luna pet Rainbow, against her orders. "I know it is hard, child, but you will become stronger from this experience.” Silence filled the room. Rainbow could do nothing but sniffle as the tears overflowed in her eyes, but never escaped. "You. . . Murderer!" Rainbow screamed as she punched Luna in the face. ". . . You will learn, child. Now, come." Luna stated as she completely ignored the attack, almost as if it had never happened, putting more fear into Rainbow. Darkness soon filled the room. "I will tell Cadence of the news. You go and rest. You will feel better, child, trust me." Nothing. Light reappeared in Rainbow's eyes, and she saw the commonplace area of her friends. Cadence and Derpy were playing a game of Go Fish on the table, while Zecora was reading a book on ancient spells, writing down various bits of information on a sheet of paper. Rainbow looked behind her and saw Luna's friends, exploring the room with great interest. "Ya know, pardner, it'd be a lot nicer if ya told us 'fore ya teleported us!" Braeburn exclaimed to Luna, slightly annoyed. "Ah was just 'bout ta make dinner fer us all! It'll be all cold when we get back!" Before Luna could reply, Cadence looked up from her game with Derpy and gave a look of confusion. "Shit," she sighed under her breath. "Oh! Hello, Luna! Welcome to my. . . clubhouse! I just finished checking on the Cry-" "Miss Cadence. It is fine, I am aware of your rebellion against Celestia, and I am here to say that I, and the ponies you see before me, are willing to help!" Luna explained. "We found your friends Gilda. . ." Rainbow twitched slightly and growled after hearing that name, "and Rainbow Dash, and we just knew that they were perfect for our group! However, they told us about your group, and I thought I would like to visit!" "Oh, well that's wonderful! I'll be happy to meet all of your friends! It's always helpful having more friends here! Plus, with two princesses, we can definitely take down Celestia!" Cadence exclaimed as she giggled softly. "I'm so happy! Thank you, Rainbow Dash! But. . . where's Gilda?" Rainbow Dash coughed heavily, shivering as she did so. "Oh. . . um. . ." Cadence stammered as she saw Rainbow's intense reaction. "Here, Zecora, I know you're busy, but can you please give all of these ponies a room in the back? I'm sure they're very tired from their long trip here, and it's the least I can do to show our new friends some hospitality!" "Ah, Cadence, about my busy-ness, do not worry! You, over there, follow me, and hurry!" Zecora announced, pointing to the ponies (and changeling) behind Luna. "Oooh! Oooh! I like to rhyme too! Liiiike. . . let me think. . . uuu-" Pinkie Pie squealed. "Pinkie." Luna stated coldly. "Don't be rude to our new guest. Just follow her." "Bu-" "Now." Luna’s coldness struck Rainbow as sort of odd. Luna had been so casual about Gilda, her best friend, being murdered by her own hooves! Now she had a very cold tone to her voice that even made Pinkie a bit frightened. Rainbow thought of Gilda again, around the first month that Twilight had come into Ponyville. Gilda could intimidate ANY pony she walked into contact with, even Rainbow, at times. . . except for Pinkie. If Gilda couldn't intimidate Pinkie, but Luna could. . . something was weird about Luna, and she didn't know what. . . but she was going to find out, even if it killed her. . . . like it killed Gilda Rainbow could not hold her tears in anymore. "I-I-I have to go do something!" Rainbow screamed as she flew past the door leading to the bedrooms, almost knocking over Cheerilee as she sprinted to her room. Smack. "I'm sorry, I'm sorry, I'm sorry!" Rainbow screamed trying her hardest to regain her hooving. Before she could do so, she fell to the floor, smacking her face onto the ground. Her tears could wait no longer. ". . . Rainbow?" A soothing voice asked, a voice Rainbow had wanted to hear for such a long time. "R-R-Rarity?!" Rainbow almost screamed, in happiness but still in sorrow. "Yes, darling, it's me. You're completely fine for knocking into me, I'm fine! But, dear, are YOU fine?" Rarity asked, kneeling closer to Rainbow. "They. . . killed. . . Gilda. . ." Rainbow growled. "Gilda? They killed her? Well, good riddance!" Rarity scoffed. "Good riddance? Good riddance?!" Rainbow immediately got back onto her hooves and stared straight into Rarity's eyes. "You don't know anything about her, you fucking whore!" "R-R-Rainbow! I-I'm sorry! But she was just so RUDE!" Rarity exclaimed, utter shock in her eyes. "Yeah, sure, she was rude, she was mean, she tried to kill me, ok. . . but. . . but. . . I loved her!" Rainbow screamed, smashing her face into the floor again as she cried, making a horrendous moan while doing so. "Oh. . . darling. . ." Rarity stood, confused. She had just gotten over the fact that Rainbow was a lesbian, but now she's a lesbian who's into mean ponies?! Who could ever think of loving a creature so horrid, so vile, so. . . violent? "I'm not comprehending. . . how could you love her, after all of those mean things?" "You don't know a damn THING about love, do you?!" Rainbow screamed, muffled by her face in the ground. "She was always willing to spend time with me, we shared so many things in common! She actually. . . liked me. . . it felt so amazing, one of the most badass creatures in all of Cloudsdale actually liked me! I. . . lost my virginity to her. . . and I took hers too. . . it was so amazing, being able to be with someone who seemed like they sincerely cared about me. With nice ponies, it's ok, but it's like, they could go off and love anybody because they're so nice and caring and accepting of others. . . but with Gilda. . . if she was even your friend, you knew that you were special. To be lovers. . . I felt amazing. . . and that Luna bitch had to take it all away. . . after so long. . ." Rainbow sighed. "Darling. . . " Rarity could say nothing, and chose instead to lay down by Rainbow and hug her. "Love is confusing. . . but you must realize. . . having somepony that is so mean to you be the person you choose to spend your life with. . . that's not good for you! She could hurt you at any second! You said she was going to kill you! Do you want that in life?!" Rarity grew more passionate after each and every word. She couldn't really tell why, this wasn't her game to be playing. . . but Rainbow. . . how could she love that kind of creature?! "Do you want someone who could so easily tear apart the fiber of life from you?! Do you wa-" "I just want to be loved!" Rainbow screamed, slamming her hooves into the ground. "Nopony loves me at all. . . nopony. . . except Gilda. . ." Tenseness filled the room. . . all that could be heard were Rainbow's horrid sobs, the moans growing louder and louder by the second. "Rainbow. . . I love you. . . sure, not as a lover like Gilda was, but I love you as a friend. Friends are always there for each other, no matter what. I would never dream of hurting a hair on that beautiful mane of yours, darling. . . I will do everything I can to help you find a special somepony to love in the way you want to love them. . . but please, never say that nopony loves you. . .because I love you." Rarity calmly explained to Rainbow once her moans seemed to die out. "Rarity. . ." Rainbow breathed out. This Rarity was something else. Rainbow said so many bad things to her, but she still kept her composure. She knew that Rarity was always the most outspoken of the group, voicing her opinion as loud as possible, no matter how silly it was. . . but her feelings now felt real. Rarity wasn't hiding the thoughts of "Wow, Rainbow said some mean things, I should punch her or something", but she could feel that Rarity truly saw the purity that laid deep in Rainbow. . . Why was love so confusing? This was the most prim-and-proper pony in all of Ponyville, and Rainbow had just finished ranting about how she loved the complete opposite of her. . . but she still loved Rarity. "Rarity. . . Rarity. . . " Rainbow breathed out. She got up once more and looked into Rarity's eyes. Their softness and kindness, her gentle smile. "Ra-mmmrrrmpphh!" Rarity screamed. When Rainbow regained her sanity, she was locking lips with Rarity, a look of utter terror on her face. Rainbow couldn't stop, though, she threw both of her front hooves around her mane and went deeper into the kiss, being careful not to use her tounge, as Rarity would probably run away (It's a miracle she hadn't already done that). Rarity stayed tense for the entire moment, even as Rainbow released her. ". . . I'm sorry. . . " Rainbow sighed out as she turned around and sprinted towards her room, her wings flapping as fast as possible. "I'm sorry! I'm sorry! I'm. . . s-s-soorry!" Rainbow continued to scream until she reached her room, crashing into the door and fainting. All Rarity could do was stare. "Rainbow. . . " Rarity sighed to herself. "Don't be sorry. . . I know how much love hurts. . . I forgive you for your actions. . . I will stand by you, Rainbow. Because that's what friends do. That is why I love you, Rainbow. What all six of us learned about friendship when Twilight was with us. . . I haven't forgotten those lessons. Sure, maybe Twilight has, but I haven't. Friendship is Magic, Rainbow, and magic never dies." Rarity gave a soft sniffle, saddened to see her friend in such a distraught state. It wasn't pathetic, but it was. . . depressing. Why is love so confusing? > Chapter 9 > -------------------------------------------------------------------------- "This here town is so much. . . diff'rent," Applejack sighed. It was the first night of the mission. Applejack had just left Cadence's headquarters and was now near the gates of Ponyville, her hometown. However, the town seemed different. The ponies living there all seemed tense. There was no real sense of a happy community. It almost seemed like an alternate world, where everypony just wasn't quite themselves. She walked into town and looked at all of the shops. The streets were mostly desolate, but she noticed one pony, Bon Bon, crying at a table nearby a small cafe. "Hey there, miss! What's got to ya?" Applejack asked, as kindly as possible "L. . ." Bon Bon couldn't help but sob even harder. "Lyra! T-They took her!" "Lyra? That sweet little pony? Wha'd she do wrong?" "T-They said. . . t-they said that she was a threat to society because s-she was experimenting with. . . otherworldly beings!" she cried out. "Really? Well, shucks, I'm sure she did nothing wrong! They'll have her o-" Applejack attempted to comfort her. "THEY KILLED HER!" Bon Bon screamed, slamming her head on the table, knocking over a cup of juice, landing on the seat across from her. As it fell, Applejack noticed the remnants of stained blood. "This ain't right, this ain't right at all. . ." Applejack mumbled to herself. "Well, I'm so sorry for yer loss, you didn't deserve none of it! Now. . . Ah'm only in town fer the next few days, but ah think mah friend Twi co-" "NO." Bon Bon jumped on Applejack, covering her mouth with her hooves. "No pony dares touch Twilight." "Why not?" Applejack asked, in a total state of confusion. Last time she checked, Twilight was one of the most respected ponies in Ponyville. There wasn't a single pony in town that didn't grow to like her. . . and now ponies are scared of her? "Well, she's the one that passes judgement on us! If you do anything weird, and she sees, then you get sent to the Mirror Lake! There's no way out of there!" Bon Bon wailed. "There's just sweet release from this torture." "Shucks, sugarcube. . . that's terrible to hear. Ah'm sure Twi ain't mean nothin' wrong by it, though. I was going ta see mah folks over at Sweet Apple Acres, but ah'll be sure ya talk to 'er!" Applejack retorted confidently. "May Celestia be with you. . ." Bon Bon whimpered as she laid her head back on the table. Those words. . . Celestia. . . she was the reason for all of this. All of this pain and torture, and she was so nice and calm before! She always knew about friendship and would never hurt anypony, and now she's all off? Something is definitely up here. Applejack proceeded to walk nervously away from Bon Bon, now realizing why ponies were so tense. Were ponies just really killed on the streets? As she walked down to her barn, she noticed a few more bloodstains on various buildings. The window to the local bakery was broken, and flowers were laid in front of the door. A plaque was placed on top of the flowers, stating "Thou shalt only engage in sexual relations with the pony whom a mare chooses to wed.", with a picture of Mrs. Cake engraved into the stone. Were ponies really just being killed like this? Why wasn't Twilight doing anything about this? She reached the barn after shedding a few tears in front of Mrs. Cake's crudely made plaque, her body being. . . somewhere. The barn seemed just as bright as ever, but Big Mac appeared to be much more tense. He had always been known to be the most relaxed pony in Ponyville, never using words and always having a laid back attitude. But now, he was pacing back and forth, wearing a saddle bag with various quills and papers inside them. "H-Heh, hey there, sugarcube! What's up, you filin' the tax reports fer the barn?" Applejack asked nervously. The last time these two had spoken, things didn't end up so well. Applejack couldn't tell if he was still mad at her or not. He was never one to show much emotion at all, making social cues incredibly hard to notice. "Eeyup." Big Mac stated apathetically. "Hey there, AJ. Pardon me, ah'm 'bout ta head ta miss Twilight's house over yonder." Big Mac nervously trotted over into the direction of Twilight's library, almost jogging, but not really. "Hold up, Big Mac! We ain't even seen each other fer the past few days! When'd ya become such the big shot?" She asked, politely trotting up to Big Mac. "Ah'll talk later, sis. 'portant stuff ta do," Big Mac sighed as he gave no more than a small glance towards AJ. Applejack sighed in compliance and continued walking by her brother until they silently arrived at Twilight's house. The area, like everywhere else in Ponyville, seemed incredibly different. Ponies were rushing in and out of her window and. . . apparently now, two doors. "'SCUSE ME, SECOND IN COMMAND HERE," Big Mac screamed, one of the only times that AJ had ever heard Big Mac use his loud voice, which he generally used when he was angry. Nervous ponies almost jumped out of the way to let Big Mac come through. "Big Mac! So good to see you!" Twilight announced as she noticed Big Mac's entry. The interior of Twilight's house was oddly grand, considering it was so messy with books and paper most of the time. It had been expanded to contain a third floor, with a working elevator (or. . . a sort of elevator, run by a nervous little pony turning a crank). Spike had been strapped onto what used to be her bed, spitting out letters every minute or so, landing onto a giant pile that Twilight had (which somehow always stayed organized as new letters arrived.). The books were gone and the walls were decorated with pictures of Celestia. Celestia's face was calm and smiling, but her eyes pierced through the soul, and had a definite commanding style that even made Applejack's stomach turn upon seeing it. She hadn't always been like this. . . "Sorry fer mah tardiness, Twi! Just had ta research a few leads that some ponies gave me!" Big Mac replied to Twilight, sitting at a protected desk on the third floor, overseeing all production. Applejack shyly hid behind Big Mac, still confident, but slightly offput by the oddness of this entire situation. Big Mac walked over to the elevator, hitting the nervous pony on the back of the neck "Floor three, please," he stated. The pony, with almost unpony-like speed, lifted the two of them up to the third floor. Guards stood by the entrance, dressed in attire that the Canterlot Royal Guard would be dressed in. Twilight did have her connections, after all. The two of them walked in, Applejack moving to Big Mac's side. "STOP!" A guard screamed. Immediately, three guards jumped in front of Applejack, spears in their hooves. "STATE YOUR NAME." "Johann, don't worry! That's just mah lil' sis. She's a bit of an oddball, but she ain't no harm. Her and Twi are good buds." Big Mac retorted calmly, not offput by the guard's intense reaction. This must have happened a lot for him. Applejack, on the other hand, was shivering slightly, her hooves on her head. ". . . Proceed." the guard stated as they went back into ranks. Big Mac pushed Applejack along as she wobbled side to side from utter fear. "Sis, these guard are just tryin' ta keep Twi safe. Lots of ponies don't 'preciate the work she's been doin'" "Please don't kill me" Applejack breathed out, still shivering. "Big Mac! You brought. . . Applejack along. . . hi." Twilight stated with decreasing excitement. "Twi, ah need ta have a word w-" Applejack attempted to state calmly. There was a burp from across the room, interrupting her mid-sentence. "Ah! He replied!" Twilight giggled. "Dear Miss Twilight, I've researched the case regarding Fluttershy. I do see from her personality that she seems to be under a deep spell of bestiality. Upon being questioned, she acted very nervous and tense, and therefore, I can conclude that she is, indeed, trying to hide something. By the time you read this letter, she should already b-" *bang* A distinct scream sounded in the distance. ". . . Well, everything's gone smoothly." Twilight sighed. "Big Mac, you know your job. Inspect the area." "On it, Miss!" Big Mac stated as he trotted quickly towards the elevator. "Twi! I need to talk to ya. . . alone. . ." Applejack quickly butted in. Fluttershy. . . Applejack was wondering what had happened to the little creature. Fluttershy and Pinkie Pie, but mostly Fluttershy. The sweetest and kindest pony in all of Ponyville, who had just been killed for what didn't seem to be like great evidence. Twi was a smart pony, she should have known! "With the guards. I can't leave the guards." Twilight coldly stated. "Fine. Twi, we've been best buds fer such a long time now! Werentcha the one that taught all of us 'bout friendship? Why are ya the pony who is killin' off all yer friends? Like, ya just killed Fluttershy! YA. KILLED. FLUTTERSHY!" Applejack passionately ranted. ". . . Guards. Leave." Twilight commanded. The guard, with no resistance, sprinted out of the way, into two alternate rooms, to leave Twilight by herself. ". . . now that's creepy." Applejack muttered to herself. "Let me explain something to you, Applejack" Twilight stated, ignoring Applejack's previous remark. ". . . as a friend." Twilight's voice changed dramtically from her deep commanding voice to the caring voice that Applejack loved to hear. "I. . . I don't really want to do this, either. But I'm Celestia's top student. I'm her second in command! If I just give up and stop, she'll think I'm a failure! I'm not just scared to fail. . . but have you seen the power she has? I could lose everything if I stop. I still remember everything about friendship, I honestly do. . . but I'm just. . ." "Twi. . . I understand. However, you can't just hurt yer friends like that! After all, when ya. . . when ya. . ." Applejack trailed off. Fluttershy is dead. Twilight killed Fluttershy. She is a murderer. What if. . . she was next? ". . . kill yer friends, they don't come back." she continued on. "I understand. . . however, I can't let Celestia down. Applejack, I want you to run. Don't talk to anypony else. Just run. What's happening here will happen all over Equestria. If you're found and they find something wrong with you. . ." Twilight pressed a button next to her, causing the guards to immediately file back into their ranks. "I will be forced to kill you. Now leave." Twilight's commanding and brash voice immediately re-appeared after this. Applejack, with no second thoughts, ran as fast as her instincts would let her. She sprinted immediately back towards Canterlot. Loyalty turns ponies into monsters. It breaks harmony and it breaks the magic that had been existing in Ponyville for the past few years upon her arrival. But Applejack couldn't rest now. She had to run back to Cadence and tell her everything. Twilight wasn't that bad of a pony, but she was still, for this case, their enemy. As an enemy, if she had to be defeated, then that was the blood necessary to win this war. She teared up slightly, still thinking about Fluttershy, as she dashed towards Canterlot and entered the headquarters.
