> Chapter 1: The Invitation (Octavia)

	It's been a long time when I was playing my cello in front of the audience at the Canterlot’s cafe, a sound of violin is filling the cafe's room, to me, playing the cello is the most vacation I need, I never complain to the owner about how exhausted am I, I just wonder if someone just give me the special offer of any kind of the competition of the composer, as long as my audience is happy and relaxed with my performance. 

I was relieved when finally the show is over, the long haired stallion with the MED-Blue fur and the three golden star as his cutie mark, realize that is the owner of this café, she walk close to me and give me the offer.

“That was spectacular performance I’ve ever seen in my life” say the blue stallion with the smile.

Then I answer it with the smile “Why thank you, I just do my best today MR….” Paused for a while.

“Mighty Star, but you can call me Star” 

“Oh my, that was great name”

“Well thank you, anyway, I just got a special over to you, only If your free this month” Ask star.

I answer honestly “Well, My next schedule is two months from now, yes, I am free this month”

Then the blue stallion gives an invitation to me ”This is an invitation to the national composers competition I got it from the manager of the organization there at Fillydelphia, they give me this Invitation and must be received by the great composer only, but accidentally, the manager gives me two invitation papers, so maybe it is the greatest honor for me to give this both invitation papers to you”

I looked at the Invitation and read the location, date and Time of the event
Location: Fillydelphia music plaza
Date      : 12-11-2012
Time      : 06.00 Am 

Then I answer generously “You don’t have to give me such this gift to me”

Star is give the invitation to me “It’s okay, just take it, make it as your salary for now”

I take the invitation and answer it with a Light smile “Well, In that case, thanks for your generosity, well, look at the time, I have to go now, it’s too late for me to go to bed, well, Good Night Mr. Star” as I start leave the café.

“Good night Ms. Tavi” Answer Star as he close the cafe.

On my way home, I keep thinking to whom I have to give the other invitation to,  Think Tavi, to whom you will give the other invitation, hey, I think Vinyl can accompany me, she is my best friend I’ve ever had however . 

For the first time I meet Vinyl, she was playing a dub-step music in her official night club at Canterlot, I love her excellent Instrument of her music, when the show is over, I accidentally meet her and start a little introduction, after a long time, she becomes my best friend I ever see in Equestria, after arriving at the my apartment, I see Vinyl scratch just sit down in front of my apartment, she seems to be waiting for my arrival , Her head is lowered down, she looks very unhappy, then I walk close to her and talk to her, 

“Vinyl, what are you doing here in front of my apartment”

While she stands up, her face just flooded with the tears, and she starts to hug me, then I ask her again “Vinyl, what happen?”

The blue haired unicorn answer to me softly “My boyfriend, he’s broke up with me (Sniff) I can’t believe this, how dare (Sniff) he done this to me”

I can’t believe that, she’s just been broken up by her boyfriend, he was very loyal Boyfriend I've ever met, but, I can’t believe this, I feel sorry to Vinyl, as her best mate, I will not disappoint her “It’s okay, you still have me… , as a best friend I mean” as I start clearing her tears.

She answers smoothly with hugs me some more “Thank you Tavi, You’re my best Mare I’ve ever seen”

The clock just pointed at 23.00, then I asked Vinyl to stay I my apartment for one night “Well, It’s been too dark for you to walk to home, do you like to stay for a night at my apartment?”

She answers wisely “I Agree with you”

I reply “That’s What I like to hear”

After I make Vinyl calm, I can feel her heart is pounding smoothly, I am sure now she stops thinking about her incident tonight, I head to the bathroom and wash my face, I just look at the mirror and keep thinking. 

 Somehow, I just feel my heart pound faster when I look at vinyl, her beautiful blue mane, with the clear white fur and her magenta Eyeglasses, I…. I love her more than her boyfriend, I love her just like the couple, NO, what am I thinking, she is my best friend, but not for long, maybe later, she will realize if I fall in love with her . 

Then I walk out of the bathroom and look at vinyl was combing her mane, She uses her magic from her horn to take the comb and fix her beautiful mane, all I can do is watching her beautiful mane as made up in order then she looks at the mirror and see me, then she said to me  

“Tavi, Is there something wrong?”

I said nervously “What, no I am fine” with the red blushes appear on my face

She starts to answer it “Tavi, you’re hiding something on your mind, what are you thinking?”
I am answering it with nervous again “No, Its fine” as I start walking backward

She walks towards me and whisper to me “Tavi, do you love me?”

My heart is start pounding when I heard that word then I answer it “Well, love me as your best friend in Equestria or….. (Choke) r.... romantically?”

She said with bravely “ I agree with your second answer of course”

As she said that, my heart is pounding faster,  What in the name of Celestia she talking about, I don’t know this but, it’s the way she tell that word too soon, I am not ready yet, perhaps, If I take it step-by-step, It will be so much simpler . 

Then Wisely I ask to hear ”Well, maybe you take all the way too soon, maybe we have to do it slowly, besides, I am not ready for this”

She responded “Oh, but, Tavi…”

I ask Generously “I know, you love me, but let us start it with a light Approach, like a date or something, hey, I’ve got an Idea, how about if we had a date at the five-star restaurant?”

She said “Sounds like a good Idea to me, but I don’t have any money today” 

“Don’t worry, I’ll pay for them”

“Oh thank you (Hug Octavia) You’re my best girl—Uh I mean my best friend in equestrian” She said as she start hug me.

I return hug to her and say “You are not only my best friend, but also my best friend forever" as I look at the time pointing at 23.10 "look at the time, we have to go to bed now, unfortunately, I just had one twin bed in this apartment, Is it alright if you sleep right next to me?”

“Well, it's fine” she answers honestly

"Vinyl, have you freed this month" I ask her.

She said "Well, my club will be under reparation until next month, so" With nods her head "yes, I am free today, why?"

I take out my Invitation papers and show it to vinyl "Well, I have two invitation papers here for the national composers competition, do you want to accompany me to Fillydelphia?"

She responds by putting her hooves on my shoulder "Tavi, you are my best friend, you never let me alone like now, so maybe it's okay if I accompany you, I just don't want to do nothing these months"

As she starts nodding her head, I just feel better and better,  I just hope, she can be closer to me, I just can't stop thinking about her, and I hope I am having the dream about her, I just can't wait for that special moment , I just stand here Daydreaming until she called me.

"Tavi? Tavi?? TAVI???" say Vinyl with loud.

I shocked "What, who?? oh sorry I just daydreaming about yo--" paused for a while.

She asked me "Sorry, can't hear you"

I answer it "I mean about the competition looks like"

"Tavi, you look tired, so did I, we should go to bed now" she persuades me. 

I accept her persuasion “You right, now, shall we headed to the bed now”

“With pleasure” as she answers it with sincerity.

As I and Vinyl both head to the bed,  I just feel It was a good Idea If I let her sleep next to me, because it's only the way she can rest very well, after I falling asleep, just hope, I have a dream about her . 

On that night, I just dream about her, it was a royal wedding, I was using the white dress, realize that I was a bride, every pony in the Equestria are invited here rich and poor, villager and Town people, everyone has come, but I don't see vinyl,  But who's my couples . 

When I see the double doors opening, the wedding song starting to sound, when I see my couples, I just can't believe this, Vinyl was my couples, this is a wonderful dream I ever had, With the white dress she used, after the procession is finished, I start kiss her, and finally, we both entered the special wagon and go for the honeymoon, 	

About 03.12 AM, I just open My eyes opened slightly, in that morning, my belly is tickle, my body feels like to be hugged, my heart is shocked when I realized if Vinyl is hugging me right now,  I can’t believe this, she hugged me, I don’t know how I can reply it, maybe if I will hug her now, as I return the hug to the vinyl’s body , I can believe it, It's just the first time I never feel this feeling before, I hope I can do it again sooner.

> Chapter 2: First date (Vinyl)

	It was one morning when just had a great dream about Tavi, on that morning, I Just open up my eyes little and look at the clock showing now it's half past seven, I turned around and feel like being hugged, suddenly, when I open my mattress, I see Tavi just hugged me, I just remember from last night I hug her while she was sleep, and now, she return to hug me until now, however, she still asleep. I am sure, she is very exhausted by now, Slowly, I release her hooves from my shoulder and wake up from the bed, leaving Tavi asleep on Her bed, then I head to the bathroom, and brush my teeth, I start open her medicine box and look for the toothbrush, she see one toothbrush and its seems to be clean and untouched,  

 I wonder she mind if I borrow her toothbrush , Then I start brush my teeth with my own magic cast from my horn, after I finished, I was my face with the fresh water, and when I finished I clean it with Tavi’s toll, When I out from the bathroom, 

I checked Octavia, She still asleep, so I wake him up “Tavi, wake up, it's morning now” 

“Oh, Vinyl, give me a minute” answer her with a small voice.

I said “Oh no you don’t” pushed her to fall from her bed.

then she awakes and tickling me “You one naughty mare take this” As she start tickling me.

“Hahahahaha, Please stop, ahahaha, It’s tickle” I laugh very loud and I have no more choice but return tickle.

as long we tickling each other, then suddenly, Tavi switch her position as she hugged me and kiss me right on my lips “Oh Tavi…. It’s…. Very…. Sweet”

“Yes I know” Said Octavia as I return kiss.

After a few minute, we are done, Octavia head to the shower and take a bath, while I relaxing at the sofa and watch my favorite TV shows, “Equestria Music 101”, the shows where it contains tons of the music around the Equestria’s most famous band and DJs, I Just watch my action there, It was a Clip video of my music and how to make them, when I see Octavia has finished her shower, she clean her body with towel until clean and dry, she entered her room and wear her dress, when she get out from her room, she has completely dressed with a gorgeous design courtesy of Ponyville.

I admire her dress “My my, It was impressive dress Tavi”

“Thank you, I bought it from ponyville yesterday, I’ve just prepared your dress too, It’s mine, but you can borrow it” said Tavi by pointing her head to her room where she put her dress for me to use at my first date with her, I head to Tavi’s room and use the dress she tell me about, It was a beautiful dress I’ve ever worn, with the beautiful rubies cut on the side of the dress, blue colored robe and the sapphire necklace, It was a beautiful dress she ever lent to me.

when I finished, I head back to Octavia and give a compliment about her dress “Tavi, It was beautiful dress I’ve ever used, oh I hope I can own it”

she answers with generously “You can own it if you want, I have a lot of dresses in my clothing room, so It’s okay if I give it one to you”

“Oh really? Thank you for being generous to me” as I give a big smile.

“Any time, Now let’s go, we don’t want to lose the table”

After we prepare to go to the five star restaurant, we are leaving the apartment and go to the restaurant, while Tavi look for the transport, she sees her fan, her fan seems very happy to see Tavi, the mare with light orange fur and the orange mane walks to Tavi and ask for her autograph "Oh my, its Octavia" say the Mare with the big smile "May I have your autograph please?" as she gives the paper and pen. 

Octavia with happily give her fan an autograph "With pleasure" as she holds the pen with her mouth and give her autograph on the paper, the mare is very happy after she have Tavi's autograph and jump around the town "YAY, I can't believe this, Octavia's autograph on my paper".

I commented that mare "She looks very happy now" Tavi respond my comment with the light smile " yes, she very happy with my appearance even my autograph" 

I replied with small laugh"You know, fan's behaviors" 

We finally find the taxi wagon passing by and Tavi stop the taxi wagon "TAXI!" with the louder voice, the wagon is stopped and we are board the wagon, as Tavi tell the destination to the stallions who pulls the wagon "Red blossom restaurant please", the stallion responded "Right away ma'am" as they pulling the wagon, we are enjoying the trip very well, the activity in the town is making the life more colorful, the meetings between the acquaintances and the romantics are showed in this town, though it was reminded me from the last night incident,

 I feel my heart is split, little tears are coming from my eye bit by bit, I can't remove this pain from my heart, it feels like someone is trying to stab me from behind, but, I still have Octavia, she always come to me from any circumstances, I think, she is only cures for my pain , as I look at the light gray mare with her light black mane and the purple chord key on her both flanks as her cutie mark,  I am sure she is hiding something from me, but why? What doesn't she want me to hear about?  as my heart speaks. 

When she see me dropping tears, she put her left hooves on my back and rub my back as she make me more better "It's okay Vinyl, you have to let it off from your mind" I answer it with light voice "I just can't, he just hurt my heart more than executing the prisoner" 

she clean my tears from my face as she said "You will be fine, someday you will see your favorite somepony"

when I heard that word, I finally tell her the truth "Tavi, from every ponies I've ever met, you are the only one I like, somehow" as I put my right hooves on her back "I love you Tavi, my world feels so crumble without you"

she answer honesty "I know you love me, but please, don't say it in public, we need to do it in the romantic hot spot"

I ask her "Hotspot?" Tavi respond gently "I mean the place you and I can talk more about love"

I said with light smile "You right, you know what? I feel much better about this"

she said as she releases her left hooves from my back "I feel much better more than you feel it now"   

In the mid of our trip, I see The Pink alicorn and the White Unicorn has a brunch on the outside of the cafe, though I recognize it was Princess Cadence and Shining armor, they are the best couple I've ever seen, 

It was several months ago when the changelings are occupying the city of Canterlot, I was hiding under the basement and look at the small window of the city was falling, when suddenly, I see the strong power coming out from the castle, all I know, the power was so-called "The elements of love" that make the entire changelings horde are kicked so far away, and their love is always together even now, they always together even from any condition. 

The both of them are chatting romantically, when the cart is stopped at the crossroad, I Listen and looked at their conversations, 

"Oh Shine, this is the best food I've ever eaten" Say the Pink alicorn with the smile.

Shining armor respond it with happy "I just think if you don't like the food I ordered for you"

"But you just give me what exactly I want, how did you know I want these foods?" asks princess.

"Um, the lucky guest" as he fed his couple with his spoon.

princess do the same thing like her couple do "Mmm, oh Shine, you are my best stallion I have ever seen" as she enjoys her food.

"Oh my love, I know you will enjoy this" said Shining Armor.

As I see both Princess Cadence and Shining Armor, they feel a lot more happier than I though, I just look away and hope Tavi do the same thing as that couple, after a few minutes along the trip, finally we are arrived at the restaurant,It's crowded with the rich ponies, they are wearing the expensive dress and glamour jewelry, 

as we walk to the receptionist's desk and Tavi start order the table "One VIP table please?" as I confused and ask her "VIP table?" 

she whispers to me "This is what I called "Hot Spot" we just need A little privacy"

I answer it "Well, I don't know, you think you can pay enough for this?"

she said calmly "You don't have to worry about that, I can handle that"

The Receptionist tells Octavia about the available VIP room "Ma'am, the official VIP rooms are already occupied, we have one more VIP room, it was luxurious room we have, but, it will more expensive than an official VIP room"

Octavia said with a light smile "That's alright, we order the one you were recommended"

The receptionist said "Very well, please follow me and let me take you both to the VIP room" as she leave the receptionist desk and ask the other receptionist to keep the desk "You,.. "Point his hooves to one of the receptionist was stand by for the order "Can you keep the desk for me, I need to take this mares to the VIP room, could you mind to keep the desk for awhile?" as the standing by receptionist nod his head and keep the receptionist desk. 

The receptionist takes us to the VIP room, while we are arrived at the VIP room, it was very luxurious, the floor was covered with a red carpet and the wall seems to be soundproof "Here you go ma'am, the VIP room with the luxurious settings, your order will be delivered right away, if you need more assistance, just ring the bell outside of this VIP room" say the receptionist,

Tavi responded "Thank you, I let you know if I need more help"

While she finished, the receptionist still stands in front of the VIP door and asking for the tip "(Cough)" and I give the receptionist a tip "Here, two lozenge candies for your cough, hope it helps" as he walks away and thanks me"Thank you" as he turn away and said with the small voice "Poor bastard" and leave the VIP room.

We are now alone in the VIP room sitting down on the small pillow and enjoy any facility added into the VIP room,  I just can't believe this, it was my first time in my life I just sit in the VIP room, I never try these such things before, it feels like I was sitting in my home, but, this is more than a home, does Octavia do this just for me? Or maybe she does it on purpose?  while I was sitting down do nothing, Tavi turned the TV on, her favorite show its about the fashion and stuff,

As I talk to Octavia about her feeling to me "Tavi, you and me has been a best friend all this time" I said nervously as she nods her head, I continue my topic "So, can you tell me, what did you feel yesterday since I stay in your apartment?"

She answers my topic with hesitate "Well, Vinyl my friend, I feel, uh, how can I say it to you?"

I ask Tavi calmly "Just say it, I will not objected for your answer"

She tells the truth "Well, I..." as her heart is pounding really fast "I... " she hug me as she sit next to me "Vinyl, I love you, I always want to have a favorite stallion, but no one wanted me" as she dropped the tears "I was thinking about you 

I returned a hug and say " Tavi, every time I was on the stage, I always think about you, I am afraid if you will reject me and being hated"

"Vinyl, if you have something to say, just say it, I will never reject you" she said honestly,

"Tavi" as I start to look at each other "I know you will accept me" as we close our eyes and kissing each other,

"Oh Vinyl, I never kiss anyone before" say Tavi wisely,

"And now, we will try it" continue kissing

"It's very sweet,...... oh, what taste is it? Sugar?..... lemonade?...... anyway" she said smoothly.

After a few minutes waiting, our dishes finally come,  it was magnificent dishes I ever see, from its smell and the taste, I just...I...don't know how to repay this generosity to Tavi, she gives everything she got just for me, I, I don't know the word I have to say, "thank you" wasn't enough for her, I have to do something special to her too, but what?  as I enjoy the delicious dishes I ever try.

From now on, I'll do my best to repay this generosity you give to me, I promise never let you be disappointed
