Borderline
Deep in the heart of Canterlot, a unicorn named Lucky Strike was bowling with some of his friends when they began to discuss the next school term. "Her majesty - Princess Celestia told me if I don't summon an assistant or magical pet, then I'd be either held back, or she'd send me to some hick town called Ponyville and learn from someone else."
"Well, dude, let's hit the library and see if we can find your answer."
"Good idea, Legion." Lucky Strike and Legion bid farewell to their friends and dragged another friend named Lilith with them.
The trio poked around, and Lucky Strike tried summoning a familiar and failed. Lilith had found an old grimoire tucked away, and the leather bindings and cover smelled musty and showed signs of extreme age. Lilith brought her find to Lucky Strike.
Luck Strike read the spell on the cover, hoping to undo the lock on the book; as he read aloud, lights flickered, and the library picked up an oppressive vibe. The air became thick and heavy and hard to breathe, lights as mentioned flickered, books throughout the library could be heard falling of the shelves. Lucky Strike and Legion slid the book away as they realized something was amiss. Lilith picked up the book, uttered a spell, and revealed that the book had dozens of binding spells, keeping what was locked inside the book from getting out.
As the trio sat trying to figure out their predictiment when a voice and sveral footsteps were heard. "Lucky Strike! Wait, that book has a demon in it!" Lucky Strike looked over his shoulder and saw Twilight Sparkle - Celestia's prized pupil, followed by six other girls. "The demon in this book is mighty; the people who bound that demon went crazy doing it. The last one to go mad just got back...To get past the second binding spell, you'll have to convince Princess Luna to let you free the demon as you familiar and tame it."
"Twilight is correct about that. My sister won't be super thrilled letting it out. Those who bound it there were my sister Luna, King Sombra, Lord Tirek, and Queen Chrysalis, and they barely did that if it weren't for Discord, Lord of Chaos, lending his aid. This demon is powerful and doesn't like being ordered around. The demon's name was Willow Ivy, she used to answer to either name singularly or just her full name. Good luck." Lucky Strike thanked Luna for the information and he suddenly saw a pile of scrolls. Lilith and Legion began to examine the scrolls and their labels.
Lucky Strike began to notice a numerical link, they were labled in order and so the scroll labeled 120051and read the scroll and the book lit up again. The trio continued the trend until there was one last scroll labled 120666; Lucky Strike and the group breathed heavily and felt pensive about what would or could happen. Apparently the book unbinding had summoned those who bound it to suddenly appear in the castle via teleportation. Lucky Strike recognized all of them and he began to wonder if the four spells based on love lanfuageshad drained the love from Chrysalis and her heart had turned to stone. However, Chrysalis still had an attractive flare about her.
Lucky Strike read the final spell and there was a flash of light and an attractive demon stood before them who suddenly went on the attack. "Willow Ivy! As your summoner and master cease!" The demon frozr and whipped around and fired a combo spell. Lucky Strike being pissed off for ignoring Luna's warnings fired back.
In about two minutes Lucky Strike wad pinned to the wall and a dagger endued with an ancient and dark magic was against his throat. Luna amf Celestia fired off a triple combined spell and Willow Ivy without turning around uttered a spell and a counter spell was fired off and simultaneously a barrier was placed.
"Why did you summon me?"
"I'll fail this school without a magical pet or familiar, found your book and had to remove an unholy amount of binding spells." Willow Ivy looked at Lucky Strike and kicked his balls and left him crumpled on the floor.
"I don't like being told what to do and doubt you have the prowess to bind me." Lucky Strike tried a binding spell and Willow smirked at this futile attempt to hold het there.
"I will try to tame you and make you my familiar! If it kills me."
"Your death could be arranged." Lucky Strike stood up again and lookef over the girl...jow would he explain to his parents that this girl wouls be living in their house and possibly his room.
Conflict
Lucky Strike struggled to stand as Willow Ivy began her assault. The guards who attacked her found themselves levitating and had their bodies comtorted to unnatural ways and their bowels burst from them and decorated the floor. Luna and Celestia attacked and Twilight Sparkle joined in and sent summons to Discord and Chrysalis; the disruption in the magic realm could have been felt by any unicorn and this caused Sombra to make an appearance.
"Who the fuck let her out!" Sombra yelled ad he formed a shield and a barrier to keep the demon from escaping. Lucky Strike saw that after about six hours had transpired that Willow Ivy was subdued and discord was about to send her into an abyss when Lucky Strike teleported himself between Willow Ivy amd everyone else.
"Hold up! I'll be her keeper and since she will become my familiar I'll be responsible for her."
Discord scoffed,"Idiot! She killed thirty guards in total and almost killed you; almost killed all of us...this demon is untamable. The last one to try to tame her was Chancellor Neighsay and she almost disemboweled him."
"Damn you all! Let me give her a chance? I swear I can tame her...must i remind all of you that we let Fluttershy risk everything for Discord? Now it's my turn."
Luna and her sister looked at everyone and agreed to the deal accept for Chrysalis. "I can't believe this shit! I had to sacrifice everything to help subdue this being! I lost my heart and everyone ounce of love amd you're letting her run free?" Lucky Strike looked at Legion and Lilith and realized that the spells that had to do with love weren't only belonging to Cadence but also Chrysalis.
Willow Ivy snapped the magical chains rhst bound her with ease, "Your highness...I managed to retrieve this." There was a sudden flash and Chrysalis looked different and Chrysalis clutched her chest and felt a familiar heart beat. "I will try to be tamable but I can't promise anything, because I thrive off conflict and war." The group let Lucky Strike take Willow Ivy out of the main hall feeling pensive about the ordeal and how the families will react knowing that their loved ones killet was free.
