A long time ago, Equestria was once ruled by the alicorns, keeping peace and prosperity to all pony kind. First, there were earth ponies. Second, there were unicorns. And third, there were pegasi. All three races worships the alicorns by their rule glorious reign.
But when all of them been deceived... by one alicorn.
In the land of Doma, a Dark Empire ruled by an rogue alicorn named... Ravahna, the Empress Of Evil. Along with her glorious weapon, the Amulet of terrifying dark power. Her greatest accomplishment is to conquer Equestria for herself to rule with fear.
One by one, her loyal minions destroys each and every kingdom to taken all ponies to be slaves or there will meet their demise for those who rejected the empress. Spreading the plague to the minds of others by the dark magic.
Many alicorns challenges her a battle, but they did not prevailed. None of them... survived.

Until that day comes... there were resistance. The greatest alliance of earth ponies, unicorns, and pegasi march against her armies on her territorial land for the freedom of Equestria.
The battle lasted near hours long and the alliances victorious has yet to come. But the Empress of Evil reign... can never be done. The alliances are no match for Empress Ravahna's power and her amulet. Many of them were horribly perish and some were wounded, believing that hope is lost to them.
But only one who is stand against her, a young wizard named... Starswirl. His magic strike her down, separated her and the amulet. without it, she is vulnerable and her magic is weakened.
Starswirl cast one final spell to end her reign once and for all. Her scream roared upon him and then... Starswirl defeated Empress Ravahna. Imprisoned to be Turned into stone statue for all eternity.
As for all of her followers, they too were imprisoned in the Tartarus for punishment, but most of her others have fled cowardly. Starswirl commanded them take the statue and the amulet on different locations in separation, never to be found and never to be seen.
But the Empress Of Evil reign still remains to be undone. The prophecy predicts she will rise again to bring an unholy plague upon us. Conquer and enslavement to all pony kind in Equestria. Then... there will be no ponies or creatures can stop her, not even... the dragons themselves.
It started on a beautiful day on Ponyville when the sun rises to the horizon. At Twilight's castle, the sound of a snore coming from Spike's room. "Yes, of course I'll marry you Rarity. Wow, you look beautiful on that wedding dress." Spike said while he still sleeping and snoring, dreaming about marrying Rarity.
*Knock, Knock*
"Spike, are you awake?" Twilight Sparkle asked after she opens the door and coming in. "Come on get up."
"Ugh... I can't get up Twi, give me five more minutes please." Spike said while he covered his face with a blanket.
"Nice try, you can't fool me again like last time." Twilight said with a serious face and raise one eye brow while using her magic to open the curtains for the sun light.
"Okay... okay, I'm up." Spike said when he sit up and yawn harder. A baby dragon stand up to his body and stretch his arms, his legs, his tail, and most of all... his wings. It has been awhile when the molt changed him and gave him wings, although the effect wasn't quite pleasant at all. Especially almost getting eaten by a giant bird. "Boy do I have a great dream."
"Oh I'm sure you do." Twilight said while rolling her eyes. "Anyways Spike, I need a huge favour. I need you to go to the shop, buy a supplies for the school."
"School supplies, does that mean winter break is almost over?" Spike asked.
"Indeed." Twilight answered when she nodded. "Either way, we only have two weeks left until students returns from their vacation, can I count on you?" She passing him a paper that writes down on the list.
"Yes ma'am, you can count on me." He saluted to her, meaning the promise from the princess of friendship number one assistant. "Come on Sparx." The baby dragon calling out to his dragonfly friend from a tiny house he made for him.
The two of them are heading out to room, until Twilight stops them with her magic. "Not so fast, you're not going out when you have an empty stomach." She said. Though Twilight is right, he and Sparx can't go outside without breakfast they need to fill their stomach.
....
Couple of minutes later, Spike and Sparx have finished their appetites before heading outside of the castle and begins their day. While they headed to the market, a baby dragon opens the shopping list to read what Twilight Sparkle needs for her School Of Friendship. The list say 'eight packs of three hundred and fifty papers, twenty packs of ten pencils, seventy different four colors of highlighters, and one hundred folders.'
Yeah, it is a lot of school stuff. But to Spike, this should be easy as Pie. "HEY SPIKE, OVER HERE!" Speaking of pie. From over the Sugarcube Corner, Pinkie Pie calling out the Spike when she saw him.
"Morning Pinkie, is something wrong?" He asked when he and Sparx rushed to Sugarcube Corner.
"Oh nothing is wrong silly." She said. "It just you're just in time to be my taste tester."
"Taste tester, what kind of dessert did you make?" Spike asked curiously, until Pinkie Pie showing him one slice of pie. A baby dragon grabbed it and took one bite of it. "Mm cinnamon... no wait its strawberry... or apple, what's in it?"
"Oh just a mix up with every flavor I placed in it, that why I call it, wait for it... The Mystery Pie." Pinkie Pie happily answered to his questions, causing Spike and Sparx to like it. "Want some more?"
"Like to Pinkie, but we gotta go to the shop, see you later." Spike said after he and Sparx now headed.
"Okay, see ya Spike, you too Sparx." Pinkie waved at them and then took a bite to a slice of it. "Mmm... mystery."
Spike and Sparx now made it to the market, but there is only one problem... the shop is blocked by entire boxes. A baby dragon seeing much worse in Twilight's library, but this is different now. Suddenly, they spotted an earth pony stallion who appears to be an owner of this shop, looking all frustrated with worry and walk left and right. "Oh dear, oh dear, oh dear." Stallion said.
"Excuse me sir, are you alright?" Spike asked.
"Oh hello there, and no I'm not alright." A stallion said with frustration. "I have been busy cleaning up my shop and I forgot to deal with those boxes. I'm exhausted to do it by myself."
"I can help you with that." Spike hesitated to volunteer.
"R-really... oh thank you, thank you kid." A stallion gratefully said to a baby dragon when he hugged him hard. "Oops... my apologies."
"No problem. After all, I also assists to help everypony." Spike said. He began to start grabbing one box and take it inside of the shop, it is only sixty boxes to deal with. "One down and fifty-nine to go."
....
A couple of minutes later, Spike managed to finish put all the boxes inside a storage room. The owner of this ship was really thankful for the baby dragon with everything. "Thank you young dragon for helping me, how can I ever repay you?" A shop owner said in grateful.
"It was nothing, I'm just here get a supplies for the School Of Friendship. It is a request from Princess Twilight Sparkle." Spike said while passing him a shopping list that's written on the paper.
"School Of Friendship, huh? Well in that case, you can have them for free." The shop owner said happily.
"Really?" Spike asked in shock.
"Of course, you've helped me and so I have to returned a favor." He said. Causing Spike and Sparx to accept his generous offer.
....
And so, Spike and Sparx have accomplished their task by getting a school supplies while the baby dragon carrying those with his bare hands. Although these supplies may quite be heavy, but he doesn't have a problem with it, because he's use it for years. "You know Sparx, when were done, we can finally relax for the day... maybe a vacation." Spike said while he still walks and his dragonfly friend nodded for agreeing with him.
At this desert land which is the middle of nowhere, there were a dig sights where pony diggers are digging everywhere, led by three archaeologists from Manehattan Museum. A stallion Professor Fossil Dig, a mare Professor Map Reader, and another stallion Professor Konmen. "It has been two long days, and still no sign of any ancient artifacts or ruin temple anywhere of this wasteland. I don't know why were here." Professor Map Reader said in sigh while taking a drink of water.
"Don't worry Professor Map Reader, whatever it is we are looking for, should be here and now." Professor Fossil Dig said. "Although I have to agree with you, what's the reason why exactly are we here Professor Konmen?"
"Well the reason why, is because I discovered a hidden tomb in this desert land where is was buried for centuries." Professor Konmen answered Fossil Dig's question while pointed a spot on the map. "It has took me years of research and my calculations has to be conclusive."
"I do hope you are right, Professor." Map Reader said when she have faith in him. But on the inside, she feels a bit doubt for this purpose like a bad feeling.
"PROFESSORS, WE FOUND SOMETHING!" a pony digger shouted to them.
The three of them headed towards the dig sights to see what they have found. Their eyes widened to see a bottom hole that appears to be a door way for the inside and outside. "I... I can't believe this, you are right." Fossil Dig said happily to Professor Konmen.
"Ah, at last." Konmen said when he puts a smile on his face. "Keep on digging, we need a big entrance so we can go inside the tomb." They nodded to him and then continuing digging the sands out of the door hole.
A couple of hours later, they finally managed to dig off sands out of the door. The three archaeologists have prepared their tools and camera for whatever lies beneath this ancient tomb. But suddenly, they stopped their track because they heard the sounds of flapping coming in front of them. The cave bats popped out of there, causing everypony and diggers to duck or avoid it. "Dont panic everypony, these things are gone now." Fossil Dig said while he makes sure if there is more. They now calm and continue their exploration inside the tomb and some of them remains to stay outside.
By the time when they're in, they begin their exploring the old hallway, covered and block by Spider webs and dusts. Map Reader taking a photos of this place, even taking photos of ancient drawings and corpses that lay on the ground or stand. "This is incredible, I've been many tombs in my time, but I never seen anything like it." Fossil Dig said while looking around.
"You're right." Map Reader nodded for agreeing to him. "There's a story writings and drawings in these walls." She took a photo of it.
"There's plenty more discoveries lies ahead." Professor Konmen said.
"Why don't you all go ahead, I'll stay there to read these hieroglyphics." Fossil Dig said while they nodded and continue to explore more.
The path is getting much darker for them to see everywhere they go. Luckily, Professor Konmen is a unicorn to light up his horn with magic. They now see clearly to their path. Map Reader find herself a torch hang on the wall, she grabs and light it up. They spotted a stairway, could be the way of chamber down below.
When Map Reader goes in the stairs, unexpectedly, she get caught by the wire on her hoof, quickly popping out the razor sharp spikes from the ceiling in front of her face. "EEEP!" Map Reader shout in panic, causing her to collapse back.
"Are you alright?" Professor Konmen asked in worry, lifting her up on the stairs.
"Y... yes I'm quite fine." Map Reader answered while she tries to calm herself. "These things nearly killed me."
"Indeed, whoever set those traps, they knew they would never let anypony know what lies beneath." Professor Konmen said while the spikes pulls back to the ceiling slowly. He takes his chances to cut the wire it will never activated again. "Now let us keep moving."
By the time when they're made their way down, their eyes widened to see what's in front of them. In front of them is a statue of an alicorn, looking all angry by its stands. "A statue?" Map Reader said in confusion while Professor Konmen slowly walk towards it. She looks around to see many corpses pointed their spears at the alicorn statue. Suddenly, the sound of hooves steps coming from the stairs, and it appears to be Professor Fossil Dig rushing in. "Professor Fossil Dig, what in Celestia's name are y-"
"Map Reader, there's something I must tell you before I tell Professor Konmen." Fossil Dig said while he catches his breath. "While you two were gone, I've looked on every places I go. There are no treasures and no artifacts. Just only chains and lock cell."
"What... what are you saying?" Map Reader said in confusion.
"What I'm saying is, this isn't a tomb... it's a prison." Fossil Dig answered, causing Map Reader eyes widened to hear it.
"Prison... prison for who?" She asked.
"Empress Ravahna." Professor Konmen spoke up the name to the statue, making Map Reader and Fossil Dig to get his attention. "At long last, I have finally you for years of search, my empress."
"Professor Konmen?" Fossil Dig said to him in confusion.
"Ah, I forgotten about you two there." Konmen said to them. He use his magic on himself to change his true form. He change with a black cape, whitish coat with red linings on his face, and a dark grey cutie mark. Fossil Dig and Map Reader eyes widened in fear of him. "I wanted to thank you two for helping me. And now, your services is no longer required." He walk towards them.
"Wh- who... are you?" Map Reader asked in fear.
"I am the sorcerer... Nemnok." He introduces with his real name. It makes sense because Konmen is backwards for Nemnok. "Do not worry, I won't end your lifes. But you will not remember anything." Nemnok chuckles when he uses his magic to wipe their memories, causing them to feel the effects and collapse to the ground unconscious.
After he is done with those two archaeologists, Nemnok once again uses his magic open the big portal. Coming out of the portal were three black hooded unicorns with a shadow face and growing red eyes. "The time has come for Empress Ravahna to be freed from eternal torture, and then... we shall rule this Equestria." Nemnok said after he laughs menacing.

Meanwhile at Starswirl The Bearded meditation chamber, a wise old wizard is meditating by floating himself with his magic while he's concentrating. Until suddenly, he sees an images on his mind. The images of war, destruction, and most of all... Ravahna. He opened his eyes widened in panic and fall to the floor. "No... impossible." Starswirl said in worry, believing that the ancient evil he once feared most... has returned.
The winter season is at its end, and the flowers starts to bloom everywhere. At the School Of Friendship, a place for every creatures around Equestria, young students roaming every classes they goes where the mane six as teachers are. Spike was moping all the floor with Sparx, keeping it polished to see the reflections. "Looking good." He said to his reflection. Suddenly, when he hears the doors open, he's surprised to see Starlight Glimmer's back from the Crystal Empire few days ago. "Hey Starlight, how are you doing back at Crystal Empire?"
"Hi Spike." Starlight Glimmer greeted to her baby dragon friend. "It went perfectly great, me and Trixie had our time with Sunburst their. Well sometimes it didn't end well when Trixie used her magic."
"What do you mean?" Spike asked, causing him and Sparx to get confused.
"Well... let's just say she... accidentally teleported his house just like the map table in the throne room. Sunburst nearly about to passed out." Starlight Glimmer answered.
"Again?" Spike surprisingly said with an eyes widened and holding his head with one hand.
"Yes, it really took us an hours to look for it everywhere until it was outside the Crystal Empire in the middle of snow." Starlight Glimmer said. "Promise not to tell the others about it, okay?"
"Cross my heart and hope to fly, stick a cupcake in my eye." Spike nodded in other words of saying 'I promise'. making a light purple unicorn to chuckle.
"Counselor Starlight, thank Celestia you've come, I need your help about my reports." A student said while rushing towards her.
"Sure, I'll be right there." Starlight said to the student. "I guess I'll see you later Spike."
"Will do." Spike nodded. By the time when Starlight Glimmer head to her guidance counselor office to help the students, the baby dragon now continues to finish mop the floor where he is almost done.
....
Meanwhile, in the distant dark wasteland full of no life support, just dead plants, skeletons ponies armies that died in war, and the huge tall abandoned dark castle centuries ago where no pony or any creatures no ever go there. In the dark castle, there is the light came from top of it because the sorcerer Nemnok is using a spell on the stone statue to free the Empress. But unfortunate, his magic didn't work because it is binded by Starswirl's spell binding.
"Curses, it would seem Starswirl has enchanted the stone. I can sense our Empress is grew impatience." Nemnok said to his minions in black cloaks. "Only the noblist can set her free. I believe I know who." He look to the glowing orb, showing the images of Twilight Sparkle and her friends. "You know what to do."
The cloaked ponies nodded to obey his command and then take their leave to capturing the mane six while they are opening the portal to Ponyville. "It will be long now my Empress, soon you will rule once again." Nemnok said while he slowly walks towards the statue.
....
The sun starts to set on the horizon, the School Of Friendship is starts to close in the afternoon when the students are returning to their home. All that remain outside are the mane six, Starlight, Spike and Sparx. "This is a great successful day for this school everypony, great job." Twilight Sparkle said happily while her friends nodded to her.
"You got that right Twi." Rainbow Dash said.
"Indeed darling, I do believe the next day would be quite pleasant." Rarity said.
"Yeah I mean, what could possibly go wrong." Pinkie Pie asked until...
*BOOM*
the sound of screams and explosions coming from Ponyville, causing the mane six, Starlight, Spike and Sparx to react. "You just had to ask, didn't you Pinkie." Starlight said with a glare.
" what in tarnation is that." Applejack asked in confusion.
"I don't know, but we need to find out what it is." Twilight Sparkle said with a serious face.
"Then what are we waiting for, let's go." Rainbow Dash said while she takes flight and fly towards it, leaving her friends behind.
"Rainbow, wait for us." Twilight Sparkle shouted while her and the others ran after her.
When they all arrived in the middle of town, they see ponies running and panicking for their lives. The walls and roof tops of houses on fire. Until then, Twilight Sparkle and the others spotted seven ponies in black cloaks in front of them, walking slowly at the same time. She believes there the ones responsible for the catastrophe.
"Okay this is just creepy." Rainbow Dash said when she looked at those cloaks ponies. Until Twilight Sparkle step forward.
"Who are you, and why are you attacking Ponyville?" Twilight asked to those in front of her from a far. But the cloaks ponies didn't respond back to the Princess of Friendship.
"I don't think they will gonna speak." Rarity said.
"Well they better be talking. Otherwise, we're gonna kick their flanks for what they have done." Applejack said in aggressive.
"Maybe we can try asking them what they want, if its okay." Fluttershy frighteningly said when she's behind Applejack because she is terrified.
"Enough of that, let's do this." Rainbow Dash hesitated to fly towards the cloaks ponies as fast as she goes.
"Rainbow Dash wait!" Twilight shouted. But it was too late, because one cloak pony pull out a glass orb. And when it starts to glow, a light blue pegasi is being stuck in by it... completely. Causing Twilight and the others to gasp and eyes widened.
"Rainbow!" The mane six, Starlight, and Spike shouted in worry. Suddenly, another cloak unicorn blasts its beam at them.
But luckily the Princess Of Friendship cast a barrier magic to its attack. "Girls, that orb trap us within it, so we need take them down one at a time and then save Rainbow Dash." Twilight said and her friends nodded to her plan. "Good, Rarity and Pinkie take left, Applejack and Fluttershy take right, Starlight and I will take middle. Let's do this."
The mane six began their charge in three teams to take down the cloaks ponies. "Wait, what about us?" Spike said when he and Sparx were behind.
"You and Sparx have to take cover, we'll handle this." Twilight said while still charging.
"But we can help." Spike said when he wanted to helpful for them.
"Do as I say." Twilight said, just not to let anything happen to her little brother. So Spike and Sparx have no choice but to listen to her.
Applejack and Pinkie Pie are against two cloaks ponies on the other side. Pinkie Pie popping up places to places while one cloak unicorn keeps trying to hit her, but it missed. "You got to be quicker than that silly, hee hee." Pinkie chuckled when she appeared next to it. But unfortunate, a pink pony didn't see this coming when the cloak unicorn has the orb and starts to trap her in "AW NUUUTS!"
"Pinkie Pie!" Applejack shouted in worry. A cowgirl is starting to get mad for what they done to Rainbow Dash and Pinkie Pie. "Yer gonna pay for this." She ran towards to another cloak unicorn while dodging the beam and then she bucked it in the shadowy face. But it didn't feel the punch like it was nothing. "Uh oh." A big mistake for Applejack when the cloak unicorn activated the orb to trap her within.
Rarity and Fluttershy are teaming up defeat the other two cloaks unicorns. A yellow pegasi have to do is distract one cloak unicorn while a white unicorn uses her magic on the ribbon and tie the cloak unicorn down and actually succeeded. "We did it Fluttershy, we caught one." Rarity happily with her friend. "I do say, your cloak is so old and... dirty, I do not know why do you all still wearing this filthy cloth?"
Suddenly, another cloak unicorn is behind Rarity, pulling out the orb to get her. Fluttershy quickly spotted it, she gasp and eyes widened. "Rarity, look out!" Fluttershy shouted when she pushed Rarity to save her. Now a yellow pegasi became the fourth victim to be trapped in the orb in front of Rarity.
"Oh you horrible ruffians, how could you all be so- WAAAAAAHH!" Rarity words were cut off when the other tied up cloak unicorn trapped her from behind.
Now, all that's left is Twilight and Starlight remains. A light purple unicorn managed to take one cloak unicorn down with her beam, but it got up and not even a pain or scratch. "We kept taking them down and they still got up like... zombies, what in Equestria are they?" Starlight said while block its attack.
"I don't know, but we give up now while our friends are in the orb." Twilight said while she holding on.
The cloak unicorn is about to end this battle with one final magic to defeat Twilight and Starlight. A massive beam blasted on Starlight's shield magic and then... it shattered, causing The light purple unicorn to take much damage in pain. Twilight's gasp in worry to see her pupil got hurt when she stop using her magic. The cloak unicorn got its chance to use the orb and dragged her towards.
"Twilight!" Spike shouted when fly straight at her and grabbed her hooves, trying to pull back as much as he can with his bare hands, but it wasn't enough.
"Spike, you got to let go and go warned Celestia!" Twilight said.
"But I can't leave you guys!" Spike said in tear, almost losing his grip.
"Spike... we're gonna be okay, please." Twilight said, because she doesn't want her little brother to be dragged along with her. A baby dragon has let go of her hooves, see Twilight get trapped within the orc completely.
Now the seven cloak ponies have captured the Mane six while the other one is opening the portal to take them to Nemnok. But Spike couldn't let cloak ponies take his friends away while he's charging them. "Give my friends back!" Spike shouted in anger, and then he spew out his fire ball at the cloak ponies, but one reflected his attack and hit him back, crashing down to the ground unconscious.
Now the black cloak ponies can leave Ponyville when gone throw the portal to deliver the Mane Six to their master, leaving Spike and Starlight to their defeat while Sparx is flying around them in much worry.
The dark storming clouds circling around on top of the dark tower. Nemnok and his minions are preparing to release Empress Ravahna from her stone tortured prison by use the Mane Six within each growing glass orbs. "It is time." Nemnok said. "Empress Ravahna... you shall rise AGAIN!"
The sorcerer uses his magic to float the orbs from his servant's hooves and unleashed the magic at the the statue. When the magic is done, the statue's eyes glowing green and the stone spell began to faded away into greenish coat when the Empress's hoof is twitching. Her wings lowered down, waving large black mane and tail, revealing her evil spell binding cutie mark, and a gasp to take back her breath. When the stone is finally removed, Empress Ravahna of Evil... has returned. Nemnok and his minions were bowing down their heads when the empress asked to the sorcerer. "What, I am free. Nemnok... where am I?"
"Here in your throne room my empress." Nemnok answered. "For many years of my search for you in Equestria, but now I have finally found you and brought you back this world once again."
"Then I shall thank you freeing me, your reward will be earned." Empress Ravahna gratefully said to the sorcerer. Suddenly, she notice that her amulet is not on her armor chest. "My amulet, where is it?"
"I fear I do not know where the amulet might be." Nemnok disappointly said until he found the answer. "But I do know who knows where it is... Starswirl." When Empress Ravahna hears the name, she roared in full fury, unleashing the dark lightning power from her horn up high until she's nearly trembling down to the floor because she is weak. Nemnok rushed in to help lift her up. "Without the amulet, you will be vulnerable so safe your strength."
"I needly require my amulet for my magic, so I can have my revenge upon him." Empress Ravahna said in aggressive tone. "Only then I can unleashed the plague upon Equestria."
"Not to worry, I have spend out one of my spies to follow Starswirl everywhere he goes without being seeing. And soon once we hears of the amulet's location, it will be yours where it belongs to your rightful hoof." Nemnok said.
"Excellent. And one day, I will have my revenge upon him." Empress Ravahna said in amusement when she sinisterly chuckled with an smile on her face.

The eyes are blinking when the vision is blurry, until it's back to normal. Spike started to wake up where he appears to be in Ponyville Hospital, but he wasn't sure how he got there until he wasn't alone. On his left side, there were Starlight in every bandages and unconscious with Trixie is watching her in worry while she's holding Starlight's hoof. When the baby dragon got up from the bed, Sparx immediately flew to Spike's face for giving him a hug in relief, even Trixie is happy seeing him awake. "Spike, thank goodness you're awake." Trixie said.
"Yeah... I am." Spike said when he placed his hand on his head in bandage, feeling a bit painful. "Ugh, my head hurts." Suddenly, a baby dragon gasp to notice that Starlight is injured when gets out the bed. "Oh no Starlight, is she?"
"Woah easy Spike, the doctor told me she is alright and she needs to be rested." Trixie said while trying to calm him down. "Tell me, what exactly happened back then?"
"I remember when I was with friends and then there were-." Spike eyes widened and gasp when he cut off his words because he remembered the Mane Six were captured by unicorns in black cloaks. The other part that Twilight tells him to warns Princess Celestia for help. "I gotta go to Canterlot to warn Princess Celestia that Twilight and the others are kidnapped."
"But Spike, you're hurt." Trixie said.
"I don't care if I'm hurt, my friends are in danger and I gonna go get help." Spike said while taking off the bandage on his head.
"Well how were you get there in time, Canterlot is pretty much far for fifty minutes." Trixie said.
Although, A light blue unicorn is right, how will a baby dragon get to Canterlot much quicker than taking a train or flying over there? However, Spike knows one thing he can get there. He gonna need a help from her. "Trixie, do you still the teleportation spell?" Spike asked.
"Uumm... kinda?" Trixie nodded in confusion, until she figured it out why. "Wait, your saying I can-"
"Yeahaw, I need you to teleport me and Sparx to Canterlot so I can warn Princess." Spike said in ideas.
"I... I don't know." Trixie said when she feel nervous. "I mean, what if I messed it up again?"
"Come on Trixie, I know you can do it. After all... you are the great and powerful, aren't you." Spike said when he's giving the courage she needed.
As it turns, the light blue unicorn magician is always wanted to hear the words. "You're right, I am the great and powerful. Alright, I'll do it." Trixie said.
Spike and Sparx had to take the position to be teleported while Trixie tries to remember the spell before, until now. Admittedly, a baby dragon had a bad feeling about this, but there is no other choice. "Trixie, will you promise to watch over Starlight while were gone?" Spike asked.
"Never fear, the great and protective Trrrrixie will always looking out for her no matter what." Trixie said with a performing accent.
"Great." Spike said with a smile and rolling his eyes. "Okay, we're ready."
Trixie uses her horn to release her magic on Spike and Sparx, concentrating much MUCH harder to sending them to Canterlot. Until then...

A light blue unicorn finally teleported Spike and Sparx. This is a first time she actually did it correctly. "YES, I DID IT!" Trixie happily shouted until she covered her mouth, because this place is the hospital.

Spike and Sparx had finally made it safely teleported to Canterlot. The baby dragon feels relief to be when he and Sparx are in one piece when Trixie casting the spell. "Alright Sparx, now we gotta to get in to warn the Princesses." Spike said when he rushed to the palace while Sparx is following him.
Meanwhile at the throne room, there were Princess Celestia and Princess Luna in serious discussions with their mentor Starswirl the Bearded about the threat has return. Until then, Spike and Sparx rushed inside the throne room towards them. "Spike, what are you and Sparx doing here?" Princess Celestia asked.
"Please help, Twilight and the others have kidnapped by those ponies wearing in black capes and glowing red eyes, so Twilight send me for your help." Spike explained in worry. Causing the princesses and Starswirl eyes widened of knowing the ones that taken the Mane Six.
"The Dredoks." Starswirl the Bearded said the black cloak ponies names with a serious tone.
"The what now?" Spike asked in confusion.
"The Dredoks are once the greatest wizards in Equestria, until the sorcerer named Nemnok corrupted their minds and spirits by his poisonous words and turn them evil with a dark magic. Now they became neither living or dead." Starswirl said when he tells them the Dredoks origin story.
"If they are here, it would mean Nemnok is here too." Princess Celestia said when she believes.
"Then, why does this Nemnok want with Twilight and the others?" Spike asked.
"... If my correction serves, he needed them to set Empress Ravahna free from her stone prison, I can already sense her returns." Starswirl said.
"Empress who?" Spike said in confusion.
Starswirl the Bearded began to tell them a story about Empress Ravahna.
"Before Celestia and Luna were born, Ravahna wasn't evil when she was once a princess among all other alicorn. Until pride and lust for power intrigued her. She believes she can rule Equestria by herself and declare to be Empress. When the other alicorns found out her plans, they banished her.
After her banishment, Ravahna create a relic that will gain her strength and magic by the darkness, and of all... she evolved into terrifying being. Spreading the plague among all kingdoms.
Empress Ravahna challenges all the alicorns... without mercy. Equestria were fear by her own twisted desire for what she has done. And so began the ending war, I was the only one left who can stop her. I have managed to separate her and the amulet. Turning her into stone statue to be imprisoned for all eternity."
A wise wizard finished his story to the princesses and a baby dragon.
"So It would explain why he needed Twilight Sparkle and her friends." Princess Celestia said when she understands it.
"Yes, now she is free, Equestria is in grave danger once more." Starswirl nodded.
"If he has found Ravahna, then what about the amulet?" Princess Luna asked.
"The amulet was sent far away without us knowing it location, it will be our chance to find it and destroy it." Starswirl said when he thinks. "We must send somepony to retrieve it."
When that moment on, Spike taking his step forward at them, meaning he volunteered to find the Ravahna's amulet. "I'll do it." Spike said.
"Spike... are you sure you would accept this quest? But you could get hurt, or worse." Celestia said in worry for the young baby dragon.
"Yes I'm sure." Spike nodded. "Besides, Sparx and I have to do this for Twilight and others, we faced many danger back at Neverland. So please, let us do it."
Princess Celestia couldn't say a word to him, until she did with a smile because of Spike's bravery. "Farewell then, I accepted you will succeed on your noble quest my dear Spike."
"And before you leave, take this on your journey." Starswirl said when the wizard giving a baby dragon a object.
"A compass?" Spike said in confusion.
"It is no mere compass young dragon, this one can track down the amulet from anywhere else you go. I design it myself when I was young. Never loose in your hand, understood." Starswirl said when the baby dragon nodded. "Excellent, remember, the fate of Equestria is now rest in you."
"Okay... everypony, we won't let you all down, I promise." Spike said when he and Sparx saluted at them, and then take off to head back to Ponyville to get his supplies for their journey to find the amulet.
"Sister, I regretted to say this, is it wise to let a small child go to a dangerous task he had never faced before?" Princess Luna said when she is worry.
"Spike has a heart like no other dragons Luna, he chose to accept the quest for the ones he loved. And someday in the future, he'll be more than a hero." Princess Celestia said in believe for the baby dragon. And her little sister understands it. "Now we must send words to all kingdoms, I fear war... is coming."
Without them noticing, there was a raven on top of the tree that appeared to be Nemnok familiar that spying on them.

"So that's how it done. You poor simple minded fool." Nemnok said when he sees and heard the information from Starswirl the Bearded through the raven's eyes. The sorcerer learned that a compass can lead Spike to find Empress Ravahna's amulet somewhere in Equestria. He walk towards to the Dredoks and said. "The dragon has the compass to lead the amulet. You know what you must do, and give the dragon no mercy." He commanded them to find Spike, take the compass, and worse of all... kill him, when they nodded and take their leave. They don't want to keep Empress Ravahna and Nemnok patiently.

At inside of Twilight's castle, Spike gathered the supplies he needed for their journey. By the time when he is done, the baby dragon take flight to the air with Sparx next to him. "Okay buddy, are you ready?" Spike asked and the dragonfly nodded to him. "Good, let's do this."
And so they travel south to where the compass had led them to. Spike and Sparx noble quest has began again and what Starswirl said to them, 'the fate of Equestria is now rest in your hands.'
Today... is Spike and Sparx's first day for their mission to travel the world to find Empress Ravahna's amulet by using Starswirl's compass to point where, destroying it, save his Twilight and her friends, and save Equestria.
Sure it sounds easy peasy, but except for the most part... they are exhausted because they're traveling through the hottest desert in the south. The sweat drips down on baby dragon's face and his wings is starting to get tired for a long flight, same goes for his dragonfly buddy. "Ugh... I forget how hot it is this desert since the last time." Spike said when he and Sparx are stopping their track to take a break. And the other part when a baby dragon remembers the time when he and the Mane six adventured here to go to the land of the hippogriff to defeat the Storm King.
Until then, he starts to reminded about Twilight and her friends. "Sparx, I hope Twilight and the others are okay, I'm getting worried." He said in worry, and then Sparx flew on to his shoulder just to cheer him up and it did. "You're right, Twilight wouldn't want me to be worry and neither will I, thanks Sparx." The baby dragon standing up to get ready to take flight again along with Sparx next to him.

Meanwhile at the Dark Tower, Empress Ravahna was on her throne chair, looking at the giant crystal ball to see Equestria everywhere of how it all changes into modern in her absence. "Equestria has changed... without me, it sicken me." Empress Ravahna said with an anger look on her face.
"But you can begin again, my Empress." Nemnok said when he approaches in front of her.
"Sorcerer, what news have you brought me to it?" She asked.
"My spy has overheard that Starswirl and princesses have send an infant dragon to find your amulet and destroy it." Nemnok answered.
"An infant dragon, Starswirl how cold hearted you are to send a mere child on a dangerous task." Empress Ravahna said. "If that dragon destroys my amulet, I will lose everything I desire, and my existence will ceased to be."
"Not to worry, I have already send my minions to hunt down that dragon, they will never stop and they retrieved what's rightfully yours." Nemnok said.
"And I will have it, so I can rise my army and then bring forth... the war." She said with an evil smile on her face. Picturing her thoughts that all the lands on Equestria will tremble before her.
....
As soon as Spike and Sparx are flying in the middle of the desert for thirty minutes until a baby dragon see not far the distance of Kludgetown. The baby dragon never thought he could go there, but he has choice, after all, the sun is setting down on horizon.
By the time when they got here, he never forgets this town is full of creatures that are aggressive, dealers, thugs, thieves, and headhunters. This is no place for a child such as himself. It is a good thing Twilight tells Spike 'never talked to strangers'.
The baby dragon began to walk the street while he's cautiously his surroundings and Sparx following him. The other creatures were looking at him pass by with a glaring eyes and smirky faces, causing Spike and Sparx gulping like they have a feeling that it's a bad idea to be here.
"Hey you!" A fish creature shouted to Spike. "How much is for that glowing bug there?"
"Umm... I'm sorry but, Sparx is not for sale." Spike said when he defended his dragonfly friend.
"Okay then, what about hhmm... that golden watch around your neck, how much was it?" A fish creature said, while it pointed Starswirl's compass.
"Like I said, everything I have is not for sale." Spike said.
"Fine, have it your way." A fish creature said, until it makes a smirk face. "Woah, what's that over there?!"
Spike reacted to what the fish creature is pointing at, until... it swipes off the compass on Spike's neck and then run away. "HEY, THAT DOESN'T BELONG WITH YOU!" Spike shouted in anger when he starts to chase after it.
The chase was on in Kludgetown, Spike and Sparx were trying to be as fast as they could to get the compass back from the thief. The baby dragon almost grab the it, but it slips. Of course he knows that every fishes are slippery, which is hard to hold on the body. But suddenly, there was a kart full of barrel, blocking Spike's path. They stopped their track to slow down without crash in to it. Spike and Sparx goes fly up in the air to look down to find a thief somewhere. Until now, he spotted it running down to some kind of a bar.
They flying all the way down towards the bar and about to go inside, until a massive lizard creature grab Spike by his tail to be stopped. "Hey, let me go." Spike said.
"Sorry shorty, we're not allow a couple of babies like you going in." Lizard creature said while dropping him to the dirt.
"But that fish stole my compass, I need it back." Spike said.
"Well, boo-hoo, get lost and don't come back runt." Lizard creature while it walks in.
"Great, now what do we do, the compass is in the bar by that thief, and my friends are still in danger, what am I gonna do Sparx?" Spike asked while he walks back and forth, feeling ashamed for not being responsibility for it. However, the idea starts to kick in.
Couple of minutes later, Spike disguised himself wearing a coat, puffy kerly orange wig, and a mustache. "Okay Sparx, let's hope it works." Spike said to his little buddy inside his coat. The baby dragon walks towards the entrance to the bar, until a lizard creature stopped him. It looked down at him with serious look, and then it let Spike in disguise enter the bar. It was a good thing that lizard creature is to stupid not to know anything suspicious about it.
As soon as he enters the bar, spike was shocked to see so many creatures much bigger inside. Seeing them drinking, playing card games, and arm wrestles. That lizard creature was right about it, this bar is no place for children, but it doesn't matter to him, all that matters is to find the thief, take back Starswirl's compass and then get out of here fast. He continues walk naturally through all the creatures without causing trouble. "Hey watch where yer going shrimp!" A creature said to Spike with an aggressive tone.
"Oh I'm sorry." Spike Apologized and then walk away from it. The baby dragon was lucky when he's not getting pummeled to death. "Phew that was a close o-." Spike's words were cut off because he spotted the thief was sitting their and drinking. He now have the chance to get the compass by sneaking in. He slowly reached out hand to grab it without getting caught. In the meantime, he finally got it back.
"Yes, I did it Sparx." Spike proudly said to his little buddy inside the coat. "Now let's just get out this stup- oof!" Spike's words cut off because accidentally bumped into a big creature in front of him and spilled its drink.
"You spilled my drink, now you're gonna be dead!" It said when it's ready to throw a punch on Spike. But it missed him and accidentally punched other creature in front. the other one is angry and hitting it back. Now the whole creatures are joining in to fight each other.
The bar fight rages on like crazy, they all just hitting each other, tossing each other, and wrestles each other. Spike was stuck in the middle of it, trying to find a way to leave. By the time when he's avoiding, he sees the exit. So all he have to do get down and crawled towards it without getting stomped. "Oh boy, this is crazy, this is crazy, this is crazy, this is crazy, this is crazy, this is crazy." Spike repeats the words he saying for keep moving forward. The baby dragon finally almost made it to the exit when he get back up of his feet. However, the same creature that spike bumped into just blocked his path.
"Heh heh heh, no where to go ya twerp." It said while cracking its knuckles.
"I really don't want to fight you, but..." spike sighed, feeling like he's gonna end this without bloodshed. The baby dragon took a deep breath and blow out the green flames on the creature's face. By the time when he's done, the creature makes a goofy face and then collapse backwards to the floor. "I'm sorry." He Apologized again, until he noticed that the flames are on the ceiling. "Uh oh." Its starts to spread more when all the creatures stop fighting and start running out of the bar.
While the flames consumed the bar, Spike and Sparx attempted to leave Kludgetown because he feels like he's causing a lot of trouble there. "You know what Sparx, I don't think we can spend the night here on this town, don't you agree?" Spike asked, and Sparx nodded to agreeing with him.
And so, Spike and Sparx continues on their travel to find a spot for one night and then starting their quest to find Empress Ravahna's amulet to save the Mane six and Equestria.
....
Meanwhile, back at the middle of the desert where Spike and Sparx have stopped before. The Dredoks have found Spike's foot prints, knowing that he's at Kludgetown straight to the south. Their hunt for the baby dragon has just beginning.
It started At the night time at Canterlot, princess Celestia and princess Luna demanding the council to write each scrolls to send for every kingdoms. Crystal Empire, Yakyakistan, Dragon lands, Changeling Kingdom, Mount Aris, Griffinstone, and more. A scrolls saying that the great evil is here, and they needed their aid to fight as one. Some of them are accepted to help, and some of them would choose to defend their own kingdom. The princesses also commanded the royal guards to prepare an army to march. Even starswirl's companions The Pillars are joining in too. Speaking of Starswirl, a wise wizard is on the balcony, sensing Empress Ravahna's presence through his beating heart. "Everything is now ready Starswirl." Celestia said to her mentor and her sister Luna nodded.
"... Celestia, Luna, there is something... I must do that I never done this for a long time ago." Starswirl said when he look down and thinking on his mind by going to face the Empress again. Making the princesses knowing what he means.
"Allow us to accompany with you." Luna said.
"No, you all shall remain here. I could not letting anything happen to you, not after what happen that day." Starswirl said in worries, seeing the flashback about how Empress Ravahna defeated all the alicorns. "I must go there, alone."
"Then... are you sure you must do this?" Celestia said in worry for their mentor "but what if something terrible has happena to you I-"
"Do not worry, I will be fine." Starswirl said when he cut off her words. "If I do not return when the sun rises, begin to march to the Doma." The princesses nodded together to agreeing his choice. A wizard starts to smile at them because he remembered the time when two sisters were very young, and they've grown together. Feeling like a father figure at them.
Starswirl the Bearded began to teleported himself somewhere away to go to the land of Doma to face Empress Ravahna once again. "Will he be okay?" Luna asked.
"He will be Luna, we must believe him." Celestia answered while starring to the horizon. "Spike, time is at the essence, please be careful." She also thinks for a baby dragon.
....
Meanwhile, Spike and Sparx made it farthest reaches of Equestria where the compass pointed to south. Now it changes direction to the west. Before they go west, Spike did make a camp fire and he is about to write down the paper for Princess Celestia of what he is doing while Sparx is sleeping on top of his backpack.
"Dear Princess Celestia." Spike said while writing it down. "Sparx and I are fine in our first day on mission. We've travel to the desert, it was really hot. Luckily, I found Kludgetown to go there. But the worst part is that the thief stole the compass that Starswirl gave me. I've managed to get it back. From now on I will be cautious. I hope me and Sparx are almost close to find the amulet. From Spike."
The baby dragon has finished writing the paper and now blowing it out with his green fire to deliver to her. He yawned for exhaustion, ready to go to sleep to continuing tomorrow morning. When he closed his eyes, he still thinking for Twilight and her friends. He Hope that they will be okay once the nightmare is over.
Another day in the morning when the sun rises to the horizon. Spike and Sparx already waking up from their sleep to start on their quest. By the time when they continued. "HEEEELP!" A shout coming from the trees.
"Sparx, it sounds like somepony is in danger, let's go." Spike said while they rushed to the source.
By the time when they get there, their eyes widened for an old mare was surrounded by a flock of Cockatrices. Everypony knows that Cockatrices can turn anypony into stone if they look into their eyes, or even attacking for the kill. "Somepony help me, I'm too old to die!" An old mare said while her eyes are closed and praying for her life.
"Oh no she's in trouble, I gotta help her." Spike said. The baby dragon rushed in to save an old mare, but he has to be very carefully with those things. Because the last he met those with Twilight, they got turned into stone. So right now it won't happen again... hopefully. "Hey, leave that poor old mare alone you overgrown chickens!" He shouted with his eyes closed.
The Cockatrices turns their attention to the baby dragon with the ferocious hiss. They charged at him while flapping. but unexpectedly, Spike releases his green fire rapidly on them. Causing the Cockatrices to stop and retreat for their lifes.
While they're gone, Spike and Sparx went to check on the old mare to see if she's okay. "Are they gone, who's there?" She asked while her eyes still closed.
"It's okay ma'am, the Cockatrices are gone, you can open your eyes now." He said to make sure they are not coming back.
When an old mare opened her eyes, she looked down to see a baby dragon and a dragonfly. "Oh, thank you very much young... dragon, how can ever repay you both?" She gratefully said.
"Nothing much, we're just traveling until we've saved your life." He said and then start to introduce. "I'm Spike by the way. And this is my friend Sparx."
"Oh, I know who you both are." She said.
"You do?" Spike said when he and Sparx are confused.
"Of course I do. I am the Amaihis, the predictor of seeing past, present,... and future." She said. "You're Spike the dragon, born from Canterlot and raised by Twilight Sparkle, the princess of friendship. And Sparx from Neverland in another world." Spike and Sparx are speechless for what they hear from an old mare, believing that she really is the Psychic. "Oh what are we standing here? Come, my home isn't very far, you must be very exhausting."
"Um... okay, Sparx and I doing need some break." Spike and Sparx nodded to her. They began to follow an old mare's place for resting for awhile. He hope she doesn't leading them somewhere that has dangerous creatures besides Cockatrices.
By the time when they made it to her small cabin house. The inside is very old, dusty, and full of stuff she has in her old days. She offered a baby dragon a tea that she makes. "I do hope you like my calm soothing tea." Amaihis said while pouring in tea cup.
"Thank you." Spike politely said when he start drinking it. After he finished it, a baby dragon is about to asking a questions. "So, if you're really a psychic, then do you know why me and Sparx are here for?"
"Yes I do, you were on a quest to find an evil alicorn's amulet." She said when she placed her hooves on her head with both eyes closed.
"Wow. I did not see that coming." Spike said with eyes widened when he and Sparx are amazed.
"I get it all the time. It happens to everypony." She said when she rolled her eyes until an old mare predicted something. "I predict you want to know anything about your future, do you?"
"Well... yes." Spike admittedly said.
"Very well." Amaihis nodded. "Why don't you wait here, I have get my Psychic hat."
While she is gone, Spike and Sparx have to looking around without moving to seeing everything an old mare got. Until then, they found an old poster of a adult beautiful mare says 'Lady Amaihis The Predictor'. "Wow Sparx, for her early age, she sure is gorgeous." Spike said to Sparx with a blush. But Rarity is still number one to him.
"I apologize to kept you waiting, it was a lot of mess and I forgot to clean it all up." She said while dusting off her hat that had one eye on. While she puts it on, Amaihis prepare to see the visions by meditating. "Yes, I have entered the space and time itself, I can feel it all around us. Now young dragon, lend me your... claws, would you mind?"
"Okay." Spike nodded while he passes his hands to her hooves.
"Hmmm... I see your future, both futures." She said with eyes closed. "Wait, oh no, this isn't right."
"What is it?" Spike asked.
"I see that there is... something far more sinister than any Equestria has ever seen... and it is not from this world." Amaihis said in less fear with the sound of heartbeat and shivering because she sees the dark Predictions. "I see... fire, a terrifying flames. The Equestria will be burn when the sun and moon merge into eclipse and the great evil will come to destroy all! BEWARE OF THE EYE!"
Spike and Sparx were so shocked in fear to hear for what she said, causing a baby dragon to remove his hands from her hooves. An old mare took a heavy breathing to catch breath by calming herself. "Are, are you alright?" Spike asked in worry.
"Yes... I will be alright, I just needed to have my tea." She said while taking a drink.
"Okay so, what was that?" He asked again.
"I... do not know. My Psychic can only shows me anypony's future, but yours is different than the others." She said while she wipe off the sweat with her handkerchief. "But I have seeing so many of your possible futures."
"What kind of possible futures?" He asked.
"I'm afraid I cannot tell you that." She said. "However, it is only up for you to decide what path you choose for yourself when the time has comes."
The baby dragon now understand what she is saying about his own path when he nodded.
Couple of hours later, Spike and Sparx are preparing to leave for their quest. Until an old mare approaches to them. "Hold on young dragon. Before you all take your leave, I have something for you in my gratitude for saving me." She said while reach out to pull out a white pendulum.
"A gem?" Spike said in confusion when he have it.
"Oh it is no gem. This pendulum is magic, it can transport you to anywhere you desire. Use it wisely on your journey. If something goes terribly wrong, pictured any place with your mind and then break it." She said for explainasion.
"Wow, thank you mis." Spike thankfully said to a kind old mare.
"No, it is I should be thanking you." Amaihis said.
And so Spike and Sparx continues their quest by leaving an old mare place while waving at her for goodbye. But suddenly, the baby dragon was very confused for what happened back then when he hears his future. "Beware of the eyes, what does it mean?" He asked himself in confusion. But it doesn't matter anymore. All that matters is that finding the amulet is important mission before the final battle is coming. But they did not know the danger is headed their way.
Out at the land of Doma, Starswirl the Bearded has manged to get there on time. It wasn't his first time because he's been here before long ago, he never thought he'd come back after all these centuries. Starswirl sees the the dark tower far away from his distance, ready to continue headed straight forward.
While he is walking on the waste land, he sees all armored skeleton ponies on the ground, hearing the echoes in agony of those who died in war. It is hard to ignore it, but Starswirl has to keep moving forward.
"I'm coming for you Empress Ravahna." Starswirl said while he's almost there to the tower. "I have defeated you once, and now I shall do so again."
At top of it, there's Nemnok watching Starswirl far down without a wise wizard not knowing. A sorcerer makes a grin smile on his face because he is anxious to see him again. "It would seem our old guest has arrived my Empress." Nemnok said to his Empress of evil.
"Let him come, it is only a matter of time for my revenge upon him." She said when she gets up off her throne.
"Indeed." Nemnok agreed with her. "And soon, he'll be fallen right into our trap."
....
The fog is everywhere around Spike and Sparx. They cannot see where they're going to their destination. luckily the compass led to them, but the baby dragon has to be careful where he steps on.
"This is really hard to see Sparx." Spike said while moving slowly. "I don't even know where i- WAAAH OOF!... am." His words cut off because he tripped by the stone from his foot and landed on his face. Sparx chuckled for a hilarious scene. The baby dragon gets up from the ground and spat out the dirt out of his mouth. "Ha ha, very funny." He said when he's not amused.
By the time he gets up, they now continues to move on forward, hopefully this time he won't tripped again. While they disappear through the fog, a very far behind them were three Dredoks appears out of nowhere.
A couple of minutes later, they still keep moving through the fog. But until then, the fog itself starts to faded away, perfectly clear for Spike and Sparx to see almost. "Finally, we can see anything now." Spike happily said. Until suddenly, a beam out of nowhere almost hit the baby dragon's head. Causing them to stop their track in shock, and turning around quick to see what's behind them. Their eyes widened in fear of seeing the Dredoks are here to eliminate Spike. "Oh no, it's the Dredoks, why are they here?"
Another shot of the beam almost hit him again, causing the baby dragon to back away and ready to run. "Oh yeah? Lets see how you all like this." Spike said when he spewed out his fire ball and hit the Dredoks. "Hah, how do you like... them... apples?" His words slows down because the Dredoks are still burn but feel no pain at all. The baby dragon forgets what Starswirl says, 'the Dredoks are neither living or dead'.
The Dredoks began to charge towards at them for the kill. Spike and Sparx also fly away from them for their lives as fast as they can while the Dredoks are shooting with a multiple beams.
The chase has been difficult for Spike and Sparx to avoid their beams while the Dredoks still chasing them. The blasts causes a explosions everywhere in the forest. Suddenly, one beam managed to hit Spike's wing. The pain overwhelms him, causing the baby dragon to crash landed to the ground and Sparx go to him in such a rush with worry.
"GAH, my wing... I think its broken!" Spike shouted in pain. The baby dragon check his wing to see how bad it is. But then, he notice now that his wing bone is actually broke. "If we can't out run them, we need to hide now."
Spike and Sparx had to find a place to hide before the Dredoks find them finger them and destroy. However, Sparx did found a tree hole to hide when he told Spike that he found it. They hear the sound of hooves steps, meaning that they're closer. So the baby dragon and dragonfly had to rush to the hole.
And by the time they got in, Sparx swoop in his backpack and Spike had to be very quiet not to make a movements and noises. The Dredoks got there on time, but no trace for the baby dragon. But suddenly, another Dredoks sees the hole, believing that Spike is in there. "Uh-oh, not good." Spike whisper when he crawled backwards. But then. "WAAAHHH!"
He falls into more deep hole, sliding down to a different direction while he and Sparx are screaming. It was really long slide to go farthest down there.
Spike use his claws from his hands and feet to stop falling, but it didn't when his claws are heating up and burn. Luckily for Spike, he is fire proof. And then, he pops out the hole and falling down the short abyss full of crystal on rocks and water fall with glowing moss.
The baby dragon crashes into puddle safety but painfully because it's not deep at all. "Uuugh... that hurt, at least we've lost the Dredoks though." Spike said to Sparx in relief while his dragonfly friend comes out his backpack.
But he noticed the pain of his left wing could be broken. Without it, he can't fly anymore. So he will do it the old fashioned way.
While the baby dragon wrapped the band aid in his wing, they now need to figured it out to find a way to the service. "Okay Sparx, we need to get back out somehow. I guess we go... that way." He said by pointed the tunnel on the right.
And so they decided to go the tunnel which is very dark see, but luckily for Sparx can glow out the light to see perfectly. But they do not know what lies beneath the tunnel, so they better watch out for anything what's in store to them.
....
Meanwhile, Starswirl the Bearded has entered the dark tower, keeping his distance of his surroundings for what's coming to him. Seeing this place is abandoned for centuries, but not anymore. "Empress Ravahna, I am here, show yourself!" Starswirl shouted in echo to call upon the Empress of evil.
However, the wizard hears the sounds of hooves steps, coming from everywhere not know where. Starswirl uses his magical horn to be prepare for what's coming. Until sudden, he sees the four Dredoks steps out of the shadows.
"Servants of the Sorcerer, where are you masters?" Starswirl asked in aggressive tone, but none of them can speak. "I will not ask you a second time, where are they!?"
"Right behind you." A voice came from behind. Until, Starswirl has been binded by some sort of magic snakes that holds him and stopped his horn from using magic. The tightening has caused the wizard's agony and collapse to the floor, trying to break free.
Starswirl looked up to the sorcerer face to face. "Nem... mok!" He barely said in pain.
Nemnok takes a further steps to see Starswirl with a chuckle because he finally has an opportunity to trap him for the Empress. "It has been long... long... time, my dear old friend."
In the tunnel, it was really dark. The sounds dripping came from the spikes on the ceiling and every colors of gems are everywhere. Spike and Sparx kept moving through it for quite long. but to them, it feels like a maze going all directions that led to every dead ends. Even though, this is really stressful to them like they're going in circle.
"Uuuugh... Sparx, it is me or is it feels like we've been around in circles?" Spike asked to his dragonfly friend. Sparx shook his head, meaning that he is confuse as Spike is. "Didn't think so. But I'm pretty sure we'll get back to the service one way or another."
Sparx had to agree with the baby dragon, they just need to going to find a way. Even if it'll take them a minutes or an hours for it.
A few minutes later, Spike and Sparx were taking a break for all that long walk in the tunnel. So they're having a snack. Spike was eating the gems that are on the rocks like it is for free meal and Sparx also eating a small pieces of fruit that is enough to full for his stomach. "I'm glad there are lots of gems here, this place could a buffet, but better." Spike said while he chewing with his mouth full.
However, the baby dragon stop chewing his meal because he hear some voices coming from the far right. So they have head towards the source. And by the time when they found out what voices came from, they spotted a couple of Rock Lobsters are gambling a game. "A Rock Lobsters, maybe they know the way out to the service, let's go ask them." Spike happily said when he's about to come out to appear to talk to them.
"Excuse me." He asked them, causing the Rock Lobsters to get startled in shock.
"Wha, wha, who are ya and what are ya doin in our turf?" One Rock Lobster asked in aggressive tone.
"Oh, I'm sorry." Spike Apologized until he's starts to introduce and explanation. "My name is Spike and this is friend Sparx. We got lost in every tunnel, so do you know the way the service?"
"... Give us a sec, will ya?" One Rock Lobster said while he get his pals to speak in private to whisper. Spike couldn't hear what they're saying, just only whispers and giggling. But then, the Rock Lobsters are finished speaking in private and gonna tell Spike. "Alright kid, we know where the exit is, so we'll take ya there."
"Awesome, thank you." Spike gratefully said.
"No problem, now follow us junior." Second Rock Lobster said. Spike and Sparx are now following the Rock Lobsters to a way. But unaware to them, the Rock Lobsters makes a smirking faces to led the baby dragon and a dragonfly to a different way that they never expected.
A couple of minutes later, they all have stopped to a destination that those Rock Lobsters led, it was not expected for Spike and Sparx to be at dead end. "Uh, I don't think that's the right way, is it?" Spike said in confusion.
"Hehehe, that's what ya think... TWERP!" One Rock Lobster said when he hit Spike's head really hard. The baby dragon falls to the ground unconscious and his eyes starts to closed. "Sweet dreams. Once ya wake up, we're gonna enjoy the show."

Meanwhile at the dark tower, the scream of pain echoing from the inside. Starswirl the Bearded is hanging in chains in the dungeon, torturing by Dredoks with their electric magic. But then, they stopped because their masters are coming in the dungeon to see Starswirl. He barely hold it in while he is cough. Until, Empress Ravahna steps in to see him with a perfect opportunity along with the sorcerer Nemnok. "Starswirl, look how old you've become." She said with a smile of her face.
"And... you are looking... well as ever." Starswirl barely said.
"Oh, you have no how long I have been waiting for this moment to come. I never forget the day you imprisoned me and robe my rule." Empress Ravahna said with an anger that burns within her eyes and soul. "I can destroy you right there and now, but I will not. I will make you suffer as I have until you draw your last... breath. Now, as soon as I have what's rightfully mine, I shall rise my army and conquer Equestria once again." She attempts to walk out the dungeon.
"You may have defeated me, but there are heroes somewhere in Equestria who can stop you." Starswirl said. "My advise is do not underestimate them."
"I am aware you send a mere child dragon to a foolish quest. The Dredoks are already tracking it down. They will retrieved my amulet... and kill the one who Carries it." Empress Ravahna said when Nemnok already told her before, causing the wizard's eyes widened and trying to shake the chains out for worry of the baby dragon.
While Empress Ravahna and Nemnok left, the Dredoks now continues to torture Starswirl the Bearded again just to make him scream in agony and pain.
....
Both eyes are starting open up. Spike began to wake up back to his conscious, but unaware that he and Sparx are in the cell bar and his backpack is gone. "Ow... my head, where are we Sparx?" Spike asked while he rubbed his head to relief the pain away.
"You're in the cell, dummy." A Rock Lobsters said when he's appeared outside, and the baby dragon remembered him.
"You. I thought you're gonna get us out to the service." Spike said in anger.
"Yeah... we lied." Rock Lobster said with a smirk face. "The reason why you're here, that is why we need a new challenger for the arena."
"What, your saying that you want me to fight in the arena? Forget it, I'm not doing it." Spike said to refused and Sparx nodded to agreeing with him.
"Oh yes ya will, because otherwise ya gonna fight to earn your freedom or kiss it goodbye." Rock Lobster said.
The baby dragon was conflicted between to choices, it's either accepted or stuck here forever when Equestria is about to end. "... Fine, I'll play your game, but you better keep your promise to let us go and give it back my backpack you took." Spike sigh with regrets.
"Junior, ya got yourself a deal." Rock Lobster agreed with him. "Alright kid, listen very carefully, in order to earn your freedom is you're gonna have to beat three of our beasts. At the end, your gonna have defeat our champion we call him... the Berserker."
While the rock Lobster went away, Spike is terrified and gulping to hear from him a word 'Berserker'. He feels like he's gonna die if Spike fought off against the champion in the ring. But the baby dragon has to do it for their freedom and for Twilight and her friends. "Okay Sparx, we fought pirates once, so whatever comes at us, we can win this." Spike said with courage and boldness while his dragonfly friend nodded to agreeing with him.
And so the gate is opening behind the baby dragon, forcing them to enter the arena and seeing the entire Rock Lobsters cheering and booing. While the gate is closed, another far away in front of Spike and Sparx is opened to let out what's inside. "Let's do this."
The arena has now started where all the Rock Lobsters are cheering and booing at those down there. Spike and Sparx are prepared for whatever comes at them, hoping they can survive and winning for their freedom. One Rock Lobster goes up to the stage and started to announce yo all Rock Lobsters that came to see the showdown. "Hellooooooo everybody, welcome to Beast Arena where all the deadly creatures from around Equestria. Today, we bring out a new challenger from above the service just to earn his freedom. A reptilian, a fire breathing machine, a pip squeak, Spiiiiiiiike the Dragooooooon!" He shouted.
Spike and Sparx move forward to entering the large red circle and wave nervously at them. The crowds are excited to see a new creature that they've been waiting for, most of them hated when they booing. "Okay, we can do this Sparx, we got to win this game and then we leave. Beside, how hard can it be?" Spike said to his buddy, but a bad timing to tempting fate.
"And his opponents, the most ferocious and vile creatures with a nasty breath that ever lived among the packs. The TiiiiiiiiiimberWoooooolves!" He said while he pulled the lever to open the door and letting out three Timberwolves.
The baby dragon eyes widened in panic because he once run into them before... twice. "Oh you got to be kidding me right now!" He said when his face is gloomy.
"It looks as though these packs haven't eat anything for quite awhile and they are hangry. Now, let the match, BEGIN!" He shouted when he hit the big the bell two times.
Three Timberwolves began to attack at the baby dragon, causing Spike and Sparx to gasp in fear and starts to run away from them. The crowds booed this is a fight arena, not a running away arena. The Timberwolves were nearly biting Spike's head and tail, luckily he kept dodging but he can't for last longer. "Leave us alone you crazy wooden dogs!" Spike said in exhaustion while he still running, but the Timberwolves are getting more angrier when they now split up.
Spike and Sparx didn't notice that the Timberwolves are not behind them. As soon as Spike stopped, he gasped of seeing three Timberwolves were circling around him, trapping him. "Not good, nowhere to get out!" He said when he's stuck in this situation. He wish his wing is fixed so he can fly, but it still broken. The Timberwolves have stopped circling around and charged to Spike at the same time. Suddenly, the baby dragon quickly jump high when he's panic. The Timberwolves did not expected because each of them crashes each other in pieces. Spike was surprised to see that happened, until he starts to laugh in relief. "That was a close call. Hahaha, How do you like them apples?" He said when he kicks the stick.
The crowds cheered excitedly for the baby dragon's victory on his first round. "What a surprise, it seems that those Timberwolves just accidentally knock each others up. So, Spike the dragon has won the first match. Round two will resume in five minutes folks!" Rock Lobster said to the crowds. "Can someone clean it all up before these mutts are recovering!"
Back in the cell, Spike and Sparx are resting for the next match, but they're a bit worried for what comes next for Spike to face against. "I thought I was gonna be their lunch Sparx, but thanks to my one wing, it give me a boost to jump." Spike proudly said with his dragonfly friend and Sparx nodded.
"Nicely played junior." Rock Lobster said when he appears outside the bar. "But admittedly, running away from them ain't good enough. This is a battle not a playground. What are you nine?"
"I'm eleven." Spike said to giving him a correct answer, but a Rock Lobster didn't care. "So what beast am I facing next? That better not be worst than Timberwolves this time."
"Oh, I got something much batter than those mutts, but ya gonna have to find out soon enough." He said for not giving the baby dragon the answer, not even a hint until he left. "Ya got one minute left until round two is starting. Good luck out there kiddo, ya gonna need it."
A short minute have passed, Spike and Sparx have already entered the arena and prepared themselves for what's coming next. "Welcome back folks. Here we have, Spike the dragon on the second match will facing off against the most vicious monster that ever lived. It is half insect and mammal with four paws. That's right, here come... Buuuuugbeeeaaar!" Rock Lobster shouted to the crowds.
Suddenly, a bugbear came of the cage to enter the arena with a buzzing wings and a roar, causing Spike and Sparx to gasp. "Not good." Spike nervously said.
"Now, let the second match... BEGIN!" Rock Lobster shouted as he hit the big bell two times again.
The bugbear flies up and charged down at the baby dragon with a obnoxious Roar to use its stinger. However, Spike dodged it as quick as he can, but he didn't see it coming when he got pounded by its paws, sending him flying and crashing to the ground. Bugbear is about to end him with its stinger. Until suddenly, Sparx quickly save Spike by flashes to blinded it and miss.
"Thanks buddy, I owe you everything." Spike said while he's getting up. "Okay, how are we gonna beat it?"
The baby dragon had to think of way to stop the bugbear before its sights are recovered. But first, he needs to deal with its stinger. Until then, the idea came up to his head, a brilliant plan to win. "Sparx, listen closely." He whispered to his friend. By the time when the bugbear's eyes are cleared, it started to get angry when it trying to look for Spike, until now. The baby dragon waved at in front of it from far.
"Hey, over here you overgrown teddy, come and get me!" Spike shouted when he make it attacked him.
The bugbear once again charged at the baby dragon by using its stinger. Spike didn't move because he is waiting for the right moment, and then. "Now Sparx!" Spike shouted when he throw his dragonfly friend straight to the bugbear's face. When Sparx landed on its nose, he flashes its eyes again to blinded.
The bugbear crash sliding towards the cage when Spike jump flipped and blast the bars chain to close it with his green fire ball. "Wow, what a Twist. That bugbear just crashed back inside its cage. Spike the dragon has won the second match folks!" Rock Lobster shouted excitedly when the crowds are cheering louder than before. Spike and Sparx are proudly for each other when they high five. "The final match we've all been waiting for will resume in another ten minutes!"
Back at the cell, Spike and Sparx were eating their meals to get full to grow their energy. Suddenly, a Rock Lobster approaches happily towards the cell where the baby dragon is. "Ya never ceased to surprised me kid, ya and your... bug friend have barely survived through two matches in the arena." He said.
"Why, are you disappointed?" Spike asked with both his arms crossed.
"Nah, not at all." Rock Lobster said. "But that's not why I'm here for. I'm came to give ya a heads up for the final. Your opponent is not like any others you've fought before, he is the champion, the king of ringer. If I were you, I wouldn't make him very very VERY angry like ya did, he'll sqeeze ya like a squeaky toy. good luck again kid, your gonna need it."
As soon as a Rock Lobster left, Spike and Sparx were now afraid for what he saying. But they have to win for their freedom and continuing on their quest to find the amulet.
If they loses, they'll be stuck there forever when the world... is about to meets its end.
The sounds of crowds cheering from the outside when Spike and Sparx are waiting for the big door to be open. The baby dragon knew that he and Sparx have made it through the matches, but now they hope they can also make it to the finale.
As soon as the big door opened, they moved forward to exited and entered the red line circle in the arena. One Rock Lobster in front of Spike starts to make an announcement to the crowds. "Ladies and gentle Lobsters, tonight you've all been waiting for this opportunity. Here we have is the one who's ready to win the match and a friended to bugs. The one and only, Spiiiiiiike the Dragoooooooon!" He shouted.
The crowds are happily cheered for the little guy, causing the baby dragon to blush and wave at them.
"So telling me junior, how is it feel to be in this final match?" Rock Lobster asked while he placed his claws on Spike's shoulder.
"I don't know, maybe I'm just ready I guess." Spike answered.
"I doubt it ya are, kid." Rock Lobster said and then he turns to the crowds. "And now, we bring out you've all been waiting for. Behold, the champion of arena, the king of ringer, the stone crusher. That's right ladies and gentle lobsters, our champion... BEEEERRRRSERKEEEEERRRRR!"
*THUMP STEPS*
Spike can feel a little bit vibration on the ground from his feet. The thumping is getting louder and closer, and the sound of snarling coming from the opening big door in front of him. What appears out of the dark was causing Spike and Sparx eyes widened to know his opponent named 'Berserker' turn out to be... a black minotaur.
The crowds cheered for the champion of arena while he flexes his muscular body in from of them. Until suddenly, he noticed that his opponent was down here. "So this puny dragon is who I'm up against, don't make me laugh." Berserker said with such toughness words and chuckle.
"That's right champ, but ya don't know what this kid is capable of, because he barely made it through the matches alive." Rock Lobster said while patting Spike's head.
"Is that so. Alright then, let's see what you can do runt." Berserker said.
"I'm ready whenever you are." Spike said with such bravery and Sparx nodded. But suddenly, a minotaur just grabbed a rock and crush it with his bare hand. "... Oh boy."
" now without further ado, let the final battle arena... BEGIN!" Rock Lobster shouted when he hit the big bell.
Two fighters takes their battle stands, waiting for which one of them makes the first move. Until then, Spike first charge at Berserker with battle cry and throw many punches at him, but Spike didn't because the minotaur's hand had stopped the baby dragon's track.
"Hehehe, that's very cute coming from you, now it's my turn." Berserker said while he lifted Spike's head up and slam the baby dragon to the ground really hard. "Get up, I want to see more."
Spike can feel the pain from his back before he got up from the ground, and then he starts to take thing to a next level. "Okay, you want to see something more, I'll give you one." Spike said in attitude when he takes a deep breath and releases the fire ball to hit the minotaur in the chests.
Berserker just got hit by it, the pain hurts him a little, but it takes more than one to take him down. The minotaur now starts to get very aggressive when he shake his head and began to charge at Spike. The baby dragon was gasp by that and managed to jump above him to dodge. He turned around to see the minotaur got hit the wall with his bare horn and causing everything to shake a little like an earthquake. As soon as Berserker got his horns out, he turned to see Spike and said. "Okay kid, you are quite good I'll give you that. But you won't beat me, I am the champion of arena and I will squash you like a grape." Berserker said to admitted with a smile on his face.
"Yeah... well, bring it on." Spike said when he dares Berserker to come at him.
The minotaur raise his arm to smash Spike, but he miss him. It's the baby dragon turn to attack is to jump on top of his head and pounded with his fists. Berserker attempts to shake him off of his head to get Spike out. But then, a slap knocked Spike to fall down the ground from the minotaur's head.
"Its squeezing time." Berserker said when he grabbed Spike and starts to sqeeze his body really really hard. The baby dragon's face turns red because he feels like he's gonna pop like a balloon and screaming. Sparx gasp to see this happening, so he's about to fly towards the minotaur's face by hitting him in the eyes. "Argh... buzz off you little mosquito!" He headbutted Sparx really, causing the dragonfly to crash landed on the ground.
"Sparx!" Spike barely shouted in worry for his little friend while he's been squeezed. "You're... gonna... regret... hurting... my... friend!" On that moment, Berserker eyes widened to see Spike managed to push off the minotaur's hands with both his arms and legs with all his strength. Berserker tried to squeeze the baby dragon back, but Spike is too strong. Spike took a deep breath and unleashed a huge green fire on Berserker's face, sending him away and landed on the ground.
"How, how can that... be? How come a runt like him be this strong?" Berserker said in confusion while he struggling to get up his knees.
"Are you gonna give up, or you wanted more Berserker?" Spike asked with an attitude while he takes his battle stands.
"Me, give up? Not on your life!" Berserker said.
The minotaur began to charge towards Spike, ready to throw a punch at him. So does the baby dragon began to charge also and ready to throw a punch as he did. They scream furiously as they getting closer while running towards each other. and then...
*POW!*
Each of them knocked each other out, collapse backwards to the ground. "Wow what a knock out folks. It seems these fighters just hit each other with one punch. But if one gets up back on back on his feet, will be determined a winner!" Rock Lobster shouted. Spike and Berserker are struggling to get up because they are feeling hurt.
Until the baby dragon barley moves slowly to sit up straight. "Is that... all you got?" Spike barely asked when he coughing and spat out his tooth.
On that moment, the crowds shouted much louder for cheer because Spike is the only one who got up on his feet first. "Incredible. ladies and gentle Lobsters, we have our winner... Spike the dragon!" Rock Lobster shouted happily to the audience. The crowds shouted Spike's name multiple times and slapping their claws.
Meanwhile, Spike walk to check on if he's okay while he holding him in his hands. "Sparx, please tell me you're okay buddy." He said, and Sparx nodded when he is about to recovered. But suddenly, there was a laugh coming from the minotaur, it wasn't a bad laugh, it's a good laugh.
"Hahahahahahaha, I lose, I lose to you little dragon." Berserker said in happiness while he's getting up, which is make Spike confuse. "You know, no others around the world has ever beaten me in my time, but you are the first one."
"Really?" Spike asked.
"That's right, congratulations." Berserker said after he clapped his hands at the baby dragon.
Couple of hours later after the end of arena, the Rock Lobsters have kept their promises to release them, returning Spike's stuff, and helping them the way out to the service. But when Spike got his backpack back, he was checking to see if the Rock Lobsters didn't steal anything. Luckily, none of it were stolen including the compass. "Well, a deal is a deal kid. What can I say, I am very disappointed. We could've kept ya here forever, but you have our words. You're free to go." Rock Lobster said.
"Thanks, but you better keep your words for it." Spike said.
Spike and Sparx are now on their way back to the service when the Rock Lobsters already told the baby dragon a direction and it take like three hours away up. "Hey kid!" Berserker shouted happily to Spike when he stops his track. "When we meet again, I hope you and I will have rematch someday."
"Oh I do hope so too." Spike said when he winked with one eye.
And so, Spike and Sparx have continued their quest to find their way back to the service and then continuing to find Ravahna's amulet wherever it is somewhere on south. But once they did, Spike and Sparx must beware for the Dredoks that attack them back then. If the Dredoks find them again, they'll be in grave danger and failed. But nothing can stop Spike for saving Twilight and her friends, no matter what.
At the inside the dark tower where the dungeon is, Starswirl the Bearded is still hanging in chains, breathing and coughing because of the torture the Dredoks has done to him. But until, he hear the sounds of hoof steps and said. "You have come to torment me again, then make it quick. I am already suffered now."
"Then I would be gladly enjoy it, but I'm not a barbarian." Nemnok said when he appears out of the shadow.
"Nemnok, after all these years, I thought you were gone long ago. How are you returned?" Starswirl asked in anger at the sorcerer.
Nemnok has taking a seat and began to tell a story. "After the end of the great war and Empress Ravahna's defeat, I survived through the field of battle where YOU left me for dead like an animal. But I escaped from it. Year after year, I hid in the shadow among the ponies and searching for my Empress where you imprisoned her. But like a lowly peasant, I never stopped growing old and weak. I did all my research to find a way to keep me alive and remain my age forever. Few years later, I've heard rumors of you and your companions defeated the three terrible sirens, it is quite outstanding admittedly. But then... you all disappeared since the another defeat the Pony of shadow, Very heart broken of your absence. But I do believe you will one day return, until now."
"Now that I'm returned to this world, are you willing to finish me off as much as your Empress do?" Starswirl asked with a attitude.
"I would likely wanted to, but no. The reason I come to see you is to show you them." Nemnok answered when he revealed a glowing orb that had trapped the mane six within in his hoof, causing the wizard's eyes widened. "The bearers of Harmony, Equestria's righteous heroes, but all I see is they're children who's plays in their imaginations."
"Let them go sorcerer, this is between you, me, and Ravahna, nothing more." Starswirl said for caring about the mane six.
"Why would I, they can be a good use for me." Nemnok said while he the glowing orb inside his cloak. "Right now, I shall be leaving you to your agony, farewell my dear old friend."
"Nemnok, NEMNOK!" Starswirl angrily shouted as he watches the sorcerer walks away.

Meanwhile at the valley, the sun is nearly setting down on the horizon until there is a hole where Spike has crawled out, it really took him and Sparx an hours or more to crawling upwards. The baby dragon is finally relieved when he feel the breeze on his face and his little buddy Sparx is flying around in circle happily.
"Ah, thank Celestia we're finally back the service Sparx." He said while laying on the ground, until he didn't notice where they are now. "Wait a minute, this is... a Froud Valley?" He recognize when he look up on the giant stone statue of pony head.
Suddenly, Spike feels the compass is shaking from his neck when he grabbed to see what's going on with it. The arrow pointed at the statue, meaning that the amulet must be there. "Sparx, I believe this is where it is, we've made it, come on."
They began to run slowly to follow the arrow inside the compass, it was a long way for almost twenty-two minutes. But suddenly, they stopped because the compass that led them to... a stone wall. Spike and Sparx were very confused about it. "Okay... I think the compass is broken Sparx." Spike said while he shake it to see if it's broken or not. However, he believe it's not wrong because he moves it left and right to see the arrow moved directly at the stone wall, but still confuse. "This doesn't make any sense, the compass was supposed to led to the amulet, not the wall." He sat down on the stone in gloomy.
The sun goes down when it disappeared on the horizon and the moon rises up to the sky. The light of the moon shines on the stone walls reveals the light lining which caught Spike and Sparx's attention. Revealing the light shapes like a door with an ancient unicorn writing. Their eyes widened to see its amazement and move closely towards it. The baby dragon believes the compass is never wrong after all. "Of course, this isn't just a wall, it is the door that holds the amulet inside, we did it Sparx." Spike said in happiness with his little dragonfly friend.
The baby dragon placed both his hands and starts to push the light door to open, but it won't opened. He try with all his strength, but it wasn't enough for it. "Come on... come on... please... open!" Spike barely said and then exhaustion affects him. "Why won't it open, don't tell me the door needs a key."
Spike tried everything he can for seven minutes, scratching, hitting, charging, and burning, but that still wasn't enough. A few moments later, the baby dragon and dragonfly didn't notice the writing on top of it. It says, 'If thy desires to enter, speak friend and enter.' Spike now understands what it means, in order to open the stone door. Luckily, Twilight once teaches him mostly history languages back home. "What was it I remember... um...'knewah'?" Spike asked himself, and then he answered to the door, if he is correct.
Until, the stone wall is cracking in line and opening the two doors wide. Spike couldn't believe it works. "Yeahahaha finally. This is it Sparx, once we go inside, we gotta get the Empress's amulet and then take it to Starswirl." Spike said when is planning what to do. Spike now taking his first step inside to begin their way to the amulet.
But without Spike's knowing, is on top of the other is the four Dredoks were watching the baby dragon went inside the secret door. One Dredok make a magic to appear the raven and set it free to deliver to their masters immediately.

The inside of this place is very dark, but luckily for Sparx is always glows. All they now see is dusty floors, webs everywhere, and... two standing old skeleton pony guards which causing Spike and Sparx spooked. "Well... it looks like somepony's forgot to take a vacation." Spike said when he feels sorry for those skeletons and Sparx is nervously nodded. "But there's no time, we gotta keep moving." They Continued to headed forward where they saw a path that lead to some kind of hallway while Sparx lead the way through the dark.
While walking and seeing all the ancient writings and pictures really scares them to know the dark cruel history of Equestria, but right now, they don't have time for distractions. Little do they know, they have stopped their tracks because there is no problem, there are two path on left and right with written words. "Um... that doesn't look, which way do you think we should go?" Spike asked and Sparx shook his head, meaning that he don't know which. "Okay, let's try this then." He reached out his hand and pointed his finger and said. "Eenie meenie miney mo, which of path are we supposed to go to the amulet, eenie meenie miney mo." He pointed left.
Spike and Sparx now both headed to the left path of direction, but they do not know is that written words on the front wall saying 'beware the traps'.
While Spike is walking and following Sparx, the baby dragon just step on the floor which triggered a trap and shoots out a darts, causing them to shock in panic. "Waah!" Spike shouted when he dodged it and accidentally stepped another trap that shoots out more darts. "Run!" They began to run as fast as they can to avoid multiple darts that Spike steps on, almost entering the next entrance and then he jumped.
"Phew, that was a close one, who's idea's to make every darn trap?" He asked to while he's getting up. "I gotta watch where I step next time." They once again continue to moved to another entrance, but close are they to reach the final destination to the amulet?
Suddenly, the another trap is activated itself to release the flames from two walls. Spike thought he accidentally stepped on the bottom on the floor, it wasn't him. "Okay this time it wasn't me." He said. Luckily for Spike, he can walk through the flames without getting burn because dragons are fireproof. But there is only one problem, Sparx can't go in the fire because he's not fireproof at all. The baby dragon need to think of some other ways for Sparx to go through without getting burned, until the idea came up with. "Sparx, I got an idea but... you're not gonna like it."
Spike grabbed Sparx's wings and put him inside of his mouth. He can feel the struggling by his dragonfly friend, wanting to get out. Spike starts to run through the flames as fast as can, and then he made it. The baby dragon opened his mouth to free Sparx while his dragonfly friend fly out, but Sparx is upset at Spike for not telling him. "I'm sorry Sparx, you're right I would told you before I put you in my mouth." Spike said when he chuckled a little, but the glowing dragonfly is not amused.
But then, they didn't notice that they are in another chamber that is full circle around the area with unicorn statue in front. The two of them were very surprised to see this while they moved forward in the middle. But then, the eyes of states are glowing and lighted at the baby dragon, causing them to shock and blinded by the light from the eyes. "GAAh, what's going on, it's to bright I can't see." Spike said when he and Sparx covered their eyes.
"HOLD, YOU WILL NOT SHALL PASS." It speak which started them for hearing what the statue is saying. "I AM THE KEEPER OF EMPRESS RAVAHNA'S AMULET, AND IT IS MY TASK TO GUARDED FROM EVIL. IF YOU DESIRE TO SEEK IT, YOU MUST ANSWER ONE RIDDLE, SUCCEEDED AND YOU WILL PASS, FAILED YOU WILL BE DESTROYED IN THIS SPOT. BUT YOU HAVE THREE CHANCES." The statue said that makes Spike and Sparx terrified to hear that part about destroy. "SPEAK IF YOU ARE READY."
"Sparx, I know it is dangerous to try the riddle. But we can do this for everypony's sake and ours." Spike said to his dragonfly friend when Sparx regretfully nodded to try. The baby dragon turns his head and said to the statue. "Okay I'm ready, give me whatever riddle you got."
"IF THE LIGHT SHINES ON IT, IT GIVES OFF THE COLORS OF A RAINBOW. YET RAIN WILL NOT MAKE A SINGLE AFFECT. IT IS A SHAPE. WHAT... AM I?" The statue said the riddle.
The baby dragon placed his finger on his chin when he's thinking of finding an answer for it. But the problem is, he doesn't know. Until he starts to answer. "I know I know, um... um... you're... you're order."
"INCORRECTION." The statue denied Spike's answer when its stone horn starts to glow, meaning the beam is charging up to incinerate.
"Okay that's not good. Come on Spike think!" He said to himself nervously until he got another one. "Uh... maybe it's... justice?"
"INCORRECTION." The statue denied another answer from Spike when the beam is almost ready to fire. If Spike get one last wrong answer, he and Sparx will be done for into oblivion.
Tge sweat dripping down from his, thinking carefully for the right one, but it's very hard. "Come on, please please please. If I don't get the right one, all hope is lost and my friends everyone's doom... wait a minute." Spike said when he have a thought at the word he say. "Hope. I know what it is, the answer is hope!" He closed his eyes quickly incase if he and Sparx are toast, but then...
"... CORRECTION. YOU SHALL NOW PASS." The statue accepted Spike answered it when the beam is faded. Below at the statue has opened a light shine entrance that appears to be a final chamber.
Before that, Spike have felt really much relief when he breathe heavily, still sweating, and collapse backwards to the floor. "Oh boy, I nearly died." Spike said while his dragonfly friend landed on the baby dragon's chest. "Yeah, I'm okay buddy. I just need to catch my breath that all." But for now, Spike is getting back up from the floor and looking at the entrance. "This is it, were almost there to the amulet." He said as they headed towards the light shine entrance.
By the time when they're inside the final chamber, their eyes widened for the very moment of what's in front of them. A floating object that appears to be Ravahna's amulet. It is made of gold shape like a coin with a green jewel in the middle.
"The amulet, this is what Starswirl say that he is talking about." Spike said to Sparx. The baby dragon walks towards it, but he stopped because the bridge has no full space and see all the way down to bottom pit full of bones and corpses. This is very difficult for Spike, his wing is still sore. However, he can try to balance himself by lifting both his arms and walking very slowly and carefully. "Okay, here I go."
As soon as he keeps walking, Sparx is making sure that he doesn't let Spike fall down the pit. "Almost there, slow and steady always wins the race." He said while he's almost at the end. until then, he made it there. "That was a close one, right?" He said to his little buddy and Sparx nodded.
He turned his head at the amulet and about to grab with his hands, but he can't because he thinks the amulet could hurt him or worse. His hands are shaking and moving towards it, and then he got it. But nothing happens. Spike and Sparx sigh to each other in relief, expecting it to happen right now, but It didn't.
A couple minutes later, Spike and Sparx have made back without getting injuries from any trap and found the first entrance where the secret door is open while the baby dragon already put the amulet inside of his backpack. "There's the exit, now we gotta go to Canterlot and then handover to Starswirl so he knows how to deal with it." Spike said while they are almost outside. "Canterlot, here we co- AGH!"
Suddenly, Spike's words were cut off because there were magic aura frozed his body, especially Sparx. The baby dragon is struggling to try moving, but the magic is too strong to break free. "A very well done little dragon." A male voice that appears to be Nemnok along with Dredoks on both his sides. "No wonder why Starswirl and their highnesses have send you on your quest, because you are quite the clever one Aren't you."
"Y- your... must be... Nemnok... that... Starswirl told... me about, give... me back... my... friends." Spike barely said for trying to move his mouth.
"Your friends, ah you mean Twilight Sparkle and her friends." Nemnok said when remembered the mane six that he have within the orb. "But I'm afraid I cannot do, also yes I am indeed Nemnok, I am taking back what belongs to my Empress." The sorcerer uses his horn to move Spike around to reach his hoof inside the backpack to grab Ravahna's amulet.
On that very moment, the sorcerer finally got the amulet in his grasp, smiling victoriously. "Thank you for your generous offer dragon, but now you will die" he tosses spike and Sparx back inside the chamber. "Sealed it in."
He commanded Dredoks while they shoots out the beams at the ceiling to cause crashing down for not letting Spike and Sparx out. The baby dragon gasp and eyes widened while get up and ran towards it. But he is too late. "NO!" He shouted while pounding the stone that block the only exit.
And so, the evil have merged victorious for taking the amulet back for the Empress of evil and will soon began the war again. How will Spike and Sparx can get out of here? But they will soon find out the way, before they will suffocate without an air.
