> 1. The Big Meeting

It was lunchtime in Canterlot High School. Sunset was heading for her friends' table when she saw that they were very upset. Some of the girls even looked like they were crying.
"Hey, guys." Sunset greeted. "What wrong around here?"
"It's that mean critic we heard about." Rainbow Dash replied angrily.
"You mean Svengallop?"
"Yup." Applejack said sadly. "We were rehearsing for that play you probably heard about."
"Oh yeah." Sunset replied feeling sad herself. "That play about a young girl who was abandoned by her parents. She was put in a foster family who treated her better. And, Diamond Tiara was asked to play the lead role."
"Right." Pinkie Pie added. "While the six of us were ready to rehearse, Svengallop showed up and struck at us"
"We had important parts in that play." Rarity continued. "But, Svengallop thought we aren't worthy. So, he had us dejected from this project. And asked Moondancer, Minuette, Wallflower Blush, and the Garden trio to take our places."
"You mean Rosebud, Lilly, and Daisy?" Sunset asked.
"That's them, darling."
"We were also told not to watch the play when it's done." Fluttershy sobbed. "That critic would probably have security guards to keep us out."
"Our chance to shine is taken away," Twilight protested, "and we can't even see the final results. We're stuck!"
This brought Sunset to tears, feeling her friends pain. "Oh man! And, I thought Miss Harshwhinny had a lousy temper."
"I know." Dash replied. "Svengallop was so cruel and vicious, even I got scared. And, I don't usually scare so easily."
The bell rings, signaling the end of the school week. Everybody leaves for home for the weekend.
"Sorry for what Svengallop did to you, Twilight." Flash Sentry said.
"Thanks, Flash." Twilight replied. “At least somebody feels bad for us.”
“How dare that man ruin this opportunity, Rainbow Dash!” Protested Spitfire.
“Tell me about it.” Dash replied. “I’d love to give him a punch on the nose!”
Even the girls of the Canterlot Movie Club felt the sting if Svengallop's antics.
"I can't believe that Applejack, Rarity, and Rainbow Dash won't be in the play." Scootaloo said sadly.
"This is a very heartbreaking moment." Apple Bloom replied, helping Sweetie Belle dry of the tears from her eyes,
As many of the other students comfort Twilight and friends, Sunset talks to Wallflower.
"I learned of what my part is." Wallflower said. "This was supposed to be Fluttershy's role."
"I can't believe our friends can't perform nor watch the play." Sunset replied with disgust.
"I'm sure Svengallop will regret his actions. What can Twilight and company do about getting over this embarrassment?"
"I might have an idea."
Wallflower Blush joined the other students to comfort the girls. Meanwhile, Sunset got on her phone to make a call. "Hi, Barbara. It's Sunset. Can you and your friends meet me at my apartment?"
Later that day, Sunset was in her apartment with six other girls. Barbara Gordon, Karen Beecher, Jessica Cruz, Kara Danvers, Zee Zatara, and Diana Prince.
"WHAT?" Barbara gasped. "You got to be kidding."
"I wish I was kidding, Barbara." Sunset replied. "But, I'm not. Now, thanks to that critic, Twilight and company are out of luck."
"Sounds harsh." Kara added. "And, I thought I had a lousy temper."
"At least you have good reasons to get angry." Barbara said.
"But, why would someone like Svengallop strike at those girls?" Jessica asked. "I figured you take the blunt of most criticism."
"My guess," Sunset figured, "he learned of our misadventures and decided to punish them for those moments."
"You made a point." Zee said. "Any magic you encounter often comes from your old home in Equestria. I'd love to visit that mystic land."
The other girls looked at Zee with shocked looks. Zee defended herself. "What?! I can show those creatures my kind of magic, you know."
"Maybe for another time, Zee." Sunset told her.
"The question now is," Karen interrupted, "what will those six girls do now?"
"I don't know." Sunset replied. "But, since there's a three day weekend coming up, maybe they'll think of something."
"Well, okay." Kara agreed. "But, why do you need us. What can we do?"
"Maybe the six of you can cheer them up. Their families and friends will probably give them something to do to put that embarrassment behind. Hopefully.”
"And, you would like us to come along to help out." Jessica said. 
"That's about the size of it."
Diana walked up to comfort Sunset. "Don't worry, Sunset Shimmer. We'll be glad to help you."
Sunset's eyes widened. "Really, Diana? You will?"
"Of course. Friends help each other. And, we will be honored to help your six friends."
This made Sunset feel a little better. Knowing that these six girls are here to help her.
"Thanks, you guys." Sunset said happily. "If I hear what those girls are up to, I'll let you know. Which could be a little hard for you, Diana."
"Me?" Diana gasped. "What makes you say that?"
"Given your background, you're still probably not used to any high tech gadgets yet."
"You maybe right. But, I am learning little by little."
"Yep." Barbara added. "We've been guiding her well."
This gave Sunset some relief. Zee then had a thought. "What about you, Sunset? What are you going to do this three day weekend?"
"I'm planning to relax at a yoga retreat." Sunset replied.
"Ever since you were introduced by miss Lotus Blossom," Jessica said, "you've been taking yoga seriously."
"Thanks, Jessica. On that note, this meeting is ajourned."
The six friends leave the apartment. This gives Sunset some time to think about her decision.
"I can't wait to see how these six girls can help my friends." Sunset said to herself. "After what Svengallop did to them, they can sure use some cheering up. Good thing this place I'm heading to is here in town. While I'm not on a yoga mat, I'll keep my ears open for what Twilight and company are doing."
Meanwhile, at a place called Sweet Justice, Diana and her friends discuss their mission.
"We each know what we must do." Diana said. "Let's do our best and help these girls out."
"We're with you, Diana." Karen replied.
These six girls are ready for anything.
> 2. Pinkie Pie and Batgirl

Saturday came. And, the girls hope to get over their disappointment. Pinkie Pie heard that Mr. Cranky Doodle's birthday is coming up. And, she heard that he likes mini golf. So, she heads over to a miniature golf course to set things up for the party. But, as she was outside looking at the course, she soon started to tear up. Her family went along to help her with this project.
"Pinkie!" Her father, Igneous Rock Pie, called out. "Is everything all right? You look shaken up."
"I still am, dad." Pinkie replied. "That Svengallop is a real party pooper."
"That critic is indeed brutal. But, you shouldn't let it get in your way."
"Your father is right." Her mother, Cloudy Quartz, added. "You are determined to make this birthday a success. And, we and your sisters are here to support you."
Pinkie looks to her three sisters who nodded yes. Pinkie figured that her family is right. But, she walks away with tears in her eyes.
"Poor Pinkie." Marble said sadly. "This business really brought her down."
"I can't blame her for bring sad." Maud replied in her usual tone. "That play was an opportunity to shine. But, it was taken away."
"Pinkie feels like she can't enter an All-You-can-Eat dessert buffet." Limestone added.
Just as Pinkie was ready to exit the mini golf course, a bolo appeared and wrapped up the party girl. Pinkie tried to squirm to get out of those ropes when the voice of a young girl called to her. "Hold it right there, Pinkie Pie!"
Pinkie looked up on the roof. She saw a red haired girl wearing a purple outfit with yellow boots and gloves. She wore a hood resembling the head of a bat. She also has a cape, a mask to hide her identity, and a bright yellow bat on her uniform.
"No way." Pinkie said. "No way! Batgirl!"
"That's me." Said the visitor.
Batgirl jumped down from the roof and walked over to the bound party girl.
"You weren't planning to leave this place." Batgirl figured. "Were you?"
"Just for a moment." Pinkie replied sadly. "I have a lot on my mind."
"So I've heard. You and five of your friends were upset after you were yanked from performing in a play at your school."
This made Pinkie's eyes widened. "You heard of that?"
"I sure have." Batgirl soon came to comfort her. "You shouldn't let moments like that ruin your cheerful reputation."
"No?"
"Nope. Besides, you're a grand party planner from what I've heard. And, you were getting a party ready in this place. Right?"
Pinkie soon realized that Batgirl is right. "Yeah! I made a promise to Mr. Cranky Doodle that this party will be super fun."
"That's the Pinkie Pie I heard of. Hold still while I remove those ropes."
As Batgirl removed the ropes binding Pinkie, the Pie family came out to check on her.
"Everything all right, sis?" Limestone asked.
"Yep, yep yep." Pinkie replied as she threw the rope away. "I'm ready to get back to work."
Cloudy Quartz soon saw Pinkie's companion. "My goodness. Batgirl. This is a surprise."
"I was in the neighborhood ." Batgirl replied. "Figured I come to help Pinkie get her groove back."
Just then, they heard a wild cackling and saw someone wrecking Pinkie's decorations. The wrecker is a young girl dressed like a court jester in mostly red and black with a black mask on. She takes a big hammer and smashed some of the tables.
"Boring!" The girl screamed. "Who wants to celebrate something at a mini golf course?!"
Cloudy Quartz recognized the maniac. "It's that vicious court jester: Harley Quinn!"
"Oh no!" Marble gasped, hugging Limestone. "She's the cheerleader for the Joker!"
"Don't worry, Pie Family." Batgirl said. "I know Harley Quinn well. I'll stop her."
As Batgirl rushes in to stop the criminal, Pinkie follows her.
"Pinkie!" Igneous Rock calls out. "Where are you going?"
"Nobody wrecks one of my parties!" Pinkie said with determination. "Especially that maniac!"
Meanwhile, the crowd who are ready to wish Mr. Cranky Doodle a happy birthday were scattering to avoid Harley Quinn jumping around her pogo stick.
"Now, this is fun!" Harley squealed. "Who wants to play boring old mini golf anyway?"
Suddenly, a boomerang shaped like a bat wrapped around the pogo stick and knocked Harley to the ground. The evil jester soon saw Batgirl and got concerned.
"That's a new low even for you, Harley." Batgirl said.
"So, you followed me. Huh, Batgirl?" Harley replied. 
"I originally came to cheer up a girl who's feeling upset. But, I never thought you show up."
"I was in the neighborhood and saw what's going on." Harley then took out her big hammer. "I figured to create a little mischief."
At that moment, confetti was thrown at Harley before they popped. The nasty court jester soon saw Pinkie, who looks mad.
"Crash one of my parties, will you?" Pinkie said with an angry tone.
"Well, well." Harley said, knowing who Batgirl's friend is. "Canterlot City's party expert: Pinkie Pie. Are you upset because I came into one of your creations?"
"I'm preparing this mini golf place for a friend of mine. And, I'm not letting a villain like you spoil this event!"
"Well, here's something you have NOT prepared for!"
Giving a loud whistle, Harley sent for two vicious hyenas. Pinkie stood by Batgirl as the hyenas are ready to pounce.
"It's her little friends: Bud and Lou." Batgirl said. "They're as mad as Harley."
Getting an idea, Pinkie pulls out a pair of big bones and gave them to Batgirl.
"Hyenas are kind of like dogs." Pinkie said. "Maybe they'll love those soup bones."
"Good thinking, Pinkie." Batgirl replied as she turns to the hyenas. "Here you are, boys. Fetch!"
Batgirl throws the bones to another direction. The hyenas ran after them which got Harley angry. Soon, Harley Quinn felt a tap on her shoulder. She turned just enough for Pinkie to hit her in the face with a pie.
"Now, you got your just desserts, Harley Quinn!" Pinkie said proudly.
After wiping the cream off her face, Harley Quinn got nervous. "I better get out of here before the cops show up."
Hopping on a pogo stick, Harley Quinn bounced out of the mini golf course. Pinkie and Batgirl watched her make a getaway.
"I hope that's the last we see of that clown." Pinkie said.
"You and me both, Pinkie." Batgirl replied.
The two girls high fived each other, knowing the party is saved. A half hour later, Cranky Doodle is enjoying his day on the mini golf course with Pinkie as his helper.
"Spending my birthday at this place is a good idea, Miss Pinkie." Cranky said happily. "Thank you for the suggestion."
"My pleasure, Mr. Cranky Doodle." Pinkie replied.
Across the street, Barbara Gordon watched the activities. Soon, she got out  her smartphone and started to text. "Looks like the party girl found her groove again."
Meanwhile, at a hotel set in a  peaceful forest, Sunset Shimmer and her yoga teacher rolled up their mats after a good session.
"You did really good, Sunset." Lotus Blossom proudly said. "I'm glad I invited you to join me this weekend."
"I am too, Miss Blossom." Sunset replied.
After the two ladies bowed to each other, Sunset went to her room. She soon saw a text on her phone which reads, Hi, Sunset. Pinkie Pie's party for Mr. Cranky Doodle is going well. And, Pinkie found her smile again. Talk to you soon. -Babs
Sunset feels happy that one of her friends is feeling better. "Good work, Barbara."
> 3. Fluttershy and Green Lantern

Fluttershy tries to relax on a hammock in her backyard. But, she keeps going back to that moment when Svengallop stopped her and her friends to appear in a play. 
"My friends and I were so embarrassed that day." Fluttershy said to herself with tears in her eyes. "What'll we do now?"
As Fluttershy lays down feeling sad, her little bunny friend, Angel, sees her and tries to make her feel better.
"Hi, Angel." Fluttershy greeted. "What can I do for you?"
Angel pointed to behind her house. She sees her favorite forest to explore. It seems like a good idea. But, Fluttershy feels run down. "I'm sorry, Angel. Even a walk in the forest won't cheer me up."
Just as Fluttershy was about to cry again, a female latin voice is heard. "You're not giving up what you love! Are you?"
Fluttershy then saw something floating down in a field of green energy. It was a girl with light brown hair wearing a green and black outfit with a lantern shaped object on the chest area. She has that same symbol on her right eye. 
"I don't believe it." Fluttershy gasped as she recognized the visitor. "Green Lantern!"
"At your service." The visitor replied.
This got Fluttershy confused. "At MY service?"
"That's right, Let's head for those woods behind your house. You'll feel more comfortable there."
Reluctant, Fluttershy went with Green Lantern into the woods.
"I heard that you and five other girls were brought down at your school recently." Green Lantern said. "Am I right?"
"I'm afraid that's true." Fluttershy said sadly.
"So, what happened?"
"My friends and I were given parts for a play that is presented on Friday. But, we were yanked away by a mean critic named Svengallop."
"Even I heard of Svengallop. That fellow can be mean to anybody. That's why as a performance critic, he's not so loved."
Falling down to her knees, Fluttershy started to cry softly. Green Lantern hopes to calm her down.
"Calm yourself, Fluttershy." GL comforted. "No need to cry."
Fluttershy looked at her new companion with tears in her eyes. "Are you sure?"
"I'm positive." Green Lantern used her ring to make an image of flowers appear. "There's a greenhouse in the neighborhood." The image disappeared. "Maybe some fresh flowers might cheer you up."
This got Fluttershy intrigued. "You maybe right. We recently had to remove some flowers that died. Fresh flowers might be a welcome sight."
"Now, that's the Fluttershy I heard of. Let's go."
As the two girls left the forest, Fluttershy's parents spotted them.
"Fluttershy, honey." Mrs. Shy said. "I wondered where you went. Feeling a little better?"
"I am starting to cheer up, mom." Fluttershy replied. "Thanks to my new friend here."
Mr. Shy was surprised to see who Fluttershy's companion is. "WOW! I never thought that Green Lantern would grace us with her presence."
"I came by to help Fluttershy." Green Lantern said. "We were just on our way to a greenhouse to get some fresh flowers."
"I was wondering when we're going to have some new flowers for our garden. Have a good day, you two."
"Thanks, dad." Fluttershy replied.
The two girls arrived at the greenhouse Green Lantern talked about.
"I've been here before." Fluttershy realized. "I sometimes talk to Citrus Glade, the owner of this place."
"Now, we're getting somewhere." Green Lantern replied. "Let's see what flowers we can find for your garden."
Just as they were ready to enter the greenhouse, three girls ran their way in a panic.
"Rosebud, Lily, and Daisy!" Fluttershy gasped. "What's wrong?"
"This weird woman barged into the community garden we're visiting!" Rosebud answered.
"She is getting vines to stop people from picking any of the vegetables." Daisy added.
"The horror! The horror!" Lily shouted.
The three girls zipped away, screaming in a panic. Fluttershy got concerned. 
"Who would want to wreck a community garden with vines?" Fluttershy wondered.
This gives Green Lantern an idea. "I think I know who those girls were talking about. Fluttershy, follow me!"
Wondering what the fuss is about, the two girls headed for the garden. When they arrived they saw people being terrorized by a lime green skinned woman with red hair and wearing a green outfit. She directed some vines to keep people away.
"It's Poison Ivy!" Fluttershy realized. "What's she doing here from Gotham City?"
"Causing trouble, no doubt." Green Lantern said, energizing her ring. "Time to clip her petals!"
As Green Lantern takes off, Fluttershy rushes off to join her. Meanwhile, Poison Ivy scares the people away from the community garden.
"Eating stuff from the ground is barbaric!" Poison Ivy screamed as she fires spikes from her vines. "These vegetables are plants. They deserve respect!"
The vines fire spikes at people. Just then, a glowing green shield appears to block the spikes. Enraged, Poison Ivy turns to see Green Lantern facing her.
"Up to your old fanatical crusades." G.L. figured. "Aren't you?"
"So, you followed me. Huh, Green Lantern?" Poison Ivy replied harshly. "And, I see you have that nature girl, Fluttershy, with you."
Green Lantern realized that Fluttershy is by her side. Fluttershy was surprised that Poison Ivy recognized her. "You know about me?"
"I learn about who's who in Canterlot City." Ivy replied. "Including you."
"Your beef is usually with Batman! Why cause trouble here?"
"They say community gardens help the hungry with fresh fruits and vegetables. I say, that's murder to all plants!"
Just as Poison Ivy is sprouting more vines, Fluttershy uses her geode to summon a flock of pigeons to fly into battle.
"I forgot. You have magic over animals." Green Lantern realized.
"That's right." Fluttershy replied. "And, they have a nasty surprise for Poison Ivy."
As Poison Ivy rises on her vines, she felt globs on white gunk splotch on her. She soon saw the pigeons fly away.
"Pigeon droppings!" Poison Ivy screeched. "Gross!"
The vicious green woman saw Green Lantern and Fluttershy standing side by side. She soon got the idea. "Time to leave for now. Hopefully, this goop will wash off."
Poison Ivy runs off. Happy with their victory, Fluttershy and Green Lantern high fived each other. Later, the community garden is back to order. Carrying flowers from the greenhouse, Fluttershy heads for home. Sandalwood caught up to her to praise her.
"I saw what happened, Flutters." Sandalwood said. "You and Green Lantern made a great team."
"Thanks, Sandalwood." Fluttershy replied. "Now, if you'll excuse me, I have some flowers to take home."
"Right. Later, Fluttershy."
Watching from a distance, Jessica Cruz watched Fluttershy walk back to home, and made a call. At the Yoga retreat, Sunset Shimmer is on her phone.
"So, Fluttershy got over her disappointment." Sunset said.
"She sure has." Jessica replied over the phone. "Now, she's ready to improve her garden."
"Thanks, Jessica. Keep in touch."
As Sunset hangs up, her yoga teacher, Lotus Blossom, comes in. "Time for dinner, Sunset. I have roasted vegetables and pumpkin squash ready for you."
"Thanks, miss Blossom." Sunset replied. "Let's eat."
Sunset follows miss Blossom to dinner, happily knowing that Fluttershy is okay.
> 4. Rainbow Dash and Supergirl
> --------------------------------------------------------------------------

Rainbow sits on a bench in town. Tears were dripping down her face. She's getting over the disappointment given to her by Svengallop. Just then, she sees her old rivals(Hoops, Dumbbell, and Score) coming to her. Needless to say, she is not too happy to see them. "What do you boneheads want?!"
"Hey. Easy, Rainbow Dash." Score said. "We're not against you today."
"Score is right." Hoops added. "We heard what that nasty critic did. We feel your pain."
Rainbow Dash couldn't believe this. These three boys who used to give her a hard time are now comforting her. Then, Dumbbell points up at something. And his two partners see what he sees.
DUMBBELL: Look! Up in the sky! It's a bird!
HOOPS: It's a plane!
SCORE: It's Supergirl!
Dash was shocked to hear that name. "Huh? Supergirl?"
Up in the sky, they saw a girl with short blond hair flying by. She has on a blue shirt with a red 'S' on it, red skirt, boots, and flowing cape. Seeing the group, she floated down to greet them.
"Hi, everybody." Supergirl greeted.
"Supergirl," Hoops said, "we are graced with your presence. You are an amazing hero."
"Aw. You're going to make me blush."
"So, what can we do for you, Supergirl?" Score asked.
"Actually, it's Rainbow Dash I come to see."
Rainbow was shocked to hear that response. "Me?"
Supergirl went over to the startled athlete. "Let's go somewhere a little more relaxing."
The two girls walked off, leaving the three boys speechless. Soon, Rainbow and Supergirl went to a bench in a quiet park.
"I heard talk going around that you and five of your friends were let down recently." Supergirl said.
"That's putting it mildly." Dash replied.
"So, what happened?"
Rainbow Dash told Supergirl her story. "Me and friends were in a play coming next Friday. But, a vicious man named Svengallop yanked us out. He definitely embarrassed us."
"Must've been a terrifying situation for you guys."
"It sure was. Some of us broke down in tears. Others got mad. Like me!"
This got Supergirl concerned. "I hope your temper isn't bad as mine. I sometimes get furious."
Rainbow Dash has an idea of what she means. "Some of your anger comes from when Superman takes some credit for your deeds."
"Oh. You heard of that. Huh?"
"I'm afraid so, Supergirl."
But then, Supergirl got an idea. "You know, there are tryouts for a video game tournament happening at a local game store. Maybe you can try your luck there."
"Good idea." Rainbow replied. "That's one way to vent off some steam. Lead the way,"
The two girls head over to a video game store, where some of Dash's friends of the Wonderbolts are at.
"What are you guys doing here?" Rainbow asked.
"Vapor Trail wants to try her luck for the upcoming video game tournament." Spitfire explained. "We're here to support her."
Sky Stinger noticed her companion. "I never knew you were associated with Supergirl, Dash,"
"She came along to cheer me up, Sky Stinger." Dash explained.
Spitfire admired these two girls together. "Rainbow Dash, Supergirl is a good ally. We admire her strength and sense of justice."
"I figured you folks would say that about Superman." Supergirl said.
"Usually true. But, you deserve as much credit."
This made Supergirl smile. Suddenly, electric sparks spread out everywhere. People in the city started to panic. Dash and company were getting concerned. Hoops and his friends rush by.
"What's the matter, fellas?" Rainbow Dash asked.
"There's this freaky lady shooting electricity from her hands." Score said in a panic. "We're not sticking around!"
The boys run off. Soon, everyone saw the source of this big scare. It was a woman with sky blue hair and a black outfit. She looks like she's made of electricity.
"Oh, man!" Dash said with anger. "It's Live Wire!"
"Live Wire?" Soarin Skies gasped. "Wasn't she a radio DJ before being hit by a lightning storm?"
"This dame give 'shock jock' a literal meaning." Fleetfoot added.
Spitfire got concerned. "This criminal could disrupt the tournament tryouts!"
"Not if I can help it!" Supergirl said.
As she took off, Rainbow Dash ran after her.
"Wait, Dash!" Spitfire interrupted. "Where are you off to?"
"Supergirl cheered me up earlier." Rainbow Dash replied. "Here's my chance to pay her back."
Using her electric powers, Live Wire grabbed some quick cash from the ATM she's near.
"I love causing chaos!" Live Wire said with delight. "And, I don't need to spread rumors today."
Supergirl sees the crook, and used her super cold breath to force her to drop her bag of stolen money. Live Wire was shivering when she sees the Girl of Steel arrive.
"I thought it was you giving me the cold shoulder, Supergirl." Live Wire grunted, trying to get warm.
Just then, a rainbow streak zipped by the electrified fiend. She then saw her bag of money is gone. Soon, she sees Rainbow Dash next to Supergirl. The athletic girl also has Live Wire's bag. Supergirl was surprised to see this development.
"This dough doesn't belong to you, you short circuit!" Dash announced.
"Rainbow Dash!" Live Wire grunted. "I thought that colorful blur looked familiar."
Supergirl was very impressed with Dash's actions. "Hey. Sweet move, Rainbow Dash."
"I figured while you were cooling Live Wire off," Rainbow explained, "I would take back her ill gotten gains."
"Works for me."
Live Wire soon saw the other Wonderbolts coming, and got worried.
"I better split before I get outnumbered." Live Wire thought. "Bye, girls."
In a flash of light, Live Wire zipped away in a zap.
"I hope that's the last we'll see if that shock jock!" Misty Fly said.
"If she ever causes trouble again," Supergirl replied, "leave her to me."
Dash and the Wonderbolts agreed. Later, at her hotel room at the Yoga retreat, Sunset Shimmer talks on the phone before bedtime.
"Thanks for helping Dash, Kara." Sunset happily. "Good night."
After hanging up her phone and plugging it to her charger, Sunset gets comfortable, and goes to sleep.
> 5. Applejack and Bumblebee

The next day came. At Sweet Apple Acres, Applejack woke up bright and early. As she was getting dressed to do her chores, Granny Smith noticed that she’s very upset.
“Are you still fuming after what Svengallop did you ya?” Granny asked.
“Yup.” Applejack replied sadly. “My friends and I are ready to shine on stage.” Soon, she started to get mad. “If I see that critic again, I’m gonna…..”
Suddenly, she got grabbed from behind by Big Mac.
“Hey!” Applejack gasped. “What’s the idea?”
“Sis,” Big Macintosh said, “I’m afraid it’s off to the barn for you.”
Later, Applejack found herself inside the barn. Her hands were tied behind her back and her ankles were tied together.
“I guess this is what I get for letting my anger control me.” Applejack thought. “Man, this is not my day.”
Soon, Apple Bloom walked in to see her sister.
“Feeling better, sis?” Apple Bloom wondered.
“I guess so.” Applejack replied. “Me and my friends felt so embarrassed.”
“Well, this little critter came by and said that she wants to help you.”
Applejack saw what looks like a tiny girl on Apple Bloom’s shoulder. This girl looks like a bee. She hopped off and grew to normal size. It was just a girl in a bee outfit.
“Hoo-wee!” Applejack said with a shock. “It’s Bumblebee!”
“Bumblebee?” Apple Bloom gasped. “Isn’t she one of them Superhero Girls?”
“That’s me.” The girl named Bumblebee replied.
The young hero soon talked to Applejack. “Granny Smith and Big Macintosh told me what happened. You must’ve been heartbroken.”
“That’s for sure.” Applejack replied. “The way that critic sprung this on us, the six of us were critically brought down.”
“The critic is known as Svengallop. Right?”
“I take it you heard of him.”
“I certainly did. Me and some friends of mine went to a movie premiere one day. But, Svengallop was there too. His criticism ruined the whole thing. Everyone there listened to him and walked away.”
This shocked the Apple sisters a lot. Bumblebee checked on Applejack to see how she’s doing. “Looks like you calmed down a bit. Hold still while I untie you.”
Soon, Bumblebee and the Apple Sisters went over to Granny Smith.
“Feeling better, AJ?” Granny wondered.
“I sure am, Granny.” Applejack replied. “Thanks to Bumblebee here.”  
Everybody felt relieved as Big Mac shook Bumblebee’s hand. “Thanks for helping my sister, Bumblebee.”
“No problem, Big Mac.” Bumblebee replied. “Just glad to help.”
Suddenly, they heard what sounds like stomping near the apple orchards. This is very concerning. The Apple Family depends on those trees so they can get enough apples for their homemade cider.
“What’s that?” Apple Bloom asked with concern. “An earthquake?”
“Nope.” Big Mac replied. “Earthquakes don’t make any stomping noises.”
The group saw a shocking sight in the orchards. It was a muscular woman with curly red hair and dressed in leopard skins like a jungle native. Applejack soon realized who this intruder is. “It’s Giganta. This lady has a temper as big as her size and muscles.”
“That’s not good.” Apple Bloom realized. “She’s going to tear our apple trees apart.”
Bumblebee shrunk to insect size and prepared to fight. “I dealt with this bully before. I’ll stop her!”
As Bumblebee buzzed off, Applejack decided to follow her. “I’m going to help her, all.” 
“Be careful, AJ.” Granny Smith warned. “If what you say is true, Giganta maybe a tough challenge!”
Apple Bloom got a little scared. “I think I’ll stay with you guys. That Giganta lady scares me.”
Meanwhile, Giganta stomps through the land and sees an apple tree.
“Mmmm.” Giganta hummed. “I heard Sweet Apple Acres has some of the juiciest apples around. I think I’ll grab a couple dozen.”
Just then, Bumblebee zipped in and buzzed around Giganta’s face. Needless to say, the super villain didn’t like it. After trying to swat the shrunken hero, Giganta got mad. Bumblebee soon landed and returned to normal size.
“I should’ve known you would follow me here, Bumblebee!” Giganta said angrily.
“That I have.” Bumble replied. “And, I have a partner with me.”
Applejack steps in to be by Bumblebee’s side. Giganta soon recognizes the farm girl. “Applejack: the pride of the Apple Family. I heard many tales of you.”
“We don’t appreciate thugs like you invading Sweet Apple Acres, Giganta.” Applejack informed. “I suggest you vamoose before y’all get hurt!”
“Oh yeah?” Giganta soon cracked her knuckles. “Try and make me, Hayseed!”
Soon, Applejack and Giganta grappled each other for a bit of strength testing. Bumblebee started to get nervous. But, the grappling was over and Giganta was shocked.
“You’re strong!” Giganta admitted. “Must be from all of that farm work.”
“I reckon so.” Applejack replied.
Then, the beastly girl took a fighting stance. “Even so, you won’t stop me!”
Giganta started to charge at Applejack. Fortunately, Bumblebee buzzed in and lifted Applejack away just as the brute missed and ran into a fence. The heroic pair landed to see Giganta on her face after tripping over the fence post. When she came to, she saw Granny Smith, Big Mac, and Apple Bloom looking angry at her.
“Ya better leave right now, Giganta.” Granny Smith demanded. “If not, we’ll call the cops on you!”
“Eeyup!” Big Mac added.
“Then, y’all change your looks from spots to stripes!” Apple Bloom said.
Realizing that she’s outnumbered five to one, Giganta decided to leave. She gave a departing statement. “We’ll meet again, Apple Family! That’s a promise.”
As Giganta left, Bumblebee and Applejack fist bumped each other, happy that justice was served. Later, the family had a nice barbecue after finishing their chores. Outside of the area, Bumblebee, back in her everyday guise as Karen Beecher, was on her phone. “Looks like Applejack got her get up and go again.”
“That’s good news, Karen.” Sunset Shimmer replied from her room at the yoga retreat. “Talk to you later. Bye, now.”
After hanging up her phone, Sunset picked up her mat, and proceeded to her next yoga session.
> 6. Rarity and Zatanna

In her little abode near her store, Rarity sits down on her desk. She’s still feeling the sting of what Svengallop did to her and her friends.
“Still feeling down, sis?” Sweetie Belle asked.
“Indeed I am.” Rarity replied with tears in her eyes. “Our shining moment was taken away by that nasty critic!”
Suddenly, a knock was heard from the door. As Sweetie Belle answered, Rarity still feels disappointed. Why would anybody like Svengallop do this to us? We’re don’t mean any harm.
Sweetie Belle returns, followed by a raven haired girl wearing a top hat and a magician type outfit. Rarity was surprised to see this visitor.
“Oh, my goodness.” Rarity gasped. “Zatanna the Magician.”
The young maiden known as Zatanna tipped her top hat. “The one and only.”
Sweetie Belle was very impressed with this visitor and her outfit. "Wow! You look amazing."
"Thank you, Sweetie Belle." Zatanna replied. 
"So, what brings you here to Canterlot City? Here to put on a magic show?"
"Actually, I've shown up to cheer up your fashionista sister."
Hearing that, Rarity perked up and came in to the conversation. "I take it you heard what happened at our school."
"I sure did." Zatanna replied. "It was not right for a vicious critic to pull you and your friends out of a play. And, for no reason too."
"True, Zatanna. At least our teachers and the principal usually have reasons to discipline us."
Looking around, the young magician is impressed with Rarity's workspace.
"You must be one busy bee coming up with fascinating outfits for many folks around here." Zatanna praised.
"Thank you, darling." Rarity replied. "My friends are always impressed with my creations. Even Rainbow Dash."
"Oh. The athletic girl with the spectrum hair. Right?"
"Right you are."
"Speaking of fashion, check this out."
Rarity and Sweetie Belle watched as Zatanna calls out something unusual. ”TIFTUO EGNAHC!"
Instantly, Zatana's magician outfit changes into a long sleeve black dress with black boots and a flowing black cape.
"How did you do that?" Sweetie Belle wondered.
"I think I know." Rarity said. "Zatanna works her special magic by speaking backwards."
"I see you've been doing research on me." Zatanna said. "And, I thought Twilight Sparkle is the smart one."
Everybody had a good laugh. Then, Rarity's phone rang. She answered the call. As Sweetie Belle and Zatanna were enjoying each other's company, Rarity came in with a concerned look on her face.
"That was my friend: Hoity Toity." Rarity explained. 
"Hoity Toity?" Zatanna gasped. "One of Canterlot City's well known socialites?"
"Indeed. He said that his humble abode is struck down by an intruder."
This scared Sweetie Belle a lot. "Who would want to hurt Hoity Toity, sis?"
"By the description he gave me," Rarity figured, "it sounds like his home is invaded by Star Sapphire."
"Star Sapphire?" Zatanna gasped. "That's not good. With her violet power ring, she can cause a lot of trouble."
Stepping outside, Zatanna prepared for action. She then asked Rarity for a favor. "You know this neighborhood. Point me in the direction of your friend's home. We'll face Star Sapphire together."
"Deal!" Rarity replied.
The two girls took off. Sweetie Belle stayed behind. "Good luck, guys."
Riding on one of her diamond projectiles, Rarity leads Zatanna across town until they stopped in front of the house of Socialite Hoity Toity.
"Now, this is what I call deluxe accomodations." Zatanna praised.
"Thank you, Zatanna." Rarity replied. "Now, let's go find this vicious maiden!"
Inside the house, a safe was ripped open as a black haired woman fills a bag with jewels. This maiden is Star Sapphire. She looks at her loot pleasingly. As she was leaving the room, Hoity Toity confronted her. "Give back my jewels, you evil vixen!"
"Shup up, Fancy Pants!" Star replied.
Using her power ring, Star Sapphire produced a hand to push Hoity Toity away. When the hand disappeared, Hoity Toity realized something.
"You must be Star Sapphire!" Hoity Toity said . "I know that violet energy anywhere."
"I'm impressed you figured it out." Star Sapphire replied. "Not bad for a socialite."
Suddenly, another female voice was heard. "CITCRA DNIW!"
A super cold wind blew on Star Sapphire. As she was recovering, Zatanna arrived as was greeted by Hoity Toity. "Zatanna the Magician. Aren't you a sight for sore eyes?"
"Thank you, sir." Zatanna replied. "I'll handle this ring wearing criminal."
Seeing Zatanna, Star Sapphire grabbed a nearby blanket, and threw it over her.
"That'll teach you not to give me the cold shoulder." Star protested.
Star Sapphire runs off with her bag of jewels as Hoity Toity removes the blanket, helping to free Zatanna. As the violet maiden heads outside, she ran into a blue diamond shaped barrier. As the barrier vanishes, Star calls out angrily. "Okay, Rarity! Come out here!"
Rarity steps out from behind a tree. "How did you figure out it was me, darling?"
"That blue diamond is one of your trademarks. I'm surprised you joined this battle."
"Hoity Toity is one of my dear friends, Star Sapphire! I take your invasion of his home personal."
Zatanna flies in to stand by Rarity's side.
"Good maneuver, Rarity." Zatanna praised.
Star Sapphire powered up her ring. "Even you two together can't stop me!"
She fired a violet blast. But, Rarity projected one of her diamond to block the shot.
"It's my turn now." Zatanna announced. "TSRUBNUS!"
The young magician bursted into light. Star Sapphire was blinded for a moment. When the light vanished, she noticed that her bag was gone.
"My bag of jewels!" Star gasped. "Where is it?!"
"I have it!" Hoity Toity replied.
Star Sapphire looked behind her, and saw Hoity Toity holding the bag.
"I have my jewels back." Hoity Toity said. "And, it's time for you to vacate my premises, Star Sapphire! Or, I'll call the police."
Seeing she was outnumbered three and one, Star Sapphire decided to use her power to fly away. She then made a departing remark to the fashionista. "Let's meet again, Rarity. Believe it or not, you fascinate me."
Star Sapphire soon left the property. Rarity and Zatanna watch with satisfaction. Hoity Toity soom praised them. 
"Thank you so much, Rarity." Hoity Toity said. "You and Zatanna make a good team."
Rarity was happy to be praised by one of her friends. In her room at the Yoga retreat, Sunset Shimmer receives a call.
"So, Rarity is no longer moaning in dismay. Huh, Zee?" Sunset said.
"That's right, Sunset." Zee Zatara replied over the phone. "She's even spending time at Hoity Toity's place."
"Thanks for helping her, Zee. Bye now."
Sunset hangs up happily, knowing her friend is feeling much better. Outside Hoity Toity's house, Zee Zatara watches with delight as she walks off. I can't wait to see what Rarity would come up with in the future.
> 7. Twilight Sparkle and Wonder Woman

Outside in her backyard, Twilight Sparkle sits cross legged with her eyes closed. She wore a black T shirt and purple 3/4 tights. Soon, a timer went off on her phone. Twilight slowly opened her eyes and checked her phone.
"Hmm." Twilight said to herself. "Seven minutes. I must be getting better. Next time, I'll go for eight."
Soon, her mother, Twilight Velvet came out to check on her. "Everything okay, dear?"
"I guess so, mom." Twilight replied. "If I'm not ready for Karate class, there's no turning back."
"Well, don't forget why me and your father signed you up for Karate two months ago. This way, you can stand up for yourself and not be afraid of anything,"
"You're right, mom." Twilight then puts on her sneakers. "I'm going to walk around the neighborhood."
"Okay, dear."
As Twilight roams the neighborhood, she flashes back to when she and her friends got removed from the play by Svengallop. That made her feel very upset. Just then, a female voice greets her. "Hello, young intellect."
Startled, Twilight looked around. She soon spots a black haired maiden with a golden tiara. She wore a red top decorated with a golden eagle, a blue bottom with white stars, and red boots. 
"I don't believe it!" Twilight said with shock in her voice. "Wonder Woman!"
"Correct, Twilight Sparkle." Wonder Woman replied as she approaches Twilight. "It's an honor to meet you."
"An honor? To meet me?"
"Certainly. You're a very interesting person."
Twilight should be honored. But, she's started to tear up. Wonder Woman sees this and is very concerned. "What is troubling you, my friend?"
"Oh, nothing." Twilight replied, trying to wipe the tears from her eyes. "Nothing for you to be concerned about."
"You're wrong! I am very concerned about you. And, there's one way to learn of your sadness."
Grabbing her golden lasso, Wonder Woman started to tie up Twilight.
"Anybody bound by my magic lasso, is compelled to tell the truth." Wonder Woman explained. "Now, what is it that upsets you?"
Under the influence of the lasso, Twilight explains her situation. "Me and five of my friends were part of a play at our school. But, during rehearsal, a critic named Svengallop barged in, and yanked the six of us out."
"I heard of this Svengallop person." Wonder Woman said. "This man can be harsh to any performance or player."
"I know. The six of us were very upset that day."
The Amazonian maiden soon removed her lasso and gave Twilight some comfort. "Don't worry, Twilight. I'm sure your principal will do something about that act."
"You know Principal Celestia, Wonder Woman?" Twilight wondered.
"Not personally. But, I did some research about your school. This nightmare you and your friends went through won't last."
This made Twilight feel better. Suddenly, they heard the sound of glass breaking. They saw a woman in a gray body suit robbing a jewelry store. When Twilight sees that this woman has on a cat shaped hood and is welding a vicious whip, she recognized the crook.
"It's Catwoman!" Twilight gasped. "What's she doing here?"
"This feline predator has an eye for shiny stuff." Wonder Woman replied. She then gets out her shield and sword. "Time for battle!"
The Amazon heads out to fight this mean cat. Twilight followed her. Finding a secluded area, Catwoman looks over her loot.
"Meow." Catwoman purred. "These will look good in my collection."
"Stop right there, Catwoman!" Said a demanding female voice.
Catwoman turned and saw Wonder Woman ready for battle.
"Good to see you again, Wonder Woman." Catwoman greeted. "And, I see you brought that smart girl, Twilight Sparkle, with you."
Wonder Woman saw Twilight by her side. "Stay back, Twilight."
"I'm here to lend support, Wonder Woman." Twilight replied as she turns to their opponent. "I'm surprised you aren't joined by Joker or Penguin. Or, even the Riddler."
"I don't need those criminal big shots." Catwoman said. "I can take care of myself."
Wonder Woman then took a battle stance. "Then, prepare for battle!"
The hero charged into Catwoman. The two women battle each other. Catwoman has her claws and Wonder Woman has her sword and shield. Twilight watched with interest. Just then, Catwoman used a sweeping kick to knock Wonder Woman down.
"If only the Cheetah can see me now." Catwoman gloated as she bared her claws. "Time for you to be my scratching post."
Wonder Woman was ready to defend herself. Suddenly, Twilight rushed in and gave that crafty kitty a kick to the chest, knocking her down. Everyone was shocked at this moment.
"How did you do that?" Catwoman demanded.
"My parents signed me up for Karate class." Twilight explained. "In fact, I'm getting ready for my Yellow Belt later today."
Wonder Woman recovered and praised her partner. "Well done, Twilight. I felt there was a warrior spirit within you."
Catwoman was looking around for her bag of stolen jewels. Twilight got her attention. "Looking for this, Catwoman?" Twilight soon held up the bag. "While you were recovering, I grabbed your bag of jewels."
Realizing she's outmatched, Catwoman pulled out her whip. Time for me to pussyfoot out of here.
Using her whip, Catwoman got away. Minutes later, the two girls returned to jewels to the store owner.
"Thank you, Wonder Woman." The store owner said. "You and Twilight Sparkle worked well together."
This made the two ladies smile. As they leave, a thought came to Twilight's mind.
"You know, Catwoman mentioned your sworn enemy: the Cheetah." Twilight said. "I'm surprised she didn't show up."
"I wondered that myself." Wonder Woman replied. "Perhaps the Cheetah is preparing for a future encounter."
Little they know is that the Cheetah, in her everyday guise as Barbara Minerva, watched the two heroes from a distance.
"Never underestimate a brainiac like Twilight Sparkle." Barbara said to herself. "She just might surprise you. She sure shocked the Catwoman."
With that, Barbara Minerva left the scene. Later that day, Diana Prince watched the sun sets as she talks on her smartphone.
"Did you enjoy the footage of Twilight's belt ceremony, Sunset?" Diana asked.
"I did." Sunset replied. "I'm impressed that you know how to work that phone of yours."
"Like I said, I'm learning little by little. So, when will you be heading back to town?"
"I'll be heading back tomorrow. Thanks for your help."
"You're welcome, Sunset. Bye."
In her hotel room, Sunset unrolls her mat and sits cross legged for meditation before bed. In the morning, she heads back home.
> 8. Getting Back Together

In Twilight's house, she and her friends were hanging out when Sunset comes into the scene.
"Hey, guys." Sunset greeted. "I'm back!"
The girls came to hug Sunset, one girl at a time.
"Good to see you, Sunset." Fluttershy said. "How was your Yoga weekend?"
"Very relaxing. Especially with Lotus Blossom as my teacher. How about you guys? Did you get over that disappointment Svengallop delivered?"
"We sure did." Twilight replied. "And, we got a bit of help from some superheroes. They were amazing."
This got Sunset interested. "Superheroes, huh? Please enlighten me."
"Me! Me! I'll go first!" Pinkie said excitedly. "While I was preparing a birthday party for Mr. Cranky Doodle, I felt very not so good. But, Batgirl came along and helped me get over my sadness."
"Batgirl?" Said Rainbow. "No joke?"
"No joke, Dashie. I like her bubbly personality."
Fluttershy spoke up. "I was feeling very sad myself. Fortunately for me, Green Lantern showed up and gave me the idea to get new flowers for my garden."
"Sounds pretty cool." Sunset praised. "How did your garden look?"
"It's looking better than ever now. My parents liked my flower selection."
Sunset then turned to Rainbow. "I heard you were at a video game tournament, Dash."
"I sure was." Rainbow replied. "Supergirl gave me the idea."
"Wow!" Twilight gasped. "Supergirl! She's one good hero."
"She sure was. I was very lucky she showed up."
"Well, you wouldn't believe what happened to me." Applejack interjected. "I was lower than a snake in the grass. But, I was approached by Bumblebee. She helped me feel a lot better."
"Didn't we hear that Big Macintosh had to tie you up in the barn?" Pinkie asked.
"Oh yeah. But, when I calmed down enough, Bumblebee untied me."
"Well, darlings." Rarity said. "I had a very unique experience. Thanks to miss Zatanna."
"Zatanna?" Applejack gasped. "The magician?"
"That's her, AJ. Her appearance and her outfits give me some new inspiration."
"Anything would give you inspiration, Rares." Dash added.
"I suppose so."
"That leaves you, Twilight." Sunset said. "Who cheered you up?"
Twilight gave Sunset her answer. "Wonder Woman. She was very impressed with my recent Karate moves. Especially when helping her battle a villain."
The other girls realized that Twilight's comment brought back other memories with the superhero girls.
"I think we all battled villains alongside those heroes." Dash said.
"Really?" Sunset replied. "Who did you guys and the superhero girls battle?"
PINKIE PIE: Harley Quinn!
FLUTTERSHY: Poison Ivy.
RAINBOW DASH: Live Wire!
APPLEJACK: Giganta.
RARITY: Star Sapphire!
TWILIGHT SPARKLE: Catwoman!
This got Sunset interested. Twilight's mother came in hearing this news. She was shocked. "Harley Quinn, Poison Ivy, Live Wire, Giganta, Star Sapphire, and Catwoman? Those are among the most ruthless villains around."
"We know, mom." Twilight replied. "They were quite the challenge."
"But, we and the heroes took care of those creeps!" Dash added.
"At least none of us faced the Cheetah."
This gave Twilight Velvet some relief. "Okay. Just be careful in the future."
Just then, Twilight's father, Night Light, comes in with some good news.
"I just got off the phone with Principal Celestia." Night Light said. "You six girls are back in the play!"
The girls all cheered for this good news.
"How did this happen, dad?" Twilight asked.
"Turns out that Celestia and Luna decided to crack down on Svengallop." Night Light explained. "She made sure that the words of that critic don't hold true. And now, you girls are back in action."
"Wow!" Pinkie cheered. "Best news we heard all week!"
Suddenly, Fluttershy got nervous. "Just one thing. What if Svengallop tries to crash our night?"
"That's right." Applejack said. "Knowing Svengallop, he'll probably show up to try and embarrass us."
"Not to worry, girls." Twilight Velvet replied. "Arrangements are made to make sure that doesn't happen."
This made the girls happy. Sunset felt happy herself, knowing that her friends are going to be all right. Days later, the play is just about ready to go. The players have on their outfits, and are ready to go on stage. Principal Celestia and Vice Principal Luna watch with interest.
"I hope that vicious critic doesn't ruin this grand night." Luna said.
"Not to worry, Luna." Celestia replied. "I called in for some bodyguards to make sure that doesn't happen."
Outside the school, a red car pulls up. Out steps a man with curly red hair and wearing a blue business suit. This is Svengallop. The very person who tried to sabotage the play by pulling Twilight and her friends out.
"So, those six girls have been reinstated into the play, huh?" Svengallop said to himself. "Not for long. Time to crash this party!"
As Svengallop approached the school, he was stopped by a shocking sight. The six Superhero Girls who helped Twilight and her friends are guarding the gate.
"Going somewhere, Svengallop?" Green Lantern said as she powers up her ring.
"WHAT?!" Svengallop gasped. "Don't tell me Principal Celestia called you ladies to be bodyguards?"
"That's right." Zatanna replied. "We heard you be coming to town. So, we were recruited to stand guard."
"There's no way you're getting in here with the six of us around." Bumblebee added.
"Time for you to leave, Svengallop." Wonder Woman demanded. "Otherwise, you face dire consequences."
When the critic saw Supergirl cracking her knuckles, he got the idea. Soon, he casually walked back to his car, then sped ouff away from the school.
"I hope that big bully will stay away now." Bumblebee said.
"Don't worry, Bee." Batgirl confirmed. "He won't be back now. We'll see to that."
Inside the school gate, Mr. Cranky Doodle was pleased with these results. "I'm glad these young ladies are here. There won't be any trouble now."
Meanwhile, Svengallop rides off, relieved that he's far from the school.
"I guess I shouldn't test out any strong being." Svengallop said to himself. "Not even the Superhero Girls." He continues to drive off. "I better head for home and rethink my strategy."
