> Scootaloo: A Princess's Daughter > by Big Imagination E > -------------------------------------------------------------------------- > Found by a Princess > -------------------------------------------------------------------------- One rainy day in a kingdom was an orphanage. Inside was many kids waiting to be adopted into new families. But one kid was upset about her parents death and wasn't smiling since. Since 4 years ago she saw her parents drowned in a lake and that broke her heart bad. Her name is Scootaloo and was living in the orphanage since. She tried to make new friends but they weren't being nice to her. After 3 weeks she couldn't take it and escaped the orphanage. She ran in the rain getting away from there and stopped at a cardboard box hopefully drying off. But it still doesn't change the fact that she's sad about her parents. Then a woman came to her wondering what's wrong. "Oh dear. Are you alright?" She asked. Scootaloo looked at her and shook her head no. "Dear. Tell me what's wrong." The woman insisted. "Im all alone. I have no place to stay and I wish to have someone that cares about me." Scootaloo said crying. "Hey dear it's ok. If you want you can stay with me." The woman offered. That brought a smile to her face. "You really mean that?" Scootaloo said with hope. "Of course dear. I won't let you live out on the streets in the rain. Come." The woman said as Scootaloo took her hand and headed to her place. Scootaloo smiled knowing that she will have a family soon. > Animal Bonding > -------------------------------------------------------------------------- The woman and Scootaloo continued walking to the house and luckily the rain stopped. They arrived at a lovely house that was fit for a rich couple and Scootaloo loved it. "Wow. This house is nice. You live here?" Scootaloo asked. "Um no. I live with my stepmother and stepsisters. But they can be a little rude. So why don't you hang out in the garden while I talk to stepmother." The woman answered. "Yes. But I didn't get your name." Scootaloo replied. "My name is Cinderella." She said as she went inside. "Cinderella. That's a lovely name." Scootaloo said as a brown dog came to her. "Hey doggy." Scootaloo said as she petted his head and the dog licked her. "I see your getting along with Bruno." A speaky voice spoke. Scootaloo began looking. "Who said that?" Scootaloo asked. "I did. Down here!" The voice said as she saw a group of mice. "Hey there!" A boy mouse said. "Eek!! Mice!!" Scootaloo screamed. "Whoa whoa miss! Take it easy! We won't hurt you." The mouse assured. "Who are you guys?" Scootaloo asked. "Im Jag and this is Gus. And this lovely mouse lady is my girl Mary." He introduced. "So your little mice?" Scootaloo wondered. "You betcha! We love to company dear Cinderella. And it just so happens that we prank her wicked stepsisters when they disrespect her." Jag replied. "Are her stepdaughters and stepmother really wicked?" Scootaloo asked. "Yes child. We strongly recommend that you do not meet that woman. We can tell you already have enough stress." Mary said. "I did. But I don't want to talk about it." Scootaloo said sadly. "We understand. You can tell us when you're ready." Gus understand. "Thank you guys. You're such good friends. You too Bruno." Scootaloo said as the animals hugged her. Later that night Scootaloo was still bonding with the animals when suddenly she saw the door opened and hid behind the wall seeing the stepsisters and stepmother walk out in dresses. She was lucky that they didn't see her. But then she saw Cinderella running to the water fountain crying. "Cinderella! Im coming!" Scootaloo said going after her with the other animals following behind. She ran and saw Cinderella crying on the bench. "Cinderella!" Scootaloo said running towards her. > Going To the Ball > -------------------------------------------------------------------------- Scootaloo saw Cinderella crying and she placed a hand on her shoulder trying to confront her. Cinderella saw her and smiled happy. "Cinderella. Are you alright?" Scootaloo asked. "Physically yes. Emotionally no." Cinderella replied. "What happened?" Scootaloo wondered "I thought that stepmother would allow me to go to the Royal Ball but she refused and my stepsisters ripped the dress and made me upset." Cinderella told Scootaloo. "So they were really wicked then." Scootaloo realized. "That's what we said dear. But your lucky that she didn't see you. Otherwise you be on the streets." Mary reminded her. Scootaloo hugged Cinderella which calmed her down a little. Then to her surprise she was some magic shining and appeared a woman in a gown. She was nice and pretty. "Come on dearie dry those tears. You can't go to the ball looking like that." She said. "The ball? But I can't go. I lost all hope." Cinderella said sadly. "Now you don't mean that. If you lost all hope I wouldn't be here. Besides im sure you're child wouldn't want that happening." The woman responded. "Um. Miss? Who are you exactly?" Scootaloo asked. "Why im your fairy godmother of course. And I can help you get to the ball." She answered. "You can? How?" Cinderella wondered. "With a little magic of course." The godmother said taking out her magic wand and casted a few spells. First on a pumpkin becoming a carriage, then the mice and animals turning into horses and people and finally on Scootaloo and Cinderella which turned those rags into beautiful dresses. Cinderella's was a light blue and Scootaloo's was a light purple and both of them were wearing glass slippers. "Wow. I look lovely in this." Scootaloo said admiring the dress. "You sure do. Now remember Scootaloo the last time I had this the spell will only last til midnight. So make this count." Cinderella told her about last time. "Actually dearie I made a adjustment on the spell. You see I noticed that you and Scootaloo share a bond as mother and daughter so the spell I casted will never wear off. It's permanent." The godmother explained. "Really? That's amazing. Thank you fairy godmother." Scootaloo said grateful. "You are very welcome dear. Now go enjoy the ball." She said disappearing into thin air. "Come Scootaloo. Let's go." Cinderella said as they entered the carriage. Then they headed off for the ball. > At the Ball/ A Family at Last > -------------------------------------------------------------------------- A few hours went by and we see Cinderella and Scootaloo getting out and seeing the ball. It was absolutely amazing in every way. They are so glad to be at the ball. Then Cinderella looked at Scootaloo smiling letting her know that it was gonna be a good night. "So Scootaloo. How you feeling?" Cinderella asked. "A little nervous. But im ready to enjoy the ball. And Cinderella? I didn't tell you this but I wish my parents could see me now. But they died 4 years ago. Im an orphan." Scootaloo answered. "Oh you poor dear. Why didn't you tell me this sooner?" Cinderella said worried. "I was worried that you would kick me out." Scootaloo answered. "Scootaloo look at me. I would never kick you out. I said that you would have a place to stay and you always will. In fact would you like it if I adopted you?" Cinderella offered. Scootaloo cried tears of joy hearing what Cinderella said. "Yes I would love that!" Scootaloo said hugging her. "Then you will have a family once more." Cinderella said happy. They smiled and went into the ball. Inside everyone was enjoying themselves during their time there. Scootaloo was a little nervous considering that she never been to a dance in her life. Then something caught her attention. She saw A boy who was the same age as her and he spotted her. He walked over to her and smiled. "Well hello there." He said. "Um hi." Scootaloo said back. "I am Todd. What's your name?" He introduced. "I am Scootaloo." "Lovely name." Todd said making her blush. "Are you from around here? I don't seem to recognize you." "Well let's say im not from here and I didn't have a pleasant childhood." Scootaloo said sadly. "Oh im so sorry I hear that. I shouldn't talk about it anymore." Todd said making sure not to upset her more. "It's not your fault." Scootaloo assured. "So miss Scootaloo. Would you like a dance?" Todd said offering his hand. "Sure Todd." Scootaloo said taking his hand and waltzing with him. While Scootaloo was dancing with Todd we cut to Cinderella waltzing with the prince. The two were enjoying everything that the ball had to offer. Since the spell was permanent they didn't have to worry about the spell wearing off. After a few hours off enjoying the ball Scootaloo said goodbye to Todd as he left heading home. Then she saw Cinderella and Prince Charming walking to her. "Hey Scootaloo. Me and Prince Charming have a surprise for you." Cinderella told her. "Really? What is it?" Scootaloo said wondering what the surprise is. "Cinderella told me that you lost your original family. Well Cinderella and I talked and we want you to be part of our family once I marry Cinderella. Meaning I will be your dad." Prince Charming explained. Scootaloo cried tears of joy hearing what Charming said. "Really?" "Yes. You will have a family once more." Cinderella said as Scootaloo hugged the both of them and cried so happy. A few months went by and we see the wedding being assembled. One of the maids took Scootaloo and got her a flower girl gown based on her adopted mother's ball gown before she met up her mother in the bride room. She smiled at Cinderella who was in her wedding dress. Then after the ceremony Cinderella took Scootaloo onto the carriage with Prince Charming and sat next to her. "Mom?" Scootaloo said as Cinderella turned towards her. "Thank you for everything. You made me very happy." "Your welcome dear. Welcome to your new family." Cinderella said as she hugged Scootaloo. Prince Charming chuckled at that. "Looks like our daughter has grown attached to her mother." Prince Charming chuckled. "She sure has." Cinderella said as the two hugged once more. The mice saw Cinderella hugging Scootaloo and smiled knowing that she finally has a family. One that will love her and care for her in the future. And like that they all lived happily ever after.
