> Fuck My Life > by Blood fallen > -------------------------------------------------------------------------- > Chapter 1: It Begins > -------------------------------------------------------------------------- It was a warm and humid day in Brittan the year was 2013 Pacific Rim had just hit movie theaters and the first trailers of the 2014 legendary Godzilla film had been dropped and looked epic, Iron Man 3's soundtrack was kind of a bit shit and all seemed normal for the most part. Rogue winters a young man of only 19 years old was riding a bus back to his home after seeing Pacific Rim for the second time, unaware of the dormant magic in his blood waiting for a chance to be released, even if Rogue didn't know it the latent magical power he possessed basically made him the magic equivalent of Broly that being that he has crazy latent power and insane growth potential. As he sat in his seat listening to music on his phone through headphones (Sabaton's bismark) messing with his dark brown hair as he looked into his transparent reflection in the bus window looking into his blue eyes, then his phone went off with a text, reading the text Rogue could see it was from his girlfriend. "Rogue I'm done with you, I've found someone better but I still want to be friends." "Fucking bitch." Rogue said texting back. "Fuck you, come get your shit from my place by Monday or I'm binning it." Rogue typed and sent his response, a few moments later he got a response. "WTF Rogue, why do you have to be a dick." Rogue blocked her number and put his phone back in his pocket. Not long after the text exchange between Rogue and his now ex-girlfriend he got another text this time from his friend David. "Hay Rogue me and some of the old gang are going for drinks at O'Neil's bar on Saint Mary's Street, you up for coming?" "Sure mate, what time?" Rogue texted back. "7:30, sound good?" David replied. "Yeah man, see you there." Rogue texted and got a thumbs up emoji in response so Rogue slipped his phone back into his pocket. It took the bus Rogue was riding on half an hour to reach the stop closest to Rogue's one bedroom ground floor flat, along the way Rogue saw some young teens beating up a kid under ten again so he walked up behind two of them and quickly slammed their heads together before slamming the head of the last into the wall making the three teens scater, Rogue then looked to the boy who was being beaten up. "You need to start fighting back kid." Rogue said leaving the boy to make his own way home. After a while Rogue was back at his home and had changed clothes putting on a light grey short sleeve t-shirt, blue jeans, black air force 1's and a red sleeveless fleece jacket that had a black zip, Rogue walked over to his mirror looking at his reflection as he half zipped up his jacket and used some police after shave. "Oh yeah, this look suits me." Rogue said putting his after shave down. Suddenly he felt off as he fell to his knees. "The fuck, what's going on." Rogue said falling forward as he passed out. A few hours later Rogue woke up in a forest clearing, he looked around and was confused as to how he got there. "What the hell, where am I and how did I get here." Rogue said getting up and brushed himself off. "Ok, witch way do I go?" Rogue asked in thought, then a roar came from the forest behind him. "And like that I'm gone." Rogue said walking straight ahead not noticing that his hair had turned white and his eyes had turned red his previously dormant magic now awakened. A few hours had passed when Rogue came upon a fortress on the edge of a cliff, the fort looked like a small fort from Skyrim. "The fuck, why dose this look like it came right out of Skyrim?" Rogue asked out loud as he walked into the fort and went inside one of the buildings. The inside of the fortress was dark with rotting tables chairs and armor stands had been thrown about the room, on the opposite side of the fortress a broken stain glass window depicting two anthropomorphic horse woman defeating a creature that looked like God had taken all the leftover parts from making other animals and put them together as an abomination. "Oh great, I'm lost in who knows where but apparently furrys are still a thing, I think I'm going to need a heavy flamer." Rogue said as he looked around, he eventually found an old tattered dark grey cloak and pulled it on making sure to secure it with a clasp. He then found a shattered mirror and froze when he saw his reflection, his dark brown hair was now pure white and his eyes had gone from a calm shade of blue to a furious shade of red. "Holy shit, is that really me?" Rogue asked looking at his reflection as he pulled some of his hair in front of his eyes to see the color for himself. "Grate, now I look like an anime protagonist, wait. That means I'm going to become overpowered and have a harem... this is an absolute win." Rogue said throwing his arms above his head, his face then turned to a scowl. "I should use the fortress's watchtower to get my bearings, if anything it'll give me a direction to walk so I can get out of this forest." Rogue said walking out of the armory back into the courtyard, he then walked over to the watchtower went through the open door way and climbed up the internal spiral staircase to the top following it from memory after hundreds of hours spent in game. Once on the top of the watchtower he could see for miles all round, one of the first things he'd seen was an old damaged castle towering above the forest and he whistled at the sight. "Holy shit... that castle is easily bigger than any castle in Briton or Europe." Rogue said looking at the massive castle in awe and disbelief, he then looked at the rest of the forest and he spotted what looked like a town or village in the distance and to his annoyance he realized that if he'd ran right rather than straight ahead he'd have gotten there hours ago. "Fuck my luck, on second thought. Fuck my life." Rogue said making his way back down to the ground and the entrance to the fort, before leaving he pulled up the hood of his cloak up, not noticing that the cloak was enchanted to cast impenetrable shadows over the face of the wearer. After nearly four hours Rogue came to the edge of the forest closest to the town and rested in the shade of a tree, as he rested he spotted a small cottage nearby. "I wonder if they have a phone?" Rogue thought having left his on charge before passing out, as he got up and walked over and began walking towards the cottage, when he got there he heard a female voice from around the other side of the house. "Someone's back there." Rogue said slowly walking around the cottage and what he saw shocked him, he saw a woman wearing a thick green jumper and a long light blue skirt but the thing that got him was that she looked like she was wearing a fur suit that was styled as a cartoonish pony with yellow fur and a pink mane and tail that had wings. "What the hell, is she a furry?" Rogue thought as he watched Fluttershy from around the side of the cottage peeking around the corner he could see her feeding a wide variety of animals. "Now , now there's no need to shove there's plenty for everyone." Fluttershy said emptying large bags of animal feed into metal bowls. The more Rogue watched the strange women the more he began to realize that she wasn't wearing a fur suit, for one her head was to small for that and second he could see muscles moving under the skin. Rogue slowly and quietly backed off from watching and followed a path that seemed to head to the town his mind racing with questions, as he walked he nearly fell to his knees as a strong feeling of static coursed through his body for a few moments making his red eyes glow brightly for a few seconds. "The hell was that." Rogue thought as he recovered from whatever just happened to him. Rogue continued walking until he could see the buildings of the town and couldn't help but think they looked old fashioned. "Why dose everything look kind of old fashioned?" Rogue thought as he entered the town so deep in his thoughts that he didn't notice how many of the people around him looked like the woman he'd seen just a few minuets ago, as he walked through the streets ponies looked at him due to the hooded cloak he was wearing that and he was at least a full head taller than the tallest stallions in Ponyville. As he walked he was silently followed by a particular rainbow hair pony who was lazily following the cloaked man, Rogue was about to ask one of the anthros around him a question when a tomboyish voice called out from be hind him. "Hey you in the cloak, are you looking for trouble?" Rainbow dash shouted as she flew low to the ground with her arms crossed. Rogue looked back over his shoulder at the blue pain in the ass. "Is that skittles reject, talking about me." Rogue thought as he kept walking choosing to ignore the track suit wearing tomboy, but to his annoyance she flew in front of him blocking his way. "Hey I'm talking to you." Rainbow said poking Rogue in the chest, Rogue decided to keep ignoring the blue pain in the ass as he walked around her but she just got in his face again and he walked around her again, this kept up for some time with Twilight eventually seeing what was going on and making her way over hoping to resolve the situation peacefully, however before she could reach the seen unfolding in front of her Rainbow threw a punch at the cloaked stranger followed up with a kick and another punch, before Rainbow could land a fourth hit Rogue caught Rainbow's fist having reached the limits of his patients and Twilight could sense a strange magic she'd never sensed before coming from the cloaked man, when Twilight snapped out of her thoughts she could see that the cloaked man had pulled Rainbow out of the air to the ground and was beating her black and blue with vicious heavy punches to her face and upper body that Rainbow was barely able to block. "Fuck you cunt, my hands are rated E for everyone." Rogue said as he continued his absolute and unapologetic beat down on Rainbow Dash, Twilight seeing that her friend was getting the lights knocked out of her flew over as fast as she could and kicked the cloaked man off Rainbow. "Rainbow are you all right?" Twilight asked but Rainbow was out cold from the beating she just took Twilight then looked at the man as he got back up, some how completely unharmed from an Alicorn kick to the center of his chest. "Your going to pay for this." Twilight said still holding an out cold Rainbow as she wondered how he got up so quick. "Twilight, I'll take care of Rainbow while you teach this brut a lesson." Rarity said coming to Twilight's side from the gathered crowed and taking Rainbow from Twilight. "She Fucking started it, so I fucking finished it. Bitch." Rogue said snapping at Twilight as his anger reached the point of exploding his red eyes glowing bright enough to be seen through the shadow enchantment on the hood of the cloak, Twilight could sense the stranger's magic becoming unstable as he grew angrier, Twilight then took a basic fighting stance her brother showed her when they were little and asked. "Who are you?" "I'm the Outlander from another world and that's all you need to know bitch, now shut up and fight me." Rogue said taking a fighting stance he learned a few years ago before he got kicked out of M.M.A. classes for being to rough with the other students, when Twilight got a good look at his near hairless arms she realized that the so called Outlander was a human, she'd read about them before from the historical reports in the Canterlot library with the previous human having been found nearly 200 years ago and the one before that 400 years ago but all of the recorded humans had one thing in common other than being human that being that none of them had magic, unlike the Outlander who clearly had magic that was on par with Alicorn magic but he clearly didn't know how to use it or he would have by now. "Your a human." Twilight said relaxing her stance. "No shit." Rogue said as he started running at her every step cracking the ground but he didn't notice Twilight did thou and braced as he got close pulled his right arm back, Twilight braced for a punch but Rogue close lined her between the neck and upper chest instead taking her off her feet, Twilight lay on the ground winded from the blow that was clearly enhanced with magic, even if Rogue didn't know that the raw power of his magic was giving him super human levels of strength speed reflexes and durability in the same way that Alicorn magic could supercharge normal ponies. Twilight looked at the man towering over her as he reached down and picked her up by her hair. "I'm going to make this very clear, so that even someone as stupid as you can understand. Leave me the fuck alone." Rogue said dropping her and punched her flying into a building that just so happened to be Sugar Cube Corner, Rogue then looked at his fist. "Did I really just do that?" Rogue asked having only just noticed that his strength had increased. "I need to stop him before he hurts somepony or himself." Twilight said as she got up and dusted herself off and walked out of the shop through the front door with Pinkie hopping along beside her and waving at Rogue as if she knew him from somewhere. "Back for round two." Rogue said ignoring the friendly waving from the pink mare. "Surrender now, and all will be forgiven." Twilight said giving Rogue a chance to give up. "Fuck you." Rogue said getting ready to fight. "Then you leave me with no choice human." Twilight said as her horn ignited and it began to glow with power as Twilight charged a magic blast, she didn't want to kill him just knock him out. Rogue's whole body shivered and he knew he was in danger of taking a major L. "Shit what do I do?" Rogue thought as his body moved on instinct as he brought both hands to the right side of his waist. "Oh right, Kamehameha wave, sorry Master Roshi but I'll be borrowing your move just this once." Rogue thought as he began charging the attack. "KA ME HA ME HAAAA!" Rogue shouted as he brought his arms forward and fired the iconic attack, it collided with Twilight's attack in a beam struggle of blue and purple. "What, how could you possibly be doing this?" Twilight said as the beam struggle continued. "Fuck you, that's how." Rogue said giving the beam struggle everything he had, suddenly the two beams exploded in a mushroom cloud. "Fuck." Rogue said looking at the rising smoke as a thought entered his mind. "Time to G.T.F.O." and like that Rogue ran into the nearest ally running back towards the forest. "I have to get back to the fortress." Rogue thought as he ran through the backstreets as fast as he could while Twilight and her friends did what they could to put the chaos that the Outlander had caused to rest. > Chapter 2: Friend or Foe > -------------------------------------------------------------------------- The sun had started to go down when Rogue reached the old fortress once again, feeling somewhat safe behind the old stone walls he'd seen hundreds of times before in Skyrim, he pulled his hood down and took a deep breath. "Fuck my life, I may have just made the biggest fuck up so far." Rogue said as he got up onto one of the walls and could see smoke rising from over the tree tops on the other side of the forest, he then looked up at the darkening sky remembering that some of the anthros he'd seen could fly. "I should get out of sight." He thought jumping down nearly 10 feet from the wall as he walked over to the armory door and opened it, once he was inside he immediately noticed that someone had been there after he left a few hours ago. The old rotted furniture had been broken down into fire wood, a queen sized bed was up against the wall by the window, one of those folding screen that people used to change clothes was by the bed and an old fashioned copper bath tub was in the middle of the room, he had been so caught up in the sights that he hadn't even noticed the black crystals covering the broken stain glass window. "Suddenly I feel like I'm in someone's bedroom." Rogue said in a low voice almost a whisper as he backed up to the door but was stopped when he felt cold sharp metal against the back of his neck, so he slowly raised his hands. "You have some nerve just walking in here, human." A female voice said from behind him. Rogue mustered his courage and spoke clearly. "Well in my defense, when I was here a few hours ago this place was still abandoned." The mare behind him walked around keeping her sword at his neck as she came around to face him leaving a scratch along one side of his neck, the mare had dark grey fur a long black main and tail red slitted eyes a curved red horn on her head and was wearing a set of silver metal armor with a red cape. "You seem to possess truly great power and potential, it would be a waste to kill you, now tell me who are you?" The dark mare asked. Feeling like he had no way out Rogue spoke again. "Rogue Winters." He said quickly as the mare looked him dead in the eye. "Well Mr. Winters I may have a use for someone of your power." The mare said taking her sword from Rogue's throat as black crystals trapped his legs up to the knee. "You see a few years ago my brother Sombra was killed and I'm now seeking revenge on the ones directly responsible for his death, and your going to help me weather you want to or not." The mare said cupping Rogue's face with her free hand. "And if you do well, you'll get a special reward." The mare said sheaving her sword and grabbing Rogue's right wrist forming black crystals like a bracelet around his wrist as the crystals holding his legs shattered. "Before I send you on the mission I have in mind, there are things I will need to teach you, now follow me." The mare said walking over to the door. "I'm I at least going to get your name, so I know what to call you?" Rogue asked trying to remove the black crystals from around his wrist. "My name is Umbra, but feel free to call me Master or my Queen." Umbra said opening the door and Rogue was left with no choice but to follow. Later that night. It was the middle of the night in Ponyville and Rogue was crouched next to the chimney of a house looking at Twilight's castle. "I can't believe I have to do this." Rogue said as he harnessed the elemental power of shadow and used the shadow step to enter the shadows and traveled from one shadow to another getting closer to the crystal tree castle remembering what Umbra had told him. Flashback "Good, now that you can use the shadow step reliably, I need you to go back to Ponyville and steal something for me." Umbra said looking at Rogue who was halfway to passing out from Umbra's brutal training. "Fine... so long as you get this thing off me." Rogue said raising his right arm showing the black crystals on his wrist. "Of course, I may be evil but I'm not a complete bitch, besides it would be inconvenient for me if I let that kill you only to need you in the future." Umbra said and Rogue felt that she was telling the truth, since she didn't have any reason to lie about effectively enslaving him again in the future. "Ok, so what am I looking for and who has it?" Rogue asked crossing his arms. Umbra smirked and said. "I want you to steal the Alicorn amulet from Princess Twilight Sparkle's castle and bring it back to me." Umbra said as she watched with delight as Rogue realized he had to go back to the town that he nearly destroyed. Present time. Rogue stepped out of a shadow and looked up at the ridiculous abomination of a castle. "How anyone can stand living in that thing is beyond me." Rogue thought as he jumped from the street to one of the balconies that had a glass door left open and slipped inside as silently as a ghost in the night, looking left then right he could see the corridors were empty. "Time to start this shit show." Rogue thought following the corridor right passing a few rooms silently, he stopped by an open door that had light coming from the inside and Rogue used the shadow step again which was a good idea because inside the room Rogue was able to see eight ponies five of whom he recalled seeing earlier that day especially since he'd fought two of them, where as the remaining three were new to him that being an orange one dressed like a cowboy and two taller ones, one white the other blue and he got a really bad shiver down his spine that the two big ones were Princess Celestia and Luna who Umbra had warned him to avoid at all times. Rogue then made his move hoping that no one had seen his shadow moving across the floor due to it still visible when he wasn't in the shadow of something else. Rogue then searched every room one by one until he found a set of large doors that looked like they belonged in a bank vault. "Those look promising." Rogue thought as he opened them and found that the room beyond was indeed a vault of some kind with magic artifacts on individual pedestals. "Really, no guards in or outside of the vault." Rogue said as he pulled out the piece of paper with the drawing of the amulet and started looking for it. After a few minuets of searching Rogue found the Alicorn amulet and took it placing it into his pocket and quickly left the vault, as he made his way out by following the path he took on the way in he passed the room where everyone had been gathered and he noticed it was now empty and that three fourths of the castle's guards were gone. "The hell, their all gone." Rogue whispered as he stepped into the room and noticed a holographic map on the table that was zoomed in on a forest that had a ruined castle in the center with an old fortress on the far side on the edge of a cliff, Rogue could also see a collection of 6 different marks slowly moving away from the town and he knew the ponies were searching for him and they were going to start at the old castle thinking he'd been there. "Shit, I have to bonce like fucking yesterday." Rogue said running out the room as fast as he could realizing if the ponies got to the fort before him Umbra would disappear and the crystals she put on his wrist would kill him at some point tomorrow, so he ran like a bat out of hell getting out of the castle as quick as he could and then openly running through the silent streets of Ponyville not caring if groups of guards spotted him because with his new found speed they couldn't keep up with him. It was almost dawn of the next day when Rogue got back to the fort, it'd taken him longer to get back due to the sheer number of guards searching the forest forcing him to go around them rather than raise the alarm. Walking up to the armory door Rogue knocked twice then entered. "Hey Umbra, we have problems." Rogue said as he walked to the sight of Umbra looking in to the lit fire place she then looked at Rogue with rage as she stomped over and slapped him across the face. "You dare return empty handed." Umbra said furious. "Fuck you bitch, that's not the problem I was on about." Rogue said with a hand on his cheek. "Those princesses you warned me about are searching the forest, it's only a matter of time before they search this place." Rogue said lowering his hand from his face. "Did you at least get the amulet?" Umbra asked as she calmed down. "Yes, now get this shit off me." Rogue said raising his right arm showing the crystals as he pulled out the Alicorn amulet with his left hand, Umbra's horn lit up and the crystal's on Rogue's wrist split off in two pieces hitting the floor with a clink. Rogue then gave Umbra the amulet and turned to leave. "I'm outa here." Rogue said leaving his back open to attack as he took only a single step, Umbra smiled and quickly lunged at Rogue chopping him hard on the back of the neck dropping him to his knees before falling flat on his face out cold from the blow. "Poor human, I told you I would have more uses for you, and now you'll be a sacrificial lamb so that I can get away without anypony knowing I'm back." Umbra said her horn lighting up again as her things disappeared leaving the room bare as the crystal covering the broken window shattered outwards, Umbra then ran to the window and jumped out turning into a shadow as she escaped leaving Rogue out cold in the fort as a small army of guards came out of the forest led by Celestia, Luna and the main 6. > Chapter 3: Negative Luck > -------------------------------------------------------------------------- Rogue winced feeling a sharp pain in the back of his neck. "Shit, I shouldn't have left my back exposed like that." Rogue thought as he noticed that he was laying on his back on something very soft as he opened his eyes looking up at a white sealing in a large room, as he sat up on the large double bet he'd been placed on as he looked around he could see a few things a large dark would wardrobe with a matching chest of draws and writing desk to the left of the bed directly forward of the bed a set of double doors, to the right of the bed a single door, then he noticed a grey pony guard in gold armor with a blue star on the chest standing by the door. "You must follow me." the guard said as Rogue slowly got off the bed not taking his eye's off the pony. "Where am I?" Rogue asked as he spotted his cloak neatly folded on the desk. "You are currently in Canterlot castle in the city of Canterlot, the capital of Equestria." the guard said keeping his eyes on Rogue. "So, I'll take it I'm in the shit up to here?" Rogue asked holding a hand about half a foot over his head. "That will be decided after you meet the Princesses." the guard answered as Rogue slowly walked over to the desk and put his cloak back on and was about to pull the hood up. "Princess Celestia insists that if you wear that cloak then you must keep the hood down while in the castle." the guard said seeing Rogue about to pull the hood up. "Fuck my life." Rogue said slamming his head into a wall cracking the stone making the guard nervous. "Let's get this shit over with." Rogue said walking to the door. "Keep the profanity to a minimum around the Princesses." the guard said opening the door. "Follow me, and don't stray." the guard said leading the way to the throne room. "Yeah yeah shorty." Rogue said following the guard who looked like a child next to him due to the height difference between Rogue and the ponies around him, along the way Rogue got looks of shock from the castle maids and butlers and looks of disgust from the wealthy nobles, but all it took was one look from Rogue's red eyes while they glowed with magic to scare the shit out of them. Eventually Rogue and the guard came upon a massive set of dubble doors. "Fuck in hell, someone's over compensating." Rogue said getting offended looks from some nobles by the door waiting to go into the throne room to bitch and moan Celestia's ears off about rich people problems. "I said keep the profanities to a minimum." the guard said reminding Rogue to watch his language. "What the fuck are you going to do if I don't." Rogue said having ran out of fucks to give the other day when he found out he was in a bull shit anthro world. The doors to the throne room swung open and he followed the guard into the nearly empty throne room, on the opposite side of the room Celestia and Luna were seated in their thrones while Twilight and the others were standing at the bottom of the dius. The guard stopped in the center of the room and gave a respectful bow, while Rogue just looked at the armor clad simp with a raised eyebrow, the guard then noticed he didn't bow. "Bow to the Princesses of Equestria." The guard said in a whisper. "Going to be a solid fuck no on that one." Rogue said making the girls gasp in shock that he just said that while the guards in the room looked at him with murderous intent from his sheer lack of respect. "Your either brave or stupid, to show such a lack of respect in our presence." Luna said looking down at Rogue from her throne. "Bitch I don't have any respect for the monarchy back home, so what the fuck made you think I'd show any to you? Rogue asked looking at the Princess of the night without fear. "Hey, you can't talk to the Princess like that." Rainbow said almost flying over to Rogue but stopped short at the memory of getting a major ass kicking. "Well shit if it isn't skittles, how's your dentures fitting after I knocked all your teeth out?" Rogue asked going out of his way to be a menace. Rainbow looked pissed and the others in the room all had looks that said. He didn't just say that. "Enough!" Celestia shouted in the Royal voice, silencing the room with the sky shattering force of her voice. "Human, your lack of basic respect will not be tolerated." Celestia said standing up from her throne as she spread her wings to look more intimidating. "Now then, I have questions for you and you will answer them, depending on your answers you may only walk away from this with a slap on the wrist." Celestia said looking down at the defiant young man. "Fine, I'll try to hold my tong for now." Rogue said as his eyes started glowing a little. "Good, when we found you at fort Stonehoof we found some identification on your person, could you confirm your name since you look different from the person in the photo?" Celestia asked looking at Rogue with no small amount of contempt, not surprising since in the first 24 hours he'd been in this world he beaten the element of loyalty half to death, attacked Twilight, almost blew up Ponyville but then again he was only half responsible for that one, aided a deadly villainess in stealing a powerful magic artifact but Celestia didn't know that last one just yet anyway. "Rogue Winters." Rogue answered. "Rogue, well he certainly lives up to his name." Rarity said under her breath to Applejack. "Date of birth?" Celestia asked. "9th of the 1st 1994." Rogue answered. "Nationality?" Celestia asked. "British, welsh specifically." Rogue answered, Celestia nodded to Luna and Twilight letting them know he was telling the truth. "Do you know what this is?" Luna asked holding up the two halves of the black crystal bracelet Umbra had put on him. "Yeah, that's the thing that Umbra put on me." Rogue said the glow in his eyes growing brighter making the guards surround him with their weapons raised at him. "Put those down, or I'll put you lot down." Rogue said as his magic aura started flowing over his body like a raging flame. "Stand down Rogue." Celestia said as she started charging her magic. "I'm not your lap dog bitch." Rogue said shocking everyone in the room by calling Celestia a bitch. "How dare you, you may be as powerful as us but you have no right to speak to me like that." Celestia said firing a blast at Rogue but he channeled his inner black air force energy and caught Celestia's magic with his right hand getting pushed back almost all the way to the door before crushing the magic making it explode leaving Rogue unharmed. "IMPOSSIBLE." Everyone except Rogue said in unison. "Oh that's it I'm going to beat the brakes off your fat ass!" Rogue shouted as he kicked off from the ground shattering the floor under him shooting across the room in an instant throwing a punch at Celestia, but she put up a shield, just as Rogue's fist made contact the shield crack like glass that had a rock thrown at it. Rogue continued trying to throw his punch as his power surged past normal limits burning through his power reserves at an alarming rate, just as he was about to break through his eyes stopped glowing and turned back to blue as he passed out dropping to the floor at Celestia's feet having ran out of magic for the time being. "What happened, why did he pass out?" Twilight asked looking to her former teacher for an answer. "I think he burned through his magic reserves too quickly and passed out." Celestia explained relived at the outcome. "He needs help, if he loses control like that again he could end up burning through his life force as well as his magic." Luna said looking at Rogue with concern. "So." Rainbow said with a smirk looking at Rogue in his current state. "Sister, he allows himself to be fueled by rage, he's dangerous." Celestia said looking to Luna who had flipped Rogue the right way up. "As was I before Twilight Sparkle and her friends helped me." Luna said putting one of Rogue's arms over her shoulders as she lifted him. "Let me help him." Luna said giving her sister a determined look. "That was different." Celestia said looking hurt. "Why, because I'm your sister?" Luna asked looking at Celestia in a way that said don't fuck with me on this. "Fine Lulu but he's your responsibility and Faust help you if he hurts somepony again." Celestia said crossing her arms while looking down at her sister while she lifted the unconscious young man. "Thank you sister, I will make him my apprentice and get to the root of his anger before it consumes him, like my jealousy consumed me." Luna said taking Rogue from the throne room followed by two dozen guards. "Wait he's going to be your apprentice, is that even safe?" Twilight asked. "Was it safe for my sister to take you as an apprentice when you couldn't control your magic?" Luna asked in response. "That's not fair." Twilight said with a scowl. "Life isn't fair Twilight, but I won't give up on him, not until I try to bring him back from the edge. Like I was." Luna said with a pleading look. "Good luck Luna." Twilight said as Luna carried Rogue out of the throne room. > Chapter 4: Fuck That Shit I'm Out. > -------------------------------------------------------------------------- Rogue once again woke up in the room he'd been in before looking up at the ceiling feeling like he just did ten iron-man competitions back to back from how tired he felt, after a few minuets of just laying there before he sat up and was greeted to the sight of a night guard mare watching him her golden eyes locked on his blue eyes, interestingly unlike other bat ponies she had a firey red main and tail. "Let me guess, I'm in so much shit I'll never see the light of day again?" Rogue asked looking at the armor clad mare unable to stop himself from admiring her hour glass figure and the D cup love melons that her armor was doing a poor job of hiding. "Uh... I don't know, all I know is that I have to bring you to Princess Luna's tower." The guards mare said as Rogue got off the bed and stood up making the mare look up a bit due to the height difference. "With any luck she'll throw me off from the top floor." Rogue said grimly, he then sniffed himself. "Oh boy, I need a shower." Rogue said spotting a pile of new clothes on the desk. "That door leads to the bathroom." The guards mare said pointing at the door to the right of the bed. "Cheers tits, you got a name, or am I going to just have to call you tits." Rogue asked as he started stripping down to his boxers not caring that there was a lady in the room with him. "Dark... Blaze." The guards mare said lookin at Rogue's mussels on the verge of drooling, he wasn't huge like a body builder but he'd spent years working out doing different forms of marshal arts witch had given him a slim yet muscular physic. "Dark Blaze, I like it, it's the coolest name I've heard since coming to this world." Rogue said walking to the bathroom and opening the door. "I hope you don't mind waiting, I won't take long." Rogue said going into the bathroom and locked the door behind him. A round ten minuets later Rogue came out of the shower wearing clean boxers shaking his head from side to side making his hair spike up. "Luna thank you for this most glorious of sights." Blaze thought looking at Rogue as he walked out from the shower and then she noticed the tattoo on his upper right arm. "What is that?" Blaze asked pointing at Rogue's tattoo. "It's Godzilla, the king of the monsters." Rogue said not looking at the tattoo on his arm as he got dressed, just as he picked out the clothes he wanted to wear a pair of fuzzy grey hands reached around from behind him and started to explore his abbs. "What are you doing?" Rogue asked as Blaze tried slipping a hand in to his boxers. "Hay, you gotta buy me dinner and drinks before you get to ride the meat hammer". Rogue said pulling Blaze off of him. "Is that your way of asking me out on a date?" Blaze asked. Rogue turned to face the horny mare. "Maybe." Rogue said with a smirk and a cheeky wink, before grabbing a black vest, flint gray cargo trousers his black air force 1's and his red sleeveless fleece jacket and got dressed quickly. "Hay, do you mind if we raid the kitchen on the way, I haven't had any thing to eat since I got to this world. Needless to say if I don't eat something soon, I'm going to flake out?" Rogue asked as he finished doing his laces. "Wait you haven't eaten in days?" Blaze asked looking at Rogue like he just beat her ass as bad as he did Rainbow Dash's. "Yeah, I haven't exactly had time to get a decent meal." Rogue said scratching the back of his head with his right hand. "Well... I guess the Princess won't mind since you've been starved since you got here." Blaze said looking off to the side for a moment. "Say less, just show me the way." Rogue said feeling his stomach growl. Around 45 minuets later Dark Blaze knocked the door of Luna's tower twice and waited for a second. "Come In." Luna said from the other side of the door, Blaze open the door and walked in followed by Rogue who felt a lot more chilled out after getting some food in him. Luna looked at the young man surprised that he wasn't wearing his cloak as well as being shocked by the tattoo on his right arm. "I was expecting you half an hour ago." Luna said looking at Blaze. "Forgive me Princess, we were delayed." Blaze explained. "Delayed... by what?" Luna asked with a raised eyebrow. "Yeah that's on me, I might have insisted that we raid the kitchen before coming here." Rogue said scratching the back of his head again. Luna was about to reprimand Blaze for disobeying orders when she realized that Rogue didn't seem as aggressive and belligerent as he had been earlier that morning. "So is this the part where you tell me I'm never going to see the light of day again?" Rogue asked with his hands in his pockets as he looked at the lunar Princess. Luna was snapped back to reality by Rogue's question and she gathered her thoughts as she remembered that there were still some questions left over from that morning that needed to be answered. "Well yes, but I assure you that it's not quite what your thinking." Luna said looking away from the young man and the guard with him. "There are still some questions leftover from this morning, after that we can discuss what's going to be happening moving forward." Luna said taking a seat at the long table in the middle of her tower that looked like a library. "Fine, I'll finish answering your questions." Rogue said sitting at the table. "As I recall, you'd just confirmed that you knew about the effects of the black bracelet, so what did Umbra have you do while it was on your wrist?" Luna asked. "She had me steal some amulet thing from Sparkler or whatever her name was." Rogue said trying to remember what the name of the thing was called. "She had you steal an amulet?" Luna asked with a raised eyebrow. "Yeah some kind of powerful magic artefact, I don't remember what it was called but I could do a basic sketch of It if I had some paper and a pencil." Rogue said leaning back in his seat, as Luna levitated a piece of paper and a pencil to him, Rogue took the paper and pencil from Luna's magic and made a quick sketch of the Alicorn amulet and slid the paper across the table to Luna when he was done. "That's the thing she had me steal, it's made of dark metal and the gem is red." Rogue explained. "Do you have any idea what this is?" Luna asked with a concerned look. "Not really, but if that look on your face is anything to go by, then I would have been better off dead than giving that thing to Umbra." Rogue said getting a bad feeling. "What no, no pony deserves to die because of what they're forced to do when their life is in danger." Luna said shocked that Rogue would even entertain such thoughts. "Oh well I can't change the past, witch makes Umbra your problem to deal with." Rogue said leaning his chair back more. "What does that mean?" Luna asked with a confused look. "It means I don't plan on sticking around to find out what she's planning." Rogue said as he stopped leaning the chair back and stood up. "Where are you going?" Luna asked as she watched Rogue walked over to the door. "Leaving obviously." Rogue said not giving a damn. "You can't leave, we haven't even discussed the terms and expectations of you becoming my new student?" Luna said getting up. "Say what now, I don't remember agreeing to that bitch." Rogue said still walking to the door. "No your not leaving." Luna said teleporting in front of him and stopped when she saw his eyes glowing red. And like that the dog was out of it's cage. "You know, I thought you might be cool." Rogue said grabbing Luna by the face and lifting her off the ground by at least a foot and a half. "But clearly I was wrong." Rogue said slamming Luna's head into the floor with the force of a tactical missal cracking the ground and knocking the princess out in one blow. "Fuck you. The only path I walk is the one I chose for myself." Rogue said letting go of Luna's head. "Sorry Blaze, but I think that date you wanted isn't going to be happening." Rogue said looking over his shoulder at Blaze as he left. "But where are you going to go?" Blaze asked as she rushed to Luna's side to check on her. "I don't know, but I do know what I plan on doing." Rogue said as he kept walking only to stop when he heard the sound of a sword being drawn. "I can't let you leave, not after you hurt the Princess." Blaze said pointing her standard issue sword at Rogue. "What are you going to do against me Blaze, I'm stronger than you faster than you and I've been trained in multiple martial arts since the day I could walk. So let me ask again, what are you going to do against me?" Rogue asked as he stopped walking but didn't look back. "I... I can." Blaze said holding her stance. "You can do nothing, so stay at your Princess's side until she wakes up." Rogue said as he walked off again, leaving the tower and making his way back to the room he'd been placed in by following his foot steps fighting every guard that he found along the way, after reaching the room where he'd been brought he put on his cloak shattered one of the windows jumped out and made a deairing escape from the pony capital relying solei on his fighting skills and enhanced strength. Three Days Later. Rogue stood in a river up to his waist in water while a nearby camp fire slowly cooked two fishes he'd caught with his bare hands, as he stood there in the water butt naked his finger tips touching the surface of the water he contemplated the element of water. "What is water,... water is the key to life,... water when heated becomes steam that can cook meat,... water when cooled enough becomes ice that can shatter metal like glass,... and when placed under extreme pressure water can cut through almost anything." Rogue thought as he opened his eyes, witch flashed golden yellow for less than a second as he threw a right hook at a large piece of exposed bed rock making the moisture in the air turn into a water dragon that blasted through the rock leaving a clean circular hole through it, Rogue then smirked. That's my second elemental power in just over a week, at this rate I should reach my own avatar state by the end of the year and then I'm going to Super Saiyan 3 that shit and go even further beyond, until I reach a form of elemental power like none other." Rogue thought as he looked at his handy work a wide smile on his face, then he noticed the wonder bolts flying over head doing aerial surveys to find him. "Tch. I'll give them credit, they don't give up easy." Rogue said walking over to his makeshift camp standing next to the fire to dry off before putting his clothes back on. "Damn, I wish I had time to eat these fish but it seems luck isn't on my side." Rogue thought as he finished drying off and put his clothes back on packed his camp, covered the fire with dirt to prevent smoke and walked off into the distance. > Chapter 5: 6 months later. > -------------------------------------------------------------------------- It has been 6 months since the human Rogue Winters arrived in Equestria, and in that time he now had gained access to the elemental powers of Shadow, Water and Fire neglecting his latent magical abilities in favor of mastering elemental power due to one simple reason, he believed that since one third of the worlds population was able to use magic, that magic wasn't worth learning so he decided to pursue something far more specialized and unique, the absolute and total mastery of elemental power. Rogue was standing by a river of lava in the Dragon lands wearing only trousers as he practiced throwing punches and kick's that launched bursts of flame like a fire bender from the last air bender, Rogue continued his training sweating buckets due to how close he was to the lava, surprisingly none of the dragon's had bothered him yet maybe it was because he was far enough from the caves where the dragons lived or maybe it was because he beat Dragon Lord Torch in a one on one fight with out using magic or elemental power when he entered their lands gaining some kind of unspoken respect or maybe they didn't want to pick a fight with the guy who broke off one of Torch's horns and knocked him out while making him look like a bitch. Rogue trained until the sun went down and the moon came out, Rogue breathed heavily covered from head to foot in sweat. "Fuck me." Rogue said finding it hard to get a good breath in his lungs from the humidity in the Dragon Lands. "Hey you." the voice of a female dragon said from behind Rogue. "Now what." Rogue thought as he turned around to see a very feminine blue dragon with lighter blue scales on her under side and dark blue spikes on her head with fiery orange eyes with her clawed hands on her hips standing a few feet away. "What do you want?" Rogue asked looking at the dragoness. "Your the guy who beat my dad, You don't look like much." the dragoness said looking Rogue up and down as she circled him like a predator hunting it's prey, her eyes lingering on the tattoo on his right arm thinking it was some kind of dragon. "If your looking for revenge, then I'll happily beat the shit out of you as well." Rogue said dropping back into a fighting stance as the dragoness stopped her circling. "Damn, you really are just like my old man said." The dragoness said with a smirk. "If your not looking for revenge, then what do you want?" Rogue asked as he stood up relaxing from his fighting stance witch was the same as Goku's from the original Dragonball but that's besides the point. "You really did a number on my dad, he's actually thinking of running the gantlet of fire because of how badly you beat him." Ember said as she admired Rogue's well toned body as his muscles were covered in sweat. "Gantlet of fire... I don't know what that is." Rogue said crossing his arms. "It's basically an obstacle course and a race all in one, the first to reach the bloodstone scepter becomes the new Dragon Lord." Ember explained as her eyes once again lingered on Rogue's tattoo. "Cool beans, why should I care?" Rogue asked. "You beat my dad, so... could you train me?" Ember asked the scales on her face going red as she blushed in embarrassment from asking. "That depends lizard tits, you going to tell me your name?" Rogue asked putting his hands in his pockets. "My name is Ember." the dragoness said looking at the white haired man. "Well Ember, I guess I could show you a few techniques but I warn you, I'm not exactly a gentle sparing partner." Rogue said with a smirk as he once again took his fighting stance with Ember following his lead copying his stance. Five Days Later. Rogue and Ember were on their backs breathing heavily. "Admit defeat, lizard tits." Rogue said looking up into the dark smoky sky of the Dragon Lands. "You first, tough guy." Ember said rolling on to her side and getting back up. "Never." Rogue said exhausted from the heat and the physical work out he'd been doing for the last few weeks in such a harsh extreme environment. "Your strong, but you can't handle the heat like I can." Ember said standing up over Rogue as he laid out on his back trying to get his fifth wind in him. "Fuck my life, why dose it have to be so hot." Rogue said sitting up. "Fuck your life, I would rather just fuck you." Ember said looking at him like a piece of meat. "Oh hell no, I don't plan on putting my dick in anything that isn't human." Rogue said just staying there not seeing the I'm going to rape you look Ember was giving him. "That's cool by me, I'll put your dick in me instead." Ember said getting ready to pounce. "Wait what?" Rogue asked looking at Ember and seeing the look on her face as a cold sweat ran down his spine. "I likes you and I wants you, so let's just do this the hard way." Ember said lunging at Rogue. "OH SHIT!!!!!" Rogue shouted as Ember jumped towards him reaching out with her arms with love hearts in her eyes. "Oh hell no." Rogue thought as he dropped into his shadow just before Ember landed on the spot where he'd been only a second before. "What, where did you go?" Ember said looking around for the human who just disappeared in the blink of an eye. Realizing that he wasn't in any condition to fight back with his stamina so badly drained Rogue flicked his wrist in the direction of the lava river and used the element of fire to make the lava splash drawing Ember's attention. "There you are." Ember said jumping in to the air as she flew off to investigate the sound. Rogue emerged from his shadow gathered his things and left the Dragon Lands as quickly as he could before more dragons decided they wanted a Piece of him. "Fuck this place I'm never coming back." Rogue said as he passed a few sulfur vents. A few weeks later Rogue had passed over the Northern mountains of the Dragon Lands and crossed the small ocean between the forests south of Griffin stone and was making his way north into the Griffin kingdom, as he walked through the trees as they grew fewer and thurther apart he could see a city in the distance purched on a tall spire of rock, Rogue looked at it for a good long while. "That looks dodgy as hell, why would anyone build a city in such a place." Rogue thought as he got closer to the Griffin capital unaware that he would soon be coming face to face with a certain pony Princess and her five friends once again. > Chapter 6: Can't we settle this over a pint? > -------------------------------------------------------------------------- Rogue had barely been in the Griffin capital for an hour when he'd gotten into a fight with at least ten Griffins at a tavern when one of them called him a hairless freak, so Rogue being the proud man that he is took offence to the comment and shot back by calling him a feather brained halfwit, needless to say that the Griffins then took offence and a fight broke out in the street. Rogue got cut up pretty bad by the claws of the Griffins but he gave twice as good as he got and when he finished the fight by knocking out the last of the Griffins he decided to finish a job that was already finished by kicking each of his downed opponents in the balls so hard that according to legend their G5 decedents can still feel it. After he finished kicking balls to oblivion Rogue walked over to the table where the Griffins had been sitting before the fight and claimed the unopened bottle of twelve year old Griffonian scotch that the Griffins he just K.O'd had been playing cards for, he then opened the bottle and drank at least a third of the bottle in one go. Now something to note about Rogue is when he's calm he's as sound as a pound, when he's angry or fighting he's a demon but when he's drunk, he gets all friendly even towards people he normally doesn't like witch is how he met his ex-girlfriend. Rogue took another swig from the bottle as he walked passed the defeated Griffins who were still on the ground holding their destroyed balls. "Cheers for the drink lads, tastes like perfection in a bottle." Rogue said taking another swig from the bottle as he felt the familiar sensation of warmth spreading through his body as the scotch started to hit dulling the pain from the wounds he'd gotten in the fight but little did he know that at that time that six mares he'd almost completely forgotten existed just arrived in Griffin Stone. "So Twilight, why are we in the Griffin kingdom again?" Rainbow asked looking out the window of the carage they were riding in as they entered the Griffin capital. "We're here because one of Celestia's spys reported seeing Rogue heading to Griffin stone a few weeks ago, and considering that it's the first confirmed sighting of him since he escaped Canterlot outside of a roumer that he defeated the current Dragon Lord in single combat, the Princess wants us to ask the Griffins if they've seen him." Twilight explained looking over the report from the spy. "Hold up a sec Twi, did you just say he beat the Dragon Lord in a fight?" Applejack asked looking to her friend hoping it was a joke as she remembered the time they had to deal with a dragon outside of Ponyville and just how ineffective fighting a dragon could be without having Fluttershy around to convince it to leave. "That's only a roumer, nopony knows if it's true or not." Twilight said flipping through the pages of the report. "And what are we going to do if we actually find him darling. I would rather not get man handeled by that brut." Rarity asked. "Ooooooo I know we could have a drinking contest with him, first to pass out loses." Pinkie said looking to each of her friends for approval. "Pinkie dear, he's violent enough when sober, getting him drunk might result in somepony getting killed." Rarity said giving Pinkie a look that said I know you mean well but that's a really bad idea. "But what if he's a friendly drunk or a flirty drunk or both?" Pinkie asked in quick succession. "I don't know, I find him kind of scary looking." Fluttershy said hiding behind some of her hair as she looked out one of the carage windows. "Besides we all saw what he almost did in Canterlot." She added quietly. "It doesn't matter if he's scary or not, we just have to hit him with the good old friendship blast and he'll be done for." Rainbow said confidently. "And how are we going to do that now that the tree of harmony has the elements?" Applejack asked with a raised eyebrow. "We'll use those new rainbow forms that we got from opening the box." Rainbow said pleased with herself for having a good idea for once. Not long after Rainbow explained her idea the carage the girls were in came to a stop and one of the Royal guards dressed in civilian clothes opened the door of the carage. "Lady's we have arrived." The guard said stepping aside as the main 6 got out. "Princess, we'll stay with the carage while you search the city." The guard who opened the door said as he kept his eyes on a group of shady looking Griffins nearby. Twilight nodded to the guard. "All right girls, lets start asking around to see if anypony has seen Rogue." Twilight said looking out for a tattered dark grey cloak in the crowd. Not even a full ten seconds later Pinkie poked Twilight on the shoulder. "Found him." Pinkie said pointing at Rogue who was standing while leaning back against a safety rail nearby drinking something from a bottle. "That was easy." Rainbow said as the girls turned to look in Rogue's direction. "It's almost too easy." Rainbow said a little hesitant to get closer as the memories of getting the shit beaten out of her came back with a vengeance. "On second thought maybe we should just leave him alone." Rainbow said getting nervous. "Rainbow Dash, I know the doctor said you have some slight P.TS.D after Rogue beat you up in Ponyville, but your never going to get over it if you don't confront him again." Twilight said as the girls gave their friend a group hug. Rogue finished off the whisky and threw the now empty bottle behind him into the bin on the opposite side of the street without looking, he was just about to start moving when he heard the sound of footsteps surrounding him. Rogue looked at the mares that had taken it upon themselves to surround him. "Your not getting away this time Rogue." Twilight said as she and the others took up fighting stancese. ... ... ... "I'm sorry, do I know you?" Rogue asked not sure who the six before him were supposed to be. "WHAT, how do you not remember what you did in Ponyville and Canterlot?" Twilight asked shouting. "Never mind, girls let's get him." Twilight said flying at Rogue at full speed only for him to side step at the last possible second, Rainbow then came in from above with a downwards spin kick that Rogue back stepped out of the way of, and found Applejack's lasso falling around his body, before Applejack could pull the rope tight Rogue jumped into the air out of the lasso, while in the air Rarity launched enchanted gems at him. Thinking fast Rogue used the shadows under his cloak to make a chain that latched onto a nearby building that Rogue used to pull himself out of danger, narrowly avoiding the sharp crystals as they flew past him. Landing on his feet Rogue came face to face with Pinkie and her party cannon, just as Pinkie's artillery was about to fire Rogue lifted one of his legs and used his foot to flip the barrel straight up when it fired making it rain confetti and streamers. Rogue was about to start walking away when Fluttershy of all ponies put him in a choak hold from behind, being left with only one way to get out of the hold Rogue brought one of his hands behind his back and grabbed one of Fluttershy's boobs making sure to squeeze in a few times. The moment Fluttershy felt the first squeeze on her right breast her face went so red that she made a beetroot look white by comparison making her release her hold on Rogue allowing him to move away from her while she covered her chest with her arms. "You monster, touching a lady like that." Rarity said readying another volley of crystals at the sight of what Rogue had done. "It got me out of the choak hold didn't it." Rogue said as his face started turning a bit red from the alcohol in his system. "Come on girls, let's form up and attack together." Twilight said as thee main 6 took formation in a line each of them in their own unique fighting stance, Rogue looked at the mares who were ready to fight again, he then looked to his left and saw a pub that was open. "Can't we settle this over a pint?" Rogue asked thinking about getting a nice ice cold beer, his question caught the main 6 off guard. "Come on, first rounds on me, what do ya say." He added as the scotch kicked in more and more. "Did he seriously just ask us out for drinks, while we're fighting?" Rainbow asked looking at the others while Rogue walked to the pub the most time honored place of social gathering and getting shit faced on weekends in Grate Briton. "See, I told you guys a drinking contest would work." Pinkie said smugly as she hopped along following Rogue and catching up with him only to lock arms as they went in the pub. "What just happened Twi?" Applejack asked looking to the smart pony in the group for an answer. "I... I have no idea, but we should follow them before those two get into more trouble." Twilight said following Rogue and Pinkie into the pub, inside the pub was mostly empty with only a few old Griffons here and there in the back at a long ten seater table with drinks for every one mainly being two ciders for Applejack and Rainbow, a bottle of wine for Rarity and Twilight, a water for Fluttershy, another cider for Pinkie and Rogue had whisky on the rocks with Pinkie sitting to his right telling him about something while he nodded along. "And then boom, we defeated Nightmare Moon and turned her back to Princess Luna." Pinkie said finishing the shortened story of how the main 6 met and defeated Nightmare Moon. "Fascinating, it reminds me of the time I was up against thirty guys by my self." Rogue said taking a sip of his whisky. "Ooooooo, how did that go?" Pinky asked as she leaned in closer to the inebriated young man. "I beat them all of course, but I did have a broken bone or two to show for it." Rogue said looking at the pink mare as he noticed how close she'd gotten. "Hay, hay personal space." he added giving Pinkie a gentle push off him as Twilight sat to his left while the others took seats by the drinks that were bought for them. "Are you really the same guy we met six months ago?" Twilight asked as she watched him interact with Pinkie. "Well yeah, I'm the same guy, I was just massively pissed off and having a few bad days at the time." Rogue said having some more of his whisky. "So are you going to apologies for what you did to me?" Rainbow asked glairing at Rogue from the bottom of the table with Applejack. "No, you started that so I'm not apologizing, if anything you should apologies to me." Rogue said looking down the table at the pony he knew as skittles. "Why should I apologies?" Rainbow asked. "Because you attacked me first and I defended myself as a result." Rogue explained leaning back in his chair. "Really, no apologies?" Applejack asked. "Absolutely not, I didn't start this fight." Rogue said downing his drink in one go. "Your unbelievable, what kind of gentle colt refuses to apologise." Rarity said in a huff as she stuck her nose up while looking away from Rogue. "Ok a few things wrong with that, first I'm a human so the correct term is gentleman, second I have no reason to be nice when I get attacked out of nowhere and third I don't care about how you think people should act." Rogue said giving Rarity a look that could kill. "Ok, so why did you attack the Princess in Canterlot?" Applejack asked trying to defuse any trouble before it began. "In my defense, getting talked down to and treated like a child with no decision making ability is the fastest way to piss me off." Rogue explained. "But why?" Twilight asked as she remembered how Luna was convinced that Rogue only acted the way he does was because of some kind of pain he was hiding deep down. Rogue thought about how to respond to to that as he remembered something Vegeta said in the Buu saga of DBZ. "You may have invaded my mind and body but there's one thing a Saiyan always keeps. His pride!" "You ask why, and the answer is pride, pride in the man that I am and all that I've accomplished so far." Rogue said as he remembered that moment from DBZ. "I don't understand." Twilight said looking at Rogue with a raised eyebrow. "And what do you mean by, all you've accomplished?" Twilight asked looking at Rogue as if he suddenly grew an extra head. "Oh right, I forgot that no one knows what I've been up to." Rogue said looking Twilight in the eye as he raised a hand and produced a stream of fire water and shadow using the elemental powers he currently had. "This is what I meant when I said all I've accomplished, the ability to use multiple elemental powers at once with out using magic." Rogue explained as the small spout of water took the form of an Asian dragon the flame took the form of a phoenix and the shadow took the form of a bat. Twilight's jaw dropped at the sight, it was one thing to use one elemental power but three at once was unheard of to the point of being considered impossible because of the fact that over exposure to elemental power could kill a pony. "That's... impossible. No pony can survive using three elemental powers at once." Twilight said as she watched the small animals dancing around each other in the palm of Rogue's hand. "Your forgetting one thing there Sparkler, I'm not a Pony I'm a Human, which means I'm built different from the bones out." Rogue said as he picked up his empty glass and walked over to the bar and got himself two ice cold pints of beer and camebackto the table. "Really, your going to drink two at once and ponies call me a show off?" Rainbow said looking at Rogue as if he were an alcoholic. "No, the second pint is so I don't have to go back up to the bar so soon." Rogue explained as he picked up one of his pints and drank a third of it in one go. A few hours and many drinks later the six mares and one human stumbled out of the pub as it closed for the night, Pinkie Applejack and Rainbow were in front singing about cider while holding onto each other for support, Rarity and Fluttershy were a few steps behind with Fluttershy helping Rarity keep her balance after drinking wine all night and Twilight was in the back with Rogue who was by far the least affected by the all the alcohol in his system mainly due to pint of water he'd been getting in between the pints of beer. "You know, you ain't that bad Rogue. " Twilight said as she stumbled around next to him. "Yeah, I guess you and your friends aren't that bad either Sparkle, but Skittles is still on my shit list." Rogue said catching Twilight as she almost fell over. "Are you going to come back to Equestria with us?" Twilight asked stumbling badly as she walked. "No, I have my own path to follow." Rogue said choosing to go after the power of lightning next, as the drunk group returned to the carage. "Well good luck with whatever it is your planning on doing with those elemental powers." Twilight said leaning in and kissing Rogue on the cheek. Rogue looked at the drunk bookworm. "That's not how you give someone a drunken kiss, this is." Rogue said using his right hand to pull Twilight in closer while also getting a hand full of ass and used his left hand to lift Twilight's face as he leaned in and kissed her on the lips for a few seconds before pulling away from the blushing Princess. "You see the key to a drunken kiss is making it unforgettable, that way you can regret it later." Rogue said as he broke of from the group disappearing into a heavy fog that was rolling in. > Chapter 7: Eye of the Storm. > -------------------------------------------------------------------------- It was the day after a night of heavy drinking the sun was too bright the sounds were too loud and Rogue had the mother of all hangovers as well as a voice screaming at him from the depths of his subconscious. "Ayo boy, it's your voice of regret here to tell you, you done fucked up and kissed a pony Princess last night, you fucking dumb ass!" "Fuck off regret, I'm too hungover to put up with your shit." Rogue said to the voice in his head. "I don't give a shit if you're hungover, you kissed a fucking pony, and to make matters worse she has very possessive vibes, like Jessica did and I'm sure I don't need to remind you how that went." Rogue's voice of Regret said. "I fucking remember, she tried to cut my dick off and pickle it in a jar." Rogue said rolling over so he was face down in the pillow of the bed at a 24 hour motel he managed to get a room at after walking away from Twilight and her friends into the Fog last night. "Ah hello my boy, your voice of reason here if you don't mind having a word?" A second stereotypically British sounding voice asked. "The fuck do you want and why won't you just let me sleep off this hangover?" Rogue asked resining himself to the fate of not being able to sleep. "Oh well you see my boy, in regards to what regret was just talking about, there is something we need to talk about." Rogue's voice of reason said sheepishly. "Talk about what?" Rogue asked as he groaned into the pillow. "Sex." The voice of Reason answered simply. "Haven't had any since before coming to this world." Rogue said looking up at the head board of the bed. "Yes I know that, but I meant sex moving forwards." The voice of Reason said calmly. "I've said it once so I'll say it again, I'm not putting my dick in anything that isn't human." Rogue said firmly. "Oh come now my boy, we both know that if you and one of those mares from last night were alone with a few more drinks, you'd have woken up in bed with one or all of them given your record." The voice of Reason said. "Hey, I'm not that bad." Rogue said arguing with the voice in his head. "I know this is more of Regret's territory but, need I remind you of THAT time." The voice of Reason said and Rogue shivered at the memory. "Hey we agreed never to mention THAT time." Rogue said rolling over so he was the right way up and sitting up in the bed. "I know but all I'm trying to say is, you have a history of sleeping around when drunk, your the only human on this world at the moment and there are at least three females that want you that we know of any way." The voice of Reason said. "Wait, how did you reach that number?" Rogue asked as he swung his legs off the side of the bed and sat up and walked to the shower. "Let's count them off shall we, first is that night guard mare Dark Blaze, second would be that dragoness Ember who made a booty warrior reference and third is Princess Sparkle who you put the moves on last night." The voice of Reason said listing the three off. "Oh fuck off, you and Regret had better go back to being radio silent after I get out of the shower." Rogue said slamming the door behind him, afterwards coming out of the barely warm shower Rogue was more sober and alert. "Hey, voices in my head, you still there or have you finally shut up?" Rogue asked in thought but all he got was silence. "Oh good, silence at last." Rogue said as he walked over to a small bag he'd been were under his cloak and pulled out a set of camo cargo trousers and a slim fit black t-shirt and a fresh set of boxers with socks and got dressed quickly and slipped on his brown leather outdoor shoes that had replaced his black air force ones after the heat of the Dragon Lands killed them. Once he was dressed Rogue picked up his dirty washing and put it in his bag before slipping it on under his cloak as he walked out of the room and locked the door behind him returned the room key at the office and used the nearby laundry room to wash and dry his clothes before making his way north from Griffin Stone, while he waited he could over here two Griffin gem hunters talking. "So when are we heading back to Storm Peek mountain boss, we made a killing selling those lightning crystals last time?" The first Griffin asked. "Not so loud you damn whelp, we don't want anyone else poaching are best money making spot." The second Griffin said in a hushed voice unaware that Rogue could here them. "Sorry boss, I just wanted to know when we were heading back." The first Griffin said also using a hushed tone now. "We'll go back the month after next, that way enough time will have passed for the constant lightning strikes at the top to have thrown some more lightning crystals down the mountain for us to find." The second Griffin explained. "Storm Peek mountain hu, if those Griffins really were telling the truth about those lightning crystals being worth a shit ton of money, I could gather a shit load of them when I get the element of lightning and be set for life. Of course I'll have to find some way to get rid of the price Celestia put on my head first." Rogue thought as he waited for his clothes to finish drying. After nearly three hours Rogue's clothes were dry and folded up into Rogue's bag as he left the Griffin capital heading for the place known as Storm Peek mountain and according to the Griffins he'd been listening in on to was about a month a way on foot and the road was a long and hard one, as he left the city Rogue felt a cold chill on the morning wind and knew that winter wasn't far off only another month or two at best before he'd need winter clothes and GOD help him if he got caught out in the winter weather without the right gear, because Rogue had realized that for Ponies, Griffons, Zebras, Diamond Dogs and the other native species to look so similar to Human but still have fur meant that was in use to keep warm, meaning that the winters on Equis are so cold that fur is still required for survival. "Which means I should be heading south right now but no here I am heading north like an idiot, I only hope the element of fire can help keep me warm from the worst of the cold." Rogue thought as he passed a sign that said Griffin Stone north entrance with an arrow pointing the way he'd just came. Two Weeks Later. As Rogue walked down a lonely dirt Road wrapping himself tight in his cloak to try and get some protection from the cold as he walked further and further north to Storm Peek mountain. "Damn it, I never thought I would ever say this but I wouldn't mind having fur right now because I'm freezing my balls off." Rogue thought as he spotted the light of a camp fire past some trees to his right, Rogue stopped and looked for a moment at the fire seeing a male pony wearing a full body set of armor by the fire. "I wonder if he'd mind me warming myself up by his fire." Rogue thought as he changed course slightly and approached the fire, moments later Rogue was close enough to feel the warmth of the fire. "You mind if a Fellow wanderer warms himself by your fire?" Rogue asked as he looked at the armor clad stallion while staying a respectable distance from the fire in case he said no. "By all means, warm your self Human." The stallion said in a firm deep voice that demanded respect and radiated wisdom. "Thanks, I'm almost frozen down to the bones right now." Rogue said as he sat on a fallen tree on the opposite side of the fire to the pony and pulled his hood down. "If your so cold, why not just head south?" The stallion asked looking at Rogue as he shivered. "I'm heading to Storm Peek mountain to connect to the element of lightning, as well as grab some lightning crystals while I'm there." Rogue explained as he slowly warmed up. "Connect to an element of nature, that is a noble undertaking and one that has sadly fallen out of practice over time." The stallion said as his wings fluttered a little while he took the helmet that almost completely covered his head off being careful not to hurt his horn which Rogue noticed as the stallion's ethereal hair that looked like blue fire was revealed. "So are you some kind of Prince?" Rogue asked as he started to warm up and stop shivering. "Me no, I'm a Sentinel not a Royal." The stallion explained as he sat his helmet down next to him revealing his light grey fur and fiery orange eyes. "But a more pressing matter is, how dose a Human have magic on par with that of an Alicorn like myself?" The stallion asked. "Your guess is as good as mine but I'm more interested in elemental power anyway." Rogue said reaching his hands out to the flame as he took a fire ball in each hand before making them fly around behind him to warm his back. "So you intend to let your magic go to waste then?" The stallion asked. "Don't get me wrong, it's not like I'm going out of my way to let my magic go to waste it's just if I'm going to learn how to use it, then it has to be on my terms." Rogue said speaking completely honest about how he felt about his own magic. "I see, and what if I were to offer to teach you as much or as little as your willing to learn?" The stallion asked. "Well I'd say that's more agreeable than Luna borderline telling me I don't have a choice." Rogue said looking across at the Stallion. "But then again I don't even know your name." Rogue said already feeling much warmer. "My apologies I never introduced my self, I am Atlas Flame the last of the Alicorn Sentinels." Atlas said with a slight bow of his head. "I'm Rogue Winters and to my knowledge I'm the only Human in this world right now." Rogue said introducing himself. "So what do you say Rogue, are you willing to take the first steps to mastering your magic?" Atlas asked throwing another log on the fire. Rogue thought about it for a long while, on one hand it could be useful to have magic up his sleeve for teleporting around and doing a force push and pull as well as some other things like healing and invisibility. "Well I guess it wouldn't hurt to learn a thing or two while I make my way to Storm Peek mountain." Rogue said with a smirk. "Perfect just let me know when you want to stop I won't judge you, after all not everyone is cut out for magic." Atlas said happily. "Let's start immediately, do you know how to activate your magic?" Atlas asked. "Not really, all I know is that when I get angry my magic kind of just explodes." Rogue explained. "Ok, looks like we're starting from level 0, do you feel a constant static like sensation throughout your body." Atlas asked. "Now that you mention it, I've been feeling that since I woke up on this world." Rogue said as he remembered how that static feeling got stronger when he was angry. "Well that sensation is your magic, do you think you can focus on it, but don't force it let it flow?" Atlas asked as he watched Rogue with renewed interest. "Nothing ventured nothing gained right." Rogue said as he closed his eyes and focused on the static feeling in his body. "Don't force it, let it flow." Rogue thought as he used what Atlas had told him, he stayed silent with his eyes closed for a long time, Atlas thought that Rogue had fallen asleep when he opened his eyes with his eyries glowing brightly. "Fascinating, your eyries glow like a Unicorn's horn when your using magic." Atlas said as he looked at Rogue's glowing eyes. "Yeah I already knew that, so what's next?" Rogue asked. "Good, now we're going to try something called visualization and manifestation." Atlas said as he watched Rogue keep his magic active. "That sounds a little advanced." Rogue said. "Not really, it's just a fancy way of saying make a ball of magic in your hand." Atlas said with a smirk. "Why didn't you just say that to begin with." Rogue thought as he raised his right hand and pictured a ball in the palm of his hand it took a few minuets for Rogue to get the technique right but after half an hour he had a ball of red magic in the palm of his hand, he barely noticed a few odd flakes of snow being carried on the wind. "Not bad, and it seems very stable." Atlas said with a smirk. "Let's try something a little more difficult." Atlas said as he stood up and walked over to Rogue to show him the magic he had in mind. Ten Days later Rogue looked up at Storm Peek mountain, from half way up the mountain was constantly being struck by lightning and the surrounding skies were black with dark clouds and raging winds. "Suddenly having the comfortable life as a Royal apprentice is looking very appealing." Rogue said as he gulped while looking at the mountain, the sight alone was making him want to turn around and find somewhere warm to take shelter from the near arctic weather around him. "I really don't want to go up there, but I couldn't live with myself if I gave up now... not after I've come this far." Rogue said as he began the climb up the deadly mountain, it took him days before he reached the part of the mountain that was being struck by lightning. "No going back now." Rogue said pushing on wards getting struck by lightning as he climbed each strike feeling like a thousands of blades stabbing every inch of his body, if his magic wasn't giving him massively amplified physicals abilities he would have died from the first strike but rather he endured strike after strike as he made the climb with only one thought running through his mind. "FUCK MY LIFE." After what seemed like days of getting constantly struck Rogue hardly noticed when he got struck, when he reached the submit his body flowed with shadow water fire and lightning while his eyes glowed a constant gold, he then looked up and saw a bolt of lightning about to strike him again and he simply stepped aside as he reached down and began picking up lightning crystals all the while dodging the lightning strikes as he began making his way back down the mountain towards warmer weather. After another week of climbing back down the mountain Rogue once again found himself at ground level his elemental powers still flowing over his body, without saying a word Rogue lifted his right leg to take a step and in a flash he was running at lightning speed leaving a trail of electrical energy behind him like DC's the Flash as he covered a tremendous amount of distance in only seconds. "Sonic the hedgehog ain't got nothing on me now." Rogue thought as he passed Griffin Stone in under an hour after he started running, when he reached a warmer weather he stopped and took in the warmth of the sun after enduring weeks of bitter cold and lightning strikes. "HAY, easy with the magic." A Griffin farmer shouted over from a nearby corn filed. "SORRY." Rogue shouted back as he dialed down his elemental powers back until the energy faded from around his body and his eyes went back to red. "I knew I would reach four elements after around this much time, I guess Atlas was right my potential really must be off the charts for magic and elemental power." Rogue thought with a smirk as his eyes glowed with magic as a pair wings made of magic opened on his back before fading away as he lifted into the air like a Dragonball character raising up 50 feet in the air using an ancient flight spell that Atlas had taught him known as Lord of Skies Wingless Flight, unlike the flight spell used by Starlight Glimmer that was a concentration spell Lord of Skies was an activation spell able to be turned on and off like a light switch. "Alright, time to head back to Equestria to sell these lightning crystals." Rogue said shooting across the ocean towards Equestria knowing full well he'd need to be careful when he got there to avoid being found or causing more trouble. > Chapter 8: The Big Apple > -------------------------------------------------------------------------- It took Rogue only three hours to cross the ocean by combining his flight spell with his newly gained lightning powers making Rogue look like a bolt of lightning flying through the air as he quickly approached the magical land where he first appeared almost seven and a half months ago, as he got closer he stopped using his lightning powers as he steered towards a city on the coast that he could see in the distance, as he got closer to the city he passed a few Pegasi either flying to the city or away from it and those he passed stopped and stared at the wingless cloaked man who flew past them going to the city. Rogue touched down on the peer near the port and began searching for a trading post or a pawn shop, along the way Rogue got a few odd looks from the ponies on the streets as he looked around. "Damn this place kind of looks like New York, I think anyway, I've never actually been there." Rogue thought as he made his way through the streets his cloak flowing behind him, after a while Rogue found a pawn shop and walked in up to a reinforced glass screen where a pony mare was looking at him with an unsure look. "Hi, I was wondering if you could apprise something for me?" Rogue asked with a friendly smile "Of course." The mare behind the glass said as she looked at the young man who looked like he'd been struck by lightning, Rogue reached into his pocket and placed a small purple crystal that visibly had lightning inside of it and placed it on the counter by the opening and the mare's eyes widened at once as she scrambled to pick up the crystal and examined it closely. "Do you even know what this is?" The mare asked as she looked at the near priceless crystal in her hands. "As a matter of fact I do, but all I'm interested in knowing is how much it's worth because I have half a bag full of them." Rogue said as he looked the mare dead in the eye. "Wait, did you just say you have half a bag full of them?" The mare asked. "I did." Rogue confirmed. "I need to get my boss, do you mind waiting a moment?" The mare asked getting up so fast she almost fell over as she power walked into the back of the shop as quickly, as the mare had left she returned with a stallion dressed in formal business clothes. "Thank you for waiting, I'm Filthy Rich the owner." The stallion said with a greedy smile. "Nice to meet you Mr. Rich, I'm the crazy bastared that got struck by lightning who knows how many times to get a whole bunch of these crystals, so I'm hoping you'll offer me a fair price." Rogue said looking the wealthy stallion up and down. "Well that depends on how many crystals you brought." Filthy Rich said the greedy glint in his eye not going unnoticed by Rogue. "Oh don't you worry, I brought plenty." Rogue said as he took his bag off and opened the pocket with the crystals and spilled them on the counter more or less all the crystals were bigger than the one he showed the mare and there was even one almost as big as Rogue's forearm. The ponies had their jaws on the floor at the sight of all the crystals he collected of course he still had more in his leg pockets but Filthy Rich and his employee didn't need to know that. "Oh my Celestia, this collection has to be worth billions, I could even buy my own city complete with a castle with the value of that big one alone." Filthy Rich thought as he looked at the crystals in the same way a dragon would look at a pile of gold. The stallion gulped as he thought of a price to offer. "How does nine hundred fifty million sound for the whole lot?" Filthy Rich asked already making a mental list of ponies he would need to contact to get the money together to pay for the crystals. Rogue's poker face almost cracked at the price he was offered. "Holy shit balls, did he just offer me nearly a billion for all these crystals." Rogue thought as he stayed silent for a few moments. "Mr. Rich, I think we have a deal." Rogue said as he saw the relived looked on the Ponies face. "Of course I think a deposit goes with out saying." Rogue said. "A deposit?" Filthy Rich asked. "Yes a deposit, to guarantee the sale, that and I could do with some money to get a hotel and some clothes that haven't been scorched by lightning." Rogue explained as Filthy Rich understood what he was after. "And how much were you thinking of as a deposit?" Filthy Rich asked as he looked Rogue up and down for anything he could use to knock the price down. "How does fithteen hundred sound?" Rogue asked. Filthy Rich smirked at the question. "That sounds perfect." Filthy Rich said opening the door to the back of the shop. "Please, follow me so we can get the paperwork in order." He said showing Rogue into the office in the back of the shop, once the two were inside Filthy Rich closed the door and when to a filing cabinet and produced some documents for Rogue to sign. "Ok everything seems to be in order, all I need now is your bank details to make the transfer when I get the funds to pay you." Filthy Rich said as he checked everything Rogue had filled in. "I don't have a bank account, I never really got the chance to open one after coming to this world." Rogue said sheepishly. Filthy Rich looked surprised for a moment. "No need to worry, my friend Sound Investment is the pony in charge of the Main Hatton bank, I can give you a letter that explains the situation to him, so you can open an account after getting some new clothes." Filthy Rich said as he noticed that the leg pockets on Rogue's trousers also had lightning crystals in them. "Are you sure, I wouldn't want to be trouble." Rogue said looking at the stallion surprised he'd be willing to do something like that. "It's no trouble, after all we're about to close on the most profitable deal of our lives." Filthy Rich said as he handed Rogue the already finished letter, before going to the safe and taking out the agreed upon deposit and gave it to Rogue. "Besides this way I'll have the time to make the calls I need to pay you the fully agreed upon amount." Filthy Rich said as he watched Rogue walk over to the door. "Ok so I'll be back in three or four hours then." Rogue said getting up with a huge bag of bits in one hand. "Three hours is all the time I'll need to make my calls, I'll see you in a few hours." Filthy Rich said leading Rogue back out to the shop floor where Rogue picked up his bag and left to find a clothing shop, it had taken Rogue 45 minuets to find a clothing shop and went in, the shop catered to mares and stallions having mannequins alongside hanger wracks and shelves with folded t-shirts jumpers and trousers. Rogue looked around for some new drip and eventually settled on black casual boots in the style of work boots, dark blue strait cut jeans a white long sleeve t-shirt and a red trench coat with white fur on the inside as well as a large black duffle bag which cost him three hundred bits. He then went and found a hotel for a decent price per night, 75 bits a night for anyone who's curios, after that he took a shower in his room to wash the stink of o-zone off of him from getting hit by lightning and put his new clothes on some what sad to part with the grey cloak that had been with him since day one but he kept the clasp at least. As he left the hotel he just so happened to bump into Twilight, Shining Armor, Cadence, Night Light and Velvet who were on a big family trip to the big apple. "Rogue what are you doing in Equestria again?" Twilight asked looking Rogue up and down finding his new look very appealing. "Getting new drip, obviously." Rogue said doing a little spin on the spot to show off his new look. "Twilight is this a friend of yours?" Velvet asked from the back of the group. "More accurate to call me a drinking buddy actually." Rogue said before Twilight could respond. "Since when did you go out drinking Twily?" Shining Armor asked as he crossed his arms, meanwhile Cadence just kept looking back and forth between Rogue and Twilight as she put the pieces together in her head. "Oh I get it he's the guy that kissed you at Griffin Stone." Cadence said having figured it out. "You did what to my sister?" Shining Armor asked getting aggressive. "In my defense, I was shit face drunk at the time." Rogue said scratching the back of his head. "Honestly It's like I'm a totally different guy when I've got drink in me." He added while Twilight went red in embarrassment. "Now, now everypony it was just a drunken kiss we've all done it once or twice," Night Light said with a smile as he put an arm around Rogue's shoulders. "That being said, if you break my little girl's heart I'll hunt you down skin you alive then burn you alive." Night Light whispered into Rogue's ear. "I hate it when the voice of Regret is right." Rogue thought in silence. "Come on now everypony, owr reservations are for 12 o'clock sharp." Velvet said pulling Night Light off of Rogue as the group walked away. "Fuck me, what were the odds of that, good thing I didn't say much." Rogue thought as he watched the group walk away all while Twilight's brother and father shot him daggers over their shoulders. "Fuck me, I think I just got out of a bad situation." Rogue thought. "No shit Sherlock, you just avoided a shotgun wedding, barely ." Rogue's voice of Reason said. "The fuck, I thought you only came in to my head when I'm drunk?" Rogue thought turning back to the direction he was going only to kick off into the air so he could find the bank easier, it took him a little while to find the bank due to the city being built like a maze, only for him to find it in the most obvious place, that being the only roofed building with fancy domes, when he entered the bank he walked up to the desks behind a window. "How can I help you today sir?" The scrawny stallion at the window asked. "I need to see Sound Investment." Rogue said. "Do you have an appointment?" The stallion asked looking up at the tall man on the other side of the glass. "No, but I do have an important letter for him." Rogue explained. "I'll go get him." The stallion said getting up and going off to find the big boss. After around five minuets the scrawny stallion returned with a far more muscular stallion dressed equally as sharp as Filthy Rich. "That's him Mr. Investment." the stallion said pointing Rogue out as he went back to his desk. "I'm told you have a letter for me." Sound said as he looked at the human in the room. "I do, it's from Filthy Rich." Rogue said passing the letter to Sound Investment who opened it and read it on the spot making him smile with the same greed as Filthy Rich. "Well I think we have some work to do Mr. Winters." Sound Investment said ushering Rogue to a private office that was currently unoccupied. It took an hour to get the account open but by the end Rogue was told he could come back in a few days to get his new bank card and pin number, once he left the bank Rogue went back to Filthy Rich's shop and waited until he was called in to the office to to give the details of his new account which didn't take long. "And there we go, all done." Filthy Rich said handing Rogue a cheque for the agreed upon amount minus the fifth teen hundred of course. "The cheek should clear in 3 to 5 business days, and please come back anytime or you could pop into the Ponyville branch if your in the area." He added as Rogue carefully put the cheque in his pocket, Rogue nodded and teleported back to the bank and paid the cheque into his new account. ""Is that all?" The same scrawny stallion from before asked. "For now anyway, I'll be back in a few days to get my new bank card." Rogue said as he left the desk and left the bank onto the street, just as he was about to start moving someone called out to him. "Hay man it's good to see another Human after three years." Rogue turned around and saw a white man only 2 years older than him, the man's shaggy shoulder length blond hair moving slightly in the wind, the man was wearing a green short sleeve t-shirt that was paired with dark red trousers and black shoes. "Jason, is that you?" Rogue asked as his red eyes locked on Jason's green eyes. "Do I know you?" Jason asked not recognizing Rogue with white hair and red eyes. "It's me Rogue, you fuckin nuter." Rogue said as he looked at Jason with an annoyed look as a cream colored mare with short straight two tone blue hair and tail wearing a nice propel out fit matched with a skirt walked up beside him and took his arm. "Who's this J?" The mare asked as she leaned into Jason. "He claims he's one of my old friends from back on Earth but he looks nothing like him." Jason said as he turned his head to the side and kissed the mare. "It is me you fucking dumbass, do I need to start calling you J-O again after I kick your ass." Rogue said dropping into his fighting stance, that he totally didn't steal from kid Goku. After seeing him drop into the highly recognizable fighting stance Jason pulled away from the mare. "Holy shit it really is you Rogue, your the only person I know who uses that stance." Jason said as could finally see that it was Rogue just a bit older than the last time they saw each other. Rogue relaxed his stance and raised a fist to Jason and the two friends that hadn't seen each other for over three years performed a legendary bro fist for the ages that made the Earth shake even thou they were on Equis. "Well I guess this explains why you just upped and disappeared over three years ago." Rogue said as he lowered his fist, "So who's your new girl?" Rogue asked looking at the mare again. "Oh, I'm Coco Pommel Jason's marefriend." Coco said introducing herself with a hand shake. "I'm Rogue, Jason's brother from another mother." Rogue said being careful not to hurt Coco with his strength. "So what are you doing these days Rogue?" Jason asked as he put an arm around Coco. "Not much, just avoiding the law and trying to master elemental powers." Rogue said putting his hands in his pockets. "Elemental powers, when did you be come the avatar." Jason said sarcastically. Rogue closed his eyes as the powers of fire water shadow and lightning flowed over his body and when he opened his eyes they had changed from red to gold. "Yeah, I guess I am." Rogue said with a smirk. "What'd you think, not bad for someone who's only been here 8 months at most right?" Rogue asked as he let the power flow over his body a little longer before dropping back to normal. "Fuck me, mate." Jason said in disbelief. "Maybe later." Coco said softly into Jason's ear which made him snap back to reality. "Hay Jason, uh why are you dressed like Shaggy from Scooby Doo?" Rogue asked. "Oh shit I didn't even realize I was." Jason said looking at himself. "There you are." An all to familiar female voice said from behind Rogue making him turn around. "The fuck do you want Sparkle, can't you see I'm talking with my bro?" Rogue said turning around to face Twilight who was accompanied by Cadence and Shining Armor. Twilight then noticed Jason who gave a sheepish wave with a mare at his side while Rogue looked supremely pissed that she was pulling some shit again after they smoothed things out in Griffin Stone. "I didn't know there was another Human in Equestria." Twilight said surprised at the sight of two humans at once. "Ayo you back off from my bro, or we'll be fighting again." Rogue said getting between Jason and Twilight while Coco clung to Jason's arm, Cadence looked at Coco and Jason warmly happy to see love flourishing in all it's forms as she just walked around to talk to the happy couple. "I'm not going to hurt him." Twilight said as she looked frustrated. "I don't care, I still owe him big time for all the beatings he took for me at the orphanage, so I'm not letting you go near him." Rogue said as his eyes started glowing and Twilight noticed his magic had changed, it was no longer unrefined and wild it was controlled and calm like a tranquil pond at the top of some distant Chinese mountain, and then she realized that That Rogue had received magic training since the last time she saw him. "Your magic, you've actually learned how to use it?" Twilight asked "Yeah I met a guy who showed me a thing or two while I was on my way to Storm Peek mountain." Rogue said as he got ready for a fight. "Who?" Twilight asked. "Some guy called Atlas Flame, he's an Alicorn like you but he says he's the last Sentinel, whatever that is." Rogue said just about ready to launch his attack. "That's wonderful news, I'm so happy for the both of you." Cadence said in a cheery tone, Rogue and Twilight looked back to see Cadence and Shining Armor getting along with Jason and Coco. "Did I just miss something?" Rogue asked. "Oh right, I was going to tell you before these guys showed up, Rogue Coco is pregnant." Jason said. "Wait, how's that even possible, your a human and she's a pony?" Rogue asked looking at Jason as if he just slapped him with a wet fish all the while Rogue's brain was crashing and burning while trying to figure out how it was possible for a human to get a pony pregnant and what that meant for him if he went on another drunken bender. "I don't know but I guess some kind of magic just happened." Jason said scratching the back of his head, Rogue breathed a sigh of relief for his friend as he looked at him with a warm smile. "You do right by her and the kid Jason, or I'll come and kick your ass with everything I've got." Rogue said pulling his friend in for the manliest hug of all time, no homo. "So what about you?" Jason asked. "It's a little hard to be a bachelor when you live like a nomad." Rogue said with a chuckle. "besides I haven't fully gotten over the inter species barrior yet." Rogue said nervously. "Well let me tell you this then, once you get used to the fur, a mare is no different from a woman, well tell a lie a mare is far more affectionate." Jason said putting an arm around Rogue's shoulders. "I'll see you around Jason, hell I'll even visit from time to time." Rogue said as he walked off down the street back to his hotel room. > Chapter 9: Just a Light in the Dark. > -------------------------------------------------------------------------- Rogue had spent nearly two weeks in Main Hatton after getting his new bank card, he'd mostly been catching up with Jason and getting to know Coco who as it turned out were planning on getting married before the birth of their child Jason of course asked Rogue to be his best man which Rogue agreed to if he was in Equestria at the time, but he didn't know where to get a tux from, until Coco suggested Rarity who lived in Ponyville and as Rogue recalled is one of Twilight's friends that he met at Griffin Stone. Eventually Rogue left Main Hatton and made his way north towards Rainbow falls and a Place called the Iron Hills where Equestria mined most of the iron that it used to make steel. As Rogue walked down yet another lonely dirt path with nothing but the clothes on his back and a duffle bag filled with clean changes of clothes slung across his back his spirits where higher than they had been in years after finding Jason in Main Hatton after that small amount of time he'd spent with someone he considered his brother he felt ready to take on the whole world, even Storm Peek mountain seemed like a joke to him now. As he walked taking in the beauty of the land he couldn't help but think about how this world was so much nicer than Earth but deep down he could feel some part of him longing to go back to the world he was born on, he put those thoughts to rest by reminding himself that with the powers he now had the temptation to take over the world would be too strong and with no one to stop him he'd just end up being a monster no different from Umbra. "Umbra, that reminds me I have a score to settle with her and by that I mean I'm going to plant my boot so far up her ass she'll taste it in the back of her throat." Rogue thought as he spotted a sign that said, Iron Hills ahead 0.5 miles. "That's good at least, I should be there in another half an hour assuming I can avoid running into random bull shit anyway." Rogue said out loud as he passed a wagon of mining gear that had been left behind to rust years ago. Unfortunately for him his negative luck stat bit him in the ass hard again as he could see a metric fuck ton of guards posted at the entrance to the Iron Hills. "Fuck my life, what did I do to make the God of luck hate me." Rogue thought as he dropped into his shadow to avoid being seen by the guards, as he got closer he could hear two guards talking, so he listened in. "Can you believe it, a Moorwen here in Equestria?" A female guard asked while she stood with a male guard at the small check point on the road leading up to one of the many mines. "To be honest, if I hadn't seen the bodies with my own to eyes I don't think I would believe it." The male guard said. "So a miner really was killed?" The female guard asked. "No, it was the entire day shift crew over at Iron Breaker mine, the one who reported it was a mail pony who saw the thing go in and nopony come out." The male guard said grimly. "So is it still in there?" The female guard asked. "Yeah, Princess Luna and a detachment of night guards are coming after sunset to deal with it." The male guard said not making a visible movement as he stood at his post. "So their not looking for me, and did they fucking say Moorwen, like the bio-luminesant monster from the 2008 film Outlander." Rogue thought remembering the terrifying form of the Moorwen from the film. Picture is concept art from the film. As he easily snuck past the guards as a shadow, as he snuk passed more guards he couldn't' help but remember the monster from the film an how it could easily blend into darkness and attract its prey with it's flickering lights, he also recalled that only high grade metal could hurt it, we'll that and fire but that might just piss it off. "If a fucking Moorwen is here, then I'm not sticking around any longer than I have to." Rogue thought as he made his way to a more secluded part of the Iron Hills where he spent the next few weeks. Two Weeks Later. The full moon sat high in a clear starry night the winter breeze biting at everything and everyone who was outside, Rogue stood among floating rocks his hands raised and open as metal dust came from the rocks and formed sharp blades of sharp jagged metal which he then launched like javelins into a tree only to pull them out combine them into balls of iron before letting them drop to the ground with a heavy metallic thud. "Ok, that's good enough for me, time to G.T.F.O before that Moorwen finishes eating pony ass alive and starts looking for man's butt." Rogue said as he went back to his makeshift camp in the depleted and abandoned Ebonshield mine in the old supervisor's lodge and started packing up his things as quickly as he could packing his belongings into his duffle bag, just as he zipped up his bag he heard the sound of rushed foot steps and the flapping of leathery wings. Rogue went over to the window staying by the wall to avoid being seen as he saw six night guards two of which were under each of Luna's arms helping her walk and they all looked like they had been through hell and back. Scratched and dented armor covered in dirt and blood and Luna looked like her entire torso had been in the jaws of a large creature and once again Rogue saw a flash of the Moorwen in his mind and how it was more than big enough to pick up a full grown man by the torso in it's jaws. "Get the Princess inside." A mare with distinct fiery hair and tail said pointing to the workers lodge not noticing the Moorwen sneaking into her blind spot. "Is that Dark Blaze." Rogue thought as he looked at the night guard mare who just gave an order to the others, then he saw it a monster he was only comfortable seeing from the other side of a screen. "Jesus fucking Christ, it really is a Moorwen." Rogue said out loud as he watched it stalk Blaze from her blind spot while the other guards were busy with the injured Princess. "It's after Blaze." Rogue thought as electrical sparks crackled from his body as he opened the door of the supervisor's lodge and ran out towards Dark Blaze at lightning speed. In slow motion Rogue could see the Moorwen ponce towards Dark Blaze with a roar as parts of it's body began brightly glowing red but Rogue was faster and before the massive beast could touch the mare it was sent flying dozens of feet back by a lightning speed punch from Rogue, the ponies all watched in wide eyed disbelief at the sight of the white haired human wearing a red trench coat as electrical sparks danced across his body, who'd just sent the monster that they'd been struggling against for two weeks flying with only a punch even Luna in her half dead state had seen what Rogue had done and in that moment before she passed out from blood loss she knew he was the only one who stood a chance against the Moorwen. "Rogue... you saved me." Blaze said looking at the young man she'd met at Canterlot castle a few months ago. "Is it me, or is he a little taller." Blaze thought as she kept her gaze on Rogue, as the Ponies watched the Human with their jaws on the floor the Moorwen got back up seemingly unharmed by Rogue's attack and roared again it's body glowing once more as it began to approach. Rogue how ever had different plans and raised a hand into the air only to bring it back down as the heavens unleashed a massive bolt of lightning in front of the Moorwen making it jump back in fear before it ran away in the direction of Iron Breaker mine. The night guards took Luna into the building while Blaze stayed out side watching Rogue as he kept an eye on the tree line just out side of the mine keeping an eye out for anything even just a light in the dark. "It'll be back." Rogue said not taking his gaze from the tree line as Dark Blaze walked up to him. "Thank you... thank you... thank you." Blaze said as she hugged Rogue from behind putting her arms and wings around him in a close embrace. "Any time, Blaze." Rogue said having almost forgotten what it was like to be held so close. "What now?" Blaze asked holding the man that had just saved her life. "I don't know, but I think checking on the half dead Princess you guys brought might be a good place to start." Rogue said about to start walking but Blaze was still holding on to him. "Do you mind letting go?" Rogue asked. "Oh right, sorry." Dark Blaze said as she released her embrace on the young man feeling sad that she had to let go of him, the two then walked to the Miners lodge where the medic was busy bandaging Luna's wounds to stop the bleeding. "How's the Princess doing?" Dark Blaze asked the medic. "Not good Sargent Blaze, I don't have the tools or supplies to deal with these injuries, if the Princess doesn't get to a hospital in two hours she could die." The medic explained. "What but the nearest hospital is weeks away." One of the few remaining guards said. "So there's nothing we can do then?" Dark Blaze asked. "I'm afraid so." The medic confirmed only for Rogue to walk up to the unconscious half dead Princess and picked her up in his arms alarming the night guards around him. "What are you doing with the Princess?" The medic asked as the other guards including Dark Blaze drew their weapons on him. "I'm doing something you can't." Rogue said. "What does that mean?" The medic asked as Rogue's eyes started glowing red and in a flash of red light he was gone and reappeared inside the lobby of the Main Hatton hospital. "HAY FUCKING DUMB ASSES!!!" Rogue shouted getting the attention of everyone in the lobby. "THERE'S A HALF DEAD PRINCESS OVER HERE THAT NEEDS TO GO TO E R RIGHT NOW!!!" Rogue shouted as the doctors and nurses scrambled to get a bed for Luna, once they found a bed big enough Rogue lay her down on it and she was taken away to be treated, Rogue then teleported back to the Miner's lodge at Ebonshield mine startling the guards. "Where's the Princess?" The guards demanded. "Main Hatton hospital on her way to E R as we speak." Rogue answered calmly and the guards lowered their weapons in relief. "Now then, who's up for a bit of monster hunting?" Rogue said as he walked to the door. "You can't be serious, there were a hundred of us and it picked us off one by one." A short guards mare said while keeping an eye out at the window. Rogue simply shrugged his shoulders. "Fine I guess, your all a bunch of limp dick spineless cowereds." Rogue said opening the door as he walked back out into the freezing night air. "Really, none of you, and you call yourselves Luna's night guard." Dark Blaze said following Rogue out. "I am no cowered." The guard who mentioned how far the hospital was said as he picked up his spear and followed Blaze and Rogue on the hunt for the beast that had almost Killed Luna, the two night guards followed Rogue while their remaining guards stayed behind to lick their wounds while making excuses to comfort themselves. "Rogue wait up." Dark Blaze said as she caught up with him the only other guard brave enough to look the jaws of death in the eye beside her. Rogue looked back at the two who'd decided to follow him. "Hay spear dude, you got a name?" Rogue asked as he turned his head back to where he was going. "Shadow Lance." The dark stallion said. "Shit, what is it with you Bat Ponies having bad ass names." Rogue said as he led the two ponies back towards Iron Breaker mine, after a few hours of walking Rogue, Blaze and Lance made it back to Iron Breaker and the sight of an absolute slaughter, blood and body parts everywhere though somewhat more concerning was that all the more intact bodies had been dragged into the mine. "So, is there anything about this place I should know before we go in there?" Rogue asked looking at the ominous opening to the mine blood trails leading inside as the reek of death spilled out. "Yeah, the mine connects to a natural cave system down there that we didn't know about until it was too late, that's how the Moorwen was able to avoid owe traps and get the drop on us." Dark Blaze explained as she picked up a bow and quiver of arrows that had been dropped by one of the guards who wasn't so lucky. "You guys are going to need better weapons than those if you want to hurt the Moorwen." Rogue said turning to the two Bat Ponies. "But all the good gear that can kill a Moorwen is in Canterlot." Shadow Lance said. "Then I'll just improve what you've got here." Rogue said walking up to the two guards. "And how are you going to do that?" Dark Blaze asked with a raised eyebrow. "Hold out your weapons and I'll show you." Rogue said as the elements of Fire, Water, Shadow, Lightning and Metal flowed from his body as his eyes turned gold before the two who watched in silence as Rogue took each of their weapons in a hand and poured the power of the elements into the weapons making them transform, Shadow Lance's spear turned into a black trident and Dark Blaze's bow gained sharp blades on it's arms with the ability to apply all five elemental powers onto the arrows fired by the bow. "Amazing, It feels so light." Lance said as he began twilling his new trident around at great speed before thrusting it forward making it extend double its length in an instant only to retract back just as fast. "Incredible, I've never heard of a weapon that can apply so many effects at once and these blades are perfect for close range fighting." Blaze said as she fired an arrow and did a few slashes with her upgraded bow. "Now lets get in there, and find us a monster." Rogue said turning back to the mine entrance as he walked in and though he didn't show it on the outside he was more than a little scared of tight spaces and man eating monsters lurking in the dark, as the three brave fools got deeper into the mine the stench of death only got worse until they reached the point where the mine and caves met. "So did you guys send anyone past this point?" Rogue asked as he looked back over his shoulder at the two ponies behind him, the night vision spell he'd learned letting him see in the dark just as well as they could. "No, the Moorwen started picking us off before we could send any pony in to look around." Blaze explained. "Right, well then keep your eyes and ears open." Rogue said as he entered the cave followed by Lance then Blaze. "This way." Rogue said pointing right. "Why?" Lance asked. "Because the reek of death is stronger than the other way." Rogue explained as he pushed a head following his nose and ignoring his own fear, after crawling through a few tight caves they found the Moorwen's pantry, a literal pile of pony and animal corpses piled at least thirty feet high with the bodies either decomposing or being in different states of consumption. "By the moon." Blaze and Lance said together. "There are more than just dead guards here." Rogue thought as he looked at a pile of bodies, as he heard something coming. "Hide something is coming." Rogue whispered as the three instantly went into the shadows, moments later the Moorwen entered the cavern and began feeding eating entire torso's whole and ignoring the legs. Rogue looked at Blaze and Lance he then pointed at himself and made a gesture of punching the palm of his hand then pointed at the Moorwen, he then pointed at them and made a cercal around gesture he then repeated the punch gesture and pointed at the Moorwen again. It took a few minuets for the two to understand Rogue's plan, he would attack first while they flanked the Moorwen and attacked when they were in position using himself as a distraction, the two Ponies nodded and got ready to move while the Human charged his body with elemental power and launched his attack at lightning speed punching the Moorwen in the side of the head and back stepping away from it quickly as it recovered and started glowing red, the Moorwen lunged forward at Rogue jaws open wide ready to snap shut but he dropped into his shadow and reemerged under the Moorwen delivering a nasty upper cut to the beast's chin that knocked it on its back. Before the Moorwen could right its self and get back up three arrows charged with multiple elemental powers struck the Moorwen in it's soft underside dealing massive damage, just as the beast got its self up right Shadow Lance dropped like a missile driving his new trident deep into the Moorwen's back making it let out a weak roar of pain, the sort you'd expect from a dyeing animal, Rogue then ran up to the Moorwen and delivered a heavy right left combo followed up with a Sparta kick to the center of its head knocking the beast back from the three, the Moorwen looked up at the three intent on killing it and whipped its tail around to Lance intending to take his head off but Rogue shoved him out of the way and was hit instead getting three deep cuts across his upper chest, if Rogue had been a shorter smaller man of the same height and build as a stallion then the cuts across his chest would have cut through bone into his heart and lungs killing him instantly but thankfully he was still alive but he'd been brought down onto one of his knees from the wound as blood began running from the wound like a river. "Are you all right?" Blaze asked as Rogue got back to his feet despite his wound. "It'll take more than this to kill me." Rogue said putting on a brave face despite the pain in every breath if only to keep Blaze's and Lance's spirits high as well as sooth his own pride. The Moorwen got back to it's feet and was about to attack the three at once but while it was in the air Rogue caught it with his magic and slammed it into the floor and walls with more than enough force to break it's bones before telekinetically shoving it into the wall with all his might and fading strength, the Moorwen pushed back against Rogue's magic moving away from the wall a little. "What are you waiting for kill it already, while I have it pinned down!" Rogue shouted. Blaze and Lance looked at Rogue as he braced the arm he was using to pin the Moorwen with his free hand, the two nodded to each other and Blaze fired every arrow she had left into the pinned monster while Lance got in close and used his trident to cut and slash at the beast's soft areas aiming for the tendons when he could hoping to cripple the Moorwen's movements. When it stopped moving Lance and Blaze went to Rogue's side trying to help him up but he shoved them off as he got back to his feet on his own. "Enough of that, I still have my pride." Rogue said as he got back to his full height towering over the two Ponies as he walked up to the barely breathing Moorwen and raised his right arm made a fist and formed a sword length blade of magic at his knuckle and cut the Moorwen's head off and dissipated the magic blade. "Are you alright?" Dark Blaze asked as she kame to Rogue's side in case he needed help walking. "Yeah, that looks pretty bad." Lance said coming to Rogue's other side. "T'is but a scratch." Rogue said quoting the Black Knight from Monty Python search for the holy grail. "What the hay does that mean?" Blaze asked. "I could explain it but that would take to long, did you guys double tap that thing?" Rogue said as he noticed black crystals around the Moorwen's rear back leg. "So Umbra is behind this, just another reason to kick her ass." Rogue thought as he almost went down on a knee again. "Let's get out of here, you guys can have what's left of the bodies retrieved later." Rogue said walking towards the tunnel they had kame from only to stumble to his knees and have Blaze help him walk out of the cave and followed it back to Iron Breaker mine, when the three exited the mine they were surrounded by over five hundred of Celestia's day guards. "Rogue Winters you are here by under arrest by order of her exultancy Princess Celestia." the Guard in charge of small army said as he stepped forth. "Am I now, well come and get me." Rogue said shooting into the sky as a bolt of lightning only to reach Ebonshield mine in a few seconds, hitting the ground and rolling back to his feet he stumbled to the supervisors lodge and grabbed his duffle bag and once again shot into the sky as a bolt of lightning traveling much further this time and heading south away from the winter weather. > Chapter 10: Recovery and Redemption. > -------------------------------------------------------------------------- It has been three days since Rogue, Dark Blaze and Shadow Lance killed the Moorwen in the Iron Hills, Rogue is currently in Dodge City in southern Equestria to escape the lethal freezing cold of winter while he recovered from his wounds and considered his next steps on the path to elemental mastery. While he rested he heard bits and pieces of how Princess Luna had recovered from her own wounds and was already back to her usual duties thanks to the swift action of Equestria's most wanted the Human Rogue Winters. According to what he'd heard over the last few days while laying low Princess Celestia wanted to grant him a full pardon for his prior miss deeds for saving Luna's life but that meant going to Canterlot where he'd be out numbered and in his current state that was out of the question a least until he was fully recovered. Rogue was at a rent out cabin on the out skirts of Dodge City recovering from the wounds he'd gotten from the Moorwen in the Iron Hills, much to his surprise his wounds healed much faster than he expected even now the his wounds were fresh scars even though they had only been done three days prior. "Fuck, I thought it would take longer to heal than this." Rogue said as he looked at himself in a mirror without a top on as he ran his fingers across his new scars on his chest as he remembered how he got them shoving Shadow Lance out of the way of a killing blow only to get hit himself. Rogue walked away from the mirror and put a dark blue t-shirt on as he pace back and forth in his cabin thinking about the news he'd heard about how Celestia wanted to give him a full pardon fore saving the life of her sister and how it could be a trap to lure him out. "If I do go I should at least have six elements at my disposal, that way Twilight and her magic of friend ship will be match by my elemental power if they try and pull anything, or maybe I should show up with seven elements just to show off." Rogue thought as he considered what to do as he continued to pace back and forth in the room. Knock, Knock. Rogue looked at the door feeling a sense of danger as he slowly walked over to the door and opened it slightly to see a blue mare with red main and tail on the other side of the door, the mare looked at him warmly. "House keeping." the mare said. Rogue narrowed his eyes and grabbed the mare by her invisible horn and lifted her off the grounds by at least three feet making her drop her disguise revealing her to be a red Changeling. "Fuck off bug. " Rogue said throwing the overgrown cockroach away before slamming the door closed. "That's the third one in three days, I bet the owner is in cahoots with them." Rogue thought as he returned to his bed laying down to rest due to the pain still lingering despite how quickly the physical wounds had healed. Rogue was only asleep for what felt like a few seconds when he was woken up by more knocking on his door. "I swear if that's another bug I'm going to start zapping them." Rogue thought as he got up and opened the door to his room only to come face to face with Twilight and her friends again. "Oh piss off, I'm not in the mood to deal with you lot right now." Rogue said slamming the door in their faces before they could say a word. "Rogue it's not like that." Twilight said through the door. "I don't care, I'm in way too much pain to give a shit right now." Rogue shouted at the door as he pulled the curtains closed and crawled back onto the bed. "But the Princess." Twilight tried saying. "I don't give two shades of shit about your Princess, now leave me alone so I can recover in my own time." Rogue shouted at the door before rolling on his side so he didn't have to look at the door. "Fine then we're coming in weather you like it or not." Twilight said from the other side of the door before it was blown off its hinges. "Oh for fuck sake can't you just let me rest." Rogue said rolling off the bed to his feet and into a fighting stance. "Hay relax sugar cube, we're not here to fight you we're just here to bring you to Canterlot." Applejack said getting closer only for Rogue to teleport behind her and grip her by the throat hard enough to to choak her with only one hand. "Why don't I believe you." Rogue said getting angry as he walked out side only to see that they were alone, no guards no back up just them. Rogue let Applejack go as he brought a hand to the wounds on his chest as his breaths became pained from the exertion. "Give over your wounds can't be that bad." Rainbow said crossing her arms as Rogue got back to his feet and lifted his shirt and showed them the three fresh scars across his chest. "Could you have survived this Skittles?" Rogue asked as he got mad at the blue pain in the ass. Twilight and the others gasped as they saw the deep scars on his chest that hadn't finished healing yet. "Oh my god, Rogue I had no idea you had been hurt so badly." Twilight said blushing like mad as Rogue pulled his top down with no less than three wing boners in the room from Rogue exposing his muscular chest, scared or not he was still very muscular. "Oh my." Fluttershy said easily the reddest of the group after Rogue showed off his new scars. "Oh wow, your taking a lot more damage than the old Rogue." Pinkie said as she blushed as well. "The old Rogue?" Rogue asked utterly confused. "Forget I said anything." Pinkie said. "No I won't." Rogue said. "Next seen please?" Pinkie asked and Blood Fallen complied. Rogue suddenly found himself before the doors to Canterlot castle's throne room dressed in his red trench coat a black vest, blue jeans and his black boots, Rogue looked around confused seeing Twilight and her friends behind him with Pinkie waving at him like she did in the first chapter. "How did we get here?" Rogue thought as he noticed the pain in his chest was gone. It was at that point the doors swung open and Rogue walked in to the place where he managed to get a price on his head not even a full year ago, Rogue once again stood before the celestial sisters only to have Luna shoot across the room like a bullet and hug him lifting him off his feet. "Thank you Rogue, with out your help I would have died." Luna said putting Rogue down. "I knew you weren't all bad." Luna said with tears in her eyes. "Get off me." Rogue said forcing his way out of Luna's grip before teleporting away from her. "Human, Rogue if it wasn't for you my sister would be dead right now, I want to thank you for saving her." Celestia said with genuine sincerity. "That's all well and good, but I think we're forgetting the part where I tried to attack you and knocked out your sister." Rogue said pointing out fair and logical facts. "I know, and that happened in your first week in this world, before you had a chance to adjust to your new environment." Celestia said in her usual motherly tone. "But what about all the guards I hurt while I made my exit a few months ago?" Rogue asked. "It is already forgiven and so are you, we the Princesses of Equestria and the Crystal empire hear by grant you a full pardon for all your past miss deeds up to now..., you are a free man once more." Celestia said smiling at the young man happy to still have her sister. "I don't know what to say." Rogue said. "This is the part where you offer to be Luna's apprentice." Twilight said under her breath to Rogue. "Thank you, I will not squander this second chance." Rogue said bowing before he turned and left leaving the room in silence as their plans fell apart. "What are you going to do?" Celestia asked. Rogue stopped for a moment as he thought about his answer. "Isn't it obvious, I'm going to keep pursuing elemental power." Rogue said as he released the five elemental powers he currently had access to from his body. "Five, that's two more in the last two months from the last time we saw you two months ago." Twilight said in amazement at the speed he could learn new elements and wondered if he could learn magic at the same speed. "It's like I said at Griffin Stone Twilight, I'm going to master elemental power and achieve something never seen before." Rogue said using her name for the first time since he got to their world making her blush as she realized the significance of him using her first name as a sign of respect. "But where are you going to go?" Twilight asked as Rogue walked out. "That's for me to know and you to find out." Rogue said as he walked out of the castle a free man. "Now then where's the nearest pub?" Rogue asked out loud. "I know one." A white Bat pony mare with a fiery red main and tail who had brilliant orange eyes said her grey crop vest showing off her abs while her short jean shorts did little to hide her rump. "Do I know you, your voice sounds familiar?" Rogue asked in confusion. "It's me Dark Blaze." the mare said. "What I thought you were grey?" Rogue asked. "That's just an enchantment on the armor to make us look more uniform." Blaze explained. "Oh, that actually makes more sense." Rogue said surprised that the guard armor was enchanted all this time. "So where's this place at?" Rogue asked. "Just follow me." Dark Blaze asked leading Rogue by the hand. "What could possibly go wrong?" Rogue said following Dark Blaze to a pub. "Oh don't even get me fucking started." A voice said in the back of Rogue's mind. > Chapter 11: A Place of My Own. > -------------------------------------------------------------------------- Rogue slowly woke up to the pleasant warmth of another body next to him while he laid on his back looking up into a pitch black room, a free man once more who didn't need to keep looking over his shoulder to see if guards were chasing him, no more Twilight and her friends trying to catch him, no more sleeping rough under the stars. Rogue was then brought to full awareness when the warm thing next to him moved a little with a soft satisfied moan that was unmistakably feminine. He looked down to the warm and very soft thing holding on to him as he saw a pair of brilliant orange eyes looking up at him. "Sleep well?" Dark Blaze asked her face hidden by the darkness in the room. "Did we?" Rogue asked. "Yeah." Blaze answered. "Did we use protection?" Rogue asked. "No." Blaze said as she crawled on top of him. "Did I at least pull out?" Rogue asked "I didn't let you." Blaze said as she started rubbing herself on Rogue to get her sent on him. "Fuck." Rogue said as he put his head back down on the soft pillow. "Yeah, we did that a lot." Blaze said as she started nibbling on Rogue's neck. "But won't you get pregnant?" Rogue asked as he remembered how Jason had gotten Coco pregnant. "No, I'm not in heat right now so you don't need to worry about me getting knocked up." Blaze said as she kissed him on the lips and stuck her tongue inside his mouth to feel his sharp teeth meant for cutting and chewing meat. "Speaking of which, I wouldn't mind another load or two in me before my shift at the castle starts." Blaze added as she broke the kiss. "But why, if you have work in a little while?" Rogue asked. "Because the idea of letting the other mares know I'm yours and your mine by having your baby batter dripping out of me while I'm working is a real turn on." Blaze explained as she kissed Rogue again. "That's so fucking hot and weird at the same time." Rogue said as he rolled Blaze onto her back so he could be on top. "It's called being kinky, now give me all you've got we only have half an hour give or take before I have to leave for work. Dark Blaze said giving Rogue a hungry look. About 45 minutes later Rogue and Blaze were getting dressed on opposite sides of Blaze's bed, Rogue putting the clothes he'd had on the day before and Blaze getting her uniform and night guard armor on. "Hay can you help with the straps around the back?" Blaze asked "Sure, but fair warning, I have no idea how to properly tighten armor." Rogue said as he slipped his trench coat back on as he walked over to the almost fully armor clad mare who's back he'd just finished blowing out for the thirteenth time in the last 24 hours less than five minuets ago. "It's not that hard, just tighten the straps until there firm." Blaze explained as Rogue followed her instructions. "Is that tight enough?" Rogue asked as he finished adjusting the straps on the back of Dark Blaze's armor. "Yeah that's perfect." Blaze said as she twisted her body and bent over checking the fit. "Come on, I have to go now." Dark Blaze said walking to the door as Rogue watched her leave a drip trail of his man jam on the floor. "I can't believe that your actually going to go to work with my man jam running down your leg." Rogue said as he followed the mare out of her apartment onto Canterlot's main street. "Well I did say I want every pony to know who's mare I am, didn't I?" Blaze asked holding her helmet under an arm as she and Rogue walked together. "To be fair you did." Rogue said as he walked a little slower so that he wouldn't leave Blaze behind. "So where are you going after this now that you're a free man?" Blaze asked as she put her helmet on and the enchantment activated turning her fur dark grey and her eyes yellow. "I don't know, I haven't really thought about it." Rogue said as they stopped walking at the end of the street that led to the castle. "Well why don't you get a place here in Canterlot or Ponyville, that way we could see each other when ever we want." Dark Blaze suggested. "I guess I could, I am loaded and I've had enough of technically being homeless." Rogue said as he looked at Dark Blaze. "Well, let me know when you get a place, so we can have a little get together." Dark Blaze said giving Rogue a peck on the cheek. "I have to go now." She added as she started walking to the castle. "A place of my own." Rogue thought as he watched the mare walk away before he started leaving Canterlot on foot following the route he'd taken when escaping but instead of taking the road east like he did before he instead took the road west towards Ponyville a long walk ahead of him. It was the early hours of the morning when Rogue reached Ponyville and the first snows of winter had fallen over night while Rogue kame down from Canterlot, it had been almost a year since the last time he was here and he felt somewhat nostalgic at the sight of the town. "Ok, now its time to find an estate agent and wait for it to open." Rogue thought as he entered the town and waited for the businesses to open, after a few hours of waiting around in the freezing cold Rogue was able to find an estate agent where he was shown a few properties around Ponyville and ultimately settled on a lake side six bedroom bungalow that kame with 10 acres of land mostly going back into the forest as well as a peer on the lake on the outskirts of Ponyville with the nearest neighbors being Sweet Apple Acres. Some how the deal on the bungalow was finished and paid for by 10am and Rogue was on his way to see his new home keys in hand and to avoid seeing any ponies he knew he decided to use Lord of Skies Wingless Flight to fly over to his new home only taking Rogue a few minutes to reach the bungalow. The bungalow was a new build with white plastered walls, flint roof tiles and a ten foot decking around the whole house with a wooden railing around the decking, Rogue whistled at the sight which looked very inviting with all the snow and cold weather. "Damn, it definitely looks like it's worth the 500k I just dropped on it." Rogue said as he landed on the decking and walked up to the front door and used the key to unlock and open the door, once inside Rogue closed the door he was greeted to the sight of a bran new empty house, he was currently in a living room a kitchen dining visible through an open sliding door in the living room with a fireplace that was very spacious, walking forward on the hard wood floor he set his duffle bag down and explored the house finding a separate toilet and bathroom all six bedrooms one of which was an attic room and another a basement room, which were more or less all the same size with Rogue picking the one that didn't get direct sunlight through the window on the ground floor as his personal bedroom, he also found three utility rooms one of which had a boiler in it. "Ok I've picked my room, one of the rooms can be a reading room and office and another can be my at home gym, which leaves three rooms for any guests." Rogue thought getting a plan of action in place for what he was going to do with the rooms. "Shit, I just realized that I'm going to have to ask Twilight or one of her friends where the nearest furniture shop is." Rogue said as he looked around his empty house and walked back to the front door going outside and locked the door behind him before slipping the key into his pocket. Rogue then followed the dirt path back to town along the way the path from Rogue's new home which was called Lake Side House according to the plaque by the door joined the path to Sweet Apple Acres, after an hour of walking Rogue reached the town again and more ponies were on the streets and looked at him for an uncomfortably long time which wasn't surprising given that the last time he was in Ponyville he almost blew it up. "The fuck are you looking at." Rogue said when he noticed the ponies staring at him. "Now if I remember Right Twilight's abomination of a castle is over that way." Rogue said walking through the streets not giving a damn about how many ponies were looking at him. It only took him half an hour to find the abomination of a crystal tree castle that Twilight called her home as he walked up the steps to the door he almost slipped on ice. "Fuck." Rogue said as he used the door handle to pull himself up before knocking the crystal door. A moment or two later the door opened with a Purple dragon with green under scales opened the door only coming up to Rogue's waist. "Can I help you?" The little dragon asked. "Yeah little man, I'm looking for Twilight, is she here?" Rogue asked. "And you are?" the little dragon asked. "Just a drinking buddy." Rogue said putting on his best smile. "I didn't know she go's out drinking." the little dragon said. "Yeah we got shit faced at Griffin Stone a couple of months back." Rogue said remembering the legendary hangover he had after that one. "So is she home or not?" Rogue asked again. "Oh yeah, she's in her office." the little dragon said. "Cool beans, say what's your name little man?" Rogue asked. "I'm Spike." the dragon said offering Rogue a hand that he shook gladly. "Strong grip, you'll be one hell of a beast when your full grown." Rogue said as Spike let him in to the castle. "I'll take you to her." Spike said showing him the way. "Nice one mate." Rogue said following the little dragon, along the way they bumped into Starlight coming out of one of the many libraries in the castle. "Hi Spike, who's... this?" Starlight asked looking Rogue up and down taking in the sight of the young white haired man who stood just a little taller than Celestia if she didn't have a horn and remembered what Twilight had said about how he had magic on par with and Alicorn but was pursuing elemental power instead of mastering his latent magic, she also remembered that the news papers had called him the most disrespectful man in Equestria. "Rogue Winters." Rogue said offering a hand to the mare who was dressed in her Equestria girls outfit. "Starlight Glimmer." Starlight said shaking his hand surprised by the contrast between his crushing grip and the softness of his skin. "Well it's always nice to meet a piece of fine ass and all but I'm in the middle of something. Yo Spike you were showing me the way." Rogue said walking away leaving Spike speechless at his last comment and Starlight blushing like crazy for a moment before Spike ran after him to make sure he didn't go in the wrong room, after a minuet or two of walking Spike showed Rogue to the door to Twilight's office and knocked twice. "Twilight you have a visitor." Spike said opening the door and stepping aside. "Who is it?" Twilight asked. "A'yo did you miss me." Rogue said stepping in to the office leaving Twilight speechless for a moment at his sudden appearance. "Rogue I never expected you to just show up." Twilight said getting up from behind her desk. "I'm going to be real with you, I just bought a place on the outskirts of town and I have no idea where to by furniture in this place, so do you mind pointing a drinking buddy in the right direction?" Rogue asked. "Wait you bought a house in Ponyville?" Twilight asked. "Yeah, six bedroom bungalow on the lake, and I need furniture." Rogue confirmed. "But why did you buy a place in Ponyville?" Twilight asked. "A friend suggested it." Rogue said with a shrug of his shoulders. "So you know a place or what?" he asked. "Yeah I know a place." Twilight said as she grabbed a thick coat. "Lead the way." Rogue said following the mare in the direction of home furniture. It took the two around half an hour before the unlikely pair stood outside of an oddly named shop. "Quills and Sofas." Rogue said reading the name on the sign under a picture of a quill and sofa. "Yeah I know the name is a bit weird, but they actually stock all kinds of home furniture and writing supplies." Twilight explained as they walked in. "Whatever, I just need the basics for now." Rogue said looking around at the furniture and settling on a dark wood bedroom set for himself with sheets pillows and all that good shit as well as an extending four seater table that could seat six when extended with six matching chairs. Rogue also bought a four seater sofa and two armchairs for the living room so he could kick his feet up by the fire, all in it cost him just under three thousand bits for the lot. "Would you like to here about are same day delivery options?" The sails pony asked after Rogue paid using his card. "No thanks, I got this." Rogue said walking over to his gathered furniture. "How are you going to move all this with out the delivery service?" Twilight asked. "Like this." Rogue answered as his eyes started glowing red and he teleported himself the furniture and Twilight to the inside of his new house. "Since when did you use magic for anything?" Twilight asked surprised that she'd been brought along. "Believe it or not but I do use my magic every now and then, just not often." Rogue explained as he began bringing the furniture to his bedroom, living room and dining room. "So, you do use magic." Twilight said putting her hands on her hips with a smug look on her face. "Fuck off Twilight, how and when I chose to use my magic is up to me, not you or that fat assed cunt up in Canterlot." Rogue said returning from the bedroom and going to the kitchen dining room and put the table where he wanted it with four chairs around it and two up against the wall after that Rogue went to the living room and placed the two armchairs on either side of the fireplace with the sofa facing the fireplace between the armchairs, Rogue then looked at the fireplace and felt a bit chilly. "I'm going to need fire wood." Rogue thought as he walked over to the door and unlocked it then went outside with Twilight following him to see what he was doing, Rogue went around the back of the house to the nearest tree and cut it down using the same magic blade he used to finish the Moorwen and to cut the limbs off the tree then began cutting the tree into sections big enough to fit into the fireplace, when he was done he carried as many as he could in his arms and carried the rest by magic into the house and chucked a few logs into the fireplace lighting it up with his elemental fire once Twilight kame back inside and closed the door behind her as she took her coat off and put it one one of the three coat hooks behind the door before sitting in the middle of the sofa. Rogue sat on the armchair to the left of the fireplace and began untying his shoelaces and put his boots to the side of the chair he was sat in. "Fuck me it feels good to to finally kick my feet up." Rogue said pulling the lever on the side of the chair to recline it half way. "So is this what you plan on doing all day?" Twilight asked. "More or less, I can do a food shop tomorrow." Rogue said putting his hands behind his head as he yawned. "Besides I was up all night and I'm too tired to build my bed in the bedroom, so I think I'm just going to crash out here for a few hours." Rogue said as he got comfy and relaxed. "I think I'll leave you to it then, is it ok if I come back tomorrow with the girls?" Twilight asked as she got up and got her coat from the hook. "Do what you want its a free world just don't blame me when I swear like a sailor at you." Rogue said on the verge of falling asleep already. "Damn it why dose he look so cute like that." Twilight thought as she looked at Rogue before she opened the door and left. > Chapter 12: The Training Continues. > -------------------------------------------------------------------------- Rogue woke up early the next morning and looked around a little confused as to where he was and then it kame back to him. "That's right, I bought this place." he said sitting up, resetting the reclining armchair in as he got up and stretched as he walked to his new bedroom and spent the first half of his morning assembling his new bedroom furniture before taking a shower and putting on a white long sleeve t-shirt with black cargo trousers he then went back to the living room and put his black boots back on and went to his door finding it unlocked. "Shit, I forgot to lock the door after Twilight left." Rogue said as he went out side to find snow up to his knee, then an idea entered his mind. "This is a good opportunity to gain the element of Ice." Rogue thought as a grin spread on his face as he closed the door behind him. Twilight and her friends walked down the path to Sweet Apple Acres unsure of what she wanted to show them. "Uh, Twilight what exactly could you have found so close to the farm that me and Big Mack haven't?" Applejack asked as they walked down the the path to the farm only to veer off towards the lake as they followed Twilight. "Not what, who." Twilight said as she led the girls to Lake Side House. "Ok then who are we visiting?" Rainbow asked. "You'll see." Twilight said leading the girls to the new build bungalow on the lake, after a little while they stood at the door and Twilight knocked but got no response so she knocked again but harder. "Twilight, I know this house is a relatively new addition to Ponyville but that doesn't mean anypony lives here." Rarity said as an Asian dragon made of snow and ice rose up from behind the house and let lose a sky shattering roar, the girls all went around to the other side of the house and saw Rogue in the snow wearing a white top and black trousers in a martial arts stance as shards of ice floated around him. "Daiguren Hyorinmaru, smash that fucking rock." Rogue said moving forward throwing a punch from his defensive stance as the dragon of snow and ice roared again and flew at a large rock that obstructed a view from one of the windows in the bungalow shattering it into pieces. Twilight and the girls were speechless at the sight they just witnessed, Rogue breathed heavily each breath turning to steam on contact with the cold air around him, he didn't even notice the ponies at all at least not until one of them spoke. "Oh, my." Fluttershy said in barely a whisper, but that was enough for Rogue to hear as his eyes moved over to his house as a shit eating grin formed on his face. "Did you enjoy the show?" Rogue asked as he relaxed his stance while looking at the six mares on the decking of his house his eyes gold once more as he acquired yet another elemental power. Pinkie suddenly grabbed Twilight by the arms. "Twilight why didn't you tell me he moved to Ponyville, I have to get a you know what ready." Pinkie said disappearing in an instant leaving a dust cloud shaped just like her behind. "What just happened?" Rarity asked. "I don't know she's your friend." Rogue said putting his hands in his pockets. "Girls, Rogue is the newest resident of Ponyville." Twilight said to her friends. "Ha ha ha ha, yeah right, as soon as this cold weather is gone so am I." Rogue said finding it hard not to break out into laughter at what Twilight just said. "What! Twilight said suddenly turning to face Rogue. "You heard me, no way you couldn't with ears like those." Rogue said his disrespectful side showing it's self for the first time in a while. "But I thought we were friends now?" Twilight asked with a whimper and puppy dog eyes. "Bitch pleas I rip the shit into my friends all the time, just ask Jayson..., speaking of which, whichever one of you it is that dose the whole fashion thing I have an order to place." Rogue said as he walked up onto his decking and looked down at the gathered ponies. "And what kind of order did you want to place?" Rarity asked looking Rogue up and down with a raised eyebrow. "A friend of mine is getting married and he's invited me to the wedding, so I need something a bit nicer than street clothes." Rogue explained suddenly Rarity's eyes lit up at the mention of a wedding as she suddenly began seeing Rogue in different styles of tuxedo in her mind. "You'll need to come by my shop so I can take your measurements." Rarity said looking at Rogue in a more serious and professional manner as she considered what would look good on him. "Did you have anything specific in mind?" Rarity asked. "Not really, I just need a tux suitable for a wedding." Rogue answered. "I see." Rarity said making a mental note of the request. "But just so you know, custom comissions cost more than adjusting the size of an existing piece." She added. "That's cool, I can afford it." Rogue said. "Oh really, just how much can you afford?" Rarity asked. "Around nine hundred forty nine and a half million." Rogue said with a smug look. "WHAT?" Rarity asked in a shout. "You heard me." Rogue said crossing his arms with a smug look on his face. Rarity stayed speechless for a while as the girls all looked at Rogue slack jawed by the fact that Rogue was secretly a multi-millionaire. "Now if you would be so kind as to get lost so I can return to my training, that would be great." he added as he walked back down to the snow covered lawn of his large garden to resume his training with or without the compony. "Wait, aren't you going to hang out with us?" Twilight asked. "Oh hell nah, I got training to do." Rogue said as he took a fighting stance that he felt reflected the element of Ice and began drawing on the elemental power of Ice again, Twilight and the others decided to leave Rogue to his training when it became obvious that he wasn't going to stop training to hang out with them for any reason. A few hours later Rogue stopped his training as the sun went down, he then looked at the setting sun. "Shit, I got so carried away with training I forgot to get supplies for the pantry in town." Rogue said as the sun disappeared behind the horizon. Rogue went back to his house went in and grabbed his coat before locking up and going to town. It didn't take him long to get there now that he knew the way when he got to the market it was closed and ponies were going back to their homes. "Damn, I missed the market." Rogue said under his breath. "Hi Rogue, I wasn't expecting to see you today." Starlight said as she walked over to Rogue. "Oh hi Starlight, what's up?" Rogue asked more out of habit than curiosity. "Oh not much just getting some new notebooks." Starlight said slightly lifting a bag filled with notebooks. "Damn, you writing a book or something with all that?" Rogue asked looking at almost two thousand pages worth of notebooks. "No, I'm not writing a book, these are for Twilight's research." Starlight explained. "What the fuck could she possibly be researching to need that many notebooks?" Rogue asked crossing his arms behind his head. "You, actually." Starlight answered. "Come again?" Rogue asked lowering his arms. "Twilight has been coming up with theory's of how your able to use multiple elemental powers with out being affected by elemental poisoning, if I were you I would prepare my self for Twilight asking to run some tests on you." Starlight explained. "Thanks for the heads up, I'll have to buy you a pint sometime." Rogue said as he started walking towards townhall unknowingly taking the route to Sugarcube Corner as he familiarised himself with the layout of the town, along the way he found a shop that was open a bit later than the others and picked up a few of the essentials for his house, after little looking around he passed a familiar building that looked like a giant gingerbread house and vagally recalled punching Twilight through the window. "Ah good times, I still had my black ones back then." Rogue thought as he walked past the bakery and went back to his house as the moon slowly raised into the sky. When Rogue got home he found a pink envelope through his letter box with a blue balloon sticker holding it closed. "What the hell, who's this from?" Rogue thought as he put the bag of stuff he'd bought at the shop on the table and opened the letter and read it. "Sugarcube corner 7pm." "The hell." Rogue thought as he looked at letter in his hand. "Fuck that shit, I have more important things to do than desyther the meaning of random letters." He said out loud as he scrunched up the letter and tossed it into the fireplace, before making himself some food having a shower and going to bed. The next morning Rogue was woke by the sound of frantic banging on the door. "Who the fuck is banging the door." Rogue said in a half shout as he got out of bed and walked down the passage into his living room walked up to the door unlocked it and swung it open and was punched right between the eyes staggering him back. "What the fuck." Rogue said bringing a hand to his face. "You bastared, you didn't show for the welcome to Ponyville Party." Pinkie said walking in and punching Rogue again. "The actual fuck." Rogue said as he looked up at the very angry party pony. "Did you even read the invite I posted through the letter box?" Pinkie asked looking pissed. "What invite?" Rogue asked holding his nose. "The pink one." Pinkie said crossing her arms. "Oh that, I had no idea what the fuck it was about so I ignored it." Rogue explained. "Also did you have to punch me in the nose twice?" He asked. "You... ignored it?" Pinkie asked with puppy dog eyes and a whimper. "Stop looking at me like that or I'll drown you like a sack of puppies." Rogue said as he crossed his arms while looking at the mare who'd just punched him twice. "Why would you drown puppies?" Pinkie asked immediately dropping the use of the ultimate pony weapon of cuteness. "Because their cute and cuddly." Rogue said coldly. "That's cold." Pinkie said as she noticed that Rogue was only wearing boxers. "Says the thunder cunt who just punched me in the face twice." Rogue said walking back to his bedroom to get dressed, once he at least had some clothes on he threw the pink mare out of his house into a pile of snow before closing his door and locking it behind him when the door was knocked again, turning around to see the silhouette of Pinkie on the other side he opened the door again and before she could say anything else he punched her right between the eyes knocking her out on the spot and leaving her out cold in the snow on his decking. "Fucking annoying bitch." Rogue said as a thought entered his mind on how to avoid visitors for the day. "That could work." Rogue thought as he grabbed his coat from the hook be hind the door and stepped over Pinkie's unconscious body locked his door again and went into the the forest behind his house, going deep into the forest before stopping Rogue could feel the elemental power of wood calling out to him as well as the powers of earth and stone. "I can feel them, their all around me... Time to hit the grind again." Rogue said as he once again began to train this time freely switching in between all the elemental powers he had access to. Some time later Pinkie woke up covered in snow with a numbed pain in her face from Rogue's punch as she got back on her feet she tried knocking Rogue's door again but got no answer and realized that he wasn't there anymore, looking around she found footprints in the snow that were half buried but rather than follow them into the forest behind Rogue's house she decided to go home and warm up, her main and tail deflated as she came to terms with the fact that Rogue wasn't going to turnout like every other Human MC's in the Human in Equestria genre of Fimfiction.net and be a new friend slash love interest for her or one of the other main 6. A few weeks had passed and the winter weather had cleaned up with something the Ponies called winter wrap up, Twilight and the others had asked him to help with that and he told them to piss off before doing more of the one thing he'd been doing since coming to this world and trained some more with Rogue gaining a total of four new elemental powers bringing his total count up to nine, that being Shadow, Water, Fire, Lightning, Metal, Ice, Wood, Stone and Earth. With these powers in hand already Rogue came to the conclusion that the only powers he needed now were Light and Wind which would bring his total up to eleven elemental powers. "Eleven is the total... damn, I wanted it to be an even number not an odd number, unless there's an elemental power I'm not thinking of." Rogue said to him self as he packed his duffle bag ready to get back to nomadically traveling while training now that the lethal cold of Equestria's winter was gone, he only just finished packing when he heard a knock at the door. "I swear if that's Twilight or one of her friends again, I'm putting them in a body bag and then putting the body bag through a wood chipper, and after that I'll feed what's left to pigs." Rogue said as he walked from his bedroom to the front door and swung it open revealing Dark Blaze on his decking dressed in thick winter coat and a spicy one piece dress that did nothing to hide her deliciously curvy body. "Hay big guy, sorry I couldn't get here sooner but I wasn't able to get any time off until now." Blaze said as she walked in past him and hung her coat up on one of the coat hooks behind the door. "Well this is just shit timing isn't it." Rogue said as he closed the door behind her. Blaze sniffed the air and caught the sent of other mares. "Have you been sleeping with other mares?" She asked. "No, I've just had unwanted guests that I've had to literally throw out at times." Rogue answered. "Then why is it a bad time for me to be here?" Blaze asked more curios now. "Because I just finished packing my bag to get back to my nomadic elemental training." Rogue explained. "Oh right, we can still fuck before you go right?" Blaze asked giving Rogue her best fuck me eyes. "Well I never said I was leaving right away, so yeah let me show you to the bedroom so we can make some bedrock." Rogue said leading the way to his room. Three hours later Rogue and blaze were in bed and very naked and sweaty Rogue's duffle bag had been thrown to the side and the sheets which had be neatly made with fresh bedding that morning were now soaked with sweat and other bodily fluids. "Wow, you don't disappoint." Blaze said sleepily. "How could I, I'm the manliest man to ever man to the soul exceptions of Chuck Norris and Bruce Lee, also Batman." Rogue said as he pulled Blaze in closer, enjoying the warmth of her body next to his more than he would ever admit. "Who are they?" Blaze asked. "Ultimate badasses." Rogue said as he almost drifted off to sleep. Knock! Knock! Knock! The sound of the front door being knocked broke the blissful silence of Rogue's house "Oh for fuck sake, can't they leave me alone for like a day at least." Rogue said slowly dragging his right hand down his face in frustration. "I'll handle it." Blaze said getting out of bed and putting Rogue's black and silver dressing gown on loosely as she turned to him. "How do I look?" she asked deliberately leaning over to showoff her cleavage. "You look like you just got out of bed with someone you fucked." Rogue said taking in the sight while it lasted. "Good." Blaze said walking out of the bedroom as the knocking at the door continued, a moment later Rogue could here the sound of the door open, Rogue couldn't help but smile as he heard the faint sound of multiple gasps. "We're looking for Rogue." Twilight said looking at the naked mare wearing Rogue's dressing gown. "He's still in bed, getting his second wind so we can pick up where we left off." Blaze said sticking her chest out to ethicize her glories massive tits that made Twilight's tits look like fried eggs by comparison and don't even get me started on how flat Rainbow's tits looked at that moment, honestly an ironing board has bigger tits than her. "We'll just come back later then." Twilight said averting her gaze from the much hotter thiccer mare before her. "Sorry to say but once he and I are done having fun he's going to be leaving to continue his training in the wild." Blaze explained. "Can we leave a message?" Twilight asked as Dark Blaze looked the main 6 over and guessed that the sight of them would kill Rogue's sex drive faster than putting his massive dick in a blender. "Sure, I'll tell him if I remember by the time I'm done riding and sucking that monster he calls his dick." Blaze said making Twilight and her friends uncomfortable. "Right." Applejack said seeing that the naked mare wasn't lying about the description of Rogue's big friend beneath the belt as she bit her lower lip subconsciously. "Can you tell him he's been invited to this years Gran Galloping Gala." Twilight said passing Blaze the two tickets. "Really the gala, I'll let him know." Blaze said sticking the Gala tickets between her boobs in a firm grip. "Ok we get it you have great tits, no need to rub it in." Rainbow said crossing her arms as she turned away from the way, way hotter mare. "Hay, don't take it out on me because you've got nothing Stallions are interested in other than your fame from being the friend of a Princess." Blaze said taunting Rainbow. "WHAT!" Rainbow Dash shouted as she spun around. "You heard me feathers, no stallion wants you because you have nothing to play with." Blaze said squeezing her boobs together just to rub it in Rainbow's face. "You bitch." Rainbow said rushing at Blaze only to be stopped as if someone was grabbing her by the throat as Rogue walked around the corner wearing only a bath towel around his waist as he held his right hand up slightly in the same way Darth Vader did when force choking an imperial officer. "You toucher her Skittles, and you die." Rogue said his eyes glowing red as Rainbow uselessly flailed around grasping at her neck trying to pull hands that weren't there from her throat. "Let her go Rogue." Twilight said charging her magic. "Why should I, she just tried to attack my guest who is also my lover." Rogue said calmly while Rainbow was being choked to death by his magic, knowing full well that Twilight had a crush on him and rubbed salt in the wound anyway. "Because I know you don't want to be hunted where ever you go." Twilight said holding her ground against Rogue knowing full well that they were equal in magic and physical strength, but what she didn't know was that the power that he'd shown up to now wasn't even a scratch on the tip of the Iceberg of his latent power and potential due to him having the same growth potential as the DBS Broly who went from base from to beyond Super Saiyan Blue where a Super Saiyan Blue Fusion was needed to beat him but Twilight had no idea that Rogue could become that powerful if he trained his magic. "Fine, but if Skittles attacks Dark Blaze again I will kill her, understand." Rogue said aggressively as he released his magical grip on Rainbow. "Perfectly." Twilight said as she looked Rogue in the eye and for a brief moment she thought she was looking at a white wolf with blood dripping from it's fangs as it's glowing red eyes burned into her soul. "Good then get the fuck off my property before I get you all done for trespassing." Rogue said as he watched Twilight and her friends leave his land. "Hey she wanted to give you theses." Blaze said pulling the Gala tickets from between her boobs as Rogue closed the door. "What is it?" Rogue asked taking the tickets as he looked at the ticket. "It's a ticket to the Grand Galloping Gala." Blaze explained. "Fuck that shit." Rogue said about to rip the tickets in half. "On second thought, you have them I'm not interested." Rogue said giving Blaze the tickets. "Are you really sure?" Blaze asked. "Yeah, I don't care about this Gala thing." Rogue said looking Dark Blaze in the eye, not with aggression but kindness. "Well, Would you be my date to the Gala?" Blaze asked with the cutest blush on her face. "Fuck no, I have better things to do." Rogue said almost laughing out loud. "Like what?" Blaze asked. "Literally anything else." Rogue said in response. "Wow, your a dick you know that." Blaze said giving Rogue the middle finger. "Your not the first person to call me that but lets face it You'll fuck me regardless." Rogue said. "What makes you think that?" Blaze asked crossing her arms one ticket still between her boobs. "Because ladies can't resist a bad boy and I'm the ultimate bad boy." Rogue said shoving her up against the wall and bit her on the shoulder as he pushed their bodies together before kissing her, picking her up and taking her back to the bedroom as the towel around his waist fell off. > Chapter 13: The Power of the Skis. > -------------------------------------------------------------------------- Rogue had been on the road for a month, without the price on his head he could travel freely across the land, he made his way north heading to what he believed to be the strongest place where the elemental power of Air could be found a Place called Sky View Point a place where tornadoes ran wild and free away from the control of the Pegasi in a similar way to the lightning storm at Storm Peek Mountain located in the Sky View Vail, as he grew closer the winds picked up even getting to a point where it would rip the skin or fur as the case may be off of anyone who went in unprotected, but for someone like Rogue it was just another day at the office, as Rogue got closer to Sky View Point Rogue was passed by a traveler wearing a cloak, after he passed the traveler stopped and looked at Rogue as he passed. "Hay, your not going to Sky View are you?" The voice of a young woman said from under the hood of the cloak. "Yeah, why?" Rogue asked as he stopped to look back at the cloaked woman who had pulled her hood down to reveal an Asian woman with long brunet hair and brilliant amber eyes. "There's an army that has airships over that way, I recommend you keep your distance they don't seem friendly." The Woman said as she looked at Rogue with an unreadable expression on her face. "Thanks for the heads up." Rogue said as he looked back to where he was going. "Ok, just how many other Humans are currently on this world, there's me and Jayson, and now this Asian chick." Rogue thought as he walked in the direction of the army the woman had told him about, he wasn't looking for a fight but he did want to know just what was in his way. After climbing towards the submit of The Sky View Vail for a few hours he reached a large rocky plateau where a large army had indeed set a staging area up for the time being with airships moored down, as Rogue got closer he snuk up on the camp from the rocks using the new grey hooded cloak that he convinced Rarity to make for him when he got the measurements for his tux by modeling a few different outfits for Rarity, he denied it when asked of course. when he was close enough he saw the black flags and banners with symbol of what looked like the energy sword from Halo on them. "I'm no expert but this group seems well organized." Rogue said in a whisper as he watched the Yeti like soldiers move through the camp, just as he was about to sneak away he caught sight of a dark broken horned Unicorn mare dressed in similar armor to the Yetis leading Umbra of all Ponies and a group of servants towards the command tent, the servants were carrying a long box of some kind. The moment Rogue saw Umbra his blood began to boil with rage, he could take betrayal from someone he hardly knew but a cheep shot while his back was turned was another matter entirely so risking discovery he snuck into the camp and tailed the group to the command tent. Arriving at the command tent Rogue found it too well defended to sneak in so he tucked himself in by some barrels along side the tent and listened into the conversation on the inside. "Sir, Umbra is here with the Item you wanted." A female voice said in a flat tone. "Excellent work Tempest, I was just starting to get impatient." A deeper male voice said excitedly. "Storm King, I trust you have what we agreed on?" Umbra asked her voice as smooth as the finest silk. ""Oh yes I have it, but do you have the staff." The so called Storm King asked in return. "Of course I do." Umbra said snapping her fingers which was followed by the sound of a box being opened. "The staff, I've searched for so long and now it's within my grasp." The Storm King said only to be cut off by the sound of a box being slammed shut. "Now, now Storm King this is a business transaction, you have what I want I have what you want, so hand it over or you'll never see this staff again." Umbra said in a cold tone that Rogue recognized. "Very well, Tempest get the Crimson Diamond." The storm King said sounding annoyed. "Yes Sir." the female voice from before said, a few moments later Rogue could hear the sound of someone coming back. "The Crimson Diamond as ordered." the female said. "Well don't give it to me, give it to her." The Storm King said sounding very irritated as the sound of movement could be heard. "A pleasure doing business with you, oh and feel free to keep the servants." Umbra said leaving the sound of her armored boots being a dead give away. As soon as Rogue heard her leaving he used the shadow step and began to follow her out of the camp. Rogue waited until Umbra was far enough away from the camp that no one would come to help her if she got into a fight, as he got closer he came out of the shadows and crept up behind her just as she was about to enter a forest Rogue punched her in the back of the head knocking her to the ground. "Remember me bitch." Rogue said kicking Umbra in the face when she looked up at him. "Rogue, I should have known it was you listening back there." Umbra said as Rogue grabbed her by the back of the head and slammed her face first into a tree trunk then another tree before slamming her face into a rock shattering it as he threw her to the ground. "Shut up and fight me cunt." Rogue said looking at Umbra as she got up slowly from the beating he just gave her. "Oh my so angry so hateful, keep that up and you'll be no better than me in time." Umbra taunted as she got back up, Rogue didn't respond instead charging at Umbra like a raging bull tackling her through another tree and close lining her right in the throat. Umbra began coughing from the blow but before she could recover Rogue grabbed her by the ankle and did to Umbra what Hulk did to Loki in the first Avengers film, Rogue slammed Umbra back and forth into the ground before tossing her up slightly grabbing her by the back of the head as he began running along side a cliff and dragged Umbra's face through the cliff before throwing her and shooting an elemental blast at her sending her flying. "Damn it, how did he become so powerful." Umbra said as she recovered and got back up drawing her sword before Rogue got close enough to grapple her again. Rogue burst through the tree into the clearing where Umbra had landed. "I'm going to hit you with so many rights, your going to be begging me for a left." Rogue said punching his right hand into his left palm repeatedly. "Look at you acting like a tough guy." Umbra said using her magic to heal her wounds. "I'll show you tough." Rogue said running at Umbra with all the rage of a mad wounded beast. "Fool." Umbra said dodging Rogue's attack and firing a volley of black crystals into his back that only left shallow wounds and followed up quickly with a shadow whip across his back cutting deeper up his shoulder blades. "MOTHER FUCKER!" Rogue shouted in pain as he staggered forward from the attack knowing that Umbra's attack had done more damage than his, Umbra went in for the kill while Rogue was steadying himself using her sword she came up behind him ready to stab him in the back and through the chest but was stopped by an impossibly dense magical aura emitting from Rogue's body like a raging flame as he turned to face her the whites of his eyes were flickering red as his irises returned to blue as they cracked seemingly on the verge of shattering. "Aaaahhhhh!!!" Rogue let out a mighty battle cry as his magic pulsed out changing the very color of the world as his rage began shattering his limiter and his latent potential started kicking in as his magical power began to skyrocket which of courses made his physical strength massively increase Rogue's power that had pulsed out pulled back in before being released in an explosion of energy blasts in all directions, when Umbra looked at Rogue and it seemed that he gotten at least three times as big in pure mussel. "What is this." Umbra said as she looked at the far more imposing Human before her, Rogue shot forth at Umbra with blind rage punching her in her upper body which sent her crashing through rocks and trees, as she recovered she realized that Rogue was far to powerful for her to handle while enraged and began a hasty retreat into the shadows leaving Rogue to his rampage. It was around six hours later when Rogue finally calmed down and found himself amidst what could best be called a war zone, the forest had been blown away and what remained was caught up in a raging fire pot marks littered the land as if missiles had struck all around him with the skies being darkened by smoke. "What the hell happened here, where's Umbra?" Rogue asked as he looked around. "Wait, did I, do all this." Rogue thought as he looked around at the devastation and the raging inferno slowly consuming the forest. Rogue closed his eyes and took a deep breath holding it for a moment before breathing out feeling the power of the wind fill his lungs with each slow deep breath he took as his blood cooled, as he opened his eyes again he raised his right hand and in a swift flowing motion moved his arm out pulling the air away from the fire choking it to harmless embers that quickly cooled as his eyes flashed gold for a moment. "I should get to Sky View Point and continue my training." Rogue said as he walked away from the destruction he'd caused when he lost control. Rogue then continued on his way to Sky View Point getting away from the destruction he had caused before anyone showed up to put the blame on him which he wasn't looking forward to even though it was his fault. "I... I can't believe I did all that damage back there." Rogue thought as he looked back over his shoulder at the destruction he'd caused. "I need some serious anger management." he said as he kept walking away from the disaster zone he'd left be hind. Two weeks later Rogue had finally reached Sky View Point and was meditating in the eye of a tornado the high winds lashing at him like invisible knives Rogue ex hailed and opened his eyes as they shone gold and the tornado around him stopped along with all the high winds of the Sky View Vail, Rogue smiled to himself and stood up feeling the power of the skies in his breath. "I think I've earned a Holiday." Rogue said looking out a the Bone Dry Desert bellow the Sky View vail and a town in the distance with airships coming and going. "And I thought Grangetown was a shit hole, but it has nothing on that place." Rogue said looking at Klugetown in the distance. "Well shit, I have no choice but to go there to re-supply before I run out of food rations." Rogue said not knowing he was going to run into some familiar faces while he was there. One Week later. As Rogue arrived at Klugetown he saw many different and strange beings including fish people and some who looked like overgrown rodents and to his surprise he even saw a other humans working on the docks loading and unloading cargo from the airships coming and going to the town, Rogue was almost tempted to speak to them but thought better of it since they were working and he didn't want them to lose their pay for the day. As he walked the streets he could have sworn he caught sight of six mares he knew all to well at this point after spending winter in Ponyville, but he decided not to look into for the moment as he bought the supplies he needed at an extorted rate, once he was done he saw the main 6 following an anthro cat into a building. "The fuck are they doing in a place like this." Rogue thought as he decided to finally find out. As Rogue got closer to the building the main 6 had been led into by the cat man Rogue saw one of the anthro rodents enter the building shortly before the broken horned unicorn Rogue had seen with the army in the Sky View Vail a few weeks ago, Rogue snuk up be hind the Yeti soldiers the unicorn had brought and used the element of air to rip the air out of the lounges of the Yetis choking them and getting the attention of Tempest Shadow. "What!" she said turning around only to get a punch to the face that broke her muzzle and left her squirming on the floor. "Fuck off scar face." Rogue said as Tempest held her nose on the floor. "Rogue, what are you doing here?" Twilight asked as she and the others breathed a sigh of relief at the sight of the one man who wasn't afraid to face the entire world if he had to. "You know, this is the only time I'm glad to see you." Rainbow admitted. "Like wise, we need your help sugar cube." Applejack said agreeing with Dash. "I for one would prefer a gentlecolt to assist us." Rarity said sticking her nose up. "But I guess you are better suited to this sort of stuff." she added while Fluttershy simply nodded in agreement. "With you here these meanies don't stand a chance." Pinkie said bouncing on the spot. Rogue put his hands in his pockets as if he didn't care. "What the hell happened?" Rogue asked looking at the six with a raised eyebrow. "Enough of this, your coming with me Princess." Tempest said as she got back up holding her face as blood rushed through her fingers. "Stay down scar face, before I put you down." Rogue said turning to face Tempest again. "You caught me off guard the first time, that won't happen again." Tempest said throwing a spin kick at Rogue only for him to stop it with a finger. "What!" she said backing off and threw a few more punches and kicks that Rogue dodged them all without moving from the spot and even stopped Tempest's last punch with only a finger. "If this is the best you have you might want to walk away, scar face." Rogue said as all ten of the elemental powers he now had at his disposal flowed from his body as his eyes turned a bright metallic gold. "What kind of magic is this?" Tempest asked as she backed away. "This isn't magic, this is Elemental power." Rogue said as the power he was releasing grew more intense. "Elemental power." Tempest repeated. "That's what I said, I don't need you to repeat it." Rogue said as his white hair started glowing white and standing up on end like a Super Saiyan only for the glow to fade and his hair to fall and then glow again with his hair rising again as his hair flickered in a white glow. "What kind of Human are you?" Tempest asked as she backed away from Rogue as the main 6 watched in awe as Rogue stood on the verge of a transformation. Rogue smiled as his pride took over and he crossed his arms over his chest looking down at Tempest. "I'm the Fusion Elemental, Rogue Winters." he said with a cocky smirk. "Fusion Elemental." Tempest repeated as Rogue charged an energy blast made from a mix of all the elemental powers he was currently able to use combined into a new power above his head into an energy ball that quickly dwarfed the moon in size before he condensed it to the size of a pool ball and held it between his hands aimed at Tempest. Rogue held the energy ball and out towards Tempest. "That's right, now get a load of my Fusion Elemental, Cataclysm Blast!!!" Rogue shouted and fired the blast from between his hands, Tempest dodged at the last possible second only just avoiding Rogue's attack wish some a few scorched tail hairs, Rogue's attack traveled though the streets of Klugetown and continued off into the distance even leaving the planet's atmosphere. Twilight and the others looked on in awe at the power Rogue was able to unleash in only a moment and without warning, Tempest looked at Rogue on the verge of pissing herself from how close she'd come to dying in that moment all the while Rogue looked down at her with golden eyes as his hair flickered with a white glow, without saying a word Tempest ran away from Rogue before he could fire another blast taking what remained of her soldiers with her. "That was amazing Rogue." Twilight said as she and the others tried to give him a group hug only for him to dodge all of them with the speed and precision of Perfected Ultra Instinct while still in his Fusion Elemental state, the girls tripped over themselves as Rogue looked at them with an unreadable expression before looking at himself. "The fuck, I didn't even think about dodging, and my body moved on it's own, ...Is this a quirk of Fusion Elemental now that it's almost complete or am I tapping into something else as well." Rogue thought as the girls got up. "Hey, no pony avoids a group hug." Pinkie whined as she pouted. "I'm not a pony, dumb ass." Rogue said crossing his arms and putting on his best Vegeta scowl as he powered down to his normal state. "Rogue, can you help us?" Twilight asked with a hopeful look on her face. "I've helped enough for one day." Rogue said leaving the building and walking down the street. "But Rogue." Twilight said chasing after him. "But nothing, either solve this by yourself or give up, your a Princess of Equestria, how are ponies supposed to look to you for guidance if you rely on others who are stronger than you to fix your problems." Rogue said looking at her over his shoulder. "It's time you started doing things for yourself, especially now your backed into a corner." he added before flying off as a bolt of lightning. > Chapter 14: Light of the Sentinels > -------------------------------------------------------------------------- It was a month after Rogue saw the main six in Klugetown that he found out about the attack on Canterlot and he couldn't help but laugh his ass off at the idea of three Princesses having their asses handed to them by the same unicorn with a broken horn that he nearly killed in one hit, needless to say Rogue was not going to let them live it down for a long time to come. Rogue was currently in the Zebra kingdom looking for Atlas Flame because Atlas knows how to use the element of Light and combine it with magic, which is something Rogue needed to learn if he wanted to Defeat Umbra and stand any chance of living through it. Rogue's search had been fruitless so far but he knew he was close because a tribe of Zebras that he'd recently met had told him they had met an Armour clad Alicorn warrior looking for evil relics to destroy before they could be used to cause harm and Rogue knew it was Atlas, after a few weeks of tracking Rogue had tracked Atlas to an ancient ruin in the forests south of Equestria, Rogue carefully entered the ruin and followed a trail of destroyed rock golems after a few minuets Rogue caught sight of an Alicorn in the main chamber of the ruin just after the dark relic was destroyed. "Hey Atlas, I need your help with something!" Rogue shouted over to the Sentinel. The Sentinel looked back at Rogue and vanished reappearing behind Rogue with a sword at the back of his neck. "How do you know that name human?" A mare asked. "I've met him before, he helped me learn about magic." Rogue said slowly raising his hands above his head. "A human learn about magic, I find that hard to believe." The Alicorn said. "I'm not lying, I have magic and Atlas showed me how to use it." Rogue said staying very still. "Huh, You have... shit, your right, I couldn't sense it at first but now I can." The Alicorn mare said lowering her sword. "I'm looking for Atlas, have you seen him?" Rogue asked. "Atlas is alive?" the mare asked. "Yeah, he trained me in magic about a year ago, I need to find him." Rogue said as he turned to face the light purple mare who was a lot shorter than the average pony. "Why do you need Atlas?" The mare asked. "I need to learn the element of Light from him so I can defeat Umbra." Rogue answered looking the shorter than average pony in the eye. "Your a fool, the element of Light can not be learned as easily as the others." The mare said shaking her head from side to side as she sheaved her sword. "Then tell me." Rogue said with a pleading look. "It wold be a waste of effort, you can not learn the element of light." The mare said walking up to him and pointing at his red eyes. "Because you have too much rage and hatred in your heart and your eyes show it." The mare said with a stern look as if she wanted to beat Rogue senseless for being so naive. "There has to be a way, I've come so far already. I can't just give up now, not while I'm so close to reaching my goal." Rogue said defiantly as he stood his ground to the short mare. "I like your spirit, but it changes nothing." The mare said and smirked. "Then again, you might have what it takes to do what no other has done before." She added reevaluating the possibility of Rogue being able or even worthy of using the element of Light. Rogue looked at her with resolve and determination blazing in his eyes like an inferno radiating strength and courage, he wasn't going to stop even if she said it was impossible and that unyielding unrelenting spirit made her doubt if she was right. After a long silence Rogue spoke with fire in his eyes. "If It's Impossible, then I'll shatter my limits and do the impossible. I will not let someone else tell me what's possible for me, Just who the hell do you think I am." Rogue said as his eyes changed color to bright metallic gold with his hair starting to glow white while taking a somewhat more aggressive stance as he got heated. The mare smirked. "I think I see why Atlas may have trained you, there is a growing light in you, one that I now see is nearly complete, I will teach you what I can. My name is Starfall Redeemer and I won't be gentle." She said finding herself impressed by Rogue's spirit. "OK, seriously what is it with Ponies either having cool names or shit ones." Rogue said as he heard her name. "There's nothing wrong with my name." Starfall said in a fake offended tone. "Yes there is, it's ridiculous." Rogue said with a smirk. "Enough about names, follow me, there is a place near hear where the element of light is strongest." Starfall said leaving the ruin with Rogue on her heel. Three months later Rogue stood in the center of a large cave that had an opening at the top letting light in, Rogue was blind folded with both hands tied behind his back and heavy wights strapped to his back and legs, as he stood their robed of his sight he reached out with his other senses and his elemental powers as well as his magic waiting for any sign of movement. Suddenly a flash of movement at light speed shot at Rogue and he dodged only losing a few hairs from his neck as as he landed a revers spin kick to Starfall's breastplate knocking her away before she vanished at light speed again and Rogue once again had to rely on his senses again and again Starfall attacked, the purpose of this training was for Rogue to fight without letting his rage or anger get the better of him in the slightest. "Your doing good Rogue, keep it up." she said dodging another of Rogue's counter strikes. Rogue breathed slowly feeling the elemental powers he already had flow through his body like a river and he could feel the element of light but there was still something keeping him from it. "How am I dodging and attacking even though I'm not thinking about it, and can't see you either?" Rogue asked as he kept his breathing steady. "A part of using the element of light is letting your instincts guide your movement and reflexes." Starfall explained as she continued monitoring Rogue's emotions being pleased that he'd managed to keep his rage and anger in check. "So that's how you move at light speed without crashing into anything, your letting your body move at light speed on instinct rather than waiting for the signals from your brain to reach your limbs." Rogue said finally getting it. "So, what is the source of your rage?" Starfall asked. "I don't like talking about it." Rogue said coldly. "To let go of your rage you must make peace with your past, even if it hurts." Starfall said. "I know, I don't think I'm ready to talk about it." Rogue said dodging a magic blast from Starfall. "If not now, then when?" Starfall asked landing a hard kick to the center of Rogue's chest that sent him crashing through a stone wall. "Damn it." Rogue said slowly getting back up winded from where he was kicked in the chest. "I don't know, I not looking for anyone's pity." He said getting up and breaking the bindings on his arms as he pulled the blindfold off and crossed his arms. "Just tell me, the first step is always the hardest." Starfall said coming back into sight. ".....Fine, when I was 5 years old I witnessed my father's murder, he was stabbed 37 times by my step-mother and when i tried to stop her she kicked me into a wall and I passed out." Rogue said feeling a twinge of pain in his chest at the memory of that day. Starfall's eyes widened in disbelieve at what she'd just heard. "I-I don't know what to say, I can't image what that must have been like to witness that, I wounder how you mother took it." She said looking at with a sympathetic look. "My mother died at child birth, I never met her." Rogue said catching the look Starfall was giving him and he didn't like it. "Oh, I see why you don't like talking about your past, so I guess your hatred is towards your step-mother for killing your father." Starfall said catching the nasty look Rogue was giving her and remembered what he said about not wanting pity. "Sorry, I'm a bit of a softy for tragic stories." She said quickly. "No, I don't hate her, I hate myself for not being able to do anything." Rogue said turning away from Starfall. "What that's stupid, why blame yourself for what happened, you were only 5 years old at the time." Starfall said utterly bewildered that Rogue blamed himself for what happened. "Well, I've taught you all I can, the rest is up to you now." Starfall said and then she teleported away. "Damn, I guess I have to come to terms with my past after all." Rogue said as he stood alone. > Chapter 15: The Wedding Of An Old Friend > -------------------------------------------------------------------------- Rogue returned to his home a month after Starfall had left him to figure out the rest of his training for the element of light by himself when he got through the door he found a pile of letters from over the last few months, most of them were party invites from Pinkie which he promptly binned, one letter was white with a small ribbon on it. "The hell, this doesn't look like one from Pinkie." Rogue thought as he opened the letter and read it to himself. "Invitation to the wedding of Coco Pommel and Jason Jones. Oh shit when is that." Rogue said checking the calendar in the kitchen. "Fuck it's tomorrow, I'll have to rush." Rogue said as he had a quick shower filled his duffel bag with clean clothes and his new tux and shoes and was gone again in just under an hour. Rogue flew to the resort where Jason and Coco had booked their wedding and arrived and landed just outside and was greeted by a member of staff. "Hello sir are you here for the wedding?" The mare asked. "Yes I am." Rogue said showing the mare the invite. "This way, I'll get you signed in and then I'll show you to your room." the mare said showing Rogue in to the desk where he signed in and was then taken to his room. "Do you know where I can find the groom?" Rogue asked as he put his bag by the bed. "I think he's in room 117." The mare said as she left Rogue alone in the room, once he was done packing his things away into his room he went looking for Jason's room and found it on the top floor, he knocked the door twice and waited, after a moment the door was opened by a dark blue stallion with bright yellow main and tail wearing shorts and a t-shirt. "Can I help you?" the stallion asked. "I'm looking for Jason Jones." Rogue said looking the stallion in the eye. "You know Jason?" the stallion asked a little bit surprised. "Yeah, I've known him sins we were kids , and I'm his best man." Rogue said showing his invite. "So you must be Rogue then? I'm Thunder-wing." The stallion said offering a hand that Rogue shook. "One in the same." Rogue said shaking Thunder-wing's hand. "Well it's nice to meet you Rogue, Jason has told us some incredible stuff about you." Thunder-wing said leading Rogue in and closing the door behind them, Thunder-wing rounded the corner first and Rogue followed seeing Jason with two other ponies and a griffon. "A'yo it's your boy." Rogue said loudly getting the attention of the other occupants of the room. "Rogue, you son of a bitch." Jason said walking over to Rogue as the two recreated the scene from the original Predator film where Dutch and Dillon flexed their muscles in a handshake. Rogue pulled Jason's arm over to the side a bit and smirked. "What's the matter Jason, pushing too many pencils." Rogue said with a shit eating grin. "Fuck you Rogue, leaving it to the last second to show up." Jason said struggling against Rogue's strength as he noticed Rogue's eyes were no longer red but blue again. "Wow, Rogue your eyes are blue again." Jason said letting go of the handshake. "What?" Rogue said in disbelief. "See for yourself." Jason said pointing at a mirror and Rogue walked over and looked at his reflection seeing a pair of eyes he actually recognized that he hadn't seen for coming up two years. "I guess Starfall was right, it was my inner rage and hatred that made my magic turn my eyes red." Rogue thought as he looked back to Jason. "You know I didn't notice that until now." he added. "Whatever Rogue, let me introduce you to Cliff Racer Thunder-wing's team mate, Stern Stone Coco's father and the griffin in the corner is Drago." Jason said introducing the group. "Cool, so you guys replaced me and the old crew?" Rogue asked. "More or less except for Stern Stone." Cliff Racer said with a smirk. "Well let's hope this lot knows how to throw a punch at least." Rogue said as he crossed his arms. "Oh I can throw a punch, in fact I bet I could throw you out of a ring." Drago said with a cocky smirk. "Oh, tough guy, I'd like to see you try." Rogue said as his eyes started to glow. "Chill out Rogue." Jason said. "I am chill bro, I'm just messing with your new friends." Rogue said with a smirk. "Rogue, these guys aren't like the old gang, keep it to yourself." Jason said looking a bit pissed at Rogue. "Ok, message received Jason, I'll try not to be myself for the next 24 hours." Rogue said. "Good, now let's celebrate my last few hours as an unmarried man." Jason said with a goofy grin and the two men, three stallions and one griffon spent the rest of that night drinking chatting and just having a good time before going to their respective room's at a respectable 9:40PM. The following morning Rogue and the others got up at 6:30AM and got ready for the wedding, by 10AM Jason was standing by the alter with Rogue stood next to him as his best man, when Coco arrived Rogue was surprised to see that Rarity was Coco's chief bride's maid but he didn't show it. After Coco and Jason said their I do's they went to the venue room, the wedding reception went on throughout the day and into the night, Jason and Coco had their first dance under the stars to the song loves in bloom, (apparently its a favorite at pony weddings). Everyone else joined after that, everyone except Rogue who instead just watched as he leaned up against the wall with his hands in his pockets. "Aren't you going to join in?" Rarity asked as she walked up to him. "Nah, I've always been better at fighting rather than dancing, besides I don't want to make a fool of myself." Rogue answered as he watched Jason having the time of his life. "Well I for one didn't think you'd be here, when you didn't arrive with everyone else." Rarity said looking Rogue over as he wore the tux she made for him. Rogue smirked to himself. "I am neither late or on time, I arrive precisely when I mean to." He said. "I noticed." Rarity said. "Is there a reason you're talking to me?" He asked as he watched the ponies around him dancing and laughing while they all mingled. "I was going to ask for a dance, but I think I know what your going to say." Rarity said with a pout. Rogue looked at her for a moment and then smirked. "Fuck no." He said and walked off without giving a damn, Rogue went off to get some fresh air away from the venue for a few minutes to cool off and look at the stars. "I guess things really won't be the same any more." He said to himself. Jason came out to see where Rogue had gone after half an hour and found him looking out over the lake. "Hey man, taking a breather?" Jason asked as he stood next to Rogue. "Yeah, I guess I just needed to have some space." Rogue said looking up at the night sky. "Thanks for coming Rogue, it means a lot to me." Jason said as he and Rogue looked out over the reflection of the moon and stars on the lake. "You know something?" he asked. "What." Rogue said. "It just hit me that I'm married now." Jason said getting a little giddy. "No shit, you tapped it and now you put a ring on it." Rogue said with a smirk. "When are you going to put a ring on it?" Jason asked. "Hopefully never." Rogue said with a chuckle. "Forever single?" Jason asked. "Damn right, I don't want to deal with the eventual divorce and loss of half of my shit." Rogue answered. "It's not like you to be the better safe than sorry type." Jason said crossing his arms. "That was before I had millions in the bank." Rogue said with a smirk, Jason looked at rogue ready to say something but the sound of a blood curdling scream and a roar coming from the wedding venue and with out even saying a word the two men ran back inside finding ponies panicking and screaming as a two full grown Moorwens attacked a group of guests. "Rogue tell me that's not what I think it is?" Jason said parallelized with fear unable to move, Rogue waved is arm at the two Moorwens and a powerful gust of wind pulled the two beasts outside, Rogue ran after the two monsters throwing lightning at one like a spear while lashing at the other with a flame whip. The guests at the wedding started cheering as Rogue ran at the two Moorwens, he then stopped short raised his hands and fire a magic energy blast at each of the Moorwens hitting one in the head killing it instantly but the other jumped to the side and Rogue stomped his right foot on the ground hard making a sharp blade of stone burst up from under the Moorwen impaling it on a twenty five foot blade of sharp granite. Rogue then looked back at everyone who was watching as his eyes went back to blue from metallic gold. "Is everyone ok?" Rogue asked looking at Jason. "Yeah, I think most of the guests are fine, and a few have some nasty cuts but nothing serious, I don't think anyone died." Jason said walking over to Rogue almost speechless at how fast he dealt with the Moorwens. "Where the hell did they come from?" Rogue asked as he walked back to the wedding venue. "Jason, Rogue look." Coco said pointing at a large army of monsters and armored Anubis like anthro dogs marching towards Mainhatton being led by Umbra riding on top of a black crystal dragon. "Who is that?" Jason asked pointing at Umbra. "That's Umbra, the bitch I have a score to settle with." Rogue explained. "Wait, that's the one who tried to enslave you?" Jason asked. "Yeah she's the one, a total bitch." Rogue said looking at Jason and Coco then back to the army and he closed his eyes. "Fuck, I don't have much choice do I." he said as he realized what he had to do. Jason looked at Rogue as he held his new wife in a close embrace. "What are you on about." Jason said looking at Rogue and he saw the determined look in Rogue's eyes. "I have to stop that army Jason." Rogue said looking at his oldest friend. "At least until some back up comes." He added. "But why you?" Coco asked. "Because I'm the only one even remotely close enough who has the power to hold that army back until the cavalry comes." Rogue explained. "Absolutely not, that's way too dangerous, even for you." Rarity said walking up from the venue. "We should go back to Ponyville and get the others and the Princesses." she added. "By the time we do that it'll be too late to help anyone, so you go back and get your friends, I'll do what I can to hold this army back on my own." Rogue said teleporting back to his hotel room and changing clothes and shoes before teleporting back, when he returned Rogue was wearing black finger less tactical gloves, a black slim fit vest, dark green camo cargo trousers and black boots. "You can't be serious bro, you'll get killed out there." Jason said sounding genuinely concerned for Rogue's safety. "I'll be fine, just who the hell do you think I am." Rogue said with a no small amount of confidence as he raised a fist to Jason for a fist bump. "I know exactly who you are, give them hell." Jason said fist bumping Rogue before he turned towards the army running towards it before casting his flight spell and kicked off towards the fight of his life. > Chapter 16: Rogue VS Umbra. Awaken Fusion Elemental > -------------------------------------------------------------------------- Rogue flew to wards Umbra's army getting ahead of it and landed before the army and focused all of his elemental powers and his magic raising all of them as high as he could going right to the edge of loosing control. "This is it, I have to use everything I have, all my elemental powers and my magic." Rogue said as his power surged higher and higher as he tapped into his legendary potential that had gone largely unused up until this moment. "UMBRA, YOUR NOT GOING ANY FURTHER!" Rogue shouted as he stamped one foot on the ground making blades of rock and metal burst from the ground shredding anything on the ground as he waved an arm up and brought it down making multiple lightning bolts strike at once forcing the Anubis like race back as well as killing some of the smaller monsters like Timber Wolves. Umbra looked down at Rogue from her place atop the crystal dragon and she stood. "What can you do against my army by yourself, little Rogue?" Umbra asked with a smug cocky tone, only for a burst of blue flame and a beam of light to strike the crystal dragon from the west and north. "He's not alone." Atlas Flame said landing to Rogue's right. "You can say that again." Starfall Redeemer said landing to his left. "Sentinels." Umbra hissed. "I thought your cast would have died out by now." She said as her face twisted into a snarl showing off her sharp teeth. "Happy to disappoint evil doer." Another male Alicorn Sentinel said landing by Starfall. "Brutus, long time old friend." Starfall said looking at the big dark green Alicorn that was built like a body builder. "He's not the only one still around." Another female Alicorn said who was as white as a ghost said landing next to Atlas. "Always a pleasure Specter." Atlas said as the four Sentinels and one human stood out numbered before Umbra's army ready to fight. "Four Sentinels, it seems I'll finish what I started and put your cast down for good." Umbra said drawing her sword and pointing it at Rogue and the Sentinels and her army attacked rushing at the five who opposed their master. Rogue cracked his neck from side to side and then his knuckles. "Let's kick some ass!" Rogue said kicking off at the army his power flowing from him like flames as he collided with the front line of Umbra's army and immediately started handing out a sever ass kicking to anyone and anything that got close to him. "Hahaha, I like him he's got spirit, now let's get in there before he has all the fun." Brutus said spreading his wings as he flew towards a pride of Manticores with his warhammer. "Indeed, let us for fill owe duty as Sentinels, and destroy this evil once and for all." Specter said as she drew her bow and pulled an arrow from her quiver as she flew to cut off a group of the Anubis like soldiers. "I couldn't have said it better myself." Starfall said readying her magic and despite being the shortest of the Sentinels she went right to the biggest monsters she could see taking them by surprise with her speed and precision. "Ad Victoriam!" Atlas shouted as he drew both his swords and flew into battle to help Rogue at the front line, the five held the army back fighting with everything they had fighting for days without rest and still they carried on, all the while Umbra grew more frustrated as the army shed spent nearly 20 years building was slowly but surely torn apart by only four Sentinels and one human. "ENOUGH!" Umbra shouted in rage as she jumped down from the crystal dragon. "Go, kill them all and burn the world with your dark fire." Umbra ordered and the crystal dragon roared spreading it's wings as it took to the skies and unleashed a primordial dark flame scorching friend and foe alike, the Sentinels took cover but Rogue instead flew up to meet the colossal dragon in the skies and he punched it in the center of the forehead with all his might shattering it's crystal scales and sending it crashing to the ground, he landed and charged a kamehameha and fired it at the downed dragon without even thinking about it killing the dragon in one hit. "Damn, there's no end to these guys." Rogue said dodging and counter attacking an attack from one of Umbra's soldiers. "Do not falter now, we've finned their numbers greatly and that dragon did more harm to them than us, they can not last much longer." Brutus said getting out of cover and swinging his warhammer taking five of Umbra's soldiers out in one swing crushing them flat. "Brutus is right, they can't last much longer, we just have to keep up the pressure." Atlas said as he fought thirty opponents at once. Rogue caught his breath and went back to it fighting a mix of Manticores, Timber Wolves and Moorwens. "Ok, let's go the distance." Rogue said as he breathed heavily quickly ripping the air from the longs of the Manticores setting the Timber Wolves on fire and electrocuted the Moorwens with lightning. "Damn, they just keep coming." Starfall said as she was surrounded on all sides and was about to be attacked when a volley of arrows and magic dropped Umbra's soldiers as well as other groups of soldiers and monsters, Rogue and the others looked to the direction that the arrows and magic had been fired from and saw a great force of Royal and Night guards being led by Princess Celestia and Luna with Twilight and the others there as well. "Look who decided to show up, your late to the party." Rogue said quickly taking out a few more monsters. "Huh, looks like the cavalry finely showed up." Atlas said quickly killing a group of monsters with his twin blades. Twilight came over to Rogue. "Are you alright, we came as soon as Rarity told us what happened at the wedding." Twilight said trying to move Rogue from the battle. "Get off me, I've still got plenty of fight left in me." Rogue said pulling away from Twilight's grip and fired a magic blast at a Manticore that tried to attack. "Regroup!" Atlas ordered and the other Sentinels converged on Celestia's position, leaving the three Royal Alicorns speechless at the sight of the last four Alicorn Sentinels. "I didn't know that there were other Alicorns out there." Celestia said looking at the four armor clad Alicorns. "I am Atlas Flame of the Sentinels, and these are my brothers and sisters in arms, Brutus, Starfall Redeemer and Specter." Atlas said introducing himself and the other Sentinels. "We believed that the Sentinels were long since whipped out." Luna said admiring the four warriors from a forgotten time. "Not whipped out, just forgotten." Brutus said as he pulled out a second warhammer. Twilight raised a hand. "What's a Sentinel?" she asked unfamiliar with the term. "A Sentinel is a warrior that hunts evil and destroys it." Starfall said crossing her arms. Rogue didn't regroup with the rest and kept fighting making his way to Umbra one opponent at a time, he didn't stop until he found Umbra trying to get away. "Umbra, your not going anywhere." Rogue said ready to face Umbra once and for all as his alias regrouped and rejoined the fight putting up a more formidable fight than before. "Is that so, well I have something that might just change your mind about that." Umbra said throwing something to Rogue that he caught and looked at and his eyes went wide as he looked at a heavy silver necklace with an arrow head shaped piece of light blue crystal on it. "How.... how did you get this?" Rogue asked remembering the necklace well since it belonged to his father, he remembered it more clearly than his father's face because he always used to play with it. Umbra smirked as her curved horn and she took on a human disguise that made Rogue's blood boil. "YOU!..... your the one who killed my father!" Rogue shouted as his power began surging with his rage. "What's the mater little Rogue, don't you want to give your step mother a hug after all these years?" Umbra said with a sadistic smile on the verge of laughing as she dropped her disguise. "I'LL KILL YOU!!!" Rogue shouted and he attacked Umbra throwing a punch charged with his magic and elemental power, but she put up a shield that was shattered by Rogue's fist as his punch connected to Umbra's face sending her flying. The others saw and heard what happened as Rogue began his attack on Umbra smashing through her defenses like Broly on a rampage but he was still in control and his eyes stayed blue even as he attacked with the intent to kill. "Did I just hear that Right?" Rainbow asked looking to the others. "Umbra is his step mother, and she killed his father." Twilight said in disbelieve. "But how, how could Umbra have been on Earth back then and come back to Equis?" She asked looking to Celestia and the Sentinels for an answer. "Umbra has a special magic artifact in her possession called the Master Key, it let's the user open gates to other worlds, Umbra has been using it to travel between worlds for thousands of years." Atlas explained. "I've never heard of this Master Key before." Luna said looking at Atlas with a confused expression. "After Umbra stole it she removed all mention of it from written record but we Sentinels are well versed in spoken lore, thus we remember it." Brutus said as he brought both his hammers down on a Timber Wolf. "But why would she kill his father?" Twilight asked. "Take a wild guess, it's his latent power, Umbra must have wanted his rage and hatred to turn him evil so she could use him like a weapon." Starfall explained. "Now that just a'int right, killing somepony's pa just to mess with em." Applejack said as they watched Rogue give Umbra an absolute beat down, Rogue rushed at Umbra throwing punches and kicks at her at high speed hitting her in the face body and head knocking her back time and time again all the while not letting his rage get the better of him. Umbra used a magic repulse to push Rogue back as she reached into her pocket and Put the Alicorn amulet around her neck and drained the crimson diamond of all its power becoming more powerful than anyone could imagine, Rogue recovered and attacked Umbra again but just as he got close Umbra used a powerful magic blast at point blank range hitting Rogue and sending him crashing back through nearby buildings. "ROGUE!!!" The main six shouted as they saw him get blasted back and not getting up. "Look alive Sentinels, Dark Lord heading this way." Brutus said taking a defensive stance Umbra rushed at the main six the Princesses and the Sentinels as all new dark power surged through her body giving her a high like none other, Umbra collided with a shield that Atlas and the other sentinels had put up and shattered it lashing out at the four Sentinels with blades made of shadow stabbing through the weak spots in their armor and throwing them around like rag dolls before tossing them away and going for Celestia and Luna. "Princess Celestia!" Twilight shouted as Umbra grabbed her by the throat. "I've been waiting for this ever since you sent your student to kill my brother." Umbra hissed, she then looked at Twilight. "And don't worry you little slut, I have something special planned for you and your friends and as for that baby dragon, well let's just say its been a while since I enjoyed some dragon soup." Umbra said in a cruel tone as she pulled out a knife and stabbed Celestia in the gut and dropped her like a sack of potatoes, Umbra then looked at Luna and charged a ball of black magic only to get hit by a fusion blast of Fire, Water, Earth, Stone, Ice, Wind, Shadow, Lightning, Metal, Wood and Light hurting Umbra badly. "Hey, get your fugly ass back over here bitch, we a'int done, not by a long shot." Rogue said as the eleven elemental powers flowed around him as his magic aura flowed over him like fire. "I'll give you credit boy, you can take more of a beating than your father." Umbra said trying not to show just how much his attack had hurt her. "I don't care how strong you become or how many items you use, as long as I still draw breath this fight isn't over." Rogue said as his powers began surging again and even pulsed out word like when he lost control in the Sky View Vail before pulling back in leaving the onlookers speechless. "It's your funeral." Umbra said charging a dark magic attack and fired it at Rogue but he back handed it away as his hair stood up on end like a Super Saiyan glowed white as his eyes turned metallic gold and in a burst of white light Rogue's hair turned metallic bright silver making him look like a silver recolor of the original Super Saiyan with gold eyes as silver energy now flowed over his body. "WHAT!" Umbra shouted as everyone looked on at Rogue's new form. "Your not dealing with a human anymore Umbra, Your now dealing with the first Fusion Elemental." Rogue said as he powered up making a beam of his energy shoot into the sky like a pillar blowing away all the clouds. "You think this changes anything, I still have the power of the Alicorn amulet and the crimson diamond, what can you possibly do to me." Umbra said smugly. Rogue smirked and vanished moving thousands of times the speed of light and kicked Umbra into the nearest mountain completely destroying it, Rogue then smirked and flew after Umbra reaching the sight of the destroyed mountain in only 0.000,000,001% of a second and landed in a spot where he could look down at Umbra. "How is this possible, nopony can beat me, not when i have this much power." Umbra said as she shakily got back up. Rogue looked down at her in as if she were less than the dirt on his shoes. "Your forgetting on thing there Umbra." He said. "And what's that?" Umbra asked. "I'm not a Pony, I'm the Fusion Elemental, Rogue Winters son of Arthur Winters who you killed in cold blood." He said as his power surged higher and his silver hair glowed white again and grew out down to his shoulder blades still keeping the Super Saiyan like spiky style. "You think you can beat me because of this new transformation you've achieved, think again I'm Umbra, I've had to deal with worse than you boy." She hissed with venom dripping from every word. Rogue smirked looking down at Umbra as his Legendary potential allowed his power to constantly increase with out limit. "You want to put money on that, I haven't even warmed up with this power yet." he said with absolute confidence in this power he'd been working towards this whole time since he arrived in Equestria. Umbra faltered as she sensed Rogue's power rising constantly with his potential and she realized she may have bitten off more than she could chew with him, when she even considered that killing his father and bringing him to this world was a good idea. Rogue didn't give her the chance to react as he attacked at faster than light speed and stood behind her, Umbra turned to look at him only for time to catch up with his speed as shockwaves from Rogue's punches exploded across Umbra's body before she was sent flying across the battle filed by a bigger impact. "I have to... get out'a here." Umbra said using the master key to open a portal to another world and roll through it. Rogue saw what she did. "Get back here and fight me." Rogue said quickly following Umbra through the portal, on the other side he saw a wasteland and a city of skyscrapers set to a back drop of a sickly green glow, he looked around for a few minuets and found her tracks heading to the city and he powered down. "You can run, but you can't hide." Rogue said following the tracks in the parched earth towards the city. The End.
