The lights came on, they were soft and did their job of illuminating enough to see each other but without hurting their eyes after the darkness that greeted them.

"Twilight, do you know what's going on?" Rarity stumbled a bit as she blinked her vision back from whatever had happened. 

"I- I don't know? Why don't I know?!" Twilight's wings spread as they looked around in a bit of panic and a bit of confusion at being just awake. In the room she could see her friends along with other ponies, 4 mares and one stallion.

“An alicorn? Wow...” She heard one of them say, being seconded by the others who either nodded or opened their mouths in surprise. Before seeing others well. 

“AN ALICORN?! PEGASI?! UNICORNS?! HIDE SUNNY!” And the terrified stallion pushed one the other mares towards a distant part, although the mare wanted to escape from his grasp. The others followed suit and walked away alone in their groups, the Earth Pony Stallion and his Earth Pony friend, a pair of Pegasi, and one Unicorn that looked like she wanted to join one of the other groups but chose not to for some reason

“What is wrong with you? But more importantly, are there any baddies out there to kick?” Rainbow Dash asked while looking with remarkable confusion at those ponies, it was certainly strange. As if they had never seen other ponies. 

At least Twilight able to calm down easily by having her friends with her, nothing would be impossible with them there. Then, a slightly stronger light shone forward, an Orange Pegasus Stallion with a slightly short Black mane and a green dragon for a cutie mark. “I'd appreciate it if you didn't hit me.” The pony spent a moment looking at each one of those who were there “Will you please calm down a little!?” The mane 6 seemed to ignore him in favor of the children scared of each other until he said “I'll proceed to explain why I brought them here.”

"Are you going to do something bad?" Fluttershy was the one who spoke softly, seeing the children worried.

"Are you going to make us eat cupcakes to death?!" Pinky Pie was the one who followed him while tossing a cupcake at his face in surprise, almost making a famous work of art about a scare. 

“I'm telling you, friend, we're going to kick your-“ 

"Rainbow, have a little more class." Rarity stopped the pegasus before she said something she may regret in front of the stranger ponies who seemed calmer. 

"Uh, no, I'm not going to do anything bad, I'm just going to-" The Blackmane pony was once again interrupted in his speech, this time by Pinkie Pie. 

“You brought us here to let us see a future, very very very far away, where the ponies left aside everything that Twilight taught as a princess of friendship and how they are going to try to unite all the ponies again being embarked on a magical adventure and wild to bring the magic back to them.”

The stallion took a high breath after that. 

"You know, any other time I'd say probably not, but the times Pinkie Pie is right makes me not trust it." Applejack frowned as she processed what the pink pony said.

“Well, that's good because you're right!” The Black Maned Pony spoke again “So before something else interrupts me, I want to introduce myself as Shadow Dragon and just as Pinkie Pie said, I'm here to make you see a very distant future of yours.” I turn for a moment towards the new ponies “And a very near future for you, it won't be long and after this you can go back to your normal life, take it as a 2 hour break.”

Those seemed to be his last words before a stage light was pointed directly at Twilight. “Could you give an introduction? They don't really know you or each other yet, with one exception." Shadow’s voice was now heard all the way upstairs. Now that they could get a good look, they realized they were in a movie theater, the front with a big screen and the back seats that didn't look like much more than the exact number of ponies there. At the top where the film is played was Shadow Dragon. Twilight looked at her friends, According to this pony it would only be two hours and they would be back to normal, there wasn't much to lose but it seemed too good to be true. 

“What if we refuse?” Rainbow Dash flew to where he was and faced him placing a hoof against his chest.

There was a soft sound of surprise from the two young Pegasi, not loud enough for anyone to hear. "Well you can go, I really just want you to see this on your own accord." he deadpanned as he said it, as if he didn't care that he went through whatever it took to get everyone there. 

“Would we have your word that we will return after seeing what you want to show us?” Twilight wanted to be sure. 

“I would, I'll even make you a Pinkie Pie promise!” He said. Needless to say, he made a Pinkie Promise, but they were in doubt as to how he knew Pinkie Pie. 

“I think we can stay?” Twilight turned to her friends after that, each on a different level nodding in agreement to stay. 

"Uh- Do you think we can go?" The Stallion asked. 

“I'm sorry, I could let the five of you go but you are the protagonists of what I'm going to show so I'm sorry.” A grimace of regret appeared “So let's finish this a little faster and get to the introductions once and for all, alright?”

The light lingered on Twilight so she took that as an indication that it was her turn to speak and she would’ve if not for a loud shout 

“ALL THE PONYS WERE FRIENDS!” The scream of the new earth pony mare with a tan coat of Apricot and Magenta mane and tail. Her cutie mark is one large pink star with a blue trail and two smaller pink stars. The light was shown on her “Ohohoho- Does having the light mean I can ask questions? Because I really want to ask questions because you guys are the ponies that saved Equestria many moons ago right?!” The pony took out a book as she said and kept asking questions. 

"Sunny, this is an order from the Sheriff, let's stay away from all of them." The light now turned on an earth pony stallion, with light amber coat, aqua colored mane and tail, and a cutie mark of a gold shield with a teal horseshoe in the center and a teal heart on the bottom of either side of the shield. Around his torso, he wears some sort of belt, with a sheriff's badge on the front.

“Hitch, they're all talking like they're friends, that means they are!” The earth pony mare said pointing at the Mane Six.

"The best friends, dear," Rarity spoke to them, being answered by a bright smile from the mystery mare. 

“Bright light hello!” The new unicorn replied as she looked towards the light, closing her eyes and seeing everyone “Hello new friends! So, the light is only being cast on everyone who spoke or?” The light was projected on the white pegasus mare “That answers my question.” 

The pegasus next to her seemed to be trying to type something on her cell phone, being received by a bar without internet.

“Seriously, we have time but I would like to finish with the introductions. Please?” Shadow’s pleading tone was heard. “Right, introductions and then see whatever the mystery pony wants them to see.” Twilight coughed a little, drawing the attention of the younger ponies. "So, I'm Twilight Sparkle, Princess of Friendship." She spread her wings. 

“Applejack, sugar cubes at your service” She lowered her hat for a moment before putting it back in its place. 

"I'm the amazing Rainbow Dash and my presence here makes this 20% cooler." She flew into the air doing a flip.

"I'm Fluttershy, you guys seem nice." She gave a little hoof wave to be answered by a loud 'Holo' from the younger unicorn.

"Rarity, darlings, I must tell you that you would look great in some Silk and Shawl." She moved her hair elegantly. 

“And Pinkie Pie!” Glitter and confetti coming out after each performance. The lights returned to the stranger ponies.

"Uh, so I'm Sunny Starscout! And I have a lot of questions right now!" She announced lightly bouncing off her hooves.

“Hitch Trailblazer, amazing sheriff who will keep Sunny protected from all of you.” He points his badge at everyone.

“Hi new friends, I'm Izzy Moonbow! And you all have very bright sparkles." Stated a Lilac Unicorn with Navy Blue hooves. Her mane and tail made of long, wavy Cerulean Blue hair, which went from Blue roots to Violet tips. Her eyes were Magenta, and she had a long, Powder Blue horn with White swirls. Her cutie mark was a Purple heart with a Blue button in the center. The anterior side of the heart featured three sewing pins: two Pink and one Purple.

"Um- Hey, I'm Zipp." The white pegasus raised a hoof in greeting. In appearance, the pegasus is white with silver hooves. Her wings have light blue and lavender feathers and are quite long. Her mane is hot pink with aqua and pink streaks, and it resembles gelled hair. Her tail is similarly colored and is of average length. She has turquoise blue eyes and pink eyebrows. Her cutie mark is a pink-and-blue lightning bolt with a yellow crown on top.

"Pipp Petals but you guys should already know that," she said gracefully spreading her wings. Pipp is a light pink pegasus with golden hooves, and her legs have a slight gradation into lighter pink feathering. Her wings are fluffy and white and are made of large, soft feathers. Her violet mane is wavy and swept to one side, and her tail is of average length. She has kiwi green eyes and violet eyebrows. Her cutie mark is obscured from the screen, but she appeared to be wearing a gold tiara with a green jewel and golden wheat.

"Okay, before you start what you have planned." Twilight took a look at Shadow then towards the Mare’s and Stallion. "I must say that you guys seem like nice ponies and all, but from what I've gathered from the conversation, are Earth ponies, Pegasus and unicorns no longer friends with each other? Did all the times we saved Equestria were in vain?!” The scream resounded throughout the cinema

“I'm not going to answer that, there are too many variables that are still being processed” Shadow Dragon responded after Twilight let out a shout “So I'm just going to order some answers for when you finish watching the movie or you can ask directly to any of the children.”

They watched as some popcorn was placed next to a table to one side of the seats and the big screen was turned on with a big N in red in the center.

“As I understand you are from the future. How much exactly?” Was the question that Fluttershy asked the young ponies.

"Eh-" The sounds of not being sure is the only response they received.

“My dad used to say that you existed many many moons ago, your time is considered Ancient Equestria.”Sunny was the one who gave them a more or less acceptable answer.

"The fact that likely thousands of years have passed doesn't help the situation at all," Twilight grumbled as she headed towards the popcorn, grabbing one with her magic and then going to sit down. Her friends followed her.

"Don't get upset dear, they will surely explain to us what caused everything." Rarity tried to make her not be so upset. What they didn’t notice was Shadow Dragon chuckle to himself having heard that

When they finally all sat down, Hitch further away from them but close to Sunny, making sure they didn't do any harm was his duty as sheriff.

The screen lit up again, changing the N logo to a rainbow. In the rainbow you see a shadow that turns out to be Twilight that rises in the air giving the view of the blue sky, when it comes down you can see Applejack, Fluttershy, Pinky Pie and Rarity with Twilight saying “Hurry friends! It’s time for another adventure!”

"I don't remember any of this." Twilight mumbled confused where that was coming from. 

Rainbow Dash appears saying “Adventure! I’m in!” 

 Applejack yells “Ye-ha!” 

Princess Twilight then announced "Earth ponies, take the lead! Pegasi, fly beside me! Unicorns, horn at the ready!"

All: "For EQUESTRIA!"

“You have to admit it, it's something we would do.” Pinkie Pie laughed as she said it, her friends accompanied her with a silly laugh. 

"What fantastical foes awaits us, princess?" Asked Rarity

"Is it something scary?" Fluttershy whimpered.

"Or is it something awesome?" Rainbow Dash asked excitedly.

"No matter what it is, we'll face it together," Princess Twilight reassured. "For we are the Guardians of Friendship. With the power of friendship on our side, we will..."

Twilight pondered “Guardians of friendship?”

“Has a nice ring to it, we should use it some time.” Rainbow started 

"Spread love!" Pinkie Pie chirped.

"Give hugs!" Fluttershy smiled.

"Fry brains!" Rarity said in a Colts voice? 

“What?” Rarity asked somewhat confused and offended. Rainbow laughed in the background along with Hitch.

"I remember where this is from." Hitch kept laughing a little softer this time. 

"Huh?" The rest of the Mane Six asked.

"Wait, what?!" Twilight Sparkle asked, as she and her friends look at Rarity, who has suddenly turned evil with sharp teeth, red eyes, and talks in a colt’s voice.

"Yeah I'm a unicorn, and we're evil!" Rarity boasted, before she proceeded to zap her friends and chase them, like a maniac. "I'm gonna zap everypony with my horn lasers!". 

Twilight tries to stay calm by saying "What?! No, no, no! It's all wrong!"

Everything changes to be replaced by a young Sunny wearing a pair of paper mâché wings and holding a Twilight toy. 

"Oh." Realization hit the Mane Six realizing that it was just a game. 5 of them were impressed on how well they acted on their personalities, Rarity was still upset about being labeled as a villain. 

"The ponies are all supposed to get along, remember?"

She was telling the story of Twilight Sparkle and friends' heroism, to her friends, Hitch Trailblazer and a Red earth pony, when they were the same age as her.

"Boring!" The mystery colt shouted after Sunny, who paid him no mind.

"It's like in the olden times when all three ponykinds were friends," Sunny began, with a look of wonder.

“And now you can't tell me it's a lie!” Sunny raised her head in delight. Her father would’ve been so proud of her

"Uhh! Here we go again!" The Red colt rolled his eyes in annoyance.

"And they never used their magics against each other!"

“Eh- I think I've had more magic fights than anything else.” Twilight says a little embarrassed as she turns to see Sunny who is a little surprised.

“Yeah Nightmare Moon, Trixie, Discord, Maybe Chrysalis, Possibly Sombra, Trixie’s revenge, Sunset Shimmer, Terek, Starlight Glimmers revenge, the pony of shadows, the Storm King I think, definitely Sombras revenge, that one time that three of equestrias greatest threats came back together to defeat us, oh and don’t forget the Windigos” Pinkie also revealed a little about that.

“Ha! You see Sunny, not everything is like in your fairy tales” Hitch stated. 

“Maybe it wasn't all peace and love, but that doesn't invalidate that they are friends! That all ponies are friends!” What Sunny said was received by smiles from the Mane Six and a big smile from Izzy. 

“Great words new friend!” Izzy cheered

The little Red Colt said "You're wrong!"

"No, I'm not!"

"My mom says the Pegasi and the Unicorns tried to eat up all the earth ponies by zapping 'em with lasers and frying 'em to a crisp."

“I’m terribly sorry darlings but I’m afraid I misheard, I could’ve sworn I just heard that Colt accuse Unicorn’s and Pegasi of being cannibals.” Rarity announced with a discussed look

“No you heard right, trust me I’m disgusted too” Sunny confirmed

Rarity, Fluttershy, Rainbow Dash and Twilight looked like they were about to loose their lunches but managed not to

"They wouldn't do that!"

"So the Earth Ponies kicked their butts in an epic battle," The so far unnamed colt continued with his twisted version of the story. "And if they ever come back to Maretime Bay, we'll kick their butts again!"

"Those are lies!" Sunny continued to persist, before turning to the colt next to her. "Hitch, tell him."

"Well," Hitch began. "That is kind of what our teacher said in history class, but..." Realizing she was in denial, Sunny scoffed as she turned towards Hitch, "But, hey, we can play the game your way if you want, Sunny. I don't mind."

“What kind of things do teachers teach them in the future?” Fluttershy asked sounding worried

Twilight spat “Lies.” Twilight was beyond angry at this point, to be taught outright lies? That warranted anger. 

"Well I do!" The Red Colt frowned. "It's a boring game. Let's play Pegasus Barbecue instead!"

“Okay, now I have a very bad mental image.” Zipp shook a little thinking about it. That gained an unspoken agreement from all the adult ponies, Fluttershy and Rainbow Dash nearly vomited but somehow managed not to. 

Disgusted, Sunny tried to talk the colt out of his antics, "Sprout, stop it! I'm going to tell my dad!"

Speaking of whom, Sunny's father is Blue with a darker Blue mane and tail, darker Blue hooves, and Purple eyes. He has some stubble on his chin. He wears black-rimmed glasses and a necklace with Twilight Sparkle's cutie mark. His Cutie Mark is a yellow shooting star.

The old stallion himself was working on a new night light, when the sound of children roughhousing brought his attention to his daughter, and the two colts, coming down on an elevator, with Sprout and Hitch role-playing a battle between a doll of Rarity and Rainbow Dash.

Sunny thought happily about her dad upon seeing him on screen

Twilight looked curiously, especially at the stallion’s pendant wondering why he had such a thing

"Dad, tell them that's not what they do," Sunny pleaded to her dad.

Setting his handiwork down, Sunny's father, walked over to the two colts and beckoned them to leave, "Time to head on home, don't you think, colts?" He said.

"Uhh! Fine!" Sprout rolled his eyes as both he and Hitch took their leave. "Pew pew!"

"Oh no!" Hitch played. "My brains are melting!"

Upon walking out the door, both Hitch and Sprout were greeted at the sight of a Pale Pink Earth Pony Mare with a brighter yellow mane and tail and blue eyes. She wears bright pink glasses. Her cutie mark is a bar graph depicting rising stocks.

"Mom?" Sprout exclaimed.

"Hello, Mrs. Cloverleaf!" Hitch greeted.

"How many times have I told you?" Phyllis berated the two colts. "You cannot just go trotting off without my permission, especially not here." She gritted her teeth, turning her eyes on Sunny's father.

"And why is that again, Phyllis?" The old stallion asked.

"Because you are brainwashing their minds with all of your...nonsense."

“It offends me a little that she insult the investigation in such a way, more so if there seems to be a lot of misinformation.”Twilight complains a little with Sunny nodding. 

“My dad did a lot of research to have his sources safe.”

“If how you are now is any indication, he did great in two parts, learning the truth and raising you not to believe those lies.” Twilight complimented

Sunny smiled. 

"It's called research, Phyllis. And by the way, I leave all the brainwashing in Maretime Bay to you. Unicorn cupcake?" He offered, when his daughter presented the said baked goods. 

“Maretime Bay?” Twilight pondered never hearing of such a name

Pinkie cheered “Unicorn Cupcakes?! I invited Unicorn Cupcakes!”

“In that case thank you, me and my dad used to make them all the time, they are still my favorite.” Sunny smiled

"Freshly baked," Sunny smiled.

Disgusted, Phyllis walked up to Sunny's dad, "You know, you're an earth pony, Argyle," Phyllis marched up to the stallion, pulling her son away, before he had the chance to take a cupcake. "You should really start acting like one, at least for her sake," She gestured to young Sunny who had frosting on her face indicating she was eating one of the cupcakes.

“Again invited them, and I’m an Earth Pony!”

Twilight smiled and muttered under her breath “That can defy the laws of physics.”

Nevertheless, neither Sunny, nor her father, Argyle, heeded her words as they saw Phyllis out, with Sprout and Hitch.

"Who does he think he is?" Phyllis asked in outrage. "Talking to me like that? That pony is trouble."

"Don't worry, Mommy," Young Sprout promised. "When I become sheriff, I'll keep everypony in line."

"Hmm...Sheriff Sprout," Phyllis commented. "Oh, it does have a certain ring to it."

Sunny looked to Hitch and started “Thank you for becoming Sheriff instead, I know I can be a pain at times.”

Hitch smiled and stated “Eh, not much can stop us from being friends, and besides, Sprout is hardly Sheriff material, he’d probably go mad with power.”

The screen turns to sad Sunny where her father asks her “What's the matter, Sunny Bunny?”

Sunny sadly answered “Hitch and Sprout still don't believe me.”

Argyle smiled and declared “Maybe one day they will. But the important thing is that you stand up for what you believe in, okay?”

Sunny laughed hard at the fact that she finally did have proof, she looked over to Izzy who said that she was a new friend, and then to the two Pegasi wondering if she could befriend one, or even both of them.

Sunny declared “Well, when I grow up, I'm going to show everypony that we are right.”

Argyle Starshine asked “Oh?”

“Yeah! And someday, the both of us will meet Unicorns or a Pegasus, and we'll be best friends forever!” She bounces happily at the thought of happily ever after of being friends with unicorns and Pegasi.

Argyle looked to a window stated “Well, maybe today is that day.” He then pointed to the window and yelled “Look! A Unicorn!”

Sunny gasped and looked out the window and excitedly asked “Where?! Where?!”

Argyle declared “Over here!”

It’s revealed that Argyle simply tricked Sunny into looking away so he could put a fake horn on his head, it slipped down so he had to readjust it causing both to giggle

Sunny got on her fathers back as Argyle laughs and he cheered “Hold on!”

 Sunny yelled “Wheeee! I'm soaring through the sky!

Argyle cheers “Whoo! Yee-haw!”

“Aww, that's so cute,” Izzy said looking at the horn and wings prop.

"Your father seems like a very nice pony." Fluttershy gave an opinion based on how nice he was 

Suddenly Sunny stopped her dad by declaring “Wait! Dad! I have an idea!”

The ‘idea’ was to make a note Argyle clears his throat and reads the note his daughter made "Dear unicorns and Pegasi, you have friends in Maretime Bay. Come visit us."

Sunny excited asked “Can we send it?”

As the note was revealed to the audience Argyle declared “I think it's our duty.”

“Wait!” Izzy got up quickly and pulled out a note from her hair, the same note “You wrote this! It’s official we are destined to be best friends forever and ever!” The unicorn practically bounced next to Sunny who smiled.

"Then somepony did see it!" Sunny bounced next to Izzy.

"Watch out for the horn, watch out for the horn," Hitch muttered quickly, looking at Izzy's horn as the two hugged.

The letter goes away rising through the sky carried by a lantern, Argyle puts the paper horn on Sunny "Can you tell me the story?" Sunny asked.

"Again?" Her father laughed, incredulously.

"Pleeeeease?"

Unable to resist his daughter's plea, Sunny's father complied, as he told the story, "Once upon a time, many, many moons ago, in ancient Equestria, there lived a very special—

"Unicorn!" Young Sunny finished.

"The unicorn was very bright..."

"As bright as the sun."

“I think that's a good pun on 'Sparkle.'” Applejack laughed lightly

"One day, the princess summoned her to the castle for an important assignment."

"To learn about friendship!"

"Mm-hmm. She soon made lots of new friends."

"Earth ponies, Pegasuses, and Unicorns!"

The Mane Six smiled tenderly, that may not be exactly how the story went but the summary was kinda accurate.

"Together, they showed everypony the Magic of Friendship and how to live in harmony," Argyle ended the story, as he held up a night light that resembled a carousel, with images of Unicorns, Pegasi, and Earth Ponies.

"Wow! You finished it!" Young Sunny marveled.

"Pretty neat, huh?" Setting it on the nightstand, next to her bed, Argyle played the night light, enchanting his daughter more, with beautiful lights of ponies that flew around the room. "Earth ponies watched in wonder as Pegasi painted rainbows across the sky. The nights were lit up by a hundred unicorn horns."

"It's beautiful," Young Sunny marveled in awe. "I wish I had a friend who could fly around or float things. Why can't we be friends anymore?" She asked, tiredly.

"That, my darling, is a big question," Argyle frowned sadly, before he encouraged, "And maybe one day, we'll figure it out. Together. We'll do our part...

"...hoof to heart," Father and daughter said together.

"Goodnight, Daddy,"

"Goodnight, my little pony," With that, Argyle took his leave, closing the door to Sunny's room, behind him.

"Goodnight, friends," Sunny said to her dolls.

The screen zooms out showing filly Sunny sleeping and turns off then quickly comes back on a now full grown mare Sunny snoring. 

Rainbow Dash started laughing. "Sorry, sorry, I'm caught off guard," Rainbow calmed down as she said it.

Next to her bed, her alarm clocked chimed at 7 AM, to which she turned it off with a slam of her hoof. With a yawn and a stretch, Sunny got out of bed to look at her calendar, then at herself in the mirror, to find herself a mess of mane. With a blow of her hair, she pulled open a drawer, revealing a mess of hairbands, which she used to stylize her mane into a loving braid. With her mane style done, Sunny puts on a saddle bag, with Twilight Sparkle's cutie mark. To further show the earth pony's admiration of the Mane Six, she has three pins with Twilight, Fluttershy, and Rainbow's cutie marks and colors.

Satisfied with her looks, Sunny gave herself a nod, before she went up on an elevator of her house, and finds herself in a workshop. She passed by a board, with pictures of a large office building, until she stopped at a table, where she painted herself a large paper of some sort, and smiled to herself "Perfect!"

Hitch begged “Please don’t tell me you have another half baked scheme.”

Sunny shrugged, if half baked schemes lead to her being friends with the Unicorn sitting next to her and potentially a Pegasus or two than why not.

With that, Sunny folded the paper up, puts it in her saddle bag, and went back down to open up the curtains, then walks up to photo of herself, and her dad. "Today's the day dad, I actually have a plan this time. Wish me luck!"

When staring at the screen the mane 6 and Izzy and the two Pegasi began to tear up realizing what this meant

After a few minutes of crying Twilight started “He was a good stallion, he raised a great daughter and he uncovered our somehow long lost legacy, painful as this loss may be, you are still there, you can still make a difference.”

Izzy nuzzled Sunny to try and comfort her, then to her surprise one of the two Pegasi came over, Zipp if she remembered correctly

Zipp stated “It’s okay, I know how you feel, I lost my father as well, but you are fallowing in his legacy.”

Sunny smiled slightly at the statement

With a burst of enthusiasm, Sunny walks out the door, and the photo was crooked, to which the mare reopened the door to straighten the photo, before she was really on her way. Putting on a pair of roller blades for all four hooves, and a helmet, Sunny was skating through the streets of Maretime Bay, singing to herself a song.

Her first stop of the day was to collect a cart of smoothies, which she pulled along the road, passing by a suspicious red stallion, who lowered his newspaper and proceeded to chase after her. In appearance, he has a greasy golden mane, green eyes, white socks, and a cutie mark of a beetroot.

Sunny passed a pony, who was just about to eat his cookies, when the red stallion stopped to drink the other pony's smoothie, and all of his cookies, before he resumes chasing Sunny.

Sunny stopped by, and watched downheartedly as a couple of foals beat up a couple of crude piñatas of a Pegasus and Unicorn.

Sunny stopped by to give a foal an animal balloon, shaped like a unicorn, much to the horror of their parents. The red stallion, meanwhile, continued his pursuit after Sunny, on a skateboard he stole from a kid.

However, Sunny had skated across a manhole, causing a pony to lift up, seeing what the commotion was all about. The red stallion failed to stop in time, and ended up flying off the manhole, behind Sunny, who continues to go about her day, putting heart stickers with unicorn and pegasus pictures on them, all over town.

A trio of ponies were looking at a pamphlet of an event called the Annual Show of Canterlogic, when they were startled by what appeared to be the shadow of a bird, which is actually a couple of kites, flown by two kids.

Sunny stopped in front of a poster, with a demonic picture of a pegasus, which she cured with drawings of hearts and a smily face, on the pegasus.

The red stallion finally caught up to her, until he lost her again. He was catching his breath, when he stared in shock at Sunny's latest work of what he perceived to be vandalism.

Finally, after rollerblading across town, Sunny finally arrived at her destination. A large building with large glasses mounted on the rooftop, surrounded by banners that read, "Canter Logic."

“I have to say that was an AMAZING SONG!” Izzy raised her front legs happily after the song ended.

“Gonna be, gonna be, gonna be my day!” Pinkie bounced in her seat repeating the song along with Izzy 

Sunny was about to enter the building, with every other earth ponies, when she was suddenly stopped by Hitch.

"Aha," He announced himself to Sunny. "There you are, Sunny. Just the pony I was expecting," Hitch said, walking up to the mare, while being followed by a couple of birds, and a crab.

“Ha, another year you're detained before you cause a mess!” Hitch gloated as Sunny rolled her eyes in amusement.

"Those little ones are very cute." Fluttershy watched the slow screen and the adorable animals.

"They always follow him, they're like his little squad," Sunny told her with amusement, getting an annoyed snort from Hitch.

"Morning, Sheriff Hitch," Sunny greeted, before turning to the animals. "I see you brought the whole squad along again."

In response, the two birds saluted to Sunny, with the crab pinching its pincers.

"What is it with me and critters?" Hitch asked. "I'm like a magnet to them." Turning to the critters, Hitch bent down and asked, "Guys, come on. Give Hitch a little space." In response, the critters only took a step back, much to Hitch's chagrin. 

Fluttershy cooed at the adorable animals wale Hitch groaned

Pinkie joked “I found Fluttershy’s decent!” Though with Pinkie Pie, was it really?

"So, what's up?" Sunny asked.

"Oh, please, like you don't know," Hitch eyed Sunny suspiciously, before he pointed to a billboard next to him. "Today is the annual presentation at Canterlogic."

"Hey, I'm headed there right now," Sunny said, about to roll her way in, when Hitch stopped her.

"No, you're not," Hitch said sternly. "Listen, I know that you have come up with some hare-brained scheme to sabotage it, and if you think I'm just going to let you walk in..."

In defiance, Sunny simply skated around Hitch, before she turned around and began in a sing-song voice, "Hey Hitch..."

“Really Sunny? Really?” Hitch stared in disbelief at what Sunny would probably do.

"Oh come on, you know you're having fun." Sunny nudged Hitch with amusement to watch Hitch rolled his eyes playfully, he would never admit it out loud but he always secretly admired Sunny for standing up for what she believed in despite any consequences.

"No."

"Come on."

"Good morning, Sheriff Hitch," An Earth Pony mare greeted.

"Morning, Mayflower," Hitch returned the greeting. "Dahlia," He quickly turned to look sternly at Sunny, "Sunny, I'm on duty."

Nevertheless Sunny held a hoof up, to which Hitch sighed, and they began doing a secret hoofshake.

"Up high! Down low! Hitch it to a post! Flip it sunny side up and on a piece of toast! Ok?"

Just then, the red stallion from before finally caught up to Sunny, breathing heavily to Hitch, "I did what you asked for, Hitch," The stallion tried to catch his breath. "She never left my side, not even once."

"Oh, hey, Sprout," Sunny greeted the stallion. "You OK? You seem kind of wheezy."

"That's Deputy Sprout to you," The stallion, identified to be Sprout, corrected.

Nevertheless, Sunny turned to take her leave, skating onward towards the building, "Hey, wait up! I'm not finished!" Hitch shouted, chasing after Sunny, with the critters chasing after Hitch. "Sunny! Sunny, we both know how this goes. Every year you try to sneak in and every year I stop you." He said firmly.

"Look, you have nothing to worry about," Sunny insisted. "I'll just go into the factory, deliver my smoothies..."

"Uh-uh," Deputy Sprout shook his head. "You can't even step a hoof in there. My mom had you banned..."

“How did you manage to get banned from that place?” Zipp asked with genuine curiosity.

"If it's the lady who really doesn't know anything about history, I'd think it was because of something stupid." Rainbow pointed out before popping a couple of popcorn into her mouth.

"Several protests, near stage sabotages, on stage sabotages, trespassing, burglary, the list of charges goes on and on." Hitch shook his head having Sunny's crimes listed.

“I'm surprised you haven't stopped being her friend.” Pipp stated having listened to the list with a bit of curiosity.

"I could slip up but Sunny is my best friend and I will always be loyal to her." She touched Sunny's back with her hoof before looking back at the screen. Sunny gave him a smile.

His last words made him attract the attention of the Mane Six. It seems they had an idea of ​​what seemed to be going on other than just reacting to these ponies.

Sunny tried to argue, "But I..."

"I'm asking you as your friend, Sunny, not as sheriff," Hitch sighed. "Just please try not to pull any stunts today."

"Ok. Ok," Sunny replied. "I'll try."

Hitch began. "Now, give your delivery to Sprout and go home." However, his attention was suddenly drawn to another passing pony, who threw a piece of trash on the road, "Hey. Hey! That's a violation of Code 33!" Sprout barked, chasing after the pony, with the little critters chasing him.

With Hitch out of her hair, Sunny turned her attention to the building and was about to go in, but was stopped by Sprout.

"Bye-bye," Sprout said, taking the mare's cart, and seeing her skate away.

“Well, at least it seems that if you're going to calm down this year” Hitch sighed happily without seeing the smile that grew on Sunny.

Sunny skates back and smirks at the building.

"And I had to speak." Hitch shook his head.

The scene changes to Inside the factory of Canterlogic, first was Deputy Sprout, who was tasked with taking Sunny's cart of smoothies into the facility.

The deputy was just minding his business, when a little filly came galloping in front of him, startling him to a halt.

"Hey watch it!" The deputy barked to the filly.

"Take it easy, they're just fillies," Twilight advised

"Welcome, everypony," A workpony greeted. "Got any questions about the Canterlogic factory? Happy to answer them."

A stallion asked "Oh yeah! Where are the free smoothies?"

"Uh...I can't answer that one," The workpony sadly admitted.

“A very, very important question.” Pinky nodded agreeing with the mystery pony's question

"You know what, Sprout?" Sheriff Hitch stated to Sprout, and the critters following him. "I think I finally got through to Sunny."

Before another word could be said, the lights inside the building suddenly went dark. Then, several spotlights were turned on, drawing everypony's attentions in the room, to a large stage.

"It's the moment you've all been waiting for," A loud booming voice announced. "As the founder of Canterlogic, she's been keeping us safe and stylish for the last 20 moons," Their was a logo animated on a large black screen, on stage. "Please go wild for the one and only Phyllis Cloverleaf!"

"A bit of fashion finally, let's see what the future has for the most important art." Rarity looked somewhat excited to see the future of fashion.

With that, the said founder herself, Phyllis Cloverleaf, appeared on stage from the left, greeting the audience.

"Thank you!" Phyllis greeted. "Thank you! How are you? Thank you so much!"

"We here at Canterlogic are so thrilled to create perfect products that protect ponies like you...from ponies like that!"Phyllis pointed the audience's attention to a couple of posters, showing pegasus and unicorns as shadowy demons, antagonizing scared earth ponies, to which the audiences booed in disgust.

“Excuse me?!” The entirety of the main 6 exclaimed in unison.

"And like I always say," Phyllis began. "To be scared is..."

"To be prepared!" The audience followed after her.

“Seeing the future makes my head hurt more and more, that doesn't make sense!” Twilight stated as she lowered her head.

“They have a point that fear can prepare you, but it’s not the answer to everything, in this case it seems that all the ponies need a little conversation among themselves.” Applejack twisted her mouth as she saw more how misunderstanding and senseless fear was what what else was seen.

"Oh, I love it," Phyllis giddied as she continued. "That's right. So let's start the show!"

With that, some upbeat pop music was heard playing in the background, as a spotlight shines on a mare, strutting down the stage, wearing what appeared to be a helmet with and antenna with a red light on top

"Up first, we have Sugar Moonlight looking absolutely stunning in our high-tech Anti-Mind-Reading-Hat," Phyllis announced. "All those psychic unicorns out there are going to be out of luck when you wear this little number!"

“Mind reading?" Rarity exclaimed in outrage. "Okay. That’s not how our magic works…”

“Alright, I’ll be the first to say I don’t know a lick about fashion, but even I can tell that whatever that is ain’t fashion.” Stated Applejack

“If anything this is an insult to fashion and Unicorns!” Rarity yelled slightly annoyed, Applejack touched her back a little to calm her slightly 

A moment of Hitch was seen moving to the music as Phillis explained more of the helmet.

“You’ve always had weakness for music.” Sunny laughed a little at that sight

"Now let's welcome Sparkle Chaser in his Pega-Periscope Goggles," Phyllis presented another pony, wearing a strange look eyewear. "The easy way to keep your eye on the sky."

Just then the pony wearing the goggles stumbled and fell off the stage, much to everypony's shock.

“Yeah… Eyes on the sky," Applejack criticized. "But not what’s under your muzzle…” 

Only Rainbow Dash noticed out of the corner of her eye how the two new Pegasi were getting nervous before the flying part

"It's all part of the show!" Phyllis chuckled nervously

Wanting to get out of the awkward moment, Phyllis presented the next pony and their invention, "Next up, the Earth Pony Balloon Escape Pack."

With that, the pony presented the said pack, pulled a strap, releasing a colorful stock of balloons that lifted him up into the air.

“Hey! My friend Pinkie Pie called!" Rainbow Dash joked, "She wants her balloons back!”

The audience all watched as the stallion was carried, helpless up into the air, and out of an open window, screaming, until he was out of sight. 

“Welp. He’s gone with the wind…” Applejack commented.

"Yikes," Sheriff Hitch commented. "That's going to be a lot of paperwork."

Back on stage, Phyllis continued with the presentation she was hosting.

"We take great care here at Canterlogic to ensure the safety of you, our loyal costumers."

“Aww!” The audience smiled.

“Give me a break…” Rainbow Dash rolled her eyes.

"Now, please, stand back," Everypony all did as they were told, "This product-testing demonstration is fully automated."

The CEO turned her attention to some of the staffs, who pressed a button, turning on a blinding light, to show everypony a test dummy of a pony. Or at least there was a test dummy, until a certain Earth Pony came and knocked it to the side, dressed in a fake horn and wings.

"Sunny, just being there makes you break a lot of rules!" Hitch yells at his friend, their was a test pony for a reason and now the test pony was Sunny.

"Uuuhhh, your Sparkle looks strong and determined." Izzy's excited words deflected the scolding that Hicth almost gave Sunny.

“I admire her determination to prove that she’s right but I have to say that was reckless.” Twilight stated firmly

Hitch stated “Thank you!” He paused and then asked “Wait did I just thank an Alicorn?”

Nearby, Hitch was aghast, with Deputy Sprout doing a spit take, with his smoothie.

"Earth Ponies of Maretime Bay!" Sunny Starscout began, holding up a colorful sign, showing a Unicorn's horn, Pegasus wings, and a horseshoe. "Fear is not your friend! But the Unicorns and Pegasi can be, let's extend the hoof of friendship."

Suddenly, the floors beneath Sunny gave way as her hooves were suddenly clasped inside what appeared to be robotic boots.

“Uh oh." Twilight moaned, already seeing trouble.

"That is not what I meant," Sunny commented at the predicament she finds herself in.

"Turn it off," Phyllis whispered to some of the staffs. "Turn it off, turn it off!" The staffs frantically tried to turn off the machine, while Phyllis continued, "So now you can prevent an aerial abduction with a set of Anti-Pegalift Boots!"

With that, a large robotic version of a pegasus, with claws beneath it, came falling out of the ceiling, narrowly grabbing Sunny, who ducked her head to avoid being caught, as she continued, "Peace with Pegasi! Unity with Unicorns!" However, the only thing the robots managed to snatch away from Sunny are her fake wings, horns, and sign. "Whoa! Give me that back!" As if complying, one of the robots dropped the sign on Sunny's head.

"Shouldn't someone get her out of there?" Fluttershy asked, worryingly.

"Sunny..." Hitch scowled, the first to leap in, while his deputy stayed behind to watch the show.

"Peace...with Pegasi!" Sunny continued, when she was suddenly lifted up by a claw, with the boots taken off of her, and the platform beneath her, flipping over to reveal a large red X.

"Uh...everypony take a look at our Unicorn Entrapment Device," Phyllis presented.

“Unicorn entrap–WHAT?!” Rarity exclaimed in shock 

Watching as Sunny was fitted with a fake unicorn horn, dropped onto the red X, and in the blink of an eye, was entrapped in a metal box, with a red flashing alarm. 

"Sweet Celesta!" Twilight screamed, with a twitching eye.

In the meantime, Sheriff Hitch came to the rescue, as he barked at the frantic staffs of Canterlogic, "Toots, Sweets, shut her down. Sheriff's orders!"

"We're trying!" One of the staffs explained, as he frantically pressed several buttons.

"Fully automated means it has to go through the whole cycle," The other staff explained.

As they said this Sunny was fitted with a pair of robotic wings, facing another machine, developed by the Canterlogic engineers.

In appearance, it appeared to be a large electric fan, built with catapults for blades, with a tank of strange green liquid mounted on the other side.

"Oh no!" Sunny whimpered.

Sunny was suddenly lifted off the floor and was spinning around in the air, as if she was a toy airplane, with several strange green liquids lobbed at her, as she continued, "Peace with Pegasi! Unity with unicorns!"

In the meantime, the audience were all protected from the green sticky projectiles, behind a see-through wall.

"And this is the Splat-a-pult!" Phyllis stammered, presenting the said machine, while Sunny was having a wild flight of her life.

"Cease fire!" Sunny screamed, only to be hit, in the face, by one of the globs.

Sheriff Hitch looked down with determination to see an electric cable and pulled the plug from its socket, shutting down the entire system, and freeing Sunny, who came flying out and landed before the shocked audience.

“I have to admit it's not the smartest thing I could have done” Sunny gave Hitch a point in favor of the situation.

Sunny turned to the audience. "Aren't you tired of being scared all the time? The truth is, we're not in danger. It's all a lie," She stamped her hoof. "We don't need any of this Canterlogic junk."

"Oh, we don't, do we?" Phyllis asked, feeling insulted, and proceeded to challenge, "How do you suggest that we defend ourselves? With hugs and cupcakes?"

With that, the audience all broke out laughing at that remark

"Hey! One of my friends makes a living, laughing in the face of danger!" Twilight shouted.

"I'll bet she does, laughing in the face of a Unicorn and Pegasus!" Hitch mocked.

"I mean REAL DANGER!" Twilight growled. "Like manticores! Or an Ursa Major! Or even a...a Draconequus! C'mon! Whatever happened to the days when all we had to worry about were...were...a CENTAUR?!"

"A cent what?" He asked confused 

"You've got to be kidding me..." Twilight shook her head.

“You're insulting the power of cupcakes!" Pinkie pointed accusingly at the screen.

"Even I have to say we finished someone off with cupcakes or rather cookies," Applejack laughed a little.

"Please don't even remind me." Rainbow Dash shook her head, the worst day of her life where she was scared.

The foals looked confused about the lack of context for the cookie situation.

"Yeah, we certainly did something with the cupcakes too." Pinky held a cupcake in her hoof that the youngsters didn't understand where it came from. The rest of the Mane Six also looked confused but also seeing it as something normal every day.

"Just imagine..." Sunny continued to the audience. "If you had a friend who could fly..." She encouraged to some little foals.

"Yeah...fly!" Rainbow started. "I can fly and punch clouds and clear the skies in ten seconds flat! And I’m awesome like that!"

Zipp looked at Rainbow in admiration with a tiny hint of jealousy that only Pipp could pick up on

Sunny continued “Or friend who could..."

"Fry your brains with a single horn zap?" Phyllis interrupted. "Or swoop down and snatch you away?" The ponies in the audience all gasped in horror, with parents holding their children close.

"That's not what we do!" Rarity shook her head, while keeping her cool. "That's not what any Unicorns or Pegasi do! Pegasi...they move clouds! They control the weather! And Unicorns, l-li-like Twilight was... they don't fry brains! Or any creature's brains!"

But like Sunny’s words fell on deaf ears, to which Phyllis turned to Hitch, "Sheriff, do your job."

With a reluctance compliance, Hitch marched towards Sunny "All right, Sunny, let's go.”

"No!" Sunny continued. "Everypony needs to hear this," She continued to persist, "Everything you believe about unicorns and pegasi is wrong. They used to be our friends and can be again."

"Hey, we don't need any of them round here!" A random pony shouted.

"Get off the stage!" Another audience member added.

Hitch turned Sunny away as he beckoned, "Come on, let's go. Show's over, Sunny."

Defeated, Sunny turned and followed Sheriff Hitch

"Sunny, you're just embarrassing yourself!" One of the audience member shouted.

Twilight looked at the screen with a mix of disgust and anger. To think that these ponies were once part of a kingdom that was ruled by her and her friends. Perhaps it's as the old same goes, how the might has fallen.

"It's quite sad, really," Phyllis commented at Sunny's expense, before she changed the subject. "Now, where were we?"

Outside of the Canterlogic Factory, Sunny was closing up shop while Sheriff Hitch gave the Mare a stern talk.

"Do you have any idea how many bylaws you broke in there?" Sheriff Hitch asked.

"I'm sure you're about to tell me," Sunny frowned.

"Actually, for once I can't," Hitch scowled. "Because there's so many!"

"Wow, must be a world record," Rainbow commented sarcastically.

"I tried to warn you," Hitch continued to rant towards Sunny. "I can't keep associating with somepony who breaks every rule and causes chaos wherever she goes. I'm the sheriff!"

"Exactly," Sunny Starscout continued with her argument with Hitch. "Other ponies look up to you. You can help."

“Sunny, the law is the law” Hitch tried to tell the Sunny next to him who just kept looking at the screen

But Sheriff Hitch wouldn't have any of it, "The law is the law, Sunny," He sighed. "And I'm here to uphold it and keep everypony safe."

"Aha, you just said everypony," Sunny pointed. "That includes Pegasi and Unicorns."

"Come on, Sunny, what do you think was gonna happen?" Hitch frowned. "You give a little speech and what? Everypony just magically welcomes unicorns and pegasi into Maretime Bay? You keep saying there's nothing to be afraid of. Well, then, prove it."

Sunny smirked and silently pointed at the mane 6 and then to her newest friend Izzy

Unable to come up with a counter argument for that statement, Sunny fell silent.

"All of that pony unity stuff was just a foal's bedtime story made up by your dad," Hitch shook his head. "Like it or not, this is the way it is, and always will be," Hitch look more saddened, "I'm the last real friend you got in this town. You really want to lose me too?"

“Hey, we're not made up.” Rainbow Dash gave a small complaint pointing to her awesome group of friends and how they really were united (and a little more between the lines, how they literally saved Equestria with the power of friendship), receiving a assent of her friends. “And if you were actually so much as considering breaking off your friendship, may Celesta have mercy.” Rainbow Dash stated in a cold sounding voice

Sunny was even more silent, sadly watching as Sheriff Hitch took his leave to resume his duty as sheriff of the town, leaving Sunny alone

Just then, a couple of foals came galloping down the streets, laughing and passing both Sunny, until they stopped to look at a poster, depicting an evil pegasus. With that, one of the foal pretended to be the evil pegasus, chasing after his friend, as they laughed and trotted away.

Sunny sadly sat down on a bench, feeling beside herself "I wish you were here, Dad.”

"What has become of Equestria?" Twilight asked. "How did it ever get to this? Where did it all go wrong?" No pony noticed me shrug in response to said question 

“All I I ever wanted was to prove that my father was right...” Sunny murmured, feeling the lump in her throat seeing her own sadness with a small mixture of happiness over actually achieving her goal. Hitch looked away.

the sound of galloping pierced her ears, to which Sunny looked up to see frightened ponies screaming for their lives.

"What the hay?" Applejack exclaimed

Sunny got up and look.

"What's going on?" Sunny asked. "What's happening?" But instead of answering, the ponies continue to scream in fear, as they bumped into Sunny and Sunset, knocking them both down to the ground.

The source of all the ponies' fearful hysteria came walking down the street, shocking every ponies and critter that saw her, before she came across Sunny who was gasping in shock.

"Hi, new friend!" The newcomer greeted. "My name's Izzy!" Izzy Moonbow smiled at Sunny

“Hey hey, it's me!” Izzy hummed a little from her post, amused by her view on the screen.

"Uhh..." Sunny interrupted, as she slowly got up, staring at the unicorn "U...U...Unicorn!"

The earth ponies all screamed in terror as they galloped in random directions, determined to get away from Izzy Moonbow. They were even desperate to hide themselves out of sight, from pulling down curtains, closing shop, even diving into a manhole.

"Ooh, is everypony playing hide-and-seek?" Izzy asked, looking around at all the earth ponies running and hiding for their lives. "I see you!" Izzy called to a Stallion.

"Argh! It's a Unicorn!" The stallion galloped away and with that, he dived off a cliff, into the sea, with a big splash.

"Seriously?" Applejack asked sarcastically.

"Hey, what's going on?" Hitch asked, as he and Deputy Sprout investigated what the commotion was about.

It didn't take long for him to find his answer, when he saw both Izzy, with her horn being a dead giveaway.

"Unicorn attack!" Hitch hollered, with Deputy Sprout slamming his face into the door, out of blind fright.

Hitch took the opportunity to shatter a glass case, activating an alarm, as he continued to shout, "This is not a drill! I repeat, this is not a drill!" With that, Sheriff Hitch sprinted into action, while his Deputy ran away.

“The lack of context on how they got to this point is just... worrying.” Fluttershy frowned seeing how scared all the ponies looked, what happened to the friendship?

Shadow Dragon nodded in agreement having heard that

Ahead, Hitch spotted a young foal, sitting on the ground, trying to make sense of all the madness, "A vulnerable young pony," With a display of great athleticism, Hitch pounced on the foal, "Got ya!" He said, rolling himself up and gave the foal to a random mare. "Your son is safe now, ma'm."

Hitch then galloped away, "This isn't my kid!" The mare called after him.

"You're welcome!" Hitch shouted back

Hicth, you're heroic but also a complete fool.” Sunny shook her head in amusement, feeling excited by Izzy's appearance on screen. Hitch glared at her for a moment

Hitch continued to bark orders. "Man the Splat-a-pult! Activate the unicorn trap! Pick up that litter!" He said, pointing to a scrap, which a pony quickly complied.

In the meantime, Sunny watched as tiles with red X's started to appear all around them,

"Whoa, these ponies worked fast," Applejack commented, she would be impressed if not for the function of said device.

"Wow!" Izzy shouted, trotting towards the railing. "Is that the sea?" She asked, completely oblivious to the trap in front of her. "I've never seen the sea."

Sunny pushing her away from a trap that had sprinted from the ground, with a flashing alarm.

“Good save!” Izzy raised her hoof to Sunny to which they clashed hoofs and then the two laughed a bit

"I've got to get you out of here!" Sunny shouted, leading Izzy out of the chaos.

Sunny turned her head to make sure Izzy was following

"Earth ponies are serious about games," Izzy commented.

"They're not playing, they're terrified!" Sunny confirmed.

"Oh no!" Izzy frowned. "Of what?"

"You! You're a Unicorn," Sunny explained. "Earth ponies hate Unicorns."

"Really? That seems harsh."

“Hate is certainly a strong word.” Fluttershy made an uncomfortable face, hate was a strong word but to a certain extent it explained the situation which was annoying and disconcerting for her but she would’ve liked context as to how this happened, ow wouldn’t we all.

Both Izzy and Sunny screeched to a halt, barely an inch from being hit with green sticky blobs, fired from the Canterlogic's splat-a-pult machines. Manning the machines are two of the staffs, with Phyllis pointing at their targets.

"Let's go!" Sunny said to the unicorn. through all the chaos, one of the slimes hits the camera.

“Wait, did you record the future?” Twilight turned to look up, exactly where Shadow Dragon was next to the movie projector.

"Not me, but it's just a good nod to breaking the fourth wall." Was his indifferent response.

“So it's just for the viewers to feel inside the chaos? What a level of professionalism.” Pipp blurted out her thoughts while still looking at the screen.

Shadow Dragon just nodded.

Sunny galloped over the tiles with red X's, while Izzy bounced over them, humming herself a merry tune.

Pinkie joked “Guess I found my decedent.”

Shadow Dragon shuttered having heard that and being afraid of how possible that was

Sunny screeched to a halt, as she looked back, seeing Izzy was distracted by a sign of a movie called "Judgement Neigh."

"Oh, I haven't seen this one yet," Izzy commented, walking up to the movie theater, not looking where she was stepping.

Before Izzy realized it, she was trapped in the same unicorn entrapment box, with a flashing alarm to signal her capture.

A gasp echoed among some of the ponies.

Shocked, Sunny galloped to the boxes, containing her new unicorn friend, just as Sheriff Hitch arrived on the scene.

"All right, citizens, calm down," The Sheriff began. "The threats have been neutralized. The unicorns have been captured. You may now cheer."

“Okay maybe he’s more like Applejack and just has Fluttershy’s talent for animals.” Pinkie declared with some thought

With that, the earth ponies all cheered from their hiding spot. All except for Sunny, who cautiously walked up to the box containing Izzy.

Sheriff Hitch quickly catches onto what Sunny was planning, "Sunny!" He barked, to which Sunny flinched, for a moment, before she resumed walking to the box. "What are you doing?" Looking at the red buttons on the side of the boxes, Sunny continued, "Don't even think about it!" Hitch berated.

Of course, being the rebel that she is, Sunny Starscout proceeded to extend her hoof out towards the button, which Hitch shook his head.

"No, don't you dare. No, no, no, no," Without a second thought, Sunny proceeded to press the button of Izzy's entrapment, freeing the unicorn. "Sunny!"

“Sunny, please.” Hicth shook his head as he said that, it still hadn't happened but it didn’t stop the disappointed look from appearing on his face.

"Hicth, Izzy is my brand new friend, you can't expect me to just get her caught." Sunny stood next to Izzy looking at Hicth trying to appeal to their friendship. He received no response.

"And why didn't ya just use yer magic to escape? I think even somepony like Trixie could’ve gotten out." Applejack asked, she really didn't think much of that technology stopping unicorn magic. Twilight looked curious at Izzy's response.

“Um, I didn’t think about that." Izzy said with real confusion.

"So, your name's Sunny?" Izzy asked, having heard Sheriff Hitch.

Seeing the unicorn was free, once again, the earth ponies all screamed and ran in random directions. Some of them even accidentally trapped themselves in Canterlogic's unicorn entrapment cages. Using the chaos to their advantage, Sunny guided Izzy the way to escape.

"Bye!" Izzy called out to the earth ponies. "It was nice to meet you all!"

"Deputy, to the lighthouse!" Sheriff Hitch pointed.

"Uh..." In response, Deputy Sprout had purposely trapped himself in one of the entrapment box, "Oh, no, I appear to be trapped."

Hitch let out an exasperated sigh, "You gotta be kidding me."

In the meantime, Sunny galloped back to her lighthouse home, with Izzy in tow. Once Izzy Moonbow was inside, Sunny quickly shuts the door, which once again causes the photo of herself and her dad to be crooked, which Sunny straightens again.

As Izzy looked around Sunny proceeded to close the curtains of every windows in the house, before she turned to look at Izzy in the room.

Still, Sunny was at a loss for words, as she continued to gaze at Izzy.

"Do earth ponies also like staring contests? Hmm?" Izzy asked, staring at Sunny, until she blinked. "Ah! You win. I blinked."

Finally finding her voice, Sunny exclaimed, "There’s a unicorn in my house!" She then excitedly screamed, "This is so cool!" She turned to Izzy, before realizing the predicament she's in. "Wait, no, it's bad, very, very bad. What have I done?"

“And now I'm in a room with Pegasi, Unicorns and and of course the legendary Twilight Sparkle!” Sunny shrieked at the idea, she had concentrated on the recording so as not to go into investigative mode with the other ponies

"Wow!" Izzy said, as she looked through a telescope, getting a closer look at Sunny. "I've never seen an earth pony before. We look exactly the same, except for this, of course," She pointed at her horn.

"Oh," Sunny shouted, ducking her head. "Hey, be careful where you point that thing."

"Why?"

"Well, you almost poked her eye out there, kid," Rainbow stated.

"I um...sort of don't want to get zapped with a wayward laser beam, but of course you know that already. You've both been reading my mind this whole time." Sunny responded  and then asked "Isn’t it supposed to glow, by the way?" She began observing Izzy's horn. "Or does it only glow when you levitate stuff?"

“Guess some of the brainwashing stuck huh?” Twilight asked 

Sunny only blushed in embarrassment

"Well, actually..." Izzy began nervously.

"Wait, don't answer that yet," Sunny stopped, before she galloped over to a table. "Let me get my notebook."

“Ohh, so I get to ask my questions.” Sunny bounced in her seat.

"I guess this will give us some context," Zipp said, quite interested in that, the unicorns would know about what happened to the magic, right? Oh this pore pony

With an excited wave of her hoof, Sunny cleared some tin cans off the table, before whipping her said notebook from her saddle bags, and slammed it on the counter.

"Ok, 142 questions for a unicorn. Make that two!" Looking at her notebook pages, Sunny read: "Question number one. Where do you live?"

"Bridlewood," Izzy answered.

"I knew it!" Sunny smiled, before she continued to ask, "Do unicorns really live in trees?"

Izzy was about to answer but found herself interrupted when she was suddenly bombarded with more questions from Sunny.

"Do they eat pizza?"
"If so, what toppings do they like?"
"If not, why not?"
"Can you actually fry pony brains with a single horn zap?"
Finally Sunny gasped, "Can you make this float?" She asked, throwing a can of baked beans to the unicorn.

“That's quite a lot of questions.” Pinkie’s eyes twitched as she listened to each rambling of the questions.

"Sorry, sometimes I just get off track a bit," Sunny laughed embarrassed.

"Don't be embarrassed, Twilight here usually does the same thing or rather looks for the answers herself." Rainbow flew up and passed a hoof over Twilight's back as she said it, the Mane Six well knew that Twilight could also become a bit crazy about the investigation.

For her part, Twilight rolled her eyes with some embarrassment and then she answered “In my time Unicorn’s mostly lived in Canterlot, I used to live in a tree and a friend of mine named Zecora also did that, personally I like a nice Hayburger over pizza just because I enjoy the simpler things in life, and as far as I know, no Unicorn’s can’t fry brains. Also yes I could make that float, I could even make you float if I wanted to.”

Sunny beamed as thee Twilight Sparkle actually answered her questions

"No, but I can do this!" With a stomp of her hoof, Izzy bounced the can of beans a few times on her horn, before dropping it to the floor, spilling the beans. “Ta-Da~” Izzy sang in triumph, much to Sunny's shock.

"Wait, you don't have any magic?" Sunny asked Izzy.

“Wait, Unicorns don't have magic?” Zipp got up from her seat for a moment, very confused.

"We did, but that was many, many, many moons ago." Izzy gave a slight smile.

“Wait, how long?” Twilight was more confused now. Twilight only received a pair of hoofs being raised as a sign that Izzy had no idea. Her turned his gaze to the Pegasi to see if they had magic.

"Only the royal family can fly," Pipp said with ease, something they've always said. Zipp grimaced as she heard that and Rainbow looked uncomfortable with that idea

"It's all wrong, too bad." Twilight shook her head, almost panicking over whatever it was that separated the ponies and magic, Fluttershy and Pinkie tried to comfort her a little by being the closest.

"Sunny Starscout!" Hitch shouted, before he recoiled from the feedback of the megaphone. "Argh, that hurt.”

Sunny Starscout trotted to a window, looking out to see Hitch, shouting into a megaphone, with Deputy Sprout wearing one of the anti-mind-reading unicorn hat, and cowering behind the sheriff.

"Sunny Starscout," Hitch resumed. "I know you're in there with those unicorns! Come out with your hooves up and surrender!"

"Yeah, you're completely surrounded," Deputy Sprout added, despite the fact that there were only two of them.

“We're hiring.” Hitch gave an answer to his lack of reinforcements.

"Will you let me do my job?" Hitch asked sternly, to which Sprout pouted. "You are under arrest," The sheriff barked.

"This is bad," Sunny moaned, before turning to Izzy. "How sneaky are you?" 

"Er, medium sneaky," Izzy guessed.

"I can work with that," Sunny perked. "OK, I'll distract them."

Izzy simply scoffed at the notion, "Relax, I'll talk to him!"

"No, no!" Sunny held her hoof out.

But it was too late, Izzy was already out the door, "Hi, guys," Izzy greeted. "Now, I know what you're thinking."

Unfortunately, that rubbed the stallions the wrong way. The red coward in particular.

"Arrgh! She's already reading our minds!" Deputy Sprout shrieked, before he turned and ran away. "Quick, before she fries our brains!"

"Can Unicorns actually read minds?" Hitch asked a question in a serious way looking at the Alicorn.

"There are many kinds of variations, memories, thoughts, smells, but in general, yes, but it would be rude to do so without the other pony's consent," Twilight replied in the shortest way she could think of.

Hitch let out a soft thank you, he was still reluctant to the whole friendship between other tribes thing

"What are you doing? Where are you going?" Hitch asked his runaway deputy.

"To get reinforcements!" Sprout answered, after being a mile away.

"We have reinforcements?" However, when Hitch's back was turned, Sunny snuck off with Izzy following. 

"Huh?" When Hitch turned around, he was dumbstruck to see that both mares were out of sight. "Oh come on!"

After giving Hitch and Deputy Sprout the slips, Sunny and Izzy galloped up a road, leaving Maretime Bay.

"You don't have any magic?" Sunny asked Izzy.

"No," Izzy replied.

Sunny skidded to a stop before asking mostly herself “No magic?"

"If it makes you feel any better, we did have it," Izzy Moonbow confirmed. "But that was many, many, many moons ago. It just, poof, disappeared. Everypony thinks the pesky Pegasi had something to do with it, but, oh..." Izzy stopped herself when she noticed the sadden look on Sunny's face. "Oh, hey, you look kind of woozy. Are you OK?" She asked.

"We have no idea either," Zipp gave a small comment, still a little confused about what happened to the magic.

“Sorry.” Izzy apologized

“Eh, it’s okay, the Pegasi thought that Unicorn’s were the reason why Pegasi can’t fly.” Zipp stated

“She meant to say most Pegasi.” Pipp commented almost firmly as Zipp silently glared at her

"Huh...I am on the run with a unicorn who has no magic," Sunny replied then asked “what are we going to do?”

Then, out of nowhere, Izzy Moonbow came over and sniffed Sunny.

“Ohhh right, do you smell like rotten fish?” Izzy asks, getting a little closer to Sunny and sniffing lightly.

“No?” Sunny responds a little confused.

“Oh great!” She turned her attention back to the screen as if nothing had happened.

"What are you doing?" Sunny asked.

"You don't smell," Izzy answered to Sunny.

"Thanks. Wait, what?" Sunny asked in bewilderment.

"I was told all you earth ponies smell like rotten sardines," Izzy replied. "But you do not." 

Just then, a butterfly came fluttering by, distracting Izzy who proceeded to follow it.

"What else do unicorns say about earth ponies?" Sunny asked.

"Oh, just that you're lazy and not the brightest crystals in the forest," Izzy answered bluntly, with her eyes still on the butterfly.

"Charming," Sunny replied, with her ego broken.

"No, just those three," Izzy replied, still chasing the butterfly.

"This is a serious attack on our integrity," Pinkie said making a dramatic appearance with Applejack who nodded a little, Hitch and Sunny also nodded.

"So, what's the plan?" Izzy asked, with her eyes off of the butterfly.

Sunny turned to look at her, before she had an epiphany, "Wait, I got it!" Sunny exclaimed. "Izzy, we're going on a quest," Reaching into her saddlebag, Sunny pulled out her notebook, opening the pages to show a map, pointing to a location dubbed: "to Zephyr Heights."

"The Pegasus city?" Izzy asked.

"Yes," Sunny nodded. "We need to find out what happened to your magic and bring it back," She stated, before she emphasized. "They have magic. Maybe they can help."

"Hmmm," Twilight said, looking suspicious.

"But the Pegasi are bad news," Izzy shook her head.

“Racist horses, the movie.” Shadow Dragon whispered not very loudly from his place and laughed a little. No one really heard what he said.

"What if you're wrong about them?" Sunny asked. "Earth ponies were wrong about unicorns. They could welcome us with open wings."

"But what if they don't?" Izzy asked, before she sings her heart out.

All three mares were galloping across the land, singing their song. Along the way, they failed to notice a familiar pony tied to balloons.
Soon they both arrived at a cloudy mountain as the song was ending

There is a sound of someone with a handkerchief as everyone turns to see Pinky Pie blowing her nose.

"That was very inspiring," Pinky said in a somewhat dramatic way to which some smiled with amusement.

Back at Maretime Bay, in his office, Sheriff Hitch was ranting his mind off, in front of a disinterested Deputy Sprout who is more interested in his pizza.

Hitch ranted "I told her, I told her. No more favours, no more bailing her out. She gave me no choice. No choice." Turning to Deputy Sprout, Hitch barked "All right. We need to arrest her and bring her back to face the full force of the law."

“Well, I guess I know what my future self will have to do” Sunny contemplated what Hitch was saying about the future “Do you think I can stay in an infinite sleepover with you Izzy?” She said with some grace.

“Sunny!” Hitch yelled a bit of reprimand.

Izzy however cheered at the idea

Deputy Sprout was about to eat a slice of pizza, when he asked "Question. When you say we, you mean...?"

"You and I."

Deputy Sprout's eyes widened as he looked shocked and worried, dropping his pizza slice.

"Uh, I'd...I'd love to," Sprout stammered, while purposely making a mess to get out of work. "But, um, I just gotta clean up my workspace, get my papers in order and..."

Rolling his eyes, Sheriff Hitch shook his head, "You know what? I think you're right," Hitch said as he turned. "This one's a job for Hitch, and Hitch only," He flicked his head, while his deputy breathed a sigh of relief. "All right. Sprout, you stay here while I'm out dancing with danger," Sheriff Hitch instructed as he took his leave. "Keep everypony calm, maintain the peace, and be a pillar of strength."

However, Sheriff Hitch shuddered at the last part he said, "Who am I kidding? Just try not to start a war while I'm gone, OK?".

A giggle echoed from upstairs by the projector, but it went unheeded.

With a slam of the doors, Hitch was gone, leaving Sprout to stew in his own envy of his partner.

"Oh, everypony loves Hitch!" Sprout ranted. "What does he have anyway?" He glared at a calendar, with a picture of Hitch posing, which Sprout ripped to reveal another photo of Hitch, in different costumes, one after another. "Sure, he's got a perfect mane, shredded abs, paid-off mortgage. So what? I've got stuff. I can do...um, things.”

“Oh, how could I forget about the calendar?” Sunny burst out laughing as she watched the slow scene.

"Quite an interesting calendar the one they have there, sheriff," Zipp smiled mockingly as she said it.

“Say all you want, the calendar was popular.” Hitch's comment only caused more laughter and some giggles from the others.

"Like that," Sprout scowled as he ripped the calendar off the wall, before trotting over to a cabinet, and shoved a drawer. "And that, and that," He kicked a drawer, which caused the upper drawer to reopen, irking Deputy Sprout.

"Where's Hitch?" Phyllis asked, when she trotted in. "Ponies all over town. They're terrified. They want answers."

"He went after Sunny," Deputy Sprout answered. "Another solo Hitch mission."
"Sugar cube," Phyllis consulted her son. "Why the Sprout pout? That's great news."
"It is?"

"Yes," Phyllis picked up a shining sheriff's badge, and placed it on Deputy Sprout's strap. "It means that you are the sheriff, at least for now."

“Oh no.” Hitch muttered

"I am!" Sprout exclaimed in realization. "Hey there. The name's Sprout. Sheriff Sprout. What's the problem, filly? Don't worry, Sheriff Sprout is here," Sprout began, already getting into character. "Pick up that litter! Sheriff Sprout's orders!"

Satisfied, Sprout turned to his mother and nodded.

“This is going to be very bad, isn’t it?” Hitch sighs, feeling that everything is going to go wrong.

Cutting back to Sunny and Izzy, the two young ponies resume their quest, which took them to a long vast canyon, shrouded in fogs.

Sunny eagerly to asked, "So, Twilight," Sunny began. "How do you think you and your friends would do on an adventure like this?"

"Hmmm, let me think," Twilight pondered on what she and her friends would do in a situation like this. "Well, Pinkie Pie being Pinkie Pie would make a game out of this situation. She'd probably go, 'I spy with my little eyes...something...Sunny!'" Twilight did an impression Pinkie Pie's voice, while booping Sunny's nose. "'Boop!'"

"She'd really do that?" Sunny smiled.

"That's Pinkie Pie being Pinkie Pie," Twilight shrugged. "If you know her well enough."

"So...what would Rainbow Dash and Fluttershy do?"

Rainbow Dash stated "I would be all like 'Aw, yeah! Adventure, here we come!' And then Futtershy would be all like," She proceeded to pretended to be Fluttershy, "'Eek! I hope it's not dangerous, or something scary, like a dragon!'" 

Spike yelled "Hey! I'm a dragon! And I don't bite. I eat gems!"

"Oh, of course, little Spikey-Wikey!” Rarity coed. "You're just so cute, I could just pinch your cheeks all day!"

With that, Sunny broke out laughing at that, "Wow! That's sounds just like how my dad told me about you!"

A a woosh was heard, whizzing pass them, overhead, startling the two mares.

On the way, Izzy began to strike up conversation, "You know," Izzy began. "Not to freak you out or anything, but you do know pegasi can steal your luminescence, don't you?"

"Oh no," Twilight shook her head. "Don't even start."

"My lumi-what?” Both Sunny’s asked

"Luminescence," Both Izzy’s replied. "You know, like your sparkle. Yours is… lavender."

"Huh?"

"And the happier you are, the brighter it shines!"

Twilight commented “That was odd.” Taking note of how the on screen versions of them and the ones in the audience watching with them said the exact same thing at the exact right time

Suddenly, the wooshing sound from before was heard again, with the sound of several rocks falling along the cliffside. Before long, another woosh pierced the air, with a streak of shadow that zipped across the cliffs, scaring the two mares.

"It's the slopes..." Zipp mutters a little feeling that she already knows who is there.

Through the mists, they could make out the silhouette outline of a Pegasus. 

Before anypony had time to react, the Pegasus had knocked some rocks loose from the cliff, sending them down, scaring both Sunny and Izzy into a frantic run.

"Zipp..." Pipp's tone as she looked at Zipp hinted that she knew or at least had an idea.

Turning around, Sunny looked to see the Pegasus was still on their tails, "Hurry!" Sunny shouted, as she, Izzy, and Sunset galloped as fast as they could, before arriving at a cliffside, that appeared to have once been a landslide.

Looking back, seeing the Oegasus was catching up, Sunny pushed Izzy up the rocky sides, and they frantically climbed up as fast as they could.

Once at the top, Izzy was the first to reach solid ground, while Sunny looked back to see the pegasus was catching up to them, when her hoof slipped, and the earth pony yelped.

"SUNNY!" Izzy screamed, reaching out for her friend, with her horn, which Sunny grabbed onto.

“Izzy to the rescue!” Izzy laughed lightly as she raised her hooves.

Sunny by her side just let out a “Yeah!” While lifting a hove for a bump which Izzy happily complied. 

“Darling wouldn’t that hurt?” Rarity asked I concern

“I don’t think so, I do a lot of stuff similar with my horn.” Izzy offered in response Kinda confused

“Perhaps with a lack of magic and using your horns to do other activities that would make since.” Twilight declared

"Thank you for saving Sunny," Hitch said a little later with reluctance.

The two mares looked back, over the cliffside, seeing nothing but a sea of clouds, before they both exchanged looks. However, the adrenaline was not yet over, as the mares were both greeted, and startled by the pegasus, who finally revealed herself from the clouds.

Out of fright, Sunny and Izzy both screamed as they hugged each other. The two mares watched as the pegasus swoops down, over their heads, landed on several rocky ledges, before she came to perch atop of a rock, revealing herself in a display of pride and glory.

“Looks like we found Rainbow Dash’s descendent.” Pinkie declared with a giggle

Izzy and Sunny both gasped in awe, "A real pegasus!" Sunny gasped.

"Great entry girl," Rainbow Dash raised one of her wings that did a thumbs up motion to which Zipp smiled.

“Why do you keep going there? Mom doesn't like it.” Pipp's not-so-quiet complaint was also heard.

"Whoa," Zipp shouted. "A Unicorn and an Earth pony? Together?" The pegasus smiled as she commented, "OK, well, this day just got a whole lot more interesting."

“Eh, after being here with ponies from ancient legends I think this is the interesting day.” Zipp muttered quite amused both by thinking about whatever has been going on in the last 30 or so minutes and what was happening on screen.

Suddenly, the sound of metal clanking was heard, to which the pegasus mare looked to her left, in time to see some pegasus guards, coming around the corner.

With a frighten look, Zipp took off, turning back to the mares and requested, "Don't tell them you saw me," With that, she disappeared into the clouds.

"There's no way we could!" Izzy called after Zipp. "We don't even know your name! She seems nice," She commented to Sunny and Sunset.

"Thanks, you guys are really nice too," Zipp said to which Izzy let out a little happy squeal along with a giggle.

“Friends of all types of ponies!” Sunny seems very happy as does Izzy

"AAAH!!" A shout startled the two friends, as they turned around to see they were seen by two Pegasus guards.

One of the Pegasus guard quivered, as he hid behind his comrade.

"Thunder, get it together!" The other guard barked.

"But-but that's an Earth pony," The guard, identified to be Thunder, quivered.

"They're harmless," The other guard reassured. "They have tiny brains," She said, much to Sunny's and the audience’s shared annoyance.

"What do we do about her?" Thunder asked, pointing to Izzy.

"Well, did you bring the shield?"

"What shield?"

"Didn't you read the guard guide?"

"Yes! OK, no."

The other guard let out an exasperated groan, "Oh, fine!" She said, as she walked over to the group, spreading her wings. "I've got this."

"I hope they're not too alarming measures." Twilight said somewhat worried because if the hatred towards the other types of ponies was bad, she didn't even want to know what they did with the prisoners.

Change scene the girls were in an elevator, escorted by the Pegasus guards, who have stuck a tennis ball on top of Izzy's horn.

"That's creative," Izzy commented, at the tennis ball, while Sunny beside her was skimming through the pages of her notebook.

“Bwa ha ha haha! Ho-how it that a thing?!” Rainbow Dash asked half curiously half jokingly

“I do not know but even I must admit this is quite humorous.” Rarity commented 

"What's it like to fly?" Sunny asked. "Is your wingspan the same as your height?"

"Well, I..." Thunder was interrupted when Sunny asked another question.

"Do you need a license to fly? How far can you go?"

"Can you fly to the moon?" Izzy asked.

“We would be 40% cooler if we could fly to the moon.” Rainbow Dash said a little intrigued with that idea.

"Please, don't do anything dangerous when we get out," Fluttershy said a little worried about any somersault towards the Moon that Dash does.

"Do Pegasi wear horseshoes or do they just weigh you down?" Sunny continued to ask.

"Well, I-I do collect sneakers," Thunder answered.

"Hey, don't answer anything!" The other guard berated. "They could be spies," She whispered.

“Sunny spies.” Hitch seemed to laugh a little, a little remembering an old game with Sunny in his childhood and a little feeling that he likes that role.

“To answer those questions, Rainbow?” Twilight asked her friend

“I’d say flying is like freedom, but when flying you have to pay attention to every detail of your soundings, because I love flying so much that aspect is second nature to me. I don’t know you’d have to ask Twilight about that wingspan thing, no you don’t need a license but filly and colt Pegasi need to go to a special camp in order to learn how to fly well, I’m not sure how far I can fly but Twilight calculated my top speed to be what she called Mach 10, no idea what that means, she said it’s a human term, no I can’t fly to the moon, and ponies in general don’t usually were horseshoes or anything at all unless it’s a special occasion.” Rainbow answered

Sunny and Izzy then turned to look out the window of the elevator. They both gasped in amazement to see a utopia of pegasus ponies in front of them.

"Wow!" Sunny and Izzy both marveled at the grand sight from inside the elevator.

“Whoa! It seems that the Pegasi have made great advances.” Applejack was a little surprised although there wasn't much to compare from a small coastal town to a big city like the Pegasi.

"Wow, that place is like Canterlot," Twilight commented. "But with a New York and Manehatten feel to it. When did the Pegasi developed TV screens that big?"

A loud announcer voice was heard booming on the TV screens, as they changed channel to a news broadcast, with two news reporter – one male and one female.

"Good morning, Zephyr Heights!" The male reporter greeted. "It's another beautiful day, in the big city. Looks like warm breezes and clear skies for tonight's royal celebration!"

"Royal celebration?" Izzy Moonbow asked, pressing her face against the window of the elevator. "Ha! Talk about great timing!"

The second reporter then took over as she announced, "Tonight's royal bash for Queen Haven will be stunning, but the real jewel in the crown will be Princess Pipp's performance. Isn't that right, Skye?"

"Ha!" The reporter, Skye, agreed. "Oh, my, yes, Dazzle," He said to the other reporter identified to be Dazzle. "And this just in - an exclusive vid from Pipp for all you loyal fans out there in ZH."

With that, a lot of the Pegasus ponies stopped what they were doing as they looked up to see what their princess has to say. Before long, a social livestream video was shown on the big screen, with an overflowing amount of heart, happy face, and cat emojis on the right, next to the said Princess Pipp.

They all turned to see Pipp who smiled at that. It seemed she was excited to finally me on screen

"What is up everypony?" Pipp greeted her people. "Big shout-out to all my fans, the PippSqueaks."

Two fillies squealed in excitement 

“PippSqueaks?” Hitch asked Pipp because that name for the fans was quite strange.

"It's just a nickname to call my fans, it's cute," Pipp said quietly, there really wasn't much behind the name.

"So tonight's the night," Pipp continued. "I can't wait to debut my new song later. It has a very special place in my heart, but not as much as you guys!" She sang in a lovely voice.

"Aww!" The crowd replied.

"We love you so much, Pipp!" A random Pegasus stallion hyperventilated.

"Ok, guys, I love you lots. Got to go," With that, Pipp signed off with, "Pipp, Pipp, hooray!"

"Pipp, Pipp, hooray!" Everypony cheered.

"Pipp, Pipp, hooray!" Izzy cheered, along with the two guards in the elevator.

"Wow! Equestria's really catching up with the Digital Age," Twilight commented

“Digital age?” Sunny asked

“A human world term.” Twilight answered as if that explained everything 

“I’m just gonna pretend that made since.” Sunny declared

Once they reached the top, the elevator clicked open.

"Move it," The other guard ordered.

"You betcha!" Izzy complied, while Sunny looked at the pegasus, suspiciously.

"Do you see anypony flying here?" Sunny asked, but her question fell on deaf ears, when Izzy looked up and gasped.

"They have a castle!" Izzy exclaimed.

After some time of marching through the halls of the castle, Sunny and Izzy have arrived at the throne room, where another squadron of guards were marching, before they took their place, at the sides of a carpet.

"Bow before our queen!" Thunder ordered, to which some other guards blew into trumpets, sounding a fanfare.

Sunny and Izzy watched as the guards bowed their heads in respect, to which a small, white, winged pomeranian appeared on the scene, sitting in front of the throne, scratching its head with its hindleg.

"Your Majesty," Izzy overdramatically bowed to the dog.

Zipp and Rainbow started to laugh at that along with Pipp at Zipp’s side, also amused but much calmer.

However, spot lights were shown from the ceilings, which the little dog yapped. Sunny looked up, nudging Izzy to do the same. In the background, the sound of upbeat music was heard. Everypony in the room watched as three pegasus ponies came swooping into the room, before they gently flapped their wings, lowering themselves to the throne.

Sunny looked to see they are, Princess Pipp, Zipp, and the third is the queen, who is pale pink with blue and purple hair, purple hooves, blue and purple wings and blue eyes. She wears a pair of sunglasses, a purple vest with a blue and gold necklace and crown.

"So you two are the princesses?" Twilight was quite curious, she understood that after so many years the types of government will change but really the word 'Queen' was not the best considering those who assigned themselves that type of power and that she had defeated together with her friends. Zipp and Pipp agreed with varying degrees of encouragement.

“Is there a specific reason why the royal family is the only one that can fly?” Sunny raised a hoof asking the question Twilight was about to ask. 

Zipp remained silent, not wanting to look much further than the screen. 

“The royal family has been like this for many moons.” Pipp for her part did not go into many details.

When all three pegasus landed on the throne, the little dog yapped and ran circles around the queen.

"Hi new friend!" Izzy waved to Zipp, who shook her head, pleading not to get her involved.

“Why do you keep going there anyway?” It was Pipp's murmur that only Zipp heard. 

"I like the feeling of the wind," Was the reply. She trusted her sister not to tell her mother, little did she realize that soon that trust would be misplaced.

"Guards," The queen began. "State your business and please make it quick. We're on a very tight schedule today. Before the celebration, Cloudpuff needs his pedicure," She turned to the dog, identified to be Cloudpuff. "Pipp needs to rehearse and I need to practice my laugh," To show her point, the queen laughed out loud, which seemed rather forced than natural. "Hmm. Still not right."

“I feel a dejavu in all this.” Twilight frowned a little, that is to say, if she had a single bit for all the things that went wrong in the days of celebration like this, she would be able to buy equestria itself.

"Your Highness," The other guard began, as she and Thunder presented, "We found these intruders in our territory."

The queen lowered her glasses, shocked to see, "An earth pony and a unicorn in Zephyr Heights!"

"We have these two under control, Your Highness!" The unnamed explained.

"And we deployed the shield," Thunder pointed to the ball stuck on Izzy's horn.

Still, the queen wasn't pleased, "Is this an attack on the night of our royal celebration? Why are you here? Who sent you?" The queen gasped in shock as she stated, "Nopony must know they're here."

It was too late, however, Princess Pipp had already started livestreaming what had transpired in the throne room.

“Check it out, PippSqueaks, live from the castle..." Pipp began. "It's a real unicorn and earth pony."

Back in the streets, Ponies stopped dead in her tracks upon hearing the news. They all gasped as Pipp showed them Sunny and Izzy.

"I know, right?" Pipp said. "This is so not a filter."

"Pipp!" A hoof appeared on the screen, which turned to reveal the pegasus Queen Haven, who reassured, "There's nothing to fear. Those nasty little ponies have been captured. Your queen will protect you." With that, the pegasi breathed sighs of relief, while the queen ordered, "Shut it off."

"Mom sure is good at saving on the fly." Zipp laughed lightly, Pipp almost seemed to cause chaos.

"Excuse me, Majesty?" Sunny asked. "We only want to ask you a few questions about magic. We..."

"Guards!" Queen Haven shouted, with a spread of her wings. "Please escort these ponies to the dungeon until I can question them properly," She ordered. "And confiscate the book."

"What? No, no," Sunny protested as the guards took her book away. "But-but, Your Majesty, I just wanted to ask you a few questions, please."

Unfortunately, the young mare's words fell on deaf ears as the queen took her leave, with Princess Pipp and the mysterious pegasus, while the guards escorted Sunny and Izzy away.

"Did she just say dungeons?" Izzy asked.

"Could anything else go wrong today?" Sunny moaned.

“Sunny, from personal experience NEVER AND I MEAN EVER say that or anything even remotely related to that phrase, because when you do the answer is ALWAYS without fail YES!” Twilight shouted

"Congratulations Sunny, now you have been arrested in a city of pegasus." Hitch laughed lightly.

Sunny rolled her eyes slightly amused, right now whatever was happening in the future was entertaining.

The scene changes to back in Maretime Bay, the newly appointed sheriff, Sprout, had made himself at home, redecorating the office to his liking. Replacing pictures of Hitch, with those of himself. It also didn't help that the office was more trashy than when Sheriff Hitch was in charge. The floor was littered with pizza boxes and crumbled up papers.

A slight annoyed and confused sound is heard from Hitch.

Sheriff Sprout was content with himself, when the doors burst open and his mother, Phyllis, came into the building, with frantic ponies clamoring outside.

"Mom?" Sheriff Sprout exclaimed.

"My, oh, my," Phyllis commented proudly at her son. "Aren't you the handsome sheriff. Look at you."

"Yes," Sheriff Sprout smiled, drawing circles on his desk with his hoof. "Yes, I am, Mommy."

"Well, this is it," Phyllis began, encouraging her son. "It is your time to shine, dear. Everypony wants to hear from you."

"They do?"

"Of course. You are in charge now. It's your destiny," She said hauntingly into her son's ear.

“Adults overly encouraging something about a child, Where have I seen this?” Rainbow Dash said with annoyance, adults were always an important factor in children at all times and this kinda behavior wouldn’t lead to good things.

Feeling encouraged, brimming with confident, and the sense of authority going to his head, Sheriff Sprout took his mother's words to heart as he made his way out the front doors.

"Citizens!" He shouted, moments before the doors slammed shut on his face. "Ow!" He screamed, taking a moment to recover, before he came out of the doors and stood in front of the crowd. "It is I, Sheriff Sprout."

"Sheriff?" One of the ponies asked. "Where's Hitch?"

"We need a real sheriff," Another added.

“Thank you, but even Sprout can’t mess up that badly that quick.” Hitch commented not knowing how wrong he was about to be 

"Tell us what's going on?"

"Hitch would know what to do."

"Come on, now, everypony," Phyllis spoke up, vouching for Sheriff Sprout. "Let's listen to what our new sheriff has to say." Turning to Sprout, Phyllis nudged her son, "That's you, sugar cube."

"Oh, yeah, it's me," Clearing his throat, Sheriff Sprout began to give a speech to the crowd. "OK, folks, calm down. There's no need to be scared.”

“Impressive, maybe this won’t turn into a disaster immediately.” Hitch complimented not yet realizing his fait was misplaced

"We're scared and we want to be prepared!" One of the earth ponies whimpered.

"The unicorns are coming!" Sparkle Chaser from the Canterlogic Annual Show hyperventilated, running blindly, with the strange periscope still strapped to his eyes. "The Unicorns are coming!" He screamed, before he crashed.

"What do we do?" The crowd asked. "What's your plan, Sheriff? What if the Unicorns come back?"

Pressured, not wanting to appear weak, Sheriff Sprout began, "Actually, what if you're all right?" He asked. "The unicorns could come back. They could even bring the pegasi. We are all in danger!"

“Spoke too soon…” Hitch muttered

The ponies gasped in shock at what Sheriff Sprout said, before he continued to egg them on, "Now is not the time to be complacent. We should do something!" With that, Sheriff Sprout lead the crowd into a musical number.

A background filled with lights is seen that quickly zooms in on Chromatically colored Pipp raising her wings and turning around, before switching to her running across a beach.

“Isn't that your perfume commercial?” Zipp asked quite confused as to why they were seeing that.

Pipp is seen flying to get to a rather large perfume bottle that had the name 'The Pipp' on it.

“I figured it out, it was bugging me for a minute but Pipp is kinda like Rarity.” Pinkie yelled

The rest just looked at them rather strangely, plus the young ponies who weren't used to the crazy Pinky Pie.

The Meanwhile, from inside their dungeon cell, Sunny Starscout looked out the barred window, lost in her thoughts.

"Something is not right," Sunny said. "We haven't seen a single pony flying, except the royal family." She said, without getting a response. "Izzy? Are you listening?"

"Well you know, pegasi can't fly." Those words came easily out of Zipp, Pipp tapped him lightly with her hoof.

That earned them a look of confusion from the others, that seemed to be recurring now, feeling confused and surprised by things. Maybe because they had just seen a hate song and didn't have much time to process it before they changed.

Turning her head, Sunny looked to see Izzy, reclining in a massage chair, that was put in the dungeon, with cucumbers over her eyes, and a coconut drink with an umbrella, at her right.

"This isn't dungeony at all," Izzy commented.

In fact, the dungeon cell that both Sunny and Izzy have been sharing is more of a luxury spa room, than a traditional jail room. It has towels, a fountain, flowers, a bowl of fruit, relaxing scent insences, and a luxury furniture on the other side of the massage chair, complete with a crystal chandelier.

"That looks like a Canterlot vip massage parlor, it leaves your mane feeling relaxed." Rarity smiled at the screen, she had only been to a Canterlot massage parlor once, but it was beautiful and what she needed.

“Mom usually says that as part of the royalty we have to be aware of the interrogation of the prisoners but that we cannot be in a dirty and neglected place.” Contrary to what Rarity said, Pipp explained a little about why she looked so well cared for the place.

"Hey!" Izzy and Sunny both looked over to see Zipp by the bars.

"I'm sorry you two got thrown in here," Zipp apologized. "But I have to talk to you."

"Princess?" Sunny Starscout greeted the pegasus.

"Your majesticness," Izzy stammered. "Y-Your Graceful Highness."

"Zipp," She interrupted. "Just call me Zipp."

"Ok, Zipp," Sunny greeted. "I'm Sunny. And this is my friend."

"Izzy Moonbow," Izzy introduced herself. 

"Sunny, Izzy," Zipp began. "I really need to ask you something important." Glancing to the side, making sure they're alone, Zipp leaned in closer and whispered, "About magic."

"Zipp, please tell me what's going to happen isn’t what I think is going to happen." Pipp turned to look at her sister, Zipp avoided her gaze. The was all the answer Pipp needed.

"That's why we're here," Sunny spoke on behalf of Izzy. "Maybe you can tell us how yours works? Izzy has no idea how the unicorns lost theirs.

"Whoa, whoa, wait," Zipp interrupted. "Lost theirs? As in no magic?" Sunny and Izzy both shook their heads. "Well, that changes things. Listen," Zipp continued. "I might have some information that could help, but first, you need to tell me about this." Reaching into her wings, Zipp pulled out a familiar journal, returning it to Sunny.

"My journal!" Sunny exclaimed happily, reclaiming her notebook. "Thank you, Zipp. I never thought I'd see it again."

"Wait- my cutie mark is in your book?" — Twilight was able to see the book up close for the first time and there was her mark.

"It was from dad, he was investigating the six of you so I guess that's why it's there," Sunny said as she passed a hoof through her backpack where the book was kept.

"Yeah, I can be pretty sneaky when I want to be," Zipp boasted.

"Nice!" Izzy smiled. "I'm only medium sneaky."

“Sneaky Club!” Izzy held up a hoof as she turned to the seat where Zipp was sitting.

Zipp laughed at that but quickly walked over to Izzy and clicked hooves together before sitting back down. Twilight and company saw something fishy in the fact that she didn't fly to make the trip shorter.

"So where did that come from?" Zipp asked.

"It was my father's," Sunny answered. "Why?"

"That star..." Zipp pointed to the star on the cover

A robotic fanfare interrupted the three mares, turning their attentions to see, at the end of the hallway, were a couple of pegasus guards, rolling a red carpet across the floor, making way for the night's star performer, Princess Pipp, who had just taken a selfie, for her PippSqueaks.

Pipp was walking on the red carpet, when she noticed her sister.

"Zipp, what are you doing here?" Pipp asked. "Mom said to stay away."

"Oh, so what are you doing there?" Rainbow Dash couldn't help but smugly to the other pegasus.

“True sister, what are you doing there then?” Zipp could not stand it and confronted her sister with a smile on his face.

“And how will I know?” Pipp defended herself after a few seconds before answering “I probably knew that I would find you there and also the content.” Pipp didn't know that she was doing her version of the future there either, but the news of a couple of Ponies that aren't Pegasus could be quite good and It was a pretty high possibility.

"Right," Zipp smirked. "Then why are you here?"

With a scoff, Pipp pulled out her phone, "For the content," She answered, ready to take a selfie, posing with a duckface.

Reacting fast, Izzy wrapped her hoof around Sunny, bringing the earth pony mare close for the shot.

Upon seeing the princess working a phone, with little to no trouble, hooves and all, Twilight Sparkle stared, slack-jawed, dumbstruck.

"H-H-How can she work with a phone like that?" Twilight asked.

"Same as everypony else?" Zipp replied confused by the question .

"But...she's got hooves!"

"So?"

"...Well, I...I, uh...When did Equestria started developing phones...like that? And touch sensitive?"

"You seriously don’t have phones?"

"I've owned a phone!" A flustered Twilight raised her voice, before she answered bluntly, "From... another dimension."

"Right..." Deciding not to question any further, Zipp decided to drop the question, as both she and Twilight turned their attentions back at the scene unfolding before them.

"Princess?" Sunny began. "Why isn't anypony flying?"

Princess Pipp gasped, before she regained her composure with nervous chuckles, "Everypony knows that only royals can fly, of course."

"What?" Sunny exclaimed, with Izzy.

"I know, it's not fair, but that's just the way it is," Pipp continued, before she spread her wings, fluttered around and spun herself around. "If there was some way we could teach the citizens to fly, you know we would in a wing-beat. Right, Zipp?"

"Yeah," Zipp began, with a hint of sarcasm. "In a wing-beat."

That seemed to confuse some (seems the day to be confused)

Just then, Pipp's phone vibrated, to which she looked to see what it was notifying her, "Oh, dress rehearsals. Gotta go. And so should you," Pipp said to Zipp, before she took her leave, singing, "Me-me-me~ Red feather, yellow feather, red feather, yellow feather..." Following the princess, the pegasus guards rolled the carpet after her, with Zipp watching her sister leave, who ended her song with a trill.

"Is that exactly their job?" — Hitch asks no one in particular about the work of the guards.

"There aren't usually many things to worry about so it's something they usually do," Pipp replied, there were always two guards watching over her, just like Zipp, but they always lost her.

"I guess that's something that doesn't change much over time," Twilight whispered to herself, because several of the things the guards did was just stand guard at doors and act as escorts her brother Shining Armor being the exception though.

Turning her attention back to Sunny and her companions, Zipp explained, "I have to show you something," With that, the rebellious princess walked over to a touch pad, mounted on a wall, and puts her hoof up to the screen, which scanned her hoofprint, and unlocks the cage door.

"At this point, nothing surprises me with Equestria and its technology," Twilight shook her head.

Pipp shook her head, she had been expecting it but seeing it was something else.

"You coming or what?" Zipp called to the two mares.

With that, Sunny galloped after the pegasus. Izzy lingered for a moment then giggled to herself as she swapped the ball on her horn for an orange, in the bowl of fruit. Once that task was done, Izzy and Sunset followed after Sunny and Zipp. 

Meanwhile, outside of Zephyr Height's border, Sheriff Hitch had just climbed up to the steep cliff of the mountains, catching his breath, having been exhausted from his long journey from Maretime Bay.

Of course, like the critters back in his town, he was greeted with snuggles from the local critters – bunnies – who have already taken a liking to him.

"They don't even leave you alone outside of town, huh." Sunny tapped Hitch lightly with her hoof. The colt had been very thoughtful ever since the whole situation with Sprout. His friend just snorted in annoyance but feeling amused.

Not willing to be deterred by the cute and cuddly affections he was receiving, Sheriff Hitch turned his attention to the task at hoof, when he noticed a familiar sticker on the ground.

"Litter," He said. "I mean, a clue," With that, the competent sheriff proceeded to investigate the scene, finding one of Izzy Moonbow's hair, hanging on a branch. "Hmm. Unicorn hair," He deduced, with the bunnies following him, watching as he picked up a feather, and tasted it. "Pegasi."

"I didn't think you'd be willing to lick that." Zipp snickered.

“Bird feathers taste different! It was the only way to be sure!” Hitch defended himself, slightly embarrassed

The sheriff proceeded to be on his way, placing his ears next to the ground to confirm, "Track's gone cold," Nevertheless, the sheriff of Maretime Bay's optimism was undeterred as he shook his head.

"Sunny, Sunny, Sunny, Sunny," He shook his head. "You think you've escaped? Well, think again. I will not eat, I will not sleep... Well, maybe a quick nap and snack if I can't find you in the next few hours. But after that, nothing will stop me!"

With that, Sheriff Hitch was met with a round of high-pitch cheering and applauses, as he looked down to see a whole herd of bunnies, clapping their ears in admiration of his vow.

"Aww, they're so cute." Fluttershy cooed at the rabbits on screen.

"Oh, thank you. Thank you," Hitch said to the bunnies. "No, no. You're too kind." Resuming what he's about to say, Hitch declared, "Also..."

One of the bunnies shushed its fellow members, as they listened to what the stallion had to say.
"I'll follow you wherever you go. Weather harshest deserts, the coldest tundras, no trail too dangerous, no clue too small. The past matters not! It's justice..." Before Hitch could continue, he was interrupted by the bunnies, to which he let out an exasperated sigh, as he looked at the little critters.

"What? What?" He asked, to which the bunnies pointed with their ears, telling him to turn around, which he did, to see Sunny and Izzy's mugshots. "Gotcha!"

"So what can stop you is a monologue." Sunny laughed at Hitch who just rolled his eyes gracefully.

"The point there, is that I found you, Sunny." Hitch gave Sunny a playful shove.

Back in the castle, Zipp had lead her new friends to her destination, sliding a grated platform to the side, revealing a lift beneath them. With a spread of her wings, Zipp glided down, safely landing on the lift.

"Watch your steps!" Zipp called, to which Sunny and Izzy had some rough landings.

Pressing a lever, Zipp activated the lift to take herself and her friends to the floor of the large room, which is revealed to be a ruin of some sort.

"Where are we?" Sunny asked.

It's amazing, right?" Zipp asked, as she lead the three mares around the place. "I'm pretty sure it was some sort of station for when earth ponies and unicorns used to visit, Zephyr Heights," The princess explained, while Sunny walked over to look at a poster, advertising a visit to Maretime Bay, with Izzy following.

"It's like everypony just forgot," Zipp said.

Sunny held a hoof up, brushing the dusts off the poster she was looking, and was in awe to see the lighthouse she and her dad lived in, was on the poster. To further Sunny's heartfelt awe, her eyes widened to see a large billboard saying: Visit Bridlewood. On the billboard, it showed an image of a Unicorn, Pegasus, and Earth pony, exploring the woodland together.

"Wow," all the future Ponies couldn't help but be impressed, with the exception of the ones who already knew it was there.

“Wait, isn't it, the Canterlot Train Station?” Twilight watched the scene some more. She did not know where Bridelwood was or if it existed in her time, but many of the general characteristics of this place reminded her of the train station.

“Wait, are you telling me that the city of the Pegasi is where Canterlot is supposed to be? I thought it was a stationary version of Cloudsdale on the ground.” Applejack asks while processing this new information

“There is no such thing as a stationary cloudsdale, that’s the point, what's more, where is Cloudsdale supposed to be?!” Rainbow Dash yelled as she started to fly towards the only pony she knew about the future, facing Shadow Dragon.

"I have the same information as you," Shadow Dragon answered calmly, Rainbow was about to ask for more answers.

"Rainbow Dash, dear, this is showing us many things, it may show us more about what could have happened," Rarity called Dash before she could do anything crazy.

Dash returned to her seat with some annoyance, when she sat down Fluttershy put on a hoof and patted her back in consolation.

The future ponies watched this exchange in silence.

"This is proof!" Sunny exclaimed. "All ponykinds did used to be friends!"

Sunny smiled while looking at Izzy, "My dad was right."

Meanwhile Zipp was looking up sadly at a large, worn out, dusty poster. Hanging on the wall, was a poster of the Wonderbolts.

“Who where those ponies?” Zipp asked that and turned to see Dash and Fluttershy. There were only signs and some strange records that she didn't understand about those pegasi.

“The best of the best elite flyers! The Wonderbolt!” Rainbow left her previous anger to focus on the subject she liked the most “The fastest of the fast and I'm their leader, that's how cool I am.” Dash gloated.

"Wow," Zipp was drawn to that topic, although she didn't ask anything else, maybe she would if they let her ask after she finished looking into the future.

"Must be really weird," Sunny began. "Being the only pegasi that can fly."

Unable to keep it to herself any longer, Zipp sighed, "The truth is, we can't fly either. We've been faking it."

They all look just as shocked as Sunny and Izzy on screen.

"And that's a plot twist," Pinky Pie commented a little less surprised than the others, before making an exaggerated version of her shock.

“How? Why?” Applejack turned to see the two princesses.

"Mother says that it helps make the pegasi see that we still have remnants of magic, that everything is fine," Pipp replied with embarrassment as she looked at her phone, she knew her followers, if something like that were revealed, everything would go into chaos

“But it's a lie.” Only Pipp heard that accusation from her sister.

"Faking it?" Sunny asked in shock, with Izzy and Sunset sharing her surprise. "But-But how?"

"You'd be surprised what some wires and good lighting will do," Zipp answered, while sulking over to a blackboard with equations and a diagram of a pegasus's wing.

“Reveal Zipp!” Rainbow Dash tried to bring out the awkward situation Zipp and Pipp seemed to be having.

Pipp was just processing Zipp's take on the lie about flying silently.

Meanwhile Twilight was focussed on the equations trying to figure out what they were for

"But I'm just tired of living that ridiculous lie," Zipp ranted. "That's why I come down here – to get away from all of that, and...well, to do this."

With a canter and a leap, Zipp landed on a lever, which activated the machinery in the room, turning a giant fan to spring to life, blowing a gust of air, that carried Zipp up high. Once airborne, Zipp laughed as she did some flips and a few loops.

"Wow!" Sunny gasped.

"Whoa!" Izzy marveled. "Her sparkle is so bright right now!"

Twilight muttered to herself “So that’s what those calculations were for. Quite impressive that she figured all that out on her own.”

Several could not help but smile, Zipp seemed quite happy for the freedom that this machine gives her to fly, they hoped that whatever was happening would be resolved so that she could fly freely.

Rainbow firmly stated “Scootaloo needs one of those things yesterday .”

“I think I can make one for her.” Twilight replied and sent a glance towards Zipp silently wondering if she could give any pointers for such a thing

Zipp gliding down, out of the air current from the fan.

"But that's not why I brought you down here," Zipp began. "This is what I wanted to show you."

She turned around, guiding their attention, up to what was left of a stained glass wall, with a familiar pink star, at the top.

"I never thought that my cutie mark would be so popular in the future," Twilight murmured.

"Oh, my stars!" Sunny exclaimed, looking down at her journal, to see the star matched with the one on the cover.

"This was made a long, long time ago," Zipp lectured. "When we still had magic."

"It's beautiful!" Izzy commented.

Still gazing at the stained glass with wonder, Sunny turned to see an image of a pegasus, with a horshoe-shaped crystal, with wings, hovering above its head.

"What is that?" Sunny asked, pointing at the crystal.

"That's the Pegasus crystal," Zipp confirmed. "It's part of my mom's crown." and Walking to the other side, Sunny glanced up to see a stained image of a Unicorn, with a piece of the stained glass smashed above its head.

"Hmm. Where is the Unicorn crystal?" Sunny asked, looking around the room.

Sunny lifted a tarp up to reveal the missing glass shard of the said crystal. Sunny had a smile before the earth pony had an epiphany, turning her attention to the Pegasus crystal's reflection on the floor.

Sunny slid the crystal in place with the Pegasus crystal, showing a perfect fit.

"Look," Sunny pointed.

"They fit?" Izzy asked.

The future ponies were ecstatic, that was probably the solution to the magic.

For their part, the Mane Six smiled at their innocence, a quest was never what it seemed and was always more focused on cultivating friendships, it reminded them of their first quest in search of the Elements of Harmony. The crystals were probably similar in that respect.

"These two crystals belong together," Sunny stated. "United."

"So, what are you saying?" Zipp asked.

"Maybe you lost your magic because the crystals were separated," Sunny theorized.

Izzy and Zipp shared Sunny's theory, with Izzy asking, "So if we put them back together..."

"...magic will return?" Zipp ended.

"And all three ponykinds will get along again!" Sunny nodded.

"All right!" Zipp smiled.

"Oh-ho-ho!" Izzy chortled.

“Equipment to bring back the magic!” Sunny screeched in her seat.

Twilight muttered to herself “It’s definitely not that simple.” The solution was never that simple

"But what about the unicorn crystal?" Zipp asked.

"Well, if you're looking for crystals," Izzy began. "We've got like a gazillion of them back in Bridlewood."

"I wouldn't be surprised to find out that Bridlewood will actually turn out to be the future of the Everfree forest," Rarity commented, feeling many coincidences with all the places.

"Then that's where we'll go next," Sunny declared. "After we get the pegasus crystal from your mom, of course."

"Ooh, that'll be tricky," Zipp cringed. "She never takes her crown off."

.a montage is shown of the queen, first her sleeping, then in the bath, and finally she goes for a swim, and apparently she wears a rubber swimming cap, over her crown.

"I...I didn't need those images in my mind." Zipp closed her eyes, she knew her mother never took it off but she never wanted to think about it thoroughly. Beside her Pipp thought the same.

"So, what do we do?" Sunny asked.

 "I got it!" Zipp exclaimed. "Pipp's performing at tonight's royal celebration. All eyes will be on her, especially my mom's. She'll be distracted. So we just need to swap the real crown with a fake."

“She would notice that they take away her crown.” Pipp said thinking about the failures of that plan “Also, are you going to use my show as a cover?”

"She won't notice, she'll have her eyes on you, trust me," Zipp replied, avoiding answering the last thing.

"Ooh, I can craft a decoy!" Izzy bounced. "But I will need a box of macaroni, a tube of glue, 14 gooey bunnies and three jellybeans. Oh, and glitter. Lots of glitter."

 A wave of brightness fills the screen as Zipp’s voice could be heard "I'll get the supplies,” On screen Zipp drops a bag down to where Sunny is waiting “I'll pass them off to Sunny, and then she will get them to Izzy.” Sunny passes the bag to Izzy who was right next to her “Once you produce the decoy, get your flanks to the palace." Izzy is shown putting the supplies together and producing a surprising accurate look-a-like of the crown

"A very impeccable job dear." Rarity looked at the crown, it looked pretty good for the materials used, she was pleasantly surprised even when the crafts were only a secondary feature and not very important for fashion.

Zipp’s voice could be heard speaking as it switches to night “Everypony who's anypony will be there, so security will be tight. I'll distract them, so you can sneak in."

Sunny and Izzy are shown sneaking around

"Maximum sneaky," Izzy stated.

The royal family were walking down the red carpet and all being photographed by the cameras. 

"You'll need to be stealthy," Zipp’s voice added. "Carefully make your way to the Grand Hall, but watch out for the guards."

Sunny and Izzy were using a table and it’s cloth as cover to slowly sneak around the castle, suddenly the table bumped into something making a noise, a guard looked but only saw the table and turned away

"Those guards are very clueless," Hitch grimaced, he's just a sheriff but he saw a lot of faults in that job.

“Eh there doing a better job than our Royal guard, admittedly not by much though.” Twilight commented

"I'll open the door to the back stage of the Throne Room," Zipp explained

On the way to the show Zipp subtly touched another screen causing a big golden door to open, the table moved directly in front of it and Izzy and Sunny quickly sneaked in behind the queen's throne just as Zipp’s voice finished the plan 

"And once Pipp starts singing, my mom will be so caught up, that swapping the crowns will be easy-breezy."

"Easy-breezy," Sunny commented. "Sure..."

 The camera rises to the top where the royal family is getting ready, up on her perch, Zipp was leaning against the railings, with her mother and sister.

"I hear you paid our guests a visit," Queen Haven spoke to her daughter.

"Pipp told you?" Zipp asked in shock.

Zipp couldn't help feeling a little hurt at that.

"Oh, you know she tells me everything," Queen Haven replied, while she was working on powdering herself. "I wish you would tell me more. You're going to be queen one day. You'll wear this crown. And trust me, it is heavier than it looks."
"Actually, there is something I wanted to tell you," Zipp began. "The Unicorns don't have any magic," She relayed, while keeping Sunset Shimmer a secret. "I think it's tied to why we can't fly..."

"Zephyrina!" Queen Haven exclaimed, turning to her daughter. "I don't know what silly ideas those unicorns put into your head, but we have a duty to protect our citizens. Pegasi are happy enough knowing that we royals can fly. Why would you want to disrupt things?"

Zipp grimaced, her real name really wasn't the best, she loved her nickname that much more.

"Because it's a lie," Zipp reaffirmed her statement.

“Lies are hard in the long run, especially when you're one of those who knows the lie.” Applejack said her thoughts out loud, remembering the situation with the Flim Flam brothers and how in the end she couldn't lie to her grandmother.

"It makes them feel safe," Queen Haven replied. "Oh, one day you'll understand. Your sister does," Queen Haven smiled when Pipp arrived, carried by wires, "Oh, and here she is now."

"Me-me-me~" Pipp sang, warming up her vocals.

“I'm mostly interested in my pipsqueaks feeling entertained, but I was being honest when I said that if I could, I would teach them to fly.” Pipp whispered to her sister, maybe she wasn't as affected by the lie as her sister but it was because she wanted to keep her fans happy and calm because if she knew them like she thinks she does than they would riot if they ever learned the truth

 "Showtime!" Queen Haven declared with a spread of her wings.

Backstage a stallion is shown with screens viewing the show as he declares “We are go for launch.” And pulled a lever

With that, the lights dimmed dark, followed by the sound of upbeat, pop music playing in the background, as the royals were carried up and gently lowered into the room.

"Remember to smile!" Queen Haven smiled to her daughters as they flapped their wings, for show.

"Ugh!" Zipp groaned in disdain, as both she and her mom took their seat on their thrones.

Cloudpuff yapped as he took a sit besides Queen Haven. Looking behind her mother's throne, Zipp looked to see Sunny and Izzy were all in place for the next phase of the plan. Just as Zipp had said, her sister, Pipp, made a grand entrance above her adoring fans, as she proceeded to sing, and "fly" to further captivate the audience. leaving Pipp for the last thing she sings

Just as Zipp said, all eyes were all on Pipp's performance, including Queen Haven's.. As this happens, from there, Sunny made the swap with the fake crown that Izzy had crafted, while Sunny stole the real crown. but is noticed by Cloudpuff as they leave.

With that, the two mares galloped towards the nearest exit. Unfortunately, a guard was at the door. Fortunately, he was too busy talking to someone, possibly his marefrind, on the phone, to notice.
"No, you hang up," The guard insisted.
Sunny and Izzy quickly closed the doors, when they heard a dog whimper, to which they turned to see the royal dog, Cloudpuff, growling and flaring up his wings.

Meanwhile in the background Sunny and Izzy galloped away from Cloudpuff to another door, only to find Sheriff Hitch, in a paper-thin pegasus disguise, complete with a mustache.
"Sunny Starscout," The sheriff barked. "You're under arrest..." Before he could finish, Sunny closed the door on him.

"Rude," Hitch scolds Sunny as she rolls her eyes.

Suddenly Cloudpuff steels the crown from Sunny, Sunny and Izzy chased him, while Sheriff Hitch dashed in, only to find himself enchanted with Princess Pipp's performance, swaying his hip to the sound of her enchanting voice.

"Hitch, stopped again by the music," Sunny scoffed to which she received a snort.

Sunny and Izzy try to chase Cloudpuff only to hide when Cloudpuff ran past some guards
Cloudpuff returned to the throne, wagging his tail as he sat at the base of the step. Before her mother had time to notice, Zipp quickly stepped in, struggling to pry the crown away from the dog.
"Give… it… to… me!" Zipp grunted, pulling the tiara off, while Cloudpuff ran off with the pegasus crystal into the crowd.
At that moment, Sheriff Hitch had finally found his targets and was closing in on them. Thinking fast Sunny and Izzy hide behind some curtains only to find the Pegasus in charge of the special effects.

“Ahh it’s the prisoners!” The pony yelled in shock backing away

Sunny and Izzy try to reassure him to keep him quiet but end up chasing him instead

Zipp tries to chase Cloudpuff but gets cut off
Cloudpuff suddenly crashed into the Hitch’s leg, dropping the pegasus crystal in the process. "Huh?" Hitch asked confused 
When Hitch looked down, like all the little critters, the little dog immediately took an instant liking to the stallion.

"If they had me on their team, everything would have been easier." Hitch couldn't help but laugh lightly at the silly chase for the dog and the Crystal.

"Oh, so you want to be part of a robbery, Sheriff? How daring.” Zipp couldn't help but scoff.

“Yes, Hitch, do you want to have your photo in the register of a police station?” Sunny ran her hoof over Hitch’s back and continued the taunt.

“Welcome to the club! , We don't have a club but we could! Team to bring back the magic!” Izzy vibrated in her seat not so attentive to the mockery towards Hitch.

"I don't want to be part of a robbery!" Hitch tried to defend himself.

"Uh-huh," Sunny laughed before taking a light hit to her side and proceeding to laugh more.

Meanwhile Sunny and Izzy are seen trying to calm the special effects pony down 
Sunny said “Please calm down.”
Izzy reassured “We’re not gonna fry your brain okay.”
Unfortunately that was the wrong thing to say as it scared him and he accidentally presses a button and the spotlights began to flicker out of control, interrupting Princess Pipp's performance.
"What the..." Pipp said in confusion.
Next thing everyone knew, the spotlight shines on Sheriff Hitch. The pegasus crowd all shared confused looks at the new pony. Then, out of impulse, Hitch started to dance and sing, awkwardly. It also didn't help that Hitch didn’t know the words

The group of Future ponies (even Hitch) couldn't help the laughter that came out, the Mane Six kept slightly calm but laughed lightly (except Pinkie and Rainbow who laughed as much as the youngsters).

Sunny, Izzy and the special effects pony all paused to look at the screen to see Hitch performing very poorly, none had any reaction for the sheer absurdity
"What is happening?" Princess Pipp asked, unsure as to how her spotlight could be taken by this strange Pegasus.
Back with the Special effects if suddenly remembering the situation he was in jumped backwards accidentally pulling a lever in the process
At the same time, Sheriff Hitch continued to sing awkwardly, with Cloudpuff howling with the stallion

Along with the lights, the cables also fail causing it to start spinning. Princess Pipp was zipping around, out of control. Using the distraction, Zipp slipped in and snatched the pegasus crystal Cloudpuff had stolen, leaving Sheriff Hitch with the said dog, while the rebellious princess regrouped with Sunny and Izzy as the special effects pony ran for his life out of backstage

"I got it!" Zipp handed the crystal to Sunny.

"Yes!" Sunny cheered as she took the crystal and tucked it away in her saddle bag.

"Let's go!" With a gallop, Zipp lead the group to an exit.

"Freeze!" Hitch suddenly commands shifting the focus towards them

"It's the prisoners!" One of the pegasus recognized Sunny and Izzy from their mugshots.

At that moment, Pipp came swooping down and knocked Sheriff Hitch's fake wings off, blowing his cover.

"Another earth pony!" Another pegasus shouted, causing Hitch to take his leave, leaving a heartbroken Cloudpuff behind.

However, the surprised didn't stop with Hitch, when Princess Pipp had finally came to the end of her flight, to which she hung upside down, with the wirings revealed in the spotlight, above an entire audience of shocked Pegasi.

"She's a fake!" A Pegasus fan exclaimed.

"FAKE!" Another shouted, while one of the reporters in the room snapped a photo.

"The royals can't fly either?"

Knowing she's in big trouble, Princess Pipp desperately looked around the room, spotting her sister, Zipp, who had stopped to look back at the commotion.

"Zipp?" Pipp pleaded.

Sunny and Izzy were galloping towards the exit, only for Sunny to bump into Zipp.

"Zipp! Hurry!" Sunny shouted, with the reluctant princess following.

"You... just- The show?" Pipp processed what had happened a bit, Zipp leaving everything aside through the Crystal. Leaving her hanging in front of so many cameras, she couldn't process it.

"Ehh, if it helps, I think it was an incredible show." Fluttershy shrank a little in her seat feeling the discomfort.

Pipp remained silent processing what was shown on the screen. She was going through many emotions at once.

However, in the process, Sunny had dropped the pegasus crystal from her saddlebag.

"She's a fake!" A random Pegasus shouted and took a picture with a flash of light

Out on the streets of Zephyr Heights, the sounds of police siren filled the air as Sunny Starscout's group, with Sheriff Hitch following close behind, were galloping for their lives.

Leading the escape is their new friend, Zipp Storm, "Quick! This way!" Zipp guided the group to take refuge in an alleyway.

"Ok," Hitch panted, after he dove behind an iron barrel. "I think we lost them!"

"I think it's very ironic to think of a sheriff running from the law," Pinkie gave a curious comment.

Her friends, despite everything, had to agree, it really was ironic.

"Hitch, what are you even doing here?" Sunny asked the sheriff of her hometown.

"Arresting you," Hitch answered. "And saving you. So, you know, a little bit of both, actually. You're welcome!" He said sarcastically at the end.

“I think you caused the biggest stir, so following the logic, we saved you! You're welcome.” Sunny smirked at him, returning what he said on the screen.

“Uhuhuhu! Burn it Sunny!” Zipp gave a nervous laugh together, she could feel very uncomfortable with her sister who was unusually quiet.

"You are all terrible." Contrary to Hitch's moan, a smile could be seen on his face.

"Oh, gee, thanks," Zipp rolled her eyes as she approached Hitch. "But we don't need any saving. OK?"

"And you are?" Hitch asked the pegasus princess.

"Wonder who I am," Zipp said, prompting another groan from Hitch and another laugh from the ponies up ahead.

"Her mom is the queen!" Izzy chirped.

"Wait a minute. So that means you're a princess?" Hitch asked Zipp.

"Huh, look at that," Zipp smirked in a mocking tone. "The sheriff just became a detective."

"What?"

Before another word could be exchanged, the TV screen announced a breaking news broadcast, before city's reporters, Sky and Dazzle, appeared, with a photo of Princess Pipp, hanging upside down.

"Breaking story," Dazzle reported. "Zephyr Heights is in turmoil tonight after the shocking revelation that the royals cannot fly."

The broadcast then cuts to an interview with a pegasus foal, talking into the microphone, "Pipp used to be my favorite."

"If we can't trust our own royalty, who can we trust?" Another pegasus civilian asked, before the microphone was taken by a Pegasus stallion.

"I blame the Unicorns and the earth ponies," The Stallion went on record saying. "They ruin everything!"

Pipp at that moment stopped her breathing and observed that feeling as if everything was at the end of the world, at least it was for her world.

"You on the screen didn't think for a moment about the repercussions of this," Pipp said with a fairly clear set as she avoided looking at her sister.

"Pipp, I-I didn't mean for that to happen, we were just going to take the crown and-" Zipp stopped with Pipp placing a hoof over her mouth.

"Just take the crown! That's the only thing that mattered to you!" Pipp yelled at her, feeling very hurt to feel less important.

"She has the crystal that will end the stupid lie we're in! Didn't you say that if there was a way to make them all fly, you would?!" Zipp lost his temper and also yelled back at him.

"I would, but not at the cost of everything the other Pegasi believe!"

“It's a lie!”

"Why do you care about this lie now?! You didn't care about me for years!" Pipp got up from her seat and started screaming louder.

“I literally talked to our mother about this for years!” Zipp replied, she had always felt bad about lying, she spent a lot of time trying to make her mother listen to her.

“So the fact that you fought this for years gives you the power to make all that chaos!?” Pipp could only remember what the screen showed, the ease with which Zipp abandoned her.

"No! Don't change my words!" Zipp was and felt erratic, now she was just yelling in response to whatever her sister said.

"You messed up my presentation first!” Pipp went on.

“Hey, hey sugar cubes, do you think you could take a moment of rest? They're seeing each other like two buffalo on a fence.” Applejack, who was watching the exchange uncomfortably, decided to end the discussion.

At that moment, the two remembered that they were not alone, that they were screaming in front of a group of ponies and more than half were (apparently living) legends.

“Could you take a breath? Relax.” Applejack continued, leaving her seat to approach them and making an example of breathing.

Both princesses took a moment without seeing each other to breathe, calm down and think a little about the things they shouted.

Dazzle was given an update, "This just in," Dazzle reported. "Queen Haven has been arrested for being a phony pony full of baloney!"

Zipp gasped in shock, watching as her mother was escorted by the guards, "No comments," Queen Haven huffed. "And no photos!" But quickly, the queen changed her mind, "Okay, one photo." She said, striking a pose with a grin.

"Ha..." That earned him an uneasy laugh from Pipp, her mother was still the same even in that situation

"Anypony care to explain?" Hitch asked.

"We had to get the crystal. Look!" Sunny reached into her saddle bag for the said crystal, only to find it was gone. "Oh, no, no, no, no. It's not here!" She exclaimed to Zipp, who was just as shocked.

There was a universal grimace with most in the room, they had made such a fuss for nothing.

"Seriously?" Zipp asked.

Izzy comments “On the bright side we had so much fun losing it!” 

Zipp looks worried because it could be anywhere, in that, a sound of a can is heard with the group became worried they were found

Finally a shadowy figure showed itself and revived…

“Somepony seriously needs to explain why this thing was so important that you had to ruin my whole show over it?" Pipp demanded holding up the Pegasus Crystal in her hoof

Zipp held her breath looking at her sister, even after all she went after them.

In her seat Pipp was in the same way, not understanding much of her on-screen version.

"Trust me, it was," Zipp galloped up to her sister to take the Crystal only for it to be snatched away by a furious Pipp, who got in her face.

"You left me hanging there in the spotlight," Pipp spatted in outrage "Now everypony knows we can't fly." Just then, Pipp's phone vibrated, to which the princess took out to see another news broadcast from Dazzle, with a mugshot of Queen Haven.

"A warrant is out for the arrest of the princesses," Dazzle reported.

"Pipp! Zipp! Save yourselves!" Queen Haven exclaimed dramatically, before she posted for another photo snap of her profile.

"What?!" Pipp exclaimed as she entered a frantic panic state. "This isn't happening. This is so not happening!"

"That made the whole situation even more awkward."

"Pipp!" Zipp snapped, getting her sister's attention. "Forget about all that. We think we can bring back magic, but we need that crystal."

"I guess you have a point," Pipp said quietly but if Zipp overheard there was no reaction.

"Have you lost your mind?" Pipp asked

“Please It might be our only chance." Zipp pleaded to her sister

"Fine," Pipp groaned, before she took the lead. "I know a way out. Come on."

"How do you know how to get out of the alleys?" Sunny sent a hesitant look at Pipp.

"Sometimes, being with the fans is a lot and I'm usually escorted from many hiding places by the guards." Pipp didn't hesitate in her answer, in fact her voice felt very melancholy.

Everyone looks happy as they start jogging after her, except Hitch 

"What? Wait! You can't just..." But Sheriff Hitch was in denial as all the other ponies took their leave. "I'M THE SHERIFF!" Hitch whined.

“Not in the kingdom of the pegasi, just a wanted criminal.” Sunny tried to calm the atmosphere by annoying Hitch, who only huffed and stuck his tongue out at her in response. Sunny laughed.

Meanwhile, back at Maretime Bay

The scene changes to show a dark figure with heavy sounds of breathing, eventually the dark figure steps out revealing it was actually Sprout going down an elevator to the sound of breathing that was actually a smoothie.

"Seriously, Dark Pony? It's so old!” Pinkie seemed to recognize whatever that meaningless breath was referring to.

"I mean, at least it's kind of a minor reference." And apparently, Rainbow Dash knew what she meant, too.

"Why aren't you finished yet?" Deputy Sprout demanded, while overseeing preparations of some machineries at Canterlogic.

"W-We're working as fast as we can," One of the staff members explained, "but we've run out of rivets."

"Rivet-ing story," Sprout laughed in sarcasm, before he glared, grabbing the pony by the neck tie. "Just make it work, okay?!"

"Sugarcube," Phyllis Cloverleaf called, walking up to her son. "I know your little top-secret project is important and all, but when do you think my workers can get back to making Canterlogic products? It is my factory, after all, dear."

"But it's my town, Mommy!" Sprout countered. "Your son's now emperor of Maretime Bay!"

"How did he turn our democracy into a dictatorship?” Hitch looked so confused at this turn of events with Sprout.

"Emperor?!" Phyllis exclaimed in disbelief. "But yesterday you were only the sheriff."

"Well, see how fast I'm climbing the ranks?" Sprout boasted. "This defense factory is going on offense, and it's all thanks to your love and encouragement. Break's over, Bubblegum McGinty!" Sprout shouted at a random work pony.

"Oh, dear. Somepony's getting a big head," Phyllis muttered, starting to regret every words she had said and in the background is the silhouette of a construction of something very big.

"That's not going to be nice later..." Fluttershy's words weren't a question, they were a statement.

“Do you think it will be a giant robot? The company is a technology company so it's a possibility.” Twilight theorized with what little they knew.

"Uff, I wish I could fight a giant robot now." Rainbow looked a little jealous.

Meanwhile the main 5 looked nervous at the idea of ​​fighting a giant robot.

Somewhere in Equestria, after their escape from Zephyr Heights, Sunny Starscout and her friend Izzy, accompanied by their new pegasi friends, Zipp and Pipp, and a reluctant Hitch Trailblazer, where all walking in a field of daisies.

"What am I even doing here?" Hitch frowned, along with Pipp. "Hoofing it across daisy fields, looking for a magical crystal that doesn't even exist!"

"It was supposed to be my best show ever," Pipp moaned. "And now it's all over. I'm a criminal! And it's all because of them!" She said, with Hitch saying the exact same thing. "And that is so not cool." Pipp finished

"No it is not," Hitch scowled, before he did a double take. "Did I just agree with a Pegasus?" Hitch asked.

“Your worst nightmare came true! Noooo!” Sunny said overdramatically towards Hitch before laughing.

"Is that your worst nightmare, Sheriff?" Zipp looked amused to join in the teasing.

“It seems that Hitch did make a new friend!” On the contrary, Izzy did not participate in the raid of pestering Hitch, for the time being.

Izzy's comment earned Pipp a snort which Hitch interpreted as laughing at him.

“That's it! Izzy is my only friend now.” Hitch made the comment faster than he processed it “Wait I-“

“New friend!” Izzy cheered moved by Hitch's comment, she proceeded to hug Hitch. Hitch didn't have the heart to deny it after that.

That earned her a coo from most of the older ponies, (except Rainbow who just nodded her head in a cool way).

Pipp walks forward to catch up with Zipp and asked “Hey! Are you sure she even knows where to find this other crystal?”

In response Zipp asked “Don't you trust me at all?”

Pipp argued “I don't know. You are the one that just got Mom thrown in jail!” 

Zipp declared “Look, once we get our magic back, the whole kingdom will be so excited, they won't even remember what happened back there. You'll be a hero, Pipp.” Pipp looks quite reluctant to believe that.

"You seem to have thought that." Pipp looks a bit shocked.

“I mean, I have to fix what I break, right? Besides all need need is Hitch on our team and we won’t ruin your show when we get back.” Zipp spoke in response Pipp couldn’t help but notice that in a way Zipp was promising not ruin the show if she could help it.

He then switches to Hitch and Sunny 

Hitch declared “Let's get one thing straight.”

Sunny ignores him in favor of saying “We're almost to the river, everypony!” 

Not to be deterred Hitch continues “After this whole escapade is over with, you are gonna march back home to Maretime Bay with me. Is that clear?”

Sunny looks smug as she says “Crystal.”

"You didn't intend to follow me back did you?" Hicth doesn't look surprised at Sunny.

"Er, I probably would but I'd slow it down." Sunny really didn't know much about what she would do in the future.

Hicth then arrogantly Great. Because this badge means that I'm the she—“ He then stops realizing the badge is missing and panics “No, no, no, no, no! Where's my badge?!”

"I think you lost that since they started escaping in the city," Rainbow Dash commented, half remembering.

That earned a groan from Hitch.

He turns and yelled “Hey! You!” He points accusingly at Izzy who was jumping happily, he tells her “"I know unicorns like shiny things!"

Izzy with a smile mentions “"Oh, you know, I think I did see a shiny badge-y thing on the ground a few hours ago."
"What?!" Hitch freaked out. "Hours?!"

"Well, maybe it's for the best," Izzy began. "Between you and me, buddy," She began in a low hushed voice. "That badge was creating an unhealthy power dynamic," With that, Izzy started singing a song, to herself, leaving a bewildered Hitch behind

“Unhealthy power dynamics?” Hitch turned to Izzy who nodded animatedly.

“Yes! How, for example, at that moment, you were trying to impose your ideal of returning Sunny to the town, under the thought that you had power because of your badge, without it the relationship would advance with no one more powerful than another.” Izzy was happy to explain to all of which was an unhealthy power dynamic.

"That- I wasn't doing it?" Hitch began to reevaluate friendship a bit since he was sheriff “Uh, I guess so.”

“And that's progress!” Izzy clapped her hooves happily.

Izzy then continues on her way humming and leaving Hicth in his place confused, as if that makes him think of something.

They came across a valley, where the bridge was out.

"What are we gonna do?" Sunny asked.

Pipp and Zipp got into a kind of confrontation where Pipp sarcastically asked “Any ideas, Zipp?”

Zipp replied “You know what would be great right now? Let me think. Maybe something like... THE ABILITY TO FLY!”

With the same sarcasm and annoyance in her reply, with Pipp replied “You know what would be even better? Not being stuck in the middle of nowhere as OUTCASTS FROM OUR OWN KINGDOM!”

Hitch looks excited saying “Oh, well. That's the end of that. Time to go home. I wish I could say it was nice meeting all of you, but it wasn't. Come on, Sunny.”

“Ouch.” Zipp mentioned a little amused.

"Uh, contrary to my normal thinking, you guys are nice." And there were no more words from Hitch, just a punch from Sunny on his side as she smiled.

Everypony was arguing at that point, all but one

Sunny yelled “Everypony, stop! We're gonna get to the other side, find the crystal, and bring back magic! And once we do, you'll get to fly, you'll get your fans back, and you'll have me in custody! Everypony happy now?!” She looked very frustrated by this point

Wale this was going on nopony noticed Izzy walking until the sound of a tree falling, she looks happy saying “Ta-daaaaa!” And showing the tree as a bridge.

“Dear your horn?” Rarity looked shocked as she watched the screen and how the horn didn't seem to be phased by anything.

“I guess it's stronger than normal, used in more everyday situations based on the lack of magic?” Twilight looked at Izzy who just shrugged.

Zipp cheered “All right!”

Hitch groaned “Ah, great.”

Sunny compelled “Come on, everypony!”

The group of friends cross the tree bridge as the image rises to the sky where the balloon pony is seen screaming for help.

"Holy Twilight!" Sunny yelled in shock

Twilight looked at her weirdly and stated “Now I know how Celesta felt.”

Hitch also knew that he had to prevent that from happening so he recorded it in his mind for something later.

The scene changes to night, Sunny clicked her hooves together, as if they were flints, creating sparks that ignited a fire.

Taking over, Zipp Storm flapped her wings to blow on the fire, making it come to life

“Whoa how did you do that with your hooves?” Twilight asked Sunny 

"Oh. It's just a trick my dad once showed me, when he and I went camping together."

"A camping trick, eh?" Curious, Twilight walked over, asking, "How do you do it?"

"Well, you click your hooves together like this, to make a spark," To demonstrate, Sunny once again clicked her hooves together, and creating smaller sparks that didn’t have anything flammable to catch

"Oh, yeah!" Izzy exclaimed. "Nailed it!"

“Come on, stupid stick,” Hitch grunted by himself, struggling to start a fire of his own.”

“You need some backup, sheriff?” Zipp asked.

“No! Thank you,” Hitch declined. “I've got it. Come on... If only I had a match...” At last, he had sparked a fire, “Hah!”

Unfortunately, his triumph was short lived, when the fire died out.

“OH!” Hitch moaned in frustration.

“Oh, well, that was sad to watch,” Zipp chuckled. “Come on, don't be a hero, dude. Come get warm.”

But Hitch was still reluctant, and continued struggling to make his fire.

"Too proud," Zipp muttered with amusement. Izzy at her side gave a small laugh without disturbing anyone.

Sunny approaches him Hitch as he asked “Are you sure about all this? Because if we just go back to Maretime Bay...“
Sunny asked “What do we got to lose?”

Hitch sarcastically asked “By giving magic back to our enemies? Uh, let me think. I know – a lot!”

Sunny looks amused as she asks “Come on. Do they look like enemies to you?”

“My sparkle is aquamarine?” Pipp gasped. “That's, like, my sixth favorite color!”

“What is my color?” Zipp asked the unicorn next to her.

"It's a very nice mysterious blue color," Izzy smiled at her.

“Well I do love a good mystery.” Zipp commented

Hicth looks tired kicking a stick and saying “I don't know. Maybe I should just go back to Maretime Bay where I'm needed…”

Sunny declared “If that's what you want. But you should know I'm actually glad you're here, Hitch.” We begins to walk back to the camp but not before adding “We all are.”

There is a moment of the two exchanging glances before Hitch snorts and walks over to them and plops down annoyed.

With that, Sunny looks happier saying “So I think we should set off at first light, last stop, Bridlewood,” At that moment, Sunny noticed Izzy looking rather saddened. "What's wrong Izzy?" Sunny asked.

Looking up, Izzy began, "It's just that...being with you ponies has been the best thing that's ever happened to me. I guess I just don't want our adventure to end."

“Hey, we'll probably have more adventures so it won't be the end.” Sunny turns to Izzy who looks more excited.

"But, Izzy, you'll get your magic," Sunny said to Izzy.

Izzy smiled lightly, but not wholeheartedly at the notion she was still reflecting melancholy.

Almost immediately Hitch asked Izzy "Can I ask you a question? Why did you came to Maretime Bay?" 

"I always wanted to visit," Izzy began. "When I was a filly, I found this pretty lantern. It had a message inside,” Reaching into her mane, Izzy pulled out a worn out piece of paper. “It says I have friends in Maretime Bay!"

"It's still memorable even when we're past that." Sunny smiled fondly at the screen.

Upon seeing the message, Sunny was in shock, which didn't go unnoticed by Izzy

"It was you!" Izzy exclaimed in realization

Sunny nodded as she took the drawing and explained, “I made it with my dad. We always promised each other that someday we would prove that all ponies were meant to be friends. We'll do our part. Hoof to heart.”

Twilight smiled fondly, for a brief instant she thought she saw herself in Sunny’s place

Sunny smiled even more brighter, at what her childhood friend just said.

“What have we got to lose, right?” Hitch asked, to the mares’ joy.

“WHOO!” Zipp Storm whooped.

“All right!” Izzy and Pipp cheered.

"I have to admit,” Hitch began. “A Unicorn forest. Does sound kind of magical.”

“I think this is the best character development, 10/10 sheriff.” Zipp was quite happy to have the sheriff in that team.

The scene quickly changes to the forest full of fog and with many warnings not to enter for other ponies.

“Is that the forest I think it is?” Fluttershy mentions, to which all the young people are confused because it doesn't make sense.

“I think so.” Twilight stated confusing the future ponies even more

By itself the Everfree forest is a source of problems in its time without being tamed by any pony, how would it be in the future?

Hicth mentions “Or not.”

 "Come on!" Izzy chirped, as she took the lead. "My house isn't far from here!" With that, Izzy proceeded to vocalize a merry tune to herself, with her reluctant companions following behind.

They advance somewhat insecurely through the forest that looks much darker than outside, with dark bird sounds. 

"Well, here we are, guys," Izzy called, drawing the ponies' attention to a sudden change of atmosphere in the forest.

The group looked up to see they were standing in front of a colorful house, practically bathing in the sunlight.

"La Villa Izzy!" Izzy smiled, welcoming her guests in.

"Wow!" Everypony exclaimed as they went to have a look around the place, marveling at Izzy's works of arts.

Sheriff Hitch looked at a portrait of colorful macaronis, and was startled when the eyes turned to look at him. Sunny Starscout cranked the lever of an instrumental object, with colorful glass bottles hanging by strings, that played a familiar tune, courtesy of spatulas and spoons attached to the roller.

When they entered they were surprised at how nice it looked with decorations, art, a kind of music box, and lights surrounding the interior.

Izzy was mesmerized at a colorful butterfly chandelier she made, when Zipp came up to her.

"Did you make all this?" Zipp asked.

"Yup!" Izzy nodded. "Unicycling. Isn't it funky?"

"That's all so adorable, you have such good taste in decorations, dear." Rarity was quite interested in the position of the lights and the curtains, not so much in the art or the music.

"Ohoho! I'm going to make one of those!" For her part, Pinkie looked very interested in the musical instrument.

“It is gorgeous~” Pipp sang that last word with a flutter of her wings

With an excited giggle, and a touch of button, the flower suddenly sprang open to reveal a tea pot in the center, with tea cups on the edge of every petals.
"Ta-daaaa!" Izzy sang, much to her friends' astonishment.

"Wow- that's so beautiful," Pipp observed, it was certainly a very interesting mechanism.

“You wanted a tea party?” Sunny turned to Izzy curiously.

"A little, I never really had Friends for that kind of thing, so I was hoping for a bit of calm." Izzy didn't let go of her smile but for a moment it turned into a grimace.

"What if we have a tea party after this?" Sunny asked and smiled when she saw Izzy's cheerful expression.

"I so wish I had live-streamed that!" Pipp Petals sighed.

"We don't have time for that right now," Sunny said, reminding the group of the task at hoof. "If we're gonna get the information we need on the Unicorn Crystal, we can't stick out like sore hooves. We need to look like unicorns."

"Yay, makeovers!" Pipp Petals sang. "I love makeovers!"

Zipp, however, was in denial, "No. No, this is not... This is not what I signed up for. No."

"Still not over it?" Although it seemed that Pipp's tone was a bit teasing, it sounded more docile.

"I don't like makeovers," Zipp snorted sounding annoyed but not really.

"So, Izzy, can you do it?" Sunny asked.

"A glow-up?" With a sip of her cup, Izzy smirked confidently, "Honey, you came to the right cottage."

With that, Izzy whipped out a projector and put on a pair of glasses before beginning a musical number.

Hitch is now reveled to be wearing makeup as he groans "This is a new low"

He scooted back off screen and then revealed himself without makeup anymore in front of a curtain with a shadow of a Unicorn that looked like it was holding a weapon before suddenly opening revealing Izzy with a Hair Dryer

They taught us unicorns were super scary maniacs





He grabbed Izzy’s face to emphasize his next part


With horns like razors and tongues like tasers and teeth like tacks





Izzy is then seen holding a box that said “Grinded Hooves” but was actually a normal cereal with a weird name and proceeded to eat said cereal

They take your hooves and then they grind them into midnight snacks
The basic gist of it is unicorns are not okay






Sunny pulls him aside with a rainbow swirl which is actually a spinning rainbow umbrella  and slowly backing towards two opposite spinning rainbow umbrellas which are revealed be being spun by Pipp and Zipp all while Izzy is doing measurements in the background

Look, I know we're risking everything for this endeavor
But look at us, we're brave and strong and weird and clever
We're running out of options and we're desperate to begin

Later, after the four ponies were outfitted with fake unicorn horns, and cloaks for Pipp and Zipp to hide their wings, the 5 heroines were back on the road, into a more colorful part of Bridlewood.

Pinkie Pie declared “We should do that someday, not because we would ever need to but just to see if we could pull it off.”

"Ta-daaaaa!" Izzy Moonbow sang, as she presented several large crystals, growing from the ground. "Crystals! Crystals! Crystals!"

"She does know we're just looking for the one, right?" Zipp asked, rhetorically.

The heroes continued on their way, while Izzy continued to point at every crystals they come across.

"Crystals! Crystals! Crystals!" Izzy continued.

"Yeah, we see them, Pinkie," Twilight joked.
“Silly I’m not in the movie.” Pinkie declared with a giggle
“I know it was just a joke.” Twilight declared, Both she and Pinkie burst out laughing

Sunny Starscout began to take notice of the unicorns' lack of expressions. Everywhere she looked, it seemed as if they're dead on the inside.

Rarity fainted from sheer shock 

"Ow," An elderly unicorn said, dejectedly, for every apples that fell on her head. "Ow."

A couple of unicorn fillies were trying to play a game of horseshoe throw, but the filly throwing wasn't putting much effort into it.

"Hey," A unicorn mare, likely the mother, greeted to a stallion, likely the father and husband.
"Hey," The stallion replied, with equal dejection.

"Well, this is... cheerful," Sheriff Hitch commented.

"And I thought the earth ponies and pegasi had it rough," Twilight commented. "What, earth ponies and their anti-unicorns and anti-pegasi technologies. And pegasi not being able to fly and deceived by their leaders?" Realizing what she said, Twilight turned her head to Zipp and Pipp, "Uh… no offense"

"None taken." Zipp shook her head.

"Looking back, I guess we had it coming," Pipp admitted.

"These other unicorns seem so different from you," Sunny said to Izzy.

"Yeah, I get that a lot," Izzy shrugged. "My sparkle is a bit too sparkly for Bridlewood."

Twilight couldn’t help but be happy that Izzy is basically Pinkie Pie in this bleak world even down to the unlikely background

"So..." Hitch began, as he looked at one of the crystals. "How can we tell which ones are magic?"

Alarmed, one of the unicorn kids, on a playground, pointed an accusing hoof at the sheriff of Maretime Bay.

"Oooooh! You said a bad word!" The kid exclaimed. "Hurry! Before we get jinxed!"

"What the?" Twilight asked confused

The unicorn kids proceeded to drop themselves on the ground, raising their flanks up, before they blew some air out of their lungs, then they did a silly dance and sang, "Bing-bong-bing! Bing, bong! Bing, bong! Bing, bong! Bing, bong!"

"Ooooookay..." Zipp began. "I'm gonna need some context."

"I agree," Twilight agreed. "Like, what just happened?"

"Unicorns are very superstitious," Izzy explained "If a pony ever says a forbidden word, we have to do a ritual to ward off the jinxes."

"Jinxies?" Pipp asked.

"Bad luck."

"Forbidden words?" Hitch asked.

"Magic, wing, feather...Oh, and mayonnaise."

"What's wrong with may-" Hitch also received the same treatment from Izzy.

"Ah-da-da-da-da-da-da-da-da!" Izzy shook her head, just as several unicorns stood petrified for a moment, before they continued on their way.

Once the coast was clear, Izzy uncovered Hitch's mouth, "Come on! There's something I want to show you."

"You guys know anything about this?" Sunny asked Twilight .

"Don't ask us," Twilight shook her head. "I don't believe in...jinxes. What I believe in is the fact that Friendship is magic."

After the awkward tension, the heroes at last arrived at a building, with a sign that reads:

"The Crystal Tea Room?" Sunny read.

"There's a pony inside who collects crystals," Izzy explained. "Maybe he could help us."

"That's great, Izzy! Oh, and Hitch?"

"I know, I know. No forbidden words," Hitch replied.

Twilight shuts her eyes, as she rubbed her head and asked mostly herself “Seriously. How did magic ever became a forbidden word to these unicorns? And what's with the mayonnaise?”

 The group walk into the building, where a unicorn was reciting a beat poetry.

"Earth pony jinx. Something stinks. Pegasus neighs..."

Suddenly the group were right behind a shaggy brown unicorn, wearing a red hat, sitting at a table.

"That's the pony I was talking about," She whispered, to the group, who gathered around the table.

Sunny Starscout took a seat across the stallion and began to talk, "So word in the forest is you collect crystals."

Finally, the stallion came alive as he talks, "Yes, I do. Well, I mean, I did. I lost 'em all in a limbo contest with... Alphabittle!"

"Oh, no," Izzy moaned in horror.

"Who's Alphabittle?" Sunny asked.

As if on cue, a loud bell rang in the air, drawing the heroes' attention to a bar table, where they see a unicorn stallion struggling with what appeared to be a Rubik's Cube, with a large, heavyset unicorn with a medium gray coat and dark gray hooves, watching with glee. He has a wispy white mane and tail, bushy eyebrows, sideburns, and a beard. He has freckles on his cheeks, and brown eyes. His cutie mark is a teapot.

"Time's up!" The tall unicorn declared. "Pass it over, Jasper." With a defeated sigh, 'Jasper' handed over the puzzle cube, which the large unicorn quickly solved in the blink of an eye.

"Wow, he's good!" Twilight commented. "I take it, that's Alphabittle?" She asked Izzy, who confirmed with a nod.

"Guess that makes me the winner," Alphabittle boasted. "Again. Pay up."

"Oh, fine," Sighing in defeat, Jasper gave up, what appeared to be a glass jar, with a miniature Christmas Tree.

With his prize lost, Jasper took his leave, "You could always try winning it back!" Alphabittle called out. "All right, suit yourself."

With that, Alphabittle puts his latest trophy on a shelf, behind him. There, the heroes spotted a beautiful blue crystal, shaped exactly like the one, from the stained glass portrait, back in Zephyr Heights.

"There it is!" Sunny pointed, before she exclaimed. "I've got an idea. Maybe I can beat Alphabittle at his own game."

"Wait," Izzy stopped Sunny, to advise, "Alphabittle can smell fear."

"We got this," Sunny replied to Izzy. "Be cool."

With that, both Sunny Starscout walked up to the bar table, and each took a seat, across Alphabittle.

"Tea," Sunny ordered, in a serious tone.

With a flick of his head, Alphabittle beckoned some armadillo-mouse critters to give the two mares their drinks. One of the critters was about to pour milk into Sunny's tea, put the mare stopped it.

"Hold the milk," 

Sunny cast a side glacé towards the cube, "Quite the game player, I see."

"It passes the time," Alphabittle shrugged. "Why? Do you play?"

"I don't play," Sunny began. "I win," She smirked with determination.

"Is that so?" Alphabittle asked.

"Yeah, it is," Sunny nodded. "And I challenge you... for that!" She pointed to the unicorn crystal, sitting on the shelf, behind Alphabittle, who scoffed.

"You think you can beat me?" He asked.

"Only one way to find out."

"Big talk for a little pony."

"I think you'll find I'm average height," Sunny continued to challenge. "Tick-tock. What do you say?"

Alphabittle smirked towards Sunny, "Whatever you're bettin', it better be special."

With a whip of her hoof, Sunny placed the Pegasus Crystal on the table, "Special enough for ya?" She challenged, much to her friends' horror, and Alphabittle's fascination.

Before Sunny could continue, Izzy came over and pulled the earth pony mare in disguise to the side, to have a talk.
"Um...what are you doing?" Zipp asked.

"Don't worry," Sunny shrugged. "I could solve that cube puzzle in my sleep."

Pipp spoke “But if he wins, we'll lose both crystals."

"He won't. Trust me," Sunny reassured.

"Izzy," Alphabittle called. "If your friend is finished stalling, do we have a deal?"

"Deal," Sunny stated, putting her hoof down on the table. "Now give me that cube."

One of the critters was about to give Sunny the cube, only for Alphabittle to quickly snatch it away.

"No, no, no, no, no," He shook his head. "A special prize calls for a special competition," Turning to the side, Alphabittle declared, with a spotlight shining down on him. "Bring forth the ultimate challenge!"

"The ultimate what now?" Sunny asked.

The scene changes to reveal it is a large machine, with colorful floorpads, flashing lights, and a title that reads: "Just Prance."

The Ultimate Challenge

"That's it?" Rainbow Dash asked, "That's the ultimate challenge? I was expecting something awesome!"

"A dancing game," Sunny frowned. "Seriously?"

A unicorn took to the stage and announced, "Both ponies agree. Best out of three."

Alphabittle and Sunny both took their place, before Alphabittle spoke, "Let's make this more interesting. You only need to win one out of three."

"C'mon, Sunny!" Applejack cheered. "Kick that guy's flank!"

“You know this hasn’t happened yet right?” Rarity who’s finally woken up from her fainting asked

“I know, don’t mean I can’t cheer Sunny on.” Applejack replied

It's Alright – Johnny Orlando

Getting their game face on, both Sunny and Alphabittle began the game, as the machine displays a set of colorful horseshoes for both Sunny and Izzy to dance, and a groovy song and music to dance to. Sunny was off to a bad start, as Alphabittle was already ahead of the game, wracking up a huge number of scores, moving the arrow on his score meter, higher than Sunny's.

Before long, a bell rang, declaring Alphabittle the winner of the first round.

"Yeah!" Alphabittle hollered. "That's how you do it!"

"Yay," The unicorns cheered, dejectedly..

"I-It's okay," Izzy reassured to Sunny Starscout. "You're just warming up."

"What can you do?" The announcer asked, as the second round was about to start. "Round two."

With that, Sunny and Alphabittle had another dance off. But like before in the previous round, Sunny was barely catching up to the senior unicorn's dance moves, and fumbled behind, until once again, Alphabittle was declared the winner.
"Yeah!" Alphabittle cheered. "Critters, get my crystal polish ready, would ya?"

"Round three. Who will it be?" The announcer asked.

"Ohhh. Here goes nothing," Sunny moaned.

"Hey," Pipp Petals called to Sunny. "You hear that, Sunny?" She gestured to the music playing in the background. "Feel the rhythm take you over. You feelin' it?"

Moving her body to the rhythm of the song, Sunny smiled, "Oh, I'm feelin' it. I'm feelin' it!"

"Yeah, you are, Sunny!" Pipp sang. "Yeah, you do this, Sunny! Whoo!"

With that, in their final round, Sunny made an impressive comeback as she was able to dance, catching up with Alphabittle's steps, and succeeding in moving the arrow further than his, on her meter.

"Yes! Go Sunny!" Pinkie cheered.

"Yes! She's doing it!" Hitch smiled. "She's doing it."

Pressured, Alphabittle struggled to dance as fast as he could, but he could barely catch up to Sunny's dance steps, after her confidence and spirit was renewed. Everypony all watched in anticipation, until finally, the machine's bell rang and Sunny was declared the winner.

"We won," Sunny panted heavily, while Alphabittle and the unicorn crowds could hardly believe their eyes. "We WON! WE ACTUALLY WON!"

"YEAH!!!" Sunny and her friends cheered, as they gathered together.

All was going well for the heroes, as Sunny celebrated with her friends, when her fake horn came flying off.

"Uh oh," Izzy moaned.

All the unicorns, besides Izzy and Sunset, in the room were shocked at the revelation.

"An Earth pony," Alphabittle glared.

"And Pegasi!" Zipp Storm frowned, as she and her sister took off their disguises, with Hitch joining.

"And a Unicorn!" Izzy added. "Which... you knew already!"

The unicorns all advanced upon the heroes, as Sunny attempts to defuse the tension, "I know it doesn't look like it, but we're here to help," She reassured.

"Help?" Alphabittle frowned. "We don't need help. Especially from ponies like you. Give me the crystal."

“But I won!" Sunny muttered

Alphabittle snarled “You tricked me. The Crystal. Now!"

Desperate, Hitch burst out screaming, "Uh… Magic! Wing! Feather! MAYONNAISE!"

And just like that, the unicorns in the room, including Alphabittle, went, "Bing! Bong! Bing-bong, bing-bong!"

The main 6, even Twilight and Rarity couldn't help laugh out loud at the unicorns' antics 

"They all look so ridiculous!" Rarity laughed

"Go, go, go!" Sunny said, as the heroes make their escape, out of the building, taking their prizes with them.

"You'll pay for this!" Alphabittle shouted after the runaway ponies.

"Sorry about that!" Izzy called to the unicorns. "Thanks for the tea!"

The heroes kept on galloping through the forest, making their way towards the exit. They hadn't gone very far, however, when the sound of leaves rustling was heard, to which everypony screeched to a halt, watching as another pony emerged from the bushes, revealing herself to be...

"Mom?!" Zipp and Pipp exclaimed, happily galloping up to their mother.

"Oh, my darlings!" Queen Haven exclaimed. "Thank hoofness!"

"You escaped!" Zipp smiled.

"How did you find us?" Pipp asked.

Suddenly a familiar winged dog jumped out from the bushes and pounced on Sheriff Hitch.

He looked to see the dog was holding his precious badge, in his mouth. "Ah! My badge! Yes!" He exclaimed happily, holding up the badge in his hoof.

“Good dog.” Hitch and Fluttershy said at the same time

Ignoring Sheriff Hitch, Queen Haven turned to her two daughters, "Oh, I'm so glad I found my little fillies. Now, I know that if you just come back with me, we can explain everything. Spin the story, and they'll love us again. R-Right?"

Before Zipp and Pipp could answer, the sound of hooves galloping brought their attention to Alphabittle and the unicorn herd he was leading. The unicorns burst out from the bushes and glared at the heroes.

"Let us explain!" Sunny began.

"There she is!" Another voice called, revealing herself to be the pegasi guards. "Your Criminal Highness, you're coming with us!"

Next to her, her partner took notice of the unicorns, "Aah! Unicorns!" Reaching into his wings, Thunder hurled a tennis ball at Alphabittle, which harmlessly bounced off his head

Alphabittle yelled “Give me back my crystals and leave Bridlewood!"

"Your crystals?" Queen Haven exclaimed in outrage. "That crystal belongs to me!" She pointed to the pegasi crystal.

"Not anymore, it doesn't!" Alphabittle barked. "I won it fair and square!"

"Hah! I certainly doubt it!" Queen Haven scoffed. "Unicorns are known to be cheaters!"

"You Pegasi always thought you were better than us!" Alphabittle glared.

"Hey, that's our queen you're talking to!" One of the Pegasus guards shouted.

"She's not a queen here!" One of the Unicorns barked.

"Who do you think you are?!" The Pegasus guard asked.

"We're gonna zap you with our horns!" The Unicorn retaliated, as another joined in the scuffle. "This is our land! You're not welcome here!"

"Surrender the crystal, or we'll use our powers against you!" Alphabittle threatened.

"I'd like to see you try!" Queen Haven challenged.

Stressed at all the arguments and the negativity between the ponies, Twilight focused it all into her magic, boiled by her temper, until she couldn't take it anymore.

"ENOUGH!" Twilight screamed in her Royal Canterlot voice, stomping her hooves on the ground, emitting a powerful shockwave that knocked the ponies off their seats.

"WHAT HAS BECOME OF YOU PONIES?!" Twilight ranted angrily. "What happened to the Equestria I know? What happened to me and my friends? Has Everypony all forgotten the magic of friendship? The friendship that me and my friends extended, not just for ponies, before creatures worldwide? How could you all have forgotten about that? Why are you so determined to one-up one another? Where is the magic of friendship?!"

Applejack went up to Twilight and had her do her breathing exercise to help calm her down

Sunny couldn’t take the arguing anymore and yelled “NOPONY HAS MAGIC!”

An awkward silence followed, "Bing-bong," Said a random unicorn.

"This is giving me a headache," Exhausted from her angry outburst, Twilight calmed wale rubbing her head

Sunny more calmly explained “But We’re here to bring it back

"Is it possible?" One of the Unicorns asked

"Did she say magic?" Another Pegasus guard asked. 

"This has to be some kinda trick!" The lead Pegasus guard declined

"Listen, I know it sounds unbelievable," Sunny began. "But please just let us try.”

"Please mom," Pipp pleaded to Queen Haven. 

"Trust us." Zipp pleaded as well

Queen Haven looked hesitant for a moment, before she reluctantly allowed it, with Alphabittle, "Fine."
"You're wasting your time, kid," Alphabittle said, as both he and Queen Haven watched, as Sunny and Izzy took out the unicorn and pegasi crystals.

"Ready, Izzy?" Sunny asked.

"Ready," Izzy nodded.

Everypony all watched in anticipation as Sunny and Izzy proceeded to join both crystals together.

"Hey," Zipp asked Twilight. "You're the real expert on magic. What do you think will happen?"

"Well, based on my experience, normally, there's a big light show, with rainbow lasers and...stuff," Twilight answered. "Just wait and see what happens."

Both Sunny and Izzy's eyes sparkled with excitement as they finally closed the distance with their crystals, into a perfect fit. With that, nothing happened.

Distraught, Sunny was in disbelief, "It... It..."

Twilight syed in disappointment “I knew it wouldn’t be that easy but I was kinda hoping that something would happen at the very least… wait a second… maybe… let’s continue to see if I’m right.”

“Right about what?” Zipp asked half curious half disappointed

Twilight didn’t answer

"Why didn't it work, Daddy?" A Unicorn colt asked.

"'Cause it was all just make-believe," His father frowned sadly.

"We can try it again!" Sunny pleaded desperately. "Maybe... Maybe w-we did it wrong somehow."

But the Unicorns and Pegasi didn't want to hear any of it, as they turned and walked away.

"Wait. Wait, don't go," Looking down at the crystals, Sunny repeatedly put the crystals back together. "Oh, come on. Work. Work! Please work! Come on!"

"No!" Sunny cried, taking the crystals back in her hooves. "C'mon, please... Please!"

"Sunny," Sheriff Hitch comforted his heartbroken friend. "It's okay. You did everything you could."

"I... I thought it would work," Sunny sobbed, looking up to her childhood friend and Sunset. "I was so, so sure of it."

"What do we do now?" Zipp asked.

The heroes watched as Sunny sadly returned the unicorn crystal to Alphabittle, before returning the pegasus crystal to Queen Haven.

"I'm sorry for all the trouble I caused you," She apologized to the leaders.

Twilight felt her heart break for Sunny, she knew that look, it was the same one she had on the rare instance’s that she lost hope.

"Sunny! We can't give up!" Pipp Petals called after the earth pony.

"I thought that I could make a difference," Sunny cried. "But everywhere I go, I just make things worse."

"That's not true," Izzy Moonbow shook her head. "We're all in this together, right?" In response, the rest of the heroes all exchange random agreements.

Still, Sunny was too distraught to see the positive response, "I'm so sorry I let you all down," Sunny apologized. 

Sunny turned to Twilight Sparkle, "Twilight, I...I'm sorry I failed."

"No, Sunny," Twilight shook her head. "You did the best you could, and you made friends with the other tribes despite every obstacle."

Sunny looked away disappointed in herself

Her friends could only watch Sunny leave, followed by Sheriff Hitch.

"I guess this is goodbye...friends," Sheriff Hitch said sadly, to the mares and friends

Hitch smiled halfhearted towards the three, he would happily say he did consider them friends

Cut back to Maretime Bay Sunny Starscout was approaching her lighthouse slowly

Hitch who was slowly following declared “I’m right here if you need to talk Sunny

Sunny turned to see Hitch but turns back to her lighthouse without a word much the the sheriff’s disappointment as he turned to go back to Maretime Bay

Sunny entered her Lighthouse in sadness and slammed the door and this time didn’t fix the photo of herself and her dad

In her lighthouse, packing up all of her old toys, artifacts, and memories of ancient Equestria, that both she and her late father had worked on, together.

Sunny began to cry and Twilight got up to sit next to her and put a reassuring hoof on her shoulder
Sunny ether didn’t notice or was too sad to care

Sunny's heartache intensified as she went up to the upper level of her lighthouse home, to put away more drawings, pictures, and souvenirs of Equestria's heyday, when she noticed a symbol, beneath the lighthouse's crystal ball. The symbol was shaped like the unicorn and pegasus crystals, joined together, but with a circle in the middle.

Then, in that moment, a ray of sunlight shines into the room, and Sunny looked up to see herself surrounded by shapes of Unicorns, Pegasi, and Earth ponies, that danced and flew around the room.

Following the light's path, she looked to see the source of the light show. A crystal that her father had installed, into her favorite night light. Curious, the young mare picked up the crystal in her hoof, when she was struck with an epiphany. Putting the small crystal in the center of the symbol, it opened up, to reveal a perfect fit. 

Sunny could hardly believe her eyes. Her heart began to pound faster than she could breath. She finally understands the problem. Could this be it? Has she found the answer?

“Their was an Earth Pony Crystal I knew it!” Twilight cheered and all of them had renewed spirits

Sunny sprinted to tell Hitch but when she got into to the place was a disaster area having never been cleaned from the Sprout’s musical number

Hitch groaned at the reminder that Maretime bay under the control or Sprout was likely to fall apart at the seams

Hitch ran up to Sunny looking panicked and yelled “Sunny!”

Sunny cheered “Hitch! Hitch! I figured it out! There's actually a third—!”

Before another word could be spoken, the sound of explosions erupted from in front of Canterlogic, to which the two looked up, to see a sparkle of fireworks

The two looked at eachother before rushing towards the source on they way they see ponies marching in line and each where wearing an Anti-Mind reading helmets

Hitch asked one of them “Huh? Hey, w-wait. What is going on here?”

The pony declared “We can't tell you. We've signed the Official Sprout Act.”

Both Hitch’s asked “Official Sprout what?”

In front of Cantelogic 

An Earth pony Mare called out “The Stallion-in-Chief!”

Menacing music began playing to slowly reveal Sprout being carried on a chariot and wearing a dictator hat and collar with metals and badges and sunglasses

During his dramatic reveal it was also revealed that Hitch’s critter friends where also part of the army
Sunny and Hitch couldn’t help but ask “Sprout?!”

Sprout stepped onto a podium but was too short to reach the microphone and called out “Step!”

The Mare who announced his arrival suddenly realized “Oh, right!” And she pushed a stool onto the podium and cranked it to rise Sprout up

A weak chuckle was given by Pinkie Pie but it was clearly forced

Sprout yelled into the microphone “Citizens of Maretime—!”

He was suddenly cut off as a banner with his face on it flopped down onto his head 

Sprout gets the banner off before fixing his sunglasses and hat and asked “Can we try that again?”

Hitch stepped forward yelled “Sprout! What are you doing?

Hitch’s critter friends instantly take off their helmets upon seeing Hitch and join him

Sprout mocked “Awwww. Little Sheriff Hitchy came trotting back. Waaaah. Just in time to see me do what you couldn't – attack our enemies!”

Hitch could practically fell the headache his future self was probably having

He accidentally hits the microphone and the feedback whines

Hitch groaned from the feedback and then declared “Wait, wait, no, Sprout, listen to me. Listen to me. The Pegasi and unicorns can be our friends. There's no need to be afraid of them. Besides, they don't even have any magic.”

Phyllis was shown for a second to quickly ask “What?”

Sprout however was not deterred, if anything he had more confidence than ever as he cheered “No magic? Hah! That's even better!” He laughs

Seeing that they were getting nowhere with Sprout Sunny yelled to the crowd “But we can bring magic back! Bring friendship back!”

Sparkle Chaser “So we don't have to fight? *sighs* That's a relief.” He and some of the other members began taking off their helmets

Sprout panicking lied “W-Wait, what! Whoa, whoa, whoa! Don't listen! They've been brainwashed! You'll all be next if we don't end this now!” He begins to laughs evilly as they all put their helmets back on and he presses a button

The sound of clunking and beeping could be heard as the floor opened up to reveal a giant red robot vaguely in the shape of Sprout as he announced “Say hello... to Sprouticus Maximus!”

"I can't take much more of this..." Twilight groaned.

As if the technological advancement with Anti-Mind Reading Hats, unicorn traps, and especially, phones, wasn't enough, now the weary Twilight Sparkle finds herself concerned with the possibilities of ponies contending with armies of killer robots.

The crowd gasps and Sprout laughs evilly

Phyllis pleaded to her son “Maybe this is a bit too much, dear!”

Sprout did not listen however as he hoped up into the giant robots cockpit and He pulled a lever and pushed a button and the engine came to life with a roar

Sprout yelled “Troops! On to Bridlewood!” 

He pulls the robot’s horn

Sunny yelled to Hitch “We have to warn them!”

Hitch sent a glare towards the robot before following Sunny and the do and was following them

Sprout and Sprouticus Maximus chased the two through Maretime bay and left behind a trail of destruction wherever it went

The two friends were chased to the edge of Maretime Bay, where Izzy, Pipp and Zipp were somehow already their
"Sunny!" Izzy Moonbow shouted.

Starscout and Sheriff Hitch, galloping into view, from over the horizon.

"What are you girls doing here?" Sunny asked as she and Hitch came to a stop in front of them as if they weren’t currently being chased by a dictator with a giant robot.

"We don’t care what anypony says!" Izzy chirped.

"Yeah, we just want to stay friends!" Zipp Storm added.

Sunny and Hitch smiled at their group of new friends

"Pipp! Zipp!" Queen Haven shouted, as she came galloping towards the group, with a herd of pegasi guards. "I know you're upset, darlings, my sweet little darlings," Queen Haven said, with Alphabittle joining. "But it's time go home now!"

"Izzy Moonbow!" Alphabittle began. "You're gonna get us all jinxed!"

"Excuse me!" Queen Have huffed to Alphabittle "Do you see my mouth still moving? That means I'm still a-talking!"

"You're all in danger!" Sunny interrupted.

"What?" Queen Haven and Alphabittle exclaimed.

Suddenly, a loud horn blared in the air, drawing every pony's attention to the source. Driving in a storm of smokes and gravels was Sprouticus Maximus. Marching by the mechanical behemoth's side are a squadron of earth ponies, wearing Anti-Mind Reading Hats.

"Would you look at this?" Sprout called from the giant robot. "Our enemies delivered themselves to us!"
"No, no, no," Queen Haven reassured. "We're not here to fight, Mr. Big Robot Pony."

Unfortunately, the queen's words fell on deaf ears, "I do not accept your surrender!" Spout scoffed. "Load the Splat-a-pults!"

However, some of the earth ponies refused to heed the robot's command, and instead, chose to retreat.

"Why do I have to do everything myself?!" Sprout complained, as an arm extended out from its front.

"This day just keeps getting better and better," Rainbow Dash shook her head in sarcasm.

"We have to stop that thing!" Zipp exclaimed.

"But how?" Izzy asked.

"With magic!" Sunny exclaimed She then turned her attention to Alphabittle and Queen Haven. "Quick! I need your crystals!"

Both Alphabittle and Queen Haven exchanged looks, before they decided they have nothing left to lose. Without any argument, they gave Sunny their crystals, who then turned to her friends. "Theirs a third Crystal! Fallow me!"

“What?” Asked a confused Hitch who followed after Sunny

With that, Sunny Starscout took the lead as she guided her friends, up a hill, back up to her lighthouse, with Emperor Sprout giving chase in his giant robot.

"Oh no, you don't!" Sprout and his robot charged towards Sunny’s lighthouse

Seeing that Hitch announced “I gotta rein that thing in!” He charged towards the robot and Zipp followed with an announcement “I’ve got your back Hitch!” And followed him as they both jumped onto the robot to figure out how to stop it

Hitch turned to Zipp and said “Thanks.”

Zipp smirked and declared “Anytime.”

Back in the lighthouse Sunny, Izzy, and Pipp were at the spot to put the Crystals, first sunny placed the Unicorn Crystals in place with the Earth Pony Crystal Witch prompt a chuckle from Izzy and then pulled out the Pegasus Crystal

Meanwhile back outside Sprout evil laughed as he used his robot to ram the lighthouse

The ramming was clearly felt inside as it caused the three Friends to jump and knocked the two crystals out of place

“Not the Lighthouse! That’s my home!”

Back outside 

Hitch yelled “Sprout! Stop!”

Sprout backed his robot back up as he did so Cracks formed on the lighthouse

Back in the Lighthouse Sunny was able to get back up and noticed the crystals here missing and processed to panic “Where are the other crystals?” As she and her friends looked around

Back outside Hitch climbed onto the robot’s windshield to yell at Sprout “This... ends... now!”

Sprout sarcastically asked “What, and let them have magic?! Never!” He pulled a lever and shook Hitch off the Windshield before flipping a switch which activated Splat-a-pults on the robot

Hitch worried “Whoa, whoa, whoa!”

The Splat-a-pult goo was shot everywhere and the ponies all ran

Soon even some animals were  in danger but Alphabittle shielded them at the cost of getting stuck

Back in the lighthouse some of the goo shot at the window scaring Pipp so she backed away and nearly stepped on the Earth Pony Crystal in the process, noticing that she called out “Sunny!” And passed it to Sunny who caught it with ease

Sunny cheered “Got it!” She put the Crystal down with the now placed Pegasus Crystal and yelled “We need the Unicorn Crystal!”

Izzy looked around and yelled “I'm looking, I'm looking!”

Back outside Sprout goes for another charge and the sudden motion almost makes Hitch fall into the fast spinning Splat-a-pults, fortunately for him Zipp caught him just in time with a yell of “Hitch!”

Hitch was in shock and awe “You saved my life… or will save my life? Ether way thanks.”

Zipp gave a reassuring smile in response

She pulled him to safety and he syed in relief

Back in the Lighthouse Izzy found the Unicorn Crystal and announced “Found it!”

Just then the robot rammed the lighthouse once more knocking the crystal out of Izzy’s hoof and towards the edge

Izzy panicked “Aah! No, no, no, no!”

Sunny’s elevator suddenly gave out dropping Pipp who happened to be on it, she yelled the whole way down but fortunately for her the Elevator stopped right before she hit the floor and she syed in relief “Whew... I'm okay!”

Izzy rushed towards the Crystal and grabbed it but suddenly the floor of the observation deck gasps out from under her

“IZZY!” Everypony yelled in worry

Sunny runs over yelling “Izzy!”

Izzy was hanging on for dear life by the edge she was just able to grab onto at the last second
Back with the robot

Zipp looked at the Splat-a-pults and yelled “We need to shut these down!”

Hitch looked directly at the safety pin for the device

Alphabittle was grunting trying to pry himself free

Pipp who had ran outside yelled “Alphabittle, look out!”

Alphabittle looked behind him to see he was about to be run over, fortunately for him Queen Haven bumped him out of the way at the last second saving him and the critters he was protecting

Izzy let out a breath she didn’t know she was holding upon Alphabittle being pushed to safety

Ponies are all screaming and Phyllis just barley avoids being hit herself wale watching all the chaos, she suddenly looked up and gasps as Izzy struggling to grab the Unicorn Crystal before it falls

Meanwhile Hitch pulls on the safety pin with all his might before finally detaching it and sending the Splat-a-pults flying directly into the Lighthouse and just barley missing Izzy who yelped in surprise and fear

Hitch cringes and admitted “Okay, that was a bad idea!”

Phyllis yelled at her son “Sprout! Let's put the toy away!”

Sprout yelled back “Mommy, please! I'm in the middle of something!”

Phyllis yelled “You come down from there right now!”

Izzy panted “I've almost got it!” She finally succeeded in grabbing the Crystal just before it fell and Sunny pulled her up 

Sunny was panting In exhaustion but still found the strength to smile as Izzy held the Crystal up proudly

Back outside Sprout yelled “But, Mommy, I'm... in... chaaaaarge!” He went full speed ahead

Phyllis jumped in front of the robots path and ordered “I... said... STOP!”

Sprout yelped as he quickly steered the robot to miss his mother and in the process also shake off Hitch and Zipp
The robot crashed hard into the lighthouse

Sunny Starscout and Izzy Moonbow yelped but managed to stay upright this time

Unfortunately the Lighthouse couldn’t take any more abuse as the top began to topple

Hitch yelled “No, no, no!”

Pipp gasped in horror

Sunny tries to put the final Crystal in but the floor tilts back makings her and Izzy slide back, they manage to drag themselves back to the other crystal’s and Sunny finally puts all 3 together… only for nothing to happen

Sunny looked down, even more dejected than she was after the Bridlewood scene.

"The crystals didn't work," Sunny sighed. "Even with a third crystal...they...they didn't do a thing. No...no rainbow lasers, or light show, like you said."

"Sunny," Twilight frowned in sympathy.

"I...I've let you down again," Sunny sobbed. "I've failed Equestria. I'm sorry, I...I wish I could make Equestria a better place. I do! But I–"

Before Sunny could continue, a pair of hooves wrapped around her shoulder, pulling her close for a comforting hug.

"It’s okay," Twilight shushed the distraught, young mare. "It's all going to work out in the end, trust me I’ve been where you are before.”

Still, Sunny cried waterfalls of tears, on Twilight's shoulder, "I'm sorry! I'm sorry!"

"Shhhh, you don't have to apologize for anything, Sunny," Twilight shushed. "Magic or no magic, as long as there's friendship. That's magical enough for me..." Pulling Sunny away, Sunset looked into the young mare's eyes, putting a hoof under her chin. "Is it still magical for you?"

Though sadden, with her hopes and dreams seemingly shattered, Sunny's lips quivered as she managed a small sad smile.
"It is."

With that, Sunny and Twilight wrapped their hooves around each other in another hug, with everypony (with the exception of Shadow Dragon) joining in the group hug.

They proceeded to continue watching after Sunny cheered up

Izzy in complete disbelief said “It... It didn't work.”

The Crystals fall out and down to the ground

Sunny yelled “No, no, no!”

Izzy screams in fear as the top half of the Lighthouse falls to the ground with both Izzy and Sunny still inside

Theirs a big dust cloud that soon cleared to show Sunny who was somehow still in one peace. She slowly opened her eyes and looked up to her destroyed home in horror. She looked around and saw Izzy also getting back up, then she looked at the photo of herself and her dad now with the frame broken into 4 peaces, she syed in disappointment

The other Ponies all began getting up coughing

Sprout grunts as he opened the door of his robot that was on its side, looking around he suddenly looked ashamed

Izzy slowly approached Sunny and tried to reassure her “Oh, Sunny...”

Sunny though suddenly had an epiphany and declared “I understand now. It's not the crystals that need to be brought together. It's us. We can bring back everything that was lost, but it's up to us. We can stay separated by fear and distrust, or we can choose friendship. We can choose love. That's the true magic..”

Sunny and Twilight both smiled, the real magic is the Magic of Friendship

Theirs emotional music playing as First Queen Haven, then Alphabettel, and finally Philips Cloverleaf all came together with a simple but great jester, working together to place the frame back together

Their was a moment of silence and despite everything Sunny was happy

Suddenly from beneath the rubble the Crystal’s began to glow and float up toward Sunny

Sunny asked “What? Aah!” The Crystal’s revolved around her for a moment before lifting her up into the sky

Every pony all watched with anxious expectation for what happens next. First, a golden pair of wings sprouted from Sunny's back, followed by a matching horn that protruded from her head, and Sunny's mane was colored with a streak of blue, yellow, and red.

Twilight Sparkle could hardly believe her eyes, "No way...can it be?" She asked, praying her eyes weren't playing tricks on her.

"Twilight..." Applejack began. "Is she?"

Twilight simply nodded as she confirmed, "She's an alicorn!"

The 3 Crystal’s fly into the air before coming together and in the blink of an eye, a blinding light burst from the sky, banishing the darkness, and bathing all of Equestria in a dazzling aura. And with it, came the restored magic. Every Unicorn's horns began to lit up, in a shower of sparkles, with every Pegasi wings glowing and coated in magic sparkles.

"We're actually flying!" Pipp Petals exclaimed gleefully, as both she and Zipp flapped their wings and take to the sky, where they met up with Sunny.

Zipp and Pipp were stunned silent

"Whoa, Sunny!" Zipp exclaimed. "Check you out!"

"What?" Sheriff Hitch exclaimed, too taken in by Sunny's new appearance.

"I can't believe it!" Sunny smiled.

"Now that's what I call a glow-up," Izzy pointed.

Pipp pointed upward and yelled “Look!”

They looked up to the aurora and the scene transitioned to Bridlewood where 3 Unicorns Fillies and Colts were the first among them to have glowing horns

One of them ran through the town cheering “Daddy, Daddy! The magic is real!”

More Unicorns began getting glowing horns and even the crystals began glowing

Meanwhile in Zephyr Heights the Pegasi were already flying about happily

Sunny Starscout, and all of their friends worked together to clean up Maretime Bay, and fixed all the damages done by Deputy Sprout in his corruption of power, and his time as Emperor.

Needless to say, however, watching all the ponies befriending one another, in spite of their differences, was the greatest reward for the heroes, who made it all possible.

Everywhere they looked, young foals from different pony tribes were running around, playing and laughing together. One earth pony foal was happily chasing with Queen Haven's winged dog, Cloudpuff.

"Aw, you made a new friend!" Queen Haven cooed, cuddling her cheek against Cloudpuff, before he resumed playing with the foal.

"Hi there, buddy!" Alphabittle greeted a young colt, who stared in awe.

Meanwhile, Sheriff Hitch and some earth ponies were watching in awe as Izzy worked on getting a trolley, back up on its wheels courtesy of her new magic and finally gently placed it back down, on its rail and earning some cheers

Pipp took a picture of Zipp posing with some earth ponies, a Unicorn and some critters

Pipp in a singsong voice called out “Stunning~!”

Sprout hesitantly asked “Mommy? Was I a good sheriff?”

“NO! YOU WERE THE ABSOLUTE WORST SHERIFF IN THE HISTORY OF ALL OF MARETIME BAY!” Hitch yelled in anger and frustration

“I’d wager he was the worst sheriff in equestrian history.” Twilight commented

Phyllis dodging the question stutters “Uh, uh... Look! A flying dog!” She pointed up to distract Sprout as she snuck away, where sprouts noticed his mother was gone he pouted

Hitch declared “You did it, Sunny.”

Sunny argued “No. We did it. Together.”

Izzy cheered “Now we never have to be apart!”

The Mane Five put their hooves together and chanted “Hooves to hearts!”

Suddenly, at that exact moment, a familiar pony dropped down, after his long balloon trip around the world.
"Whew! Hey, guys. What did I miss?" He asked the ponies and turned to see the main 5 and proceeded to freak out.

All the ponies couldn’t help but burst out laughing

End Credits ‘Glowin Up’
After the credits 

Back in Maretime Bay, after helping the town of Maretime Bay getting cleaned up, trio of foals were singing together.

"Glowing up!" A Unicorn foal sang.

"Kind of looove," An Earth pony followed.

"We say high! You say what?" The Pegasus sang, with their friend saying the last part together with a laugh. "Race you the bridge!"

"Oh it's on!" The Unicorn raced.

"No using your magic this time!" The Earth pony foal shouted, chasing after her friend.

"Last on there is a rotten sardine!"

"I'm gonna win this time!"

“Looking at those three I can’t help but see the CMC’s.” Twilight declared with a smile
Rarity, Applejack, and Rainbow Dash couldn’t help but agree

The camera pans down to show a glowing trail left by the Earth Pony and revealed glowing marks on the ground in the shape of hoveprints 


The end


Shadow Dragon appeared before the group, "So! Did you like it?"

Everypony responded varying from "'Yes!' to 'That was awesome!' and a single soft 'Yay!'"

Twilight asked “So Shadow, now that we’ve watched it, I fell the need to ask, why did you show us this, I mean I can understand why you showed Sunny and her friends.” Twilight turned to see the group of 5 hugging and couldn’t help but smile before turning back to Shadow Dragon and asking “But why me and my friends? It barely had anything to do with us.”

Shadow Dragon admitted “Well technically you didn’t need to be here for this, I honestly only added you and your friends because it made for interesting commentary you would bring and this would’ve gotten kinda boring for me and the readers otherwise so you were only here to keep things interesting.”

“Wait readers? What readers? Is there some kinda book club or something I’m not aware of?” Twilight asked in confusion

Suddenly Pinkie Pie looked at the reader’s and gasped in shock as she declared “We’re in a fanfiction!? How did I not realize this sooner? Are my 4th wall breaking powers off?”

“No their working fine Pinkie, but please dear Twilight try not to break it any further, it took all I had to suppress your forth wall breaking abilities till now, I was just barely able to do so, it took a lot of time and effort on my part, you are not an easy pony to keep in check, seriously, it may have felt like an hour and a half for you but I’ve been doing this for months, and now I don’t need to stop you anymore because the story’s almost done anyway, so who do you think is related to who? It’s just speculation, theirs no confrontation even for me.”

Pinkie answered “Well Sunny is definitely the defendant of Twilight and nothing can convince me otherwise, Hitch is more likely Applejack’s descendant and just has Fluttershy’s talent for animals, Zipp just has to somehow be related to Rainbow Dash, and Pipp is likely a descendant of Rairty. We just need a descendant of Fluttershy and we’ll have all of us.”

Shadow Dragon smiled and turned his attention towards the others and declared “Now I’m gonna send you all home so say your goodbyes.”

The group of mane 5 reluctantly said their goodbyes to the Main 6 and vice versa

Sunny was the most upset, especially considering the fact she couldn’t have any of their autographs

But she was then surprised by Pinkie Pie who gave her a copy of The Journal of Friendship that was signed by the Main 6
Pinkie explained “It may have caused some trouble for us in the past but I fell like you could use it.”

Sunny took the book and thanked Pinkie for the gift

Soon they were brought home to their respective time periods and Sunny, Hitch, Izzy, Pipp, And Zipp all remembered and used their knowledge of the movie they watched to help connect equestria
