A movie begins with the opening logo of entertainment, as the opening title. Until….

“Okay, let’s change the channel.” As Troid switched to his show.

“Uh, Troid?” Red asked. “Why are you switching the channel?”

“What do you think I’m doing?" Answering his question. "I’m switching to the show that I watch."

“But you're supposed to learn something.” He reminded him. “Twilight asked me to help you learn. And I think maybe if you watch their movie it might help you.”

“We already saw this show for the 5th time." Reminding him. "You think I will learn anything from them?”

“Well, yeah…” Red answered.

“Well, too bad! Because I’m taking control.” As Troid holds a remote. “And I’m gonna watch my movie that has already come out in 2022.” And switch to Avatar The Way of Water.

“But that’s not a lesson that Twilight asks for.” He said, as he searches for another spare. “We are switching back to the show right now.” He switched it back to MLP Movie.

“I’m not watching that show again.” Troid switched back to his show.

“Yes, you are.” Red said, and switched it back again.

“No, I’m not!” He switch it again.

“Are!"

"Not!"

"Are!"

"Not!"

"Are!"

"Not!”

“Are-!” Then he stopped. “Wait, are we doing this again? It seems like we're actually doing this again.”

“Yeah…” He noticed. “The same way we did from our movie. This is copyright.”

“Hold on, does that mean we’re also copyright the movie as well?" As Red thought about it. "Because we both are watching two movies that we wanted to watch.”

“Well, it is possible.” Until his mind pops. “But I think you just gave me an idea…” He forms a portal gun and portal himself, leaving Red confused why he left until he came back. “Okay, Red. I have finally decided that we are gonna make a new movie. But it’s a New Rewrite.”

“A Rewrite?” He asked, as Troid explained.

“Remember how a lot of Youtubers kept saying, “Everything Wrong” meme? Well, I’m changing the Mlp Movie, to a better and greatest show ever. So I hack into- I mean, I ask the Director if I could borrow the script.”

“You mean, stole?” Red figured.

“I didn’t steal, I borrowed it." Troid answered. "So I rewrote it and changed some stories. The ponies’ characters will still stay in the movie because everyone likes them, but others I’m gonna to change. As long as I rewrite the script then it will be the perfect movie ever. Not like Storm King, he’s no good for playing the part as a villain.”

“So you decided to remake it?” He questioned.

“Correct," he answered. "As I write the story will begin in another universe that is now being created by me.”

“I thought the universe was created by something called the Big Bang?” He thinks how the universe was created.

“Yes, but sometimes every universe can be created." He explained. "You know, how universes were created whenever every movie was created from years to years? You know? Anyway, as I rewrite this script the universe will soon appear out of nowhere with connections to their universe. Just to be fair, Red. I’m gonna prove to you that I don’t need any lessons from that boring show.”

“Okay," As he thinks he may learned. "But this better be a great movie. It has to have everything I remember.”

“Oh, it will.” He began writing. “Oh, it will….” And the movie begins, in a rewrite.
> Chapter 1: The Friendship Festival

You already know who I am so let's get this started. Everything starts with the beginning of the film, ponies singing around Equestria, and Spike was in a hurry. Pretty sure, you already know the rest. But this is different, thanks to my new script. Now, let's start with Twilight. *Sighs* Even though I wish not to talk about her, but I have to. It's in the script I wrote.

"Twilight, anything we needed for the Festival?" Spike asked as he taking a breathe, but noticed her not smiling. "Twilight, what's wrong? Is it a festival? Did we do something wrong? Did I do something wrong?"

"No, it's not that, Spike." She answered. "It's something."

"Wait," As he understand what's wrong. "Is it that...."

"Mmhm..." As she nodded. "I still haven't told him."

"You haven't told Flash about it." When he realized she haven't told Flash

"That's the problem." She turns to him worried. "I haven't told him yet. I wish I could but it's so hard. When I'm about to tell him, he just smiles to see me, and I just stand there petrified of what to say."

"Twilight, come on." He courage her. "You can tell him. You're the Princess of Friendship, you have the hooves to tell. Since you two got married like a moons ago, your friends were happy you have a coltfriend. Even Cadence was happy when she found out you were gazing upon him. And Shining Armor appreciates Flash to protect you as your royal guard. I'm sure he will be happy when you tell him. But right now, the festival we need to plan."

She thinks about it as she enters the throne room and meets with Princess Celestia, Princess Luna, and Princess Cadance, asking that they reposition the sun and moon for the concert performance of pony pop star Songbird Serenade. However, the princesses tell Twilight that each of their magic serves a purpose and that, as the Princess of Friendship, she already has all the magic she needs to make the festival a success. Pretty sure, we already know the rest because this is the most boring conversation that I ever watch. Trust me, all they did is talk, talk, talk, and blah, blah, blah, about friendships. But cross that out, it's not in the script. Now meanwhile, the rest of the Mane Six set up the festival's main stage area: Rainbow Dash clears the weather, Pinkie Pie makes balloon animals, Fluttershy rehearses with her chorus of songbirds, Applejack hands out apple cider, and Rarity decorates the stage.

"Whoa! Heads up, Fluttershy!" Pinkie Pie cried. "Out of control balloooooon!!"

"Hoo." Fluttershy sees. "I don't think it's the balloon that's out of control, Pinkie Pie!"

"Hey, y'all!" Applejack appears with cider. "Anypony up for some free samples of my family's apple cider?"And Rainbow Dash swoops in and take one.

"Ah! Thank you!" She takes a sip. "Loved it!"

And Rarity was humming while decorating with shiny diamonds.

"Wow, Rarity." Applejack said. "It's a fine job you're doin' there. 'Course it might not get done 'til after the concert."

"Applejack, darling, anypony can do "fine." She said. "Twilight asked me, so clearly, she's going for fabulous, and fabulous takes time."

"Fabulous takes forever! But "awesome"..." As Rainbow Dash flies past Fluttershy. "...can get done in four seconds flat! Faster if I do my sonic rainboom!"

"Aah! Nono, oh no! Don't you dare, Rainbow Dash!" Rarity told her. "It looks wretched enough already."

"Oh come on, it's fine!" She disagreed.

"If you were raised in a barn!" She said not wanting to hurt Applejack's feeling. "Ahem, no offense, Applejack."

"None taken." Applejack accept. "Especially since I wasn't raised in a barn. My family just happens to have a barn. Where I was born. And... spent most of my formative years..."

"Raised in a barn!" She finished her sentence.

As they were talking, Twilight and Spike appeared as she was nervous for the festival. "Okay, just two hundred and eighteen things left to do and we're ready." Then her friends sees her. "Hey, Twilight!"

"Hello, Spike." Rarity said with a charming.

And Spike chuckled. "Uh, hi, Rarity. Heh heh."

"How'd it go with the other Princesses?" Applejack asked. "They like your idea?"

"I bet they loved it!" Pinkie's agreed.

Twilight sighed and answered. "Not exactly. They think I can make today perfect without their magic."

"And they are absolutely right, darling." Rarity said, agreed. "This festival is your brilliant idea and we know you're up to the task!"

"But what if I'm not?!" As she becoming worried. "What if Songbird Serenade hates the stage?! Or nopony makes a new friend?! And if I fail at the festival, then who am I?!"

"Twilight, look at me!" Bringing her face up close. "This will be the biggest celebration Equestria has ever seen! As the Princess of Friendship, you cannot fail! This day will define who you are! The pressure is intense! It's almost too much for any single pony to handle! But you have us! So stop worrying."

Her friends then have the utmost confidence in her, leading into the song "We Got This Together." But I'm not gonna write the whole lyrics because you already know the song. Just go to YouTube and enter their song. If you really wanted to hear the song. At the end of the song, Pinkie Pie accidentally fires a multi-layered cake from her party cannon that lands on Twilight and makes a mess.

"Oopsie!" Seeing her cover in cake layers. "Guess my easy bake confetti cake cannon needs a little bit more fine tuning!"

And when she emerges, somepony is there. Can't believe I have to use it instead of "someone."

"Twilight?" A pony asked who was wearing his golden armor.

When she look up and see it was Flash Sentry. "Flash...." As she cleans herself from cake's frosting. "You're here..."

"Yeah, what would I be? Missing the Friendship Festival with my wife?"

"Oh, yeah...." As she was blushing and then thinking about the secret she's holding. "Flash, I need to tell you something."

"Really, what is it?" He asked, what she had to say.

Twilight started to get nervous as Spike gave her a thumbs up. Her friends then watched what she was about to say. But that cut short when somepony called.

"Excuse me." They all turned to a pair of ponies in black suits and shades, walking on either side of a mare. As they did, a civilian pony gasped. "Hiya..." Songbird smiled at the group. "I'm lookin' for the pony in charge." As she said that, Photo Finish suddenly appeared and started taking pictures as the song-pony posed. "I need to set up for my sound check."

"Ms. Songbird Serenade?" She ran up, looking a little flustered. "Um, I was just going to check on you." She let out a series of nervous laughs. "I'm Princess Twilight, and sorry about the mess." She started rubbing her leg, unaware she was covering her hoof in the one bit of cake batter. "I'm usually not so-" She stopped when she waved her hoof around and accidentally fired the cake batter and Songbird, hitting her jacket and causing the ponies around them to gasp.

"Caked in cake?" She asked, clearly not upset by the stains of her clothes. This made Twilight letting out another nervous laugh as one of Songbird's bodyguards used his radio and clean the stain.

While cleaning, Flash asks Twilight what she was going to say. "So Twilight, what were you wanting to tell me?"

"Oh, it's... uhh...." As she became nervous to tell him and then said, "I was wondering if you could help with the royal guards. Even though my brother did put you in charge." Flash agreed to help, all of a sudden, a loud horn alerted the Canterlot. A large, ominous ship emerges from the sky. "Shipment?" She exclaimed. "I didn't order any shipment."

"Oh!" Pinkie's cheered. "I bet those are the clowns I ordered!" But as it got closer, it was revealed to be a large ship shaped like a shark. "...Or definitely not the clowns I ordered."
> Chapter 2: Fishes over Canterlot

All of Canterlot was on edge as the large ship crashed through the festival and everypony gasped, and then it stopped. Everything went silent, as the jaw of the shark opened like a drawbridge. Then a mysterious figure approaches from the shadow revealing itself as an orange crab creature with strange clothes.

“Greetings, Land-Ponies of the Surface,” he said. “I am Krad, an Atlantians Crab and a Royal Servant to the Queen of Atlantis. We came from the Deep Sea called Atlantis and have come here with peace and harmony between the Land and the Sea. And sorry, about your festival we needed a shore to dock. But we're only here to reveal our existence to a surface to show we're only here to bring harmony. And now, let me introduce our first Land-Creature who helped us see the harmony of your surface. I give you..... Tempest Shadow!" He gestured to the ship as a pony stepped out of the smoke inside. But there was something not quite right about her, mainly the stump where her horn had once been.

"Is that a... unicorn?" Twilight questions.

And Spike think. "I think so," He think. "But what happened to her horn?"

"Thank you for your speech, Krad." Tempest appreciate. "The Queen will be pleased with it."

"Indeed..." He bowed, but turn to a sinister silence. "Even if you're not one of us...."

As she steps foward, the three alicorn princesses flew down. "Tempest, is it?" Celestia asked, getting a nod from the lead pony. "How may we help you?"

"Oh, I'm so glad you asked." She smiled. "How about we start with your complete and total surrender?" This statement caused even more murmuring from the pony crowd, the knight running up next to the princesses.

"Hi there." Twilight waved. "Princess of Friendship. Not exactly sure what's going on, but I know we can talk things out."

"Oh, goody. All four Princesses." She glanced around at this. "Here's the deal, ladies. I need your magic. Give it up nicely, please, or we make it difficult for everyone!"

"And why should we cower before you?" Luna asked. "There's one of you, and hundreds of us."

Tempest chuckled, "I was hoping you'd choose "difficult." As she pulls out a small looking sphere box that has weird glyphs around it.

"What's in the box?" Celestia asked.

"Oh," with a sinister look. "Something you all might have a splash."

She tosses it nicely, as it lands and rolls towards their hooves. With a beeping, it stops and blasts powerful waves at them. Soon, an army of strange and different Atlantians Creatures starts charging out from the ship with weird steel armor as they carry steel tridents, and invades the city. The royal guards defend the princess and the city, and use their magic to defeat them. But it does not have any effect on them, as they laugh maniacally because they didn't feel pain and then throw more water-bomb around the city.

"The Magic, it doesn't have any effects on them." As Twilight with Cadance. Then a red Atlantians Lobster came with a metal claw started firing his blaster at them, as Cadance step in took the hit for Twilight. "Cadance!"

Cadence was surrounded by the Atlantians as they used chains to lock her magic and contain. The ponies were surrounded by them, as Celestia and Luna were left.

"Luna, quick!" She tells her sister. "Go south beyond the Badlands! Seek help from the Queen of the Hippo-" But she was cut off by a powerful electricity attack by a green Atlantians Eel wearing goggles and gauntlet. Before Luna could escape, she was hit by an anchor thrown by the blue Atlantians Hammerhead Shark.

"Luna!" Twilight cried. Then the Atlantians try to capture her as Flash came to defend her, but just keep coming as one throws a water-bomb at them and explodes. 

Tempest chuckled and smiles. "Easy as pie."

"Pie?" Krad questions, as she explained.

"It's a land's thing that ponies use to say when- Never mind." As the water cleared, it revealed they didn't get them but only got swept away. "Where did that Princess go? Find that Princess!"

Then shown Twilight and Flash were saved by Rainbow Dash and Fluttershy. "Nice save." He said, as she thank him.

They heard Applejack yell, seeing her, Rarity, Fluttershy, Pinkie, and Spike. The Mane Six, Flash, and Spike try to escape the city, but the Atlantians Guards cut off their escape route. Twilight blasts them with her magic, but it still has no effect. As they point their tridents at them ready to fire, as they dodge it, and it hits one behind them who was ready to throw another water-bomb. And it lands between them.

"Oh Splash....," As Rainbow Dash said. And it explodes, destroys the bridge they're standing on, and they plummet into the river and over a waterfall. The Atlantians watches and see them disappear thinking they did not survive from the fall.



Many many miles downriver from the waterfall they had plummeted off of, Twilight and her friends pulled themselves out of the water, the group now on the edge of a dark forest. And Applejack take her hat from the river. "Everypony, okay?"

"I think my bottom's on backward." Rarity said, checking herself.

"We just got our cupcakes handed to us by the worst party crasher ever!" Pinkie exclaimed.

"We gotta go back there and fight!" Rainbow Dash cracking her hooves.

"You saw the size of those fish creatures." He said after seeing how powerful the creatures are. "You seriously wanna go back?"

"He's right.” Flash said, not wearing his helmet during falling from the waterfall. “Those strange looking fish creatures look like they are immune to magic. It's like they were invincible with no pain. What are they?"

"Pretty sure, they are called Atlantians." Twilight claimed. "And they said they came from the Deep Sea called Atlantis. But I never heard of Atlantis or any of those creatures."

"So now what?" Applejack asked. "We can't hide here forever. And let's be honest, we can't go back. Look at what they did to the Princesses. We gotta keep them from Twilight."

They then try to decide what to do, as Twilight spoke up. "The Queen."

"Yeah, the Queen!" Pinkie exclaimed but her excitement vanished as she then asked. "Uh, what queen?"

Twilight turned back to the city, barely visible from the distance with the smog cloud covering it. "Celestia told Luna to find the Queen of the... "Hippos." She turned back to them. "Luna can't, so I have to."

"Uh...hippos?" Rainbow Dash asked. "Seriously?"

"I agree," Flash said. "Why hippos?"

"I've heard they're surprisingly graceful for their size." Pinkie giggled. "But they're always hungry."

Then Spike gulped. "Hungry?"

"Hippos?" Applejack asked, as Rarity and Fluttershy exchanged a glance.

"So where do we find these "hippos?" Flash asked.

"They're somewhere south." Twilight replied. "Past the Badlands."

Then that made Fluttershy worried and scared. "That means we'll have to... leave Equestria. Oh dear!"

"I'm not even packed!" Rarity yelped.

"I understand you're scared." Twilight nodded. "And nopony else has to go. But I have to find this queen. She might be our only hope." She began to walk away, the others sharing another glance before Rainbow flew in front of the alicorn.

"Well, you're not getting all the glory. We're in this together." She said, and others assured her.

"We got your back." Applejack said.

Then Pinkie nodded, "Indeedy!"

"I am ready to save Equestria!" Rarity agreed.

"Yay..." Fluttershy said.

"We will be on your side, Princess. I mean, Twilight." Flash chuckled not meaning to called her princess.

"We're all behind you, Twilight." Said Spike.

The princess nodded as Pinkie began bouncing off downstream. "Let's go find this hippo!" Pinkie kept going for a few bounces, only to glance back as she saw her friends were still behind her.

"Uh..." Spike pointed in the opposite direction. "South?"

"Hehe!" She giggled and corrected her direction, the ponies all heading into the dark forest. "Anypony up for a game of "I Spy?" All but Pinkie Pie groan. "No, really! Come on! I spy with my little eye something that is orange. No takers? It's you, Applejack!" She giggles again.

While walking, Spike asks Twilight. "Aren't you still gonna tell him?" Twilight looks behind seeing Flash being annoyed by Pinkie's "I Spy."

"Later," she said. "When we save Canterlot."



Meanwhile, back in Canterlot, all of the ponies have been captured and put in chains. In the throne room, Tempest was very cross between her Generals. "All this power wasted on parties when there are far greater uses." She said disappointed. "When I said to capture the four Alicorns, and yet, you didn't even capture the last Alicorn?"

"Well, we capture the three of them. I mean, they were easy to take down with one strike." The red lobster said, remind they easily took down the princesses.

"Don't tell me what I need to know, Sir Claw." She reminded. "The Queen has hired each of you to be her Generals and under my commands."

"Maybe because we needed to be..." As the Green Eel twitched. "More Zappy. Hehe..."

"You always be too zappy, Znappy." Sir Claw said. "And you, Hark. You should've gone after that land-pony as well."

"Hark just beat up that flying land-pony in the air. With his Anchor." He lifted his anchor.

Then the Atlantians Generals start to argue, and Tempest shuts them. "Enough!" With her horn sparks and almost zap them. "I'm your Leader. And I tell you what to do before the Queen arrives."

Then Krad came reporting of the arrival. "Tempest, the Queen has just arrived." Tempest sighs heavily, and sees another shark ship landed. Its jaws open like a drawbridge, as the Queen appears from it with Atlantians Guards. A purple octopus with pearl jewels and a golden gauntlet shaped like a claw, and a golden trident. She enters the throne, as all the Atlantians bow to their queen, including Tempest and the Generals. Then it shows she has six tentacles, not eight, due the others haven't grown back. "Queen Cecaelia...."

"Please, no need to bow." Cecaelia said. "I'm still not a queen yet. Rise...." Tempest and the Generals rise, as she sees they have accomplished their quest. "So, the Alicorns denied my request of all of us with harmony. What a shame. The land has been poisoned by everything they've done for themselves."

"They did," She agreed. "Equestria cannot be restored unless we can change their ways. They must understand their lands are no good for them anymore. Once we show them, we can restore our home from the dawn of time."

"Indeed, Tempest." Seeing her learning. "Seems like you finally learn how the world works. Once we steal the Alicorns' magic, we can restore our home and we can all live in harmony. All four land-ponies for one."

"Well, it's a funny thing...."

As she said, then Cecaelia stopped. "Wha...?

Tempest told her. "A purple Alicorn..... Has escaped."

This made Cecaelia was furious as she tapped her tridents to the ground. "You let that purple land-pony get away?!"

"It's not my fault!" She exclaimed. "Your Generals have failed but only captured three of the Alicorns."

"I chose them because they would be more help for our strength to capture them." Cecaelia explained.

Tempest glances, and she sees the Generals were not much smarter like they were supposed to be. "We only capture three. The fourth has somehow escaped. We don't really know where she is."

"Hmm, probably you're right. We won't be able to convince the land-ponies without the fourth Alicorn. Time to call out the expert." As she taps her tridents. and the Atlantians Stingray came in. He was covered wearing huntings tools and a crossbow as he enters the throne room. "Tempest, meet Ray. Our new General, and our expert in finding that land-pony that you lost."

"I didn't lose the Alicorn Princess." Tempest still blame them.

"Don't judge your princess, Tempest. I will not let our dream come to an end. I spent all those cycles of the seas just for us to prepare if we failed to restore our home. Everything must be ready. Even you, you wish you wanted that pretty hornless to grow back then you will find that Princess and bring her here. Or else, you may never again be whole like you were before."

She understand and will do everything to have her horn back. "And I will not fail you again.... Sister." Cecaelia appreciates it and lets them track down the fourth Princess. They return to where they first last saw the princess. Ray picks up some tiny crust and touches it, knowing where the princess has gone. "So, do you know?"

"The explosion has caused the princess and the other ponies, and a dragon, to fall down into this river." He explained. "It pulls them straight over there. But now, they're heading south."

"South?" Sir Claw with a frighten tone. "That leads to the Badlands. There's no water or anything we can't survive."

"Then gather your scuba gears, we're going to the desert. That Princess is not gonna keep me from getting my horn back!" They nodded and prepared themselves for the hot desert, while Tempest turned to see how far they would travel. "How far could one little pony get on her own?"
> Chapter 3: City in the desert

Some time later, the Mane Six travel through a vast desert. The blazing sun filled the sky over the deserts south of the badlands. The lack of clouds and the way the sand absorbed the heat turned it into a freaking oven. And as Twilight and the rest of her escapee friends trudged through it, they had found they hadn't eaten in over three days and had barely been able to sleep a wink. They were now regretting this hasty decision, all ready to collapse any moment. Their manes were a mess, their eyes had bags under them and if they didn't find drinkable water soon, their lips were gonna fall off.

"It's so hot out here" As Rarity wiped her brow.

"Yeah." Flash nodded while sweating. "Who knew it was gonna be hot when you’re in a place surrounded with sands."

The others were desperate for water, and Pinkie was going nuts from the heat. "There's sand in my...everything." She groaned as they continued to trudge over the large dunes whilst trying to not kick up any sand. "Heh...saving...Equestria..." She suddenly let out a demented laugh, then noticed something on the ground. "Oh! Look!" She picked up the skull of some kind of bird. "Maybe this little one knows which way to go!" She giggled as a bug crawled out of the skull and across her face. "What's that, friend?" She placed it next to her ear, "We're lost?" She let out another demented laugh before she started coughing, then fell face first into the sand.

"We could be going in... circles!" Spike pointed out. "Endless... sand. Nothin' for miles... but sand..." He picked something up. "And this rock." He let out a cough before raising his tail, revealing something stuck to it. "And this cactus..." He took a deep breath before falling forward, "And this roooooooooaaaaaad...." Like Pinkie, he seemed seconds away from fainting. "This rooooooad...."

But as he said that, Twilight's exhausted brain registered what he had just said. “Hmm? A road?" She looked down and saw a bunch of rocks sticking out of the sand in an organized fashion. "Where there's a road, there's a-" She stopped and gasped.

Those who hadn't fallen to the ground following her up the dune and also seeing it. Spike was surprised and Rainbow Dash cheered.

"What is that?" Applejack asked as Pinkie suddenly shot up out of the sand looking good as new.

“Oooh! A city!" She happily bounced on the spot. "We're doing it!"

And as the ponies walked into the city, they definitely decided this wasn't a place for ponies to be lost in the industrial city called Klugetown. There were a variety of creatures all around the place, many of which they had never seen before. But they all had an aura about them that screamed they would happily pluck their wings to sell as dusters without a second's thought. The city was filthy, the streets covered in large cracks and holes full of water while the building looked so run down that it was a miracle a light breeze didn't knock them over. Then Fluttershy spotted a bunch of cages filled with animals that did not look happy. She moaned before the birds started squawking loudly. She ran back to her friends, who had just stepped up to a large bipedal turtle creature lifting giant barrels onto a cart.

"Hi there!" Twilight called out as the turtle threw the barrel onto a stack of others. But all this did was make the barrels roll off the cart. "Ooh, I'm sorry. Here. Lemme help you with that." She started using her magic to lift the barrels up.

"Hey!" He yelled. "No magic around my merchandise!"

They all flinched at this, the group quickly walking away. "You know that he only said that after you finished helping because he didn't wanna pay you back, right?" Flash commented.

"I get the feeling this place isn't the kind of place ponies should be in." Spike said, believing the place is not friendly.

“It's not like we have much of a choice." Twilight responded. "There's no way we're gonna survive much longer without food and supplies, and this is the only place we'll get some anytime soon. So we just gotta stick together. Be careful who you talk to. And try to blend in."

But Pinkie immediately does just that by asking around about the Queen of the Hippos. "Can I have your attention please?! Can anypony take us to the Queen of the Hippos?!"

Then a pig creature spoke. "You want something? You gotta give something!"

"Well, how about a big warm hug from a grateful pony friend?” She said happily. “How about this comb that I've never used? A picture of my sister Maud? This breath mint? Seriously, buddy. Help me help you."

The pig creature blechs and leaves, just as she saw her friends run up. "Pinkie." Twilight barked. "You can't just take off! And you don't need to announce to every-"

"Relax, Twilight!” The pink pony cut her off. “I totally got this!"

But as she said that, an eight foot lizard creature stepped up. “How much for the giant gecko?" He said.

They got confused as Spike then asked, “Who you callin' a gecko?"

“Uh, Spike isn't for sale." Twilight said, trying to keep him away from the creature.

Then Another Creature. “I want that fancy purple hair!" Pointed at Rarity's mane. "I'll give ya two Atlantis gold for it!"

"Two Atlantis gold?!" She yelped, "It's worth more than that!"

Then all the creatures are bidding, wanting to buy them until someone leapt down in front of them. "Back up, everyone! Back it up!" Standing tall to reveal it was some kind of humanoid cat with orange fur and a red overcoat. "Y'all in some serious danger!" He stepped away from the ponies, looking absolutely terrified. "Now you didn't touch any of them, did you?" He pointed at the ponies, "Just look at all those colors! You think that's natural? They're infected with "pastelis coloritis!"

All the creatures gasped and backed away not wanting to touch them. "Now yah listen here fella, there ain't-" Applejack didn't get to finish as the cat stuffed the end of his tail in front of her mouth.

"Don't worry, don't worry..." He ran over to one of the shark creatures. "As long as you're not covered in purple splotches, you'll be fine." As he said that, he swung his tail around and the shark next to him got covered in the purple stuff. Somehow it didn't seem to notice, at least until the cat turned to him before jumping back. "Uh-oh."

The shark looked down and saw the purple splotches covering his body, the creature gasping. "What do I do?!"

"Enjoy your last moments and don't touch anyone." The cat chuckled. "Because parts will fall off." This was enough to terrify the shark and everyone else around him, the crowd suddenly vanishing in a cloud of kicked up dust. "Well, all right." Letting out a purr as he turned to the ponies.

“Wow! You're awesome!" Rainbow Dash said.

"And quite charming." Rarity giggled.

“Capper's the name." The cat brushed some dust off his coat before bowing. "Charming's my game." He turned to stare down an alleyway. "So...to the Hippos, then?"

He began to make his way down the alley, Pinkie laughing as she bounced after him. That was until Twilight jumped in front of her, holding up her wing to stop her. “I don't know if we should trust him."

“We could definitely use a friend out here!" Pinkie told her.

"You know what?" Capper placed a paw on their shoulders. "Little Cotton Candy Hair is right. And, if I do say so myself..."

Then he sings, "I'm The Friend You Need." Still, not gonna do the whole shocking song of this. You just have to go online on YouTube and search it up. Let's start at the end of it. Capper had finished his song and brought them to a large windmill he called home. They climbed up a large flight of stairs before arriving at an attic door, quickly pushing it open.

"Welcome, my little ponies, to my little manor." He leapt inside and the ponies stuck their heads through the trapdoor, allowing them to see inside the room. It was a small round room full of bookshelves and other items that looked like they were from another world entirely.

"Ooh!" Rarity hummed. "A sort of a roco-hobo-Bohemian hodgepodge."

"Apologies for the state of my litter box.” He said, and chuckled. “I wasn't expecting guests."

They glanced around at this, each being interested in certain items. "Ooh!" As Pinkie looked up at a bunch of bobbles hanging from the ceiling, "So many fun breakables!"

“Lookie, don't touchie." As Flash told her, as Rainbow and Applejack stared at a tea pot with ten spouts on it.

"Y'all sure y'all want the Hippos?" The orange cat asked, as Twilight began looking at the bookshelves.

"Yessirree!" Pinkie nodded, "The Queen of the Hippos!"

The cat smirked. “Not like the Queen of the Lions, or Tigers, or Bears?"

Fluttershy looked interested in those queens while Twilight glanced at Flash and thought of telling him now. "Flash...."

"Hmm?" He look at Twilight, as she has something to say.

"Can I speak with you, just a moment?" He nodded, as they both locked eyes together. And she's ready to say it. “Do you remember that last night we did together?"

"Of course, I remember." As he recalled their time. "We were at night with our friends. Pinkie invited us to her party. Then we danced for a while and went out just for a night. And then, return home." Then notice her blushed as he wonders what was in her mind. "Is there something that I didn't know?"

"Well, it's something.” She explained. “And I really want it to get off my chest."

"You can tell me if something's wrong." Before Twilight could say, she noticed something on a nearby bookshelf. "I'll tell you, later." As she left, leaving Flash confused. She looked at a book that looked rather out of place. The strangest thing was there was a drawing of a mountain on it, one which she also spotted a good distance out the window.
> Chapter 4: Windmill on the roll

Meanwhile, Tempest and the Generals have arrived in Klugetown in pursuit of Princess Twilight. The Generals were wearing scuba gear filled with water to survive in the hot desert. The Klugetowner creatures ran away because they’re Atlantians, as Ray lost track of their search. "They're here. But I lost track of them. There are too many land-creatures with different traces of these land-ponies."

“I knew we should've brought an army.” Sir Claw claimed. “Why do they stay in the Megla-Sub, while we scold around this place? It's a lot hotter than our home."

"I can find that Princess so quickly.” Znappy volunteer. “Just need to recharge myself and I can zip-zoop-zip-and-zoop."

"Save your zap, Znappy.” She command her. “I'm still your leader and you obey my commands. I have something that might help." As she announced herself in front of all Klugetowner creatures. "Attention! A little purple pony passed this way. Tell me where she is..."

"And we'll zap every land-creature with our zappy-zap!" As she pulse her gauntlet with electricity. Tempest was about to command her, until a shark stepped up.

“You think we're gonna fall for this again?” He thought. “I don't know what kinda scam you're workin' with Capper and the rest of your friends, but-"

"Friends?" She asked.

Then he continue on, “Poison or no poison, you're gonna pay!" He was about to strike her, but Hark picks him up.

"Hark keeps the Queen's Sister safe. Hark will not let any land-creature hurt Tempest."

The struggled, as Tempest then threatened him with her sparks. “Now.... about this "Capper"......"



Back in Capper's loft, most of the Mane Six were laying around laughing as Twilight continued her work. "Stop playin' me!" As Capper told Rainbow. "A sonic rainboom? That's not a real thing!" He got up and stared right into her eyes. "Is that a real thing?"

Rainbow smirked and hovered in the air. “I'll show ya!"

But before she could try, Capper grabbed her. "Naw-naw-naw, I don't need you 'sonic rainbooming' up in my place, thank you very much." Rainbow chuckled as she sat back down, Capper turning away. When he did, he found a needle and thread hovering in the air. “Whoa, hey, hold up now." But before he could stop it, the needle dived into his coat sleeve, which had a large rip in it, and stitched it up rather neatly. "Whoa."

He turned to Rarity, who smiled at him while her horn glowed and held up some buttons. "Here you go." She sewed the buttons into place on his coat. "I do apologize. If we were back home, I could've done something truly fabulous."

"Okay... what's the catch?" The cat asked.

“Nothing." She replied. "After all that you've done for us, consider it a thank you."

"Oh.” He surprised. “Uh, don't thank me. Really."

"Girls!" Twilight called, as they heard Twilight call out. "We've been looking for the wrong queen!" She grabbed a map she had found in Capper's things and placed it on a table. "We don't need the Queen of the Hippos! We need the Queen of the Hippogriffs! Part pony, part eagle!"

Capper glances at the map, and reveals it to her. "Oh! Oh, the Hippogriffs! Now, the trouble with that is... no one knows... where they are..."

"Says here they're on the top of Mount Aris!" The she claimed.

"You mean the mountain right outside the window?" The pink pony asked, pointing at the window.

And Capper sees it. "Objects in windows may be less mountainous than they appear. Heh heh heh..."

Twilight ignored him and folded up the map. "Let's go, everypony." They headed down the trapdoor, only for Capper to quickly run ahead of them as they reached the front door.

“Wait!" He pinned himself to the door, letting out a cat yowl. "You can't-" He stopped as the ponies raised an eyebrow at this. "You can't make it by y'allselves." He placed a paw on Twilight's shoulder. "You need an airship! And lucky for you, I can get you a ride."

"I think we can get there on our own." She responded as she pushed him aside and opened the door, only to be suddenly greeted to the sight of a large mole creature in a tuxedo and top hat.

"Here's Verko!" He laughed. Twilight let out a gasp, Flash pushing her behind him as the mole turned to Capper. “These ponies better shoot rainbow lasers out their eyes if they're gonna settle your debt! Brought the big cage." He pointed behind him and they saw a large cage used to haul circus animals. "Let's load 'em up!"

The girls gasped as Flash and Spike glared at him. "You were... you were going to sell us?" Rarity screamed to the cat, Capper grimacing at this.

"I knew it!” Twilight figured. “We gotta get outta here!"

But then it went out as a familiar voice began to chuckle, the air filling with a crackling sound. "Silly little ponies."

Stepped into view with Generals behind her. “Tempest!" The alicorn gasped, as Spike and other Mane Six screamed.

Tempest turned to Capper as she walked inside. "Trusting strangers? Big mistake. Big..."

"Zappy?" As Znappy interrupts her evil speech.

"Hoo-hoo! My goodness!" The mole grabbed the unicorn by her cheeks. "Well, look at you! With your scary broken horn and scowly eyes. What tricks do you know, my little pony-wony?"

"Hey! Paws off of her, land-creature." Sir Claw threatened him. "No one's touches the Queen's Sister."

"I just wanted to see what trick she has?" The mole got his answered.

"I can show you her trick." The green eel approached pulse her electricity and zaps him. After a few seconds, the blast ceased and the smoking Verko coughed before wheezing out.

"Not bad..." He fell back, as Znappy chuckles and sees them looking at her.

"What? He was touching her." As she told, they see the ponies escape through the window.

"Go! Go!" Twilight yelled as she flew out.

"Get her now!" Tempest commands them.

The Generals responded and went after them. The Mane Six kept running, as the Generals went after them. Sir Claw keeps on firing his claw-blaster at them but misses. Znappy tries to zap one of them but misses as well. Hark threw his anchor at them but missed and got it stuck. Then they were on a large windmill, just as Sir Claw and Znappy jumped onto it as well. But they heard a crack realizing they were putting too much pressure, as they did not move a muscle.

They all were relieved until Hark appeared on top. "Hark SMASH!"

"NOOOOOO!" They scream trying to stop him. But it was too late, as he jump and added more pressure. The windmill breaks, as they roll away through the city screaming while holding on. Except Pinkie and Znappy because they're loving it.

"Hark! You really need to stop smashing!!!!" The red lobster screams.

"I'm... gonna... be... sick!" Applejack said. Then they rolled to the air, as the Generals flew out into the air and landed to the ground. And the windmill crashed and stopped. They had barely managed to get away thanks to the windmill blade ride, and after that, they were back to sprinting.

"We have to get there!" Twilight cried as they leapt out of a building they had just run through, pointing to an airship. "To the docks!" They all nodded and ran up a long flight of stairs, arriving at the top, only to see the only airship there leaving. Rainbow spotted a piece of rope connected to the ship that was still laying on the dock, the pegasus quickly grabbing it before pulling the line. Applejack pushed Rarity along the rope, as Fluttershy flew above the line as Spike tried to tightrope behind Applejack and Rarity, but then Pinkie jumped on the rope so hard that Rainbow Dash lost her grip on it.

"PINKIE!" They cried as they watched her fall but Flash and Twilight dived down and saved her.

Then they got onto the ship as relief they made out of the city and onto the ship away from the Atlantians. "Best... escape... plan... ever!" Pinkie exited said.

"WHAT?!" Shocked by Pinkie Pie's enthusiasm over their near death experience. Then suddenly, they were caught in Applejack's lasso, and quickly being pulled behind some ship crates to hide with the others.

Spike shushed them as they heard footsteps along with the voices of two shadowing figures. "Did you hear something?"

A gruff voice asked, being replied to by a squawking sound. “Eh, probably just the rats. If we find 'em, we'll eat 'em."

"Rats?!" Rarity yelped, as Flash shushed her.



Back at the city, the Generals were being disappointed by Tempest who torture them with her lighting for failing capturing the Princess. “You imbecile fishes!" While zapping them. "You let an Alicorn escape from you, again!"

"Well, we were thrown off of that windmill thingy and lost them." Sir Claw explained.

Znappy then said while twitching. “And it was fun. Let's do it again!"

"Hark's head is spinning seeing colorful ponies around." He said, dizzy.

This angers Tempest as she was about to zap them until Ray who was currently dragging a familiar cat toward them. He threw him to the ground, Tempest walking up and grabbing his chin. “Now... where are they going?" As her horn charged up at this, the cat flinched at the sight.

“Okay. No need for violence.” The cat said. “Uh, they're headed..." He was about to say Mount Aris, but before he could, the sun managed to break though the clouds for a second. Its light hit the button on his coat and made him flinch for a second before looking down at it, the cat remembering what Rarity had done, only for the memory of the betrayed look on her face, his heart feeling squeezed before he made a decision and smirking. "They headed east!" He announced, pointing in the opposite direction of Mount Aris. "Yeah, to...to Black Skull Island." As he said this, he didn't see Tempest and the Generals shared a look, the cat turning back to them. "So uh, glad I could be of service to Her Majesty, the Atlantis Queen." He carefully tiptoed backward. "I'll just be on my way." But was stopped behind by Hark with a grin showing his teeth they can tear and eat him alive. “Hehe, nice teeth. Are they for chewing?" He asked.

"Yeah, like a cat who eats fish. And a fish who eats cats." Sir Claw threatened. Capper gulped, as they then grabbed him.

Tempest chuckled as they turned him back to her. "When I get my princess..." A deadly smile began to appear on her lips. "Until then, your fate is still...up in the air." Capper's eyes went wide as they arrived at the Megla-Sub and boarded.

Then Sir Claw grabbed his coat and pulled Capper. "And if it turns out you lied to us, shark boy here will chew you into bits. Understand?!" Capper nodded before Sir Claw pushed him away, getting on board as the cat turned his attention to Mount Aris. Hopefully, by the time Tempest figured out he had tricked them, the ponies would have found what they were looking for. And he would have thought of a way to charm himself out of the ten-mile skydive.

Then Tempest gets a call from her sister through her clam shell. "Have you retrieved the Alicorn, sister?"

"She escaped, again.” Tempest told her. “Your Generals were more useless than I ever expected. But I have a lead to where the Princess right now."

"Hope you do. We must not waste time if we wanted restored our home. Do not fail me, again." She ends the call and moves out of her new throne. She heads deeper into the castle and arrives in the pool filled with piranha fish, and meets the three Princesses in their cage. "So, my Princesses of the Land, how do you feel being locked up in those cage made with Atlantis steel?"

"To be honest, it's not what I appreciate." Luna speak.

“You'll get used to it.” Said the purple octopus. “These were made from the bottom of my city. Your magic will never break free from them."

As a threat, Celestia demands to know why she wants their magic. “Why do you want our magic? They are no use for your people if they're immune to ours."

"Me? Needed magic?” Cecaelia chuckled. “Why would I need your Land-Alicorn Magic? I just needed it for my Sister in Law. I promise her that I will restore her horn with all your magic in it. Once we have your fourth Princess, then I can begin the transfer of four of you into one. One Land-Pony who can wield the power of all Alicorn magic. And for one thing, "There's Only Room for One Ruler." And that is my sister.”

"You won't be able to capture Twilight.” Celestia replied. “She's smarter than you think."

“She can be that smart, but sometimes she can be a fool to understand the harmony we are about to restore."

"Restore?" Cadance asked.

Then Cecaelia explains to them her plan for restoring Equestria. "Equestria has been through the dark history and time of all the chaotic you land-creatures had done. War, pain, destruction, and every mistake you all made. But for me, I can restore Equestria back to its original time. I'm gonna bring the sea back to the beginning where we first once lived in harmony. We will all evolve back from the beginning when the sea was our home. Our home will be restored."

"Restore?” Luna confused. “You're mad! Equestria has live since harmony-"

"Blah, blah, blah..." As she interrupts Luna. "Harmony of Friendships. Pfft, it's all weak. Weak! It's not how the world works, Land-Alicorn. The Sea will be our home. But for our home restore, I needed to convince all the other land-ponies out there. And to do that, I needed you." As she points her trident at Celestia. "They follow your words, so you're gonna tell them we all will evolve. If not, then....." She then commands the Atlantians guards to pull the lever, as it brings Luna's cage down towards the piranha fish.

"Luna!" Celestia cried, and Cecaelia warned her.

"Listen! You're gonna give this speech to them out there and convince them what I'm about to do. Your sister's life depends on you. If not, then we'll see how long can those frenzy tear her apart and rip, leaving nothing but bones." As a threat, she sees her sister being pulled into the pool as the piranha fishes were hungry and wanted to shred her into pieces. Left with no choice, she will do it.

Then Luna was pulled back up to, as Celestia gave her speech that Cecaelia had written and camera is on Live. "Ponies of the Equestria, the time has come. The Atlantians are here to restore our home with peace and harmony. To do that, we all must let them bring the sea to our world so our home can be restored from the beginning of time. We will all evolve back from the beginning when the sea was our home. Our home will be restored together. No more war, no more suffering, no more pain, no more destruction, we will all live in harmony." The ponies from outside could not believe their world was about to be flooded in the sea, as Cecaelia smiled as they listened to their ruler.

Then she and Krad return to the throne, and he does like the idea of convincing the ponies to join them. "You do realize they will not join us, your majesty. They still believe Equestria is perfect the way it is. They do not like your perfection of restoration."

"They will agree when they see it.” She claimed. “They will evolve like us."

But Krad still not like it. “They are just land-ponies, they are not one of us!" This made Cecaelia angry and know what he’s trying to do.

"Do not dare try to convince me what they are.” She said, furiously. “I am your Princess, and your future Queen. I hold my father's trident, passed down through generations, from my predecessors before my ancestors. They vision that every land-creature of the Equestria will join us to evolve in the sea. I will not let their dream die, and so does mine. And now, it is time." She raised her trident high, as it glowed and the sea started to move. Ocean waves started coming towards the shore, as all the Atlantians and the ponies watched as it began flooding the surface.
> Chapter 5: Celaeno and the pirates

On the airship, the ponies were now doing their best to stay hidden. Applejack and Rainbow were glancing out between the boxes and saw that the ship was being run by a bunch of humanoid bird creatures. One of them scratched their butt while burping, Rainbow flinching at this.

Applejack turned to Twilight, who was still looking at the map. "Whadaya think, Twilight? Should we just... ask 'em to take us?"

"Last time we trusted somepony, he tried to sell us!" Twilight said, reminding about trusting the orange cat.

Then Rarity starts to sniff and notice the stinky smell from one of each crates. "My goodness..." As she covered her snout. "These crates smell like they have been rotten inside."

All of them smell and start to cover their snout. But one of the crates hiding them was suddenly lifted out of the way, allowing those on deck to see them as they all gasped. "Hey, guys!" He yelled. "Come check this out!"

As another parrot, wearing an eye-patch, stepped up and smirked at them. "Looks like a pack of stowaways."

"What are we s'posed to do with 'em?" The other parrot said. And the other just squawks.

"I think we tie 'em up!"

"We clip their wings!"

"Nah. We scar 'em... motionally!"

The Manes six gasped as the parrots decided what to do with them. "Wai-wai-wai-wait." Said the one with the eye-patch. "What say the book, Captain Celaeno?"

Then another member of the crew stomped over. She had a prosthetic leg and clanked loudly when she walked who opened up a huge book she was carrying. "Atlantis Queen's rule book says, "Throw them overboard."

Before they could, Flash leapt and defended the Mane six from the pirates. "Back off!" He yelled.

Then she asked. "And who you might be?"

"Flash Sentry! Royal Guard of Princess of Friendship." He said with courage.

Moment of silence, and all the pirates laughed. "Royal Guard of Princess of Friendship?!" While laughing and stopped. "Well, that suited armor is surely made of gold. Let's say we take it, and then throw you all overboard!" But before they could do it, a loud train whistle sound filled the air. The parrots all stopped in place, Celaeno lowering her sword. "All right! That's lunch!"

Then cutscene showing all of them at the table, and the ponies unwittingly join the parrots for a gruel lunch. "Uh, weren't we in the middle of something?" The orange pegasus asked, not knowing what just happened.

"You freeloaders can have something to eat if you want." She replied. "If you're gonna get thrown overboard, you might as well not die on an empty stomach."

"Whoa, whoa, whoa!" Rainbow Dash paused. "So you were about to toss us overboard and you stopped for a lunch break?"

"The Atlantis Queen only allows one break a day for meals." The bird replied. "Then it's back to hauling goods."

"So...you're delivery guys?" Spike asked.

"And gals." The captain responded. "These uniforms aren't exactly doing us any favors."

"Then can you deliver us to Mount Aris?" Twilight asked, showing her the map.

"Sorry." She took a binder with the Atlantis' logo on it from under the table. "We do what the Atlantis Queen orders, or we suffer her wrath."

"Right." Twilight sighed. "Still going overboard."

"Eh, it's nothing personal." The pink parrot shrugged. "Pudding?"

"There's pudding?" But Rarity got her answer when more goop was thrown down onto her bowl, making her frown and slump back. "Oh."

"You all do seem like nice birds." Flash chimed in, then glanced at the Atlantians uniform. "So she forced you all to wear those uniforms?"

"Pretty much," she responded. "She rewarded us treasure for delivering those fishes we collected from the market."

"Guess that explains the smell." Applejack figures.

Then Spike asked, "What with these fish she wanted for?"

And Celaeno tells him. "She says it's none of our business. If we ask that question, she'll drown us in the ocean." 

"Why are all of you afraid of her? Is she something more than a queen?" The alicorn asked, and she replied.

"Yeah." She nodded. "That's how it goes for everyone. No one knows where the Queen and the Atlantians came from. Some have heard rumors that they live in the Deep Sea where no creatures has gone before. They said they once had a King who ruled Atlantis until his daughter took over and became the queen who wields a magical trident that can control the sea."

"And that's what you all are afraid of? Her controlling the sea?" Flash question.

They all nodded, as Rainbow stared at the parrots, then at the room around them. "You weren't always delivery birds, were you?" She said. "What about before the Atlantis Queen?"

"Yeah," Celaeno reached over to a poster with the Atlantis' Logo on it. "We used to be much more adventurous." She pulled the banner aside, revealing a large black flag with a bird skull and crossbones on it.

"Ooh!" Pinkie smiled. "I met that guy in the desert!"

"Whoa!" As the blue pegasus started putting the pieces together. "You used to be... pirates?!"

"Um.." The eye-patch spoke up. "We prefer the term swashbuckling treasure hunters."

Then Rainbow Dash stood up. "So... pirates." She replied, "You birds have a choice to make." Everypony turned to her at this. "You could let some eight arm-tentacles Atlantis Queen tell you how to live your lives, or..." She ran over and grabbed the poster before ripping it off the wall, uncovering the flag. "...you could be awesome again!"

"Rainbow Dash, this really isn't a good time for a-" She didn't get to finish as the pegasus landed on the table.

We're not gonna start the whole lyrics again. Just got to YouTube and watched it. Yeesh, why does everything have to go with the lyrics? Celaeno leapt over to the steering wheel as the others began working the ship. Dancing around and laughing up a storm, the only one not enjoying herself being Twilight.

"Come on!" Celaeno exclaimed as she spun the wheel. "Let's show these little ponies how it's done!" Her crew ran over to some ropes and started pulling them, the metal bird's wings beginning to unfurl. And as they did this, giant feathers of every known color began to furl outward. They grew larger as the sun broke through the dark clouds around them and illuminated the wings.

Flash who no longer wearing his armor due from the song then noticed Twilight not looking, too focused on the map. "You're really missing a sight here." He said, but Twilight was too busy.

"No time to look at pretty stuff." She replied. "We've wasted enough time already."

But she stopped when hearing Rainbow Dash saying she's gonna do something awesomeness. "Awesome! I knew you had it in ya! And now for the finishing touch!" She said, and Pinkie cheered.

"Rainboom! Rainboom! Rainboom! Rainboom!"

"No no no no no! No!" Twilight cried, but it was too late.

Rainbow dived toward the ship, picking up more speed with every second as the wind funneled around her. As she did this, lights of every color flashed around her before a rainbow sonic boom exploded in the sky, Rainbow leaving a rainbow colored trail behind her as she spiraled around the ship again and again. All of them cheered, Twilight now letting out a sigh. "No..." Twilight facehoofed.

Then Flash added. "Hey, at least nopony sees it far from here."
> Chapter 6: Falling Down

In the distance, a Megla-Sub was on the surface as Znappy sees a rainbow in the sky in the sea. "Oh wow, pretty rainbow. Hark! Come see!"

The big hammerhead shark come and see what she's staring. "Hark sees it." Seeing it. "Pretty rainbow."

"What rainbow?" As Tempest now staring at the color now filling the dark and dim skies.

And Znappy said, "I never knew they'd be a rainbow in these dark clouds. Did someone had any weather report?"

"Yeah. Of them to alert us. Funny, though." Tempest slowly turned to Capper. "They don't seem to be heading to Black Skull Island."

Capper gulped as he adjusted his coat. "Like "ha ha" funny or... ha ha..."

"That's it! Hark, chew him!" The red lobster tells, and Hark opened his jaws and was about to eat him, but Tempest stopped him with her electricity.

"Enough! I get to say when you chew him. I'm still your leader." Hark obeyed her commands and settled on not eating the orange cat.

"What's your command when we get there?" Ray asked.

And Tempest replied, "Let's see just how far they're willing to hold out. If they give the pony up, I'll be willing to forgive."



Back on the airship, the pirates and the Mane Six were still having fun until Squabble spotted something in the ocean and knew it was the Atalntians coming, and squawked and rang the bell alerting them and Celaeno as they all turned to see an Megla-Sub. "Atlantians! Looks like they found you!"

"Tempest!" Twilight cried, as Celaeno pulled out her cutlass.

"Secure the rigging! Lock down the cargo! Everyone, prepare to be boarded!" As she said, Boyle rushed over to trap down and pulled it open, gesturing for the ponies to hide.

And Rainbow Dash asked, "Ya think she saw my sonic rainboom?"

"Are you kidding me?!" She said, frustrated. Then the ship was struck by something, as the pirates looked, seeing a harpoon struck through their ship and being pulled back by the Megla-Sub. The Generals climb on the chain and onboard their ship with Tempest on Hark's back, and Capper being tossed over on the ship by Ray.

"Where is the Pony Princess?" Tempest asked, demanding where she is.

They all flinched at hearing Tempest's voice. They heard Celaeno moving around the deck, her peg leg patting against the wood. "Princess?" She said, "Prin-Cess, Prin-Cess... Nope. All we're hauling is Atlantis Queen merchandise."

The Generals start to believe them until Ray believes they are hiding, as Tempest notices. "You do realize that if you were to shelter fugitives, the Atlantis Queen would be quite... explosive."

That made the pirates flinch, Twilight looking petrified as she turned to the others. "We have to get off this ship before they tell Tempest we're here!" Twilight whispered loudly.

But Rainbow Dash then added, "We helped them get their mojo back! They're not gonna give us up!" Then they heard the smash by Hark's anchor.

Twilight then got an idea. "I've got this!" She stared at the cargo bay they were in.

Then Tempest started to have enough of waiting. "Now, I'm gonna count to three, and if you don't tell me where they are, your ship is going down. One..." As she counted, Twilight grabbed a large piece of fabric with the Atlantis logo on it along with a load of rope.

"Hold this!" She gave Rainbow the cloth and Fluttershy the rope.

"What are you doing?" Rainbow Dash asked as Twilight magically pulled them all to a section of the ship before grabbing a lever.

"...two ..." As Tempest counted, Celaeno was ready to draw her sword.

"Ooh, this is gonna be zappy." The green ell twitched, and the Generals were ready to draw their weapons just as Tempest counted to three.

"Three!" Then a screams, as the Generals and Tempest heard it but confused what that was, as Celaeno relief.

"Oh, for Celestia's sake!!!" Rarity screamed, as they continued to scream, or laugh in Pinkie's case, as they and several items from the cargo bay continued to fall.

"This was your plan?" Flash asked while they're in the air falling. But Twilight had other ideas and used her magic to grab all of them and turned the empty crate right side up. She stuffed her friends inside and grab the cloth and the rope.

"What in the hay is she up to?" Applejack asked as the alicorn got to work and within seconds, she had created a makeshift hot air balloon.

Twilight leapt into the balloon and grabbed Spike. "Light it up!" She squeezed the Spike's stomach and he unleashed a burst of fire into the balloon. It filled with hot air and after a few seconds, as they were in the air and sighed in relief.

"Thank goodness." Rarity sighed.

Applejack added as she saw how close they were to hitting the ground. "Phee-yew! Quick thinkin', Twilight!"

"That was fun!" Pinkie exclaimed. "Can we do it again?" Twilight rolled her eyes at this as Rainbow leapt out of the balloon.

"Next stop, Mount Aris!" The pair pushed the balloon at the mountain, everypony smiling as they saw the mountain wasn't too far now.



Back at the ship, the Generals were ripping the place apart, only to find nothing. But Hark found something he smelled.

"Hark is hungry...." Finding fish and ready to eat.

"What?" Sir Claw stopping him. "After we came back from the hot desert and you haven't eaten anything?"

"Hark was doing weight." He said, while being hungry. "Must be strong, can't be weak." As they argue, Capper and the pirates were all being interrogated by a rather annoyed Tempest.

"I told you." The captain growled. "We don't have any ponies on board. And even if we did, we would have thrown them overboard the second we found them."

"Huh..." Tempest raised an eyebrow at this. "Now see... why don't I believe you?!" The pirates backpedaled at this, only to find themselves close to the edge of their ship. "You had better start talking now, or I will turn this ship into a fireball with roasted parrot cooking inside."

The pirates all gulped as Ray stepped up. "Tempest Shadow, we found something that you might want to see." He holds a golden armor plate. Tempest looks at it and recognizes the suite of armor.

"So they were here." As she looks at the Celaeno and her pirates. "Care to explain?"

"We did found them onboard," She noted. "But we thrown them overboard. And stole that golden plate."

Tempest knows they're lying until Znappy found something. "Hey, this looks something." Znappy examined it. "It's like it was drawn by a 4-year old land-creature. It also has a cupcake as well. Whoever made this is has a great sweet-land taste." And she ate it tasting the frosting.

"Let me see that." Tempest demanded, as she held up a piece of folded paper before unfurling it, Tempest raising an eyebrow at this. "Looks like they're heading to Mount Aris."

She turned to Capper, who started sweating. "Really?" He stammered out before slowly laughing. "Mou... Mount Aris? I... well, that's my mis- I didn't know that... mount Ari... my bad, I didn't... that's my... I'm sorry, I'm very very sorry." Tempest gave the map to Sir Claw, as the rest of the Generals were glaring at him for tricking them. "So?" He asked as Tempest strode across the gangplank. "We good? You can just leave me here. I'm sure helping out with the deliveries of this vessel will appease the great Atlantis Queen."

Sir Claw was about to send Hark to chew him again but stopped when Tempest ordered them to return to the sub. "Actually, there's a special delivery I wish for you to make." She added. "I need you to ship something to the bottom of the ocean." They all went wide eyed before her horn sparked with energy. "Your betrayal!" With that, she fired sparks from her horn that shot up to the ship's balloon and exploded like a massive firework, causing a massive hole to appear within it. Capper and the pirates gasped as the ship began to lose altitude, Tempest laughing as she fired more sparks at the ship, causing fireworks to destroy the place. They all cried out as the ship was set alight, the flames causing the hull to rip apart and do even more damage.

Down in the ocean below the ship, near the forest shore, pieces of the ship hit the water. Feathers from the display, cargo and treasure the pirates had painstakingly protected, and of course, the large bird figurehead that had once proudly adorned the front of the airship. The rest of the airship quickly followed suit, crashing into the ocean and sinking below the waves with its occupants still aboard. Tempest watched the ship sink before turning to Sir Claw.

"Set a course for Mount Aris." Sir Claw nodded and commanded the Atlantians to set course, as the Megla-Sub started to dive in the sea. Then Ray steps in requesting her demands. "What is it?"

"Tempest, the sub will take 2-hours to travel there." He announce they will travel. "I request you to send me and Hark there to scout ahead. I can lead us to where they're looking for. I am your command."

Tempest will not let him to scout because he might fail but she wanted her horn to be whole again, as she requested. "Request granted. But if you let her get away, you will be punished for your failures." Ray nodded and left, and headed to the cargo hold where every sea-creatures was stored for battle.

Ray released his pet, Manta, and rode on, as Hark was ready to join in. "Hark doesn't know why Hark is needed?"

"You have the greatest scent from a far away sea." As he then held a golden armor. "Track it down through the sea." Hark takes a scent from the armor plate and dive in the sea, as Ray follows with his ride. And Tempest watches them swim to track down the ponies through the sea and she entrusted him not to fail.
> Chapter 7: Kingdom of the seaponies

Back on the hot air balloon, the ponies had crashed onto the shore but push onward to the top of the mountain. They began to make their way up as the fliers, minus Twilight and Fluttershy, flew straight up to get a better look and make sure there weren't any obstacles. The others walked and found the path, which like the mountain, had been carved out of rock and placed atop the dugout soil.

"We had to crash the balloon at the bottom of the mountain!" Rarity said, desperate. "That's it! I simply... cannot... even! I have nothing! The bad guys have won! I'm so sorryyyyyyyy-y-y-y!"

She dramatically cried out as she laid on the ground until Rainbow Dash announced. "We're almost there."

"Will you stop saying that?!" She asked incredulously.

"No really." She smiled before she flew ahead to see the entrance to the Hippogriff Kingdom.

Twilight gasped with a smile and Applejack laughed good-naturedly. And Rarity sighed, "Time to rest my hooves!" They arrived but saw it was completely abandoned, no Hippogriffs or any creature in sight. "Are we sure this is the right place?"

"Hello?!" The orange earth pony asked. "Is anypony home?!" As she said that, Pinkie began warping around the place in a way that only Pinkie Pie could.

"No Hippogriffies here!" She called out before warping. "Or here! Or here! Or here or here or here!" She then appeared in front of Twilight. "Waaaaaiiit!" She lifted a stone in front of the alicorn and peered under it. "Nope!" She dropped it. "This place is emp-ty!"

"But..." Twilight gulped. "Celestia... the map. They have to be here."

Flash frowned, placing a wing on her shoulder. "Look..." He pointed at a nearby statue showing a hippogriff in all its bird pony glory. "They were here. But Celestia isn't all knowing. She couldn't have known they left."

"But why did they leave?" The alicorn asked as Spike stepped up to the statue.

"Maybe something bad happened here." He stated. "Something that turned this whole place into a ghost town."

"A g-g-g-g-ghost town?!" The yellow pegasus quivered.

As she said that, a new sound filled the air. An ominous noise that sounded like some kind of ghostly moan, the sound making Fluttershy gasp and shrink down.

"What's that sound?" Rainbow Dash asked, as Twilight's ears twitched as she found the source of the wail.

"It's coming from over there!" She ran to a cluster of rocks that was once a collapsed building, the moaning echoing out of a gap in them.

They found the gap in the rocks led to a corridor, Twilight soon lit up her horn so she could see and she went inside the tunnel, with her friends following and soon they found themselves in this wide cave near a pond where the humming was now louder and a big flower was in the water and shining. But the singing stopped when Pinkie stepped onto a piece of a staircase leading down to the pool, the old stone breaking away and causing a noise that made the musician gasp.

"What was that?!" The singer then dove out of the flower and into the water.

"Hey!" Pinkie yelled as she ran to the pond. "Wait up! Cannonball!" She said happily before jumping in the water.

"Pinkie!" Before she could find her, they all bumped and fell into the water. They pop their heads soaked wet, as Pinkie appears out of the water as well. 

She's gone!" She gasped, only for the sound of a machine's gears turning to ring out. "Huh?" She asked before they realized she had been caught up in a whirlpool, caused when the flower in the pool lifted up to reveal it was actually a plug keeping the water in, as it began sucking them all in.

"SWIM!" The orange pegasus screamed, the group trying as the vortex quickly snagged them under.

"Oh, boy..." Rarity whined as they were pulled under. "I hate epic adventures." With that, everypony was yanked down into the spiral of water.

A few seconds later, they found themselves no longer spinning and instead in an exit-less room completely full of water. They looked around and saw that they were all holding their breath, but wouldn't be able to hold it for long. The ponies began to drift off, unable to hold their breath any longer until they let the air they were holding out before breathing in the water around. But there wasn't any. All they were breathing was pure clean oxygen, causing their body to reactivate and allow them to slowly open their eyes. But it was what was around themselves that shocked them as a large air bubble encased their entire head.

"Way to leave it to the last minute, Twilight!" Pinkie yelled as she too had an air bubble. In fact, they all had them now.

"I didn't make these bubbles!" She yelped, told them.

"Then...  Who did?" Fluttershy asked.

As she said that, the sound of the water around them sloshing around caught their attention, as they gasped. And they see a creature peeping and hiding.

"Hello?" Twilight asked. "We're looking for the Hippogriffs." As she speaks nicely.

"How do I know I can trust you?" The mysterious creature asked.

"Please." Twilight begged. "The Atlantians invaded our land. And we need their help."

"The Atlantians?!" The light yelped before it started moving toward them, eventually revealing a yellow seapony. "I'm so glad I saved you guys! I'm totally taking you to my mom!"

Then Twilight gasped. "Does your mother know where they are?"

"Oho!" She singsong and giggles. "She might have an idea!" They swam deeper and deeper into the ocean, Twilight asking how much further it was due to fearing they might be crushed by the pressure. "We're almost there!" She announced as they reached the end of a long cave of rocks, soon arriving at an opening into a larger cavern.

The place was so large that every building in Canterlot could have been fitted comfortably inside it three times over. It was a massive dome-like structure with plants growing out of the sides and floor while hanging from the ceiling were a series of house sized glass objects that gave off vivid lights that filled the entire chamber. And in the very center of it all was what looked like a giant castle that was hanging from the ceiling, which looked fancier and more carefully constructed than any other building. The seapony swam up to the underwater city and as they did, Flash sensed movement and looked down to see more seaponies. They were hiding in the rocks and plants, the older ones pulling the younglings away.

"Not to friendly, are they?" Applejack added, seeing them hiding from them.

"I'm sorry." The yellow seapony replied "We don't often get outsiders coming here."

"How many outsiders have appeared here?" Flash asked. "Including you?" She asked, and they nodded, she started countering. "Eight."

They arrived at the entrance to the castle. The place had a moon pool, allowing them to swim up into it, only to find that the inside of the castle was just as flooded as the outside. The seapony started spinning around, showing off the place as they looked around and found it was a throne-room that was made entirely out of coral and other underwater constructs. They stared at the coral throne, and when they did, they were greeted to the sight of a creamy pink seapony with a purple and pink mane fin that had three blue antennae, she had a pair of purple wing fins, and the end of her tail was tipped by a purple fin. She was laid out on the throne, looking almost asleep.

"Mother..." She swam up to her. "Look what I found!"

"Is it another shell?" The Queen asked, rubbing her eyes as the younger one shook her head. "Because I am telling you if it is another shell, I am-" She stopped and gasped when she saw the group, only to glare at her daughter. "Princess Skystar, what have you done?!" She turned to glare at the ponies. "You know surface dwellers are forbidden here! Guards!" As soon as she said that, four seaponies in armor swam out and pointed spears at them.

"No no n-no!" Skystar cried as she swam in front of her. "M-M-Mom, please! It is so not like that! The Atlantis Queen is trying to destroy their home, too!"

"Is this true?!" She asked, getting a nod from them.

"We need to find the Hippogriffs." Twilight responded. "Do you know what happened to them?" She asked. And the queen answered.

"Well, of course I know. I'm the queen. I know everything." She spoke sternly.

Then Skystar speak up with a happy tone. "Oh, oh, it's such a good story!"

"Don't you dare tell them!" The Queen warned her but she tells them.

"Once upon a time, like, a while ago, the Hippogriffs did live on Mount Aris." She revealed an image of the hippogriffs peacefully in Mount Aris.

"Did I not say don't tell them?" Telling her daughter. "But hey, I'm just the queen. Don't mind me."

"Fine! I can't tell you!" The yellow seapony tells before smiling and creating a projection of the Octopus Queen. "But if I could tell you, I'd say that that tentacle octopus did show up to destroy us!"

"Seriously?" The Queen sighed.

Skystar then projected another image of the hippogriff queen and then the projection of the underwater kingdom. "But, to keep it out of her clutches, their brave and majestic leader, Queen Novo, hid them deep underwater where he could never go!" Another image appeared, showing the city they were currently in. "We are... Well, we were the Hippogriffs! Ta-da!" She laughed and whispered. "But I totally did not tell you that!"

"Well, I guess the pearl is out the oyster now." The Queen gestured to herself. "I am Queen Novo."

"Hold on now. Lemme get this straight." Applejack added. "When the Atlantians came, you just abandoned your entire city and fled?"

"We didn't flee!" Skystar barked back. "We swam! Y'know, in order to flee."

"But... how?" Twilight asked with curiosity.

And the yellow seapony spoke up, turning to her mother. "Oh! Can we show them? Huh? These are the first guests we've had in, like, foreveeerrr! Can we, can we, can we, can we, can we, can we, can we, can we, can we?" Begging her mom.

"Well..." She thought before swimming up to a jellyfish chandelier that hung above the throne. "I suppose I should make sure it still works." She chuckled. The two royals began swimming around the chandelier, causing it to glow before it unleashed a bunch of tendrils from within. The tendrils were wrapped around something, slowly unfurling to reveal a pink orb-like object with light coming off of it. "Careful, now." She told her daughter as she reached for the orb.

Skystar let out a squeal as her mother held the orb and started waving her fin above it, causing the object's glow to intensify before leaving it. The light shot toward them, wrapping around the group, popping their air bubbles as it did so. But instead of drowning, they found themselves able to breathe underwater. And that wasn't the only change. One by one, they all began to transform. They amaze and laugh at their transformation.

"Oh my! These fins are divine!" Rarity squeals.

Laughing as Rainbow swam over to Applejack. "Hey, Applejack, I'll race ya to that coral!"

"You're on!" She exclaimed as she grabbed her hat and swam after Rainbow while Pinkie started doing tricks and circles in the water.

"Woo-hoo!" She giggled, turning to Fluttershy, who was simply floating in the water while holding her new tail. "Ooh! Try it, Fluttershy!"

Fluttershy giggles "Yay."

Then Twilight looks at Flash seeing him as a seapony. "Wow, you look amazing."

"And you look amazing too." As he stares at her seeing she's a seapony. "Beautiful...." This made her blush how he said.

"Guys? Guys?" They turned to Spike as he began to float upward. "What is-" His entire body expanded as small spins stuck out the sides, making them realize he had become a puffer fish. "Happening?!"

"Aw..." Fluttershy smiled as Spike floated up. "So cute!"

While they're having fun and laughing, Twilight soon realizes the Hippogriffs can defeat the Atlantians with the power to become seaponies in the sea, believing this is the key to defeating them and the Atlantis Queen.

"This is amazing!" She gasped before swimming over to Novo and stared at the pearl in her fins. "With this, we could transform everypony at home into something powerful enough to face the Atlantians-"

"Or it could end up being destroyed!" Queen Nova roared, pulling the pearl away.

"But..." The alicorn brain completely froze, unable to believe that she was refusing to help them as Novo's expression softened for a moment. "Honey, I'm sorry about your home. I truly am." She then glared at her. "But my responsibility is to protect my subjects." She held the pearl up and the tendrils grew it, pulling the relic up into the chandelier again. "The pearl... is not going anywhere."

"But... we've come all this way." As Twilight started to lose hope.

"Mom, what about our Protector?" Skystar announced. "She might help us."

"Do not speak about her! They mustn't know." The Queen try to keep her shut but Flash heard.

"What we mustn't know?" He asked, now have the attentions to their friends.



Outside of the sea, Ray and Hark track the scent back to Mount Aris, and arrive to see it was still abandoned. Hark manages to track it as he notices it coming from under the sea. "Hark smells land-ponies under the sea."

"Where?" He asked.

Hark pointed downward, as Ray checked the sea if he's right. One crust he picks up, he now sees the Hippogriff are alive and the Mane Six are with them. "They are alive, but hiding under the sea. We've been tricked by their magic." He looks at Hark. "Return to Tempest, and inform her to bring the army. The Hippogriffs are alive."

"Hark is going alone?" He asked, why he's returning alone.

"I attend to stay." Ray replied. "I have other plans to complete the Queen's mission." Hark nodded and swam away, returning to the Atlantians. And Ray set up his plan to complete his mission.
> Chapter 8: Guardian of the Sea

In the underwater kingdom of Seaquestria, the Mane Six wanna know who's the Protector, and what they're hiding. "What Protector?" Twilight asked. "Who is she?"

Nova did not want to speak of their Protector but her daughter was going to tell them who's their Protector, so she tells them the beginning of the image of their Protector.

"Long before the Sister of the Equestria, the land and the sea were once lived in harmony by our greatest protector of Equestria. Our protectors were the Sea Dragons, Guardians of the Sea, to protect and give peace to creatures in the land or the sea. We worship them as our protector, our guardian, and our savior. But the land was in danger, because the Atlantians from the Deep Sea came to the surface to flood Equestria to restore their home. But our Guardians fled them back to where they came. We thought we were safe, until they summoned the danger of the sea. They thought they could control, but they didn't. A kraken with no love but hate with destruction of everything. Lagriahu, Lord of the Deep Sea. He has the power to control the storm and the sea, flooding Equestria and the surface, as every surface dweller has no land to survive. Our Guardians turned to stopping him but they were slaughtered and beaten, as none of them did not survive from his wrath. But one did, Neslia. She had outrun the destruction of the slaughter but wounded from the battle, as she was washed into our shore and saved her. We worship her and use the magical pearl to restore her strength, as she becomes full of energy and again battles Lagriahu. And soon, Lagriahu was beaten and sent back to the Deep Sea, never again returning to the surface. For the surface, Neslia uses all her strength to restore the land and the sea, but costs her the loss of her powers and the sea. So we hid her in a safe place where she can rest, as we promised not to awaken her to return to the sea. Even though any creatures who learn about her existed could hunt or hurt her, as our last Guardian of the Sea."

She finished her story. "I promise not to awaken her and cannot release her to the outside world. We all must not awaken her. Our last Protector must be hidden."

"But you can't just hide her or hide down here!" Twilight added. "Trapped forever! There's so much you're missing! Including your Protector."

"Our Protector will not leave this place." The queen added. "She will be hidden for her safety, as we did. We are one hundred percent okay with that!" She barked as a small octopus creature swam up to her and gargled something. "Yes, Jamal?" Jamal gargled again. "Ooh! Time for my seaweed wrap." The octopus gargled a third time. "Yes, a massage, too. Mama needs her deep tissue."

With that, she swam out of the room with the octopus. The guards also left, leaving their guests alone in the throne room. "So that's it?" Applejack asked. "We left home for nothin'?"

"Well..." Flash responded, "I guess I can understand where she's coming from." The others turning to him with wide eyes. "What?"

"Oh my gosh! Best...idea!" Skystar smiled. "You can stay with us! FOREVER!" She cheered before laughing. "There are so many things we can do!" She started swimming around the room, showing the ponies a bunch of objects. "We can make friendship bracelets out of shells and... picture frames outta shells and... decorative wastebaskets out of shells."

"You got anything to do down here that doesn't involve shells?" Rainbow Dash asked.

"Well...no," Skystar shook her head. "But now I have someone new to share them with! I mean, aside from my friends, Shelly and Sheldon." As she said that, she pulled a pair of clams from behind her back. The shells had googly eyes stuck onto them, the clams jiggling open and closed. "Right? Shelly and Sheldon." She chuckled as Pinkie gasped in amazement. "Get it?"

Pinkie's smile grew three times the size, but Rarity swam up to the princess before the earth made seapony could say anything. "That sounds lovely darling," Rarity said. "But you must realize, we can't stay."

"We've gotta get back to our families." Applejack reminded her.

"And friends, don't forget about that." Spike added.

"Oh no..." Skystar whimpered before forcing a smile. "Of course. Of course. Heh. Of course you have your own friends back home. It's fine. It's fine. Heh..." She then held the clams away from her before whispering. "Shelly and Sheldon would get jealous anyways." She began to swim away. "Heh. It's probably for the best. Yeah, I'll just, um..." She put the clams down as she added. "I'll get Mom to, uh, turn you back so you can go home." With that, she left and Pinkie swam after her for a second before stopping.

"I know we have to go, but you girls saw how disappointed Princess Skystar was. Couldn't we stay for just a little longer?" She asked. 

"Pinkie," said Applejack. "We just don't have time for-"

But was stopped when Twilight thought about it. "Oh, no." They turned to her. "No no. Pinkie's right."

"Say what now?" Rainbow Dash asked.

"Well, we still need to come up with a plan to get back." Twilight began pushing Pinkie in the direction Skystar swam. "A few minutes won't make a huge difference. And if there's anypony who can cram a lifetime of fun into a blink of an eye, it's Pinkie Pie!" Pinkie cheered at this, a massive smile appearing on her face. "So, go ahead and show Skystar the best time ever!"

"I won't let you down!" Pinkie nodded before saluting, swam off and everyone except Flash followed her out of the room.

"I'm counting on it." As she said that, Twilight looked back up at the chandelier holding the pearl.

"Twilight, what are you doing?" He asked, not knowing what she's up to.

"Nothing, Flash. Just go with my friends and help them."

"Whatever your gonna do, is not-" But was cut-off by her fin.

"Just do as I said, that's an order from your princess." She swam away, leaving Flash not liking what she had in her mind as he swam to join the friends.

Pinkie approaches the sad Skystar and starts singing One Small Thing, offering to have some fun with her before they leave. Other note, you already know the answer. Their games together slowly turn into a celebration, and the rest of the seaponies join in. Even Queen Novo gets swept up in the friendship party and decides to trust the outsiders. Pinkie smiled as her friends hugged her, the party pony having fulfilled her promise and gotten a ton of fun condensed into the short amount of time they had.

"Well," Novo told them all, "I guess there is one small thing we can do."

Everypony smiled, thinking Novo might actually be willing to help them, only for a strange noise to fill the sea. "The pearl alarm! Oh, no, the pearl alarm!" The seapony alarm.

This quickly spotted Novo giving Skystar a glare before turning to swim off. The others followed after her, arriving at the throne room, only to gasp at a certain sight. Twilight, who was tied up in the chandelier's jellyfish tendrils, attempted to escape the cords that had trapped her and were pulling her away from the pearl that she had attempted to steal. Novo growled and swam towards Twilight so fast that he knew he couldn't get to her in time. But all she did was grab the pearl away from Twilight.

"No!" She cried as Novo turned to her. "Please!"

"All of this so you could sneak in and take the pearl, and awaken our Protector?!" The Queen growled protecting the pearl.

"Wait!" Flash called out. "Twilight made a mistake. She's just worried about our kingdom."

But Novo furious as she grabbed Skystar and pulled her away from her new friends. "This is why we don't bring strangers into our home!" Skystar looked down at this, Novo turning to Twilight and the others. "You don't deserve to be one of us."

Before she could transform them back, they were alerted by another alarm as the guard with a terrified news. "My Queen, something just entered through the city."

"Who has entered?" The Queen asked.

Before he could say it, an explosion blew through the kingdom. A shark appeared behind the cloud smoke with Atlantians holding on, and more came through with more sea creatures.

Then they started attacking every seapony they saw, as Sir Claw ordered them. "Destroy everything! Leave no trace of the Hippogriff. Even if they were once before." The Atlantians start firing everything, as Nova has seen the devastation of their home and turns to Twilight and her friends.

Then Nova angrily looks at Twilight and her friends. "What evil have you brought here?"

"No, we didn't bring them here. We didn't know-" She tried to explain but a water-bomb was thrown and exploded separating them. Flash and Spike carried her as they rejoined their friends.

"Is everypony okay?" Spike asked.

"We are. How the hay did they find this place?" As Applejack asked, a green eel showed up with electricity pulsed.

"I can tell you...." They turn and see her with a shocking smile. "We found a map with a cupcake leading us straight here. And a scent of a golden armor that our big boy Hark smelled led us here to this amazing secret place." They all look at Pinkie and Flash because they accidently led the Atlantians straight to the Hippogriff's hidden kingdom. "And since we found them, thanks to you, we can finally have some shocking to do! Haha! Now, we shall take the Alicorn and give her to Tempest. But I think I should shock you all so you remember a thing. Say, goodbye, land-pony. Or shall I say, goodbye, seapony. See how I said that, because you all now seapony, not land-pony. Anyway, bye-bye!" She fully charged her gauntlet and let out an electric blast towards them with bright light. As the light dimmed, they were gone. "Hey, where y'all go?" She asked, not knowing they hid behind the large clams.

"We are so much trouble." Applejack added.

Then the Atlantians was about to shoot her, but Rainbow Dash managed to swoop in and hit the Atlantians and grab a trident. The two Atlantians saw her and were ready to fire, as she was about to use it. "Oh yeah, two can play this game." As she pointed the trident at them but nothing happened. "Huh? How do you work with this thing?" Shaking it.

The Atlantians look at each other then start firing at her, as she flees returning to her friends. "We need to escape! These Atlantians will still find us." Twilight added, but the group were more worried of other seaponies.

"But what about the seaponies, they need our help." Fluttershy reminded, but Twilight doesn't mind them.

"We can't help them! We need to leave."

"How?" Spike recalled, "We're still fishes!" As he puffs showing he's still a pufferfish. They look around and see the pearl in Skystar's fin from the explosion, as Flash swims towards her but she swims backward, afraid he will try to take it.

"It's okay, I'm not gonna take it from you. You just needed to transform me and my friend back into a regular pony." He asked but Skystar still does not believe, as he pleases her. "Please...." Skystar looks at his friends if she believes him. So she held out the pearl and unleashed a brilliant light. In the blink of an eye, they all reverted back to their regular forms as the bubble suddenly popped. They found themselves back into their form but soon realized they needed air, as Skystar gave them an air bubble encasing their head. But she didn't give them the pearl but told them the way out.

"The way out is through that tunnel. It will lead you to the surface." As she swam away, leaving them as Flash tried to come but stopped by Twilight.

"We have to go! There's nothing we can't do!" She told him. Flash does not want to listen but follows her order, as they escape, leaving the Sequestria as the Alantians still continue destroying everything.

Sir Claw watches the kingdom being destroyed as the Atlantians Shrimp inform him. "We have done what you instructed. Everything is place and set."

"Good," he said. "It's time to leave everything buried." He uses his sonic calls, as they follow and leave the kingdom and crumbles the exit behind.

The seaponies were trapped as they heard a noise and noticed the water-bomb were placed everywhere ready to set off. "Bombs!!!"

Queen Nova noticed and knew they didn't have time, as the bomb set off destroying the Seaquestria and everything. The Mane Six swim through the tunnel as the sonic explosion creates a current blasting them.

But they barely managed to break their heads through the water before they all took massive gulps of air, some coughing a bit due to swallowing so much seawater. Once they had their bearings, they looked up and saw Mount Aris a short ways off. But as they began to swim towards the shore, they all realized what had happened.

"Everypony, okay?" Flash asked as he saw the miserable looks on everyone's faces.

Spike looked ready to keel over from the cold, a cold-blooded dragon like him not doing so well. Applejack, after squeezing the water from her hat, turned to Twilight, who had walked a short distance from them to dry her mane. "What were you thinkin'? I mean, stealin' their pearl?"

Twilight sighed. "It was the only way to find Neslia. She was our last hope."

"Cept it wasn't!" Pinkie yelled. "The Queen was going to say yes! We did what you told us and that's what made her realize we were ponies worth saving!" But as soon as she said that, she gasped with a shocked. "Unless... you didn't really want us to show her the best time ever! You just wanted us to distract her!"

The others gasped at this, Twilight standing up before slowly turning to the pink pony. "I never would have done it, but this isn't Equestria! We can't just dance around with con artists, make rainbooms in the sky and expect everything to work out! It's not enough! We are not enough!"

"No, Twilight!" Pinkie glared her down. "We stuck together! We were gonna get the help we needed! The only thing that stopped us... was you!"

This made Twilight more furious. "Well, I'm doing the best I can!" She yelled back, turning away from Pinkie. "It's all on me. I'm the one Tempest wants. I'm the last Princess!"

"Twilight, maybe she's right." Flash agrees with Pinkie.

"What?" Twilight surprised as Flash explained.

"Well, right about everything." He claimed.

"Are you saying you don't agree with me?" As she was about to be furious.

"Well...." As he try to explain but stopped.

"You my husband Flash, you always be my side!" She said, reminding him.

"I'm sorry," he apologized. "But you just...."

"Flash, I order you to stand by my side!" Demanding Flash to join her side with her horn sparking as if she was about to blast.

"No, he won't, because he doesn't trust you as a friend!" Pinkie added made her upset.

"I am a Princess, I give orders. I say whenever you do something you do it! And I order you to be QUIET!!!!!"

Those words echoed along the beach, everypony's eyes going wide. Twilight, having just realized what she had said, cut the power to her horn as her own eyes went wide. She saw Pinkie's brokenhearted expression before turning to the others, Rarity and Fluttershy looking upset while Rainbow and Applejack glared at her. Flash jerk back seeing what she just said while Spike just gulped at her words. Pinkie then began to walk away, the alicorn staring at her.

"Pinkie, I-" But she couldn't get the words out, and Pinkie's sniffles didn't make it any easier.

"I can't talk to you right now. I will be quiet, just like you wanted." She continued, the others slowly following, passing by Twilight with different expressions on their faces.

Rarity had her head and nose turned up at Twilight while Fluttershy stared down at the sand. Rainbow looked rightfully ticked and Applejack, though taking a moment to glance back at Twilight, shared her expression.

Finally, Flash look at her then look away, as she tries to apologize. "Flash, please. I can-"

"Just..." He stops her. "Just don't. Even my wife would never said that in front of her friends." As he said in a hurtful way then walked away not wanting to talk to her anymore.

Twilight tried to tell him something she had been keeping but couldn't, knowing he never wanted to speak to her again. Spike ran up to Twilight, staring at his retreating friends. He then felt motion and turned back to Twilight, seeing she was now walking the other way. She just kept walking until she reached the very end of the beach, where a large cliff was waiting for her. She dropped on her flank onto the stone.

"Twilight?" Spike calms her. "It's okay. You'll figure it out."

"No!" She told him tearfully with a sob. "I can't! I ruined everything!" She continued crying. "There's no chance to save Equestria now." She whimpers. "It's all my fault!" As she continued crying, she didn't hear Spike reply. "Spike?" She turns around, seeing Spike with his tongue sticking out drooling. "Spike?"

Before she could find out, she was stung by something. She looks and sees a sting dart on her foreleg as she feels herself dizzying, as Spike drops down first, and she drops last. Before she passes out, an Atlantian Stingray walks up to her and speaks.

"Let the sting flow through your vein, young pony. Tempest does not like patience." As he said, Twilight passed out unconscious.
> Chapter 9: Return to Equestria

Twilight regains her consciousness and sees herself in the cage surrounded in the pool of sharks as she looks around and sees the outside through a glass window knowing they're under the sea inside the sub. She tries to use her magic to break free but nothing makes a dent.

"Keep trying all you want, they're made of Atlantis Vibranium." Tempest appears from the shadows, including with Ray. "You did an excellent job, Ray. I misjudged your actions. I guess my sister did chose you for a reason."

"It was my honor to serve you, Tempest." He bowed to serve her will.

"Leave us." She commands him as he understood and left, leaving her and Twilight alone face-to-face. "Aww, the "Princess of Friendship. With no friends!" She chuckled. "And no way out." She corrected as she circled around the cage.

Then Twilight asked, "I don't understand. Why are you doing this? You're a pony, just like us! Why serve them?"

"I'm not serving them." Tempest added. "I am the Daughter of the Atlantis King, and the Sister of the Atlantis Queen. I was raised by the royal family who showed me everything about our home. Land never existed when the sea was once our home. We have all lived in harmony from the beginning of our past. But now, we live in pitiful land with no oceans or seas. Our real home will be restored the way it used to be."

"Restore the sea by flooding Equestria?" Twilight said with a frightened tone. "You can't do that. Equestria is the home for all creatures who live on land. Flooding it will not restore anything. Why help them? Why do you live with them if you're not even one of them?"

"Because they saved my life!!!" She shot up and slammed her broken horn onto the bars. It unleashed a stream of blue electricity, illuminating the bar and sent a few rogue bolts into the cage that made Twilight gasp. "My father gave me a home, a life where I finally found. I was never been home to the surface. This is my real home."

Then music starts to play, which every villain has their time to sing. Even evil ponies still had the need to sing their feelings at appropriate times. Just already go on YouTube, if you really want to listen.

And as she sang, Tempest told her a tale. A tale of a little unicorn filly with many friends that she loved to play with since she could use her magic with incredible skill in their games. But then one day, those friends lost their ball in a forest cave outside their hometown. And when that filly bravely ventured in to retrieve it, she found that the cave was home to an Ursa Minor. The beast, with a single swipe of its claws, broke the filly's horn from her head and left a large scar over her eye. The child was barely able to escape and spent months recuperating, but there were some things that just couldn't be healed. This included her horn, which she could no longer use properly. When she returned to her friends and attempted to use her broken horn to play, all she could do was unleash sparks of raw magic that scared them. The friends quickly abandoned her, finding another unicorn that had a lot of skill with her horn, leaving the filly lost and alone. As she was alone on the shore at night, she was found by an Atlantians sea creature who was actually the King of Atlantis. She was frightened, as he saw the sadness of her lost horn and offered her to live in his city as she then accepted leaving Equestria behind. Soon, she arrives in Atlantis City in the Deep Sea where all sea creatures notice she does not belong in their home, as the King accepts her to their home. He introduces his daughter Cecaelia who also has no friends to play with. They both meet and she shows her lost two tentacles from playing with the other friends, and was torn off from a wild shark. They haven't grown back, letting her to be cripple with six tentacles. This made Tempest find someone who was just like her, as they became best friends. And the Atlantis King adopted her as his second daughter. Time passed, they both became royals and studied books of their history of the land and the sea, as their father saw between the two of them and interest they could change the world for both land and sea as he grew old and passed away leaving the two sisters alone and heartbroken. But Cecaelia became the Queen and now in charge of their kingdom. She then took notice her sister hasn't got anything but a promise she can restore her horn if they need powerful magic from the surface. With this, they began their plan and announced they will restore their home and live in harmony.

She turned to glare at Twilight as she began to ascend a staircase leading up to the cage controls. Sending her to the top, as the hatches open with a bright light, showing the outside world. In the not too far off distance, the mountain that held the city of Canterlot could be seen surrounded by water. Equestria was now flooded in the sea, leaving nothing but all the Atlantians with sea creatures with them in the sea at the command of the Atlantis Queen. But despite this, she also felt pity for Tempest as she let the story she told sink in.

"I'm so sorry you felt so alone." She said, understand.

But Tempest rolled her eyes at this. "I saw the truth. My friends abandoned me when times got tough." She glanced back at her. "Looks like I'm not the only one." Twilight grimaced at this. "Face it princess, friendship has failed you too. Because the surface failed you." She walked off, leaving the alicorn to dwell on those words.

"Friendship didn't fail me." The princess whimpered out. "I failed friendship." She looked down in shame.



Back near Mount Aris, the ponies were all laying about on the beach. Despair had overtaken them all, the hurt of what Twilight had said stinging greatly. Fluttershy let out a sigh as she ran her hooves through her mane.

"This whole journey was such a mistake." She sighed as she fought back tears, slowly shrinking down to mouse size. "All we wanted was somepony to help us."

Then Applejack sighs, "Ya think maybe it's time we talk to Twilight?" They don't really know if they should as they all look at Flash.

"Flash, darling," Rarity asked. "Maybe you could talk to her?"

"I can't." He added. "She's not my wife I remember."

Then Fluttershy added why Twilight didn't mean to hurt them. "Perhaps, maybe she was just carried away. She didn't really mean to hurt us, even Pinkie." As they all look behind, seeing Pinkie being quiet. "Twilight never hurt our feelings. Her stress got into her because of how the Atlantians took over Canterlot and captured the princesses, it separated her friendship from us. Maybe we could all talk to her together, maybe our friendship might grow back again?"

They think maybe she's right. If they talk to Twilight together, then their friendship can be reconnected. So they all went to find Twilight but she was nowhere to be found, but found Spike on the ground.

"Spike!" Rarity cried, as they hurried and woke him up. Spike starts to wake up and see them worried. "Spikey, what happened? Where's Twilight?"

"I..." As he tries to remember what happened. "Twilight..." He recalled. "They got Twilight!"

"What?!" Rainbow Dash yelped.

"Twilight! They got her!" He tells them, as Flash asked.

"Who got her?"

"Tempest! They're taking her back to Canterlot!" This caused them all to gasp and go wide-eyed.

"We gotta get her back!" The blue pegasus told the others.

"How?" Fluttershy asked as she grew back to normal. "We'll never catch up to Canterlot!"

"And we got no way to defeat those creatures." Applejack added. "They're immune to any magic. Nothing can defeat them."

As they do not know what to do. "Anything can defeat them." The Mane Six turn around and see who it was. "No need to blast me." Capper replied. "And you're in luck, cuz I happen to know of a group of mighty heroes that could handle this easily!"

"Well!" Rarity growled. "Look what the cat dragged in! Himself!"

Then orange cat chuckled. "These heroes have faced the Atlantians and escaped! I've seen them tackle the streets of the roughest towns, break out of the tightest situations, and inspire others to join their cause!"

Mane Six & Spike but Applejack became very invested in his words until she spoke up. "Now don't get too excited. He's just talkin' about us."

They all moaned as Capper chuckled and leapt off the rock. "They even escaped certain doom at the hooves of Commander Tempest!"

"Yeah." Rainbow Dash added, "That was pretty great."

"Are you kidding me?!" Another voice called out, making them look up to see Captain Celaeno and her crew atop the cliff above them. "That was awesome!" She exclaimed as they leapt down and landed next to them, one of the pirates letting out a might squawk.

"Figured you could use a claw!" He laughed, holding up his clawed metal hand.

"We're on board to help you fight the Atlantians!" She told them before looking sheepish. "Just not on board our... actual ship."

"That crazy unicorn sunk it." He growled before pointing at Rainbow. "But you got back our argh! And we're ready to kick some booty."

The other pirates all laughed in agreement as Celaeno drew her sword, the others smiling at this. But before they could say anything, a new sound caught their attention. It was coming from the ocean, the group turning to see a large circle of bubbles. They all yelped as something flew out of the water that was covered in sparkling light. It was a brilliant cocoon that burst open, shattering to reveal a young half bird half pony creature with a light blue mane and tail.

"Is that what I think it is?" Capper asked, the others simply standing there with their eyes wide.

Princess Skystar glided down and landed on a rock in the middle of the water. "Hellooooooo!!" She sang. "Me again!" She let out a series of giggles. "I'm gonna get so grounded, but I talked things over with Shelly and Sheldon and they pointed out that you were just trying to help your friends." Pinkie's smile grew huge as she walked up to her. "So I wanna help too." She flew onto the beach and smiled at the party pony, then held up the magic pearl from her claw tipped front legs. "Cause I know where Neslia is."

"You know where she is?" Spike asked with a happy tone.

"Mm-hm." She nodded. "Follow me, everyone!" As she leads them, and they follow her. They travel through Mount Aris and arrive at the waterfall flowing with water through the river. "Here we are, the Protector's home." She reveal Neslia's resting place.

"Let me guess..." Rainbow Dash added. "You mean, she was on the surface the whole time, behind that waterfall?"

"It was the only place where no creature could not find her." She tells them. "Now, let's wake her before my mom finds out."

Before she could awaken her, they were found by the Hippogriffs. "Skystar!" The Queen growled. "You should've never revealed her resting place to the outsiders."

"But mother-" But was stopped by the shout of her mother.

“Enough!" She yelled. "Give me the pearl!" She demanded, as Skystar looked back at her new friends.

"No, mom!" Nova was shocked, "I am gonna help my new friends." As she gave a speech. "Look at us, we've been hiding like a coward while our Protector of the sea defends us all because she gave her life to save Equestria. And I'm tired of staying as a seapony collecting seashells for no reasons, no offense Shelly and Sheldon, and wanted go out to the real world. Right now, we need her help to save Equestria again and their friends. So do this for me, our hippogriffs, and for our Protector."

Nova sees how Skystar wants to help her new friends from the surface and wants to awaken Neslia. She walks up to her daughter and takes the pearl.

"I...." As she speaks. "I was afraid of what would happen if we lost her. But it's not her I'm afraid to lose, it's you." She patted Skystar's shoulder. "My dear, daughter. I've been a fool for letting my fear take me. But I will not." As she turns to the other hippogriffs. "It's time we awaken our Protector."

All the hippogriffs were surprised and knew they must awaken Neslia once and for all. So the Mane Six and their friends watch as the hippogriffs start to worship Neslia.

"Neslia, our Protector, and our Guardian of the Sea. I was promised not to awaken you from your slumber but our surface is in great danger. The Atlantians have returned to the surface to flood Equestria into the sea. Please, help us defend our home. Let the pearl give you the strength to save our home." She held the pearl in the air, as it started to magically beam straight through the waterfall and to a mysterious creature.

The magic starts to give her all the energy as her eyes open wide with full energy. She soon appears behind the waterfall as the Mane Six and their friends, their eyes wide open seeing Neslia coming out behind the waterfall.

"She's..... She's real," Applejack said in a surprising tone.

"She's amazing," Fluttershy amazed.

"She's beautiful," Rarity said in a beautiful tone.

"She's awesome!" Said Rainbow Dash.

"She's the Real Amazing Beautiful Awesomeness Legendary Coolest Sea Dragons!!!!!" She screams, as everyone looks at her. "Sorry, but she is."

As the dragon rises glory, Flash and Spike then asked for her help. "Neslia, our friend Twilight has been captured by the Atlantis Queen who controls the sea."

"He's right, we don't really know what they're gonna do to her and the princesses. Please, help us." Spike pleaded.

Then Neslia roars as she will help them save their friends and stop the Atlantis Queen.

"I'll take that as a yes." He commented.

"Ya'll ready to do this thing!?" The others nodded with a smirk as Pinkie turned in the direction of home. "We're coming Twilight!" The others nodded, cheering loudly while Rainbow and Skystar took to the air. "As soon as we bake up a plan!"
> Chapter 10: Battle for Canterlot

Meanwhile, back at the Canterlot, the Megla-Sub finally arrives and the jaw opens. Tempest comes out with her Generals bringing Twilight's cage. Twilight saw the ponies being held by the Atlantians keeping them in place, and not letting anything out of their sight. But some kept hope, one of them being Songbird Serenade. But she soon stopped when an Atlantians Guard growled at her cage, saying something in its language she could only assume was a threat to shut up. She sighed at this as the sound of two carts rolling through the street made them look up, going wide-eyed as they saw Twilight being taken through the street. And as they arrived at the throne room, the Atlantians Guards pushed it open. The once beautiful room was now filled with coral reefs, as the stained glass windows that were supposed to fill the room with light were now covered by Atlantis banners. And the throne was now covered in coral reef, and the Atlantis Queen was waiting for them.

"At last, you finally brought the Princess." As she changes the subject. "Do you know how long I've been sitting here? I'm almost dry out in my new throne, and I have to be soaking wet with a bucket that my servant keeps bringing me." As she said, Krad splashed a bucket of water on her.

"Better?" He asked.

“Yes, and thank you. Now please, that's all." She asked and Krad left, leaving her with Tempest and Twilight. "Well, hello. You must be Twilight Sparkle, Princess of Friendship. I heard many stories from your surface. You and your friends brought harmony to the land with your magic. And speaking of friends, where are they?"

"She and her friends put up a bit of a fight, but she's alone now." Tempest added.

And Cecaelia figured. "Hmm, guess this surface wasn't not harmony enough. That's why we came to the surface because me and my sister will restore everything from the beginning of the Equestria. And to do that..." As she tells her. "We need all four Alicorn magic to lead the land-ponies to join us so we can evolve to the beginning of our existence."

"That what you wanted?" Twilight asked. "Just our magic? To bring the ocean back?"

"Yeah, well, it's for my sister." She added. "I just needed your magic just to restore her horn. So anyway, once we transfer all three of the princesses and your magic out of you, I will give them to my sister and she will have her horn restored and we will convince them all to join us."

"That's your idea?" Twilight exclaimed. "You can't just convince them to let the sea flood Equestria by taking our magic."

“You're just not seeing the future, land-pony. Wait, Twilight, I mean. This is just the beginning of a new world." She said, just as Tempest clear her throat reminding her she's forgetting something. "Right..." As she remembers. "We must hurry if we really want to restore the sea. So follow me, and bring her with us. The princess might be waiting for us down thinking how long they've been there with those hungry piranha fish. Could you imagine?" She chuckled manically. "Well, let's go."

They move on, as the Generals drag Twilight's cage to the dungeon. Then Twilight sees the Megla-Sub outside on the ocean pouring fishes into the middle of the sea and questions her what they're doing. And they arrive seeing the princesses still in the cage, with a pattern drawn on the floor, which was a circle along with a four petalled flower. Each princesses were positioned on the tip of a petal while their cage was placed on the final petal, as they saw Twilight.

"Twilight!" Cadance cried, as Twilight saw her.

“Cadance!" Before she could say, Cecaelia interrupts.

"Okay, before we all get into all the conversation and worry for each other, let's just get this over with and complete what must be done. Shall we?"

The Generals place Twilight's in the circle and Tempest step in the middle, as they were getting ready to transfer as Twilight turned to her captor. "Tempest, don't do this. The magic will-"

"The magic will restore my horn." Tempest glared at her. "It's time to share. Like my sister said, "There's Only Room for One Ruler." She looked away and closed her eyes, imagining what it was gonna be like when the Atlantis Queen restored her horn. "And I'd love for everypony out there to know what I can really do."

As she said, her sister began the ritual. She speaks in a ritual language as she waves her trident around, it lights up the pattern around them. When the light touched her and the other princesses, veins of light flew up their legs and bodies until they reached their horns. Both mares cried out as they felt the magic flow through them before exploding out their horns, and it was transferred to Tempest as she felt the magic flow into her as she was lifted into the air, as the stroke of electricity in her vein. The Generals and Krad were backing away scared, as a powerful magic burst blasting them away but not the Queen and the mist clear revealing Tempest with all alicorn magic. But to their surprise, they were all amazed by her new horn. Tempest's horn was made of electricity fuse with alicorn magic, as Cecaelia controlled the water to create the reflection for her, as she saw herself with her horn restore more better she never knew. She touched it, and it felt real to her. Then she tested it by levitating an object with her magic as she was happy.

"Is it...." She was surprised. "It's my horn."

"Indeed it is...." Krad smirks, not liking it. "Commander Tempest."

"Not Commander Tempest..." As the queen octopus now announces her sister's true place. "Princess Tempest Shadow!"

All of them then bow to their new princess, as Tempest now smiles and stands as a princess to them. Twilight could only think about how she had failed her princesses, her friends, and her friendship.

“Now, my sister, let us show the land-pony outside to see their true princess." Then she looks at the weakened alicorn. "And also, bring that purple land-pony with us. She needs a few more lessons from us."

The Atlantians Guard then take Twilight out of her cage and drag her with them. Outside, they approach on the balcony and are ready to announce to everypony in Canterlot.

"Land-Ponies of the Equestria, the time has come! Your princesses have deceived our agreement for our new home. But you now have the new ruler who can lead you to harmony. Princess Tempest Shadow!" As her sister introduced herself with her. "She will lead you to the new era of our home, the home where we all will soon live together in harmony. So, you will now bow to your new princess of your kind. Your true princess. This is the new beginning."

The ponies look horrified at Tempest's new horn and bow to her as their new princess of the Equestria. Then the Atlantians raise their trident to their new princess as well, as Cecaelia was now ready for the final moment.

"Now, it's time for all of you to transform back into your true evolution." As she said, Tempest began the transformation with her horn and was ready to transform everypony into sea creature, as Twilight watches of the transformation. "At last, our home has finally come. Nothing can stop us now."

As she said, Krad interrupted. "Uh, your highness?" He speaks, and she sighed.

"What?" She asked.

“There's something over there at the sea." Holding a telescope he looked through, as she grabbed it and pushed him aside but all she looked was a tiny distanced.

"Huh, too far to see."

“You have it around." He told her, as she checked and noticed.

"Oh, I'm getting used to land's thing." She turns it around and sees a ship coming this way. "A ship? Arriving too early? Did someone reschedule the delivery?" She asked one of them, but none replied.

"No, your majesty." Krad recalled. "We did not reschedule it. Probably they're late."

"Then send the scout to check it out. I don't want anything to ruin our dramatic scene."

The Atlantians rode on the sea creatures and reached the ship surrounding it. They jump on board and see, too blind to recognize, Capper and the other pirates in disguise.

"Who are you?" The squid creature asked. "Why come early without the Queen's orders?"

"I got a delivery here for a Misses "Atlantis Queen." Capper showed them the order slip. "I was given explicit instructions to bring this here cake to that castle's throne room."

"The Queen didn't order a cake. Is that what they call it?" The anglerfish asked, if that's what it called.

"All right, then." As he pat his shoulder. "Look here. Could one o' y'all go be a pal, go tell your boss she's not gettin' her "congratulations on flooding the Equestria" cake? 'Cause I don't wanna be the one responsible for the Queen missin' her special dessert. You know what I'm sayin'?"

The Atlantians glared at him before staring at the cake and letting out a bunch of growls and were about pointing their tridents at him. But they believe him.

"Thank you kindly, fellas. I'mma be sure and put in a good word for the botha y'all." He winked.

They turn their back away until they hear a chuckle coming from the cake. "What was that?" The squid asked, turning around.

Then Celaeno speak up trying to cover up. "It's.... Uh..... it's the Sound of Music."

The sea creatures were confused as the squid made the anglerfish check it. The anglerfish stared at the cake for a few moments and took a piece of whip cream and ate it.

"Taste good...." As he turned, an eyeball poking out of the cake caught the squid's attention. He saw it as the anglerfish turned and saw it, until he was pulled in.

This alerts the squid as he alerts it's a trap. "It's a trap!!"

But before they could alert, Boyle cut the rope as the net fell on them.

“Okay, Plan B?" The cat asked, as the other Atlantians came aboard hearing it's a trap and pointed tridents at them.

Then Rainbow Dash yelled fearfully, "The jig is up!"

As the cake exploded, they leapt out of the cake and the hippogriffs jumped out the sea and knocked Atlantians from their ride. The others collect their tridents and use it against them.

"Let's see, how does this work?" The orange cat moves his paw around it until it fires to the sky. "Found it."

But that shot was caught by the Cecaelia and the ponies at the castle, Twilight gasping as she saw it.

"What the-?" Cecaelia looked through the telescope again and was surprised to see the hippogriffs were alive. "Hippogriffs? I thought you said, "You wipe them out easily?" She growled at Sir Claw as he was embarrassed.

“We.... We thought we did?"

“And let, they still live, you imbecile fishes!" She growls at them with a tap of her trident. "Send out more Atlantians!"

With her commands, the Atlantains ride or swim towards the ship as the hippogriffs use anything or tridents fight back. But as the enemy got closer, a giant fin fling them out of their ride caught their attention. Everyone stopped, as the sea rose and a creature emerged from the sea, surprising Twilight and the others at the Canterlot, as the large creature revealed herself to be what the deep sea creatures are afraid of.

"It's... it's....." Krad was stuttering and scared.

"Neslia..." Twilight claimed with a surprising tone.

Neslia rose with a loud roar echoing of her arrival, the Atlantians were terrified not wanting to face her.

"That's right, you fish freaks!" Rainbow Dash threatened them. "You are facing the greatest Protector of the Equestria. So run away, and return to your bottom of the sea!"

They were about to, until Cecaelia tapped her trident creating a sonic wave to command them not to flee. They listen, and fire their tridents at her and Neslia. But she was immune to their attack and dived down with her tail splashing at them.

“Sends the Megla-Sub! Take her down! The sea belongs to us!" Cecaelia commands.

They release three Megla-Sub and send them to take her down.

Then Queen Nova sees them sending subs to fire cannons at their Protector. "Protect our Guardian! For Equestria!"

The hippogriffs swim and tackle down every Atlantians, as Flash and Rainbow Dash knock down every sea creature who were aiming at Neslia. Applejack used seaweed for her lasso skills to tie the sea creatures up while Rarity and Capper worked together and limboed every Atlantians' riders from their ride.

“Lovely." Rarity said while smiling after limboing them with a giant bowed ribbon.

They reach the Megla-Sub and see them ready for the harpoon. The sea creatures see them and start firing, as Capper fires the trident at them, surprising him.

“Wow." He smiled seeing how powerful it was.

On the other Megla-Sub, the harpoon was ready and aimed at the Protector. As they aim, they spot her and fire but misses, allowing her to snatch it, dragging the sub down, as it starts to dive into the sea, leaving two on the surface.

Then Pinkie and Fluttershy get on board and start to take down the harpoon before its fire but get separated from the attacks. Fluttershy was then a match to a Atlantians Fangtooth who hisses at her.

“Ooh!" She said, as the fangtooth glared at her, making her quiver, only for the mare to speak. "You seem tense." She showed a caring smile. "Do you wanna talk about it?" The fangtooth blinked at her, raising an eyebrow. "Come on, sit down with me and tell me why you're so tense."

Meanwhile, the harpoon was ready as the Atlantians Dragonfish was ready to fire where Neslia was.

"Don't worry, I promise I won't shoot you." As she's about to, Pinkie taps her shoulder, as she turns.

“You broke a Pinkie Promise!"

“Huh?" Before she could answer, Pinkie held a cupcake and thrust it on her eyes. "Ahhh! Land-Frosty!!!"

Then she did to every sea creature unleash a barrage of cupcakes on them. Then more Atlantians point tridents at her, as Capper sees it and try to blast them but the trident he's holding is out of power. Then he wonders if water is the source as he dunks it into sea as it recharges to its full maximum and fires at them with a powerful explosion, surprising him even more.

“I'm so keeping this." He reminded himself.

Back to Fluttershy, she was comforting the fangtooth that was bawling his eyes out.

"Let it all out." She told him while patting his shoulder. "You were just doing your duty. But I'm just happy you have a family in the Deep Sea."

Before she could learn more only to hear her friends yell her name.

"Fluttershy!"

"Oh!" She smiled at him. "Sorry. Our time is up." She spread her wings and flew away, "Buh-bye! And tell your family I said, hi."

Then fangtooth smiled and wave back to her.

"Goodbye." He returned the statement and left.

Rainbow Dash and Flash snatch and activate water-bombs from the Atlantians, as some get exploded with a splash.

Then Skystar emerges from the water. "Give them to me! I got an idea!"

They toss them to her as she dives and place them inside the thrusters, as it went inside and explodes sinking the first sub. Their victory was close, as the second Megla-Sub was ready to fire a harpoon but couldn't tell where Neslia was under the sea.

"Where's that Sea Dragon? Report?" The shrimp asked one of the sea creatures.

"She's closing in!" The pufferfish replied while looking at the radar map revealing where Neslia is.

Before he asked, Neslia leapt out from the sea and over the Megla-Sub with the cable dragging the other sub and dive into the sea, leaving the sub crashing into another. Two sub were wrecked as Neslia was preparing for her final blow as the energy began to glow like a line on her. Then the Atlantains Shrimp saw what she's about to do.

“Oh, f-“

But cutoff when she blast a powerful energy beam at the wreck subs, destroying them both with one sparks with blue explosions and smokes. Everyone including the ponies at Canterlot cheer as Neslia roar with victory only leaving one left who must be defeated.
> Chapter 11: The Deep Sea rises

Tempest and the Cecaelia were fully wide-eyed seeing Neslia just took down two sub, and everyponies in Canterlot were cheering for their savior.

"What?!" She yelped. "How?!"

Twilight gasped and smiled as the purple alicorn remembered the only power strong enough to overcome any evil. “It's... It's the Magic of-"

"Yeah, yeah!" Cecaelia laughed as she pretended to hug the pair. "Friendship, and flowers, and ponies, and bleh!" She stuck her tongue out in disgust before throwing the ponies aside. "I'm so totally over the cute land-pony thing. But I'm not letting the sea be controlled by their protector who does not restore the sea."

Then her sister toes in to take care. “Then let me take care of her. I will show her what magic I had." She lets out a spark from her new horn, but Cecaelia calms her.

“No need to." She pushed her aside. "She thinks she's the only one who can control the sea, well, let's see if she can deal with my big boy." Tempest was gonna ask who the big boy was, she raised her trident as the sea and waves started to move.

Everyone was startled as Neslia sensed a disturbance. "What's going on now?" Spike asked, as the Mane Six saw the whirlpool in the center.

"I don't know, but that is something we should be worrying about,” said Applejack.

Then the evil rising theme song begins to play, the hippogriffs sense the waves as something emerges from the sea, tentacles move around with crab claws, and a large creature emerges from the pool catching everyone's attention.

"It can't be...." Nova gasped as the creature revealed itself to the world and roared loudly revealing its true self.

"It's that...." Flash stuttered seeing with his own eyes, as the Queen announce.

"Lagriahu, Lord of the Deep Sea." She was scared and all the hippogriffs were terrified.

"They tame a Deep Sea creature?" Skystar was surprised and terrified.

“But that's impossible!" Rainbow Dash claims. "No one can't tame that creature! Can they?"

On the balcony, Twilight and Tempest were surprised when Lagriahu had risen from the sea, and Tempest did not know about him coming to the surface.

"You didn't tell me you control the Lord of the Deep Sea!" Furious, wanting an answer from her sister.

"Oh, right." She chuckled. "I never told you that I had him under my control." She reveals everything about how she controls Lagriahu. "Ever since I became a queen, well almost, I sent my scout to search for any trace of the Lord in the Deep Sea for a very long time. We trace it down to his resting place, and I use my trident to take control of it with a tap on his forehead while he was asleep."

Then Twilight quickly understand. "You mean... You weren't controlling the sea?"

And Cecaelia revealed her true color. "I control him, he controls the sea. That's why I hired some land-creatures to collect fish just to feed my pet to gain enough powers to control the sea. And with him under my control with this, I can restore Equestria to their rightful place." She turns and commands Lagriahu. "Destroy who sent you back to the depth! And take control of what rightfully yours!"

Lagriahu did what she commanded and face-to-face on Neslia who was furious seeing him return to the surface. Both of them roar and hiss at each other and engage into a battle, with a powerful sonic boom pushing everything from them. Their battles have caused the waves to drift, making the ocean out of control and surrounding Canterlot.

The storm waves drift the pirate ship towards Canterlot, and they brace for impact and crash through the crowds, meaning Atlantians. They jump off and battle more sea creatures, as Captain Celaeno kicks an Atlantians Guard away and slashes at another, locking weapons with it until Rainbow flew down and tackles it.

"Head for the castle!" She called out with a swing of her sword. "We'll hold them off!"

They agree and head to the castle as more Atlantians Guards chase after them until Skystar appears.

"Keep going!" They nodded and ran ahead, as she took out her googly eyed clams. "Shelly. Sheldon." She threw them at the closest guard and blinded him.

The others reached the end of the bridge and found several more Atlantians Guards, as Capper with the trident behind his back had an idea.

"Hey, ain't you a fire-breathin' dragon?" Spike turned and nodded knowing what he meant. With this, he uses Spike as a flamethrower and burns several Atlantians as they run from the heat because it's too hot for them. "It's Friday Fish Fry!!" He laughs as he continues flamethrowing every sea creature.

As this was happening, Tempest, Twilight, Cecaelia, Krad, and the Generals had been watching and learned they're coming.

"Barricade the door!" She commands the General as they leave, but Ray stays behind.

"You, too!" Tempest commands them, but he did not but responded.

"I insist on staying by your side, by my orders."

"I order you to-" She about to command him, until her sister tells her.

"It's not your order." She revealed. "It's my order."

"What?" She was confused about what she means.

"I gave orders to Ray when he was hired by me." She explained. "He was just following orders to protect you and to do what I say."

“You mean..." She realizes Ray only obeyed her command. "You didn't tell me that either!" As she said, and she came clear to her.

"You were supposed not to know about this. I just needed you to be more alive, to contain all that alicorn magic in you so I can rule the sea." And that's when Tempest now understand she was just a puppet to contain magic in her for her to take over Equestria.



Back with the Mane Six, they arrive at the castle door and try to get in but it is locked because the Generals have barricaded it behind.

"We're locked out!” Flash called. “We need to find another route."

“Well, you'd have to be flying faster than a speeding Pegasus to break through those glass!" Rainbow Dash pointed at the stained glass at the castle, and Pinkie gasps, giving her an idea.

“Excellent idea, Rainbow Dash!" The others look at her seeing she has an idea for all of them to get in.

Back on the balcony, Tempest was now furious because her sister had been keeping another secret plan she was hiding.

"You use me!" She growled. "After all this time, we were sisters and you used your little sister to hold all the princesses magic?"

"Well....” She reveals. “I needed someone, or somepony, to hold them while I flooded Equestria. Can't have an alicorn interrupt my plans."

“And I thought you and I could rule together as sisters. But you just wanted it for yourself." She sees her sister’s true color of taking Equestria for herself.

"Ooh, so my little sister has finally figured it out all by herself.” Cecaelia figures and letting out all the truth. “True, true, I just really wanted for us to be the ruler but here's one thing, "There's Only Room for One Ruler," and that is me." She pointed at herself and walked away with her tentacles. This enraged Tempest as her horn began to spark, and Ray and the Atlantians were about to attack but stopped by Cecaelia commands. "Okay, sister." She turns around and lets herself open. "Take your best shot."

Tempest shot out her powerful magic at her, but it went in another direction. And they were all confused how she missed that shot from a few feet away.

"Hmph, guess that must be a little zappy magic?" The Octopus Queen guessed as Tempest did it again. "Hm, puny spell...." Then again. "No hesitation...." Then again. "Sloppy love...." Then again but moving the sun. "Sun...." Then the Moon. "Moon...." Again Sun. "Sun..." Again Moon. "Moon..." Then both. "Sun-Moon...." Then reversed. "Moon-Sun...." She was getting tired as Tempest can't do anything magic. "Are you done?"

She backs away not knowing what's going on with her horn. "I… I don't understand. My horn is fixed, why can't I....."

"Why can't you?" She explained. "It's because you are holding a very strong alicorn magic that you did not master. It will take more time to master it if only you were an Alicorn who can control such power. But you're not, you're just a young unicorn who can only do levitation magic. That was your first step you passed."

"Wait,” Twilight paused her. “How do you know all about Alicorn?"

"I'm a princess, my families a royal. They have tons of ancient land history books in their time, and I read 4,069,894,613 pages with each of my tentacles from the library." Then Twilight was total silence. "What? Do you think because we are living in the Deep Sea... we do not have access to books?"

"Well..." She concluded. "I also have been studying books too. And..." But she was interrupted because this is not a conversation about books.

"Okay, enough with the books!" Cecaelia looks at Ray. "Send them to the dungeon! And put that alicorn in the cage with the other princesses. But not my sister. She'll watch and learn until she behaves like a good princess." Ray nodded, and he and the Atlantians drag Twilight and Tempest. "And dump the princesses to the frenzy. I heard they eat alicorn for breakfast." As they head there, she orders Krad to do something. "Get my big weapon ready. It's time to take back the sea." Krad nodded and hurried to set up the weapon, as Cecaelia continued her control on Lagriahu and battled Neslia.



Meanwhile, Pinkie's plan came together with what they did not have in mind. “You sure about this?" Mullet asked, unsure seeing them inside Pinkie's Easy Bake Confetti Cannon.

"Just do it!" Pinkie’s voice echoed from inside the cannon. "Thank you!" She added politely. "I'm excited! Who's excited?! Aaah! I've never been so excited!" She asked from the inside of the cannon where they were all squished in.

Then Squabble squawks and pushes down on the detonator. Launching them into the air as they scream, while Pinkie laughed, fly towards the stained glass and crash through landing next to the Atlantians who were on break. "Bull's-eye!" She said weakly, when the Atlantians were about to point their trident but Spike managed to breathe fire putting them on fire and dive into pools. Then several Atlantians see what he can do and run away not wanting to get close to the fire-breathing dragon. But one was in the corner very afraid of the fire, as they interrogate it.

“Alrighty, now tell us we’re you put Twilight and the princesses?” Spike said, with a strong tone.



At the Frenzy Pool, Twilight was about to be put in the cage with the rest of the princesses. Tempest tries to command Ray and the Atlantians Guard to obey.

"I command you!" She commanded them. "Release me at once! I am your princess."

“We take orders from the Queen, princess.” He announced. “We will do it for our home."

Before they can, the battle outside Neslia blasts energy at Lagriahu but misses, only letting him have the chance to hit her, causing to crash near the castle. The dungeon shakes as an earthquake, giving Twilight the chance to escape, but Ray points his crossbow and tries to stun her but Tempest intervenes using her horn to zap him. The Atlantians blast her but only miss and shoot the chain holding the platform causing them to slip and the Atlantians fall to the frenzy pool. Ray fires multiple times but accident destroys the lever forcing the princesses cage down to the frenzy. Twilight used the trident and jammed the gears which stopped the cages from going down. But Tempest was slipping and holding on to the platform until she couldn't hold on.

"Tempest!" She ran to Tempest who was about to fall but she soon grabbed her left hoof with both hooves. "Hold on!" She cried before she could fall into the pool.

Then Tempest became confused. "Why are you saving me?" She asked in shock and saw the concern in Twilight's eyes.

"Because this is what friends do." She contemplated before smiling. Tempest was amazed this was true friendship, something she had forgotten over the years because of her childhood, she smiled warmly until the gear started to chew up the trident being jammed.

The princesses' cage was about to be lowered down to the frenzy, as Twilight can't save both Tempest and the Princesses. She can't choose between them to save as the trident soon breaks, releasing the gear to lower them down, but stops by a throw with another trident. The Mane Six, Flash, and Spike came just in time to save their friends. Rainbow Dash, Applejack, and Flash use the tridents they borrow and blast the cages freeing the princess before the cage falls into the pool, and Spike, Flutteryshy, Rarity, and Pinkie help Twilight pull Tempest onto the platform. And that's when they were finally united together.

"Pinkie! You all came back!" Twilight smiled, happiness overwhelming her. And they got in a group hug. "I'm so sorry! I was wrong to blame all of you girls. You're the bravest pair of friends a pony could ever ask for."

"I'm sorry, too." Pinkie had tears in her eyes. "Friends mess up sometimes, but we never should've blamed each other. We're just glad that you're okay!"

As they continue hugging, they notice Tempest with her horn restored and they are uneasy as Twilight reassure that she is now on their side. "Don't worry, she's on our side now." She told them trying to show she's not evil anymore.

"She's right." Cadance said, and she and the other princess believe her. "She did use her magic on the manta creature."

Soon, they trusted her, and Ray witnessed from hiding how Twilight just saved Tempest after what she had done for Atlantis. He walks away not letting them notice he was there.

"Twilight!" Flash hugs and twirl her around. "I should've never left you. I could have forgiven you, and...."

“It's okay." She understands his actions. "You didn't mean to hurt my feelings. I will always love you." This makes him smile, as they nuzzle for a few moments and look at each other. Then she now wanted to tell him. "Flash, I need to tell you now. And I need to."

He listened, as Twilight was about to tell him what she was hiding but interrupted by Rainbow Dash.

"Uh, make up later!" She yelled, gaining their attention. "This isn't over!"

The dungeon shakes again as they know the battle isn't over yet, as Neslia is still trying to fight Lagriahu in the sea. "Oh dear,” Fluttershy worries, hearing the battle outside. “Our giant friend is in trouble."

"Well, she won't be." Twilight tells them. "The Atlantis Queen is controlling Lagriahu with her trident. If we take it from her, she won't be able to control him."

"Wait, wait!” Applejack paused her. “You're saying they didn't tame that creature?" Much to her surprise.

"It's what she told me. We have to reach the balcony before she's gonna do something to our protector." Her friends agree, and she turns to Flash. "Flash, get them out of here. We're gonna send the Queen back where she belongs."

"Understood, Princess." He saluted. "I mean, Twilight." He meant to say her name. "Be careful also."

Twilight smiles, as she and her friends head to the balcony to stop Cecaelia. And Flash leads the Princesses outside, but Tempest didn't follow and knowing Twilight and her friends might need help. So she follows to help them before it's too late.
> Chapter 12: One to Rule

Cecaelia was still on the balcony controlling Lagriahu to kill Neslia. Lagriahu blasts lightning at her, but she dives into the sea and backs tail on him many times and energy blasts.

“You think you're very clever?" She growls, wanting to destroy her. "Well, let's see if you can hide from this!" She raises her trident commanding Lagriahu to full electricity and blast it into the sky creating a powerful thunderstorm.

And Krad sees what she was doing. “Your majesty, it will..."

"Doesn't matter, Neslia first!" She ignores him as she knows what will happen. The thunderstorm strikes around the sea and Canterlot. It struck everywhere including ponies, hippogriff, and Atlantians. Neslia dodge and weave from a thunderstrike but it struck her as she still continues on.

"Your majesty, the weapon is ready." He shows her the big harpoon is ready to fire.

"Excellent." She said in furious and pushed him aside. "Move aside! I should be the one who does it." She places her tentacle on the lever and focuses to aim at Neslia. "Come out, Neslia. Can't hide from me."

Meanwhile, Twilight and her friends made it to the balcony and saw her with the big harpoon. They now knew what she was about to do.

Rarity gasped, “That naughty squid! She's gonna harpoon our big friend!"

"Actually, she's an octopus." Fluttershy pointed out.

"Who cares! Time to squish that slime fish!" Rainbow Dash cracked her hooves as she was ready but stopped by someone.

“Not so fast!" The Mane Six were stopped by Atlantians Generals who are now protecting their queen and given orders. "No land-creatures will harm our Queen. Including you, land-ponies." Sir Claw added.

He activates his claw into a blade, Hark swings his anchor, Znappy recharges her gauntlet, and Ray reloads his crossbow. They block their path to their Queen, as they know they have to beat them.

"Okay..." Applejack now tired of them. "Now I'm really tired of them."

"Yeah!" Pinkie agreed but not knowing what she meant. "Are we really tired of them?"

"Yes, we are." Twilight ready herself as her friends ready.

"You've got this, Twilight!" The pink earth pony smiled encouragingly.

"No. We've got this. Together." Twilight said triumphantly.

With that, the Generals start to attack as the Mane Six ready to take them out. Applejack and Pinkie Pie face Sir Claw, Rainbow Dash battle Znappy, Rarity and Fluttershy deal with Hark, and Twilight and Spike deal with Ray.

Rainbow Dash and Znappy battles around zooming or zapping around with speed. "So, you're saying you're the best zapping-zoop eel in the Equestria?" She chuckled. "I thought you were that fast?"

"I'm faster with full zappy!" Znappy unleashes her lightning bolt at her but misses.

Pinkie Pie and Applejack are still dealing with Sir Claw and keep on dodging his blade, and Fluttershy and Rarity are still dodging from Hark's anchor as he keeps on swinging around trying to smash them.

“Hark smash land-ponies!" He slams his anchor at them but misses.

“Now hang on!" Fluttershy paused Hark as he pauses and listens to what she has to say. "Maybe you shouldn't not smash us, or anything. Smashing is very bad and could hurt anypony."

"She's right, darling." Rarity agreed. "If you stop smashing then nopony can get hurt."

"Huh..." He thinks about it. "Hark would stop smashing." They believe they finally made him change his mind. "If land-ponies do not annoy Hark from smashing!" He swings his anchor at them, and they scream and get out of the way.

Twilight and Spike deal with Ray but he is a hunter with skills so he knows about them. Twilight tries to use her magic but forgot she does not have her magic anymore, only Tempest has them. Spike breathes fire to roast him but Ray manages to swipe water on Spike's mouth to extinguish his flame, then throws shuriken stars that are starfish which pin Spike to the wall. Twilight tries to help but Ray holds her at point pointing his crossbow at Spike if she takes another step.

"Any sudden move, I will hurt your friend." He threatened her, but something he wanted to know. "Tell me, why did you save her?"

Twilight stands there as to why he wants her answer of why she helped Tempest. For Tempest, she arrives and sees them fighting but more Atlantians come to warn their queen then see Tempest.

"Princess Tempest, the Alicorn has escaped! We must inform the Queen." The Goblin Shark announced, but Tempest manages to trick them.

"I told our Queen. Return to your post!"

They respond and return, giving time for Twilight and her friends to deal with the Generals. But Krad sees Tempest have tricked them and he informs Cecaelia about her sister's betrayal. "Your majesty, Tempest have betray-"

"Not now!" She growls and does not pay attention. "I'm busy!" She continues trying to harpoon Neslia.

This outrages Krad and he then looks at Twilight who was still standing and he knew what he must do to put an end to it all. Twilight still can't move but must answer Ray's question if she wants Spike to be okay. “I save her because that is what friends do." She answered.

Then Ray ask one more question. "And why would a friend help a unicorn who betrays her kind for all this?" He still wanted more, as Twilight tells him.

"Because they sometimes have good hearts in every creature, including Neslia..." She and Ray look outside seeing Neslia fighting. "She has a good heart because the land and the sea have a heart she loves. And if you have a heart, then you could do something for a friend."

Ray thought of what she said, every creature from the surface has a good heart. With a second thought, he pointed his weapon at her but only to stun Krad who was about to strike her with a trident. This made Twilight see he did that just for a friend. “Do what you must." He then leaves not wanting to be part of the fight.

With him leaving, Twilight then faces Cecaelia who is still with the harpoon. She hurried leaving Spike still pinned on the wall with shuriken stars. But he manages to get one out and see Applejack and Pinkie still dealing with Sir Claw giving him an idea. "Pinkie!" He got her attention as he threw the star to her.

She caught it with her mane and threw it at Sir Claw which cut his mechanic claw off. He screams as he jerks back with fury of losing a claw. "Do you know how hard that claw was to replace?!”

"Better than cheating, Lobster!" Applejack honest, and he attacks her.

Rainbow Dash was still dodging Znappy's attack but saw the metal claw as she took it and swung it at her, knocking her goggles off, and she was blinded without them. "Hey! Where are you?" She looks around blinded.

Then Rainbow Dash play around her. "What's wrong? The blind eel can't see without goggles?" And the eel zaps around.

Rarity and Fluttershy are still dealing with Hark as he slams his anchor at them but gets it stuck. But that gives them the chance which leads Znappy unleashing her powerful electricity to almost zap them but electrifies Hark's anchor through the chain zapping him as he was fried.

"Hark got... zap......" He fell backward which he accidentally landed on Sir Claw who was too focus on Applejack and Pinkie.

"Get off of me, you big hammerhead!!!" He muffles as his tail jumps trying to get out.

And Znappy doesn’t know if she hit the blue pegasus. "Did I get her?" She asked too blind if she did, as Rainbow Dash was behind and punched her very hard.

"Now that was a zap." She said, with a awesome tone.

Back with Cecaelia, she's still controlling Lagriahu and trying to get Neslia out of the water. But she still swims around and keeps on blasting energy at him. This frustrates Cecaelia as she still tries to aim the harpoon, but is stopped by Twilight pointing a trident at her.

“Cecaelia!" She yelled pointing a trident at her. "Stop this!"

"I won't!" Cecaelia then points her trident at her. "I can't let my predecessors' dream be destroyed!" She explained everything. "My father passed away leaving all of his ancestors' legacy to me. He believes that I can restore the sea and help every land-creature evolve like us to live in harmony."

Then she made corrections as her friends saw her speaking to her. "But that's just wrong! This is not how you can bring harmony by bringing the sea to flood Equestria."

"I did this to correct my predecessors!” Cecaelia said, telling her why she’s doing this. “I want to prove they were wrong to judge their actions. I want to prove them wrong. The sea is the only harmony for all of us."

Then Twilight sees the trouble of her life. "But harmony is not about restoring everything, it's about uniting every creature between the land and the sea. Your father doesn't want you to bring the sea to our land, he wants you to unite two worlds into one."

Cecaelia starts to take her words and lowers her trident, stopping Lagriahu from attacking, and moves her tentacles away from the harpoon. "But... my predecessors.... Their legacy.... Everything depends on me. I can't fail them."

"Then change..." Twilight puts the trident down and lifts her hooves. "By being a friend to every creature. Take my hoofs, then we can make Equestria better again, together." Cecaelia's tentacle reached for her hoof slowly, as Twilight's friends watched, seeing she had finally convinced her to stop.

But before it can happened, Neslia pops out of the ocean, and bite and hold Lagriahu's tentacle, getting their attentions giving Cecaelia the sinister smirk and grab the trident and blast her back to them, then raise her trident as Lagriahu lifts his tentacle that Neslia hold on, and her tentacle pull the lever firing the harpoon. It flies straight to the two big creatures as it passes through his tentacles straight to Neslia's chest, and pierce through her scale, as her eyes grow wide. Everypony, hippogriffs, and the atlantians, including Tempest, stop and see Neslia impale with a harpoon, and the Mane Six and Spike were traumatized by the event, and Tempest couldn't believe her sister had just killed the Last Guardian. Neslia felt the harpoon in her and fell into the ocean and disappeared into the sea. That's when the hippogriffs were in rage of their lost Protector and began attacking the Atlantians with every might they had.

Twilight and her friends have lost hope again, and Cecaelia laughs maniacally of her victory.

“I did it!" She celebrates her victory. "The sea is finally mine!" She claims the sea to be her control. "And it's all thanks to you!" The Mane Six did not know what she meant, as she revealed everything. "That's right. I send you there! I give the Generals to chase you all the way to Mount Aris so you can awaken her and bring her here. And you did! You did everything I wanted you to do." This made them see they were part of her plan and were playing along to bring Neslia here, and Tempest had heard and couldn't believe she had been lied to again. "Everything was part of my design to take back what was rightfully ours. Neslia was supposed to join her kind to the death a long time ago. And with her gone, the sea can finally be free. No more Guardians, no more lands, and no more land-creatures we have to see. Only the sea that will be our new salvation. This is our home!"

They couldn't believe they had led Neslia to her death and failed their home and Equestria. “You use us!" Applejack was furious. "You force us to bring her here!"

“And I did,” Cecaelia said. “You played your part and did all my tasks, completing that no creature had ever done for me. I thank you all for helping me."

"What?" The look on Rainbow Dash's face. "We will never help you, you six-legged squid!"

"Yeah!" Pinkie agreed. "And you can't kill a creature, that's illegal! This is a kid's movie!"

"Was...." Cecaelia pointed out. "Because my part is to kill her, and I did. That's how it works in this story."

"Well here's a thing, Princess.” Spike added. “We will never let you win." Then the octopus Queen thought of what he said.

“Hm, I think I have enough with that Princess anymore. Call me, your Queen." She taps her trident promoting herself as the Queen of the Sea, and controls Lagriahu to create a powerful storm and waves around the sea, frightening everyponies and hippogriffs they are doomed. "Now, kneel to your Queen."

None of them kneel but are mad, and Twilight was angry she had gone mad to the surface. And they all made their stance. “Girls... Grab that trident." They all run towards Cecaelia as she figures they will choose not to kneel.

"Have it your way, land-ponies." She ready herself with her trident.

Rainbow Dash tries to grab the trident but Cecaelia controls the water and splashes it on her. Rarity pulls down the curtains on her, as Applejack uses her rope and lasso around wrapping her. Cecaelia cuts free with her claw and splash water on them. Pinkie and Twilight appear behind her and try to take her down, but she sees them through her reflection on the trident as she splashes them behind. Spike was about to breathe fire but she extinguished them, again. And Fluttershy tried to reason with her but got a splash too. Rainbow Dash swoops in but Cecaelia tilts herself backward, as Dash swoops to miss her, and her tentacle grab her foreleg and swing her back towards her friends, as Twilight duck, then she washed them away. Twilight was now facing her alone as her friends then tried to help but were being attacked by the Atlantians who sensed their Queen in danger. They took cover, as Twilight continued battling Cecaelia.

"You really think you can beat me, Twilight Sparkle?" She said, controlling another water. "You don't have any magic in you anymore. You're not a princess no more."

Twilight gets up not letting her win. "Maybe not..... But I am Princess of Friendship, and I make friends by helping others who need help by learning friendships. But you, you are not a friend who needed help."

Then both of them continue fighting, as Twilight manages to grab the trident but she holds on not letting it go. Both struggle for the trident of taking control of Lagriahu, and her tentacles then grab both of her hooves away then manipulate the water and splashes it on her, pushing her away. "I don't need help from anyone. I got what I wanted." Cecaelia told. "Everything that happened, I did everything all by myself, not with friends or anyone."

"And your sister..." She said as Cecaelia revealed.

"She plays her part, not mine, hers. All she cares about is having her horn back like a little pony. She got what she wanted, and I got what I want here." She twirls the trident controlling more waters. "Now, kneel!!"

Twilight did not kneel but charged forward until her forelegs were caught by puddles holding onto her. She tries to escape but Cecaelia summons a large stream of water bent from the oceans and engulfed her. Then she was trapped inside a water sphere while being held in the air, as her friends saw her drowning.

"Twilight! Nooooooooooo!!!" Pinkie said, as she tried to save her.

But they were still pin down by Atlanteans still continuing firing at them. Krad regains consciousness and sees his Queen is drowning Twilight which he now sees she's the true Queen.

“You should've taken my offer, but you didn't.” She said, furiously. “Now it's over! The sea belongs to me, Twilight Sparkle! I am the Queen of the Sea! I ruled the sea by my predecessors before my ancestors, I dream of completing my father's vision, I kill the Last Guardian of the Sea. Everything will be restored in my way! Once you're gone, I'll drown your friends, your princesses, your boyfriend, and any new friends to the depth of my sea. I will take the throne and evolve every land-pony to what they should be like us! "There's Only Room for One Ruler!" And that is me!"

She forcefully drowns Twilight as she struggles to hold her breath. But couldn't and was starting to drown and her friends are still down and being close in by them. Tempest sees what her sister is doing and knows she's gonna kill Twilight just for the throne and everything, and immediately starts her sparks.

"Nooo!!" She cried out and shot out her powerful electricity at the water sphere freeing Twilight from drowning. She falls to the ground gasping and coughing, as the Altantians Guards, Krad, the Mane Six and Spike, and Cecaelia witness her actions as she faces her sister with a furiously look.

“You dare to betray me?!" Cecaelia asked furiously, seeing her sister just save the alicorn.

"You done enough killing!” Tempest roared. “I won't let you kill another!" She growls at her sister, but the Atlantians start firing at her. But she electrified the puddles around them knocking them unconscious, but Krad steps away and watches as the two sisters battle each other.

"You land-pony traitor!" Cecaelia swings her trident and controls the water. "You betray your own sister just to save an alicorn you stole from?!" She blasts water at her but she deflects using her lighting at every attack, as Tempest reflect the past of her real sister before.

"The sister I remember who used to grow up with me." She confirms the truth of her true sister. "The sister who plays games with me, goes swimming with me, and watches movies with me! I understand that the sister I knew... is gone!"

This outrages her, and both still continue on. The Generals were awakened with a splash on their face and saw their boss fighting their queen. Ray was there, who did not leave entirely, watching the whole battle between two sisters.

“You're just blinded by friendships! Our father only wanted us to take back what was rightfully ours!" As she said, Tempest disagreed and knew what their father want.

"You never knew him much I do. Father would never want us to flood Equestria. But you, you never care about him. This is all about you!"

"About me? You mean, us!" She claims. "We are the same, Tempest! You and I were meant to be together! Destiny has brought us together. Both of us lost what we had, both of us lost what we love, and we both want what we want to restore! Face it, Sister. You are just... like... me!" She then points her trident and a swarm of waves at her, but Tempest holds back with her lighting.

"I will never be like you...." She struggled and pulse her horn maximum. "And I never will!!!!"

She raged herself and began overpowering her horn which cause to zap through the waves and straight to the trident, and it shattered the top, destroying her trident as she saw. And push her back to her throne defeat as she sees the fragment of her trident.

"Nooo!!!" She cried as Lagriahu's eyes regained and was free from her control and he began roaring with rage, and the thunderstorm started to rain. "No.. no..." She tried to put her fragment back together but couldn't and looked at Tempest. "Did you know what you've done?! You kill us all!!!" Then the wall breaks showing Lagriahu in rage as he turns and sees them as they were terrified, but looks at her holding the broken trident and remembers she was the one who was pulling his string. "No, you obey me!" She tries to take control again. "I am your Queen, I order you to-" But Lagriahu did not listen and roared at her, making her see she's not fully control him as she threw her trident at him but didn't pierce through his scale, and knew she's in deep trouble. "No.... NO!"

She tries to run but Lagriahu strikes through the throne room and catches her in his fang. Then bring her out and fling her into the air as she screams and falls into his mouth, devouring her whole with one swallow. All of them saw Cecaelia's fate, and Tempest looked away from sadness of watching the death of her sister.

“Can't believe he did that, too!" Pinkie said aloud, after seeing him consume Cecaelia.

Then he roars as everyone notices he was free, and Krad looks at the Atlantians regaining consciousness and finally have the chance to take back. "The Queen is dead!" He yelled. "Lagriahu is free! Tempest kill our Queen! Return to Atlantis!"

All the Atlantians believed and began retreating to the Deep Sea being afraid of Lagriahu's destruction. And Krad now takes charge and finally blames Tempest for murdering her own sister. "Enjoy the surface, land-ponies!" He laughed and jumps into the sea, as every atlantian dives in.

The Generals knew he lied because they saw their Queen's death with their own eyes, but must flee from the destruction or they'll serve her fate. “We should get out of here." Znappy said, being scared of not staying.

"Yeah, the surface is no longer safe!" Sir Claw agrees with her as they leave.

Then Hark joins with them. "Hark not wanting to stay, but go home!" He run as they dive into the sea leaving the surface and back to the Deep Sea.

Now left with the ponies and hippogriffs on the surface as Lagriahu started making the surface as his own territory and chaotic. The Mane Six, Spike, and Tempest were witnessing his wrath and knew Equestria was in danger.

"I have the feeling he's not gonna stop, isn't he?" Applejack was worried.

"He won't." Tempest tells them. "Destruction and chaos is what he does."

Rainbows Dash swoops in. "So how do we stop him?" She asked her.

Then she concluded. "Nothing can't stop him. It's what made him the King of the Sea."

Twilight watches the destruction of the sea outta control, and ponies and hippogriffs are being scared and getting almost swept by waves and thunders. "We have to rescue every ponies and friends before he gets to them."

They all hurry to rescue them before Lagriahu destroys the surface and everything he sees. Ray did not flee from the event but followed them to help.
> Chapter 13: Rise, Queen of the Sea

Lagriahu starts with every destruction he sees with thunderstorm and storm waves, every pony and hippogriff are being dragged by the hurricane as their friends help them to take shelter.

"Everpony, take shelter!" Celaeno called out but the storm was too strong. Waves come to the shore, and everyponies and hippogriffs start to run to the high ground.

Twilight and the others came outside seeing the tides coming closer to the shore very fast and Flash and Capper help the others get to the Canterlot before the waves start to sweep them. "Flash!" She calls to him and he turns.

"Twilight!" He hurries to her. "What's going on? Did you have the trident?" He asked as they looked around because it had been destroyed.

Applejack scratched the back of her mane. "Well, funny thing...."

Then Pinkie intervene. “Tempest destroys the trident, big boy ate the Queen, and Equestria is now in danger!" All of them looked at her. "What?"

But that interrupts when Lagriahu blasts electricity at them as Tempest pushes back with her lighting, and Lagriahu was strong he pushed back blasting her and the others. He was gonna do it again but was shot in the face many times by Ray who is helping them.

"You?" Spike was surprised to see him again. "I thought you left!"

"I didn't." He told them. "I was just pretending."

"Then why didn't you help us?" Rainbow Dash asked, and he tells them.

"Because I rather not be part of your battle." Before they want more answers, Lagriahu becomes furious and starts to bring a thunderstorm with every strike around them. They hurry and dodge every strike and finally meet with the other princesses.

Before joining, Tempest stops and senses something from the sea. She couldn't ignore it and knew she must go to it, as the others noticed her leaving.

"Tempest!" Twilight yells but she jumps into the sea activating her scuba gear.

"I knew it!" Rainbow Dash thinks Tempest betrays them. "I knew she will betray us!"

All of them agreed but not Twilight, she knew something caught her attention as she went after her.

"Twilight, wait!" Spike tries to stop her but Flash holds him back because the lightning almost strikes him.

Twilight rushed and completely dodged every strike from the storm and dove into the sea. She held her breath and found some bubbles as she carefully put it on and saw many sea creatures swimming around by the chaos of the sea, and one shark saw her and tried to bite her but was hit by a manta ray. She swims away but it starts to give her a lift and she notices the manta is Ray's pet. "Good girl." She pet calmly. "Now, take me to Tempest."

The Manta responds and swims to find Tempest. Meanwhile on the surface, everyponies and hippogriffs are taking shelter inside the castle, as Lagriahu still continues creating more destruction in his path.

"He's still going." Skystar was scared, holding her mother's claw. "Will it ever end?"

"No..." She comforted her. "This is how the sea goes."

Every creature was scared, and the princesses saw the fear in every creatures' heart as the Mane Six and their friends were worried what would happen next.



Under the sea, Twilight is still with the Manta searching for Tempest. As they search, they see a glowing spark and she knows who could make that spark. The Manta swims and they reach to her seeing she's with Neslia who is still breathing but with a big harpoon in her. Tempest struggles to pull it but it still won't as she turns to see Twilight with Manta.

"Get out of here!" She told her as she is still trying to pull it out. "This is my responsibility."

Then Twilight swam to her. "No, you can't do this alone. No one can be responsible if we can still fix this." As she joins and helps her.

Tempest does not know why she's helping her after what has happened. But they both work together to pull the harpoon, as the Manta came with seaweed they could use. Together, they wrap it around the harpoon and pull, as the Manta pulls hard as she can. And finally, it came out and Neslia growled feeling it out of her.

"Neslia..." Tempest swam to her. "You need to get up. Lagriahu is destroying Canterlot." Neslia can't rise due to being pierced by the harpoon and let out a little growl for a minute. "Please, I know everything I did was wrong. But please, Equestria needs you."

Neslia looks at them for a moment and then smiles for her last time. And slowly her eyes close, letting her life force fade. Tempest tried to get her to rise but Twilight knew it was too late. She sob and blame herself for what they've done, and Twilight grief lets the tears from her eyes of the last Guardian. Then the Manta and every sea creature came, seeing the last Guardian of the Sea die until they began doing something, catching Twilight's attention when she saw them doing it.

"The sea creatures...." She sees them lowering themselves like they are bowing. "I think I know what we need to do." She said making Tempest confused. "We have to believe."

"Believe? How's that gonna work?"

"Trust me." As she starts to believe. "Must believe." Tempest does not know what's happening but she joins in to believe.

On the surface, Ray felt something and knew what it was.  "Believe...." He spoke, getting the others' attention.

"What?" The pink parrot asked not knowing what he meant but said again.

"Believe... I believe."

"Believe in what?" Rainbow Dash asked, confused.

"I believe...." He continues on, as they do not know what he meant until Spike understands.

"I believe..." He started to believe. "I believe..." He continues on with Ray, as they soon start to believe.

Their attention has the other ponies and hippogriffs as they start to believe. Queen Nova and Skystar joined and so did the Princesses, as everyone keeps on believing. That's when an unthinkable happens, their believable starts to happen with a mist of magic drawn from them then flows into the sea. In the sea, the sea creatures' magic then flows to Neslia, as Twilight and Tempest notice their magic is also flowing into her. Soon, her chest glows then lines all the way to her head and with an awakened eye. And soon, Lagriahu destroys the wall from the castle and finds more creatures in his path. Every creature was terrified, as the friends knew they were in trouble.

"This is the end, isn't it?" Rarity asked, scared believing it's the end.

"I hope he's nice to us." Fluttershy said, and Capper was afraid.

"I hope he's not hungry for cats."

Lagriahu ready to breathe his wrath of electricity, as everyone prepares for their last moment. But something stopped him from getting his attention from the far away sea. A bright light came from the sea, meaning something was coming, as a creature rose. A theme song plays, rises theme, as the ponies and hippogriffs find out Neslia rises, as the friends are surprised she's alive.

"She rises again!!!" Boyle said raising his sword, giving all of them cheers for her returns.

And on top of her head were Tempest and Twilight riding on and facing the tyrant in front of them, as every creature sees them including her friends.

"Twilight?!" They were surprise seeing her and cheered she's okay.

"Yeah! Go, Twilight!!!" Pinkie cheers very loudly.

Then Neslia's energy began to power up and she blasted it into the sky showing she rises again to defend Equestria.

"The final battle between two rulers of the sea." Queen Nova then announces the battle. "Room for One Ruler."

The battle begins, as Lagriahu roars with a powerful rage and charges forward to destroy her. Neslia swims forwards with her might as Lagriahu blasts powerful lighting at them, but she dives and dodge from every electricity including thunder strikes. With her charging forward, Tempest uses her horn and blasts electricity affecting him which makes the Lord angry. They dive, as Lagriahu could not see where they are until Neslia emerges and clutches him into the sea. The friends watch but do not know what's going on under the sea.

"How did she have all that energy?" Flash asked, wondering how she's full power.

"Don't know, but she's really kicking the giant squid’s tentacles!!" Rainbow Dash said seeing how awesome the sea dragon was.

Under the sea, Twilight and Tempest help Neslia and continue to fight on the Lord. Lagriahu was enraged and kept on blasting electricity at them. But they continue swimming around as Neslia creates a sonic wave calling for help. Then the sea creatures came to their help and began fighting alongside them. They pinch, bite, or sting on the Lord as he was being beaten by many sea creatures. Neslia and Tempest keep on using their power while going around, as Lagriahu tries to hit them but keeps on missing because the sea creatures are hurting him too much, but it wasn't enough.

"We need more magic!" Twilight said. "Tempest, you need to use alicorn magic."

"I don't even know how to control them." She reminded. "I'm not an alicorn like you."

"You may not be, but sometimes you need friends who can help you to believe. You can do it." Twilight said, and Tempest believes in herself and focuses on her horn.

She then unleashes a massive spark of alicorn magic and gives Neslia the energy, as she starts to begin a finishing move. She burst into super speed swimming around the Lord, as he does not know what's happening. Neslia swam around very fast with currents flowing her trail. A big whirlpool appears on the surface, as everyone sees something happen.

"Now, what?" Applejack said, seeing what's happening. "Lagriahu?"

"No, alicorn magic..." Celestia said knowing the magic familiar.

The whirlpool creates large tornado waves trapping Lagriahu inside and nowhere to escape. He sees them and try to blast them out of the waves but couldn't by Neslia's speed still circling around bringing it high. Once in the air, they dive and twirl creating cyclone waves straight towards Lagriahu and strike him into the sea making big waves.

Everyponies and hippogriffs witness the battle as the tides die down and the storm clouds fade away, leaving them worrying. The Mane Six and their friends were worried until Lagriahu emerged from the sea weakened and wounded on the cliff sides, as Neslia rises with Twilight and Tempest still on top. Then it shows Neslia has Lagriahu's left mouthpart in her mouth as she ate it, giving fear to him.

"Alright, now finish him off!" Rainbow Dash yells for Neslia to finish Lagriahu, as everyone cheers for her.

Neslia stares at him for a moment, then roars with a powerful might. This confuses Dash not understanding why she only did that.

"Why didn't she finish him off? He was the one trying to destroy us!" As she said, Ray confirm why.

"Because she didn't. Destroying is not her way, but protecting."

They all understand, and Lagriahu was feared by Neslia's will and understood what she said. "What now?" Applejack said wanted to know what's going on between the two titans.

"Forcing him to return to the Deep Sea, never again return to the surface." Nova speaks and understands what Neslia's doing. "Because she's the Queen of the Sea."

With that, Lagriahu was forced to return to the Deep Sea and never resurface again. And Neslia roars, promoting herself the Queen of the Sea.
> Chapter 14: The Sea and the Land

The sea calmed by Neslia's control as she then swam to Canterlot where everyone was waiting on the cliffside, except Ray as he hid not wanting to be seen by her. She lowered her head letting Twilight and Tempest climb down from her, then Twilight's friends came to hug her happily.

"Twilight!" Spike said with a relief as Pinkie follows with a happily and hugged tightly.

"You're okay!"

"We were all worried!" Fluttershy said lightly.

"We thought you were gone." Rarity said, got worried almost a minute.

"Next time, never jump into the sea before telling us," said Applejack.

"And you rode on Neslia!" Rainbow Dash recalled. "That was awesome!"

"And the best, nopony never rode a Guardian for a long time." Skystar recalled that an alicorn just rode the sea dragon.

"Well, I had help..." Twilight said as she looked at Tempest who was afraid, and everypony and hippogriffs including their friends don't trust her. "Tempest was the one who saved Neslia. We couldn't have done it without her."

Soon, they all trusted her which made Tempest smile, and then Neslia nudged her on the back for something.

"I think she is thanking you for saving her, and all of us." Flash said, thinking that what she meant.

"It's not that..." Nova explained what she meant. "She senses Tempest has one last task she must do. She will have to give the alicorn magic back to their original ruler to restore Equestria." Tempest looks at Neslia who wanted her to give back the magic she stole from but was afraid of losing her horn again.

Then Twilight came forward. "I know how it feels of losing a horn again." She said understanding. "But it wasn't the horn you're afraid of losing, it was the magic you were afraid to lose. It's why you needed our magic."

"I was no magic." She said looking away sadness. "I thought if I got my horn back my magic would come back. But not expect this to happen. If I do return them, then I'll be back to where I started."

"Magic will always be part of you. Because magic will always be friendships." As she said, Neslia agrees as she nudges Tempest, letting her know she still has the good heart in her.

So Tempest sparked her horn and transferred four alicorn magic back to Celestia, Luna, Cadence, and Twilight. Soon, the four princesses have their magic back, as Tempest's horn faded leaving her with no horn anymore but she smiled warmly. Then Neslia looks at the rising sunset hearing the sea calling for her, as it catches Spike's attention.

"What is it now?" He said, wanting to know.

"The sea... it's calling for her. She has to return to the sea to protect Equestria. That means she will have to leave." Nova worried about not wanting her to go, but Skystar comforted her.

"Mom, she deserves the freedom." She pleaded. "Please, don't put her back in the cave."

Nova sees she was right and must let Neslia be free. With that, Neslia then lowered her head letting Nova touch her for one last time.

"I'm sorry for keeping you in our home. But now you are free. We will keep believing in you whenever you are in the sea." As she said, every creature will keep on believing her.

Neslia raises her head and turns to dive back into the sea. As everyone was watching, Ray heard everything and then left, letting none of them notice he's returning back to the sea. Neslia swam through the flooded Equestria and used her powers to restore everything back. The sea started to level back to normal, as every land was restored. And Neslia returns to the oceans as she emerges one last time by leaping into the air, letting them all see she's happy to be free, and back into the oceans.

"Goodbye, friend." Twilight said farewell. "Enjoy your freedom." Every creature watches Neslia disappear into the sunset as they now do not know what to do next.

"Now what?" Fluttershy asked curiously, as everyone shared the same sentiments as they weren't sure what to do next.

"Now..." Tempest said. "We fix everything."



Later on, the festival was restored as Spike stood on the stage, breathed into the microphone to make an announcement.

"Ponies of Equestria... thank you for coming and I'd like to welcome you all to the Canterlot's annual Friendship Festival!" The ponies cheered for her motivational speech, then Spike continued. "Now, let's celebrate with a little features from Twilight Sparkle!"

The spotlight shines on Twilight, as she was on stage. She looked around seeing everyone was here, and at Flash and knew it's time.

"Everyponies, I have a big announcement that I am ready to tell. And ready to tell, my husband Flash Sentry." Everyponies and hippogriffs were excited as Flash wanted to know. "Flash Sentry, I wanted to tell you and my friends, something that I have been wanting to tell you all. But I only wanted my husband to know first." The crowd goes quiet, as Flash comes forward to her.

"So, what is it you want to tell me now?" As he said, Twilight whispered to his ear and his eyes grew wide with a big surprising moment smile. "You mean...." He said surprisingly.

Twilight nodded, as Flash flew to the air fast cheering and laughing. Twilight's friends wanted to know what got him so excited, as Twilight tells them and her friends. "Everyponies, Flash and I are having a foal!"

Then the crowds grew excited and applauding, as her friends cheered for their best friends. "I'm gonna be a father!!!!" He said loudly and looping around.

"Eeeee! Congratulations, Twilight!!" Pinkie said, then shoots confetti, balloons, and streamers in the air from her party cannons.

"Now that's what she was hiding. You go girl, Yee-haw!" She flies her hat up in the air and catches it.

"Very beautiful, darling." Rarity said.

And Fluttershy smiled with a happy tone. "Yay..."

"Way it go!" Rainbow Dash said and flew in the air creating a trail of clouds.

Then Flash flies down and happily hugs Twilight, as they both fly in the air happily and share a kiss moment. And then rejoin their friends.

"So happy for you two!" Pinkie hugs them both. "Flashlight Forever!" Twilight and Flash do not understand what she means. "It's the name of the shipping from both of you. Everypony knows that."

They both stare at each other a moment and smile, then Spike makes another announcement. "And now, Ladies and Gentlecolts! Give it up for a little..." The spotlight soon shine at the end of the stage where the white pegasus in flashy black clothing known as Songbird Serenade was. "Songbird Serenade!"

Everyone cheers, including Twilight along with her friends, Capper, the pirates, and Skystar.

"And now, to celebrate the fact that we're all still here in one piece, give it up for Princess Twilight and her friends!" She said happily as a spotlight pointed at Twilight, Spike, Pinkie Pie, Rainbow Dash, Applejack, Fluttershy, Rarity, and even Flash. Twilight began hearing praises and cheers from everyone around the festival, but soon she saw all three princesses bow in respect in which she did the same. Suddenly the spotlight turned off and Songbird Serenade started singing.

I only just did write some lyrics, but not gonna do the whole lyrics. Let's just continue on with Twilight's and her friends, as the song continues on. Twilight looked to then see Celeano and Rainbow Dash share a fist bump, Rarity giving Capper a new top hat and black cape, and finally Pinkie Pie and Skystar sharing a laugh. Soon Skystar flew in with her mom and gave a hug.

"So, since those sea creatures are gone into the Deep Sea? Does that mean I get to see the outside world?" She asked nicely.

"For one thing..." Nova said to her daughter. "You are so grounded." But laughed much to Skystar's shock. "Until the next twelve moons."

Songbird Serenade sang as she flew over Twilight, and she smiled before looking behind her to see Tempest at the very back of the crowd, so she decided to check up on her and flew over to Tempest who was looking longingly into the distance, she seemed to know Twilight was here.

"Well, that's one thing that never changes around here. The party." Tempest said.

"Well, I hope you'll stay. More friends are definitely merrier." She smiled softly.

And Tempest sighed. "But, um... my horn."

Twilight notes and think of her horn. "You know, your horn is pretty powerful, just like the pony it belongs to." She smiled reassuringly.

Tempest smiled softly too as she began heading towards the edge of Canterlot. “I did tell you I wanted to show everypony in Equestria what I could do, right?" She soon charged up her horn and shot out a lightning bolt which began fireworks shooting everywhere.

Everyone was amazed by the fireworks, as Flash, Spike, Pinkie Pie, Applejack, Fluttershy, Rainbow Dash, and Rarity also walked to Twilight and Tempest, and amaze by her potential. And Twilight and Flash cross foreleg together as they're life has just begun.

"Nice touch, Tempest!" Pinkie said, surprising and loving her power.

"Actually, that's not my real name." She replied as Pinkie leaned next to her.

"Ooh. What is it?"

She lean and whispered with a smile. "It's "Fizzlepop Berrytwist."

And Pinkie gasped, "Okay! That is the most awesome name EVER!" She yelled happily.

Not really... scenes zoom out from the show with our Directors....

"Now that's what I called, the greatest movie ever." Troid said, letting Red know their movie more better than the original.

"Wow." He said surprisingly. "Guess you do love Mlp."

"Not true, I only did this for you, kid." He recalled that he only did it for him, and Red accepted.

"Aw, that's sweet of you, partner. Can we watch it again?"

"Red, we already saw it." He then thinks about it. "Maybe tomorrow."

Before they could end, Pinkie Pie appeared out of nowhere. "Hey, Troid! Hey, Red! Whatcha doing?" She gasped when she saw the movie. "You guys were watching the Mlp Movie without us?"

"Actually, this is a new movie that Troid remade." He said, revealing everything.

"Red, no...!" But she already now knew.

"You made a new movie? That's so cool!! Let's watch it!" She then grabs the remote and reverses the movie.

He try to stop her. "Pinkie! We already watched it! You can't-" But it was too late, as it reversed.

Then she calls for her friends. "Hey, Girls! Come here! Troid made a movie about us!"

"Wait, they're here too?" He said, wondering how they know as Red tells him.

"I called them."

"You, what?!" he said with a surprising tone.

"Twilight ask me to check on you so I can tell her how you're doing," said Red. Then Pinkie's friends arrive and are likely to watch the movie he made.

"Well, didn't know you have it in you." Twilight said, seeing he have learn friendship.

"Yeah, gotta say, you really do care about us." Applejack said as she joined, and Rainbow Dash swoops in.

"Guess that makes you an awesome pony, or a machine."

"Lovely, you are the best," said Rarity who appreciate his work.

Then Flutterhy speak nicely, "And nice."

"No, I don't! I still hate ponies! Not everything is true!" As he try to convince them he still do not like them.

"But you remake the movie cool... with ponies, huh?" Spike said, giving him an elbow bump.

Troid thought it was only just them, then the Cutie Mark Crusader came. "What the shell?" He said surprisingly, then other ponies came. "Who the heck invented them?!"

"I did!" Pinkie replied. "I invite everyponies and creatures to come see the rewrite movie you made!"

"No, no! No one needs to know!" He said, not wanting everyone know. But it was too late, more creatures, and those from the movie, came and sat around. The whole audience were whispering and speaking about Troid's remake movie that he made in his GuardianShip.

"So, Troid...." He asked believing he was right. "Am I right?"

Troid heavily sighed that he have to agreed lesson of Friendship. “Fine, you were right. I have to admit maybe their show did have something I need to learn. "That if you really wanted to watch it again, you gotta have friends."

"Well, now you're learning. Seems like you like us even more." Twilight claimed as he disagreed.

"Don't push me too far, Twilight. Besides, I'm still going back my way."

Twilight accepts what he means, as the movie starts from the beginning with an entertainment logo.

"Gotta say, Troid." Red added. "You really did a pretty good job making friends."

And Troid rolled his eyes. "Yeah, yeah, whatever. Let's just get this over with." He said, not wanting to talk. As the movie was about to begin, he spoke loudly. "Twilight's pregnant at the end!!"

Then the audience of the creatures, including the Mane Six, became angry and furious because Troid just spoiled the movie.

"Troid! Really?!" He said not understanding why he spoils the movie as he claimed the reason.

"Hey, this proves I still hate ponies!!"

In the Depth of the Deep Sea, the Atlantis now has their new ruler. Krad now possessed the throne and seized control of everything he wanted, but the Generals knew he lied about Tempest murdering their Queen.

"You can't do this to us!” Sir Claw said, knowing what they saw. “We know you lied to Atlantis just because you want to seize that throne! Tempest didn't kill our Queen, Lagriahu did!"

"That's not your concern anymore.” Krad demand. “The trident of the Royal Family is destroyed. Now they only need the true ruler." As he held a new golden trident. "I am the King of Atlantis, and control anything that stands in my way. Now you three bow to your king."

"Why should we?” Znappy twitched, not wanting to bow. “You're just a liar!"

"Hark do not serve a king!" He said, never like the new king.

"And you will soon serve when I build a new army stronger than the last time. So kneel, or I'll...."

Then he was interrupt when they heard a blast came from the hallways. They look behind, noticing a scream of the Atlantians Guards getting shot. And then, Ray showed up with his crossbow set to stun as Krad was surprised.

"Ray..." He chuckled. "You survive. We thought that you were gone up on the land. I'm guessing you're here to redeem yourself after what happened up there. Well, I appreciate it and I have a new plan we can all get to avenge the Queen. Don't you agree-?"

But a blast shot right at him as he looked at himself seeing he was shot, and the blast came from Ray setting his crossbow to friendly fire.

"No." He replied, as Krad fell from his throne dead.

The others were shocked to see Ray killed him, as he came forward to his lifeless body. He turns, as they then began to vote for him to be their new king. So he picked up the trident and sat on the throne, accepting the throne of Atlantis, declaring himself as the King of Atlantis.
