An alternate version of the Mane Six gets teleported into their counterparts' world.
Two weeks after the defeat of the rangers' version of Nightmare Moon, they all accidentally get transported into the FIM universe and need their counterparts' help to get back to their own before it's too late.
This story is a co-written project created by both me and another user named Fluttershy Rocks.
In another dimension within an unknown part of the multiverse, lived Ranger World, a planet that bore striking resemblance to the world of Equestria. From various places to mythological creatures of all types that would be normally found in the original, it would be very hard for the outside viewer to tell these two worlds apart…
Except for at least one major difference: Pony Rangers.
Ever since they met each other as normal foals, the six heroes became mostly inseparable together. They laughed, chatted, cried, played, and helped each other through thick and thin when at least one of them needed it. That was until they had to move away from each other due to getting different jobs as full grown mares. They would miss each other deeply when they were alone but would visit from time to time.
However, all that would change when the ruler of the land they lived at, Princess Celestia, sensed an ancient being from her past. Someone whom she had long since defeated and sent to the moon a thousand years ago. Prepared for this, she requested help from her guards to check on the Element Zords that were created by her and her younger sister a long time ago. She also sent a letter to one of the Pony Rangers, informing her of the being's eventual return.
The other rangers regrouped after the being known as Nightmare Moon arrived and went into the Never-Free Forest to collect the coins and morphers before her in order to stop her. It took a lot of traps made by the Mare in the Moon herself, but they fortunately managed to get through together. All the while, getting each assortment of coins and morphers to transform into each of their ranger states. Red for Rainbow, Blue for Applejack, Black for Rarity, etc. All except for Twilight, the one who still needs to find her own powers to help her friends defeat the being.
Now, through the power of friendship or something, Twilight managed to get the powers, transforming her into the Green Ranger. With all their abilities combined, the six were able to create a powerful rainbow of energy that changed Nightmare Moon back to Luna. Celestia entered the fray and forgave her sister after she apologized for her actions, much to the shock of the rangers themselves. The day was saved, and peace has been restored. But who knows what other adventures await for our multi-colored heroines…
The sun rose from behind the mountains, gradually replacing the darkness with a gradient of blue and white. At the Golden Oak Library, the rangers got together to help the Green one tidy up the place. Since another adventure happened in Ponyville, the whole place became a magnet for dust and fallen objects after it was dealt with. So, they had to help clean up the mess that was left behind, much to the Green Ranger's appreciation.
"Thanks, guys. After so many adventures we've had, I really think we could use some relaxation for once," Twilight said. "After we get this place cleaned, that is."
“I wonder if we will find any good books at all,” said Applejack.
“I really hope we do”. Said Pinkie Pie.
Then one of the books on the bookshelf falls down and it is a book on interdimensional travel. It then opens up and the Elements Of Harmony react to it and then opens up a portal which the Mane Six Pony Rangers get sucked into and the portal then disappears and closes. Then Princesses Celestia and Luna sense what has happened and they say “Oh no what has happened we need to find out what happened to Twilight and her friends and need to find a way to go to where they are now.”
Then the portal opens up and the Mane Six come out of it. Then Rainbow Dash says “Twilight, what just happened and how did we get here?"
"I don't know! I've read that book before, but I never thought it could actually send others to different dimensions! I've always been good to you, Library!" Twilight shouted.
“I hope the zords follow us here,” said Rainbow Dash. Then, out of the blue, hundreds of Timberwolves, Ursa Majors, and Hydras were attacking Ponyville and the actual Mane Six of this dimension arrived to fight.
"Wait a minute! Those ponies look exactly like us in this world?!" Applejack questioned. Then Rainbow Dash said “We should help them out alright everypony IT'S MORPHIN TIME!
“Alright ponies let us call our zords and hope that they will be able to come here too, alright we need Element Dinozord power now!” Then a portal opens up and out comes the Element Dinozords and Rainbow Dash, Applejack, Rarity, Fluttershy, and Pinkie Pie go into their cockpits. Then Twilight decides she should call the Element Dragonzord which she plays the summoning song on the dragon dagger and then it too comes out of a portal and then she goes into the cockpit of it too.
The Pony Rangers then go after the invading forces and Rainbow Dash is piloting the Element Tyrannosaurus Dinozord and starts using its laser beams to start firing at the invading forces and she also uses its awesome fire breath attack to try to take down timber wolves and hydras.
Applejack is piloting the Element Triceratops Dinozord and is using the cannon thing at the end of its tail to fire at it more timber wolves, hydras and ursa majors. Rarity is piloting the Element Mastodon Dinozord and is using its freezing attack to get rid of more creatures trying to attack and invade Ponyville. Fluttershy is using the Element Saber Tooth Tiger Dinozord and using its tail energy beams to take out more timber wolves which keep on coming. Pinkie Pie is piloting the Element Pterodactyl Dinozord and is firing its lasers to try to take out more enemies. Twilight is piloting the Element Dragonzord and is using its finger missiles and its tail to try to get rid of more timber wolves, hydras, and ursa majors.
Then Twilight FIM is then wondering who these other ponies and robots are. She then says “Who in the world are these ponies are they changelings or something else entirely I should study them once this fight is over and I must tell Celestia about this at once and there is no way these can be the Equestria Girls counterparts of my friends because they haven’t met that version of me yet”.
Rainbow Dash FIM is amazed at seeing the Element Tyrannozord and thinks it is awesome and cool seeing it in action and kicking ass. She says “Wow whoever that other me, is sure is awesome and her zord is over 20% percent cooler and I definitely need to be friends with her!”
After a few final hits from the zords, the timberwolves, hydras, and ursa majors fled from Ponyville. Everyone cheered for the rangers, including their FIM counterparts. Then the Pony Rangers Mane Six demorph and their zords teleport away back to their dimension where they will be awaiting the next time to be summoned.
The Mane Six FIM dashed over to them, “My word! That was positively astounding!” Rarity asked.
“Yeah! It was funtastic…!” Pinkie cheered.
…
“Fun and fantastic? S-seriously?!” She complained.
“Who are you? You look just like us, except with all this technology and these suits,” Twilight FIM asked. "I've never seen anything like it."
"Yeah… Anyway, what is this new dimension and why is it so similar to ours?" Green Ranger asked.
"Wait… you're from another dimension that looks just like ours, but with cool technology?" Rainbow Dash FIM questioned.
"Yeah," said Rainbow Dash. “We have been friends since we were fillies and moved away for years but now we are back as friends now”.
“So would you like to go to my Friendship Castle?” “We just recently got back from the Crystal Empire said Twilight Sparkle FIM.” Then the Pony Ranger Mane Six decided to follow their FIM counterparts and were amazed how much their Ponyville resembles theirs from home. Twilight FIM asks her counterpart if there is a Spike in her dimension and she says “Yes there is but he lives with his mom Princess Celestia and his sister Sunset Shimmer.”
Twilight FIM is shocked at this revelation because the Sunset Shimmer she knows was Princess Celestia’s former student and left her after an argument and went to the Equestria Girls world. The Pony Rangers Mane Six are amazed at seeing the Friendship Castle. Rainbow Dash then asks Twilight FIM “Do you think we can keep our zords here so they don’t get mad at all because they get lonely when we don’t see them.” Twilight FIM then says “Okay you can but I need to use my alicorn magic to open up a portal in order to bring them here, alright girls we need the Elements Of Harmony to bring the Element Zords here.”
The rangers and their counterparts trudged through the Everfree Forest in search of the elements. It was getting a little foggy and wet as they grew closer.
"Um… Is this really what your dimension's Never-Free Forest looks like?" Red Ranger asked with a bit of concern.
"N-never-Free?" Fluttershy stuttered.
"Yeah. It's a lot like this, except darker and more foreboding."
"Okay. It's actually called 'Everfree' instead of 'Never'," Rainbow lectured.
Twilight sighed. "Guys. We need to focus on the task at hoof."
"There!" Applejack interjected, pointing at the huge cliff, which was a short mile away. "We're almost to the tree."
"Alright! Let's do this!" Rainbow Dash cheered, zooming off the tree while the others followed suit.
The group strode carefully down the steps, only for Pinkie to trip a weak step and tumble down. Fortunately, she converted her tail into a spring and bounced over the rest of the steps before she could hit the others like a tumbleweed. She then used her mane as a helicopter to safely land on the ground. Now back to her usual frolicking towards the cave where the elements were.
“How did she do that?” The Red Ranger questioned.
“Uh… She’s Pinkie,” Rainbow replied. They were able to find the Elements Of Harmony and they used their combined magic and power to open up a portal to the Pony Rangers universe and out came their Zords but those were not only the ones that came out.
“Ugh my head, where are we?” said Sunset Shimmer.
“I have no idea my dear daughter”. Said Princess Celestia.
“Tis thou shall not explain how we got here?” said Princess Luna. “Um guys I think we are in a different universe because there are dopplegangers of the girls and the only difference is that the other Twilight is an alicorn”. said Spike
“Okay that worked”. Said Twilight Sparkle FIM. “But it seems like others followed, the counterparts the Pony Rangers told us about and followed them here too!”
“Fair point,” Spike nodded.
“I will make sure to put the Zords somewhere safe so you rangers will be able to call upon them while we are stuck here”. Said Sunset Shimmer.
“Great idea,” Green Ranger said.
“So Sunset, can you tell us your backstory?” said Twilight Sparkle FIM.
“Okay I will start”. Said Sunset Shimmer.
“It was a long time ago and I was living on my own in the streets and was an orphan because my parents had died when I was three years old and then one day Princess Celestia found me and decided to adopt me and then I also became her personal student too and then one day we found a baby dragon abandoned and then mom decided she wanted to take care of him so she adopted him too and decided to call him Spike and he is my little brother.”
“I also help out the Pony Rangers with everything else. I infused their Zords with my own magic and I helped create their weapons and I also help out in fights whenever they need my help and I am a trusted ally of them”. Said Sunset Shimmer.
“Wow… That is both awesome and heartbreaking at the same time," Rainbow Dash FIM said with widened eyes.
"Wait, you called him Spike before I got Spike as a filly?!" Twilight questioned. Though, she saw the dragon tearing up a bit as his existential crisis started building up again. "Sorry," She wiped his tears and hugged him close, putting a still teary-eyed smile on his face.
The flame pony rubbed the back of her head in guilt and embarrassment. "Yeah, sorry about that. Anyway, we came here to get the Rangers back home."
"What about that portal that you guys used just now? Can't that help us?" Rainbow Dash suggested.
"Uh… Well, unless you have the spell used from the book itself, we can't go back again. The spell won't allow it," Sunset explained, blushing.
Twilight FIM sighed. “Do you guys know where that book is and what it looks like?” She asked, turning to the Rangers themselves.
“Well… we did find it at our dimension’s Golden Oak Library, but…” The Yellow Ranger hesitated when she saw both Spike and Twilight frowning. “Is something wrong?”
Spike sighed, “About that.”
He looked up at Twilight, who took a deep breath to reduce the hidden tears. “Okay, okay… We know this is a lot to take in, but truth be told… The library… got destroyed.”
Both Green Ranger and Ranger Spike gasped in horror. “Y-you’re joking, right?”
But she shook her head. “A large centaur named Tirek blasted it to bits before he was defeated.”
“We did get a new castle from the Tree of Harmony, though,” Spike added.
Both rangers froze in their spots as the news about their home being destroyed in another dimension sank in. At the same time, they balled up their hoof and claw at the perpetrator. “That monster!”
“Don’t worry. He’s already been taken care of,” Rainbow FIM assured.
Pinkie popped out of nowhere. “Yeah! He’s been locked back up in Tartarus along with the other creatures and heavily guarded by Cerberus, this time. No balls needed!” She said, taking a toy ball out of her mane to show the others.
“Okay then—"
"Alright, y'all. Let's focus on the task at hoof, okay?" Applejack FIM chimed.
"You're right, Applejack. So, which way should we go to get that book?" Twilight asked, finally out of hers and Spike's turmoil.
"Maybe we could try the Crystal Empire. They have plenty of books there," Red Ranger suggested.
"Yeah! That's a good idea. Anyone else agree?" Green Ranger asked.
Everyone else nodded.
"Then let’s go!" Twilight FIM dashed off from the Tree of Harmony. Everyone else followed.
At the Castle of the Crystal Empire, the group walked inside. Both Twilight FIM and the Green Ranger gasped in awe at the seemingly endless amount of books around them as the shelves sparkled in beauty…
Only for the two Applejacks to fake cough behind them to get them focused.
"Sorry." The two Twilights both blushed.
"There's gotta be at least thousands of them. How're we gonna find the right one?" Spike FIM asked, looking around the place.
"Pfft! No problem. With all of us together, I'm sure we can get this done in two seconds flat." Rainbow boasted. "Right, Red Ranger?"
"You got it," The Red Ranger replied, giving her counterpart a high hoof.
"Okay. Let's get started!" Twilight FIM galloped around the library with the others. They all split up to check through every book they can find.
With both Twilights they casually see a royal guard and hide from him and then see him trip and fall and they both laugh their heads off at it.
Sunset Shimmer then tries to go looking for the book too and ends up seeing a mirror portal which is the one the Friendship Is Magic counterpart of herself used to leave Equestria and go to the Equestria Girls World.
“I wanna know if this mirror portal still works, maybe we can use this to get home!” says Sunset Shimmer.
"How did the mirror get in here? I thought I had it in my castle or in Canterlot?" Twilight FIM asked.
"I don't know, but I think someone built it here, too, for unknown reasons. Still, maybe we can modify it so that it can send others to a new dimension," Sunset explained.
"That's good, but how are we gonna do that?" Rainbow Dash FIM questioned.
Both Twilight and the Green Ranger rubbed their chins in thought before a literal light bulb popped out of their respective manes. Irritated by its light, they flipped them off. It broke into many small shards of glass and sparks. Though, the others merely shrugged due to how frequently it happened. "Leave everything to us."
Then Pinkie Pie FIM sees something over by the mirror portal. It is a book she wants to look at and she takes it and says “Oh no!” because the mirror portal fell over and broke.
“Um girls I found the book we were looking for but the mirror portal is busted and broken now so we can’t use it now.” said Pinkie Pie FIM.
``Well at least you were able to find the book sugarcube now let us continue exploring cause I want to see how much this Crystal Empire looks cause I have never seen it before!” said the Blue Ranger.
“Well other than me, you are going to enjoy it to the fullest and sure as hell going to love it too so let us get out of this library now!” said Applejack FIM.
“But be sure to watch your step after the craziness with both of the Twilight’s that just happened before and alright everypony time to go!” said the Red Ranger.
“So, other me, explain to me why Celestia chose you as the red ranger and to be the leader of the pony rangers?” said Rainbow Dash FIM.
“Well I am a strong leader and my Zord is badass and I fit well with my other teammates because we have been friends for a really long time and because Celestia entrusted me with the Element Of Loyalty and I am loyal to everypony and will save my friends when they are in danger and protect the innocent and peace for all of Equestria!” said the Red Ranger.
“Let me also explain how your Elements Of Harmony were turned into power coins and how your power morphers were created and how your Zords were built too?” asked Rainbow Dash FIM.
“Well it all happened 10,000 years ago after Nightmare Moon was sealed away in another dimension, then Princess Celestia decided just in case Nightmare Moon returned along with her minions and soldiers and were more powerful this time, decided that the Elements Of Harmony as they originally looked like were not enough to deal with Nightmare Moon, so she decided to call upon the Ancient Pillars of Equestria to turn the Elements Of Harmony into power coins and she seeked help from a old friend Zordon in order to create the power morphers and also had his help in making the Element Zords too and all of the power that was left over from the Elements Of Harmony in their original form infused with our Zords and made them really powerful and that is how our powers and Zords were created.” said the Red Ranger.
“That story was so cool and interesting. I had no idea you had a Nightmare Moon in your dimension too. Who were her minions and foot soldiers?” asked Twilight Sparkle FIM.
“Well they were legions of bat ponies that were her foot soldiers and her own personal royal guard along with the Shadowbolts were her minions and they were all sealed away to another dimension but who knows if they will return any time soon.” said the Green Ranger.
But in that same exact moment in the Pony Rangers dimension in the Never Free Forest Castle it showed the Tantabus and it reformed, reviving Nightmare Moon she then created a portal to free her minions and foot soldiers.
“Ah Pony Rangers didn’t think you could get rid of me that easily. Now, my minions and foot soldiers. Let us see where those pesky ponies went because I want my revenge on them and my timberwolves and Ursa Majors will gladly help us out too!” said Nightmare Moon.
“But first I have to find out where they went so that might take awhile but in the meantime let us go to my own base on the moon and await the time we should figure out a spell to get to where the pony rangers are.” said Nightmare Moon.
Back in the Friendship Is Magic dimension, both of the groups of mane six were reading through the book in one of the study rooms of the library.
"Let’s see. this book has a lot of knowledge in it about other universes including the multiverse!” Said Twilight Sparkle FIM.
“Girls look here is a page talking about the Power Rangers and that there have been several different teams and it talks about Zordon in this one too. He is the same guy who helped the Princess Celestia in our universe create our power morphers and Zords.” said the Green Ranger.
“Well I would definitely want to learn more about this!” Said the Red Ranger.
“But it says there are also other universes with us as different genders and one with you guys as rangers but entirely different and ones with different wielders of the Elements Of Harmony.” Said Sunset Shimmer.
“Yes Zordon and I were old friends from a long time ago and I decided to not make your powers connected to the morphing grid but my own power instead and the Zords too, but in the meantime let us continue to read this book.” Said Princess Celestia.
Meanwhile in the far reaches of Equestria it shows a newly constructed lair and in it shows Queen Chrysalis who has made more changelings now and wants revenge on the Mane Six for what they did to hear during the Canterlot Wedding.
“Soon my changelings, we will attack Equestria and I will get my revenge on those ponies who thwarted my plans during the Canterlot invasion I staged during that wedding!” Said Queen Chrysalis.
Now back to the Crystal Empire library and it continues to show both groups of Mane Six, both Spikes, Princess Celestia from the Pony Rangers Universe, Princess Luna from the Pony Rangers Universe, and the Sunset Shimmer from the Pony Rangers Universe reading the book on inter dimensional travel and multiverses.
“So ah reckon when we should have some action because this book is getting boring now!” Said the Blue Ranger.
Then at the exact moment wendigos start to attack the Crystal Empire and the library along with dark creatures of unknown origins.
“Yes now that's what I am talking about now we can take a break from reading for now!” Said the Red Ranger.
“Alright my little ponies me and Luna, and the Friendship Is Magic Mane Six. and both Spikes will try to go alert everyone and seek help from the royal guard to aid you but in the meantime my Pony Rangers you along with Sunset go deal with the invading forces happening now go!” Said Princess Celestia.
Then the Pony Rangers Mane Six take out their power morphers and use their hoofs to open them up and hold them in front of them and get ready to transform.
“Alright everypony it's Morphin Time!” said the Red Ranger.
Then the Pony Rangers Mane Six were transformed and then decided to teleport out of the library and then decided to call upon their Zords.
“Alright everyone, time to call the Element Dinozords and Sunset try to deal with the forces on the ground while we handle the big ones and Twilight time to call the Element Dragonzord too, alright we need Element Dinozord Power now!” Said the Red Ranger.
Then the Element Dinozords appear as the five pony rangers go into their cockpits to deal with the invading forces.
“Alright Rainbow Dash I got it time to call the Element Dragonzord!” Said the Green Ranger.
Then in that exact moment the Element Dragonzord appears and then Twilight decides to go into its cockpit after she uses her dragon dagger to summon it.
“Alright now time to take these guys down and show them you don’t mess with the Pony Rangers now everypony time to use our attacks on these guys!” Said the Red Ranger.
“Now time for me to take some down too alright Element Dragonzord do your thing finger missiles and tail drill attack go!” Said the Green Ranger.
But then huge dragons also appear and the Pony Rangers decide to take them on all at once and Sunset Shimmer in the meantime is fighting undead ponies brought back to life and is taking them down one by one.
“Hey Sunset, need help to try to take those undead ponies down?” Said the Red Ranger.
“No Rainbow Dash I am fine on my own for now to take these clowns down and when I am finished taking them down I will go see if the others have found help yet at all.” Said Sunset Shimmer.
“Alright Sunset that sounds like a great plan and a good idea, alright rangers now time to get focused on trying to get rid of these creeps and okay Element T-Rex Zord do your thing, use your laser beam attacks now and let us see if I can do any new attacks at all too.” Said the Red Ranger.
“Anybody else having trouble with these things cause they keep on coming and my Element Triceratops Dinozord keeps on using his tail cannon and these things just keep on forming again ah hell dangit!”
“What is the matter, Applejack darling?” Asked the Black Ranger.
“It’s my Zord it is stuck and jammed ah need help right away!” Said the Blue Ranger.
“Alright Applejack I will see if I can help you out or get Fluttershy to help you out cause I am in a bit of something right now and these things are making me mad I hope they don’t ruin my hair!” Said the Black Ranger.
“Okay Saber Tooth let us use your new attacks that I programmed into you and hope that helps out a lot and is able to take these things now and let me contact Pinkie Pie to see if she can help out Applejack.” Said the Yellow Ranger.
“Okay, Fluttershy! I hear you! Over. Now let us go and help out Applejack now, okay? Pterodactyl Element Dinozord do your stuff, fire lasers and use your wing attacks that I randomly now know about and got from a Pokémon game.” Said the Pink Ranger.
“What's Pokémon and how do you know about it?” The Yellow Ranger asked.
"Um I have no idea the idea just randomly came up in my head so now I know or maybe I can ask Weird Al Yankovic and call him up right now!” Said the Pink Ranger.
“Pinkie Pie focus on the attack and try to help Applejack darling or maybe Sunset can help her out by using her magic to unstuck her.” Said the Black Ranger.
“Okay I will Rarity alright Pterodactyl let us go and help out Applejack and unstuck her Zord!” Said the Pink Ranger.
“Are you having any trouble trying to take these things down Twilight?” Asked the Red Ranger.
“No Rainbow Dash I am fine, not having any trouble trying to take these guys down and I am using the finger missiles and tail drill of the Element Dragonzord to take these things down, but if I need help I will call on the com link thing.” Said the Green Ranger.
Meanwhile back at the Crystal Empire far away, the Friendship Is Magic Mane Six and the rest of their group are still trying to get to the Crystal Empire Castle and Sunset joins up with them and then they finally arrive at the castle.
“Alright girls I am done taking out those undead ponies and all the inhabitants of the Crystal Empire have been safely evacuated and who in fact rules the Crystal Empire?” Asked Sunset Shimmer.
“That would be my brother Shining Armour and his wife Princess Cadance, my former foal sitter.” Said Twilight FIM.
“Wait Cadence as in Princess Mi Demour Cadenza?” Said both Sunset Summer and Pony Rangers Spike.
“Yes it is the same one, why is the one in your universe different?” Said Twilight FIM.
“Um she is the same other than the fact she is our cousin in our universe.” Said Sunset Shimmer and Pony Rangers Spike.
During the fight against the wendigos, shadowy beings, and dragons that was going on with the Pony Rangers Mane Six, the FIM ponies dashed into the throne room where Cadence and Shining Armour were at.
They eventually came across two royal guards guarding the entrance to the throne room and then talked to them in order to get inside.
“Listen this is an emergency we need help from the Crystal Empire Royal Guard and need the help of my brother and Cadence right away now!”. said Twilight Sparkle FIM.
“Wait, why are Princesses Luna and Celestia here and why aren’t they at Canterlot Castle, also why are there two Spikes here and why is Sunset Shimmer here?” Asked the royal guards.
“We will explain as soon as we see my brother we need to get in here now!” Said Twilight Sparkle FIM.
“Alrighty then, Princess Twilight. we will allow you to enter the doors and make sure no one else will enter the room at all unless we enter the room or someone else does.” Said the guards.
“It seems like those guys have been watching a lot of Monty Python, especially Monty Python and The Holy Grail because it seems like they are huge fans of it.” Said Sunset Shimmer.
“Yeah, probably, but now they are running away sis so now let us go into the throne room and meet this universe’s counterparts of our cousins.” Said Pony Rangers Spike.
They open the door to the throne room where Shining Armour and Cadence are puzzled to see Luna and Celestia in the Crystal Empire, two Spikes and also Sunset Shimmer in the Crystal Empire too.
"Twilight?" Cadence said, flabbergasted.
"Cadence! Shining!" Twilight FIM said.
“Um Cadence, why are Celestia and Luna here? I thought they were back in Canterlot Castle, also why are there two Spikes, why is Sunset Shimmer here too? I am all confused!” Said Shining Armour.
“I can answer that Shining Armour that Celestia, Luna, Spike, and Sunset Shimmer are from another universe where Cadence is Sunset and Spike’s cousin, and in that universe we have other versions of ourselves but we are Pony Rangers.” Said Twilight FIM.
“I am afraid she is right Shining Armour I rule my universe of Equestria as does my sister, I am the one that decided to make our Elements of Harmony into power coins as a power source for my rangers but now the Crystal Empire is under attack as you see and we need your help and seek assistance from your guards to help us out.” Said Pony Rangers Celestia.
“Wait a minute, where are the Pony Rangers counterparts of you? Why aren’t they here with you?” Said Princess Cadence.
“They are off dealing with wendigos, dragons, and dark creatures hat are attacking the Crystal Empire as we speak and it looks like they are having a hard fought battle as I can feel it happening right now.” Said Sunset Shimmer.
“Oh that makes total sense because the Crystal Heart reacted weirdly to stuff happening before. I think this was a planned attack by someone that wanted this to happen.” Said Princess Cadence.
“Who do you think might have planned it Cadence anyone you can think of at all?” Asked Twilight FIM.
“I have no idea, Twilight. It could have been another force but who knows yet we will have to wait until we find out who it exactly is.” Said Princess Cadence.
Now we cut back to the Pony Rangers still dealing with the dragons, wendigos, and shadowy creatures which are more revealed to be more powerful versions of Ursa Majors and the wendigos and dragons also have new more powerful forms thanks to the Pony Rangers Nightmare Moon and she is now able to use her magic to create several copies of the Tantabus and infuse it with the creatures.
“Alright my Element Triceratops Dinozord is not jammed and stuck anymore let us hope that doesn’t happen again, alright now time to continue using my Zord’s twin tail laser cannon attack and use its horns as grappling hooks to get rid of more enemies.” Said the Blue Ranger.
“I am glad Applejack darling that your Zord isn’t jammed and stuck anymore and now let me use the Element Mastodon Dinozord’s freeze attack from its trunk to freeze these enemies and also hope to use its newly discovered laser attacks from its eyes too.” Said the Black Ranger.
“How many more of these things are going to keep on coming I keep using the Element Tyrannosaurus Dinozord’s ground breath attack and it’s laser beam eyes and it”s fire breath attacks but it is doing a lot of damage but these things keep on reforming it is starting to make me mad now!” Says the Red Ranger.
“Okay Rainbow Dash I will see if I can help you out at all because I am done taking out the ones I had to deal with alright Element Dragonzord time to go help out the other girls and aid them and use your rocket finger missiles and your tail drill attack now!” Said the Green Ranger.
“Um girls me and the Element Saber Tooth Tiger Dinozord are not having any problems and I am going to keep using it’s tail laser attacks to take down more of these enemies and hope they retreat soon and I hope my animals okay and I hope Angel is taking good care of them for me or I hope Trixie got my message,” says the Yellow Ranger.
“Okay Fluttershy let us hope that happens too but for now let us end this okay Element Pterodactyl Dinozord time to use both your laser beam attacks and the new wing attack you now know to get rid of these creatures once and for all!”’Said the Pink Ranger.
Then all of the enemies suddenly disappear and vanish and then the Pony Rangers get out of there Zords and then teleport away and go back to where they came from until they are called once again.
“Okay that was just weird that the enemies just suddenly vanished and retreated like that. I think there might be something up with this, someone was behind it and wanted it to happen but for now let us rest rangers.” Said the Red Ranger.
Then the Pony Rangers demorph and then decide to go to where the rest of the group is at the Crystal Empire Castle and it will take them a while to get there.
We now cut back to the Crystal Empire Castle where the Friendship Is Magic Mane Six are still explaining the story of the rest of their group to Shining Armour and Cadence while in the meantime Cadence also tells the Pony Rangers Sunset Shimmer of her counterpart in the Friendship Is Magic universe.
"So you see? That is why we need your help but it looks like the invading attack is over now because the Pony Rangers Mane Six have just told me that they have retreated and are now on their way here.” Said Sunset Shimmer.
“Okay that sounds good now, hopefully we will be prepared for an attack next time when it happens and other Sunset you say we are cousins in your world?” Asked Cadence.
“Yes we are Cadence and my Spike is my brother too and we have been through a lot here and I heard that there was a counterpart of me in this world but what happened to her?” Asked Sunset Shimmer.
“Well she was a nice pony at first and wanted Princess Celestia to accept her and be her mom but Celestia wanted her to make friends and that was hard for Sunset to do because she tried and no one would be friends with her, also what made her mad is that what she wanted Celestia to do to her she did to me instead and that made her really angry. Then one day they had a massive argument with each other and then Sunset Shimmer decided enough was enough and then went into the mirror portal at Canterlot Castle and went to another world which I assume Princess Twilight had told you about.” Said Cadence.
“Yes she has talked about it to us before. When I saw my friends from my world in this dimension they told me that Mane Six thought they were the Equestria Girls counterparts of Princess Twilight’s friends but then they were able to explain where they came from and found the story interesting.” Said Sunset Shimmer.
“What was the interesting part of the story?” Cadence asked.
“Well they said the Elements Of Harmony from their world were turned into power coins and the energies and powers of the Elements Of Harmony that were left over were transferred to their Element Zords so their power runs off of the Elements Of Harmony.” Said Sunset Shimmer.
“Oh that story sounds really cool and interesting. I hope I can find a chance to travel to your universe someday and be able to see what it looks like. Is there anything different about it at all?” Asked Cadence.
“The difference is that the Everfree Forest is called the Never Free Forest and it looks a lot different than yours does and the other differences are that I am Princess Celestia’s student and so is my Twilight and we have all been friends for a long time including my Mane Six have been friends since there were fillies.” Said Sunset Shimmer.
Meanwhile while that conversation was going on Pony Rangers Nightmare Moon was proud of her attack that she did to the Friendship Is Magic universe and now she will wait until it is the right time to go to that universe and try to rule it and destroy it but before that she will make her minions, foot soldier’s, monsters, creatures, and royal guard more powerful and have those invading forces that just attacked the Crystal Empire join up with her in her dimension. She will also make those ones more powerful too like she did with her own and give new forms to her armies of TimberWolves and Ursa Majors.
“Ah my new more powerful forces you did a good job well done testing those pesky Pony Rangers now we will wait until the right time to go to that Friendship Is Magic universe to try to rule it and destroy it and then possibly team up with someone else and try to create legions of thousands and thousands of giant robots!” Said Pony Rangers Nightmare Moon.
After their battle, the rangers burst through the doors, panting from how long it took them to get back to the throne room.
"We did it," Sighed the Green Ranger. "We managed to drive those invading forces of wendigos, dragons, and Ursa Majors away from attacking the Crystal Empire. They suddenly vanished and disappeared but it was a long hard fought battle.” Said the Green Ranger.
"Great job, Rangers," Cadence sighed. "I just hope there aren't any more of them coming."
"Me too," Fluttershy FIM chimed. "But why were they attacking us in the first place? What made them this way?"
"Hmm…" Ranger Sunset stroked her chin in thought. "I think I have a feeling that someone's behind all this."
"Who?" Pinkie Pie FIM asked. "Tirek? King Sombra? The Flim Flam Brothers?"
"I don't think it was the Flim Flam Brothers, Pinkie Pie," Applejack said.
"It's a possibility," She assured.
"Well, whoever it is, we're not gonna let them win. I'm sure of it," Rainbow said.
Cadence nodded. "Guards, have you and the others on the lookout for any more invading forces coming, both inside and out of the empire. We have to be ready in case of another war. If you see any of them, let us know."
The Guards saluted before galloping off.
"Okay. Now all we gotta do next is figure out how to use the book to help the rangers get back home," Twilight FIM stated.
"Right," Rainbow Dash FIM cheered. "Let’s do this!"
“But first I suggest we should add to your Friendship Castle Princess Twilight and make a commander center like we have in our universe and so we use its power source to teleport a lot easier because before it took too long to get here on foot, also we were really tired after we made the long trek from where we were before to here and we can also use it to make contact with other universes just in case we need help,” Said the Green Ranger.
“Alright we will get on that right away!” Said Twilight Sparkle FIM.
"How are we going to accomplish this task at hoof?” Asked Rainbow Dash FIM.
“Me and mom and Aunt Luna are going to be able to do that because I am knowledgeable in technology type stuff and I also have helped the Pony Rangers by building stuff for them in the past before.” Said Pony Rangers Sunset Shimmer.
“Okay that sounds like a great plan now everyone back to my Friendship Castle and get started on making a command center for the Pony Rangers Mane Six and their group.” Said Twilight Sparkle FIM.
"Got it!" Everyone, except for Cadence and Shining Armour, compiled. Then both groups of Mane Six, both Spikes, Pony Rangers Luna. Pony Rangers Celestia, and Pony Rangers Sunset Shimmer say goodbye to Shining Armour and Cadence and make there way back to the Friendship Castle in Ponyville so they can find a book to help the Pony Rangers counterparts get back home and to create a secret base power chamber command center for the Mane Six Pony Rangers.
But in the meantime in the Pony Rangers universe it shows that version of Nightmare Moon in her moon base on the moon still waiting on the time to get ready to get her revenge on the Pony Rangers Mane Six and go to the Friendship Is Magic universe to try to destroy and wipe it out from existence but first when she decides to leave the Pony Rangers universe she will destroy it and annihilate it so then the Pony Rangers Mane Six will have nothing to go back to.
Then back in the Friendship Is Magic universe they finally get back to the Friendship Castle and that is when Pony Rangers Sunset Shimmer, Pony Rangers Luna, and Pony Rangers Celestia decide to get started on creating the new part of the Friendship Castle which will be a power command center chamber so they will be able to get places a lot easier now with a teleportation system and know when threats appear with a alarm system and viewing screens in order to make contact to warn others of attacks and be able to contact other universes for help too.
“Okay me, mom, and Aunt Luna are going to get started to add those new systems and technology to your Friendship Castle Princess Twilight, so now we will be able to teleport to places a lot easier now and I am going to create communicators for my version of the Mane Six so they will be able to contact each other. Be able to teleport to other places because I am going to create a teleportation system that is going to be connected to the communicators. Then we are going to create an alarm system and also create the means to contact other universes and worlds so we can ask for help when we are in dire need of it.” Said Pony Rangers Sunset.
“Okay Sunset I wish you good luck with that and I think it will definitely be a better way to contact my Luna and Celestia and tell them of the threat that just recently happened. I think that the first test we will do to test out the new systems is to contact them first.” Said Twilight FIM.
“So what do we do now as we wait for them to be finished with that?” Asked Rainbow Dash FIM.
“Maybe we can try to find a book on different universes and maybe learn more about those other Pony Rangers we heard about because that sounds really cool and awesome and interesting!” Said the Green Ranger.
“Okay guys let us get to doing that at this instance and what we can also do is try to find a way back to our universe too,” Said the Red Ranger.
“Okay I hope I have that book here somewhere okay girls. Let's look for it and also hopefully find that book so we can find out more about those other Pony Rangers that exist in a different universe.” said Twilight FIM.
“Okie Dokie Lokie Twilight let us go see if we can find that book anywhere!” Said Pinkie Pie FIM.
She and the rest of the gang scattered throughout the Crystal Library, searching through every section they could find in their respective spots.
"C'mon, c'mon, c'mon!" Rainbow muttered to herself as she and the Red Ranger flipped through each book. "Found anything?!" She asked her.
"Not yet!" The Ranger replied.
Applejack and her ranger flipped through her own sections, but to no avail. "Nothing on our end either!" She called. "Anything on your end, Fluttershy?"
"No," She replied. "And to be honest, we don't even know which section to look for."
"We don't, either," Rarity chimed.
Rainbow Dash groaned. "This is hopeless! We've checked everywhere and still have no idea of where that—!"
"Found it!" Pinkie Pie shouted, holding up the book with her mane.
"Should've seen that coming," Deadpanned both Rainbow Dashs.
"Great work, Pinkie." Twilight levitated the book to the desk with her magic. "Now let’s see what we can find." She skimmed through each page before stopping "Ah-ha! Here's what we're looking for."
She showed them a picture of the Pony Rangers Zeo but the picture was blocked off somehow but there was a lot of writing going along with the picture so then they began to read about the Pony Rangers Zeo to find out more about them.
“Okay girls let us see where their story starts.” Said Twilight Sparkle FIM.
“Oh this should be wonderful finding out about this because I love reading so much and love learning too!” Said the Green Ranger.
“Okay eggheads are we going to get started on the story or what because I want to see what it is about and find out about them and see how different they are to us!” Said the Red Ranger.
“Be patient sugarcube cause it seems to be taking Princess Twilight a while to get started on reading the book and alright looks like she fixed it now time to read!” Said the Blue Ranger.
“So girls it seems like these pony rangers have fought Nightmare Moon like we and the Pony Rangers Mane Six have done. But they have also fought Discord, Queen Chrysalis, and now they are fighting King Sombra. It also shows that they have had Zords like yours but different ones too. It also says that their Elements Of Harmony were destroyed after they planned to use them to reverse a spell King Sombra did where he used a spell to turn back time and turn those Mane Six into fillies. They tried to make a device to return them to normal with their Elements Of Harmony powering them but it was destroyed along with the Elements Of Harmony but the energies and powers of them were saved thanks to the Luna, Celestia, and Cadence of that world. Then Cadence gave them the Zeo Crystal as a new power source for their powers and also infused a little bit of the energies and powers of the Elements Of Harmony into the Zeo Crystal as well and also making their Zeo powers stronger over time. But the downside is that only five ponies were able to get the Zeo powers, those being the Pinkie Pie, Fluttershy, Applejack, Rarity, and Twilight Sparkle of that universe. But eventually it says that Rainbow Dash became the Gold Ranger after the original one was killed and when he was at his dying breath he exchanged his power to her and then more of those energies and powers left over from those Elements Of Harmony were then infused with that Rainbow Dash so she will be able to keep the Gold Ranger powers and not having to worry about the side effects of what would normally happen.” Said Twilight Sparkle FIM.
“Is that it, Twilight?” Asked Rainbow Dash FIM.
"Yeah, but I didn't know that one of the Rangers got killed. I'm sorry that it happened," Twilight said.
"It's okay. We still have the power he left behind to remember him by," The Red Ranger said.
“Wait… Something is happening to the book. It is starting to glow and show us more about those Pony Rangers I guess we are not done with the book yet. Said the Green Ranger.
“Okay Twilight what is it showing in the book now?” Said Fluttershy FIM.
“It says that the device they created that was powered by the Elements Of Harmony was able to properly restore one of those Pony Rangers to their proper age, being Rainbow Dash the one in that universe. Then Cadence secretly infused Rainbow Dash with her own magic and some of the Zeo Crystal so the delayed side effect would not eventually happen to that Rainbow Dash.” Said Twilight Sparkle FIM.
“What is that side effect that was eventually going to happen to us?” Asked both Rainbow Dashes.
“It doesn’t say but it does say that something similar happened in the Power Rangers universe to Billy and that delayed side effect was that he one day kept on rapidly aging and then they had to find a way to stop it.” Said Twilight Sparkle FIM.
“Okay other me let us get back to the story. What does it say after that description or before it?” Asked the Green Ranger.
“Okay it says that when Queen Chrysalis attacked they lost their original Elemental Zords and their Elements Of Harmony were then damaged so then their Princess Cadance gave them new Zords and a new Crystal Empire power source like the Elements Of Harmony but stronger and then it talks about that Queen Chrysalis revived King Sombra and then he gave himself minions and foot soldiers and then it talks about all the battles those Pony Rangers had with those two villains and how Queen Chrysalis was defeated but King Sombra remained. Then it says that the Zeo Zords were constructed in the Crystal Empire and given to those rangers by Cadence and then it reveals they later got the Super Zeo Zords and then before that she gave Twilight the Red Battlezord.” Said Twilight Sparkle FIM.
“Okay so Princess Twilight what are the designated colors for those Pony Rangers if I may ask you.” Said the Blue Ranger.
“Okay other Applejack I will tell you who they are okay, the lineup is Pinkie Pie Zeo Ranger 1 Pink, Fluttershy Zeo Ranger 2 Yellow, Applejack Zeo Ranger 3 Blue, Rarity Zeo Ranger 4 Green, and me Zeo Ranger 5 Red the leader of the Pony Rangers Zeo, and Rainbow Dash the Gold Zeo Ranger. It also explains the new crystallized power source they got from Cadence was destroyed and that is what they used along with the Elements Of Harmony to power up that device machine to use it to restore those Pony Rangers proper ages. It also said that the combined energies and powers of both of those power sources are being used to help create the Zeo Pony Rangers arsenal and Zords and making those powers stronger too and like I read before help that Rainbow Dash be able to control her powers and not have them turn on her and make sure that side effect didn’t happen to her caused by the device that was used to restore her to her proper age.” Said Twilight Sparkle FIM.
“Okay Twilight what else does it talk about in that book about the Pony Rangers Zeo?” Asked Applejack FIM.
“Well Applejack let me see it talks about how the Pony Rangers received their powers in the first place and it also talks about how I came into the picture in that universe and all the battles they had with their various villains that they fought with. They also bring up that they got the Ninja Zords after their old Zords were destroyed and they also talk about they got new power ups from the new power source that Cadence gave them after the Elements Of Harmony were damaged in the first battle with Chrysalis. It also talks about the team ups they had with the Power Rangers and how that went and the new allies they met and new friends they made and how evil Discord was to Nightmare Moon.” Said Twilight Sparkle FIM.
The heroes strolled through Ponyville on their way to Twilight's Castle. After hours of learning what they needed to know in the Crystal Library so far, it seemed right to check out the castle's command center and how it's going to help them in their endeavors.
"Thanks for letting us know about your dimension's version of Discord," Rainbow said.
"Yep. It looks like some things never really change, even in other dimensions," Applejack said, only to earn a few glares from the others. She cleared her throat. "No offense."
"None taken," The Red Ranger said.
"So, this Stygian. I'm so sorry that he died," Twilight chimed. Her voice was fraught with empathy.
The Green Ranger sighed, "It's fine. Let's just see how the center's doing."
“So yeah other me why not in the meantime we talk about more of what we learned in the book about the Pony Rangers Zeo.” Said Twilight Sparkle FIM.
“I agree let us do that because it is still going to take a while for the command center to be constructed and built in your Friendship Castle Princess Twilight.” Said the Red Ranger.
“Yeah it said there Nightmare Moon had minions and foot soldiers with her and then she was eventually defeated and turned back into Princess Luna, then it talked about Discord and the chaos and disharmony he tried to bring upon Equestria but then he was eventually defeated too, then it talked about how evil Queen Chrysalis was and the armies of Changelings she had and the armies she had too and how she destroyed the original Zords the Pony Rangers Zeo had when they still used the Elements Of Harmony as there original power source then how she was eventually defeated, then it talks about how King Sombra returned and what he did when he first appeared and now he has joined forces with a robot empire from another universe now.” Said Rainbow Dash FIM.
“It then talked about the Rainbow Dash in that universe keep on disappearing during battles and then when the gold ranger first appeared they thought it was her but she debunked them and said it wasn’t her and what she was doing was she was going with Princess Cadence to have tests done on herself and to develop a top secret project. It talked about how the gold ranger first showed up to aid the Pony Ranger Zeo and that he kept his identity a complete secret until he finally revealed himself where he couldn’t contain and maintain the gold ranger powers anymore and then with his dying breath he gave the gold ranger powers to that Rainbow Dash. But first she had a hard time accepting the powers but then Princess Cadence used her magic to infuse it with that Rainbow Dash so she would be able to fully accept the gold ranger powers.” Said the Red Ranger.
“It then talked about how upset that Rainbow Dash was when she wasn’t a ranger anymore at that time and she was able to help them out whenever they needed her just to fight foot soldiers of King Sombra. Then it talked about how she helped out Princess Cadence with constructing and building the new arsenal and Zords for the Pony Rangers Zeo and it talked about how Stygian got the gold ranger powers in the first place.” Said the Green Ranger.
“Alright girls I can’t wait to see what this command center is going to be like and also get those communicators too because that is going to be awesome and amazing and cool!” Said both Pinkie Pies.
“Alright why not in the meantime we should go off and train so we will be prepared just in case another attack happens or some mysterious force attacks and returns.” Said Twilight Sparkle FIM.
“I totally agree with that, other me. Let us do that right now and keep doing it until our Sunset Shimmer comes and tells us that the command center in your Friendship Castle is all finished and done with,” Said the Green Ranger.
“But I still think we should go and ask what the progress for the command center in the Friendship Castle is, Sugarcubes,” Said both Applejack’s.
“Yeah I agree to let us go see what the progress is on it so far and hope it is almost done yet and finished with,” Said both Rainbow Dashes.
"Me too," Both Pinkie Pies said. "Jinx!" They both laughed.
They entered the command center, only to become agape by the progress. It had high-tech machines and gadgetry in various parts of the room with screens that showed different parts of the world and beyond. The FIM ponies had never seen anything like this. Twilight was literally frozen in amazement by how much tech was around.
Pony Ranger Sunset strolled up to the gang. "So, what do you think?"
"It… Is…" Both Rarities stammered..
"The Greatest Thing Ever!" Twilight shouted, unfrozen.
"How did y'all do all of this?" Applejack FIM asked.
Sunset giggled, "C'mon. I'll show you." She walked with them down the steps to the center of… the center. "This command center is connected to every part of both the world and places beyond." She then picked up some multi-colored lines near a device. "And these wires are what's needed to make that happen."
"Okay… But what's the power source?" Twilight FIM asked.
"I was getting to that," The flame pony replied.
"Right. Sorry." The alicorn blushed.
Sunset took them down a thin corridor that housed a giant machine with a glass dome completely filled with a rainbow substance. "And this is the power source. Since this realm relies on magic to power things, me and the Princesses from the Ranger dimension used our own magic to fill it up."
"Don't you need that?" Rainbow Dash FIM questioned.
"Don't worry. We've already got it covered," Sunset used a small spell to restore her own magic. Though it did make her feel a little woozy before shaking her head to regain her composure, much to the heroes' concern. "Pretty cool, huh?"
"Yeah…" Fluttershy squeaked.
"Oh! I almost forgot!" Sunset levitated some small devices over to the Pony Rangers. "Here are your new communicators."
"Communicators?" Applejack questioned.
"Yeah. For when you need to contact someone, even if they're far away," She explained. "Do you guys want some, too?"
“Yes we would love to have some Sunset thanks for offering them to us.” said the Blue Ranger.
“Okay thanks Applejack this will allow you to communicate with each other and it will also allow you to teleport to other places too because they are connected to the teleportation system in the command center and now time to show you the main room of the command center that is where the alarm system and the screen that you can view stuff is,” said Sunset Shimmer.
She guided them to the main room. Both the Rangers and the FIM ponies looked around in awe at the three large computer screens hooked up to the walls. The left one had a map of Equestria shown with a dotted red line and a small target that said 'Here'. The right one showed a video of the multiverse that also had a target which universe they were in.
"Wow! This is genius!" Rarity said.
"And that's not all." Sunset said.
With a tap on the keyboard, the screen in the middle turned on. A bright blue light engulfed the entire room, making the group cover their eyes from its blindness—Except for the two Rainbow Dashes who simply put on sunglasses. Once the light faded, everyone gasped at what was on screen. The computer showed various systems, such as a target system, sleep mode, and other modules.
"Okay. I take it back. This is the best thing ever!" Twilight beamed.
"Yep," Sunset agreed. "With these computers, we can not only control the systems within this room, but the whole command center itself. It will also allow you to contact other universes using the distress signal button programmed into this computer too. We can also contact places like the Crystal Empire and Canterlot Castle if needed to alert someone of something going on.” said Sunset Shimmer.
“I think we should test this out and call the Celestia and Luna of this universe right now in Canterlot Castle and let them know what has happened like the attack on the Crystal Empire and let them know about the Pony Rangers Mane Six, and that universe and the counterparts of Luna and Celestia and Sunset Shimmer and Spike that are here now.” said Twilight Sparkle FIM.
“Okay Princess Twilight I will get to doing that right away and hope the connection will be great and they will be able to show up on the computer screen and be able to make contact with them and let them know about our situation.” said Sunset Shimmer.
Then Pony Rangers Sunset Shimmer uses her magic to type in the coordinates for Canterlot Castle and then to try to establish contact with the Luna and Celestia of the Friendship Is Magic universe and be able to make contact with them. Then it is able to go through and Canterlot Castle shows up on the computer screen and she sees the Luna and the Celestia of the Friendship Is Magic universe on the screen.
“Sunset Shimmer what are you doing here, I thought you were at Canterlot High with your friends and why are there doppelgangers of the Mane Six, me, Luna, and Spike with you?” asked Princess Celestia FIM.
“I can answer that we are from another universe where I am your daughter and Spike is your son, the Mane Six of my universe are Pony Rangers and have Zords and power morphers powered by the Elements Of Harmony. Which are now power coins instead but with the symbols of the Elements Of Harmony in the middle of them.” said Sunset Shimmer.
“I am afraid she is right about that other Celestia. We have been friends with each other for a really long time. We met when we were fillies but then we had to move away but then 5 years ago we were able to meet and see each other again. We have recently just defeated the Nightmare Moon in our universe and were able to send her minions, foot soldiers, monsters, and creatures to another dimension where they are trapped forever.” said the Green Ranger.
“Thou is all interesting other Twilight but how in fact did you get here cause thou must know now!”. said Princess Luna FIM.
“I was going to get to that, one day I was in the Golden Oaks Library in my universe doing spring cleaning and me and the other rangers found a book about other universes and it somehow opened up a portal to send us to this universe and now we have no way to get home now and are still trying to figure out a way to be able to do that.” said the Green Ranger.
“I don’t know if Shining Armour and Cadence told you this Celestia and Luna but the Crystal Empire was just recently under attack by Ursa Majors, Dragons, and TimberWolves but they looked totally different to what they usually look like the other Sunset Shimmer told us when she arrived at the Crystal Empire Castle.” said Twilight Sparkle FIM.
“Wait a sensed an evil presence inside those creatures that reminded me of the Tantabus and evil magic that caused me to turn into Nightmare Moon.” said Princess Luna FIM.
“Wait, does that mean our Nightmare Moon has returned and was responsible for that attack and those creatures have now joined her armies of monsters?”asked the Red Ranger.
“Yes I am afraid so and it will be only a matter of time before she decides to come here to invade our universe. So we might have to use the computers in this command center and contact with other universes if the fight gets tough.” said Twilight Sparkle FIM.
“Well just in case my new acquaintances and my fellow subjects I will alert me and Luna’s royal guards and the royal guards in the Crystal Empire and other allied nations to aid us in the upcoming fight with the Nightmare Moon from the other universe. Let us hope she doesn’t find more allies to team up with.” said Princess Celestia FIM.
“Okay Celestia that sounds like a great plan and if it gets any worse I can use this new command center to ask for help from other universes.” said Twilight Sparkle FIM.
"Are you sure that's a good idea, Twi?" Applejack FIM asked.
"Positive," The purple alicorn nodded.
"Okay, do you know what universe we should contact Twilight?” Asked Applejack FIM.
"Hmm… I think I might know exactly who to call," Twilight FIM said.
Back at the command center, Twilight tried to type on the keyboard to the main computer, but instead, she ended up pressing multiple keys at the same time. She growled as the screen kept saying 'Incorrect' in a red and white border. "Ugh! Why isn't this working?!"
"Here. Let me try," Spike said, gesturing to Twilight to move out of the way. After cracking his knuckles, Spike got to work on typing down the code faster than a cheetah with an energy drink. The others were so agape by his skill that Pinkie’s lower jaw stretched all the way to the floor from where she's standing.
"Spike. How did you do that?" Twilight asked.
"Oh that's simple," Spike boasted. "Turns out typing on a keyboard is just as easy as playing the piano, at least from my experience."
The others made a confused expression in response to Spike's theory, but simply shrugged it off.
"Okay. Can you contact the other universe and see if they can help us?" She bade.
"With pleasure, Twilight," The dragon got to work on sending a distress signal that surged through the wires and manifested a magic beam that zoomed from the castle through space at a blistering speed.
After a few moments, the signal finally picked up.
"Wow, that was fast," Applejack said.
Rainbow merely grumbled to herself at how a computer signal was faster than her own speed, even her Sonic Rainboom.
"Now, let's see if they're willing to help us," The Green Ranger said.
He clicked on the signal and a video recorder popped up on the screen. The Pony Rangers Zeo finally appeared.
"Hello?" One of the members called.
"Oh, thank goodness you're online," Rarity said.
"What do you need?" She asked. "We're very busy right now,"
"Right. We can see that," The Black Ranger deadpanned.
"Look, we need your help," Twilight chimed. “Our Nightmare Moon from our universe has returned and has made her minions, creatures, foot soldiers, and monsters more powerful than before and what we currently are at now won’t be enough so that is why we contacted you.” said the Green Ranger.
“So why do you want our help?” asked the Pony Rangers Zeo Twilight.
“We have read about you and all of the adventures you had and know you have suffered from some losses and know with your combined strength and powers and Zords to help us our Nightmare Moon will stand no chance against you.” said the Red Ranger.
“So um that is why we contacted you and asked you for help and know your powers are stronger than our Nightmare Moon’s.” said the Yellow Ranger.
“Okay me and the other Pony Rangers Zeo will help you out and we will bring our Zords to help you out too but first we have to ask our Cadence to use the remaining energies and powers of the Elements Of Harmony from our universe to infuse it with the Super Zeo Zords and Red Battlezord so they will be able to fight and operate without having me and the other rangers having to use there cockpits. We are also going to ask our Cadence to use her magic too on our Zords after that we will morph and me, Fluttershy, Pinkie Pie, Applejack, and Rarity will go into the Zeo Megazord after we form it. Then we will take the Super Zeo Zords and the Red Battlezord with us too. Rainbow Dash will also morph and go into Pyramidas and we will ask our Luna, Celestia, and Cadence to create a portal in order to send us to your world then we should be there it won’t take that long at all so see you in a little bit.” said Pony Rangers Zeo Twilight.
"Thank you so much!" Twilight FIM sighed in relief.
The computer powered off.
"Okay, team! Let's get started with a plan until they get here. It may take minutes, hours, maybe even days, but I'm sure as long as we have each other and a well-thought-out plan, there's nothing we can't achieve!" Twilight FIM and the Green Ranger said. "Is everyone ready?"
Back in the Pony Rangers Zeo universe their Cadence was using the last of the remaining energies and powers from the Elements Of Harmony and the new power source she gave the rangers after their Elements Of Harmony were damaged and was infusing it with the Super Zeo Zords, Red Battlezord, and the Warrior Wheel. She was also using her magic on them too along with the Zeo Zords and Pyramidas.
“Alright, rangers that should just be about it, the transfer and infusion process is over now the Zords are ready to travel now they will follow you to that other dimension when you call upon them to aid you in battle. Now me, Luna, and Celestia will combine our magics to create a portal in order to send you to the Friendship Is Magic universe.” Said Pony Rangers Zeo Cadence.
“Okay Princess Cadence we hear you loud and clear should we morph before we go into the portal or wait till we get there?” Asked Pony Rangers Zeo Twilight.
“Um yes I think you should morph before you get there and the portal shouldn’t take you long to get there at all too.” Said Pony Rangers Zeo Cadence.
“Okay Cadence we hear you loud and clear let us get ready to morph and leave girls alright It’s Morphin Time!” Said Pony Rangers Zeo Twilight.
“Zeo Ranger 1 Pink!” Said Pony Rangers Zeo Pinkie Pie.
“Zeo Ranger 2 Yellow!” Said Pony Rangers Zeo Fluttershy.
“Zeo Ranger 3 Blue!” Said Pony Rangers Zeo Applejack.
“Zeo Ranger 4 Green!” Said Pony Rangers Zeo Rarity.
“Zeo Ranger 5 Red!” Said Pony Rangers Zeo Twilight Sparkle.
“Gold Ranger Power!” Said Pony Rangers Zeo Rainbow Dash.
Then all six of the Pony Rangers Zeo were transformed and ready to go into the portal which then their Luna, Celestia, and Cadence did that and then they went through the portal to the Friendship Is Magic universe and their Zords followed along with them through the portal too.
But little did the heroes know that fate had other problems for them to deal with. As deep within the Changeling Hive beyond Equestria in the Friendship Is Magic universe, Queen Chrysalis, who was still recovering from her Canterlot invasion, had also made even more changelings thousands upon thousands more of them to be precise. But at that same exact moment the screen in her base came on and who should appear but Pony Rangers Nightmare Moon and she looked flabbergasted to see her because she thought she died a long time ago. This Nightmare Moon was from another universe and not from hers.
“Ah, at last we meet, other Queen Chrysalis. I recall you know about the recent attack on the Crystal Empire. Well that was my idea because now I know my enemies have traveled to your universe. Those forces that attacked the Crystal Empire are now a part of my armies of monsters and creatures. So I would love to propose an alliance so we can take care of both of our enemies.” said Pony Rangers Nightmare Moon.
“What is in it for me?” asked Friendship Is Magic Queen Chrysalis.
“I can be able to make your forces stronger and be able to give you new forces too and we can combine both the magic of the Tantabus copies I have been creating and your Changeling magic and infuse it with our forces and they will be unstoppable. We can also build and create legions of thousands and thousands of giant robots too. So what do you say? Are you in?” asked Pony Rangers Nightmare Moon.
Chrysalis looked at both her armies and then at Nightmare Moon's. This was a pleasant, yet very suspicious offer. On one hoof, she doesn't like having partners as much as she enjoys having servants or minions. This might even be a ruse for this Nightmare Moon to gain trust just to backstab her later and steal her power for herself.
However, on the other hoof, if she agrees to this and it works, then it might be just the bigger advantage that she and her hive needs to even the playing field with those wretched ponies for defeating her. Plus, if this version does backstab her later, she might have the chance to use both armies against her, too.
After a few moments, The Queen cackled and shook the corrupted princess' hoof. "It's a deal,"
"Good," Nightmare Moon replied. "Now let’s get to work. Plan our attack and act slowly so they won’t know about it and keep in contact with each other and then when it is time I will go there and then we can start on creating those new forces and make our forces that we already have stronger and then train them and get to work on creating those legions of thousands and thousands of giant robots that sounds like a clever plan!” said Pony Rangers Nightmare Moon.
"Excellent," Chrysalis replied. "With our combined forces, there will be no one to stop us! Soon, both Equestria and the multiverse will be ours!"
Both rulers and their armies laughed maniacally. As the computer screens that they were using to communicate with each other shut off. Then Queen Chrysalis decided to take a bath but she lost her rubber duckie and she got pissed off.
“Who took my rubber duckie, whoever I find out who took it shall be punished and burned in tartarus!” said Queen Chrysalis. Then the changelings scrambled to try to find the rubber duckie while one of them just sat there laughing.
Meanwhile back in the command center of the Friendship Castle. The Pony Rangers Mane Six, the Friendship Is Magic Mane Six, Pony Rangers Sunset Shimmer, Pony Rangers Luna, Pony Rangers Celestia, Pony Rangers Spike, and Friendship Is Magic Spike were still waiting for the arrival of the Pony Rangers Zeo.
“So what shall we do until the Pony Rangers Zeo get here”? Asked both Pinkie Pie’s.
“Well one thing I want to ask my brother is how you were able to figure out the situation with the computer work and why Princess Twilight was helping trouble with it before?” asked Sunset Shimmer.
“It is quite simple really. I learned how to do that by watching old episodes of Star Trek. That is how I learned and found out how to do that stuff and my other self started laughing at Pinkie Pie’s expression after I started typing away.” said Pony Rangers Spike.
“But yeah this is so cool that there is another team of rangers coming to help us and what also makes it great is their leader is me and I am also the red ranger too. What also makes it amazing is that I have three Zords in that universe and I can’t wait to see what they look like!” said the Green Ranger.
“Yeah I especially can’t wait to find out what their Zords are going to look like in person but I can’t wait for them to see our Zords too and find out what the power source for our powers and Zords is!” said the Red Ranger.
“Yeah those rangers are amazing and I can’t wait to meet them and oh look a portal is opening up I guess they are here now.” Said Twilight Sparkle FIM.
Then at the same exact moment the Pony Rangers Zeo emerged from the portal and powered down and then introduced themselves to the ones they were looking at and were amazed at what the command center looked like.
“Okay we are here and now we are here to stay and help whenever this threat that you told us about is over, our Zords are on stand by and are somewhere safe so when giant creatures and giant monsters attack we will call them and assist you.” Said Pony Rangers Zeo Twilight.
“So these are our counterparts, they look amazing!” Said Pony Rangers Zeo Rainbow Dash.
“Splendid, they look exactly like us and oh I can’t wait to throw a party later whenever that will happen.” Said Pony Rangers Zeo Pinkie Pie.
“So um we would like to introduce ourselves. My name is Fluttershy and I am Zeo Ranger 2 Yellow.” Said Pony Rangers Zeo Fluttershy.
“Yeah sugarcube the name is Applejack, I am Zeo Ranger 3 Blue, Pinkie Pie is Zeo Ranger 1 Pink, Twilight is Zeo Ranger 5 Red, Rainbow Dash is the Gold Ranger, while Rarity is Zeo Ranger 4 Green.” Said Pony Rangers Zeo Applejack.
“Yes I am thankful for saying that Applejack I was originally the black ranger but those powers were destroyed so now I am a green ranger now just like our Twilight used to be long ago then she became the white ranger. Pinkie Pie, Fluttershy, Applejack are the only ones that didn’t change colors. But me, Twilight, Rainbow Dash did.” Said Pony Rangers Zeo Rarity.
“Yes, Rarity is right. I used to be the leader of our Pony Rangers as I was the red ranger before but now I am the gold ranger and I am happy being a ranger again because I really missed it after we lost our original powers.” Said Pony Rangers Zeo Rainbow Dash.
“So other rangers tell us where you are from because before we came here we were able to look you up using the systems in our Power Chamber.” Said Pony Rangers Zeo Twilight Sparkle.
“Okay I will go first. I am Rainbow Dash, the Red Ranger in my universe and I have my power morpher right here and my Element Of Loyalty power coin inside it. I am the leader of my Pony Rangers and I pilot the Element Tyrannosaurus Dinozord and my power is tied directly to my Element too.” Said Pony Rangers Rainbow Dash.
“I will go next, the name is Applejack, I am the Blue Ranger in my universe and I have the Element Of Loyalty power coin inside my power morpher. I also pilot the Element Triceratops Dinozord and my power is tied directly to mah Element just like Rainbow Dash’s too.” Said Pony Rangers Applejack.
“I am Rarity, I am the Black Ranger in my universe and I have the Element Of Generosity power coin in my power morpher. I also pilot the Element Mastodon Dinozord who is a valuable ally to me and me and the other rangers have just figured out new attacks for our Zords too.” Said Pony Rangers Rarity.
“Um my name is Fluttershy, I am the Yellow Ranger in my universe and I have the Element Of Kindness power coin in my power morpher. My power coin along with Rainbow Dash’s, Rarity’s, Applejack’s, and Pinkie Pie’s are silver while our Twilight’s is gold. The Zord I pilot is the Element Saber Tooth Tiger Dinozord and can be a trusted ally and friend to me on occasion too.” Said Pony Rangers Fluttershy.
“My name is Pinkie Pie, I am the Pink Ranger in my universe and I have the Element Of Laughter power coin in my power morpher. The Zord I pilot is the Element Pterodactyl Dinozord and I love to make my friends happy when they are feeling done and I also love to throw parties too.” Said Pony Rangers Pinkie Pie.
“My name is Twilight Sparkle, I am the Green Ranger in my universe and just like Fluttershy said my Element Of Harmony power coin is gold and is the Element Of Magic and it resides inside my power morpher. The Zord I pilot is the Element Dragonzord and is a trusted friend and ally of mine and I summon it by playing a tune on my dragon dagger to awaken it.” Said Pony Rangers Twilight Sparkle.
“Okay. So, how did those elements become coins in the first place? How were they created, along with the Element Dinozords and Element Dragonzord? And who created them?” Pony Rangers Zeo Rainbow Dash asked.
“I will answer that because it was me who did it, I asked the Ancient Pillars Of Equestria in my universe to turn the Elements Of Harmony into power coins. I seeked help from a being named Zordon from another universe to help build the power morphers and the Element Dinozords and Element Dragonzord. The powers and energies that were left over from the Elements Of Harmony in my universe I decided to infuse them with the Zords to make them more powerful and I made it be that there powers would be tied directly to the Elements Of Harmony and the magic I also infused with them too.” said Pony Rangers Princess Celestia.
“Oh. Thank you for explaining that, your majesty,” Pony Rangers Zeo Rarity said, bowing.
The Pony Rangers Princess Celestia giggled. “My pleasure.”
“Okay. Now, then. Let’s see if we can come up with a plan to defeat their Nightmare Moon. Any ideas?” Twilight FIM asked.
“Well, we could try using the main room to find out where Nightmare Moon is and what she’s planning,” Pony Rangers Sunset Shimmer suggested.
“Good idea. Spike?” Twilight FIM ordered.
“On it,” Spike stared at the screen while typing the keyboard, but it showed a red and white message that said ‘Error! Cannot identify potential location!’, accompanied by a beeping sound.
“What?!” They all shouted in unison.
“How? I don’t understand!” She said.
Sunset chuckled nervously. “Did I forget to mention that the signal doesn’t work anti-magic?” She blushed. “Sorry.”
“You gotta be kidding me,” Rainbow Dash deadpanned.
Twilight took a deep breath and exhaled, regaining her composure. “It’s okay. We can still find another way around this. Any other ideas?”
“Hmm…” Pinkie FIM rubbed her chin in thought. “Maybe we could try checking on the Crystal Empire to see if anyone from Nightmare Moon’s armies is coming there. Then, we can catch them and ask them to tell us about her plans and whereabouts,”
“I don’t know,” Applejack FIM chimed. “What if they find out about us and run off to alert her about our plan. No offense, sugarcube.”
“None taken,” She said, her mane deflating a little before Fluttershy comforted her. Twilight FIM sighed, “What about you, Pony Rangers?”
The Green Ranger stepped forward. “Maybe we should try and get some sleep. That way, we can be able to think of a plan when we’re well-rested.”
“Sleep? B-but what if Nightmare Moon’s armies get in here and attack us?” Fluttershy FIM stuttered.
Rainbow Dash FIM patted her head. “Don’t worry. If anything goes wrong, we’ll just set the alarm system to wake us up before that happens.”
“Yeah. Maybe you’re right,” Twilight FIM said.
Rarity yawned. “I could use some beauty sleep after waiting for the Pony Rangers Zeo to arrive for so long. No offense, dearling.”
“None taken,” Blue Ranger Applejack said.
“Okay,” Twilight said. “Let’s get some shut eye, everyone. We’ve got a lot of work to do tomorrow if we want to stop Nightmare Moon… from another dimension, that is. Spike, can you set the alarm system?”
“You got it.” Spike typed on the keyboard. A giant picture of an alarm clock with a large timer above it showed up. After pressing the green button, he set the cameras and traps around the area to show up in the entrance and on the heroes’ communicators. He turned back and gave a thumbs up. “All set.”
“Alright. Remind me to tell you how amazing you are, Spike,” Twilight FIM said.
“Aw shucks!” Spike boasted, blushing. “Though, I am pretty cool.”
The others simply rolled their eyes and walked up to the exit. Spike followed them, but not before shutting down the lights while the main computers were still on.
In the morning, the heroes in their respective houses woke up and entered the training simulation of the command center. A large room that housed six, smaller individual rooms for each member of the Elements and their counterparts.
"Wait… There's a training simulation in the command center and you forgot to tell us about this, too?" Rainbow FIM deadpanned.
Sunset whimpered. "Sorry."
"Hey!" Applejack FIM chastised. "Cut her some slack, will ya?!"
"Right. Sorry about that," She said.
Sunset and the two Spikes sat in an elongated table across the glass frames of each room. The others entered their respective rooms, ready to train. After tapping on the microphone from the control panel in front of them, Sunset breathed heavily. "Is everyone ready?" She said, trying to make her voice come on the intercoms as clear as possible.
"Ready!" The FIM ponies and their counterparts answered.
"Okay. Let's get started. Twilight, you and your counterparts are going first,"
Sunset pressed a few buttons on the control panel. In the three Twilights' room, a few dummy versions of Tantabus, Timber Wolves, and Ursa Majors rose from the floor. "Okay. In this first test, we're going to work on your accuracy and attack potency with your magic."
"Each of you should try and hit each of your own targets as fast, accurately, and strong as you can. Without missing a single shot," Spike added.
"Got it," All three Twilights got into their individual positions. Lighting up their horns, they maintained their focus on their respective targets before each delivering a thick beam. The smaller targets (Timberwolves) got struck out almost as fast and easily as a speeding bullet.
"Impressive," Sunset said. "While they're doing that…" She pressed on the button for the Applejacks' training room. "Applejack. You and your counterparts are up next."
"You got it," Applejack FIM saluted. "What's up for us?"
"Okay," Spike chimed. "We're going to test each of your physical strengths, specifically your bucking abilities. Here are your obstacles."
The two Spikes nodded at Sunset, who pressed an orange button. The same targets as the three Twilights rose up. "Now, buck each target as hard as you can."
"Can do." Applejack and her counterparts brushed their hooves against the floor, ready to go. They then galloped towards and bucked at their respective targets, which proved to be pretty effective, as pillars of dust expanded enough to leave a large crack on the glass frame.
"...Woah," Both Sunset and the Spikes said together.
"How was that?" Blue Ranger asked confidently.
"Maybe a little bit softer on the power scale, okay?" Sunset bade.
Applejack and her counterparts glanced at the damage they've done and nodded. "Right. Sorry."
"Okay. Now that we know how strong you three are, Rainbow Dashes, it's your turn." Sunset Shimmer said.
"Alright," Rainbow Dash FIM cheered as she and her counterparts stretched their limbs before standing their grounds. "Okay, let's do it!"
"For your test, it will be on speed and reflexes," Spike FIM spoke through the intercom.
The three same targets appeared. Only this time, they're zooming around the room at random succession. All except for the glass frame. It was mandatory for keeping track of the participants' progress, after all.
"We got this," Together, the rainbow trio dashed and circled around the room while dealing blows at the targets effectively, aside from some misses here and there.
"Perfect." Sunset turned towards Pinkie Pie. "Your test: Durability and stamina."
Same targets. Except laced with a few lasers and firearms on each of them. Safe enough to not fatally or severely harm the three Pinkies, but still strong and fast enough to stun them.
"Okay. This'll be so fun," Pinkie Pie FIM beamed as she and her counterparts added a little bounce to their steps. Now ready, the targets fired at them, but they used their tails and manes to negate their effects. All while giggling at their surprisingly ticklish feeling.
"Rarity? Eye-hoof coordination," Spike said.
Targets? Same as the Pinkies', but with white balls and shields instead of firearms. Each shot was fired while the Rarities used their magic to ricochet them back, getting faster and faster in the process.
"And Fluttershies?"
The three mares squeaked.
"Agility,"
The three Fluttershies yelped away from the blitzing obstacles that were coming right at then.
"Oops! Sorry. Need to work on the velocity settings for these obstacles. And Should've warned you about where they were coming." Sunset turned the switches down a bit.
"Umm... I think that's enough training for today, Sunset," The Yellow Ranger suggested in a frightful tone.
"Yeah. Maybe we should take a break." Both she and the two Spikes pressed the big red button, shutting off the training simulation.
"In fact, now that you've mentioned it, I am getting a bit hungry," Spike said, hearing his stomach growling. "Anyone up for a hayburger and hay fries?"
Everyone else, except the three Twilights, nodded in agreement.
"But what about Nightmare Moon and her forces?! They could be training right now to take us down at any moment!" Twilight FIM questioned.
"True, but we're not gonna be able to stop them by exhausting ourselves on an empty stomach, right?" Pinkie Pie FIM replied.
The Twilights' own stomachs growled, too. They sighed, "Fine. Let's take a break to get some lunch."
All three groups of the Mane Six decided to have lunch they decided to order from Five Guys which is a burger chain famous for their French Fries. They really enjoyed the meal a lot especially all three Pinkie Pie’s because they got fruit punch to drink and made sure to get a lot of refills too.
“Um girls I thought we were going to have hay burgers and fries?” Asked both the Spike’s.
“We decided to change our minds and to try something new for a change and all of that training made us really hungry and starving and it made us crave Five Guys for some unknown reason.” Said all three groups of the Mane Six.
“So um Sunset can there be a way for our Zords to be able to fit in the training rooms and how would that work?” Asked both Pony Rangers Fluttershy, and Pony Rangers Zeo Fluttershy.
“Ah let me think Fluttershy’s yes they can there is a special kind of room so all of the Zords will be able to fit in me and my brother Spike decided to create this room together and have its own training area where it can take place.” Said Pony Rangers Sunset Shimmer.
“Pony Rangers one thing we would like to ask you is that is there any way your Element Dinozords, Element Dragonzord, power morphers, and Elements Of Harmony power coins can be destroyed or damaged at all?” Asked the Pony Rangers Zeo Mane Six.
“No, there is no way that can happen because of a spell our Sunset Shimmer used on them which made it possible that under no circumstances our Zords, power morphers, and Elements Of Harmony power coins can be destroyed. Our Zords run on unlimited power and combined with our Celestia’s magic and the magic spell Sunset decided to use made them virtually indestructible and cannot be damaged or destroyed at any moment whatsoever. Also Sunset’s spell combined with our Celestia’s magic did the same to our power morphers and Elements Of Harmony power coins so they cannot be damaged or destroyed either.” Explained the Pony Rangers Mane Six.
“That sounds like a good explanation to me and it is awesome that your powers and Zords can never be destroyed unlike ours were but it will be great to finally fight alongside you guys when we use our Zords together for the first time that should definitely be quite the spectacle.” Said the Pony Rangers Zeo Mane Six.
“We would also like to ask you if you guys ever decide to form the Megazord at all?” Asked the Pony Rangers Zeo Mane Six.
“We don’t have to because our Element Dinozords, Element Dragonzord are really powerful and are at equal level with what our Megazord would be and we also love to fight creatures, monsters, etc. We also love using our Zords separately with the attacks they already have and the new ones we just learned during that attack on the Crystal Empire in this universe.” Said the Pony Rangers Mane Six.
“Oh sounds like a good answer to me cause in our universe we use the Zeo Megazord, Super Zeo Megazord. I use the Red Battlezord and Rainbow Dash uses Pyramidas and the Warrior Wheel. They are awesome and amazing Zords for one and our new powers are too!” Said Pony Rangers Zeo Twilight Sparkle.
“Although I do miss our old powers all the time, I am still glad to be able to fight alongside my friends again. I also promised Stygian before he died that I would take good care of his powers for him and I will keep that promise. But once the training starts I can’t wait to see my Pony Rangers counterpart’s Element Tyrannosaurus Dinozord in action fighting alongside Pyramidas.” Said Pony Rangers Zeo Rainbow Dash.
“Yeah they should definitely be an awesome sight to see other me!” Said Pony Rangers Rainbow Dash.
“Yeah pretty seeing all the Zords fighting together should definitely be really awesome and a great test of strength and battle!” Said both the Pony Rangers Mane Six and the Pony Rangers Zeo Mane Six.
“Alright rangers break time is over my little ponies, now it is time for my daughter to show us the more high-tech training room area for the Zords. Friendship Is Magic Mane Six you can watch along with me, Luna, Sunset Shimmer, the Spike from my universe, the Spike from the Friendship Is Magic universe from outside the training room area by displaying it on one of the computers.” Said Pony Rangers Princess Celestia.
“Alright girls time to go to work and start more training alright It’s Morphin Time!” Said both Pony Rangers Rainbow Dash and Pony Rangers Zeo Twilight Sparkle.
The Pony Rangers Mane Six take out their Elements Of Harmony power morphers and hold them out in their hoofs as they open up as they get ready to transform into their ranger forms. The Pony Rangers Zeo Mane Six’s Zeonizers then are summoned on their wrists and move their hoofs in a motion which then causes their Zeonizers to open up and get ready to transform too like the Pony Rangers Mane Six just did. But Pony Rangers Zeo Rainbow Dash’s transformation motion is different; she just moves her hoofs until they cross together then she is ready to transform into the Gold Ranger.
“Magic!” Said Pony Rangers Twilight Sparkle.
“Generosity!” Said Pony Rangers Rarity.
“Laughter!” Said Pony Rangers Pinkie Pie.
“Honesty!” Said Pony Rangers Applejack.
“Kindness!” Said Pony Rangers Fluttershy.
“Loyalty!” Said Pony Rangers Rainbow Dash.
“Zeo Ranger 1 Pink!” Said Pony Rangers Zeo Pinkie Pie.
“Zeo Ranger 2 Yellow!” Said Pony Rangers Zeo Fluttershy.
“Zeo Ranger 3 Blue!” Said Pony Rangers Zeo Applejack.
“Zeo Ranger 4 Green!” Said Pony Rangers Zeo Rarity.
“Zeo Ranger 5 Red!” Said Pony Rangers Zeo Twilight Sparkle.
“Gold Ranger Power!” Said Pony Rangers Zeo Rainbow Dash.
Then both the Pony Rangers Mane Six and the Pony Rangers Zeo Mane Six are transformed and are waiting to go inside into the new training room area that is bigger than the last one they were in before. They wait for Sunset Shimmer to enter the codes to be able to enter the room which then are accepted as they walk into the room. The whole environment in the room changes as it resembles what the Pony Rangers Zeo’s Ponyville looks like. Then unicorn putty ponies, earth putty ponies, and Pegasus putty ponies legions of them to be precise appear and then are ready to fight. The Pony Rangers Mane Six and the Pony Rangers Zeo Mane Six then get ready to take these new opponents down one by one.
“How are we supposed to take these things? I have never seen ponies made out of clay before at all?” Asked Pony Rangers Twilight Sparkle.
“Well we will help you out because these are the foot soldiers we used to fight all the time that our Nightmare Moon and Discord used so over time we got better to easily handle these guys.” Said Pony Rangers Zeo Twilight Sparkle.
“Okay rangers let us do attack formations and do teamwork and split up into groups with our ranger counterparts okay let’s do that right now!” Said Pony Rangers Rainbow Dash.
“Okay Rainbow Dash I hear you loud and clear, are you ready to attack these putty ponies my other ranger counterpart?” Pony Rangers Pinkie Pie asked Pony Rangers Zeo Pinkie Pie.
“Yes I am other me let us summon our power weapons to take these things down!” Said Pony Rangers Zeo Pinkie Pie.
“Okie Dokie Loki alright Element Power Bow power up!” Said Pony Rangers Pinkie Pie.
“Zeo 1 Pink power circular shield power up!” Said Pony Rangers Zeo Pinkie Pie.
“Um okay girls I am up next, Element Power Daggers now let us see if I can take any of these putty ponies down at all!” Said Pony Rangers Fluttershy.
“Zeo 2 Yellow baton power up, now let us take things down and let me also use my power blaster to take these things down too.” Said Pony Rangers Zeo Fluttershy.
“Alright I am up now sugarcube now it is time to summon my Element Power Lance now alright go yeehaw!” Says Pony Rangers Applejack.
“Ah, I think I am gonna wait to use my power weapon and use it later for now I am just going to use my power blaster and take out some putty ponies with it just like old times, like when I used to use my Element Power Lance.” Said Pony Rangers Zeo Applejack.
“Okay darling, now time to summon my Element Power Axe and see if it works against these ruffians and hope it is able to take them down swiftly!” Said Pony Rangers Rarity.
“I am right on that other me and we should use teamwork like what the others should be doing and are probably going to be doing it sooner rather than later and now time to summon my power blaster to fire!” Said Pony Rangers Zeo Rarity.
“Okay now time to use my dragon dagger and see if I can kick away these putty ponies and let us take these things on together!” Said Pony Rangers Twilight Sparkle.
“Okay other Twilight I agree that is what we should do and what should happen next now time to summon the Zeo 5 Power Red and take these putty ponies out!” Said Pony Rangers Zeo Twilight Sparkle.
“Okay, now it's time to show these things who’s boss is okay. The Element Power Sword come forth and time to work together with each other me so we can take these things down okay?” Asked the Pony Rangers Rainbow Dash.
“Yes I agree with you other me it will be a privilege to fight alongside you. It will remind me of the time I was the red ranger long ago but now like I keep on saying I am just glad to be a ranger again okay golden power staff do your stuff and show your power now!” Said Pony Rangers Zeo Rainbow Dash.
“Okay they are able to share and use teamwork quite well in this simulation battle so far.” Said Sunset Shimmer.
“Yeah I think it is amazing that they are fighting alongside each other. We enjoyed it too when we did our training with them before.” Said the Friendship Is Magic Mane Six.
“But yeah my other self and my sister agree that both the Pony Rangers Mane Six and the Pony Rangers Zeo Mane Six are doing a great job taking down those putty ponies so far but they do keep on coming and let us hope they can handle that and the tense of it too,” Said Pony Rangers Spike.
"I agree," Rarity FIM chimed. “Those ranger counterparts of ourselves seem like they can handle this and are now working together using each of their weapons which I may say is fabulous and awesome!”.
“I do agree with Rarity seeing my two ranger counterparts using both of their weapons and taking down those putty ponies one by one is so awesome and 20 percent cool to look at,” Said Rainbow Dash FIM.
“Yeah I am still tired from the training I did before that was intense but at least for now I will now be able to move faster and use my magic faster too,” Said Twilight Sparkle FIM.
“But sugarcube this whole training stuff seems advanced but alright to my liking so I would love to do more training soon again so I can kick more ass again,” Said Applejack FIM.
“But um girls do you think we will be ready when the real invasion attack happens?” Asked Fluttershy FIM.
“Yes Fluttershy I think we will be ready for that when it happens especially what our Celestia said before because she will contact all of the allied nations of Equestria so they will be able to aid us in that upcoming attack whenever that does happen,” Said Pinkie Pie FIM.
"Okay," Fluttershy FIM squeaked.
"Good idea, Pinkie Pie," Twilight FIM chimed.
"Thanks," She replied.
"Okay, everyone! Let's get started!" Twilight FIM bade.
All of the heroes leapt for joy before continuing the training. After a few hours of practice, they were finally ready.
Applejack FIM wiped away her sweat. "Phew! That felt good!"
"Yep!" Twilight said. "Alright, everyone! grab your weapons!"
They all went into the weapons bed. All of their zords, coins, elements, etc. stood idly by in a large shelf, ripe for the taking. Which they did.
"Do we have everything?" Twilight FIM asked.
"Yeah," Rainbow Dash FIM replied.
"Okay then."
All at once, they dashed out. Getting ready for what could be their biggest battle yet.
The Friendship Is Magic Mane Six along with Pony Rangers Sunset Shimmer, Pony Rangers Princess Luna, Pony Rangers Princess Celestia, Pony Rangers Spike, and Friendship Is Magic Spike were all in the main part of the command center inside the Friendship Castle. They were waiting for the Pony Rangers Mane Six and the Pony Rangers Zeo Mane Six to be done with their training sessions and taking out the legions of putty ponies in the training simulation.
“Both groups of Pony Rangers are almost done with their training in the simulation room. They did an exceptionally great job working together and they were able to get along well too,” Said Pony Rangers Sunset Shimmer.
“That is a great thing, Sunset. Our Pony Rangers have definitely done a great job. They have come a long way and they have us to thank too because we have helped them out countless times, especially you my daughter. You are a great valuable trusted ally of theirs,” Said Pony Rangers Celestia.
“Thanks mom for that and my brother Spike has helped them out all the time too with there specific technology like the command center in our universe me and him helped build it and he also helped me build the one in this universe too along with the communicators which now can be used to teleport and for better communication use too.” Said Pony Rangers Sunset Shimmer.
“Yeah I definitely agree with thou it is amazing and great and I still need to learn how to speak better. I need some help with that because it has only been a short time since I was turned back from Nightmare Moon.” Said Pony Rangers Luna.
“It looks like the Pony Rangers Mane Six and Pony Rangers Zeo Mane Six are finally done with their training exercise because I heard it go off in the room they were in and I heard them powering down just now.” Said Friendship Is Magic Spike.
“Okay the training is over now it is time to relax and hopefully we can find some drinks anywhere around here and maybe even find out some more information about anything.” Said Green Ranger Twilight Sparkle.
Meanwhile back in the Pony Rangers universe the Nightmare Moon that existed there was still coming up with a plan and waiting for the right time to meet the Friendship Is Magic Queen Chrysalis and then get started on working on the plan the two talked about and waiting on the right time to leave the universe she was in but she had other plans on her mind too.
“Ah soon it will only be a matter a time before I can leave this wretched place and never see it again because what I plan to do before I leave this universe is that I plan to destroy it so it will be wiped out from existence so then my enemies will have nowhere to return to haha!” Said Pony Rangers Nightmare Moon.
“Ah my lord why don’t you test those Pony Rangers with an attack of some kind?” Asked The Pony Rangers Dazzlings.
“I was going to do that already you nitwit idiots. I was going to wait at the right moment to send legions of thousands and thousands of Hydras and even use the copies of the Tantabus again to give them new forms and make them even stronger.” Said Pony Rangers Nightmare Moon.
“Oh that sounds like a perfect plan my mistress and by the way can I have some tacos please?” Pony Rangers Sonata Dusk asked.
“No, you idiot! You can't! Why must I be surrounded by idiots all the time?! All of my other minions let us go and plan our next move and have my monsters, creatures, and armies ready for the fight!" Nightmare Moon ordered.
"Yes, my mistress!" Sonata bolted out of the throne room.
"Ugh…" She groaned, rubbing her temple. "No matter. Once I leave this universe to be erased from existence, I'll have no need for idiotic minions like her. My enemies will be gone forever. And then, the entire multiverse will be all mine!" She cackled so loud it echoed through the walls.
Back at the Friendship Is Magic universe, the heroes sat at the break room, sipping on their drinks. Pinkie Pie FIM let out a loud burp once she was done with hers. "Oops. Excuse me," She blushed. Everyone laughed.
"So, Twilight?" The Green Ranger said. "Did you think about what the plan will be for the fight?"
"It's getting there. I just need a little bit more time to think it all the way through," Twilight replied.
"Got it,"
The clock on the wall in front of them struck twelve, signifying the end of break time. After tossing their empty cups into the trash, they headed for the main computer. Spike FIM got back on the keyboard while Twilight and the others watched.
"Okay. So, we know that the Pony Rangers' Nightmare Moon and her armies are still on the loose. So, we need to know where they are and exactly what they're planning if we're gonna stop them," Twilight FIM explained.
"Uh… How do we do that?" Rainbow Dash FIM questioned.
“By using the map on the computer in the main room of the command center we can track and see what Pony Rangers Nightmare Moon is up to, that is if she hasn’t blocked our signal that we are using to track her.” Said Pony Rangers Sunset Shimmer.
“Okay I will use the computer and go right away to see if we can listen in on maybe conversations she has been having so we can find out if she is going to team up with someone.” Said Pony Rangers Spike.
“Okay I say we give a try right girls now other Spike do your thing with the computer like you did before which was awesome.” Said Twilight Sparkle FIM.
“Okay Princess Twilight I am on that right away right now all I have to do is just type a little button and then we should be able to have contact.” Said Pony Rangers Spike.
“Oh Spikey Wikey you are so marvelous and amazing when it comes to computers darling you are so magnificent and amazing at this kind of work.” Said Rarity FIM.
“Okay sugarcube do you have a visual yet if we can hear it see that other Nightmare Moon’s base at all yet?” Asked Applejack FIM.
“I am still working on doing that for now in the meantime while we wait. Why don’t we tell the others who our Nightmare Moon’s minions are to be precise.” Said Pony Rangers Spike.
“So who are they exactly and what are their names?” Asked Rainbow Dash FIM.
“Their names are Adagio Dazzle, Aria Blaze, Sonata Dusk, Gloriosa Daisy, Wallflower Blush, Juniper Montage, Abacus Cinch, Vignette Valencia, K-Lo, Su-Z, Lemon Zest, Indigo Zap, Sunny Flare, Sour Sweet and Sugarcoat those are who they are and what their names are.” Said Green Ranger Twilight Sparkle.
“Do you have counterparts of The Dazzlings in your universe too?” Asked Twilight Sparkle FIM.
“Yes we do in fact why do you ask Princess Twilight.” Said Red Ranger Rainbow Dash.
“Because I have fought them before and have dealt with them before, me and the Equestria Girls counterparts of my friends along with the Sunset of this universe were able to beat them. We were able to destroy their pendants and we haven’t seen them at all since then.” Said Friendship Is Magic Twilight Sparkle.
"Oh. Interesting. Yeah, I think we do have those villains in our dimension. We thought they were already taken care of, but I guess we were wrong," Red Ranger Rainbow Dash said.
"Oh. It's okay. We can still beat them like the Rainbooms and I did last time. Did you find anything, Spike?"
Spike sighed, "I'm still looking."
"Right. Sorry," Twilight FIM blushed. “Anyway, what happened to her in your universe, Pony Rangers Zeo, what minions and foot soldiers did your Nightmare Moon use?” Twilight FIM asked.
“Well she had those putty ponies that were in the training room area that we used before to get stronger, she also had Trixie, Gilda, Zecora, Shadowbolts, and a male Griffon wearing armor named George as her minions.” Said Pony Rangers Zeo Twilight.
“Oh that definitely sounds different to what our Nightmare Moon has for minions, the Trixie in our universe is friends with us and likes to do magic shows in our Ponyville all the time and has a pet dog too.” Said Green Ranger Twilight.
“Yes that is what our Nightmare Moon’s minions were, she would also always create monsters to go down to Ponyville to attack it all the time and we would use our Element Dinozords and then later the Element Dragonzord and we would form Ultrazord later on all the time too. She kept on making monsters all the time and then would sometimes send putty ponies to first attack us and then would send down Trixie or Gilda or George to assist them once in a while.” Said the Pony Rangers Zeo Mane Six.
“How was she eventually defeated?” Asked the Pony Rangers Mane Six.
“Well I forgot to mention that she would send down the Shadowbolts to fight us all the time too. We eventually defeated her by combining the Elements Of Harmony and were able to destroy Nightmare Moon and were able to turn her back into Princess Luna. We also destroyed the Shadowbolts and were able to reverse the effects of the mind control on Trixie, Zecora and Gilda.” Said Pony Rangers Zeo Twilight Sparkle.
“Oh wow that was an interesting story. I can't wait to hear more and wait a minute. What is that noise?” Asked Pony Rangers Zeo Pinkie Pie.
The alarm system then goes off inside the command center and the computer that Pony Rangers Spike was using before shows on the screen that legions of thousands and thousands of Hydra’s are getting ready to attack the Ponyville in this universe. All of the group looking at the screen are shocked to see that these Hydras have new different forms and are perplexed at seeing what they look like because they have never looked like this before ever.
“Okay Pony Rangers and Pony Rangers Zeo go and see if you can deal with this threat while me and mom and my brother and Aunt Luna and the other Spike and the Friendship Is Magic Mane Six try to get the computer system trying to locate our Nightmare Moon fixed and better working.” Said Pony Rangers Sunset Shimmer.
“Okay Sunset we hear you loud and clear let us hope this training we did pulls off and are able to fight better too okay girls time to morph IT'S MORPHIN TIME!” Said both Red Ranger Rainbow Dash and Pony Rangers Zeo Twilight Sparkle.
“Magic!” Said Green Ranger Twilight Sparkle.
“Generosity!” Said Black Ranger Rarity.
“Laughter!” Said Pink Ranger Pinkie Pie.
“Honesty!” Said Blue Ranger Applejack.
“Kindness!” Said Yellow Ranger Fluttershy.
“Loyalty!” Said Red Ranger Rainbow Dash.
“PONY RANGERS!”
“Zeo Ranger 1 Pink!” Said Pony Rangers Zeo Pinkie Pie.
“Zeo Ranger 2 Yellow!” Said Pony Rangers Zeo Fluttershy.
“Zeo Ranger 3 Blue!” Said Pony Rangers Zeo Applejack.
“Zeo Ranger 4 Green!” Said Pony Rangers Zeo Rarity.
“Zeo Ranger 5 Red!” Said Pony Rangers Zeo Twilight Sparkle.
“Gold Ranger Power!” Said Pony Rangers Zeo Rainbow Dash.
“PONY RANGERS ZEO!”
“Okay, rangers let us go to this Ponyville to defend it against those Hydras. Okay, Sunset teleport us to Ponyville now!” Said Red Ranger Rainbow Dash.
“Yeah Sunset does the same for us too!” Said Pony Rangers Zeo Twilight Sparkle.
The Pony Rangers Mane Six and Pony Rangers Zeo Mane Six are then teleported away to the Friendship Is Magic Ponyville in streams of colored light which are their respective ranger colors and then the thing that both teams have been waiting to happen finally does happen.
“Alright Fluttershy, Pinkie Pie, Applejack, and Rarity time to summon the Element Dinozords, alright we need Element Dinozord Power Now!” Said Red Ranger Rainbow Dash.
The Element Dinozords then come into the battle ready to fight as Red Ranger Rainbow Dash goes into the Element Tyrannosaurus Dinozord, Blue Ranger Applejack goes into the Element Triceratops Dinozord, Black Ranger Rarity goes into the Element Mastodon Dinozord, Yellow Ranger Fluttershy goes into the Element Saber Tooth Tiger Dinozord, and Pink Ranger Pinkie Pie goes into the Element Pterodactyl Dinozord. Then each of those rangers are inside the cockpits of their Element Dinozords and log them on and get ready to fight inside them.
“Okay Twilight you know the drill time to use your Element Dragon Dagger to call upon and summon the Element Dragonzord.” Red Ranger Rainbow Dash says to Green Ranger Twilight Sparkle.
“Okay Rainbow Dash I hear you loud and clear now time to summon the Element Dragonzord. I call forth the mighty Element Dragonzord!” Said Green Ranger Twilight Sparkle.
Then Green Ranger Twilight plays the Element Dragonzord summoning song on her Element Dragon Dagger which then the Element Dragonzord then comes forward to Green Ranger Twilight then it stops. Green Ranger Twilight then goes inside the cockpit of the Element Dragonzord and then gets ready to operate it and aid her friends in the battle ahead.
“Wow those other ranger Zords are amazing, they are so awesome they remind us of our old Zords that we used to have a long time ago, girls. Which are no longer with us anymore but now let us join our other ranger selves and let their memories live on alright girls we need Zeo Zord Power Now!” Said Pony Rangers Zeo Twilight Sparkle.
The Zeo Zords come forth as Pony Rangers Zeo Pinkie Pie, Fluttershy, Applejack, Rarity, and Twilight Sparkle then go into their respective Zeo Zords and then the Zeo Megazord is formed.
“Alright Twilight now do you think it is time to summon the Red Battlezord, Super Zeo Zords, and Warrior Wheel and see them in action and see if the infusion process Cadence did to them before we left our universe to come to this one was successful and was able to work?” Asked Pony Rangers Zeo Applejack to Pony Rangers Zeo Twilight Sparkle.
“Yes Applejack, I agree that is what we should do. Okay now time to summon the Red Battlezord, Super Zeo Zords, and Warrior Wheel now come and aid us!” Said Pony Rangers Zeo Twilight Sparkle.
“Okay but first I should call and summon Pyramidas, okay I call upon the Power Of Pyramidas!” Said Pony Rangers Zeo Rainbow Dash as she went into Pyramidas.
The Red Battlezord and Super Zeo Zords and Warrior Wheel are then summoned to aid the Pony Rangers Zeo’s Zeo Megazord and are definitely ready to battle and ready for action too. They start to kick away some Hydras and with the Pony Rangers Mane Six they are now also taking down Hydras with their Element Dinozords and Element Dragonzord.
“Okay other me are you interested in seeing what the power of this Element Tyrannosaurus Dinozord can do? You are in for a treat.” Said Red Ranger Rainbow Dash to Pony Rangers Zeo Rainbow Dash.
“Okay show me what it can do and the awesome power it has!” Said Pony Rangers Zeo Rainbow Dash.
“Okay then Element Tyrannosaurus Dinozord do your stuff first do your ground breath attack. Now do your laser beam attacks. Now do your laser blast hyper beam attack now go!” Said Red Ranger Rainbow Dash.
“Okay sugarcube don’t get too cocky alright but for now okay Element Triceratops Dinozord do your twin laser cannon attack now and also use the hooks on your horns and hopefully that can be useful too.” Said Blue Ranger Applejack.
“Um okay Applejack I hope these Hydras won’t be too upset if we kill them all?” Asked Yellow Ranger Fluttershy.
“I don’t think they care at all darling because they are just heartless blood creatures that care nothing about unless seeing things destroyed and damn those Hydras made me mess up my hair oh it is on. Now Element Mastodon Dinozord freeze those things now and use your ice beam!” Said Black Ranger Rarity.
“Oh wow Rarity I wasn’t expecting you to go all out like that but I think it is awesome to look at it and to see. Now Element Pterodactyl Dinozord time to use your laser beams and wing attack now!” Said Pink Ranger Pinkie Pie.
“Okay girls I am now going to try to take some down alright Element Dragonzord do your stuff. Rocket fingers attack go and tail drill attack go! Now time to use the laser blast beam attack now let us wipe out these creatures ok go! Said Green Ranger Twilight Sparkle.
“Okay now time to use the Zeo Megazord Saber and hope they can get rid of those Hydras okay Zeo Megazord final blast!” Said Pony Rangers Zeo Rangers 1-5.
“Okay Pyramidas, time to show off using your attacks and stuff and hope we can take some of those Hydra’s down attacks now!” Said Pony Rangers Zeo Rainbow Dash.
“So what do you think of my Element Tyrannosaurus Dinozord so far, Gold Ranger me?” Asked Red Ranger Rainbow Dash.
“Well I think it is amazing and awesome especially the attacks it is using and another thing about it that is cool is that it runs on unlimited power and can never be destroyed and damaged whatsoever.” Said Pony Rangers Zeo Rainbow Dash.
“Yeah you are definitely right about that other me, my Zord is awesome and we have been through a lot together and I am so thankful for that spell Sunset Shimmer did to our Zords, power morphers, and power coins and thankful for Princess Celestia for helping out with that too.” Said Red Ranger Rainbow Dash.
“So how is the battle going on in Ponyville?” The Friendship Is Magic Mane Six asked Pony Rangers Sunset Shimmer.
“It is going well the Zords are not suffering from any damage at all whatsoever. The only downside is that those Hydra’s keep on forming more and more after they get annihilated and their heads chopped off.” Said Pony Rangers Sunset Shimmer.
“Could we help them out in anyway whatsoever?” Twilight Sparkle FIM asked Sunset Shimmer.
“Um yes actually there is why don’t you try to get all of the ponies to try to evacuate Ponyville and try to move them to a safe zone so they won’t get hurt or injured at all in that manner.” Said Sunset Shimmer.
“Okay that does sound like a great plan, okay girls time to help out the Pony Rangers Mane Six and the Pony Rangers Zeo Mane Six.” Said Twilight Sparkle FIM.
So then the Friendship Is Magic Mane Six decide to try to help out in the battle and do the best they can but first before they do that they decide to try to get the townsfolk to safety and make sure none of them get injured or get killed.
They finally arrive at the battle site and decide to try to intimidate the Hydras and try to make them move to a different place so the battle can take place somewhere else so none of the buildings in the Friendship Is Magic Ponyville won’t get damaged and destroyed and demolished at all.
“That is awesome!” Rainbow Dash FIM shouted with awe looking at the Element Dinozords, Element Dragonzord, Zeo Megazord, Red Battlezord, Super Zeo Zords, Pyramidas, and the Warrior Wheel fighting the Hydra’s.
“Okay, team. Time to take those Hydras down!” Twilight ordered.
The zords charged at the creatures. The creatures did the same to them. They butted heads against each other before the Hydras chomped at their necks. But their mouths started aching when they realized the zords’ durabile, metal cover that shone against the sunlight.
Shaking the pain away, they merely used their tails to smack at the mechs. But the robots snatched said tails and hurled them away from Ponyville.
“Um, is that it sugarcube?” Asked Pony Rangers Zeo Applejack to Pony Rangers Zeo Rarity.
“No I am not afraid so, Applejack. It looks like these Hydras keep on coming in unlimited numbers and are now starting to make me mad!” Said Pony Rangers Zeo Rarity.
“Um girls, what do you think we should do now I suppose?” Pony Rangers Zeo Fluttershy asked.
“I don’t know Fluttershy, maybe try to lead those dumb things away from Ponyville and have them go somewhere else instead and continue the fight there?” Pony Rangers Zeo Pinkie Pie suggested.
“Pinkie Pie I agree with your idea, why don’t we do that, okay? Pony Rangers Zeo Twilight Sparkle said. "Everyone! To the desert!"
The Twilights' zords dashed over the fields while the others followed her. But the Rainbow Dashes' mech stuck their mechanical tongue out in a cocky fashion. This made the Hydras' blood boil, prompting them to give chase.
They made it to the desert. After skidding to a stop from all that running, the heroes glared with the monsters. The latter scratched their feet against the sand while the former clenched their fists. After a few moments, the battle was on.
They both butted heads, but the mechs kicked the Hydras right into the air. Not ready to go down that easily, they stopped their ascent in mid-air and dove at them.
"Here they come!" Pony Rangers Zeo Pinkie Pie shouted.
But the Zeo Megazord drew out their sword from their back and brandished it, ready to slice these monsters like celery. However, as they were about to strike, their blade got caught by the Hydras' jaws. That's not a problem as the zord merely kicked the creatures away to regain control.
"Ha! Take that, you monsters!" Pony Rangers Zeo Rarity bragged.
The creatures shook the pain out of their heads before growling. They were really mad that the Pony Rangers and Pony Rangers Zeo Zords were able to kill lots of them but more and more unlimited numbers of them just kept on forming and reviving themselves.
“Okay I have had it up to here with these damn stupid Hydra’s now it is time to show them who's boss okay Element Tyrannosaurus Dinozord use your fire attack now to exterminate and get rid of these things once and for all!” Said Red Ranger Rainbow Dash angrily.
The Element Tyrannosaurus Dinozord’s fire attack burns the Hydra’s alive and to a crisp but then more and more still keep on coming and then Red Ranger Rainbow Dash gets really mad and then starts screaming and yelling over the com link and the other Rangers hear here and once she notices that they could hear her during that whole ordeal she blushes in embarrassment.
“Okay Rainbow Dash I am glad you were able to get that out of your system but for now, I am going to use the Element Dragonzord’s rocket fingers and tail drill and energy blast beam attack to take down more of those Hydra’s.” Said Green Ranger Twilight Sparkle.
“A good call on my part darling because my Element Mastodon Dinozord is able to annihilate a lot of these ruffians using its ice beam attack.” Said Black Ranger Rarity.
“But yeah these things are still annoying us a lot now and I hope that the Super Zeo Zords and Red Battlezord are doing alright. We also hope the Warrior Wheel is doing okay too and I hope Rainbow Dash is holding her own against these things too.” Said Pony Rangers Zeo Rangers 1-5.
“Yeah I am doing okay and alright handling these things on my own but I have got the strength and power of the Element Tyrannosaurus Dinozord used by my other self to help me out so I am covered on that front for now,” Said Pony Rangers Zeo Rainbow Dash.
"Right," Pony Rangers Zeo Applejack said. "Let’s just continue on with the fight, okay?"
"Got it," Pony Rangers Zeo Rainbow Dash replied.
The zords came up and brandished their fists at the Hydras. Angered, the creatures lunged at them and struggled against them fist-to-fist. After that, the mechs spun them around a few times before hurling them off in the distance. A final spark of light shined after that, signifying their defeat.
The mechs fist-pumped and gave each other high-fives while the others inside cheered. “Yeah! I knew we’d do it!” The Red Ranger said.
“Phew! That’ll teach those ruffians a thing or two," The Black Ranger said.
“You know it!” The Pink Ranger chimed. “We’ve saved Ponyville!”
“Speaking of which, I wonder if the others are okay, now that you’ve reminded me.” The Yellow Ranger said.
“They could still be trying to fix up Ponyville. Maybe we should check and see,” The Green Ranger insisted.
The Rangers stomped back to Ponyville, causing the ground to shake beneath their zords’ feets.
Back in Ponyville, the Friendship is Magic Mane Six were busy filling up the holes left behind from the fight. Feeling the ground shake, they turned around and threw their fists up, thinking that the Hydras wanted more.
Except it wasn’t them. It was the others who came back. Out of relief, they dropped their arms down. "Did you defeat the Hydras?"
"Yep. Those guys didn't know what hit 'em," Pony Rangers Zeo Rainbow Dash boasted, giving FIM Rainbow Dash a hoof-bump. "Did you fix up Ponyville?"
"Yeah," FIM Twilight Sparkle replied. "So now that that's over, let's see if we can—" Twilight was cut off when her communicator flashed red. She also saw all the others' communicators flashing red, too. "Nevermind. Duty calls."
They exited out of their zords and stored them back in place.
Rainbow Dash FIM sighed, “Let’s go,”
The heroes arrived back at the command center, only to see the main computer flashing a red warning light that engulfed the room, accompanied by a siren noise that was loud, but not in a way that would make their ears ring.
They all ran towards Spike to see if he’s okay.
"Spike! What's going on?!" Twilight FIM asked.
"Huh…? Oh, right! Sorry," He answered. "What happened to you guys? Did you stop the Hydras?"
"Yeah, but what's the emergency? Why did the alarm go off?" Rainbow Dash FIM asked.
"I… I don't know," He replied, holding onto his head. "All I did was check the signal for any traces of Nightmare Moon and then I just blacked out when you got here."
"Our memories are a little fuzzy, but…" Pony Ranger Zeo Twilight thought for a moment when—
Just then, thoughts flashed back to the sounds of crushing metal, crystals cracking, and a bloodcurdling scream slashing through their minds. They all recoiled in fright and pain.
“What’s wrong?!” Fluttershy FIM asked.
They all groaned, rubbing their temples. “Huh?” Pony Rangers Zeo Twilight yelped. “Oh…! It’s nothing.”
That’s when a distress signal came up on the main computer, catching the heroes’ attention. “I was afraid this would happen.” Spike typed furiously on the keyboard. One final press later and the signal came on.
“Uh-oh,” He gasped.
The video feed showed an Ursa Major coming towards Ponyville. Judging by the growling and foam coming out of its mouth, it looked very cranky for some reason.
Rainbow Dash groaned and tugged at her eyelids. “You gotta be kidding me! We just fought the Hydras!”
Twilight sighed. “Let’s go, everyone.”
She and the others dashed out of the command center before Spike continued typing. “Hope this doesn’t make me black out again.”
Back at Ponyville, the citizens were busy enjoying themselves when the ground started shaking. All of them bounced with each quake as it did so, which disturbed their afternoon. Looking back, the Ursa Major arrived. It broke through the trees and some houses before letting out a terrifying roar. Everypony panicked and ran around as it continued its march of terror.
Luckily, the heroes arrived on time to deal with this beast and save the town.
"Alright, guys. Let’s show it what happens when it messes with our—!" Twilight FIM said before being cut off.
"Wait!" The Red Ranger shouted.
"What?! What's wrong?!" She asked.
"Lemme handle this. I can take that thing on in about 2 seconds flat,"
"Ooo… I like her spirit," Rainbow Dash FIM whispered to the others, who simply rolled their eyes.
"No, we need to do this together, remember?"
"Yeah, but I've defeated things like that by myself before."
"It's true. One time back at our home, she took that thing on while we got trapped in its clutches. She can totally do this," The Pink Ranger explained.
Twilight FIM sighed. “Fine. But be careful,”
“Pfft! No problem,” She dashed over the Ursa Major before stamping right in front of it. “Hey, you! Leave our home alone!”
The creature unleashed a roar so powerful that it blew her mane and tail back. Now both of them have reformed as a messy, tangled mess. That didn’t stop the Red Ranger, though.
Her nostrils flared. “Is that all you got?!”
The Major lifted its claw, ready to slash her away like a fly to a fly swatter. But she wasn’t scared at all. She stood her ground and scraped at the dirt. As the beast flung its arm downward, she glared before simply zooming out of the way. When it looked at its claw, it realized that it missed and flew away. It looked around the area for her, but what it didn’t notice was that she was standing right behind him. Now’s her chance.
She then decided to morph first which she did then she decided to summon the Element Tyrannosaurus Dinozord which she calls by lifting her hoof up in the air. Her Zord makes a spectacular entrance by stomping through Ponyville and then makes a stop right next to her. She then decides to go into her Zord’s cockpit and presses the button to log it on and then she is ready to fight the Ursa Major.
"Hey, you!" She watched the Ursa Major looking back before pumping her fists to intimidate it. "Let’s do this!"
The Ursa Major turned its full body around, growling. Now face-to-face, the two got ready for the fight of a lifetime. The others watched this fight from the sidelines. A sense of adrenaline filled their spines with goosebumps. All except for Twilight, who just sported an unamused look.
The two glared at each other as a tumbleweed rolled by. After a few moments, the battle was on. They both charged at each other; their heads butted each other as they growled. That’s when the Zord kicked it away in the jaw. The creature skidded to a halt, but felt a scratch mark on its cheek. It growled before charging in and ramming straight into the Zord.
The Red Ranger was being dragged against the ground, but still held onto the beast for as long as they could. Dust went flying all over Ponyville, causing the residents and the heroes to cough and gag. "Oops! Sorry about that!"
Both combatants finally came to a halt as the Zord struggled to hold her opponent down long enough. Using all of its strength, it tried to hurl the Ursa Major away like it did to the Hydras. But the creature wouldn't budge. It pushed the other way. Wait! How did it know that I was gonna throw it?
Her thoughts were interrupted when her Zord’s feet were about to trip backwards onto the fields. She and the creature tumbled over and started rolling before it kicked her off.
Luckily, her Zord was able to leap back onto its feet. The Red Ranger stepped forward a bit so as to not crush any trees in the way. The Ursa Major growled again, but the Ranger still wasn't scared. She reached her hand out and gestured it towards her, as if taunting it.
This enraged the beast. So much that it tried charging at her again. Focused, this time, she reeled her Zord’s leg back. The creature got closer… "Ready…" It was still coming… "Set…" Almost there… "Now!" She kicked it in the jaw, sending it into the air as it flew over her and landed in the distance.
The Red Ranger turned to the others, “Pretty cool, huh?”
The others didn't say anything. They just stood there with their jaws dropped, including Twilight’s. They were supposed to be doing this as a team like usual, but now their words have been eaten at how successful that one-on-one fight went.
"Guys?" Rainbow waved her hoof in front of their faces to see if they're okay. "Hello…!"
For a moment, Twilight blinked first, breaking her out of her trance. The others followed suit and they all shook their heads in unison before recovering from their stupor.
"Oh, good. You're awake. And here I thought I broke you all with my awesomeness," Rainbow boasted after a moment. "You guys okay?"
"Yeah. Sorry for doubting you. I know that friendship is really strong in our universe but the power of friendship is still great when it is united under circumstances.” Said Twilight Sparkle FIM.
“Yeah I can definitely agree with that one. I forgot to mention our power coins are actually gold we have been lying to this whole time. Our power morphers are actually silver while Twilight’s is gold. Sunset used a spell to make it seem like that just in case nobody tries to steal our powers.” Said Red Ranger Rainbow Dash.
“Yeah she is right on that one definitely and I wish I could have had some monster action solo!” Said Green Ranger Twilight Sparkle.
Then at the exact moment super putty ponies, unicorn putty ponies, pegasus putty ponies, and earth putty ponies appeared out of nowhere legions of them to exact and the entire group reacted in shock to seeing them.
“Wait sugarcube is this real this time or is it another simulation?” Asked Blue Ranger Applejack.
“No Applejack I am afraid not darling this is definitely real and let us see if we can take these things down. Friendship Is Magic you go back to the command center while us and our Pony Rangers Zeo counterparts deal with this.” Said Black Ranger Rarity.
“Alright rangers time to take these things on and see if we can beat them like we did in the simulation alright girls time to morph IT'S Morphin Time!” Said Red Ranger Rainbow Dash and Pony Rangers Zeo Twilight Sparkle.
A lightning bolt thing appears as it then shows the Pony Rangers Mane Six holding out their power morphers in front of them. Holding them in their hooves as they say their respective phrases as they then transform into rangers. The Pony Rangers Zeo zeonizers appear on their wrists and move them in a motion until they cross and then they say their respective phrases and are then transformed and then are getting ready to take on these legions of putty ponies.
Meanwhile back in the Pony Rangers Mane Six’s universe Nightmare Moon was in her moon base happily chuckling because of the new foot soldiers she had created. She also decided to create a couple of familiar foes to help her out and to be her new minions.
“Ah my attack has gone perfectly now I have created my new foot soldiers but now it is time to revive Gilda and Fighter. They were once minions of mine from long ago but now they will be resurrected and more powerful than before!” Said Pony Rangers Nightmare Moon.
“Wait where are we? The last thing I remember is us fighting those Ancient Pillars Of Equestria and Princess Celestia. Those accursed beings I hope we can get our revenge on them.” Said Gilda and Fighter.
“I have resurrected you and have made you more powerful than you were before my two trusted generals. I have also given you new forms as well and you have also fused with the counterparts of you that used to exist. As for me I fused with what remained of the Pony Rangers Zeo Nightmare Moon.” Said Pony Rangers Nightmare Moon.
“Nightmare Moon I see your attack has already begun. They already dealt with the Ursa Major but now they are dealing with those legions of putty ponies. I am still waiting on when we will attack those accursed ponies!” Said Queen Chrysalis.
“Patience Chrysalis we will attack them when the time is right we will keep testing them until it is the right time. For me I will work on making my forces stronger and try to find more to join my armies and become my minions.” Said Pony Rangers Nightmare Moon.
“That does sound like a clever plan my Queen, I can't wait to get my revenge on those Pony Rangers!” Said Fighter.
“I think I should also revive Zecora and create an evil version of Trixie under the control of the Alicorn Amulet. My plan is going perfectly soon. I will have all of the universes destroyed and no one will be able to stop me ever!” Said Pony Rangers Nightmare Moon.
Spike was still typing on the main computer when he heard the others come back from their latest battle. "Hey, guys. How did it go?"
"Awesome!" said Rainbow Dash FIM “The battle went well and my red ranger counterpart was awesome in action and was especially awesome using her Element Tyrannosaurus Dinozord too.”
“Yeah but right now there is another battle going on right now as you can see. The Pony Rangers and Pony Rangers Zeo are fighting four different types of putty ponies.” said Twilight Sparkle FIM
"Putty what?" Spike asked, raising an eyebrow.
"Yeah… We have no idea, either," Rainbow Dash FIM snarked.
"Anyway, can you help us figure out who they are and why they're here?" Twilight FIM asked.
"I'll try," Spike got to work on typing down the keys to search for any information on the putty ponies. "Okay…" He started, grabbing onto the mouse and clicking it. The dragon and the others watched as the video feed started loading until…
Beep-Boop!
An error popped up on the server with a message saying 'Sorry. The information you need is unauthorized. Please try again later.'.
"What?!" Rainbow FIM shouted.
"Hang on!" He bade, retyping. "Let me just—"
Beep-Boop!
"Uh…" The dragon started sweating as he tried again.
Beep-Boop!
"Spike!" Twilight FIM yelled. "That's enough!"
“What I have to do is to try and see if this computer will work and be able to show me stuff on it.” Said Pony Rangers Spike
“I agree with Princess Twilight. You should take a break and not overdue it because it is not good for your health at all. What we should do is watch the fight happening in Ponyville right now and hope both Mane Six ranger teams are going to be able to handle the legions of four kinds of putty ponies attacking.” Said Sunset Shimmer.
“Okay big sis that is what I am going to do and also see what my other self is up to and go see what mom and Aunt Luna are up to too.” Said Pony Rangers Spike.
So then Pony Rangers Spike decides to go see his mom, the Princess Celestia of his universe. He also decided to go see his Aunt Luna too and try to remain calm and try to get his mind off of what he tried to do before with the computer in the Command Center.
“So mom, how have you been doing cause we have not seen you in a while?” Asked Pony Rangers Spike.
“I am doing fine, my son I am just playing around with the computer systems in the Command Center so maybe hopefully we can also ask for more aid from other universes if something really big happens and beings from other universes decide to come here to team up with the villains here.” Said Pony Rangers Princess Celestia.
“Yes my sister is right we should be cautious and careful about what happens next in the attack and I am reading up more on the villains and foes that the Pony Rangers Zeo Mane Six have faced. I am using the databases in the Command Center’s computers to see if we can try to think of any weaknesses of those putty ponies because they are giving both groups of rangers a hard time right now.” Said Pony Rangers Princess Luna.
“Why don’t we try contacting the Pony Rangers Zeo universe and see if we can learn anything more about the foot soldiers the Pony Rangers Zeo have faced. Also why don’t we try asking them how their Power Chamber works too and see if we can upgrade the Command Center?” Asked Friendship Is Magic Spike.
“Okay other me, why don’t we try that I will power up the system and hope it is able to go through and maybe we can get through to the me of that universe too!” Said Pony Rangers Spike.
So then Pony Rangers Spike types in the coordinates in order to get into contact with the Pony Rangers Zeo universe again and hopefully find out more information that can help out. But also try to fix the computer systems and the advanced technology of the Power Chamber in the Pony Rangers Zeo universe.
Then as what happened before the video screen came on and four figures showed up and were wondering why they were on there.
“Hello, what do you want and why have you contacted us? What is happening, is it urgent?” Asked Pony Rangers Zeo Cadence.
“Well we contacted you because putty ponies are attacking the Ponyville in the universe we are in right now. They have become more powerful than they were before and we were wondering if you have some more information on them. Also we were wondering if you could tell us all about the foot soldiers your rangers faced. Could you also tell us how the technology in your Power Chamber works because the systems in our Command Center are failing for no reason now.” Said Pony Rangers Spike.
“Okay let me see if we can help you out.” Said Pony Rangers Zeo Celestia.
“I will tell you all about it because it was me and Cadence who helped build the Power Chamber in our universe. It is very high tech and has advanced systems because Cadence also used some of the Crystal Empire resources in order to construct it. She not only did that but contacted Zordon to see if he could help out with the construction too.” Said Pony Rangers Zeo Spike.
“Okay that tells a lot but still doesn’t explain how the systems in your Power Chamber work.” Said Pony Rangers Spike.
“Okay maybe I can help you out with that and also tell you more about the minions and foot soldiers our rangers have faced.” Said Pony Rangers Zeo Luna.
“Okay so then start telling us more about them please.” Said all four in the room looking at the video screen in the private chambers of the Command Center.
Meanwhile while this was going on Pony Rangers Nightmare Moon had already created and brought to life more eviler versions of Trixie and Zecora filled with pure evil. These ones were like the ones the Pony Rangers Zeo Mane Six used to face but now they were stronger and more powerful than their original selves were.
“Okay I see you look like our old master Nightmare Moon and have the same name as her but you are entirely different to her in every way. You have different minions, foot soldiers, monsters, and creatures than she did but it seems like you have revived Fighter and Gilda too.” Said Trixie Lulamoon.
“But it seems like you have created putty ponies to face off against those rangers and they seem to be giving them a fright as these ones are more powerful than the ones our Nightmare Moon used.” Said Zecora.
“One thing I have to address is that I fused with what remained of your Nightmare Moon and now we are one being but I am in control. I have memories and knowledge of two lives now and I am more powerful than I was before so now I am going to make the minions I already have more powerful and also give Fighter a new form to resemble what Goldar looks like.” Said Pony Rangers Nightmare Moon.
“Yes my empress Queen, I will obey you and follow you until my last dying breath and make sure to get my revenge on those pesky rangers for destroying me all of those years ago.” Said Fighter.
“Excellent soon it will be time for us all to leave this miserable universe and wipe it out from existence so then we will never be able to see it again!” Said Pony Rangers Nightmare Moon.
Now back to the battle in Ponyville the Pony Rangers Mane Six and Pony Rangers Zeo Mane Six were still having a tough time fighting the putty ponies as these ones were more powerful than the ones they fought in the training room in the Command Center.
The Red Ranger breathed. "I can't take this anymore! Why do these guys keep popping up?!"
"I don't know. But we can't keep fighting them forever," Pony Rangers Zeo Applejack said before collapsing from exhaustion.
"Luckily, we're here to help!" Twilight FIM declared confidently with the others standing behind her.
“You guys need to get out of here, these guys are a lot tougher than they look.” Said the Pony Ranger Mane Six and the Pony Rangers Zeo Mane Six.
“Well sugarcubes we came here to help you out to try to take these things down and maybe also hopefully we can get more allies if necessary.” Said Applejack FIM.
“Yes I agree with that darling but now let us kick some flank oh it is on!” Said Rarity FIM.
“Um yes Rarity I agree with you and hopefully we will be able to take out these things.” Said Fluttershy FIM.
“Okay everypony let us hope I can use my party cannon to try to get rid of these things.” Said Pinkie Pie FIM.
“Well I will gladly be able to help you guys out and let us hope that we can help our rangers counterparts take these things down but first let us get everyone to safety first that should be our top priority now.” Said Rainbow Dash FIM.
“It looks like the others are having trouble with those legions of the four kinds of putty ponies. Maybe we need more allies to help out the others. Hopefully the computer systems in the Command Center are working better now and let me see what universe I can find here that might be able to help us out.” Said Sunset Shimmer.
Meanwhile back in the private room of the Command Center all three Spikes are talking with each other and trying to figure out what to do next. Pony Rangers Zeo Cadence meanwhile is watching the battle with the putty ponies unfold and cannot believe these ones are more powerful than the ones she used to fight.
“So it looks like both teams of Pony Rangers are having a hard time during the battle. I think I should lend them some of my magic energies so they will be able to stop them.” Said Pony Rangers Zeo Cadence.
“I don’t think that is going to be enough Cadence. We need to figure out something that can help our rangers and the new ones they are assisting.” Said Pony Rangers Zeo Celestia.
“Yes my dear sister I agree with thou we should find out a way to help those rangers but I wonder what we would be able to do? Wait a minute Cadence, are there some energy sources from the Crystal Empire we could send to help out the Pony Rangers Mane Six and the Pony Rangers Zeo Mane Six?” Asked Pony Rangers Zeo Luna.
“Yes I believe so why don’t I go and get some right now and use those energies and combine my own magic with them and send the Element Ninja Zords to the Friendship Is Magic universe so they can be of assistance to the Pony Rangers teams.” Said Pony Rangers Zeo Cadence.
At the Friendship is Magic universe, the gang continued fighting against the putty ponies. All the Rainbow Dashes had already evacuated everyone from the fight before joining in. However, after a few hours, their exhaustion started taking a toll on them both physically and mentally as sweat constantly dripped from their coats and dark bags came under their eyelids.
The Pinkie Pies started coughing and hacking as they slowly collapsed from the fight. Though, they still kept fighting by simply waving their hooves at the putty ponies. “I think our throats are about to give out.”
The Applejacks huffed, keeping their side away with their bucking. “Ours too,”
“This is ridiculous! How are we supposed to get rid of these guys?!” Rainbow FIM yelled.
“Ahem…” A familiar voice said. The others turned to see the three princesses from the Pony Rangers Zeo dimension standing before them. They stood together with their chins held up high and their horns and wings unfurled. “Leave that to us,” Pony Ranger Zeo Princess Celestia declared dramatically.
“How did you—?” Rainbow FIM asked with a raised eyebrow.
“We came here to assist you. We brought energies from the Crystal Empire in my universe to make you guys stronger. It will also be able to make the Pony Rangers team's Zords even more powerful too. Also Pony Rangers Zeo Mane Six the Element Ninja Zords are in this dimension now all we need to do is use our magic to summon them. We already made the precautions to make them fight by themselves before we got here.” Said Pony Rangers Zeo Cadence.
“Yes, now let us handle these wretched things. I hope we will be able to take them out.” Said Pony Rangers Zeo Princess Celestia.
“Yes dear sister I agree with thou now let us hope we will be able to help out our Pony Rangers and the other Pony Rangers team too. Let us make modifications to the Command Center in the Friendship Castle and make it like the Power Chamber in our universe.” Said Pony Rangers Zeo Princess Luna.
“Good idea. Okay, everypony! Let us get started!” Pony Rangers Zeo Princess Celestia said. She and the other rushed to the battleground and fired magic beams at the putty ponies. The others continued fighting along with them with ease.
“Now, this is much easier,” Rainbow Dash FIM stated in a cocky tone.
“That’s the beauty of it, Rainbow,” Applejack FIM said.
Twilight FIM blasted a few more beams from her horn before seeing more arriving. “But it’s still not enough! I think something’s making more of them!”
“What are we gonna do?!” Fluttershy shrieked when a putty pony nearly crash-landed on her.
“I’ll tell you what we’re gonna do! WE'RE GONNA FIND THE SOURCE AND BREAK IT DOWN!” The Red Ranger shouted.
“Yeah!” Pinkie Pie cheered while launching out the putty ponies with her party cannon. “How do we find it, though?”
“Hmm…” Twilight scanned the area in search for any signs of the source nearby. Until she spotted a green light flashing behind the bushes. That must be where the source is. “There!” She pointed. “C’mon! We’ve got to get to the source and end this!”
“But what about the putty ponies?” Fluttershy asked.
“Okay. Applejack, Rainbow, Pinkie, Rarity, Fluttershy? Follow me. Rangers? Stay here and continue the fight until we get back,” Twilight FIM ordered.
"But what if they still need us to help them?!" Fluttershy FIM asked.
"Don't worry. We'll go as fast as we can!" Twilight FIM answered.
With that, the FIM ponies dashed off towards the source while the others did their best to hold off as many putty ponies as they could.
"Are you sure about this, Twi?" Applejack FIM questioned.
Twilight sighed. "I know this isn't the best plan, but I don't see any other option right now. I'm sorry."
As the ponies galloped into the fields, the source in front of them got closer and closer within sight. "Almost there!"
Until a giant putty pony stomped in front of them, letting out an ear-piercing screech so loud that it blew their manes back and made them cover their ears.
"You gotta be kidding me!" Rainbow Dash FIM complained.
Twilight FIM ignited her horn. "I'll distract it! You guys get to the source!" She ordered while blasting at it.
"We can't leave you!" Fluttershy FIM exclaimed.
"It’s okay! Don't worry about me! Just go!"
Fluttershy squeaked in fear, but hesitantly went with the others while Twilight kept blasting the creature.
Then in that same exact moment the Element Ninja Zords appeared to help out Twilight Sparkle FIM. She looked amazed at seeing the Zords up close then she decided to run and join her friends to continue their search for the power source.
"Twilight? You're back already?" Rarity asked.
"Yes. Now let’s get to that source!" Twilight charged off with the others until they got close to the bush where the blinking green light emitted from behind. Pushing the bush aside, they all gasped at the source. It looked just like the Crystal Heart at the Crystal Empire, only colored in a bright hue of green. Its aura was blinking a bright glow that almost blinded the team’s eyes. The others darted to the right to see more putty ponies manifesting out of thin air with each blink. “So that’s what’s making them,” Twilight Sparkle FIM stated.
“Well, not anymore!” Rainbow Dash FIM shouted, zooming straight up in the air.
“Rainbow, wait!” Twilight called.
But her cries fell on deaf ears as Rainbow was already high up to the point of reaching the sky above the clouds. She pounded her chest and roared like Tarzan before diving back down. A sense of adrenaline ran through her mind. The others covered their eyes in worry of Rainbow’s recklessness. Tears flew back behind her as she picked up more speed. She got closer and closer at point blank range until…
Boom!
A combination of a rainbow-colored mushroom cloud and a giant rainbow explosion stretched across the town at the same time, blowing back everything in its wake. The ponies held onto something nearby to avoid being sent flying from the dust, but the putty ponies weren’t so lucky. They all screamed as they disintegrated into nothing.
The heroes started coughing, but as the dust settled, they gasped in awe at what just happened to the source. It shattered into many tiny pieces that laid on the ground. After three blinks, its aura faded away.
Rainbow Dash descended back down to the dust-covered ground. “Well, that’s taken care of. Right, guys?” But instead of getting cheers of success at her victory, all she got were a large row of glares pointed her way. “Guys?”
“Rainbow. You almost destroyed all of Ponyville and got everyone killed!”
The others nodded in agreement.
"Oh… Right. Sorry about that.” She said, rubbing the back of her head.
They all sighed. The Element Ninja Zords rushed by to see them before looking down at the broken source right in front of them.
"What happened?!" The Yellow Ranger yelled.
"I sorta made a huge explosion that nearly destroyed Ponyville in order to stop the putty ponies from destroying it further." Rainbow explained with a nervous grin.
"...You did what?!" The Blue Ranger chastised.
"I said I was sorry," She muttered.
Twilight FIM sighed. "C'mon, guys. Let’s just clean up this mess and get back to the command center."
The other agreed, scattering through the town and helping the ponies sweep up the debris.
Meanwhile, in the Pony Rangers Mane Six’s universe, Chrysalis and Nightmare Moon watched the putty ponies' defeat through a large screen in the private chambers of the Hive.
Chrysalis growled, ready to throw a rock at the screen with her magic for the putty ponies' failure. "I can't believe it! Those putty ponies had one job! Twilight and her friends will pay for this!"
"Actually, that wasn't a failure, but merely a test to see how powerful our armies will be."
"Oh, really…?" Chrysalis said, rubbing her hole-covered hooves together. Her voice seething with malice.
Nightmare Moon nodded, "Yes. Soon, when the full power of our armies is ready, we'll be able to complete our plan."
"Perfect…" Queen Chrysalis stated. "And those insolent ponies will be none the wiser. This planet… no, this universe will be no more."
Both Nightmare Moon and Chrysalis cackled so loud that a large echo sounded past the hole-shifting walls of the Hive.
Back at the command center, the heroes are lounging at the break room after facing a long day of fighting off putty ponies in Ponyville. Well… most of them, though.
Twilight, on the other hoof, was busy working with the three Spikes at the main computer in case of any upcoming fights in the future. They tried checking the alert system, but to no avail.
Rainbow Dash FIM, who was busy snoring in one of the sofas before the constant typing made it hard for her to nap, groaned awake. "Ugh! C'mon, Twilight! You've been doing this for hours now! Can't you just take a break?"
"No time!" Twilight FIM shouted. "Something big is coming from Nightmare Moon’s armies and we can't afford to get sidetracked while our universe and others are at stake!"
"Ah think both of y'all have a point. We shouldn't be distracted while Nightmare Moon and her forces are still on the loose, but we shouldn't waste our energy if we want to stop them," Applejack FIM chimed.
"Yeah! Because if we don't relax, then we can't stop Nightmare Moon and save the multiverse!" Pinkie Pie FIM beamed.
"That's exactly what I said, Pinkie Pie," She deadpanned.
"I know. I was just agreeing with you," The pink pony squeaked. "And I wanted to be spontaneous."
Applejack merely rolled her eyes in response before turning back to her break when the alarm system started beeping again.
"Oh, c'mon! Another one?!" Rainbow Dash complained.
“Nope,” The Red Ranger said. “You guys have done enough for this dimension. Leave it to us.”
“Uh… Thanks, but don't you guys need a break, too?" Rainbow Dash FIM questioned.
"Nah. Our coins and power morphers have unlimited power, thanks to the energies of our universe's Elements, after all. We'll be fine," The Pink Ranger chimed.
"Are you sure you all can handle this without us?" Twilight FIM asked.
"Positive,” The Red Ranger boasted.
"Okay…" Rainbow Dash FIM shrugged.
"Let us know if you need our help, okay?" Twilight FIM chimed.
"No problemo," The Pink Ranger saluted.
With that, the Pony Rangers and Pony Rangers Zeo dashed out of the command center.
"Anyone else think they might be in over their heads?" Spike FIM asked.
"Oh, yeah," Rainbow Dash FIM nodded.
They both were met with glares from the others.
Back at Ponyville, things got more heated than usual since the recent putty ponies attack. So, everypony needed to make new precautions if they wanted to avoid another threat. Long ropes of literal bells and whistles were hung along the roofs for any flying foes nearby, leaves and sticks were spread out in case of anyone suspicious stepping on them, and the town was covered with magic inhibitors for anyone with powerful magic to drop by with no chance of using it. Completely foolproof.
Well… Except for one failsafe. And by one, it's actually multiple ones rushing into town. Lyra scouted from the top of both hers and Bon-Bon's house with binoculars at hoof. "Do you see anything?" Bon-Bon asked.
"Hmm…" Lyra squinted to get a better look through her binoculars. That was until she spotted multiple stampeding silhouettes heading this way. "Uh… Bon-Bon?" Her voice quivered.
"What?" Her friend asked.
"You might want to take a look at this,"
Lyra gave her the binoculars. Looking closer, she could see the silhouettes, too.
Both gasped.
"Here they come!" Bon-Bon shouted to the other townsponies, pointing at the threat coming from a distance.
Though, it turned out to not be a threat, but rather the protectors of this land: The Pony Rangers and Pony Rangers Zeo. They made it to the town, only to get caught with each trap.
The Pony Rangers Rainbow Dashes and Fluttershies got caught in the bells and whistles of the roof, tangling them like vines. The Pony Ranger Applejacks and Pinkie Pies stepped on every pile of leaves and branches, which turned out to be ditches with weak piles. And the Pony Rangers Twilights and Rarities tried to use their magic to save them, only to find that it wasn't working.
The citizens rushed out of their homes and buildings to see what they caught, only to gasp at their flimsy plan as they saw the heroes inadvertently caught in their traps.
"Oh sweet Celestia, we are so sorry!" Mayor Mare said.
She and the others helped them out of their traps. But despite that, they were all met with unamused glares on the heroes' faces.
"We thought you were another threat. We wanted to take matters into our own hooves, but I guess we should've looked before we leapt," Lyra added.
Bon-Bon sported the same glare at her. "Nice."
The heroes dusted themselves off. "It's fine. You didn't mean it," The Red Ranger said.
"Yeah. Though, there is another threat headin' this way,'' The Blue Rangers chimed.
"What?!" The citizens shouted.
"Don't worry, everypony! We're already on it!" The Red Ranger boasted.
"Thank you! Wait, what about this universe’s heroes? Aren't they gonna help, too?" Vinyl Scratch questioned.
"No worries. We can handle this ourselves. I'm sure of it," She continued.
That's when the ground started to quake. So much that most of the ponies who couldn't fly could barely feel their hooves underneath. The Red Ranger flew straight up to the sky and squinted her eyes to see what was causing it. She quickly noticed a huge pile of dust growing closer to Ponyville in the distance.
"Uh oh," She stated.
"W-what's going on?!" Lyra asked.
"Here they come!" She zoomed back down. "C'mon, guys! It's Morphin Time!"
The Pony Rangers Mane Six first took out their power morphers and then they opened up and held them in front of them with their hooves and then transformed into the Pony Rangers. The Pony Ranger Zeo Mane Six’s zeonizers then appeared on their hooves and then waved them around in a motion until they came together and then they transformed into the Pony Rangers Zeo and they were ready to kick some ass and defeat the legions of putty ponies and shadow ponies attacking.
“Alright let us see if we can take these things down alright rangers time to use our blasters or power weapons let us go!” Said both Pony Rangers Rainbow Dash and Pony Rangers Zeo Twilight Sparkle.
The legions of putty ponies and shadow ponies skid to a halt as soon as they saw the heroes standing right in front of them. The citizens bolted out of the center of town and hid for safety. Now it was just the heroes and the monsters, both of whom stood their ground against the other. Nostrils flared, burning looks in each groups' eyes, ready for the fight of a lifetime.
Both factions charged at each other, leaving behind a wave of dust that inadvertently caused the citizens to cough. Butting heads with each other, the heroes swiftly kicked the monsters straight into the sky. However, said monsters quickly dove at them. The Pony Rangers Zeo gasped and leapt out of sight.
The monsters stomped the ground. The impact was so powerful that it not only created a large crater the size of a lake, but unleashed enormous pillars of dust that almost engulfed the town and covered everyone in it. Even the Pony Rangers Zeo got caught in the pillars as they coughed out dust from their throats.
Pony Rangers Zeo Twilight stopped coughing and heaved. "It's too dangerous here! We have to move somewhere else or everyone's going to get hurt!"
"Right!" The others nodded.
The Pony Rangers Zeo gestured the monsters at it in a cocky manner. "Hey, monsters! Come and get us!" Rainbow Dash taunted.
A fiery rage blazed quickly into the monsters' eyes at their taunting as they roared and scraped their hooves. They then charged at the heroes with enough force and acceleration to make the ground and the civilians quake. The Pony Rangers Zeo leapt to the outskirts of the town and bolted off into a desert in the distance. The monsters quickly chased after it.
It stopped at the desert and stood their ground, waiting for the monsters to catch up. Eventually, they did with bared teeth and claws scraping at the ground, ready to tear the heroes to pieces. Their mech brandished its fists, showing the creatures that they're not afraid of them no matter what.
"You guys ready for this, guys?" The Red Ranger and Pony Rangers Zeo asked.
"Eyup!" The Blue Rangers answered.
"We can do it!" Chimed the Pink Rangers.
"Let’s teach those ruffians a lesson!" The Black Rangers said.
"Yeah," The Yellow Rangers squeaked.
"We've got this… together," The Green Rangers stated.
"Then let’s do this!" Both Red Rangers declared.
The battle was on! As the monsters charged again, the heroes quickly took out their Zords and let them morph into their Element Dinozords, Element Dragonzord, Zeo Megazord, Red BattleZord, Super Zeo Zords, Warrior Wheel, Pyramidas and the Element Ninja Zords forms respectively. Fully-formed, they all landed around the Pony Rangers Zeo, ready to help them fight.
The monsters then tried to pounce on them, but the mechs proved their dominance as they instantly grabbed at their faces and hurled them off. The monsters tumbled for a bit before skidding to a halt until they saw the heroes launch themselves up to the sun. They all dove back down with the main mech in the lead. The monsters simply watched in shock and awe. Soon, the Pony Rangers Zeo and other mechs stomped them into sludge, leaving behind a huge crater and storm of dust that nearly took out the entire desert area.
As the dust cleared, the mechs shot cool poses despite being stained with essences of their enemies.
"Woo-eee! We did it, girls!" The Applejacks cheered.
"Yep. Never doubted us for a second," The Rainbow Dashes chimed.
"Ew!" The Black Ranger recoiled at the mess they were in. "We just got this mech cleaned!"
"Yeah. Let's get back to the command center, girls," The Green Ranger said.
And with that, the mechs morphed back into their base states and the heroes teleported back to the command center with both Twilights' magic. The others cheered for them as the screen from the main computer displayed the entire fight in action.
"Wow! You guys really saw everything?" The Red Ranger asked, her voice filled with surprise.
"Yeah! That fight was uncredible!" Pinkie Pie FIM shouted.
The others gave a confused expression.
"Unbelievable and incredible? C'mon!" She complained.
Twilight cleared her throat and stepped forward. "Anyway, you all did a great job out there. Sorry for doubting you."
"It's okay. Wait! You doubted us?" The Green Ranger asked, confused and a bit offended.
Twilight FIM and the others shrugged sheepishly.
"Looks like you don't need us to help anymore, right?" Twilight sighed, scrapping her hoof against the floor.
"Hey! You guys are good, too! Sure, we won the fight, but that doesn't mean we don't need your help! It's what friends do, right?" The Red Ranger Zeo asked.
"Yeah. Maybe you’re right," Fluttershy chimed. "We did help you with the other putty ponies despite what Rainbow did."
"I said I was sorry," Rainbow muttered to herself.
"Yep. Anyway, we could use a break, too. That fight was physically exhausting," The Red Ranger sighed. "Did you check and see if Nightmare Moon's armies are planning anything?"
"Actually, the main computer didn't pick up anything, so I think we're good for now." Twilight FIM answered.
The Yellow Ranger sighed in relief. "Thank goodness. I think we've had enough fighting for one day."
"You said, Flutts." The Red Ranger Zeo walked to the couch and melted between the cushions.
The others followed suit for a free day without any battles or problems to deal with… For now.
The Command Center’s breakroom was a welcome respite from the long days of fighting off the many monsters that Nightmare Moon’s armies sent. The air was cool and quiet, save for the gentle hum of the air conditioning and the occasional click of a coffee cup. Most of the Mane Six and their Pony Ranger counterparts were sprawled out on couches and armchairs, their eyes closed with exhausted bliss. Even the Spikes, who had been typing and monitoring the main computers for three days straight, had succumbed to the lure of the breakroom’s soft cushions.
All except for the three Twilights. They laid side by side on large beanbags, groaning and fidgeting as they tried in vain to fall asleep. The Spikes watched them for a moment, feeling their annoyance grow. Didn’t they know how important rest was after the last mission they had involving the shadow and putty ponies? The FIM one hopped off the arm of the couch and made his way over to them, determined to find out what was keeping them awake.
"Twilights?" He whispered, trying hard not to disturb them too much. They didn't respond, still fidgeting. "Twilights?" He repeated in a louder volume. Still nothing. His frustration finally reached its peak. He had no choice. "Twilights!" He shouted.
That was what did it. All three Twilights jolted awake in unison, two of them nearly slipped off their beanbags. "What?! What's going on?!"
"Sorry, but I just wanted to know why you guys are having trouble sleeping. What's wrong?" Spike FIM asked, his voice filled with concern.
"Oh. Sorry. It's just that… after that huge battle between the Pony Rangers and those monsters, we keep getting these feelings for some reason and they're making it hard for us to relax," Twilight FIM explained.
"Oh. Well, maybe it's just too much stress from all that surveillance and fighting," He guessed.
"Yeah, could be," The Green Ranger said, yawning.
"C'mon," Spike FIM said, strolling down the lower cupboard. "Maybe some warm milk will help." He took out three mugs and closed the cupboard behind him.
Twilight FIM chuckled. "Spike, I don't think warm milk is gonna help us get rid of this feeling,"
"Maybe not, but it's worth a try, right?" He replied, pouring some milk into each mug before placing the carton back in the refrigerator. He then climbed up the ladder, placed the mugs onto a tray, and into the microwave before setting the timer to 1:00; His foot tapping as he waited. After the beep, he took out the tray and served it to the three Twilights.
"Thanks, Spike," Pony Ranger Zeo Twilight said.
"No problem." He walked back to the arm of the couch and continued his nap with his counterparts.
The three Twilights licked their lips as they levitated their mugs close, ready to wash their troubled feelings away. But as they were about to take a sip, a loud siren noise hit both theirs and the others' eardrums.
"What the?!" Rainbow Dash FIM shouted.
"What is that dreadful—?!" Rarity chimed.
She was interrupted when the coffee machine started beeping, spilling its boiling essence onto the floor. The heroes back away from it to avoid getting scorched. The lights then started flickering on and off, and the air conditioning vent randomly blew out hot and cold air, giving the heroes both chills and burns in their coats.
"What is going on?!" Twilight FIM bellowed.
She quickly got her answer when the three main computers started flashing red lights. An intercom screeched and said, "Danger! Danger! This is not a drill! All technology in the command center is obsolete! This message will be repeated until the problem is dealt with. This is not a drill! I repeat! This is not a drill!"
"Okay! We get it!" Rainbow Dash FIM yelled.
Applejack FIM grunted. “Will somepony please tell us what the hay is going on?!”
"I don't know!" The Green Ranger answered. "We've never suffered anything like this with the technology in our dimension before!"
"Before?" Rainbow asked.
"It's a long story—," said The Green Ranger.
Applejack cleared her throat, cutting their conversation short.
"How do we fix this?" Twilight FIM asked.
"Hmm… Let me check the power source." Spike FIM rushed to the power orb and opened the hatch, checking the wiring inside to see if there was any tampering. Nope. The colored wires were unharmed, even the red and blue wires that usually went out a few times when the main computers started glitching from that. "That's weird. So it's not the power source itself that's malfunctioning."
"Then what are we gonna do?!" Twilight FIM panicked. "Another threat might be trying to wreak havoc on Ponyville again and we can't see that if the computers aren't working!"
"Hmm…" Spike looked back into the power source, darting around every nook and cranny for any suspicious or unusual spots inside.
"Did you find anything?" The Green Ranger asked.
"No, but I'll keep looking," said Spike FIM.
“Okay. In the meantime, we need to find out what caused all this before it’s too late…” Twilight FIM ordered.
“Um girls, I hear a weird noise. I wonder where it is coming from?” Asked Sunset Shimmer.
Then a flash appears and then from the flash appears the Rock Afire Explosion who then decided to walk up to the ponies and try to bring up their spirits.
“What the…?” Rainbow Dash FIM said, her voice a mix of awe and confusion.
“Who are you?” Rarity FIM asked?
“We are the Rock Afire Explosion, an animatronic band from a long time ago and we are now back performing again,” Said Billy Bob.
“Really?!” Pinkie Pie’s eyes glimmered with excitement as she bounced up and down, eager to let a band perform for her and her friends as an asset to their currently stressful situation.
“Pinkie?!” Rainbow Dash scolded.
She shrunk back, regaining her focus. “Sorry,”
Twilight stepped forward. “Look, guys. We appreciate the offer, but—”
“Hey you Rainbow haired horse don’t talk to her like that!” Said Mitzi Mozzarella.
“Sorry. We’re just busy trying to fix the center,”
“Oh okay purple horse but we should still play some music just like we used to do at Showbiz Pizza Place a long time ago,” Says Fatz Geronimo.
“...Okay, but why here?" Twilight raised an eyebrow.
“Cause we wanted to help you with your stress through the power of music," Billy Bob answered. "Right, guys?"
"Right!" They all nodded in agreement.
"Well, we greatly appreciate the offer. We really do, but I don't think—" Rarity said nicely, only to get interrupted by Pinkie’s jovial outburst.
"Are you kidding?! Of course we'll let you help us through music!" Pinkie exclaimed, her eyes sparkling with excitement as she bounced up and down. "After all, music is the best medicine for stress, right?"
"Uh… Pinkie Pie? Ah don't think that's completely the—" Applejack FIM tried to correct before getting cut off by Billy Bob. She grumbled under her breath from all this interruption.
"The Pink horse is right. Music can be used to help ease stress. That's why we're here," Billy Bob answered.
"Well, we could use all the help we can get while we try to find out what's happening to the command center," Twilight FIM said, looking towards the others for approval.
"I agree," Rarity FIM chimed, folding her ears to block out the main computers' siren. "Anything is better than that awful noise!"
"I'm with Rarity on this one," Applejack FIM added.
"Me too," As well as Fluttershy FIM.
"Me three! Plus, it could be fun to listen to some music while we work, right?" Pinkie Pie FIM beamed, nudging her elbow on Rainbow’s shoulder.
The rainbow-maned Pony groaned. "Fine. I'm in."
"Great! Now, let’s get started!" Billy Bob exclaimed.
With the objective at hand, the crew scattered throughout the command center to find the source of the problem. What they didn't know, however, was that a small, dark beetle was standing on the ceiling. Its crystal blue eyes carefully scanned them, chuckling maniacally to itself.
At the Hive, the two villains watched the screen that showed them what their bug sees. Their expressions oozed with malice as they saw the heroes' confusion in finding out the source, all while sitting comfortably in the dark corridors of the Hive.
Chrysalis cackled. "Those fools have no idea what they're doing!"
"Yes,” Nightmare Moon replied. "They're like worms trying to find the right hole for their home. Still, what if they find out about the bug?"
"Don't worry. Even if they do, there's still nothing they can do with our real master plan."
"You're right," Nightmare Moon nodded.
Both of them looked back at the ominous device covered by a large tarp in the spotlight. They both laughed maniacally, biding their time for the perfect opportunity to show the heroes what's really coming for them.
Back at the command center, the ponies and their counterparts scattered around the place in hopes of finding the source of the problem. At the same time, the Rock Afire Explosion band searched with them with their instruments at hand in case of any music needed.
Pinkie raised up one of the sofa cushions and lowered her head underneath, looking around for any signs of the source of the problem. But all she could find were small pieces of trash and dust mites that almost made their way into her nostrils, causing her to nearly sneeze.
She sniffed, her eyes watering. “Yeah. I’m–” She coughed. “Fine.”
“Did you find anything?” Rainbow Dash asked.
"Nope, but I'll keep looking." She went back to looking, coughing and sneezing as she did so.
Rainbow groaned in frustration. "We'll never find the source of the problem!"
"Don't give up hope, Rainbow. We'll find the source eventually," Rarity assured.
"Yeah!" The Green Ranger chimed. "Together, there's no challenge that we can’t—"
"We get it. No challenge we can't handle together. Can we please move this along?!" Rainbow snarked.
The Green Ranger grumbled to herself about her speech being cut off.
"Rainbow!" Twilight FIM chastised.
"What?!" Rainbow Dash FIM exclaimed.
"Stop arguing! We have to focus and find the source to fix the command center," Twilight FIM continued.
"Right. Sorry," Rainbow FIM replied to the Green Ranger.
She gave her a hooves up.
"Okay. Now let’s see if—"
"Hey, Twilight!" A familiar voice sounded.
It was Sunset Shimmer, who came by the command center on such short notice. "Hey, guys… Uh, what's going on here?"
"Sorry, Sunset," Twilight said. "We're a little busy trying to find the source of the center, since it's malfunctioning for some reason."
"Okay, and who are you guys?" She asked the band standing right next to her.
"We're the Rock Afire Explosion! We're just here to help them with our music if they need it."
"Right… Oh, Twilight! I just got some other beings here who can also help!"
"That's great, Sunset!" Fluttershy said, her voice brimming with excitement. "Who?"
"Can we come in, now?" A tomboy-ish voice echoed through the tunnel of the center.
"Sure!" Sunset replied back. Suddenly, three small girls zoomed and hovered behind her in a rainbow-like blur of pink, light-blue, and light-green respectively. Following behind, an even bigger team of females—One of whom had yellow hair with long, thin pigtails—showed themselves as well. "Guys, meet the Powerpuff Girls and Sailor Senshi."
"Hey there," The Pink Girl said. "I'm Blossom."
"My name is Bubbles," She waved, her voice filled with sweetness.
"And I'm Buttercup," She said, crossing her arms with a cocky smirk.
"Okay. Who are you?" Fluttershy asked the Sailor Senshi.
"I'm Sailor Moon, and this is my team: Mercury…" She gestured to her.
"Hi," Mercury greeted.
"Venus…"
"Hello," She followed.
"Mars…"
"Hey," She followed next.
"Jupiter…"
"Hi there," She said after Mars.
"Saturn…"
"Hello," said Saturn.
"Uranus…"
"Hi!" Followed Uranus.
"Neptune…"
"Hey," Neptune said.
"Chibi Moon…"
"Hi." She waved sheepishly.
"And Pluto."
"Hello!" She finished.
"Right…" Twilight FIM replied.
"They're here to help us. After all those battles against Nightmare Moon’s armies, I figured that I'd find someone from another dimension to help," Sunset explained.
"That's very nice of you, Sunset," Fluttershy FIM said.
"Sure," Twilight FIM chimed, her voice welcoming. "The more the merrier."
"Really?!" Bubbles squeaked, her eyes sparkling with content.
"Awesome!" Buttercup fist-pumped, feeling a sense of adrenaline.
"I like your spirit," Rainbow Dash FIM said to Buttercup, bumping her hoof with the Powerpuff's stubby fist.
"We'll do whatever we can," Blossom added.
"Same with us," Sailor Moon chimed as well. Her members nodded in agreement.
"Okay," The Red Ranger said. "Let’s do this!"
Everyone pitched in to find the source of the problem. Though, it was a lot harder than it looked, even with the large amount of help. Minutes passed as they searched through every inch of the center, but still with no sign of clues.
Buttercup used her super strength to lift the sofa, scanning under it and the floor it was sitting on. But there was only trash and wads of gum underneath. She groaned, "Still nothing!" She was about to slam the sofa in frustration, only to stop and put it down gently once she received glares from others.
Rainbow Dash FIM chimed, "No luck on my end, either."
Fluttershy, her counterparts, and Bubbles looked through the fridge, but to no avail. She sighed, "Same here."
“There’s gotta be some clues in here that we haven’t found. Did you find anything, Spike?” Twilight FIM asked him.
“No!" Spike panicked. "I don't even know what's wrong with this thing."
"Hmm…" Applejack FIM looked throughout the center before spotting something small and blinking red on the wall. She squinted at it to get a better look before quickly figuring out what it was. "I think I know exactly what's going on."
"Really?" Blossom asked.
Applejack nodded, pointing at the bug. "That blinking bug on the wall right there. It was just a spy used by Nightmare Moon to throw us off the whole time," She explained.
Twilight, her counterparts, and Blossom face-palmed. "How could we miss that?"
"Well, squash it!" Rarity demanded, plugging her ears. "I can’t take this excessive blaring anymore!"
Applejack crushed the bug with her hoof, leaving behind a splatter of gears and slime on the wall. "Got it."
The technology of the command center stopped going haywire and everyone sighed in relief. Except for Rarity, who merely yelled, "What?!" Possibly because she was deafened from the constant noise. But the three Twilights used their magic to heal her hearing. She sighed and replied, "Thank you, darling."
"Great work, team," Sailor Moon said. "We did it."
"Yeah!" Sailor Uranus cheered.
“No time for celebrating just yet, everyone,” Twilight FIM commanded. “Nightmare Moon from the Rangers’ dimension is trying to stop us and we can’t let our guards down again.”
“She’s right,” Blossom chimed. “That’s why we need to stay vigilant if we want to take her down.”
“You’ve got it, Twilight and Blossom!” Applejack, her counterparts, and Jupiter said.
“No problem!” Pinkie Pie, her counterparts, Bubbles, and Chibi Moon continued.
“We can do this!” Rarity, her counterparts, Venus, and Mars followed.
"Woo-hoo…” Fluttershy, her counterparts, and Saturn cheered softly.
“We’re with you no matter what!” Sailor Moon cheered.
"Exactly!" Mercury followed Sailor Moon.
"So much for our break times,” Rainbow Dash whispered to her counterparts, Buttercup, and Uranus.
“We’ll say,” The Green Ranger, The Green Ranger Zeo, Buttercup, and Uranus whispered back.
But Sailor Pluto clearing her throat was enough to make the Rainbow Dashes, Buttercup, and Uranus tactfully cover their mouths.
"Okay," Twilight FIM nodded.
Meanwhile, at the Changeling Hive, Chrysalis and Nightmare Moon glared at the screen, still in static from the destruction of their Spy Bug. Chrysalis was about to growl in frustration, but Nightmare Moon placed her hoof on her shoulder to calm her down.
"Don't worry, Chrysalis. Maybe we can use this little incident to our advantage,"
"Yes, you're right. This is all just a minor setback," Chrysalis replied, following Nightmare Moon to their master plan. "Those foolish heroes still have no idea what we have planned for them."
Both villains cackled at the thought of their Master Plan working, their laughter echoing through the Hive walls. Despite the outcome, they knew that things will be different once they enact their greatest gambit.
Back at the Command Center, the heroes gathered to strategize and locate Nightmare Moon and her forces. The room was buzzed with activity as different members took on various tasks. The Twilights, Blossom, Mercury, and Sailor Moon huddled around the main computers, their eyes scanning through universes for any leads or clues. The three Rainbow Dashes, Buttercup, and Uranus unleashed a flurry of punches on punching bags, honing their combat skills. The rest of the other members worked diligently, each contributing in their own way to preparing for the looming threat.
Rainbow Dash groaned, dropping some of the heavy stacks of papers she was carrying in mid-flight. “This is taking forever!”
“Rainbow?!” Twilight FIM chastised.
“Sorry, Twilight, but I think Rainbow does have a point,” Applejack FIM spoke up. “I know we need to be ready for Nightmare Moon’s forces no matter what, but doesn’t any of this seem a little… too far?”
Twilight sighed. “Look, I know this may seem a little… excessive, but after everything we've been through, including during our recent break, we all have to do our part of trying to make sure that doesn't happen again from under our noses."
"Okay, I see your point too," Applejack said.
Pinkie Pie beamed as a literal light bulb appeared from on top of her head. "Oh! I've got an idea! What if we take turns being on lookout duty whenever it's time for the rest of us to take a break? That way, we can both alert the others of any oncoming danger and be well-rested enough to face it before going back to work."
"Are you sure?" Twilight FIM questioned. "I mean, what if Nightmare Moon finds out about this and tries another angle we haven't expected?"
"Then maybe, it'll give us a better chance at finding out what she'll do, which could…" Sunset explained.
"Help us be at least one step closer to figuring out where she is, what she'll do, whatever she's planning, and potentially put a stop to it before it even happens?" Blossom added.
"Yeah," She finished.
"That does sound like a great idea, Sunset and Pinkie Pie," Fluttershy FIM chimed.
Twilight sighed. "Fine," She placed a timer onto the table with her magic and set it to five minutes. "Okay, me and my counterparts will go first."
As the three Twilights stood around the center in search of anything suspicious, the others went back to the breakroom to relax while the timer continued ticking. After a few seconds, Rainbow’s eyes widened as a thought popped in her head. “You know, there’s something I just thought of. What are you guys' backstories?” She asked the Powerpuff Girls and Sailor Senshi.
"Why'd you ask?" Buttercup questioned.
"I just wanted to know," Rainbow shrugged.
"Well, our dad and creator, Professor Utonium, made the three of us in his lab by accident," Bubbles explained.
"Really?" Pinkie bounced up and down on her beanbag, her voice filled with intrigue. "How?"
"Well, it all started when he wanted to make the perfect little girls and make the world a better place. So, he bought three main ingredients: Sugar, Spice, and Everything Nice," Blossom explained.
"What happened next?" Pinkie Pie FIM asked, her eyes sparkling with anticipation.
"That was when the Professor's former lab assistant and our arch-enemy, Mojo Jojo, accidentally pushed him into adding a very powerful and unpredictable chemical called 'Chemical X' that caused a huge explosion,"
"Goodness! Is he okay?" Fluttershy asked, her voice filled with concern for the Professor.
"Yeah, he's fine. Anyway, that's how we were born and got our powers that we use to help others and stop evil. Though, not at first." Blossom sighed, her voice choked with despondency.
"What happened?" The Yellow Ranger leaning against the sofa arm, concerned by the Powerpuff Girls' sadness of what went wrong.
"Well… when we couldn't control our powers after being brought into the world.
So, we accidentally caused so much destruction in Townsville. People were so mad at us, treating us like outcasts, and said so many hurtful things about us," Bubbles squeaked, her eyes welling up at the thought of the citizens' mean-spirited insults. "L-like 'Bug-Eyed Freaks', and…"
Fluttershy patted her head. "Oh, you poor girls. I'm sorry that that happened to you."
"Yeah," Buttercup scowled, trying to keep up a tough act despite sniffling with tears in her eyes like her sisters. "And it gets even worse. You remember what that jerk, Mojo, did to the professor that made him create us in the first place?"
Applejack nodded. "Yes, we do,"
"Well, it affected him, too," Blossom added. "He started out as a regular chimp until the same accident caused his brain to grow and become more intelligent. Since the professor focused on us more than him, he became evil and wanted to take over the world."
"Yeah, and he tricked us with his very first attempt," Buttercup followed with a scowl, her eyes still wet.
"And made the town hate us even more," Bubbles added as well, feeling the urge to cry.
"Well, I'll be! That's terrible! How'd you stop him?" Applejack FIM bellowed.
"We figured out a way to use our powers to stop his plan and save the world." Blossom answered, her sorrow subsiding a bit along with the others.
"And did the town apologize to you for the way they treated you?" Fluttershy asked.
"Yeah. We were about to get rid of our powers to be normal girls, but then the town apologized for misjudging us, thanked us, and made us the heroes we are. And that's how we became the Powerpuff Girls, saving the world… at least until bedtime." She finished, her and her sisters' despair finally relieved.
"Wow," Pinkie Pie FIM sniffled, wiping her tears away. "That is the saddest and most heartbreaking backstory with a heartwarming ending I've ever heard! You poor girls, caught up in all that!"
"It's fine," Buttercup said.
The gang's sad moment was interrupted when the timer rang, signifying the next volunteer for lookout duty.
"Okay. Who's next?" The Green Ranger called, breaking the somber atmosphere.
Billy Bob and his band members stepped forward. “We’ll take the next shift,” he volunteered, followed by Sunset’s determined voice. “And I’ll join them.”
Twilight nodded, acknowledging their commitment. She and her counterparts reset the timer and retreated to the breakroom, eager to hear what they had missed.
“We were discussing the Powerpuff Girls’ origin,” Rarity FIM prompted.
"Really? What's it about?" The Green Ranger asked.
"Don't worry, we'll tell you about it later," The Red Ranger assured them.
“Hey! Since we’ve still got some time left, what about your origins, Sailor Senshi?” Pinkie Pie asked.
“Okay. Though, it may be a lot longer compared to the Powerpuff's," Sailor Mercury
"Relax," Rainbow Dash FIM reassured. "I’m sure there’s plenty of time for one more story, right?”
"Actually… You're right," Twilight FIM nodded. "I guess we do have plenty of time for at least one more story."
"Great! Now, let’s see…" Sailor Moon stroked her chin, trying to figure out where to start with the backstory. Her eyes lit up. “So, it all started at the Moon Kingdom.”
“Moon Kingdom?” Rainbow questioned, only to be immediately shushed by the others, prompting her to keep quiet. "Sorry."
"Anyway, it all started at the Moon Kingdom, a peaceful and prosperous land on Earth's moon. Ruled by Queen Serenity, the kingdom lived in perfect harmony with the people of Earth," Sailor Moon explained.
"However, tragedy struck when a forbidden love between Queen Serenity's daughter, Princess Serenity, and Prince Endymion of Earth, caused a major conflict between the inhabitants of the Moon Kingdom and the Earth Kingdom. Among them, a being corrupted by dark magic named Queen Beryl, who sought to conquer the universe in a way that caused numerous deaths, including the princess and prince in the process." Sailor Mercury continued.
"And then what happened?" Twilight FIM asked.
"Well, Queen Serenity sealed away Queen Beryl and her minions using the Silver Crystal. She also used the last of her strength to send Princess Serenity's soul, along with the other Sailor Senshi, into the future to be reborn when they were needed once again," Sailor Moon finished.
"Wow! That sounds so much like Nightmare Moon," Pinkie Pie FIM chimed. “In a way.”
“There’s more than just that," Uranus stated. "There's also the Dark Kingdom and our own backstories."
"That's great, but I don't think we have enough time to hear all of them since the timer is nearly halfway done and break time can't last forever," Twilight FIM solemnly explained.
"Uh, c'mon, Twilight," Rainbow Dash FIM spoke, her voice slicked with desperation. "Their stories are awesome and we can't just leave them hanging."
"Yeah!" Pinkie Pie FIM chimed. "I wanna get to know them more and maybe this can help us defeat Nightmare Moon and her forces if we really need it, right?"
"No, it's fine. We'll tell our stories another time," Sailor Moon said, she and the others felt a mix of disappointment and acceptance on their faces.
Twilight FIM sighed. "Fine. I'll extend break time, but only for today, okay?"
"You got it!" Pinkie Pie saluted. "This is gonna be super-duper fun!"
"Okay. Now about the Dark Kingdom," Sailor Mercury started. "It all started where the Moon Kingdom left off. A sinister kingdom that was sealed away by Queen Serenity during the fight between the Moon Kingdom and Earth Kingdom. Until their human leader, Queen Beryl, revived and used her loyal followers to awaken Queen Metaria and reclaim the Silver Crystal for immense power and immortality."
"So, what happens next?" Rainbow Dash FIM asked.
"Well… that's it, as far as the Dark Kingdom is concerned," Sailor Mercury shrugged.
"Oh…" The Red Ranger said. "Whelp, looks like that's it for stor—"
"Wait! There's still more!" Chibi Moon spoke up.
"Are you kidding me?" The Red Ranger deadpanned. "We thought you said that was it!"
"Well, for the Dark Kingdom," Sailor Venus corrected. "We haven't even told you about our own backstories and adventures against the forces of evil."
"Really?" The Pink Ranger beamed, her eyes sparkling with content.
"Yeah," Sailor Chibi Moon replied. “Wanna hear each of them?"
"Maybe," Rarity said, rubbing her chin in thought. "What do you think, Twilight?"
“I think it’s fine as long as we have enough time before the timer rings,” Twilight shrugged.
“Okay then,” Rainbow Dash sighed.
"Great!" Sailor Chibi Moon cheered. "Who wants to go first?"
"I'll do it," Sailor Moon called. "It all started when I used to be a normal school girl. That was, until I came across a reincarnation of the very being that would change my life forever. She was a reincarnated cat of Queen Serenity. As my alter-ego, Sailor Moon, I was tasked to protect the Earth and the Moon Princess from various enemies.”
“Really? What happens next?!” Pinkie Pie bounced up and down, her face beaming with excitement.
“Well, I used to be a normal school girl who discovered that I was a Sailor Senshi as well, though I focused more on studying while my mother wanted me to be a doctor, just like her," explained Sailor Mercury.
"And then, what?" Pinkie Pie FIM beamed, bouncing off her bean bag chair and dancing on her back hooves in delight.
"I was a shrine maiden with psychic abilities, martial arts, and very talented singing abilities as a celebrity in my school before becoming a Senshi," Sailor Mars followed.
"Really?" Pinkie Pie asked, her voice filled with intrigue as she bounced towards Sailor Mars face-to-face. "That sounds so cool!"
"Yeah…" Sailor Mars replied, her voice stretched out as she grew uncomfortable of Pinkie’s close position.
“Oh! Sorry," she said sheepishly, backing away and sitting in her beanbag to give Sailor Mars some space.
"Anyway," Sailor Jupiter chimed. "Here's my story. I was an athletic human girl with a passion and talent for both cooking and gardening."
"Really?" Fluttershy asked, a gentle smile graced her lips at how well-versed Jupiter was. "That sounds nice."
Sailor Jupiter sighed, her eyes casted down, "Yeah, it was, until…"
"Until what?" Applejack asked in a concerned tone.
"I became an orphan at a young age and everyone was scared of me due to my immense strength. So, I had to move frequently because of that before I became part of the Senshi," Jupiter sniffled, wiping her tears off her eyes as that painful memory resurfaced in her mind. "It was pretty hard for me to get through that at the time, you know."
"I'm so sorry," Fluttershy FIM said, her voice laden with sympathy. "I had no idea."
"It's okay," Sailor Jupiter said. "It's in the past."
"Okay. Who's next?" Twilight Sparkle asked.
Before they could continue, the timer rang again. "Ugh! Finally!" Sunset sighed, stretching the stiffness off her legs from standing guard for so long. "Anyone else wanna take the next shift?" She asked, strolling back to the break room.
"We'll do it," Red Ranger Rainbow Dash obliged.
"You don't want to hear the rest of the story?" FIM Fluttershy asked, puzzled.
"Nah. You guys have done too much," The Red Ranger explained. "It's our turn to help you back."
"Besides, we're more familiar with our dimension's version of Nightmare Moon. It's personal," Blue Ranger Applejack stated.
"Okay then," Twilight Sparkle FIM said. As the Rangers started their shift, Twilight reset the timer. "This'll be the last time I set the timer for today," She stated before walking back into the room.
Sunset sat on a beanbag chair, fidgeting to get comfortable as she leaned forward to hear what she'd missed.
"Okay. Who's turn is it?" Twilight asked.
Sailor Venus raised and waved her hand in excitement. "Can I go?"
"Of course, Venus,"
"Okay. My story began when I was just a normal girl. For as long as I can remember, I've dreamed of being an idol, someone to look up to when in need of help or guidance," Sailor Venus explained. "Before Sailor Moon became the leader, I was in charge of guiding the group to victory. After that, Sailor Moon was given that role and did a better job at it than I ever could."
"Aww… Thanks, Venus," Sailor Moon said, her cheeks glowing red at her friend's compliment.
"No problem," Venus replied. "Your turn, Pluto."
"Okay," Pluto replied in a solemn tone. "I used to be the guardian of the time-space door and was in charge of protecting the time stream from anyone who dated to abuse it."
"Really? That's so cool!" Pinkie Pie FIM cheered.
"Thank you," She replied, her serious tone unwavering.
"What else happened?" Rainbow Dash asked.
"Well, I became a part of the team afterwards, but that's just it in terms of my backstory. Sorry about that," Pluto stated.
"It's okay," Fluttershy said. "Your backstory is still amazing."
"Thanks,"
"Is it my turn?" Sailor Neptune called.
"Yes," Twilight insisted.
"Okay. I was born from a wealthy family. Just a talented girl with great skills as both a violin player and an artist." Neptune explained, her eyes sparkling as she looked back at her privileged past.
"That sounds positively the most wondrous lifestyle I've ever heard!" Rarity beamed.
"It was, until I had to give up on my dreams to focus on my duty as a Sailor Guardian with my partner, Uranus. Still, like the others, I had a job to do in order to keep the planet and others safe from harm. That's my new dream, along with being with my partner."
"Aww!" Pinkie gushed.
“Yeah,” Neptune replied. “Sometimes, you have to make sacrifices to be a part of what you think is important or right.”
“So true,” Twilight Sparkle nodded.
“And so deep,” Pinkie Pie added.
“Can I have a go?” Sailor Uranus chimed.
“Sure.” Neptune complied. “I don't see why not,”
“Okay,” Uranus cleared her throat before starting, “Before I became a member, I used to be a very skilled, tomboyish athlete and an excellent fighter who loved fast cars and racing.”
“Ooo, I like the sound of that,” Rainbow Dash swooned.
“Yep. Anyway, after joining the Senshi, I was given the powers of sky, wind, and speed. And then, that's it,” Uranus concluded.
“Wow! Maybe after all this is done, do you wanna do some racing sometime?” Rainbow Dash asked. “It's gonna be so awesome!”
“Sure,” Uranus replied, giving a thumbs up to the idea. “Your turn, Saturn.”
“Thanks. Back when I was a kid, I had a weak and sickly body growing up. I was also the daughter of a smart, yet twisted scientist who experimented on me to give me supernatural powers.” Saturn explained, looking away.
The other gasped. “Oh, Saturn. I'm so sorry,” Fluttershy said.
“It's fine. Though, I was given power capable of destroying entire planets, but that doesn't mean I can't use them for good, right?” Saturn nervously chuckled.
“Yeah, but that must've been hard what you had to go through as a child,” Twilight Sparkle said, her voice ladened with sympathy.
“I guess so,” Saturn contemplated, rubbing the back of her neck and darting back.
“Oh! Sorry! I didn't mean to—!” Twilight panicked.
“It's okay,” Saturn reserved. “I think that's it for my backstory.”
“Great! Anyone else wanna go?” Pinkie Pie asked.
“I guess that's all in terms of backstories,” Rainbow Dash chimed.
“Okay. How are y'all doing over there, Sunset?” Applejack called.
“Fine. We haven't seen any signs of Nightmare Moon and her forces,” Sunset replied.
“They’ve gotta be up to something big, probably keeping it a complete secret just to let our guards down when–” Rainbow FIM suggested.
Applejack sticks her hoof over Rainbow’s muzzle, “We get it, Rainbow. Let's not scare anyone in here.”
“Sorry,” Rainbow said as soon as Applejack placed her hoof down.
“But Rainbow Dash is right. Nightmare Moon and her forces might be trying something we don't know about yet. So we need to figure out what it is before it's too late,” Twilight chimed. “Is everyone ready?”
