"Good night daddy." Sunny spoke softly

"Good night my little pony." The Lavender stallion that she call her dad answered. flicking the light off before closing the door.

Sunny tucked herself deeper into the bed, finding a comfortable position.

"Good night friends." She whispers to the six figures that sit on the desk beside her. The figures didn't answer back, of course. The light from her brand-new lantern that her dad made rotated slowly around the room. Making an earth pony, pegasus, and unicorn shape light that fills the room. Sunny released a deep breath, slowly sinking into the land where there the three tribes of pony were united before like her dad always told her.

"Good morning Sunny," said her dad when he sees her daughter go down in the elevator.

Sunny smiled, "Good morning dad." She waited for the elevator to stop before trotting to the table and dropping her saddle bag beside it. "What for breakfast today dad?"

"It's your favorite." He steps aside, blocking Sunny view from the counter.

"Is it pancakes?" Her front hooves stood on the table, and her eyes tried to see what her dad's cooking.

"No." He smiles mischievously. But before he continues, the oven ting.

"Cupcakes!" Sunny's eyes widen when she sees the cupcake taken from the oven. Smelling the aroma that filled the air.

"Yes." Dad lifted the tray with pride. "Even though it's re-heated, the taste is still like magic." Giving Sunny a cupcake.

Sunny stared at the cupcake. it's a chocolate cupcake with strawberry frosting and whipped cream and wings and horn-shaped cookies on top of it. She takes a bite. The horn-shaped cookie fell and escaped from the bite. She took it and put it on her head before closing her eyes tightly, trying to focus her 'magic'.

Dad just rolled his eyes seeing this. He put all the cupcakes on his daughter's plate and smiles when she opens her eyes and starts jumping on her chair.

"I did it," Sunny said cheerfully. "I did it, I did it, I can levitate stuff like the unicorns."

"Yes, you can levitate the cupcakes." Dad just gives a small giggle. "And you took all the cupcakes."

Sunny stopped for a while, noticing that she is taking all the cupcakes, no more for her dad. She closed her eyes again and start to focus. When she opens her eyes, a few cupcakes from her plate has moved to Dad's plate. They both just laugh together. she took a huge bite of the cupcake while Dad take a small container and put some cupcakes inside before tucking it in her little 'unicorn' saddle bag.

A few minutes later, both plates are empty. Dad takes the plate to wash it while Sunny put her saddle bag on her back and takes her roller skates beside the door before putting them on.

"See you later dad." Sunny waved a hoove to her dad before rolling her skates down the hill to the town.

She and her dad live separately from the town. For some reason, ponies in the town are scared of them. When the ponies in the town start to build defenses machine to protect them from the other tribes, she and her dad try to find a way to communicate with the other tribes. And from that ponies in the town start to make distances from them. This goes on for months before they decided to move out of the town and live in the Brighthouse on the other side of the bay. They change it so they can live inside it.

When Sunny entered the town gate --it's not an actual gate, it's just a wood beside the road--, sign with 'Maritime Bay' written on it. Maybe the ponies who made it were not so creative about the word. Ponies that noticed her start to take a step back, Their face looks terrified. Sunny just gives a smile to them. She rolled her skates towards the school, moving between the path that crowd made when seeing her. She feels like an emperor in this small town. Hopefully, Sprout's mother doesn't take this seriously and starts a war with her.

The school was still empty when Sunny arrived. Just a few diligent ponies that arrived early at this hour, you can count them by hoove. She sits down for a while, enjoying the view of the morning town activity before taking off her skates and walking to her classroom. Because the school doesn't have a shelf for roller skates, so she took the roller skates into the class and put it beside the desk and her saddle bag on the other.

"Hai Sunny." Said a yellow foal when he entered the classroom.

"Oh, hai Hitch." Sunny replies, greeting him halfway.

"Up high down low hitch it to a post, lift the sunny side up, and put it on a piece of toast." Their hooves meet and move up and down doing their secret hoove shakes.

"How are you doing today?" Hitch ask while they both walk toward their desk.

"Same as usual," Sunny answered. "Every pony still looked at me, clearing a path for me to walk. I'm like a hero, a hero who will be the one that united all three tribes of pony kind."

Hitch gave a small smile. "Maybe one day Sunny. One day." He releases a breath.

Hitch table is right beside Sunny. Dropping his saddle bag beside the desk and taking an orange container from the bag before opening it, revealing a very tempting, delicious fruit sandwich inside it. "My parents wanna go this morning, so I take the breakfast to school," He explains. " You want some?"

Sunny shook her head. "No, thanks. I brought my own." She takes the container filled with her dad's cupcakes out and opens it.

"Is that the cupcakes that your dad make yesterday?" Ask Hitch. Taking a bite from his sandwich. It's a good thing that the class is still empty, he glances at the door.

Sunny nodded. Offering the cupcakes to Hitch when somepony entered the classroom. Hitch looks worried. His eyes glanced at the newcomer.

"Uh Sunny," Said Hitch in a low gentle voice. "Maybe we can eat that later, maybe at lunch." He hold the container that Sunny had offered and lowered it down behind the table. The new pony gazes at them for a while before continue walking toward the back of the class.

"Don't worry I got plenty for later." Sunny looks at the new pony. She has a white coat and pink mane and tail with a blue saddle bag on her bag. She takes Hitch hoove off the container and offers the cupcakes to her. "Do you want cupcakes Fluffy?"

Fluffy hesitated for a second, looking at the cupcakes. "What's this?"

"Unicorn cupcakes," Sunny answered happily.

Fluffy gazes at Sunny for a second before looking back at the cupcakes and taking one to examine it. Hitch on the other hand look nervously, he doesn't know what to do. He glances at Fluffy before glancing back at Sunny. "Uh, Sunny . . ."

Suddenly Fluffy throws the cupcake in her hoove and makes it fly across the room before hitting the wall and slipping down into the bin in the corner of the class, leaving a mess of pink frosting on the wall.

"Hey," Said Sunny offended, gazing at the pink frosting on the wall. "Why would you do that?"

"Why? Because that the right thing to do with that thing." Said Fluffy.

Hitch that sees the scene, put down his sandwich and glares at her. "Fluffy, can you stop just for a day not bullying her?"

"Why?" Giving his glare back. "I did the right thing."

"At least appreciate her," Hitch argued. "She is still our friend."

"Why would you not notice it yet, She is an enemy Hitch, An enemy!" Fluffy raised her voice at the end of her word. "So why would you make it your friend?"

"She still an earth pony Fluffy. And she's haven't done anything yet, that makes her an ene--" A hoove touches Hitch's shoulder, stopping his word.

"It's okay Hitch. Leave it be." Sunny looked into Hitch's eyes. "Please Hitch, leave it be."

Hitch stiffens when he sees a shimmering light coming out from Sunny's eyes. He knows he can't argue more with Fluffy when this happens, But Fluffy had said it and he can't leave it be. He glances at the door, he can hear sounds of ponies coming from the halls. Now he definitely can't argue more. Hitch nodded, but his eyes still glared at that white filly.

Fluffy smile joy of victory while Sunny takes a book and rip a paper off it before walking toward the bin and cleaning off the pink frosting on the wall. Few ponies that just come in look at her for a while before continuing their own business. Hitch tries to help but Sunny dismisses him, saying it's okay. But he stood there until Sunny finished cleaning. Now the wall has a pink gradient on it. They both walk to their table back, Hitch hoove behind Sunny's back, rubbing it slowly.

The bell rang when they sit. Sunny looks at Hitch's table at the half-eaten sandwich. "Uh, I'm sorry Hitch, because of me you haven't eaten your breakfast yet." Said Sunny, feeling guilty.

"Ah, it's okay," Hitch replied. Putting the sandwich back into the container. "I can eat it later with your cupcakes." He smiles at her.

* * *

Sunny gives a small sigh, rotating the cupcake on her hooves. Hitch is beside her eating his leftover sandwich. They were at the Canterlogic yard, looking at the busy activity the town made. The bell just rang a few minutes ago.

"Why she doesn't like the unicorn cupcakes?" Sunny mumbled to herself. Hitch glances at her, taking another bite of his sandwich.

"I mean," Sunny take a bite of the cupcake. "The taste isn't that bad." She chews it for a moment before swallowing it.

"That's because she haven't taken a bite yet." Hitch cheers her. He took a cupcake and take a bite from it. "It's pretty great."

Sunny gave a small giggle. "Thanks, Hitch, you're so kind." Hitch gave a nod, then put the rest of the cupcake in his mouth in a single session.

A Canterlogic employee came out of the factory, followed by another one with a cart full of purple banners behind it. They stopped at the bottom of the hill, just before the street. Then go to the nearest lamp post to examine it for a while and look around.

Sunny looked at them for a while before asking. "What are they doing?"

Hitch that is still licking his hoove followed Sunny's gaze. "Huh, ow. It's Sprout's mom. She wants to introduce their brand new security system."

"Brand new?" Sunny raised his eyebrow.

Hitch hesitated for a second. I think I have misspoken, how do I explain this? "Yes. Sprout said that his mom will make a new security system every year and show it to the town." Both employees take a rope and tied it on the two closest lamp posts before pulling the banner up. It said 'The First Annual Show' in big words and something that they can't read from this far on top and bottom of it.

Sunny finished her cupcake. "What kind of security system?" She narrowed her eyes, trying to read the smaller words. "Doesn't that we have sheriff on town?"

Hitch's eyes were everywhere but Sunny. Try to think of an excuse to change the topic.

"Hitch?" Ask Sunny after not getting the answer for a while.

"Uhh, how do I say it? they making a security system from the pegasus and the unicorn." He lowered his voice.

"For what!?" She gasped. "Those are good ponies. Why would they make a security system from them? It must be stopped." She stood and start galloping toward the Canterlogic employee before Hitch can stop it.

"No, Sunny!" Hitch mengeluh then packs the left of their food and chase Sunny down the hill.

"Hey!" Sunny shouted from afar. The employee confuses for a second before looking at the running orange filly and continuing their work. "What are you two doing?"

"Putting a banner." Said the orange pony with his deep voice.

"Banner for what?" Glancing at the banner on the cart and read it.

"For our new demonstration of the new Canterlogic product." The blue pony explains with a much lighter voice.

"Does that the new security system?" Ask Sunny with a serious tone.

"Well. . . yeah"

"For the unicorn and pegasus?"

"What. . . No. It's for us." The blue pony gave a small chuckle. He tied a rope to a banner the give the other end to his companion before tying it to the lamp post.

"That's not what I mean." Sunny grinned.

"I know, I know," He start walking toward another lamp post. "Yes, a security system from the unicorn and pegasuses."

"Sunny!" Hitch call, when he near Sunny. "Leave them do their job, Sunny." He whispered, holding her in place while the employee walked away.

"You not realize what this means?" Sunny shouted at him. "The unicorn and pegasuses will not come here if they can't get into town."

"Yes, Sunny." Hitch rubbed his mane. "That's what the point is."

Sunny stared at Him, Confusion in her eyes. "Do you mean that they don't want the unicorn and pegasus to come here to Maritime Bay?"

Hitch looks at Sunny with pity and then nodded slowly but before Hitch can say anything a voice interrupted him. "What else do you think the security system is made for?"

They both look at the newcomer. Hitch was shocked while Sunny squinted her eyes. "Luffy!?" said Hitch. "What are you doing here?"

"I just wandered around to buy some fruits," Luffy said viciously. "And happen to stumble across an autism pony argued." she look at Sunny pathetically.

Sunny glare at her
